We had a great experience at your dealership. Everyone was very nice and made us feel like family. Brian was patient and knowledgeable. He was actually the reason we came back the next day to get the car. We were initially undecided on what type of car to get. We visited a couple of other dealerships and they were extremely pushy, which was a complete turnoff. Brian, Jon, and the GM worked with us regarding a special request and the entire transaction was quick and smooth. Even completing the paperwork was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend Michael Stead Cadillac to family and friends!

I bought a pre-owned 08' Ford Fusion from them. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. They had it priced well below most other dealers and it looked much better than the 3 other vehicles I had looked at prior at three other dealerships. I also thought their customer service was much better as they seemed to come off a lot more personal and were not pushy when it came to making my decision. Peter the salesman was great through my entire purchasing process and even sent a follow up email thanking me for the business. I was also able to finance the vehicle through the dealership with ease which was much to my liking. I feel they were personal, professional and very customer oriented. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I am in the Market for a used vehicle and I traveled to this dealership twice to take a look at a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I was greeted by a sales men who made such an impression on me that I didnt even remember his name, and it was such a typical expierience with a car sales person just trying to get you in the door to let the "closer" come out and wrap up the deal for them, once inside he asks me to have seat and then his disappears (talking to sales manager) comes back 15 / 20 min later and asks me what I want to offer for the car in question - I point out the defects in the vehicle and tell him what my scenario is with another dealer and he asks me again what do I want to pay to which i respond well you have seen the vehicle what is it worth and what can you do ? Thank god Chris (used car manager) comes into the picture - Chris sits down and we get straight to the point, he walks out with me goes over the vehicle and see's the point i was trying to make with my "salesmen" What I did like about dealing with Chris is that he is straight forward and to the point no run around lost in the numbers games, and I can truthfully apperciate that. Chris was kind enough to break down some numbers on my trade and make calls to some of his people infront of me and I feel he went out of his way to try to make something happen which was rare for me, he told me he would make some calls and try to make the offer better, but I had an offer from another dealer in hand to work with. I apperciated his attitude so much that I did follow up with him the next day and he told me that he would have a buyer come to the dealer to look at my trade so we met again and as I walk in the same sales person greets me (not by name) and says welcome back (no Name) and returns to his seat Chris has to Page him to the office to go and bring the car in question to the front for another test drive. On the test drive the salesmen makes little to NO conversation with me or my family he seemed more interested in the TV program that he was watching when I went back in and asked if he was coming along on the test drive. If you are thinking of buying a car from this dealership - I would ask directly for Chris Mohr in Used Car Sales. In my expierience he is great at his job and knows what it takes to get the job done. I personally am in sales and I respect when someone does the little things, so much i passed up on a better offer from another dealer to continue and try to work a deal with Chris. I have not purchased the car in question and I would have to say that If i was to refer to this dealer - I would only refer to Chris directly.

I sought out this dealership because they had a particular vehicle that we were looking for to replace a family SUV that had been totaled in a reared collision. Auzy Santa Ana showed us the vehicle that we had found online, and we liked it. It was priced right, and had the options we were looking for and it was in great condition, as advertised,, so there wasn't much need for negotiating. The purchase process was no-nonsense and efficient. The dealership was also very amenable to replacing some cosmetic parts at their cost since we weren't bargaining on their asking price. We were out the door with a replacement SUV in under two hours. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again, and I'll definitely look to them for new car purchases in the future.
