Really nice dealership. Very neat and organized. I had my W222 S-class serviced here in early July 2021 and the maintenance staff including SA was courteous and upfront. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and I was able to see all the servicing they performed on my car from the comfort of the waiting area. My car was well cared during the B1 service and returned to me fully cleaned in good time. I am impressed by their professionalism and time commitment. Furthermore, as a car enthusiast who enjoys driving and keeping my vehicles well maintained, it is important that MB of McKinney dealership recognizes that and performs all their servicing while keeping the vehicle in full line of sight of all waiting customers. This ensures piece of mind and is even more so gratifying to see the car come out running smoother after the scheduled maintenance. As I’m content with my recent experience, I will return for my future servicing needs at Mercedes Benz of McKinney and can recommend others to check out this dealership as well.

Lest there ever be any doubt, there *IS* a difference in the level of service and customer care, from the sales staff to the finance office, to the service department! I highly recommend them!!

Without a doubt, the best Mercedes dealership I have ever visited. We were traveling from Arizona to Missouri and encountered an issue with our E-Class diesel. The service center employee at the front desk, Mo, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He expedited the repair so we could get back on the road very quickly. I wish this dealership wasn't 1,000 miles away from where I live. If you ever break down on a road trip, pray it is near Mercedes-Benz of McKinney. This place deserves 10 stars!

I got a great deal on a new GLS450. The salesman was fantastic. Good price, good follow up, he found me the right car. Closing the transaction was great too. No games.

These guys are stellar! Bought my dream car of a 1998-2004 SLK 320 from them from 700+ miles away and they made it feel like I was right there!Was able to have a coworker stop and check the car out for me and based on his assessment, went forward with the purchase. Was able to get down there 2 weeks later for delivery and drove home that day with a smile on my face!

Very disappointed with the service department. Based on great ratings, drove 20 miles for Alignment and to have the front end checked for a minor rattle. Jamie called me at the end of the day to let me know the car needed $1700.00 worth of front end work which was not covered by the warranty. I did not authorize that over the phone but she did the alignment anyway. Any service personnel knows these two services should be done in order and that the front end issue should have been fixed before the alignment. When I asked Jamie and the technician why they did the alignment first, I got a blank look and the alignment bill for $235.

No hassle. Straight talk. Great buying experience. This dealership is new and had just opened up six weeks ago. After getting frustrated with the sales process with other dealerships, this was a very pleasant experience. After agreeing on the price, even finance process was smooth and quick. Car was delivered on time and all features were explained.

This place is a great dealership. It took my salesperson Bryan only three minutes to come out and introduce himself. This was a first. I have been to dealership where you have to go find someone to help you. Not here. Want to say Thank you to Bryan, Amanda and the old staff for such a great experience. I love my new SL500.

The rental department was the only thing I enjoyed at this dealership. I was blamed for not communicating my needs and such. No matter how well I communicated my needs I do not believe an MB employee should blame the customer. I bough a MB because I enjoy driving high performance/class, but I also expect to be treated as such. I was given a phone number to call if I had any additional questions or requests, but no one ever answered. sadly I will drive further next time to another MB dealership to get my car serviced.

We had a very good experience vehicle shopping at Mercedes-Benz of McKinney. Salesman was very courteous and very knowledgeable about what he is selling. His assistant was very helpful for us to make a right purchase. This is a new dealership. They are considerable for the customer. The purchase environment, including show room, service area and customer waiting area are very nice

I had an appointment to buy a car and had to wait 2 hours just to start application. I had already spoken to sales and the gm. The car was ready to buy, already ordered ahead of time, but the price the gm said he would give me turned out to not be true. I was told on 2 different occasions from the GM what price I would pay for car. I had to wait 2 hours for my salesman when there were only 4 other customers in the whole dealership on a Saturday at noon. This was also my 4th visit there. Then they told me they couldn't give me the price I was guaranteed. They wanted me to pay about 5 thousand dollars more. If the GM can't keep his word on price then it's no wonder why only 4 customers are in the whole dealership on a Saturday.
