I contacted the dealer for information on a vehicle I was really interested in and received no response. Not really good internet business etiquette. But after reading other reviews, it seems that they have more in-person visits than purchases over the web. It would save time for potential customers if they would post that they will not respond to online inquiries.

At first Ernie was happy and available. After discussing numbers for more than an hour, then given his word that that would be it after paper work & out the door, when the lady was reading everything back to me somehow the price went up again.. Not only that but after telling me that I'd have warranty and that if anything had to be fixed i can bring it back and i'd have to pay for the part but not the labor. Then i was told that it wouldn't come with a warranty.. After they fixed that i realize two weeks later (my fault for not checking b4 i singed) that they put the wrong mileage on the paper. It hasn't even been 3 weeks and I remember what the mileage was and also what i was told, the paper work was a lie. So i call them & of curse no Ernie is unavailable and the other person whom I have to speak with is not their. The seem friendly but after everything just made me not ever want to deal with them again after all is resolved. And my boyfriend was gonna go their to buy his car but not after all the foolery that went on.

The car was previously crashed and painted and they still tried to sell it as a clean title!!! Their customer service is the worst, cars are over priced and they are lowering the cars miles!!!!! Be careful with what you buy at this dealer!!!!!

It happened to go to MIAMI AUTO WHOLESALE in the process of buying a new car. I did my search and I called them, had an appointment, showed up there on time. The working staff was extremely friendly, and professional. They were trying to go out of their way to satisfy me, especially I was not sure, which car should I go for, as they have great options. However, the only NEGATIVE impression I had on this great auto place is their numbers accuracy. The prices posted online does not reflect the real numbers they have on their showroom. I would highly recommend if they SET A FIXED PRICE ON THEIR VEHICLES AND DO NOT THROW LOW PRICES TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS it will save their time and their customers time.

Got my seven series from this place. I was expecting a ratted out car, but i still went . Little did I know this car was beautiful , they also offered to change my oil , and do a tire rotation . Worth the trip down

They advertise a 2007 KIA Sedona for $6900 cash price! When I did try to buy it for cash the price jumped to $8100, when try to leave they told me the manager "will fix it" Come back with $8600??? What is wrong with these people??? The car was in an accident noticeable repair, the headlight almost falls out, the car pull to the right, the seat is and door fabric has cigarette burns, smell smoky inside. They keep showing a Kelly blue book excellent price???? Why??? The guy explained the cash price is to pull in the customers but it not the real price???? Is this legal??? I wasted 2 hours to drive to this place. BE VERY CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Alright..... So I read these reviews before I went to this place. There was a 50/50 ratio between good and bad reviews but I took my risk. I made am appointment for a Nissan altima I showed up. I lodging the car with a sales associate and I loved it . We started talking business , and I was able to get. Great price . I'm happy I went .

This place was extremely rude and didn't seem like they care about there potential customers at all. I spoke to one of there salesman over the phone about a car, he said that they don't give out a carfax or an autocheck on the car. Then, he said the car would cost a 1000$ more than the advertised price. Something seems shady about these guys. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ive been in search for a late model used car for a while now. Being from miami there are manta dealers that will "screw you over!" luckily after multiple failed attempts at purchasing a vehicle I came across Miami auto wholesale. I went in thier withnan appointment, I was instantly attended, after taking a look at the car p, we test drive it . I fell in love with the car and the color combo. I'm making great payments and the car is still under warranty!!!

I just purchased a Mercedes c300 from Miami auto wholesale, and I loved it! I spoke to a salesman prior to going to actually seeing the car in person. He was honest and very helpful. They helped me in the financing process and got me a great price . 5 stars!!!!

If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from this place, you better do your own research as these guys will try to sell you vehicles that have been in 1 or more accidents. If you ask them if the vehicle has been in previous accidents they will lie to your FACE and tell you NO. make sure you ask for a carfax right away. I would never go back to this place and i will not recommend this place to anyone.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS ONE SPECIFIC VEHICLE AND I FOUND ONE AT MIAMI AUTO WHOLESALE. I SEND A EMAIL AND SHORTLY LATER I HAD A RESPONSE. I THEN CALLED THEM TO GET THE SPECIFICS. THEY WERE POLITE, VERY INFORMATIVE, AND A PLEASURE TO SPEAK WITH. AT THIS POINT I HAVE DECIDED TO TRAVEL TO MIAMI FROM PENSACOLA (600+MILES) TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE AND I READ EVERYONE ELSE REVIEWS BUT I THINK THEY ARE WRONG. I HAVE HAD CONSTANT CONTACT WITH MY SALES REP AND I WILL BE GOING THERE IN 3 DAYS TO PICK UP THE ONE SPECIFIC CAR I WANTED. I EVEN CALLED AND ASKED FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND HE HAS GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO GET WHAT I REQUESTED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. AWESOME SO FAR.

They mislead the customers! they advertise false prices ! I saw an ad in cars.com and i called them to inquire about the car and they told me that they have the car in stock so I drove 40 miles to go and see the car when i went inside for them to show me the car they told that they just sold the car but they have something else of course much more expensive!! That is how they do business they trick the people to go overthere posting false advertising!! BEWARE of business like them!!

Be aware with this car dealer!! They advertise cars with great mileages and prices that they do not have in inventory!! When one show up to see that especific car they said that they just sold that car but they have another another similar car in stock a little more expensive!! And that little more expensive is about $4000 more!!

I can't believe cars.com advertises this kind of dealers but I believe if they pay this doesn't matter. I called them before they told me they have the car they advertise and when I got there surprise, they didn't, they lied to me just to lure me in, I drove 30 miles for nothing.

In the market for a used car I found a desirable reasonably priced car at this dealership. I called ahead the same day visiting to ensure I wasn't driving an hour for a car that wasn't there and was told by a sales rep the was there and available and that they would clean it up and get it ready for a test drive. Upon arrival no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. After finally finding a salesman I told him I was there and called ahead. He said he would go check and disappeared. After 20 minutes browsing I went after him and he was no where to be found. With no one helping me i left eventually. He could have at least told me it wasn't there and had been sold or transferred but he left me hanging after calling ahead and driving an hour. UnfavorAble behavior but whatever. A salesman eventually told me it had been transferred. Then a few hours later I received a call from the manager asking about that I was supposed to see a car that day, and how it went and I explained the visit. Then he said he would call me back after investigating, and would get me a "good deal" and surprise surprise no call. NICE CARS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
