The service team at Metro Lexus in Cleveland is first-rate. There is a beautiful waiting area (complete with free drinks and grand piano!), but they always make a loaner car available if you don’t want to wait. They always finish the job very close to the estimated time as well.

They talked my father-in-law into trading in his 2014 Kia with 38,000 miles and under warranty for a 2001 Lexus with 106000 miles. He paid top dollar for the Lexus and was given a lowball value for his trade-in. My mother-in-law had purchased for Lexus IS from that dealership in the last 16 years and I don't think my family will ever go back to using them again.

They were upfront with my trade-in offer, it was extremely fair,and the pricing of the certified vehicle I purchased met my expectations. In 2012 I purchased a used vehicle from Metro Lexus. My wife and I had been to several dealerships and looked at many makes and models. During our search we passed by Metro Lexus. We were initially impressed with the showroom and the sales staff. They were friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and eager to answer our questions. The experience did not feel like a sales transaction; no pressure. Once we found a vehicle we were interested in and I wanted more information about it's history, the sales consultant had the vehicle brought into the service department. I was blown away by the cleanliness and modern facility. It was truly a great experience. The salesperson brought over a technician familiar with the vehicle and answered all my questions. A Service Department consultant pulled the service records for the vehicle and discussed them at length. I have never had this level of attention by a dealership. My wife and I came away with a new perspective about how a car purchase should go, and a certified used Lexus. Wow!

I just purchased my first lexus. Freinds referred to metro lexus, they said service was excellent. i found that to be true and then some. Bosko greeted us and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently spent his entire day to help me make my decision. i was torn between the RX or ES models, having had suv's for the last 20years, i was interested in a car for a change. It was a tough decision- what's not to love about them all! but i went with the ES. I will definitely be back, and now my husband wants to trade in his current suv for a lexus suv option.

I was looking for a used GS350. I contacted Paul and he said he would contact me if he got one. He called me about a week later after he got a car that met my requirements. He didn't have the car ready so I couldn't go look at it that day but he said it would be ready on Saturday and that he would hold it for me, so we set up an appointment for that Saturday. When the day came, I sent him a text to let him know we were on time and would be there in about an hour. He responded by telling me that the car had already been sold. I told him that I thought the car was on hold and he said it was but somebody sold it anyway the day before. Very poor business practices. I won't give them my business in the future.

I live in Virginia and recently contacted and visited Metro Lexus after finding a vehicle that matched what I was looking for among their CPO inventory. As an existing Lexus owner who last purchased a CPO nearly 10 years ago, and went out of state at that time also, I was willing to search far and wide (within reason) for that "perfect" vehicle, even bypassing my local Lexus dealers if necessary. I visited Metro Lexus over the July 4th holiday, and reserved that "perfect" vehicle. I then traveled again to Metro Lexus the following weekend to complete the purchase. Since I am not an Ohio native I had no prior knowledge of Metro Lexus, but I can see here and elsewhere they have a stellar reputation. The dealership was inviting and without that high pressure sales feel, which as a single female client I appreciate. In the past I have experienced what I perceived as caution or disbelief from Lexus dealers that I was/am a serious customer, but Metro Lexus displayed nothing of the sort. My initial contact was with Michael Gleydura, who was nothing short of a consummate professional throughout my visits and purchase. He was very low key and inviting, and was extremely helpful and conscientious with the transaction. I also worked closely with Shannon Bauer, who also showed me the utmost professionalism and could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout (love the stuffed bear and chocoloates!). I also have to acknowledge David Weaver (Finance) and Erika Tulcewicz (tech wiz!!), who made the purchase of my new 2015 Lexus NX 200t an AWESOME experience. I only wish I would be returning to Metro Lexus for service as needed, but as a VA resident I'll be working with my local Lexus dealer. They truly have high standards to live up to relative to Metro Lexus! What an amazing experience, I hope to see you again when I am in the market for my next Lexus vehicle.

Called Metro/Lexus on Fri. to confirm a RX 350 was still available. Spoke to Larry. Told him I would be over Sat. to see car.Asked him to have it inside so I could see it out of the weather. I arrived and was greeted by a well dressed salesman who had so much food stuffed in his mouth his cheeks were bulging and I couldn't understand a word he said. Larry came in and told me car was still outside. Waited 20 mins. and he said car was all cleaned up. He meant they had brushed the snow off. Car was wet and dirty and I couldn't see the finish well. He then ran it through the wash and I saw it again. Forty mins. of wasted time after I drove 2 hours. The wash revealed many flaws in the finish and damage to the rear end.Larry offered me no info. on the car and when I asked questions he had to check. He made me feel he was doing me a favor showing me the car. I had cash in my pocket and was a ready buyer. Maybe my jeans and Carharts made the wrong impression.

If there are any problems with the Lexus you have purchased they do not care about the customer. I had a very negative experience which has cost me thousands of dollars in medical bills. Corporate Lexus is just as impossible, if not more so, to deal with. They will tell you a different story every time you call. Sorry I ever believed in this company and will never buy a Lexus again.

Shannon's professionalism and attentive details to my car buying experience over the Internet was Awesome!We drove to Cleveland, Ohio to pick our Lexus up, which was clean and detailed and waiting for us in the front of the dealership. Stopped by after looking for a while to find just the perfect replacement for a CR-V that has served us well. The car sells itself. All my vehicle have lasted more than 120k. Kudos to the manufactor. This deaslership has no loyalty. I have never gotten them to lower the price. Their prices are always 2k more than others dealer when you compare. I used their service three times and they are always above other dealers. I do like Mo.

We recently bought a preowned 2013 Toyota RAV4 (only 6700 miles) at Metro Lexus and found what a fine company this is. In addition to receiving a good purchase price, we were very impressed by Gary Kovach, who made the entire experience a pleasure. For example, we were out of town for about a month while the title and plates were being obtained at the dealership. When we were away, Gary had made the effort to notice that the March 2015 tag on the new plates was going to expire only a few days after we had taken possession of them. Without ever bothering us with the problem, he then had arranged for a new 2016 tag to be there by the time we arrived back in town to get the car. In our opinion, only a real professional would pay so much attention to a detail like this. Thanks, Gary!

Shop around! I called Metro Lexus for a quote for 10k service, then called Akron/Canton for the same. A $200 difference in price! After calling Metro Lexus back they agreed to "honor" the price Akron/Canton Lexus had given me to keep my business. I was asked by one of Metro's service advisors if Akron/Canton Lexus was performing the same service because of the price difference, 10K mi service is the same no matter which dealership you use. I'm not as dumb as they think I am. Anyway, if you're reading this call around to other dealerships and get quotes before committing. I'd love to know how much I've overpaid over the years. I'm sure I'd be pretty upset if I knew. There's a reason Metro's dealership is as fancy as it is.

The representatives at this dealer are very attentive and get you in and out as quick as possible. The dealership itself is flawless, home theater, cappuccino, cookies, coffee, the whole nine yards. I live in Cincinnati and drove to Cleveland for them and would do it again. Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience when I purchase a new car from this dealership via Internet. They rushed the car delivery to get my money and Forgot to installed a remote starter option. Separately, I could not get refund for car registration which I declined. I would not put my trust in this dealership and would not recommend to deal with it via Internet.

When I arrived at the dealership, a dealership I had never been to before, I told Bosko I had one hour to look because I needed to pick up my son at the airport. I told him what I was interested in and he showed me two pre owned vehicles on the lot and we drove them both. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the cars and his kind way he related to me. I had never experienced a sales person who was more interested in my finding the right car for me then him making a sales. I returned the next day with my wife and we purchased the pre owned Lexus RX450H and we are loving the car and the professionalism of Bosko as our sales person.

Originally I had no desire to buy a new car at this time. I only wanted to test drive. But when I drove my RX 350, I loved it. The deal was even better. What a great experience I had when I purchased my car from Metro Lexus. I never thought I would say that about purchasing a vehicle because I have had very bad experiences with car purchases in the past. I purchased a Lexus IS on Aug 9th and can't rave enough about the quality of interaction with the Metro Lexus group and love the car! Chris Johnson at Metro Lexus made the experience fantastic. He found me the car I wanted and was very patient and knowledgable. If you are in the market for a car, go see Chris and his team (also dealth with Benie who is a very helpful saleswoman). I was considering an Audi (previous owner of an Audi A4) or an Infinitti and so glad I went with Lexus. Staff was professional, helpful, and transaction was very smooth. I bought a Lexus RX350 from Bosko at Metro Lexus back in 2009 (I bought a 2008) and I was blown away by the dealership and the professionalism and honesty I received while I was there, from all I encountered. I am a tough customer...I know what I want, what I want to pay, and I expect to be treated well. I do all my research on the internet first. I was in the right place! Bosko is awesome!! The finance folks are so nice and organized and efficient. When it came time to discuss the possibility of a new car I didn't go anywhere else....right back to Metro I went. This time I had a list of what I wanted and Bosko hit EVERY SINGLE item on my list! I left a few weeks ago in my new (certified pre-owned) 2013 RX350. I didn't think it was possible, but my more recent experience at Metro was even better than back in 2009. Everyone is so nice, professional, courteous and the dealership is amazingly comfortable. Yesterday I called about a small issue with my windshield wiper that I didn't know how to fix....so their MOBILE repair unit came right out to my place of work and had it fixed in MINUTES. What?? No one does that!! But Metro Lexus does. If you're in the market for a Lexus you need to go to Metro. Tell Bosko I said Hi!

The service at Metro Lexus has been exceptional. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and went out of their way to greet us and to make sure we had what we needed. The service department was responsive to our concerns and prompt. This vehicle is used for business deliveries and they had us back on the road in one day. I was happily driving my 10 year old RX330 with 137,000 miles when I received a call from Metro Lexus asking if I might be interested in trading it on a newer RX. Mine was in great shape and I wasn't even thinking of replacing it, knowing that I could easily reach 200,000 miles just doing the basic service and maintenance. But I replied that if Metro made me an offer that made sense, I would be interested. Well, I went to the dealership on Friday evening to see Berni and I drove off in a very gently used RX350 on Saturday. I couldn't be happier and I had a truly enjoyable experience. It was nice to see some familiar faces during my buying process, and my salesperson Berni took great care of me. I am a loyal Metro Lexus customer and can't imagine buying any other vehicle anywhere else. I would recommend Metro Lexus to friends, family and anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle from great people.

Stopped in on a Saturday morning with a specific vehicle in mind to purchase. My salesman, Bosko (the man), met me out front and we took the car in questions for a spin. After the test drive we had my trade in appraised (Burt was very fair with his appraisal) and got right down to the details. Burt and Bosko presented their best offer and we discussed our options. I decided to leave and look at an identical vehicle at a separate dealership (Kasper Toyota in Sandusky). Big mistake! Kasper Toyota was terrible as they misrepresented their vehicle. Needless to say, I could not wait to return to Metro and finish my buying experience with professionals. I was taken to the coffee bar/waiting room/lounge area (lovely) upon my return and filled out some paperwork. 20 minutes later I was meeting with a finance rep and soon after that I was behind the wheel or my new vehicle. Top notch experience all the way around (less my trip to Sandusky).

I took my car in for a clicking sound. Everything on my car worked when I brought it in, when I picked it up 6 weeks later, my ENTIRE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR NOTHING WORKED. My windshield wipers only work now on low. They said my windshield leaked, so why would they tear apart my dashboard and leave my car outside in the horrible rain we had for 3 days to make the matter worse. When I told them to put my car back together, they didnt. Lexus called them and told them to put my car back together, they still did not put my dashboard back. It was not until more than 2-1/2 later when I said I was picking up my car did they put it back together. Metro had my car for 6 weeks and did more damage to the electrical than what the small clicking sound was. Now they will not fix their issues that they created!

I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from this dealership December 2012. My accountant needed a copy of the purchase agreement and I could not find it in my files. I left two voice mails and got commitments from two other employees of this dealership stating they would get a copy of the purchase agreement to me. Misael Minaya was the finance guy that handled the transaction and he will not repond to my voice mails or my e-mails even though he told me to call him if I ever needed anything. Misael does not live up to his commitments, is not a business professional and does not deserve to work at a Lexus dealership, he is better suited to a a used car lot. I did have a good experience with the sales person though, his name is Bosco and was very helpful through the sales process, I would work with him again if I didn't have to deal with Misael again.

This was my second lease purchase of a RX 350 from Metro Lexus. I came into the showroom with a splitting headache caused by my husband's driving during Cleveland rush hour, I left the showroom headache free an hour later so happy. We met our salesman, Paul Lombardo who introduced us to Meaghan Muniz, sales consultant, who would show us the new 2014 RX350 new options. Meaghan was extremely helpful and knowledgable and seemed to have an intuitive sense of what I was looking for. Paul also was so forthcoming and easy to work with in getting me what I wanted, which was a BEAUTIFUL Starfire Pearl with Parchment interior fully loaded RX350 which I picked up today. Meagan explained fully the car and had setup the vehicle perfectly for me! The whole experience was easy, and all done while I was sipping a perfectly made cappuccino made at their beautiful coffee bar while peacefully watching the calming coral reef aquarium tank. Who knew car buying was this easy! Metro Lexus has this one done right!

We drove nearly two hours to get to the dealership and the treatment we experienced over the telephone continued from the moment we walked into the showroom. There is usually a list of things you want to accomplish when taking advantage of those precious vacation days from work. One of those items on my to do list was to visit the Lexus Metro dealership. My goal was to test drive the IS 250, get an idea on pricing and possibly drive away with a new car. I also knew it was very important that I ended up with the right car salesman. At the end of the day, that one person can make all the difference in your entire shopping experience. I am happy to report that I met all my goals and had the pleasure of working with Mo who provided a wonderful client experience. He met us with a smile as we headed towards the lot and asked if there was anything he could do for us. He shared a lot of good information about the car I was looking at and the other three cars we test drove! Experiences at Metro Lexus always run very smoothly (the cookies and Starbucks coffee certainly help too). I bought my preowned vehicle from Mo Amawi and go to him for any car servicing needs like car washes, oil changes, brakes, etc. He is always cordial and humorous (he likes to make jokes about his bald head -- pretty entertaining actually) and always keeps me company when I'm waiting for a service on my car to complete. The repairs are easy, efficient, and manageable in regards to scheduling the car drop off and pick up with my busy schedule. As I sat there waiting, I noticed that every customer appeared to be treated equally. Metro Lexus also went out of its way to make my wait as comfortable as possible. I really enjoyed the custom Starbucks coffee made by Sheri Schickler and our chat while I waited. I also thought it was a nice touch to have someone walk me through the features of the car in more detail. This car buying experience was the best ever!

My wife and I traveled from Lake Milton, Ohio to look at buying two Lexus autos for ourselves. We met a salesperson at the Auto Show the day before and decided to see if Lexus was in our future. We originally ended up at this dealer because we found a car on cars.com that we wanted to test drive. They ended up not having the vehicle any more (sold), but we found a car that we hadn't originally been searching for, and it is the one we ended up buying!! They were extremely easy to work with, were very upfront about pricing (we bought a used car, and they even showed us how much they paid for it), and the whole deal didn't end up being an all day thing like we are used to! We were in and out in 3 hours!! Would DEFINITELY go there again, and will be back to use their spa services to get my USED BMW washed for FREE on Fridays!!

I was essentially blown away by the quality of this dealership. They are absolutely top notch. The cars are incredible, the facilities are state of the art-- They have amazing waiting areas with TVs, fireplaces, fish tanks, movie theater, coffee shop, and even a kids area. It is easily the highest quality dealership in NEO. I bought a used Mazda3 from them (found through cars.com), and I was treated with top-notch respect, despite not buying a more high-end car. I also got a great deal on the car itself. They have an incredible indoor inspection area so that you can view the car in detail with good lighting and without snow and cold in the winter. The staff was all incredibly friendly and make you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very expensive service compared to my regular Lexus service center, very poor customer satisfaction - they listed many problems despite my Lexus dealer in Akron Canton giving a green-light to my car just recently. Most importantly they gave the car back to me after the repair they did(cost me close to 1000 for just two oxygen sensors and fuel induction cleaning) with a broken part in the engine room (I took the car back to them to repair the part they broke and good for them! they repaired it without question - who knows how many internal parts they have broken). The most distressing part is when I called them the operator directs the call but, they did not want to answer my call despite me calling 6-8 times. I guess they are trying to avoid after listening the voice mail I left the previous day, but being a medical doctor I know how important it is to listen to your customers. Will not recommend they center for service unless you don't have a choice. As to me I will take my car back to the Akron/Canton service center and will never come back here. On the other hand I do not know about their sales department and I can not give any comment on that.
