I've been to many different MB dealerships and Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando is by far the best Mercedes-Benz dealership I've ever been at. Everyone was so accommodating and nice, especially my sales advisor, Gary! It was my first time buying a car and he was super personable and helpful. It was a very smooth process. It's amazing the amount of perks and benefits you have with buying from this dealership and I love that it's black-owned and the relationship they have with so many small businesses around the area. Will definitely recommend this place and hopefully visit soon when I'm in town. Absolutely wonderful experience :) 100/10.

Best experience!!! Staff is very friendly and efficient. Took less than 1 minute to be greeted. Hector assisted my family and I! Austin and Yvette (or Yvonne…I’m terrible with names) were fantastic. Austin was knowledgeable and not pushy or aggressive. He was helpful and understanding. He listened and explained and facilitated a sale that fit my schedule. We test drove one day, I made a deposit and secured the vehicle a second day and did the finance/delivery a third day. Never once did he give me that “if you don’t do it all right here right now the car won’t be waiting for you.” I believe he trusted I was serious once my mind was made up and I trusted him to do right by me. I had to bring my 5 year old along for the process today, and the whole dealership was wonderful and accommodating. Doing paperwork was actually enjoyable and as many questions as I had, I never got an impatient response and never felt rushed. If anything, I feel like I gained a friend. I can’t say things were perfect thereafter but I can say that that as nothing in life is, the recovery was well done and I felt like oh purchase mattered. I would 10/10 recommend not only the dealership, but the specific associates i encountered. I should also mention that the gentleman who sits at the front of the entrance behind the desk recognized me when I returned. Things like that matter. I look forward to my experiences with the dealership in the years to come. They have a customer for life in me!

Eric Williams is an excellent service consultant!! He always has wonderful customer service and is very detail oriented. Thank you Eric you always get five stars from me! Unfortunately, for this visit I arrived half an hour early for my appointment but the greeter never told Eric that I had arrived and I sat in the lounge for 1.5 hours waiting before I realized that my vehicle was not being serviced and asked someone else to contact Eric. Then I had to wait two more hours for service to be completed. I was upset. It was not Eric’s fault but the guys outside need to get it together!! I usually get superb service at Mercedes Benz of South Orlando and you deserve five stars.

ALL Customers BEWARE! We have been using this dealership for years to service all of the Mercedes in our family(7 of them). We even purchased our GL550 from this dealership a little over 3 years ago. Our GL550 is practically brand new. It has been garage kept, meticulously maintained and only has 17K miles on it. We noticed that the front 2 rims have a defect in the finish. Naturally on a 90K(new)vehicle you would ASSUME that Mercedes would replace the rims with new ones since the vehicle is still under warranty. Instead MB of South Orlando offers to PAINT them! I could see if we owned an entry level vehicle painting might be an option but this is a MERCEDES. We even called the 800 number for Mercedes to see what they would do. They contacted the dealership to see what the dealer thought and the service manager Richard Suarez(who we have never met or spoken with) told the Mercedes rep that the clear coat on the rims was failing and painting them would fix the issue. OBVIOUSLY if there is a failure on the finish on the rims it is a MANUFACTURER DEFECT! Not sure if you have ever seen a painted rim, basically it is a cob job and after a short period of time it will start to chip, peel, etc. It reminds me of something you would see on a buy here/pay here car lot. We cannot understand why a dealership that we have given all of our business to would not fight for our best interest. You would think we were asking them to replace the rims out of their pocket! All we want is for MBUSA to honor the vehicle warranty and replace the defective rims. We have contacted all levels of management at Mercedes of South Orlando and we have given them every opportunity to resolve the issue and they have denied us the proper remedy. We are the customer, the dealership should be helping us get Mercedes to properly take care of warranty issues. It is a shame that the world we live in no longer has people with a conscience and/or a want for customer satisfaction. The days of "the customer is always right" have long since passed. The BOTTOM LINE is, if you have a Mercedes that needs service, or if you are looking to purchase a new Mercedes, DO NOT go to Mercedes of South Orlando because they do not care about you or your best interest!

I purchased my car from MBSO, every encounter with them since purchasing my car has been excellent. This includes scheduled appointments and pop in visits for low tire pressure, questionable noises or any concerns. I'm treated with respect, they are courteous, patience with explaining things and answering my questions.

My wife bought her car from another dealer and brought it to Mercedes of South Orlando. They actually wrecked the car when it was on the lift during their service and then tried to return the car with this major damage as if nothing had happened. they found on their video that they were responsible and fixed the damage but then tried to return it to me with scratches in the NEW paint they had just done. Finally got it back repaired but the bumper melted because the tailpipe was never connected correctly. I asked them why they missed it when they had it in for their 5 star service and I was told by Reuben the GM that "everybody misses things." Do NOT bring your car to this dealership is you do not want them to "miss things". Also, if you are a woman...my wife says they are major bullies. They do not have the best interest of the customer in mind for sure.

I bought a used Mercedes and brought it in for service. Terrible customer service to start and then they wrecked my car on the lift and tried to return it to me as if nothing had happened. They even admitted to it but the subsequent damage is horrendous. You should see the pics!

I bought a used car and brought it to the dealership for a look over and service. They wrecked my car....I got it back after service with major damage on my rocker panels and it looks like they dropped it off of the lift. There has been fallout damage from this and they are taking no responsibility for this saying it was not related to them damaging my car on the lift. They keep a video of their repairs but of course none are available from the day they caused the damage. I have pictures of the incident and will be posting them very soon but if I were you....I would not take anything to them for service. They are very unreliable and in fact, I came out with more damage than I went in to the shop with in the first place. Buyer beware this is not a shop you want to do business with if you want a responsible service location. Oh and if you are a woman...this is NOT the place to take your car to for service. They definitely do not have your back ( I felt very belittled when I was speaking with them) and I felt very dehumanized from my entire experience here. Now that the damage is done...it is like fighting a big corporate giant as there is nobody to help you with our complaints whatsoever. This is definitely not a place I would ever take my family to buy a car. Way too much risk here at this dealership for sure.

Came in for a test drive on a used c250 yesterday. I made an appointment to come in, what around for awhile while I had coffee. I can only guess that the responsiveness isn't as prompt on used cars. When I finally did get into the car, I commented on a worn knob on the dash board. I asked if it could be corrected, and the salesperson would not commit to an answer. When we got back to discuss price, I was told there was not much of any negotiating room on many of these cars, but to go ahead and submit an offer anyway. While they left to speak to the manager, I noticed a book having to do with most common mistakes that salespeople make. When the salesperson got back, I asked what 1 or 2 of the most common sales mistakes were, but was told that they had not read the book, so they wouldn't know. Another wrong answer. There was a considerable difference on what I was willing to pay, so I left. Later on I was called by another salesperson, wondering how else I could be helped, and asking me if it would help to deal with them instead. As I in the process of explaining some of my concerns, I was politely as to hold on while they could attend to another matter. I hung up. There was a follow up message and email, and I responded that if they could not meet my offer then there was really no point in going any further, and never got a response. The overall impression here is that they will certainly not go out of their way to even attempt to even meet the customer halfway, much less try to meet the customer's need in any way.

Since this is the only Authorized MB dealer near us we have no choice but to service our GL there. Every time when stopped at this location employee are staying around doing nothing, no "welcome", not a smile or positive attitude, a few of them busy checking their cell. At one point when lifting our car to service it they accidentally had cut one tire-nothing to say! Before having this GL we had an Infiniti, the difference in customer service is ginormous, was treated with respect each time and felt welcomed and valued as a customer. At the MB dealership feels like I have to treat the employee like a queen in order to have my car serviced right.

My last few service experiences at MBSO have been positive, which makes me happy since I've had some not so positive experiences in the past. My current service advisor, Chris Overmyer, has been very professional, courteous, and helpful each time I've called or taken my car to get serviced. I'd also like to say that we are always greeted in a positive and friendly manner by Aaron when we pull into the service station. He is very helpful, funny, and always willing to help out. From a simple service walked in, to an almost emergency situation driving back from Miami. We felt a vibration and it was almost 4 pm, and we decided to drive up to service and they were so fast and curteous. Without hessitation a young gentleman came concerned and saw that we were taken care asap, we were taken care by Eric and he said not to worry we will help you. So it was within 10 minutes they came back to tell us what was going on, and that it was going to be fixed within one hour, and it was. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando and I live on the complete other side of town. I can not say enough great things about them! Both my wife and I purchased Mercedes from them this time and ZuHare and Tinu were EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end. Both gentlemen were very calm, and did a great job going above and beyond to make me feel better. I've been taking my car there for over a year now, and the service has never improved!! I love my ML550, but absolutely HATE going to your dealership. I had a Lexus prior to this, and NEVER had any issues at Lexus of Orlando.Today, 12/28/15, I came in for a brake job. I was given an estimated time of a couple of hours. I brought the car there at 10:30am, and left your dealership at 4:30pm (6 hours?!?!?!)!!! I was never given the papers to sign stating what service would be done or what the cost would be. When I went to pick up the car at 4pm, the bill was $1200. Then, somehow my car was "misplaced", and was never washed after I received a phone call from my service advisor at 2:57pm telling me my car was ready, and was going through the wash at that time. It just seemed as no one cared, until I got upset. Then, Richard (parts and service director), came to assist the situation. He was very professional and helpful, and made me feel better.

In July 2015, I went to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando to purchase my 2015 C300 Mercedes Benz. As with all purchases from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando (MBSO), I paid for their "VIP program" which included many services, but the service of the most interest was their advertised "airport service," where they would take you from the dealership to Orlando International Airport, store your vehicle, wash and vacuum it and then pick you up upon your return. This service was both described and advertised as "at my convenience." I paid over $900 for this "VIP Program," with the belief and understanding that this convenience would pay for itself in time through saving the airport parking fees and more. On my initial use, in September 2015, it went exactly as described by my sales person, the MBSO.com website and the person I confirmed the service with on the telephone when I made the scheduling. That they would take me to the airport at my designated time, clean my vehicle, park it at their facility and upon my return, I would be picked up and returned to my vehicle at MBSO at the time of my arrival. This is exactly how the service worked and was exactly as described. Fast forward a month or so, and I go to schedule another business trip, utilizing the MBSO VIP Program, that I paid for, which included the airport service, and come to find that, without any prior notice, the service I paid for had been changed from a car service at my convenience and schedule, to what can be simply described as a shuttle bus service that only takes me, the customer, to the airport on the hour and returns me, the customer, to the dealership on the half-hour, no longer making it at my convenience, but rather at the dealer's convenience. They cut back on the customer service and convenience aspect, and actually added more travel time to the service. No longer do they offer to drop the customer off at the airport or pick the customer up at the customer's convenience, but make it more inconvenient and time consuming. Rather than being dropped off when the customer needs, the customer must now add up to an additional, and now wasted, hour to their travel plans. When I learned of these changes, the attitude of both the staff and management was essentially, "Didn't you read the terms and conditions?" and then basically, "We changed it because it was too busy." What that means is, "Our promotion was so successful, that you, the customer, can no longer receive what we advertised and promised, and that's just too bad." Now bear in mind, their defense to this is that they have not discontinued the service, only changed its terms, and in a sense this is true, but the changes were not to benefit the customer in any way, shape or manner, and if anything, is to discourage the customer from using it. When my own personal dissatisfaction was expressed to the management, no effort was made to remedy the situation, accommodate my needs, or adjust their "new" program to be more inline with what I and customers prior to the change were promised and paid for. As a matter of fact, after several email exchanges with the management, I was told in no uncertain terms, "This conversation is over and we will not respond any further." So, you, as the customer are the least of their concern. Any offer, service or promotion promised at the time of purchase is about as solid as a block of jello. It means nothing and they will do nothing to satisfy you.

In July 2015, I went to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando to purchase my 2015 C300 Mercedes Benz.As with all purchases from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando (MBSO), I paid for their "VIP program" which included many services, but the service of the most interest was their advertised "airport service," where they would take you from the dealership to Orlando International Airport, store your vehicle, wash and vacuum it and then pick you up upon your return. This service was both described and advertised as "at my convenience." I paid over $900 for this "VIP Program," with the belief and understanding that this convenience would pay for itself in time through saving the airport parking fees and more.On my initial use, in September 2015, it went exactly as described by my sales person, the MBSO.com website and the person I confirmed the service with on the telephone when I made the scheduling. That they would take me to the airport at my designated time, clean my vehicle, park it at their facility and upon my return, I would be picked up and returned to my vehicle at MBSO at the time of my arrival. This is exactly how the service worked and was exactly as described. Fast forward a month or so, and I go to schedule another business trip, utilizing the MBSO VIP Program, that I paid for, which included the airport service, and come to find that, without any prior notice, the service I paid for had been changed from a car service at my convenience and schedule, to what can be simply described as a shuttle bus service that only takes me, the customer, to the airport on the hour and returns me, the customer, to the dealership on the half-hour, no longer making it at my convenience, but rather at the dealer's convenience. They cut back on the customer service and convenience aspect, and actually added more travel time to the service. No longer do they offer to drop the customer off at the airport or pick the customer up at the customer's convenience, but make it more inconvenient and time consuming. Rather than being dropped off when the customer needs, the customer must now add up to an additional, and now wasted, hour to their travel plans. You cannot trust any offer or service promised by them or that you even paid for, because they will just alter the terms to their benefit and to your inconvenience and only tell you "You should have read the terms and conditions, too bad, goodbye."I am very disappointed with Mercedes Benz of South Orlando and would not recommend them.If they wish to contact me and make things right, as promised, and paid for, then I will make note of it, but until that time, I stand behind my opinion.

I just serviced my vehicle a week ago, and was very satisfied.Surprisingly, I received a call on Monday, from my salesperson, letting me know that Mercedes-Benz will waive my remaining payments on my lease. I asked him, are you sure, it sounded too good to be true, but he was right. I traded in my 2014 E Class for a brand new 2016 C-Class.I am just so surprised how easy it was.I have leased vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Of South Orlando for years, and they always want to make sure I am completely satisfied. Oh and you have to try their breakfast or lunch when you service your car, what a great perk.

I brought in my 2014 E-Class for Service, and as soon as I pulled into the service department, I was greeted by a nice young man, who brought me directly to my Service Advisor. Since I was going to wait for the Service, I asked them if they could drive me to Mall at Millenia, so I could do some holiday shopping. I was able to get a few gifts, and then surprisingly the dealership picked me back up and brought me back to the dealership. My car was washed and cleaned. I don;t have enough time in a day to do everything, so it was nice to use my time wisely. Thanks Mercedes-Benz Of South Orlando.

My new car broke down on the side of I-4!!! I was on my way home from a meeting (running late for family dinner as usual) all the lights on the dash came on and the vehicle clearly was not running properly! Of course I panicked and didn't know who I should be calling first. Then I remembered having put the business card I was given when I met one of the service guys I was introduced to by the salesman when I took delivery of my S Class. I called him right away, explained the situation as well as my need for immediate help! In less than an hour I had a tow truck and courtesy vehicle brought tonkenon the side of I-4! Both of which as well as the repairs for the car cost me $0.00 Fernando in service made that complimentary for me due to the fact that I was in such a bind! (The vehicle repairs were covered by Mercedes Benz warranty) He called me daily to update me on the status of my car, the 2 times I called him he called me back right away and just went so far over and above what "is expected" to happen. For as long as my wife and I both stay a Mercedes owner, I will only give my business to this am dealership! Both the service they provide and the the facility are the equivalent to a 5 star hotel!

I was trying to buy a Mercedes and took one for a test drive and when I returned they never offer to sell me the car and just asked for the keys back so I bought one from another dealer. Some time afterward, I thought I would try them again to get my Mercedes washed as is customary at most Mercedes dealerships. They wouldn't wash it because I didn't buy it there. I asked to talk to management and they said they would not wash it. The other dealer in town never asks me if I bought the car from them and stated they often wash cars purchased from other Mercedes dealerships. I will never use this dealership for either purchase or service after these two episodes.

Even something as simple as replacing a tire was handled with the utmost professionalism. Chris in the Service Department was very thorough and patient answering all my questions relating to roadside assistance and the different lugnuts for the spare. Sales Manager, Tinu also responded to my texts and made sure that I was being taken care of. I will continue to do business with this dealership because of this kind of customer service.

I took my 2005 Mercedes Benz 230C to the service department to have my sunroof repaired that did not close. I had the sliding roof drive motor replaced. After the motor was replaced I was informed that the tracks also were bend and that they needed to be replaced. Replacement cost - twice as much as the motor. I decided not to get this done, asked if the roof was able to be closed and was informed this was the case and that I could use the sunroof just not to its full capacity. I accepted, it is a 10 year old car and I can do without that. After picking up my car and still in the parking lot of MB I realized the liner of the sunroof was not closed, I tried to close it to find out the sunroof functions are backwards now. Open is close and close is open. And I have a SRS Service light warning on the dashboard. I turned around and went right back. The outcome was. The liner was closed and I have been advised not to try opening or closing the sunroof at all. The SRS Service light is still on, because there was no error to be found and the technician was not able to erase the default. While everybody was very friendly and courteous I am not satisfied with the repair service.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. From the salesman talking me into a lease knowing I wanted to pay off the car to an $11,000 repaint because of a factory defect.Their own GM and salesman told me it devauled my car and not to buy it. I only have 8 more lease payment and was planning on buying the car since i have so much money tied into it. The offered me one lease payment back and their are defects in the new paint job. I took the car to another dealership and they said the car has lost between $5,000 and $6,000 and all I get is I do not own the car I am leasing it. Why do they offer a buy out and the end of my lease?????? When I got my car back it also had the B2 service done and as I got on the road the back tire pressure was almost at 50 psi and the right front had a nail in it and was at 26 psi. Not what you expect for a high end car. Also when the car had 5,000 miles on it it broke down about 70 miles out of town and I waited over four hours after 4 calls for a tow truck that did not show up untill the next morning. Thank GOD I was able to het Hertz to come pick me up and got a rental to get back to Orlando.

Went in ready to buy a GL450 or 550. Salesperson was not terribly familiar with features, but worse yet, was unable to even assemble an accurate quote when we gave him a specific list of features we wanted. Took days to follow up with us to even simple questions and requests. Finally escalated to the "manager" (Darrell) and situation just got worse. Again - emailed complete list of features for the order, and they could not manage to even send back a line-item quote. Acted entirely indifferent to wanting our business.Moved to another dealer and had terms finalized, an order in hand, and a 100k car ordered within a day. Everybody was happy, I got the car I wanted, and the dealership made money. Don't know what the heck is wrong with the South Orlando team, but I was amazed and disappointed as they were the dealership closest to me and I'm even a former customer (had an SLK350 for years from them), and that was a much better experience back in 2006. But seems like they have fallen apart. Would NOT recommend buying through them.

The staff of this dealership could not have been nicer. Everybody from the receptionist to the Business Manager were most polite They really seem to care about their customers and bend over backwards to please. I think the salesperson was new to the dealership, but was very honest and knowledgeable about the product. I was escorted to the service wait area, which was well stocked, and very neat, while the office completed my paperwork. I was asked to call my insurance agent in the public area which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I would have liked a little more privacy during this process. The salesperson talked with my agent and then didn't return my phone for about 30 minutes; for which he apologized. The Business Manager was knowledgeable and efficient, and closed the deal with professionalism. In spite of these two misgivings, I would recommend the dealership.

It was my plan to just look at cars. However, Bethel was very helpful and listened to exactly what I told him my needs and wants were. I had never had a car with any real technology. We looked at a very models, which I really liked but were out of my price range before Bethel suggested that I look at a certified pre-owned C Coupe. After my test drive, Bethel took his time and explained all of the various features and how they worked to make my driving experience easier and safer. He did this even though I told him several times that I was only looking and had no plans to purchase a car. This actually made me want to purchase the car because he made the experience fun, without any pressure and I never felt like I was being sold a car. I felt like I was being educated as to my options should I go look at another brand. The car he suggested was perfect and after the test drive and the education I was in love with it and had to have it. Bethel kept me in the price range that I wanted to be in and kept my payments and down payment where I told him I wanted them to be. I will definitely recommend Bethel to my friends. Buying a car should be this enjoyable for everyone.

I have a brand new mb glk 350 and have brought the car in numerous times to the dealership because this computer error causes the car to go limp and will not allow you to accelerate. The communication was poor and have been verbally bullied by one of the business managers of the dealership because it was the 3rd or 4th time I had taken the car to the dealership and because I have constantly complained to the dealership mgmt. about the lack of communication. I thought at a recent meeting between the dealerships manager and the new service manager that these issues had been resolved between the three of us but unfortunately I was mistaken. Due to the fact that I wrote a negative review of this dealership on social media sites this dealership has refused to service my new GLK 350 even though it is under warranty. Mercedes Benz refuses to repurchase the car or replace the car even though I have taken the car in for this issue more than 4 times for this issue. Bullying and Verbally Threatening its customers is apparently acceptable behavior according to Mercedes Benz and this dealership and they will not stand by its customers as long as they take unacceptable customer service. If you say anything negative or stand up for your rights in an acceptable manner you will be verbally punished or banished from the dealership even though you are entitled to be treated respectfully.

They practically stole my trade in. The same day I purchased my vehicle I did the math I noticed I was duped. Day after I returned to asked for the deal reversed, they told me to come back when the GM returned which was 3days later. I was ignored throughout the whole process. Long story short, this issue was never resolved and the people here are very unprofessional. Don't do business here! Nothing but heartless dealers who care less about the customer and more about a sale.

While visiting the Orlando area my SUV broke a pulley and MB roadside assistance towed it to Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. The attention and priority given by Sarah in customer service and Mike Bell (service advisor) was impressive. They had me back on the road within a few days. Not being a resident of Orlando and not knowing this dealership had me somewhat concerned, however, they treated me as if they had sold me the vehicle! We purchased a e350 from them and the salesman was robert coleman I explain to him how personal my tag was on the dodge nitro I traded in and he said I agree we will have it taken off for me by the next day ,, I go back and ask for my personal license plate and he tells me the car was. Already gone so he was sorry and he was going to buy me another personal tag but that tag was not being made anymore because the business is not here anymore. I accepted that and moved on ... now here it was1 month later and someone rear ends my mercedes and we call robert thinking t hey have a body shop and he refers us to maitland autobody, so we have the car towed there on october 23,2012 and here it is january 14 and I still have not received my car, there has been a lot of mistakes made by maitland autobody and a lot of things they caused extra to my car , since I have never been in this situation before I call on robert because he is the one who told us to go there and we took his advice thinking it was in our best interest and he says to me when I called and asked him to check on my car that the entire situation was stressing him out, meaning dont call him again and I am totally offended by his statement to me because noone is more stressed out about not having there car than me ... this entire incident has caused me to fall out of like with mercedes because if robert had never told us to go there we wouldnt be in this situation

They have a big selection of vehicles, so I was able to find a great GL 550. Imran Siddiqui was my salesman. He was professional, respectful, and patient. I recommend him highly. When it came to the finance office, they still print out forms on a printer that was popular in the 80s. I would recommend they computerize the process to speed it up and make it more consumer friendly. The salesman should be able to show you all the numbers with a few clicks on his computer. Keeping the mystery in the finance office is why car dealers still aren't trusted.

The experience at the dealership was amazing. Our salesperson Maria was great throughout the whole transaction. She did a great job explaining every detail. Everyone in the dealer was very helpful with resolving the problems that the car presented. I would definitively record the dealer and I would love to keep doing business in the dealer. The finance manager was great as well. He was ver knowledgeable and explained well all of my concerns. Overall it was a great experience.

The 10k check-up went well. However the carwash not so great. We had the car washed and left the dealership. We pulled onto I-4 and all of a sudden we had a very load pounding noise on the roof. To our surprise the ruber seal that goes across the top of the windshield was flapping on the roof. We returned to the dealership it was put back in place and we were told that the carwash must of managed to grab the seal and loosened it. So much for up on the rooftop!!

I have a 2006 ML and a 2011 E convertible both purchased at the dealership and although I have had some service issues over the years with the ML, I love both cars! My service advisor is Chad and he does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and efficient.The few times that I have had my car in for service and he was not there, I have been treated very well by the other service advisors. My sales person is Marina and she was very knowledgable and followed up after my initial contact with her. I have always been satisfied with the service and sales departments and it is a top notch operation.

Extremely poor experience at Mercedes Benz of South Orlando! First every time I call I get voice mail and it takes forever to get a return call. Second I had my car towed to Mercedes because the key would not turn. They told me they would just order a new key and go from there. The key was the problem($290.09) so they did not perform any maintence on my vehicle. When I picked up the car they charged me 10% (24.90) for haz. waste disposal. They did not even look at the car much less dispose of anything. I call Alex the manager of parts & service all he would do is quote me the state law regarding haz. waste disposal. I find this to be extremely ridiculous, when all they did was order a key. He was not willing to do anything for this reason I will NEVER recommend, service or buy a car from Mercedes of South Orlando!!!!!

Good overall experience since we had a good idea on what we where looking for and how much we wanted to pay. Had the usual dealer attempt to add on charges to the final offer but managed to negotiate a good deal. Staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable. Made every attempt to address our questions and concerns. Looking forward to see how well they perform after the buying process and the service kicks in.

We had planned our purchase over a few months. We got Maria A to find the GL 350 Bluetec in inventory that matched our desired features list. Maria A was extremely good through-out the process. The Business Manager, the Sales Manager were all exceptional to prepare and sign-off on the deal. Two tiny tips - 1)for these SUVs, there is not much to negotiate with price; 2) buying a feature from the dealership will be approximately 1.5 more expensive from listed price. I would certainly recommend this dealership and salesperson!

I went to this dealer to look at a used s class. Everyone was friendly but as soon as they learned my credit score the whole situation turned very high pressure. I felt extremely uncomfortable. This is not the kind of atmosphere I would expect when buying a luxury automobile. I ended up walking away and when I did everyone was visibly let down and I was stuck sitting and waiting at the front of the dealership for my car to be brought back around to the front. Towards the end of the negotiation they even brought out a saleswoman who I suspect was their "closer" to try and help seal the deal. Awkward. I had done extensive research on the car and knew I was offering a fair price. They knew it too because they called me the next morning and accepted my offer. I said I would call them back but instead I went online and bought the same car for cheaper from a dealership 200 miles away...it's getting delivered this weekend. I've bought an Audi a6, a mb e class, and a range rover hse in the past 6 years from different dealers around Orlando and this experience was definitely the most high pressure sales pitch I had encountered.

I was given estimate for repair of $11k never heard another word about price till I was picking up and found out they billed my insurance co $18k for a car that was worth$16k. It's been back 5 times in 5 months . Car would have been totaled if I was advised of repair costs. I've hired attorney. This is very bad experience and when its over I'll never set foot into dealership and will bad mouth every chance I get.

Found a great used Mercedes convertible online at this dealership. Was not in town and really wanted this car- after discussion with sales person via phone agreed to a price and put down a deposit. A few days later the salesman called and said that the convertible top was not working and the dealership would not sell the vehicle. Why would a reliable dealership put a car up for sale without first checking the convertible top? Are they that bad or did they get a better offer? You tell me!
