My husband and I had the best experience today! We had the pleasure of having Gil help us! He was the sweetest, most caring gentleman! You could tell he loved his job, and cared about making his customer happy and not just making sure to get a sale! He walked us all over to try and find what we were looking for! I absolutely adored him, and honestly he was a big reason I was able to convince my husband! There was also another gentleman, but I didn’t catch his name who helped Gil and was fantastic as well! We had a great experience, I can’t say enough good things! We have purchased our last 5 cars with the same car salesman through Power due to customer service, and I can honestly say Gil did not disappoint and I would come back! Thanks everyone!

I am very glad I ended up at this location. Just walking in and being greeting very politely by their host made my first time buying a car experience easier. Their sales representative(Alan) was very attentive and respectful. Besides the fair and kind treatment, they really did all they could to have me walk out with exactly the car I wanted. I serviced my 2013 Mercedes at Wilsonville and the service was always great. I recently took my 2020 Mercedes in for service. They were ready when I arrived and very friendly, offering a loaner vehicle which I declined as it wasn’t necessary with the 2 hour first year service. This was completed in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job of washing and drying. My Mercedes was ready for the road! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville for the excellent service!

Been a little over a year since I bought my car from this dealership. When I bought the car last July it had a little over 10k miles on it. I've put a little over 5k miles on her in the past year. So far the windshield wiper sprayer and one of the side mirrors had to be replaced (both listed as defective on the repair slips) and now they cannot figure out why my car makes screeching noises when I accelerate or brake. I've had it in their service department twice now and both times they were sure it was fixed. The last time I was told (several times - guess they didn't think I understood) this was being covered as a "DSA Goodwill" but would not be covered in the future since this was not covered under either warranty (I purchased the extended warranty - money well spent I see!). Called and asked for Ryan Cook (my salesperson) - was put through to his active voice mail and left a message with no response, after 2 days called to speak to the Service Manager and was led to believe there was no service manager by the receptionist. WHAT???? No Service Manager at a dealership.Got a call from Michaela after a survey submission - she said Ryan was no longer with the company and that they did have a service manager. Promised me a call from the service manager. Been 4 days and no call (probably since they are aware of the brake pad issue below).Took my car to Les Schwab and they lightly sanded the brake pads and re-lubed everything - we'll see what happens. The Service Person let me know that they have had several memos on how Mercedes is struggling with their brake pads. I found several mentions of the C Class having the same issue as mine on MBWorld.I am so disappointed in this car and the dealership. Unfortunately now my brothers get to say - "told you so"...........

Because of a wait a little too long I was given a custom Pinot Noir wine and a handshake with an apology. Rare!

I bought a new sprinter 4x4 170'' and it had serious vibrations and sounds along with wiring problem , the Wilsonville dealer worked on it ordering parts from Germany took a very long time to get parts put new leaf springs in it and drive axels , the van still vibrates and has clunking sounds I was told this is normal and they will not take it back in to complete the warranty work . I am not happy with the results and the outcome . I have driven 3 other vans like mine and they do not vibrate , so are there van not normal and broken as they claim my is normal ? I feel they only swapped parts and did not address the real issue , I asked many times for factory angels and factory specs for angels of drive shafts and pinion angles , specs of drive line run outs , they could not produce these #'s so how dose the tech set up the new drive shaft or rear end after replacing leave springs with out and #'s to set the up by ? I was vey happy they fixed some wiring problems with the van , but am very un happy about the work and overall result as my van is not fixed still under warranty and only 3000 miles .

Maegan Shockley is a future all-star working in a typical male-dominated dealership. The condescending attitude and game-playing coming out of the sales management office had us leaving Wilsonville with a poor taste. Luckily, we found another Mercedes dealer that same day and drove away immensely happier than we could have at Wilsonville. My 2 cents... 1. shop around beyond this dealer. 2. Maegan, stick with it. Change that outdated culture... you're really good.

I've been taking my MBs to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville for years now, through a series of wonderful cars: 2002 S430, 2009 SL550, 2014 GL550, 2015 SL550, and a 2011 S63. The place has vastly improved since Jeff took over as the new owner. The dealership is a vast beautiful well-maintained expanse compared to their competition in downtown Portland. I'm greeted immediately, my concerns are listened to and verified, I'm whisked into the waiting room or a waiting service loaner, plied with custom lattes and fresh fruit, checked in with regularly, and all of my concerns are addressed promptly. Shaun, Chris Cain, Cheyenne, Stefan, Spencer: they're all great to work with.

Walked in was meet with a cold attitude . The older grey haired gentlemen was very snooty and was pure and simple very uninterested it so it seemed. We were in the market to purchase a a slightly used Mercedes and have money to put down but we didn't appreciate the sales guys snootiness and arrogance and therefor decided not to purchase a Mercedes through this Dealer !

Surprisingly , there was no post sales survey from the Dealership for feedback from the customer here. The good news is Monte in Finance and Andrew Tewson were both helpful , knowledgeable and professional and are truly assets to this Dealership. They "they saved the day".The Sales Rep who sold the car to me lacked any of the skills one would expect from a sales person, especially from Mercedes. If it wasn't for the fact that I wanted this particular vehicle I would have walked away . Cavalier attitude would be my best description.

Our sales representative Maegen Shockley took the time a lot of extra time, to listen to our needs. We provided the build we were looking for in our brand new C300 in December of 2014 and Maegan worked with us through February 2015 to find the exact model and features we were looking for in our 2015 C300. Maegan was incredibly knowledgeable in all models that we looked at and the features on each vehicle. We received the type of service that even surpasses what you would expect from a luxury car dealership. Everything from our initial consultation through driving our new vehicle right off the showroom floor was perfectly executed.We left with one of the nicest C300's on the road. This can be directly attributed to Maegan's persistence in locating the exact exterior color, audio configuration, interior details and the additional options we wanted. My husband purchased a Mercedes from this dealership in November and had such an excellent experience that we went back this month (Feb 2014) when we were in the market for a new car for me. Ryan Crook helped us from start to finish. He helped us find the perfect car for me and walked us through every step of the process. We were incredibly impressed with every person we met and everyone we worked with at the dealership. We had to return to the dealership two days later because I had run over a nail in my brand new car and not only did they replace my tire for free-which we did not expect-they threw in some floor mats for our trouble. I have purchased multiple Mercedes over the years. I would have to say that this purchasing experience was the best. The entire staff was great to work with. I also discovered they offer (pick up & delivery) for you car to be serviced! I was even able to get that scheduled. Which was amazing. They came and picked up my wife's car at her office, and dropped off a demo car for her. Then returned her car once the service was complete. That was amazing. My wife said the demo car was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this store.

My first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. As soon as I pulled in for service, it was a great experience. Was greeted immediately and my advisor, Chris Cain, quickly determined my needs. Would have enjoyed waiting in the waiting service area, however I needed to do some things in Wilsonville so was given a loaner car to use. My car was ready in a timely manner. It was waiting for me when I returned......all cleaned up. Chris even gave me a small bouquet of flowers.....nice touch Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. Next time I need to plan my service so that I can hang out in the service waiting area. Lots of tasty cookies, scones, snacks, drinks, wifi, big screen TV, and newspapers waiting for a customer's enjoyment.

I took my recently out warranty into the dealership because one of my service lights had come on, that the license plate light was out, and my trunk light wasn't working. Syd Somes was so helpful and looked at the problems and suggested he would contact Mercedes to see if they would cover the repair and we set up an appointment. I kept the appointment and was happy to find out from Syd the company had agreed to cover the problem. When they did the repair they changed the wiring so the problem would be less likely to reoccur. Thanks for the repair and the loaner car, your the best!

My long time service advisor, Syd Somes, is now working at Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville, and basically where he goes, I go - as far as service is concerned - since I have worked with him for almost two decades and his integrity is without question. I had not been to the Wilsonville dealership since its opening party in 1998, and was VERY impressed with the remodeled facility. Virtually every little customer amenity from computer space and complimentary Wi-Fi, to enough goodies to put someone into a hyperglycemic coma - and then bring them back with strong coffee (or other beverage choices) was provided. I always enjoyed chatting with other customers in the Mercedes waiting area, and this was no exception. The common topic was the proliferation of goodies. Speaking of goodies, the showroom was artistically decked out in red and white vehicles. Very holiday spirited. As usual for Mercedes dealerships, the customer experience is a pleasantly pampered one.

I dropped into the service department to have a front lic. plate installed. There I met Shaun Ryan! She got things going right away! I did not have the bracket for the installation so she had one ordered for me and I received it within 3 working days. She was courteous and very professional and her priority was "ME"! I have driven Mercedes Benz cars from 1980 and have purchased them and serviced them in four different M-B facilities. I was pleased when the Wilsonville facility was built near Lake Oswego where we have lived for many years. It has lived up to my expectations: yesterday when I had my car serviced I enjoyed the holiday ambience it presented. When I called for a last minute appointment time for service I called Chris Cain specifically; over the years he has been both a professional friend as well as a personal friend and I feel that I know the person I am talking to; he even remembers any family details I share with him. I do not feel that he is simply humoring me for the M-B service fees: at my advanced age that is important. I have been and am enjoying the M-B experience, i.e., the people who make it happen. I take the excellence of my car and the care it receives for granted.

Excellent facilities and a well-trained staff. The waiting area is provided with refreshments befitting a luxury hotel. All staff have been trained to treat customers like guests. Chris Cain and the service staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The only hitch in my otherwise five-star experience was lacking the right size replacement battery, which had to be acquired from a "sister" facility, adding an extra hour to my wait.

My tire pressure was slowly decreasing, so I stopped into the service department unannounced and they immediately dealt with it. I had run over a nail and they identified the problem, and fixed it quickly. Valarie Smith was very prompt, attentive, and efficient in getting the problem rectified within a half hour, all while I enjoyed the sweet treats, morning pastries, coffee and other choices in the inviting waiting area while catching up on the morning news. She even offered to have the car washed if I was willing to wait, and all at NO CHARGE! I love this dealership. Thanks Wilsonville Mercedes!

First time ever writing this. but I wanted to express my happy feeling and satisfaction of every time I brought my little C230 sports Mercedes for routine services whether I needed replacements for light bulb, key Fob/battery they would provide with no extra charge.Nice! All that was because of Cheyenne Merten for a convenience set up appointment and 20% discount, loved that .. Also, a big thanks and very much appreciated to Valarie Smith for a quick service when she called let me know that others things on my car needed attention for the service too, I was busy at work so I requested for her to send me detailed via an email and she did, which this really had helped me to verified and have my record kept. That was very nice of her took extra time to do that, what a great customer service, above that Ive got to test drive a very nice loaner car too. Thank you. Only thing I hate is the long drive to and from Beaverton not the mention the awful traffics on 217 and I-5, but once it was done and I felt very happy and satisfied. I think that is the most important, so it was worth it and that was why I came back to this facility. Keep up the good work and I will be back to take advantage of those complimentary/courtesy from you guys.. :-).

After having a mechanic repair a minor issue with my car, my car was giving a check engine notice so rather than take it back to the shop the caused the issue I took it to MB of Wilsonville, to Chris Cain and Rick. They worked on it for quite a while to find the damage caused by the other mechanic, then it came back to me. It then had an add coolant light coming on and I was averaging about 3 miles less per gallon. Both the add coolant and the loss in mileage started after the second repair. I then broke down on the I5 and had to be towed back to Wilsonville MB. But the last fix did the trick, all issues have been fixed. All damages from the original mechanic. No more 'add coolant' notices and my mileage is back to what it used to be. However, nearly $5000 including towing for a two to three drop a day oil leak! But I love my three year old vehicle and hopefully now it will run forever.

I've been searching for a used SUV Lexus GX470 (2008) and found/bougth one at this Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville dealer. I am so please with this purchase because:1. The vehicle is nice,clean, fully functional (like new after 6 years). The price is UNBEATABLE when comparing to other dealers within a region of 1000 mile range. Also, this SUV absolutely had no accident. I found similar models at many smaller dealers (specializing on used car), all of those car had accident. Therefore I came to Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville dealer with a confidence to buy an accident-free vehicle.2. The salemen (Brent and Perry) are so friendly and helpful, most importantly they are honest about the price and it takes only two-three hours to complete the deal. NO trick or tough negotiation like other car dealer. I've never had this great car-purchase experience before at any car dealer before in my life.3. Finally, I've never thought of owning a Mercedes, but now thinking about it (and my dad too after visiting this dealer). Or if I buy a different vehicle, I'll visit this dealer first. My 85 year old mother needed a new car and even though she insisted that her car was just fine I wasn't going to take any chances. I've driven various cars over the years; sedans, SUV's, trucks, and one in particular that I absolutely loved. It was a Mercedes Benz ML BlueTech with the air suspension. Wanting to surprise my mother, I had to find her favorite color combination, white exterior with a tan interior. The sales and finance team was fantastic, even though they didn't have the car in stock at the time they were able to find one in another market, bring it down for me, and still give me an incredible deal. We had an extra car in the family and I traded it towards the new vehicle. Even though I experienced separation anxiety, I knew it was going towards a great cause, mom. The trade in value was extremely fair and the process very smooth. My mother has never owned a Mercedes Benz and the team at Wilsonville worked tirelessly to make sure my surprise went off without any problems. After 2 misdiagnoses of the stereo problem in my SLK-350, and over 3 months waiting for new speakers I finally got my vehicle in for service Only to find that it was not the speakers but the amplifier. As a result of these misdiagnosis the dealer needed to keep my car for 5 days to get it repaired. I was given a loaner car that got a flat tire on the way home, on Saturday. The loaner car was replaced on Monday so 2 days with no drivable car. Once My car was finally repaired I was informed that I was being charged an extra $250 for the tire on the loaner car. So I was inconvenienced by misdiagnosis of my cars problems by the dealer, inconvenienced with no car over the weekend due to not wanting to drive on the undersized spare, then charged $250 for a tire that went flat at no fault of my own. To top it off the stereo still does not work correctly so they did not even fix the problems. I have been coming to this dealership for several years from Salem. Their customer service and honesty has declined to the point that I will no longer use them and will definitely not purchase my next Mercedes from them. Mercedes Benz has always been a brand that stood for the best of the industry. This last interaction has caused me to greatly question that stance.

All four factory wheels were stolen from our 2001 E55 AMG, while we were on vacation and the car was parked at a "secure" hotel lot. We had stayed at a hotel near the Portland Airport and had no way to get home to the Oregon coast, about 130 miles away. After reporting the theft to our insurance we called the Wilsonville Mercedes Benz service center. This was not the closest Mercedes service center but we wanted to work with them since all of our previous experiences in having them repair our car were so positive. Our service adviser, Mark Mitchell was on the phone with no waiting time and after we explained our situation to him said that he knew the wheels would probably be difficult to source but he would take care of securing a set. He offered to bring the wheels to our hotel location to have them installed if necessary. About two hours later Mark called us and related that the factory wheels were in fact very rare but he had found a set but they would have to be shipped to Oregon. We did not want to leave the car to be further vandalized so began working on getting the car to Wilsonville for repair. Mark told us that he had a full set of wheels at his home he would bring to us to use to get the car to the shop but standard Mercedes wheels would not fit on the car because of the caliper size so that option was out. We elected to have our car moved on a flatbed truck to the shop and arrived just before shop closing.Upon arrival we were invited in to the service area, condolences offered and a brand new E350 was waiting with our name printed on a window placard. Mark told us to use the car, no charge until our car was ready the following week. On our drive home my wife described the experience of arriving at the Mercedes Benz Wilsonville shop as "like being hugged, and told everything would be OK". In the interim of our car being repaired Mark called to let us know when the wheels were to be delivered, what type of tire he recommended to fit with our particular car and of his interactions with our insurance company. It should be noted that upon first contacting our insurance they told us that there may be quite the process to establish value and depreciation of the old tires/wheels, however after speaking with Mark and his explaining the uniqueness of our particular situation, insurance covered all costs except our deductible. I credit Marks ability to communicate to their covering our loss no questions asked. Our car was repaired in a very timely manner, we arrived to pick it up and found it ready to go, clean and perfectly repaired. On two previous occasions we have had major work done on our car and each time I have been impressed at the customer service, skill of the technicians and each person we came into contact with. This last experience started as a very negative situation, but because of our service advisers ability to communicate, to "get things done" and bring the Mercedes team to tackle our problem a negative was turned into a positive. We truly feel well taken care of and happy to be a member of the Mercedes family.

This is the second time I have been very dissapointed in the service at MB of Wilsonville. Previously I came in for what I believed was a right front wheel bearing problem, but they could not diagnose it. I went out with a service tech and demonstrated the noise, turn left and there is a significant whine, brake and it is heard front the right front. This is typical if a wheel bearing problem.The tech could not hear a noise I believe was very obvious. We were preparing to leave on a trip and I wanted the car correct, the service advisor said it was a bad tire and they should be replaced. I was pressed for time and agreed to replace all four tires. Problem not solved! I returned and said the whine was still present, they took the car out for diagnostic and told me the right front wheel bearing was bad. DUH! They replace the wheel bearing and problem solved. I did not expect this level of incompetence from MB.Just recently the Check Engine light went on I brought the car in and on the way the light went off, the service advisor said ignore it, so I did. The light went on and off for two weeks and I brought the car in again. They diagnosed it as an exhaust temp sensor. During the repair they told me there was a serious oil leak and it had to be repaired which I agreed to. Total cost of repair $2400. When my wife brought the car home she said it was noisy, I found that they did not replace the engine cover! The big 2 ft square black plastic thing! This is Saturday afternoon and we called to find that they just closed, our Monday trip is now delayed because of their incompetence.Nor Happy, I will not have my car serviced there again. Nor will I buy a MB product from them. Nuf said>

First, I think that Chris Cain is a terrific guy. He is very accommodating and knows his business. I always request him because I trust him. Why the "low" score, well....I had an issue arise and Steve Vanderhoof got involved. He is a horrible manager. He treated me with absolutely NO respect at all. A person like that should not be in his position. He has no clue what customer service is all about. He is a very arrogant man and I do hope that I never ever have to lay eyes on him again. As for Terry Tallerino, the GM, fanatic man also. When I called him about Steve he was apologetic and sympathetic to my concerns. I am not a high maintenance kind of person, but I do expect courtesy especially when having my MB serviced at MB about a warranty issue. As of today, the car still has issues. I have been in twice for the same thing...I don't know what to do at this point? Three times for the same issue seems excessive....agree?Thank you Chris and Terry...just wish Steve was not around your place....I think that I may have to try another MB dealership in the area??!!

I waited 2.5 hours for my vehicle to get a oil change, no explanations, no hey were sorry but this is wrong or we're overbooked, NOTHING.When I inquired after an hour, I was told it will be done shortly. 1.5 hours later it was. If I can figure out how to get outta I Life with my $$ I will. This is the second oil change at this site, not impressed.

I bought a brand new ML-350 from Ed Hatterle it was smooth and easy. When I had a few problems I called Scott in the service dept.. I brought my car in to get fixed and Scott was all over it. Every time I go in everybody is very friendly and real helpful. I would recommend Wilsonville Mercedes to anyone. Scott Super

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes from Wilsonville. Throughout the transaction they did not live up to any of the verbal and written commitments they made. Despite the management acknowledging their mistakes, they still have done nothing to correct the issues. I surfaced the problems to their owner Lithia and they have done nothing and are not responding. I love the car but I would suggest that you should buy it elsewhere!

Mike Rossi and wilsonville Mercedes was fantastic! I have been to many dealers but never felt the authenticity that mike delivered to me before. Mike did not push products or services on me but suggested what was appropriate for my vehicle. Mike found items that I didn't know needed to be repaired but also suggested that there were some services I could wait on. Mike remembered my kids name and what sports they play!!! That is true Mercedes service! I will bring my car back to wilsonville mercedes!

Dealing with Canan on the financial aspects of buying the car was not a good experience. She told us we had to buy Gap Insurance, told her we have complete coverage thru our own insurance agent. She said we need Gap, it covers the difference in price and value after an accident. Said we have to buy the insurance at the time of purchasing the car. Had I read the Gap insurance paper I would have known that I did not have to purchase Gap insurance, instead I listened to her and it cost $400 for the insurance, we had the option of purchasing it thru our own agent but she did not say any of that. When I called Gilbert and told him about it, he said he would look into it and get back to me, he never did, left messages for Terry Tallerino, did not return my call, sent him a letter, no response.Terry Tallerino called me this morning (9/13/12). He had been out of town for the past 45 days and read my letter on his return. He said he was sorry to hear about my experience there re the Gap insurance, he said he will refund my money for the insurance but would not cancel the insurance because he believes it is a good deal and the employee should have done a better job explaining it. He said they are committed to good customer service and is reviewing policies with his employees to ensure it doesn't happen again. After listening to Mr. Tellerino about taking my concerns re my experience there and taking steps to make amends, I do recommend the dealership now. It is very good when a business makes amends when a customer has a serious complaint.

I am writing about my recent visit to Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville and how pleasant it was. Alex Garcia was my Service Writer and he was awesome! He made my visit very enjoyable. I am not a car guy and his knowledge and ability to explain exactly what needed to be fixed and why was greatly appreciated. He kept me informed when the tech was looking at the car, what parts were needed, when the parts came in, and when the car was ready not to mention he was extremely friendly. So thanks again Alex. Obviously I'm not looking forward to the next time I need to bring my car in but I definitely have a little peace of mind knowing Alex will be there taking care of everything.

I appreciated the excellent car care service I received from Alex Garcia. Alex kept me informed of what stage of repair my car was in and alerted me to some things about my car that needed replacing that I wasn't even aware of. The repairs my car needed were spendy, but so worth it to have my car back running beautifully. I am so pleased.Alex Garcia is a caring, charming man. I will return to have my car serviced from now on at Mercedes Benz Wilsonville.

I recently brought my car for service alex gave me great service. Got me a shuttle to the mall so i could spend my money. I felt like a celebrity when the shuttle pulled up. With out people like Alex I dont think I would own a Mercedes he makes my life and my car a perfect complete package. Please clone him. Thank you mercedes of Wilsonville for hiring Alex, he is always going above and behind to meet all my needs and furture needs. I will be back.

I recently bought a 2007 GL 450 and needed to have a few service items performed on the vehicle. I called a few independent shops and asked their pricing and compared it to Wilsonville MBZ and your prices were by far the lowest. Cost is always a factor when determining where to take your car but service is just as important. I was greeted by the service manager Mike Rossi and he went out of his way in helping me and discussing in detail what my vehicle needed and how long it would take to fix it. Mike was wonderful to work with and he is a great asset to your company. I will happily return to Wilsonville MBZ for the future needs of my car.

The service dept. was marginal before Lithia motors took over and now is absolutely rotten. Even the people I talked to that worked there said the dealership is getting worse. My wife had the same experience with her car at the Portland dealership and safety was an issue. I love Mercedes cars but hate the dealership.
