We have purchased 6 cars from Kaz at this dealership and It's about time that I write a review. There is a reason why I continue to go back to this dealership and this particular salesperson.He is transparent, a true gentleman and does not play the typical salesman games. He is upfront and lets you know what you are getting and how much it will cost. There is no upselling and he is truly a man of his word.As we approached the dealership, on this most recent time, we discovered that Kaz is now the manager. He had one of his Top Salesmen show us the vehicle and walk us through the steps. Don was really awesome, patient and truly knows all of the answers to what a savvy car purchaser wants to know. Also, I did not feel as if I was being sold, but as if I was dealing with a friend. Kaz and Don are a truly GREAT team and I'd recommend them to anyone.I don't know if you have ever had a bad experience when it comes to getting to the "finance" department. I have, but never at Mercedes Benz of Valencia. On this occasion Steve Metts met with Paris and I.I have never been in and out of Finance in less than 15 minutes! He explained everything and wasn't one of those who leaned on the client to get them to buy extended this and more of that! I was elated.We will keep coming back to Mercedes Benz of Valencia to deal with Kaz, Don and Steve. I went into the dealership and met with Daniel Medina. He was able to locate a car that fit my budget and get me all the features I wanted! He was very straight forward and unlike other Mercedes dealers in the valley there was no hidden fees or shenanigans going on. I will always buy from Daniel from now on and so will everyone that I know that needs a car.

To of all of those who wish to purchase a Mercedes-Benz through the Valencia Dealership. Be Careful!They will tell you one thing and do another. They will run your credit multiple times against your wishes. Will tell you a deal is done and its not, and will leave you hanging. Will not return calls! Does not care about customer satisfaction at all. My credit score is 750, and I have had Mercedes-Benz for the past 30 years. So I know something about the car, I know I can get a good deal because of my score and payment history with Mercedes Financial. And that is what I believed was going to happen, was not the case. This has been the worst experience I have had when buying a car at this dealership and I will never go back. The dealer is more interested in kick-backs then satisfying the customer. They may not be considered about my review, but if people would speak up maybe changes would happen.

Where do I begin, My wife has taken her car C300 under warranty, two times to try and figure out a noise. The last time she had a recording of the noise. The service advisor Bill Parks listen to the recording and immediately dismissed it as nothing to be concerned about, but if she wanted to have it checked out she would have to pay for a "diagnostic fee" and a brake job (because he has pre-determined it was the brakes) Going back a 3rd time after complaining.

My wife and I went to the Mercedes dealer in Valencia to look at a late model CL550 and S550 that had been advertised on their website. Upon arrival, we noticed that they were having a "Grand Opening" of evidently their remodeled business.When we came through the front door, the gal who must have been the receptionist, was evidently too busy on her iPhone to look up and see what we might possibly be there for. After looking at several cars on the showroom floor and not having one salesman or manager approach us and ask us if they could help us, my wife finally walked up to the receptionist and asked her where we could find the late model vehicles that we were there to see. We went out to the front of the showroom and found the cars we were looking for. We had probably been at the dealership for over 30 minutes now and still not one person approached us to lend any help. My wife suggested that I go inside and find someone to show us the CL550, but I refused for the sole reason that I had spent a good deal of my lifetime in the car business and felt that this dealership had a real problem with customer service.When I was a Sales Manager and later a General Manager, I never would have tolerated such behavior from my sales and managerial staff. These people were evidently profiling us and thought they would not waste their time on someone who was not there by appointment and had simply walked on to their car lot. If they had been paying closer attention, they would have realized that we had pulled up and parked our late model S-Class Mercedes very close by and whoever was "up" at the time would have been all over us to sell us another Mercedes.Oh well, glad I found out what these people were all about before purchasing my next Mercedes.By bye Tom and DianeTehachapi, CA

The worst customer service experience of my life. Stay away from the General Manager Jason. He is unprofessional and frankly useless. Our salesperson William dropped the ball too. Nice at first but messed up paperwork, horrible customer service, no follow up or accountability, you name it. After a lifetime of loyalty to the Mercedes brand I am officially done and never buying another Mercedes ever. This dealership just stinks; low class and not good at what they do. If you deal with corporate, plan on more of the same. Placation, zero accountability. They don't care about you. Go to Jaguar or BMW. I am from here on out. #Mercedesisdtm #byebyebenz

Went in Valencia Mercedes-Benz to lease a new CLS, the salesperson I was dealing with went inside the trailer to get a set of keys so I could test drive the vehicle. After waiting for approximately five minutes I noticed my sales guy talking to someone else. Another sales guy came up to me and inquired if I needed help. I stated I was being help but not anymore. The sales person retrieved the key and we went for a test drive. We started the negotiation process in the trailer when I was informed the CLS I was trying to lease was sold to another customer. Someone came took the key off the sale person's desk and sold the car. I confronted the General Manager and was shocked by his response. He stated it was acceptable to sell a vehicle that a customer is trying to purchase right from under them. This dealership believes that by constructing a new building it will change its poor service practice. I went to KEYS Mercedes and leased a new CLS for a lot lower price than the crooks at Valencia Mercedes was offering. I recommend people to drive the distance and receive the service Mercedes-Benz is known for.

This dealer has treated me and my family WONDERFULLY over the years. I've spent quite a bit of money over the years servicing my SLK350, and they have always been extremely professional and accommodating. Most recently my SLK needed a new fuel pump, and Aram & John did a wonderful job handling the repair - I greatly appreciate their tenacity and extreme attention to detail. Coincidentally the car developed a starting issue after the repair, and Aram didn't hesitate to invite me back to the dealer to try and make it right - he even provided me an E350 loaner for the weekend. The starting issue was sorted, and Aram assured me that their priority was to make the car right & that I was always welcomed back should any issues persist. I am happy to report that the car has been perfect ever since. I would highly recommend this team, as they are respectful, tenacious, and professional.

The automobile industry has a bad reputation for dishonesty and Mercedes-Benz of Valencia is most certainly a contributor to this reputation. Purchased a pre-owned BMW from the dealership and was experiencing electrical issues less than a week after the purchase. Brought the vehicle back and was told there were no issues found. Took the vehicle back home and in less than a week the problem reoccurred. Had Auto Club jump the vehicle. The technician from Auto Club stated he had seen this a few times in the past where the alternator was the culprit. Told Mercedes-Benz what the Auto Club technician had mentioned and they just blew it off as though he would not know the workings of a BMW. After two days in the shop, they stated the battery had been replaced.After another week of having the car, guess what happened - the same issue. In for a third time in less than a month. This time they replaced the alternator. Another week goes by and the car won't start. I walked into the dealership and spoke with the service manager - Rick. He told me that each time the BMW is brought into them, they have to send it across the street to the BMW dealership to have it serviced. (like I'm creating an inconvenience for them and costing them money - all true, but is that my fault and what about my inconvenience!) Then Rick states that being a Saturday, he could not call BMW to schedule the appointment since they only run a half crew on Saturdays. It would need to wait until Monday to get an appointment. So after our conversation and leaving the vehicle with them, I went across the street and spoke directly with BMW. They were very kind and very accommodating. They set the appointment for my vehicle right then and there. I went back over to the Mercedes-Benz dealership and told them to drive the X5 over right now as the appointment is already set.AVOID THIS MERCEDES-BENZ DEALERSHIP unless you like liars and the run-around!!!

Let me start off by saying that my car buying experience at this dealership was FANTASTIC! I did not come to the dealership that day to purchase anything, only to test drive a few different models. Milton Garcia greeted me with a great big smile (remembering me from the day beforeimpressive) and allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. Milton took me on a test drive and explained in detail each and every car I was driving and answered the many questions that I had. Then comes along Kazz and William. They were the best salesmen Ive dealt with in a long time. Both were so professional and made me feel very comfortable. These guys know their stuff. I never did feel intimidated or pressured. They both explained the leasing program to me in great detail. They got me a great deal on a new car with everything that I wanted. The next thing you know, I was walking out of there with a 2013 C-class. Buying that car was the last thing I had expected. Carlos Gerpe in financing was the best. He was very friendly. I didnt feel pressured into buying anything extra. He took the time to explain all of the different packages/options.I would say the whole process; from the test drive to finance took about 3 hrs, if that. As I said before, that was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Good Job Mercedes Benz of Valencia. I will be back!!! Thank You guys ?

We have been to the dealership 8 times in the last three years to fix the hatchback. The last time we were here they claimed we backed into one of their vehicles. My wife went in and they bullied her into claiming she did it. They claimed it was on video which when we asked for and they could not produce.In addition there was a warranty repair on a light strip that was supposed to be covered. Then they said it was not and would we like it done for $210.00 We said go ahead, but it was still not done. Then we brought the car back again this week and the price was $265.00. We have both estimates for the same repair with two different prices and the third option where it was supposed to have been under warranty.My wife is scared to go back to the dealership to pick up here car and drop off the loaner. For two days we have left messages asking the GM Bill Masterini or the dealership owner Lenny Sage to please meet us there so we feel safe to finish this up.

First of all the place is gorgeous, clean, great selection of cars, and great staff. I had the pleasure of working with Milton Garcia. This guy knows the Mercedes product and explained all options in the C-class I was interested in. He was professional, not pushy, and a real gentleman to my wife and I. Then I met the Sales Manager Leo Gonzalez. He showed me my options and made the car work for me. He was also professional, not pushy, and did everything I could of asked for. He made me feel real comfortable and worked for my business. I have bought 5 cars in the past couple of years and I will say this has been the best experience of all. The car is great and Mercedes Benz of Valencia, Milton Garcia, and Leo Gonzalez have earned my business for years to come. Thank you.

"Milton Garcia went beyond expectations helping me find the right car. I had been searching to replace my older MB using all means, and had already test driven a few cars before following a recommendation and stopping by your dealership. I fell in love with the first car we looked at. However, when I concluded the it was simply not in my budget, I informed Milton, so he showed me another that was in my budget, but when compared to the first car, just didn't excite me. I told him what I was looking for, and continued my search around LA. A few days later Milton called and said he might have something for me. I was busy, and made a joke via email asking if he could drive the car to Burbank for me to see. He actually did it! And it was a great car!. During the few days that elapsed before the car was to be ready I fielded lots of calls from other salesman at other dealerships, offering deals that were also good on similar vehicles, but barring some ridiculous opportunity, there was not a chance I wasn't going to work with Milton. Milton delivered and I'll be recommending him and Valencia MB to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes.".

I purchased a used certified ML 350 in Sept, 2011. I have had some type of problem almost every month since I purchased, which has cost me gas and time. The last visit the service director accused me of dropping my key in water which I know have never happen. Very disappointed with me experience with Benz so far! Wish I never made this purchase, my Ford ran better than this!

I was in the market for a new Mercedes-Benz and e-mailed Valencia MB. Kasra "Kaz" contacted me very quickly and determined what type of vehicle I was looking for and what options I wanted. He put a lot of effort into finding the right vehicle for me (the Valencia dealership did not have the car I wanted on the lot). Everybody I came into contact with at the dealership was very friendly and courteous. Carlos in the finance department was extremely professional and quick.I would definitely recommend buying your Mercedes-Benz from this dealership and working with Kaz in particular.

The experience I had a Mercedes Benz of Valencia was exceptional. Kaz made my experience stress free and convenient. I don't live in the area and had a tough time making it to Valencia, so we worked out all of the numbers through email and over the phone. He delivered the car to my front door and we signed paperwork in my home. I have bought many cars in my past and have never experienced such professionalism when dealing with a dealership and a sales men. Kaz was knowledgeable and did not leave until I knew how all of the options in my vehicle worked... even though it was past what most of us would consider normal working hours. Being that he was a referral, I knew I could trust him selling me my dream car. Special thanks to Carlos as well for also helping me get the deal done. Thank you!

I didn't have it in my mind to actually purchase a vehicle but wanted to see what is available and affordable for me for future reference. I was totally swept off my feet by the above mentioned employees and others whose names I cannot recall, there were so many. They, first of all, listened to me, and then went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that met my needs and they worked with me to make it affordable. I felt like I was the most important person in the world and they truly cared about my feelings and about what "I" wanted. Everyone was very positive, congenial and seemed at ease, wanting to make sure I was comfortable by offering me drinks, cookies and consistently checking on me while paperwork was being processed. I knew they were busy with other things but they continued to stop and check on me to be sure they kept me up to date as to the paperwork progress and if I needed anything or just sit and talk to me for a while. Tim Schaeffer was very helpful and concerned that I got what I expected and he kept things going. Don went with me on my test drive and his knowledge about the many amenities the car is equipped with just blew me away and he was so patient with me as I asked him to repeat different things. He didn't mind at all. I was very impressed and comfortable with him as well. The finance department, Carlos and Terri were also very much at ease, and weren't in a huge hurrry to get through all the paperwork. We even talked about other things such as vacations, families, etc. Ryan with the service department was very accomodating when I brought the car back to adjust a headlight washer cover. I had made an appointment to have it fixed but when I drove up and he looked at it he got a manager who was walking by the area to check it out and he had it fixed in a matter of a few minutes. I didn't even have to take it into the stalls. I have just not been treated with such extended courtesy and thoughtfulness in a long time and it made me realize that there still are some folks who do care about others. This dealer is a massive dissapointment. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone for ANY reason. I purchased my new SLK at Keyes in Sherman Oaks, but have taken to Valencia for service due to convenience (near home). It is clear to me that they do not care about their customers' experience. The several times I have been there, they have:1. not greeted me upon arrival at service center.2. tried to sell me something I clearly do not need (i.e. wheels, licence frame, etc.)3. Outright lied to me by telling me that something is "impossible, cannot be done" etc, yet i know otherwise as I have done research to prove it.4. Charged AT LEAST a 30% premium over MB of Glendale for a specific service (clearing a service notification on dash, dialing down the volume of the alarm, minor roof adjustments).5. Caused me to leave highly dissatisfied with my experience.I have called other dealers in the area to compare prices, and as I stated above Valencia is AT LEAST 30% higher price. The service director at Glendale even said that "they gauge their customers because it's Valencia and they know that they can."I needed a new key fob, as I had accidentally dropped one in a sink and shorted it out. Valencia quoted me $550 for a new fob!! That same day, I drove to Glendale and got one for $130. They are crooks who gauge their customers because they know that the wealthy residents of Santa Clarita will not bother going anywhere else because of the convenience of a dealer being right here in town. But MB of Glendale is a MUCH MUCH more professional and polite dealer. I will continue to go there.

I had taken my car to MB Valencia for scheduled maintenance 2 times now. BOTH times there was some malfunction within days of picking the car up that required warranty work. That is irritating, but their general lack of respect for their customers is unsettling. I had a suspension problem that they have tried to pass off as "tires not recommended by Mercedes-Benz" 2 separate occasions, both times saying they changed the tires and the issue went away. I changed the tires, yet the problem persisted. Another mechanic verified its not the tires. The dealer again said its the tires. The tech even brought my wheel bearing in 15 minutes after I had dropped the car off to show me there is nothing wrong with it. I know that the wheel bearing cannot be pulled out in 15 minutes, and also a brand new bearing with brand new grease on it is quite obviously NOT the one from my car that has over 80,000 miles on it. The mechanic insisted that I have no idea what I am talking about. I jacked the car up and verified play in the wheel, yet he swears there is none. The guy is clearly incompetent, and is trying to scam my warranty company. Thus far I have filed complaints with my states attorney, the BBB, and my warranty company. Additionally they emailed me a survey that they asked me to fill out and email back as quickly as I can. After 2 weeks they called me and thanked me for filling it out. Problem with that is that I never got the survey. The email address the survey was returned from is NOT the email address they have on record for me. I contacted yahoo mail, and the email address was established with my personal information within a few days of the survey being sent out. Their survey people swear they did not fraudulently create this email address. I would not have written them a good survey and they knew it so their employees created an email address in order to get a good review. Makes me wonder what other kinds of identity theft these people are capable of. This instance is being reported to the states attorneys identity theft division immediately as well. If you can at all avoid this dealership for service, I would recommend you do so.

I have purchased four cars from Valencia Mercedes and have been so happy with the dealership. They are very competitive in price, and the service is wonderful. My salesman (Raymond) spent hours showing my husband and myself how to USE all the expceptional features on the car. I usually leave a dealership confused with all the new features on my latest purchase. The service department is exceptional. Carol, the service manager has always attended to my needs, and makes sure I am completly satisfied. Thank you Valencia Mercedes for making this experience so pleasurable.

I definitely recommend this dealership for high standard of integrity, reliability, honesty and friendliness. I've never felt pressured by the sales people, the people handling the finance or the service people. They addressed all my questions in a professional, yet kind manner. The people in the service department have been very low key and have made my visits comfortable. They have a nice lounge area to wait in providing coffee, water, etc. When they say the car will be ready in one hour, it is. Unlike my experiences at other dealers, I don't feel like I'm being attacked by a service representative trying to sell me everything he or she can just to up their commission. I have referred many friends and family to Valencia Mercedes. Some of them purchased cars and other leased them. In both instances, their feedbsck to me was the same as I have experienced personally. I plan to purchase any future Mercedes at Valencia Mercedes. It's always nice to drive a great car and know I have a competent company and dealership bind me. MG

This was an amazing experience! The dealership was clean, fun, and beautiful! I recently bought a new E coupe and I couldn't have been treated better! I felt like a King! While discussing the price of the car, which was $2,200 under invoice, my children (9 and 11 years of age) made themselves comfortable in the lounge with the T.V and cofee/ cocoa machine. They helped themselves to complimentry cookies and hot chocalte. i would highly recomend

I went to this dealership to purchase a car, And after being pushed into buying, they were extremely rude. They had to keep my car for detailing. When I arrived to pick up by car it was a gash on the hood. So after much stress of begging them to fix what they had done to my car, they finally agreed to repair it. After almost three weeks of repairing my car, they called and said it was ready, now, when I go to pick it up, it had a crack in the front window, and they refused to repair it, and the owner Mr. Sage told me to never come back to his dealership again. Now I have never had such a horrible expierence in buying a car that it left me so disappointed in ever buying a car again, not only was this a bad expierence but the car itself is not certified, the brakes are bad my engine light and brake lights stay on and I don't know what to do at this point, Mr. Sage and his people were so cruel to me I don't know where to take my car. I have not driven it that much to have all of these problems. I reported it to the corporation and they don't seem to care about my situation. If you can advise me, please help. I don't want to be stuck with car and all of the problems I never caused.Sincerely,E.W.

I took my car for regular routine to this dealership since I moved to Santa Clarita from Glendale. I had the worst service experience. First, they called me to tell me that my car needed several mechanical work beyond what is provided in Service B. I told them to just perform the regular service and that I would take my car to another dealership to get the work performed. A day after I picked up my car from service, I started having problems: my car door holders broke (on both driver and passenger side), my center console came apart, my oil malfunction warning came on, the washer fluid warning light came on, and my car started to have problems. I took it to another dealership where I personally knew the mechanics who worked there and they told me that several parts were not put back correctly (some of the valves were left open), that some wires were somehow disconnected. They also told me that I did not need the additional work that Mercedes of Valencia recommended. I will never return to this dealership. I never called them to notify them of the issues I experienced since I was too upset to deal with them. I believe that they intentionally did the damages to my car so I would return to get them repaired with them. This is not the best way to win a customer. I do not recommend this dealership.

I took my CLK500 in for brake squeeling in December 2008 to MERCEDES BENZ OF VALENCIA. The noise was diagnosed as worn out brake pads in the front. My service technician told me I had to replace both the pads and rotors to eliminate the noise. So I did. Two weeks later, the noise still persisted, and took the car back in. This time I was told the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Annoyed that I wasn't told this the first time, and having wasted another day at the dealer, I gave in and replaced them. We're talking pads AND ROTORS. The same day off the lot, I hear the noise again nonstop. Pissed, I return to the dealership the next day and complain. The pads are then dipped in anti-squeel and put back on, and the rep tells me that there should be no noise at all coming from brakes since all are brand new. The car is good for about a month and half, at which point the noise comes back full force, every time i brake day or night. I return to the dealer uncontent. They have a technician sit with me and drive to hear the noise... we don't even make it out of the lot when the technician says "i hear it loud and clear, dont bother leaving the lot". SO my service rep tells me he will replace them. I get a call the next day and my rep says his service foreman tried to duplicate the noise and could not after driving 70 miles with it. I told him "why did you have my ride with a technician who validated the noise, only to tell me otherwise today?" He tells me he will bring it up with his manager. His manager decides that since I wore out the brakes they might be overheating and causing this, and they wont replace. I was very upset, since they are NEW PADS AND ROTORS that Mercedes should cover!!!! I hardly put a few thousand miles on them. Ridiculous!! So i call MB Customer Care and a case manager calls the service manager at Valencia Benz. He concludes that she was in the right cuz they "drive 70 miles with car and didnt hear anything". I was so fuming mad... I told him it was their idea to sit a technician with me and drive it, and he heard the noise while still in the lot. You can't argue with the fact. Regardless, I hear the noise alll day long, and the noise should get fixed since its coming from original MB parts. I was not treated well at this dealership and its not my only issue with them, just my latest. I have since decided to stay away from this horrible service dealership. They don't know how to treat clients. This is my 8th merceds, but the first mercedes I service in Valencia. Horrible experiences with my CLK500, I will return to servicing it in the valley. MB of Valencia won't make any more money from me!!!!!
