I just purchased a 2014 ML350 last month, the car is great, second one but my first from Northkake. The service at this dealership is unbelievable. Staff is awesome aspecally Salesman Johnathan Mooney, he really took care of my search and treated me with respect. I was working with another dealership but once I met Johnathan and the rest of the team, I couldn't go any further, Northlake was my place to be. Mercedes Benz of North Lake sold me a 2014 S550 Certified Preowned with wrapped rotors. Now After That got fixed the car was still shaky, and not smooth. I kept wondering what it was, turned out the wheels were messed up and they have been repaired before. I had to spend $3,000 to get this taken care of, its a shame, you would expect Mercedes to not cut corners. Before buying a car make sure you look at the paint on the bumpers, My car had over spray, very bad quality paint repairs. I took it back to the dealership multiple times and each time it would be messed up. Lets see if they finally fix it this time. Before buying a car from them make sure you inspect it yourself, no matter what they say or stand by, they are not honest when it comes to the certification process, and If you want evidence I can gladly provide.My sales advisor was great, so was the service advisor, it is the people who certified the car who are the real corner cutters and I fell victim. However in all honesty, they are friendly and do help you out with loaner cars. But since this is purely business, they cut corners when they are certifying a car.

Gave all of my persona information for credit on 7/11/16- Congratulations on your new car!! (various people). After 6+ hours of waiting to get to finance to sign the papers. I advised that I could not wait any longer. I was assured that upon my arrival for a presched time that it would only take a few minutes. Someone that I never dealt with rudely came and asked me for all the info that I had given already. I advised that I was only here to sign paperwork. He look dumb founded and wanted to know who I had been working with Salesperson Kelly and Sales Manager Mat Brown. He spoke with them and had no paperwork. I advised that I did not have time to keep coming back and to please return my current Mercedes back to me. Matt came to me as I was leaving the lot and apologized that someone dropped the ball and they should not have. I was assured that he would work on the numbers and finish the deal and call me when he had done. After a week, I called him to follow up and received not callback. I tried several calls, a vmail and a followup email on whether or not he was working on it still. In the meantime, the new car was added to my insurance and my current car removed and all of Mercedes was calling me, emailing and mailing me correspondence. As of last week 7/28/16- no one had contacted me. Today, I received a certificate of vehicle delivery dated 8/1/16. All of this, and no car purchase and I have to call and disenroll myself in all of the Mercedes perks! Never received such poor customer service

I have taken the time to read some of the reviews posted here, and for those that are pleased with this dealership's service, that's wonderful and I hope you enjoy these lovely vehicles. I however do not share your experiences. As a small business owner, I came to Hendrick Mercedes to invest in my first MB, the sales associate that attended to me seemed uninterested in selling me a car, perhaps I did not fit the profile for owning a MB. I left there feeling annoyed, I eventually purchased my car from an independent dealer, and have had to go to the MB parts desk for service. I literally hate dealing with those associates, and in the future will drive the distance to the other dealer in Pineville. My money is as good as any, this experience is enough for me to not buy a MB there in the future.

While viewing a vehicle I heard a salesman voice his opinion to a customer saying " what do you expect it's a used vehicle", I looked over to see the USED vehicle was $64K. After the finance adviser wouldn't take no for Hendrick's Protection Plan, I walked out. I received 14 phone calls from the dealership, but as a business owner, I can't support those practices.

We had an incident at the dealership where an employee moving cars backed into my wife's car in the parking lot. Instead of just offering to repair the car, which would have been expected since it was their fault, they offered to sell us a newer model of our car for the same exact loan terms that we currently have. This is going above and beyond what could ever be expected. I'm sure they are still making money on the deal but for us it's win win since we get a newer model for the same cost as the one we had and didn't have to wait for anything to be fixed. They took very good care of us. This is how customer service should be for every company. This dealership is leading the way.

I was very pleased with my overall experience at this dealership. A problem with my '12 ML350 took longer to sort out than initially expected; but when I received the bill, it was quite a bit less than originally quoted. A loaner was provided during the repair, and my car was nicely washed when it was ready for pick-up. I've always had great experiences with Hendrick Mercedes in Hickory (now closed). I don't mind driving to Charlotte for this high level of service!

Had no problems buying my Mercedes here but the salesman promised free car washes any time, whether I was getting service or not. That would be nice if it were true. Not long after I bought the car, they said they're only washing cars when they're in for service. They talked vaguely about building a big new car wash for all their dealerships at Northlake, but it's been about a year and this car wash exists only in their imagination. Hope to see it in my lifetime because it's a nice perk.

Literally....they roll out a red carpet when they pull your new car into the showroom. :) Second time buying from MBNorthlake & this was just as fantastic as the first. Brad asked great questions to really get a feel for what I wanted & then did his best to make that happen. Rob was our sales guy last time, and handled all the paperwork this time. Quick and efficient without a lot of hard sales pitching. Tariq did an amazing job covering all the features, respecting I already had a Mercedes, and didn't bore me with stuff I knew. I've leased a lot of vehicles in the last 15 yrs and MBNorthlake takes the cake for service and support. Highly recommend.

I stopped in while in the area and was immediately impressed with the beautiful facilities and courteous staff. I knew exactly what I wanted including options. I was impressed that the first car they presented was a low mileage car, 10 months old, in like-new condition that met my description and the price was way less than the same car new. We negotiated a few things and I feel like we settled on a win-win scenario. The process was painless and professional. The day I took delivery they could not find the second key but assured me they would. I got a call a few days later saying they had ordered a new key and I just needed to come in for programming and pick it up. This is my first Mercedes but I think it won't be the last.

Mercedes of NorthLake has awful customer service! My husband and I have called to speak with the service manager and employees on multiple occasions about getting some repairs completed on my car and NO ONE has ever called us back. We do not live in Charlotte so it is not convenient to just stop by. We are tired of trying to speak to someone and we just get sent to another voicemail. I would not recommend spending your money or time on this place because they obviously don't care about the customer's needs!!

My first experience with the service here wasn't great. However, the service manager Kelly, went out of his way to take care of the issue and made sure that I'm a satisfied customer. To me that speaks volume because he didn't have to do anything, but he tried. The fact that he shows that he cares about his customers means a lot. He kept my car for few days to run more tests and took care of the issue. Good know there is still that good o'le customer service

It was time to trade in the old Mercedes and pick up a nice new "previously owned" vehicle like a Honda or Toyota. This is my second time purchasing a car from Mercedes Northlake and like the previous time, I had an amazing car buying experience. I worked with Rob Bacharach again and he found me the exact car I wanted. The funny thing is I was just there for service and really had no intention of buying a new car. Rob, as always, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can say that being a woman buying a car is usually a frustrating experience. I am a professional in the financial industry but that is not how I am usually treated. I find that many people in car sales "talk down" to women as if they do not understand cars or loans / leases. Rob is not like that - he treated me with respect and earned my trust when I purchased my first car with him. The car buying experience was easy and hassle free. When I went to pick up my car, they spent the time with me to go through all the details to make sure I knew how to work all the new gadgets. I felt truly like a special customer as my car was in the showroom with a giant bow on it. Taking a picture of me next to it and emailing it to me was a nice touch.

From the time Jahmal walked out he gave off a sense of knowledge and realness. He made you feel like you were a friend and he was willing to do whatever it takes to make sure this was going to be a great experience. Even though buying a car is a big purchase Jahmal makes it as enjoyable as possible. If you cant smile while buying a Mercedes-Benz then chances are you probably do not need to be there. Jahmal was also willing to spend as much time as possible with you to make sure you understand the features of your new car. Lastly he followed through with what he said we was going to do. Even after the purchase was complete Jahmal reached out to find out how things were and if I needed any additional support. Over all a great experience.Suggestion for the finance group: If a customer decides not to buy the extended warranty still pretend you are excited. Simply put, THE best car buying experience I have ever witnessed. I was helping my 78 years young mother find a replacement for her very tired 1987 E series. I brought her down to Mercedes Benz of Northlake and do not regret that decision one bit. A beautiful dealership and very high quality people to deal with. Chad Woods did an excellent job helping Mom get over her fear of the newer technology in the Mercedes Benz. He listened to her and he didn't try to sell her a car. He helped her buy a car. All and all it was a great experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. Alton Crawford is Fabolous from the start to finish. Show all basic feature of the car and even went on a joyful test drive. Could not have ask for more. There is a couple issue with the car but is getting resolve. Then the finance manager mike was also great to work with and then Jamall who went over the car with us one more time before we took delivery. Definitely would recommend future people to come and buy cars from this dealership.

Want to Thank Mercedes Benz of NorthLake for the perfect example of how car buying should go! I bought the FIRST 2015 C300 from them a few days ago...they gave me "Red Carpet" treatment. I actually showed up on a Sunday - assuming they were open. They were not, but had staff on hand to walk me through the purchase of my vehicle. Jim Cochran took us on a test drive, Chad Woods sat down and worked through the process and numbers with us. Matt had us sign paperwork and Jahmal came to our home and personally walked me through the funcionality of the car! What a STAR team...The transition from team member to team member was seamless and the overall experience was phenomenal! I told Chad that I had actually come prepared for a little fight...as my usual experience is with car buying that you go back and forth for hours until you can come to some agreement. I left there with the payment and down payment I had intended on and not a dollar over within a limited amount of time! Talk about giving you what you want! One last call out - I have two small children and the staff catered to them the entire time with movies, games, snacks and drinks so I could focus on the purchase. Seriously guys...you nailed it! My husband and I met with Rob several months ago looking for a GLK. He kept us informed about what was available, but was not aggressive. When I saw an SUV I was interested in we were able to meet with Rob again. It was nice to have the same sales person every time. The GLK needed some touch ups before we could take it home. I had an appointment with the Internet sales manager for a vehicle I was looking for. The lady on the call indicated that they had all vehicles in my price range and could help me out. When I visited the dealership and met with the internet contact manager, he turned out to be ailing from "ability to listen to the customer" disease. All he did was to try sell me a vehicle way outside my price range. As a followup, he did not call back. The service sucked and they probably perceived I did not fall in the so called "Mercedes customer profile". The same applied with the BMW dealership at Northlake. I am appalled by their service and would not return back or recommend any of my friends there.

Overall Garrett took care of us efficiently, which was greatly appreciated, as we have no patience or interest in the multi hour car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and kept things moving along to the best of his ability. We knew in advance that the price was reasonable, so the only element of the experience we would change is the finance experience. This clearly wasn't our first car buying experience, not even our first Mercedes car buying experience, so to insist that we had to listen to the add on's for warranty etc 'by law' was insulting and needlessly time consuming. I get there is motivation to sell for compensation reasons, but 'no' should simply be accepted as 'no' and let your customer get on with it. Garrett hooked us with Jahmal a few days later to walk us through all the bells & whistles. He was patient and thoroughly enjoyable to spend time with to make sure we understand everything.

I got first car from Clint Bex in 9/10. That was new E350 . I just got my 5th Mercedes from Clint Bex again without even planing on buying when I arrived at His store at 7/28/14. I know for FACT that his customer service, knowledge about cars and what I want and expect is bigger than words. I got new and used cars from him and his approach is always the same. He didn't change when he got new store and bigger position and more responsibility he was always same person with big smile and big heart for his customers. This time I saw an AMG I liked and wanted so work was easy on trades and #s. He passed me to sales consultant Rob B for any question on car and fill paperwork including test drive. I was little sceptical knowing I am demanding and I know cars but I was WRONG to even think that way . Rob has an awesome personality and know what customers want and need. He has knowledge about MB brand and don't mind answering any question about products and options . Jim in loan department is same way easy going with knowledge about banks paperworks and extra stuff what dealership offering for they customers. Jahmal H in delivery cars department know His job for sure explaining options and answering questions too. I wish I can explain all in details :) how easy it was and how much I respect CLINT. My wife and I are not big on dealing with car dealerships for a number of reasons. Typically, the cars we want to buy aren't the cars that we could get financed for, so we started by getting pre-approved over the phone before we wasted everyone's time with an in person visit. Of course, we did as much online searching as our fingers could handle. Both of our credit scores are just below 600, so it took extra attention from the financing team (Clint & Jacob) to find a lender that was willing to give us another shot. After a couple weeks, we got the approval we were hoping for. The interest rate was kind of high but we expected that. This dealership is kind of intimidating by initial sight, but once we walked in, everything was perfect! The people were very welcoming and not too pushy. Clint introduced us to DeMarco (our sales guy), who took us on the test drive and walked us through the entire sales process. I've lived in 4 different states where I've bought a car and this was easily my best experience. Once the car was detailed and the paperwork was wrapped up, DeMarco went the extra mile and offered us a gift from their Mercedes store. Since this was my wife's 1st time buying a Mercedes, she felt extra special and wondered why we hadn't dealt with them before now and why other dealerships never treat BRAND NEW clients like this. She realized that we could have spent our money any place in the Charlotte area but walking away happy with her purchase meant everything! The icing on the cake for me was when I came back the next day to review all the car features with Jahmal. We spent 4 hours together reviewing everything from top to bottom. It really made me feel good about my down payment, instead of feeling like I'd wasted a lot of money with this purchase. He was awesome and very knowledgeable! At the end of the process I noticed that we didn't have a front Hendricks plate so I sent DeMarco an email about a designer plate I saw in their store that I liked. Two days later it showed up at my house in the mail. Free of charge! Unbelievable! I haven't used their service department yet but if it's anything like their sales team, they'll have a customer for life. These guys made a poor working man feel like a rich working man without breaking the bank! Thanks for everything! WE WILL be back soon!

I came to Northlake Mercedes to test drive a particular model for a future purchase. So as to not mislead the salesperson, I was very upfront about my intentions for the day. Despite the fact that I couldn't have been more clear about not buying a vehicle the day of, Alexis Greene spent the better part of 2 hours answering every question I had about the car (which was extensive) and took me on two different test drives so I could compare the new and used models. What struck me about this experience was that at no point did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle that day. I was also really impressed with her depth of knowledge. Typically buying a car is a dreadful experience. It is worse than a root canal:) And I know because I have experienced both a multitude of times.However, at MBof NL the team was very understanding of my lack of time to " shop around" but also aware that i was looking for the best out the door price. My husband and I already own one Mercedes and did not want to trade a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and what amount we found acceptable to spend. From DeMarco Crump's first greeting we were off to a great start. DeMarco persoanlly delivered our new vehicle to our home as I had no way to get there due to my husband being out of town. He texted and called the following day to make sure we were Happy with the delivery of the car.My apologies as I can not locate the young man's name. However , a young man showed us features on the car that we were purchasing that we would have never found had he not gone over in detail. He even showed us a few things that the Mercedes I have driven for 6 years does that we never knew it could do! Wow, is all we could say.In closing our finance person Mike Mihcoch handled our paperwork expeditiously and professionally. The icing on the cake, Mike and DeMarco called the following day to let us know they had found us an even better interest rate!!!In all of our previous car purchases, to many to count, this has never happened. Typically we have had to leave giggling at what rate dealerships want to offer and we wonder why anyone would ever finance through a dealership. Often in past we leave dealerships and finance through our bank. MB of NL made this part an easy decision for a sensible person!!Mike then made a trip out to our home for us to sign the paper work with the lower interest rate!!!This is true Custommer Service. Ran into Rob after meeting with a few different reps at this dealership. Rob completely followed up. Put up with me and my constant sniffing around for the car that I wanted. Rob and Clint both heard me clearly. What was most important is that they never showed me anything but respect of me being picky. Understood that I was going to get what I wanted and not settle. This is the second Mercedes I have owned. Needless to say, I am a fan of the product. Rob was great to work with. He gave me a fair price for my SLK and worked to make it possible to purchase my sweet CLK. While detailing the car, a sensor was broken. No problem, Rob provided a loaner car while the sensor was fixed and I picked up my new ride the next day. Couldn't have been easier. Alexis is great at her job - knew thale answer to every question about the MB450 that my husband and I asked. Showed us little-known features and advised against one feature because of having young kids whose heads would bump against a non-adjustable 2nd row headrest. Chad Wood was a terrific person / saleman to work with at Northlake Mercedes-Benz. After searching for "THE" car for 7 months, we found it on line at his dealership. But, we were on vacation in FL... heading back to VA. He worked with us, sent sales sheets, confirmed specifics about the car, warranty, mileage, special features, carfax, owners all by phone and e-mail. Then he worked on the price with us to meet our specific needs. Due to travel, he and his managers worked with our schedlue until I could arrive in NC and held the car for us. When we arrived, it was in perfect condition, ready, shiny, with a big red bow. Sounds corny, but the car was for my Mom. And after searching without luck and meeting some less than upstanding sales persons, this was a dream. We test drove the car, loved it. Worked with their managers and financiers / paperwork specialists... and drove off in our new car. Chad is the most knowledgeable salesman I've worked with over the last 7 months (and I've worked with about 25 dealerships). I was introduced to Clint/Northlake Mercedes through our relationship with Hendrick Motor Sports. Having never met him before, I was a little skeptical dealing with an out of state transaction over the phone/web. However, Clint quickly made me feel at ease, as if we were standing face to face. This was my first time buying a pre-owned luxury car. I purchased a Mercedes GLK 350. I have always wanted a Mercedes and I prefer a SUV, so this car was perfect. Had a good experience with Brad he was very nice and helpful, Jahmal showed me all the goodies on new car. As far as the car sorta disappointed in it does not ride as good as my 10 yr. old Infinite and doesn't have as many gadgets as I had on my I35 but my fault for not test driving a new Infinite also. Also when first doing application down payment was 1800. with a very low tradein value for my car then they came back and ask for 6000.00 down and monthly payment 10.00 more on the month. Live and learn don't go car shopping without a man!!

The car was very competitively priced, and the price on the window was already within the median price range for a similar vehicle, therefore negating the need for the back-and-forth negotiation that is normally a part of the car buying experience. With this being my first, official car purchase, I was a bit nervous about the process of it all. Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. Everyone present at the front desk introduced themselves and were extremely kind. My main concern with purchasing a car is having to deal with a salesman who would try to coerce me into a sale I was not comfortable with. Demarco Crump did everything but that. He was available to answer all of the many questions that I had. He talked me through the process, telling me exactly what to expect each step of the way and did so in a timely manner. I walked into financing feeling comfortable and at ease with my decision to purchase my vehicle. Even during the test drive with Jahmal Hemphill, the same level of customer services continued. Jahmal made it a point to address the different features in the car that I was neglecting to acknowledge when it came to its functionality. In finance, Jacob Cates was very thorough with explaining the paperwork and made sure that all my questions were answered. It was nice to be able to go through financing quickly, without having a feeling of uncertainty when I left. Overall, I think this is one of the best dealerships I've been to because it felt like the employees cared more about my experience and comfort than they did about closing a deal.

After working with Garrett, I was convinced to at least test drive a Mercedes Benz C250 to see if it could at least meet my needs (powerful engine, luxury amenities, great fuel economy, and affordable price). To say that after my test drive, the car "caught my attention", would be an understatement. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the car, but the knowledge and service of the Mercedes Benz Northlake staff, especially Garrett McMullen, was beyond any sales experience I had encountered. Garrett and the staff were very attentive to my needs, financial goals, and ensured that this buying experience was extremely comfortable for me. I can honestly say that though this was the largest car purchase I've ever made, Garrett and the MB Northlake staff made this the one of the easiest and smartest decisions I've ever made! My husband wanted me to test drive a Mercedes there and I really didn't want to. I loved my Cadillac DTS and really didn't think anything else except a Cadillac. I have driven Mercedes, BMW, Audi's and I still just wanted one of the Cadillac SUV's. Plus my car had been paid off for years and really didn't want a payment, until mine was totally worn out (which it was but I was in denial) and I found a car I loved. So, I was on my way to meet with Mr. Jim Cochran (and I know the sales type and I was ready for him)! I was first greeted by a nice gentleman that opened the door for me, even though I turned around to see who he was really opening the door for, and no one was there! He was really opening the door for ME! Then, with a nice big smile, he offered me a cup of coffee, and showed me back to the coffee bar. Hummm, ok so I was really feeling the love but I wasn't going to give in this easy! I walked back to the lobby and Mr. Cochran was there. What a nice man! I was prepared for his "sales talk" but there really wasn't any! Just a nice conversation about the car, then as politely as I could, I told him that I really didn't think I would like it that well and I loved my Cadillac and that's what I really wanted, but OK, I would drive it, the whole time thinking I would probably be bringing it back. The deal was mostly contingent on the headlights being good so I could see at night. Well, long story short, I really liked him, loved the car, and we made the deal that night. The following day I came in to pick up my new ride, (and say goodbye to my precious cadi), and met with Jahmal and he walked me through all the new toys and gadgets and gave me his cell phone in case I needed to call him with questions. BWAHAAHAA!!! Boy, I hope he doesn't regret that! hee hee!In all seriousness, what a pleasure dealing with these professional NON sales people. I never felt like I was being sold to, or pressured. Only there to assist me and to make my experience as pleasurable as possible. I will be referring my friends! I reluctantly admit, I walked into the dealership with preconceived notions. As I approached the doors,I just knew that I was going to get a sales associate who wouldn't listen to my needs and who was only concerned about their agenda. I was completely wrong in my assessment. The market pricing strategy was disconcerting at first, but once I realized the asking price was very fair and there would be none of the usual negotiating stress/hassle, I liked it. A lot. Initial contact was with Jim Cochran. He answered all questions and did everything he promised. We did the deal over the phone and I flew to Charlotte rather than have it shipped. I'm glad I didn't miss the experience of delivery at the dealership. Jim met me and we discussed the final numbers before I met with Deryck Siebs. He handled the paperwork turned me back to Jim. Then Jim passed me to Jahmal. He was great too. Jahmal is the guy who really knows how the car works. He spent two hours showing me all of the features and menus and setup on the car. No dealership has ever done this for me before. It has been a couple of weeks and I am happy with the entire experience. The car is great and Jim, Deryck and Jahmal were exceptionally professional. I liked the market pricing system and all of the people I worked with. I recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car.

We worked with Rob Bacharach to purchase our 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring. We had a wonderful experience working with Rob. We were somewhat undecided about trading in our 06 Chevy Equinox. Rob was very laid back and professional. There was no high stress sales from him. If he didn't know or was unsure with the questions we asked, he was quick to find out an answer for us. While we never purchased a vehicle from MB of Northlake, we were happy we came in, as it is MUCH closer to our home in Huntersville.Rob exemplifies a "can-do," customer service-focused attitude. We gave him many questions and requests and he always said he would do his best to make it happen. We really appreciate that! We understand that you can't always fulfill every request, but just the fact that he did his best and compromised with us made us very happy and satisfied. The negotiation process is much more straightforward, quick, and respectful at MB of Northlake than any other dealership I have visited (and there were many visited). The staff at MB of Northlake are down to earth, helpful, and genuinely friendly. While waiting briefly to speak with the finance manager, we spoke to Rob and had a nice conversation with other salespersons. Our finance manager was also very funny and helpful. We had a fantastic experience during our purchase. We are excited to keep coming back for service visits and future car purchases.

Rob made my first experience with Mercedes easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had. We always lease our cars, so we've had the opportunity to purchase a number of new vehicles over the years. Rob was knowledgeable, asked excellent questions and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed in order to make my purchase. He provided several options of vehicles he thought would meet my needs, but didn't attempt to "force" me to pick any thing. He made me feel extremely comfortable with all aspects of the transaction.Jahmal was also excellent. He walked us over every inch of the car and explained all the features in an easily understandable way. He clearly new all the features and was comfortable discussing everything. He made sure we had his card and let us know that if we had any questions at all on how anything worked to please call and he'd be happy to help. The experience I had at Northlake was nothing shy of perfect. My sales person, Rob Bacharach, did so much leg work to get me ready to buy this car between working out my credit, searching for the best car in my price range,making sure I was certain about the car that we ended up choosing and getting it brought over by another Henderick dealership for me. This is the first car I bought on my own and he made sure that I was comfortable with the price, the type of car and my monthly payment. He got me an APR rate I couldn't have dreamed of. I came from another state to purchase this car, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I know I got a great deal, and Rob made it effortless. By the time I took my long trip to get to the dealership he made sure everything was all set for me and all I had to do was sign on the lines and drive off in my gorgeous car. I got a used car and it looked brand new. They even went so far as to clean it off again after they drove it to the gas station to fill up my gas tank, so that when I left the dealership it was spotless for me and had a tank full of gas! Every other person in the dealership I came in contact with made sure I was comfortable and offered me beverages and snacks and anything else I could have needed as well. While I waited for the car to get completely ready, Rob checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was still comfortable. Other employees also came by and asked me and the other customers waiting in the comfortable lounge if we needed anything, just to make sure we were satisfied. I felt incredibly spoiled by my experience and I would tell anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car to go to Northlake.

MB Northlake is a stellar organization with top notch employees who breathe the Mercedes brand. I have never purchased a vehicle with such ease and professionalism. Your product, facility and employees are a class act. I dug deep in to my memory archives searching for an unpleasant visit/experience to share. FORTUNATELY, I cant find anything negative during my 2.5 months as a MB driver. During the purchase of my ML 350, Mr. Crawford made me feel as though his fiduciary responsibilities were to me not his employer. Not only did he find the vehicle that I wanted, the options exceeded expectations. Once he found the vehicle, your support in garnering finance was phenomenal. Mr. Mihoch financial presentation was awesome. All I did was show up, looked at the car, signed documents and drove away with a new vehicle; yes it was that simple AND with a smile. If I didnt know that MB has been around forever and had a reputation for fine vehicles, I might have given this process a second thought as it really was an experience that was too good to be true. You have thought every aspect of vehicle purchasing and rolled it out in style. You even provide a delivery specialist to teach ndew owners how to use/driver their fine "computauto" (computerized automobile). Mr. Hemphill was so kind and patient with me. The only reason I didn't feel incompetent was because he is young and like most young folk, they master current technology like the learning their "ABCs". His sincerity and pleasant demeanor made me feel comfortable to come back for remediation. -_- Recently, I felt remised for not purchasing my MB SUV sooner. However, I now realize that previously owning a BMW 750Li and Saab 95 made me more appreciative waiting for the real best driving experience ever, MERCEDES BENZ! I looovve my ML 350 and I love MB Northlake. You are the BEST!!

I initially visited this dealership in late 2012. I was browsing vehicles while getting my car serviced. I was assisted by Rob Bacharach. He was so kind and patient. I went to dealerships for several manufactures; BMW, Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes. From the minute I walked into Mercedes Benz Northlake, the level of attention and service was far superior to any of the other dealerships, even another Mercedes dealership I had visited earlier. I was greeted enthusiastically as soon as I came through the door and our Sales representative Chad Woods was the best of all the sales professionals I have dealt with in the last decade. Chad listened carefully to what I was looking for and then did his research to locate for me several options to check out. He made arrangements for me to test drive the cars as soon as they arrived and did an excellent job of highlighting all the advantages and options with the S550 and comparing the cars available. He professionally managed the entire process and made sure that the car met the Hendrick Motors standards and my own requirements.When the car was ready, he delivered it to my office, which was just a final touch of great service. After delivery he has followed up several times to make sure I am happy with the car and the service. While I am very happy with the S550, it was the service that ultimately made the difference. I could have bought the S550 at several other dealerships, but Chad and the Hendricks team made the real difference. Next time I need anothe car I will be a repeat customer for Chad and Mercedes-Benz of Northlake.

I can't give remarks high enough to attest to the exceptional experience we had at Mercedes Benz of North Lake. I would like to just mention that we took our 3 year old daughter with us who at times can be quite "spirited", and even she enjoyed her time there and was totally doted on by the staff. From the time we walked in the door and met Chad we were treated with a sencere concern for our needs. Chad took his time to go over our questions and concerns and was completely "no pressure". In fact I would say that the experience was not one in which we felt like they were trying to sell us a vehicle to meet a quota, but were offering us an opportunity to take away one less worry with regards to our vehicular needs. Even the finance manager, Mike, was absolutely fantastic. You would think that the financing would be the most daunting part of the experience, but again he took his time and made sure that we were comfortable. We also met the GM, Brian. Very personable! Very Pleasant! Then to add icing on the cake we were able to pick out gifts from their gift shop just as a thankyou for purchasing from Northlake. Let me just say that we have purchased vehicles in the past,including 2 other Mercedes, and not one of those experiences have come close. If their point was to increase word of mouth and make life long customers then mission accomplished.

This is the third time Ive purchased a Mercedes Benz (the first in New York and the second in Florida) and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I had been searching the inventory lists online for Mercedes dealers from Myrtle Beach to Raleigh and from Wilmington to Charlotte. I had been back and forth with a few dealers with little success. Then I noticed the GL-450 at North Lake and sent an inquiry through the website.I quickly heard back from Ashley Benton offering to be my concierge. We worked out a day and time for me to see the vehicle. My wife and I arrived at the North Lake Dealership and everything was prepared.We were assigned Chad Woods as our client advisor. Chad was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about the brand and the specific vehicle. We enjoyed the test ride and decided to make an offer on the vehicle. The negotiations went well and we decided to purchase the vehicle.We also mentioned that we were preapproved for financing through my wifes credit union at a very good rate. Chad introduced us to Finance Manager Mike Mihoch (another personable and knowledgeable individual) and he was able to beat the rate we had previously set up.The entire buying experience was terrific.We have now owned the vehicle for 3 months and Chad has followed up with us numerous times. And we appreciate his continued attention to our satisfaction.Were considering purchasing another Mercedes in mid 2014 and will definitely go to Northlake first.

I went to this dealership after receiving a flier regarding a buy back promotion on my lease. I could not attend the day the event was scheduled, so went a few days early - just in case - and asked a few questions. I left a few hours later with a new 2014 GLK 350 (my 2nd one!). First, the Hendrick dealerships are a cut above the rest. I've purchased four vehicles from them over the years (2 Lexus and 2 Mercedes) and found the experience in both Sales and Service to be outstanding. Most recently, I have converted to the Mercedes brand, buying my wife a GL450 and my daughter a GLK350. The guys at Northlake couldn't be any more helpful or accomodating. Rob Bacharach is probably the best car salesman that I've worked with, and I've puchased a lot of cars over the years. His follow up, and follow through on commitments, has been outstanding. He also jumps in whenever needed on miscellaneous service issues or requests that I might have. In short, he takes ownership and treats the sale as a long term relationship - exactly how it should be. Rob is backed up by the General Manager - Brian Porta, who is also a stand-up guy. Brian has jumped in to help me out on a few occassions with sales and/or service, when most GM's wouldn't. Again, Brian treats the relationship like a long-term deal, and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Last, but not least, are the service guys...Taylor Martino (Service Advisor) and Kelly Purser (Service Manager). These guys are simply the best, and I can't say enough good things about them. They have done everything in their power to accomodate my schedule and service needs for my family's vehicles. It's clear to me that Hendrick takes great pride and care in selecting its sales and service teams. They've certainly picked a winning group at Northlake - I'll continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Our experience started with a purchase of a brand new 2013 gl450 in September 2013. We were happy with our initial experience and purchase. We unfortunately ran into a few roadblocks when my car had to go into service 4 times by December. This was not the fault of the dealship, it was a manufacturer problem. Mercedes Benz of Northlake was quick in getting our vehicle serviced. They provided us with wonderful loaner vehicles while our car was in service. After the 4th service we decided that it would be in our best interest to replace this vehicle. Mercedes Benz of Northlake did everything possible to make this happen. We ended up replacing our car with a 2014 gl450. We cannot say enough about the pleasantry of all that were involved with this process. There was not any ill will, need for legal council, screaming arguments, or disappointments. Everyone from Chad Woods, to Taylor and Kelly in service, to general managers were pleasant and meet all of our needs. Thank you Northlake for making an uncomfortable situation manageable. We've purchased 4 cars from the Hendricks dealerships, and will continue to do so in the future.

The two things I dread most are car shopping and going to the cell phone store. Both are torture to me because they seem to be endless waiting that consumes my day. The vehicle we ultimately chose (ML 350) was purchased at a fair price, without having to negotiate with other managers, and received above market value for our clean trade-in. My son had been researching online to find a CLS-550. We are from Charlotte, but he was living in Seattle at the time. There was no geographic restriction to where the car was located as he had a very specific model in mind and it didn't matter where he found it. We were fortunate to find the EXACT car he was looking for at Northlake in Charlotte (no shipping issue). As my son had done all the research, he wanted to buy the car, sight-unseen, but I wanted to take it on a test-drive and visit the dealership and make sure the car was as advertised. Early email communications with the dealership produced immediate responses and an already comfortable and pleasant customer service experience. Upon meeting our sales agent, Chad Woods, he wasn't pushy or overbearing. We drove the car and he was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car. Aftetr relaying to my son that everything seemed perfect with the car, there was no doubt in his mind that he wanted that car and when it came time to make the purchase, Northlake was very helpful every step of the way and made the entire buying experience the most pleasant of my life. Even going so far as to make a personal trip to my office for me to sign papers to get the deal moving for my convenience. Everyone I dealt with at Northlake was professional and friendly and Chad has followed up consistently and shown great customer service. Northlake is top notch and I would highly recommend them.

I felt welcome the minute I walked through the doors at the dealership. The receptionist greeted me and immediately introduced me to a saleman. Personally do not prefer buying at dealerships, but experience at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake changed that opinion. Most outstanding part of experience was the sales person, DeMarco Crump. He demonstrated full knowledge of the car (used E350 wagon), answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to demonstrate various options on the car. Most of the paper work was handled via e-mail, thus saving time purchasing the car. DeMarco followed up with phone calls, etc to see how I was enjoying the car, and if there were any questions he could assist with. Very impressive in today's market, where most car sales are pressured and hurried.

Upon arrival, we were approached by a friendly young lady named Alexis Greene. I was very happy with the time that the sales and finance crew spent to walk me through my purchase (I kept them there till after 9PM on a Friday). The respect and attention that they paid to me, as well as other customers on a few follow up visits did not seem to differ from one to the other. Basically the person with the entry level Mercedes was treated no different than the guy buying the most expensive top of the line Mercedes. The facilities were extrememly clean with a high attention to detail. While I was there I even noticed an employee polishing the push panels located on the doors. Overall a great experience, and I was very happy with the level of detail that Garret went into along with his product knowledge.

Okay, hate writing reviews but I must do so for consumer awareness. I went to this dealership for service on my Mercedes Benz. Let me explain what happened here. I drove into service, consultant came out and asked me my name and knew of my appointment and asked me to wait in the lounge. I waited for him to bring me a document to sign such as an approval for them to do the requested work on my vehicle which never happened. I wanted one thing done only by the way. I waited over an hour thinking my vehicle was being worked on but later the consultant stated there was more things wrong with my vehicle and the service mechanic will be out to chat with me. The mechanic came out trying to tell me I needed a part for my suspension not knowing I just had that completely checked recently and had one part replaced. The mechanic also stated I needed another thing done which I didn't need but never said anything about what I actually took my vehicle there for. The whole hour and ten minutes I waiting for the requested repair only, it never happened because it was a low cost repair. The mechanic was looking at other area's of my vehicle the whole time trying to find other repairs he can say I need but there wasn't any, so he came up with a few that I didn't need not knowing I used to own a service department for 10-years and already had my vehicle in service elsewhere. Note; not a Mercedes manufacture dealer but a Mercedes certified mechanic shop where mechanics are Mercedes Certified for many years. After mentioned to him I had repairs recently done and didn't need what he stated I needed, the consultant and the service mechanic rushed my vehicle out of there garage so fast, it appeared to me as if they felt if we can't get him let's get him out of here immediately, and they did just that. Remember, I never seen any documents for my vehicle being taken in for them to look at or do what I requested to be done. I figure out why, no documents was put through there system, no survey they have to worry about. A survey is automatically generated once they put your vehicle in the system for a service request but not an appointment. The customer response on the survey can and will hurt the department and the dealership if its negative so they are very careful who and when they print it out. BEWARE..... If you visit this dealership for service, please make sure they give you a document that show your vehicle complete information, current miles, and what you have requested for them to service, then view/sign it, if you don't, I'm sure the same thing will happen to you if you refuse service. By the way, I went to another Certified Mercedes Service Center and had the repair done I originally was told couldn't be done because I needed other repairs, plus the other repairs that I was also told I needed I didn't. I have the receipt to show that it was checked and everything was fine, go figure right...... This review is not to be misunderstood, I'm not here to talk negative about this dealership but to inform the consumer what took place when I visited this fairly new built Hendrick Mercedes Dealership of Northlake in NC. This dealership made us feel welcomed the moment Alton Crawford, our sales person, introduced himself. he was very knowledgeable about the brand and this particular vehicle. We were made to feel totally at ease. There was no hard sell, which at some dealerships, that is the case. he wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered and many more that we did not even think of. he really knows his product. Alton then took the time to introduce us to Zac Keener, who was helpful with our shopping at what I call the "goodies store". it was past closing and Zac took his time to explain everything in detail and was very personable. Then finally we had our time with Matt Derenthal. This was effortless, which is sometimes the stressful part of the purchase.....no one loves looking at the numbers...but you have to. I myself just like to see the shiny new cars! You all were above exceptional....thanks for making what sometimes can be a horrible experience to one that was pleasurable. We most certainly will be back when service time comes around even though we live in SC. You are a great group to deal with and we plan on sharing our praise with our friends...See you soon.

Chad is great. He not only treated us with upmost respect and attention but also was extremely helpful. He gave us very precise and clear explanations about the different models I was interested in, different possibilities for payment, and other services (i.e. maintenance, etc.). The process was smooth and quick. This is not the first Mercedes we own (and other luxury brands, Audi, BMW, Infiniti) but the service we got here was first class.Matt was also very attentive and helpful to complete the paperwork. He even remembered me when I visited Hendrick MB in Charlotte 3 years ago! I was impressed. He made all possible effort to smooth the process and his explanations were very comprehensive.It was definitely a five start (out of five) experience.

I have been going to Hendrick Dealerships since 2001 on Independence Blvd in Charlotte both BMW and Mercedes. Those two dealerships have always been top notch experiences. The service at Northlake is the worst repair experience I've ever had. - I brought my car in for two new tires and an alignment on a Saturday AM - The tech told me it would be a couple of hours - The Service Manager Dropped me off at the mall - The Service wound up taking almost 5 hours, I missed my nephews Birthday Party - When I picked up the car I realized they replaced the wrong tires, they left the bald tire and the one with the screw in it and replaced the two good tires with new. - They Gave me a loaner car for Sunday because it was too late at this point to fix it. - When I picked up the car Monday afternoon it was nearly UN-drivable it pulled so hard to one side I thought I was going to fly off the road. - I took it back the next day and the Service Technician(Paul Newman) told me that the reason it was pulling so hard was because the older tires on the right side of the car and I'd have to buy new tires,they would also have to fix the lower control arm bushings... another $1,300. He even had the gaul to charge me for the Alignment again... - I picked it up again, drove it to the airport the next AM to go on Vacation... the car was still pulling to the right!!! - when I got back from Vacation they took it again and finally got the car into alignment. - The end of the story is that I was convinced to buy 2 new tires that I didn't need yet, and have 456$ repair that I didn't need. - The Sales Manager should have contacted me and offered to refund any money in excess of his cost in my opinion, but he only offered to refund my $150 Alignment. - This dealership is a complete failure in the service department compared with the Hendrick Dealerships in Charlotte.

I'd recommend this dealership for the price, but everything else has been below my expectations of a Premium vehicle dealership. The accessories not offered as promised on time, overall buying experience has been unsatisfactory. Allen Queen and Sohil Shah (does not work for this delaership anymore) were the folks who made me come back to this store and sign the dotted line, but for them I'd would have Never gone back to this dealership again. Well done Allen

Rob was very friendly and very much courteous to us when we went at the Dealership. At the same time of him selling the car he did make sure that he takes all our needs into account which is indifferent from lot of other sales personnel or Dealerships. He took our request and followed up promptly and gave us the correct answers and did not change his answers. Everyone, I met at the dealership were very courteous and very knowledgeable of what they were selling to me and all the documentation work was perfectly completed by us. They promised me the product and price and they stood by it. The price that I was given was very competitive and attractive and so I bought the car the day I promised and we are really very happy with all of the personnels at the dealership. My overall experience has been very good and would always give them the first chance to sell the vehicle to me and I would even buy from there, even if someone really matched the pricing as the dealership did take care of me and my family personally and they gave me a homely feeling.

I came in for my e350 to be services, Taylor helped me, found out there were serious problems. Had to buy a new car and they gave me a loaner to have because I have a little one. Shopped all around and still came back to Northlake for a 2011 c300. Rob my sale rep was very nice, not pushy, and was straight forward. Everyone that helped us there were very professional and helped me get the best deal. We are currently looking for another Benz for our grandparents and we will always come back for future purchases.

As most of the customers at North Lake this is not first time for me or my wife at a luxury car dealership. My wife had one choice for a car and i had another and trust me both were pretty far off. Rob came off as one heck of a professional. Calm, knowledgeable and patient. he went over with us all the choices and stressed with us why the MB was the right choice. I am a R107 fan and proud owner so i didn't need much convincing but my wife being a Audi lover required a lot more. Rob presented all the features and explained in detail how the merc would be different from the Audi. we left the dealership the first time with all the details we needed but still wanted to see the Audi. Rob followed up multiple phone calls, each one explaining the strengths of the M and eventually had us coming back to the dealership to take the delivery of the car. One thing i would like to stress is during each phone call, he never came across as pushing us to buying the car but was more like a helping hand and a friend. we loved it. during the day we came to pick up the car, all the home work was done, care was taken to take care of the tiny little things that mattered to my wife, and trust me things like these go a long way. that's what we wanted. my 8 year old son who thinks he knows all about cars came along with us, and Rob got 6 stars out of 5 from him. if my son thinks Rob knows things about cars, then i am pretty sure rob does :)

Typically, I dread dealing with the process of purchasing a car and delay it as long as possible. However, we had such a good experience with working with Ryan that it made the decision easy once we negotiated through pricing. Ryan was extremely accomodating without adding pressure, he was pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about the cars. He followed up at the appropriate times and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. He gave us a true sense of concern for excellent customer service, something that is too often overlooked these days.Matt was very helpful through the entire finance process as well and dedicated the necessary time to closing the deal. We could have purchased our next new car anywhere but chose Hendrick Mercedes of Northlake because of the staff's high level of professionalism and customer service.

I bought my CPO 2009 E350 online and am very pleased! I had my car delivered nearly two thousand miles away to Arizona in 10 days from the day I saw it online. It is what I expected and more; it is like new! Clint was first class all the way, and very quick with responses to my questions. Matthew made the paperwork easy and quick. I would deal with them again in a heartbeat. I am ammending to reflect that I misunderstood the meaning of 'out the door' and was shocked to have to pay $2,138 in taxes to register the car, so am not happy about the price. I still recommend Northlake I am just not happy with the price anymore.

I initially met with Ryan. When I came in to purchase I worked with Gina (Ryan was off). Both of these individuals are not only knowledgeable professionals but honest, ethical, and friendly people. I had a high mileage trade-in. I got an OK price - fair, nothing to write home about. But the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the dealership - and Gina and Ryan specifically. Gina also called numerous times after the sale to follow up. She's a class act.

I highly recommend the team at MB of Northlake. I called the dealer before visiting to inquire about availability of vehicles/options/colors I was interested in. Upon arriving 45 minutes later, all 4 cars were pulled out and lined up for me to review. Sohil was very helpful with our questions and never pushy to close the deal (even though it was the last day of the month). After test driving, I explained how I was going to test drive Acura and Infinti as well. Sohil never talked bad about the competition and encouraged us to test drive all makes to be sure we ultimately purchase the right vehicle for us.By the end of the day, Mercedes was the vehicle we wanted. When coming back to the dealership to negotiate the purchase price, Sohil was helping another customer but came over to greet us and introduced Chris Tarry to assist with any more questions. It was great to have them work as a team so we didn't have to wait. Chris picked up where Sohil had left off and we settled on a very fair price. Between the sales staff and Finance, everyone was very patient, not the least bit pushy, and very accommodating with the kids.I look forward to more of the same from their Service department.

They made me feel welcome and very comfortable about my purchase. If you are going to buy a car, this is the dealership to go to!! Between the initial meet and greet, test driving, discussing the specifics of the car and the financial aspect, I was very well taken care of upon my visit, and it is the ultimate reason I chose to purchase a Mercedes-Benz over the competition. I'm a very busy health care provider and am usually very squeezed for time.The service and customer care I received at Mercedes Benz of Northlake is unquestionably the best ever. Everyone was professional, courteous, prompt, and attentive. There was absolutely no pressure of any kind. My young daughter was with me when we finalized the purchase, and the staff was as courteous and attentive to her as they were to me. They even helped her pick out a MB T-shirt!I can't say enough good things about MB Northlake, including the facility. The service area is spotless, and the customer areas are modern and relaxing. (The entry bay also has the fastest rollup door I've ever seen.)I wholeheartedly recommend MB Northlake to anyone reading this. I had a great hour or so with Sohil Shah on Saturday morning while looking for information on a couple cars my wife and I are looking into.
