I went to the Millennium Honda Service dept. In Hempstead, NY last week to have my airbags replaced as part of a recent recall. It was a cold rainy day and I had a cold, so I was not thrilled about being there. Not to mention the fact that my two daughters , who were with me, were not feeling well. My service expert was Mr. Paul Mosca. He was very polite, and extremely professional. He even helped me when I had a question about my radio, which had gone out when my battery died a few weeks earlier. His service made waiting the two hours for the repair a little easier. It was a blessing to have encountered him on this day.

When I brought my CRV in for periodic service, which is all it has ever needed, my car and I were very well treated. Service advisor Paul Mosca explained what was necessary, which wasn't that much because the car was up to date on required maintenance from prior visits. The car was finished on time and continues to perform well. I will definitely be back when it needs service again.

Recently I had to Visit Millenium Honda Service Center due to a starting problem for my Honda Accord 2009 and was attended by Mr.Paul Mosca.Even though it was in the late evening hours with skeleton staff around he was prompt & pleasant in getting the vehicle tagged and got the vehicle repaired early next morning.He called me and informed me that my vehicle is ready by 9.00 AM. Whenever I need my oil changed or if something is wrong with my car I would go to Millennium Honda. Everyone there is so wonderful and pleasant, especial Gregory Andrews. Gregory would go out of his way to make sure the service being done on my car is done in a timely fashion. He would call and update me of the services being done and let me know if I needed any additional services. He would also inform me of any recalls if any. I love the service there.Sal the driver, who always drops me off to work after dropping my car for service, is a wonderful and kind man. He is punctual when picking me up at work to pick up my car I have no complaints thus far.

I own a 2007 Honda Ridgeline and a 2005 Honda odessey and always take them to millennium honda for service and repairs. I have always seen the same service adviser and asked for the same mechanic to work on my vehicles and at this time I must say I always leave satisfied and happy that the correct and honest work has been performed.The two gentlemen are Service adviser GREGG ANDREWS and mechanic MICHEAL FAGAN.If only I could trust all the rest for this type of professionalism, more people would be happy especially when you hear all the neative that goes on. Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for a $25 oil change w a coupon and was told it needed a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, and needed the tires aligned. The service rep (Sue) was insistent on the emergent repairs claiming the car would lose control on the highway. However, according to two separate outside mechanics nothing but the oil leak was true and it was caused by the dealership not putting the plug bk when the oil was changed. The car was taken back to Millenium to have the plug replaced and the Service Mgr (Craig Orlando) scrambled to make excuses for the false repair list. He admitted that most were based on the age of the car and they had not actually been checked by the senior mechanic (Joe Cardillo). He apologized profusely, repaired the oil leak, and offered a courtesy car wash. Really??!! Don't make the mistake of being manipulated by this sneaky Service Dept. my advise is to go elsewhere as this is a dishonest dealership that doesn't care about their reputation. Good luck with that Millennium, bad service chatter travels fast!!

Mr. Juan Arias who should never be confused with John Arias ( who is equally wonderful and provided me with the highest level of customer services). Juan Arias is an amazing addition to the Millennium Honda Family, I previously purchased my 2013 Civic from him while he was at another honda dealer. Fast forward I purposely followed him to Millennium Honda when I was looking to purchase my 2015 CR-V and as I have come to expect his level of compassion, customer services and intelligence has increased exponentially, which served me well as a consumer. I rave about the excellent service I receive because it was extraordinary and it was replicated by all of the staff, especially John Arias, Mario and several other staff who worked tirelessly on Saturday to get me into my car, which they did. My sincere thanks and forever gratitude to you all, and I hope all of the car buying consumers get and opportunity to experience the special brand of service being provided by Millennium Honda daily. When I arrived I was greeted but not bothered. I was told when I was ready to let them know. I dealt with 4 people: Ravel, Mario, Adeleke, and Joe. From the process of looking at the car to dealing with insurance and financing everything was a breeze! The worked hard to get us the best deal and kept us in the loop through out the entire process. They had an area to sit with a Nice flat screen TV and coffee or hot chocolate!! I would recommend this dealer 20X over as it was an excellent experience, definitely no one I have ever had before!

On 6/18/14 Brought my 2007 Ridgeline in due to hearing a rumble in the front end every time i went over a bump. I also had an issue with the dome light assembly. Light worked perfect for the first 6 1/2 yrs, then worked intermittingly. My service advisor was Mark Skawinski. Although I got there around 10 am, and there were cars in front of me, Mark came back with the diagnosis in about 15 minutes. The only delay was waiting for my extended warranty company to authorize the repairs. ( not a Honda Warranty ). This dealership has a shuttle service so I was driven home. By 5 pm, still no word from the warranty company so I went in to pick up my truck since service is open till 10 pm. The following morning, Mark called and said all repairs were authorized and I brought the truck in the following day. The work was completed as discussed, they even wash your vehicle after the work is completed. I have not had my truck into this dealership in almost a year for any warranty related issues. The assistant service manager Greg Andrews saw me, and greeted me by my first name as soon as I walked in on 6/18. How he remembered my name is beyond me, since he's probably seen about 5000 customers since my last visit. I've never written a dealer review before, but Millenium Honda deserves all the accolades possible for their exceptional customer service. Even the shuttle driver was awesome.

After having a great experience in 2010 at Millennium Honda, I went back to lease my third Honda (Second at Millennium). I was told that my 2013 Accord Sport would have heated side mirror defrosters. While signing the paperwork, my salesperson, Lori Russo, came over to me with the my old plates and said the car doesn't have heated side mirrors (an option that I specifically asked for). She went on to confirm that my model is "fully hands-free" (Pandora, texting, voice dialing etc.) something no other car has on the market, which was ultimately the reason I decided to lease the car. Christine Martinez, the delivery team, set up my i-mid system for me including turning on the texting feature (which I could not use at the time because I had been at the dealership for hours and my phone was dead). She said it was really cool, it speaks out all your texts. The next day, I found the feature was not working, I called and told the dealership and they told me to come in or call and they would show me how the feature works. That weekend I went in and was told by Wendy in the delivery team that the feature is not compatible with iPhone. I asked her why I wasn't told about this when Lori and Christine knew I had and iPhone and she responded that it looks bad if we tell people that it's not compatible with all the features WHAT!!! After a few calls with Julissa Ramos (customer service) she offered me free all-weather floor mats. I had originally asked for a monetary adjustment, but she said they do not do that so I asked her to speak with her manager to see if there were additional safety or comfort accessories that they could offer me. She called me back and said that since I did not accept the floor mats, which she said were $500 but actually 170 (another lie), they cannot do anything for me since I only want money and that the offer of the floor mats were off the table. She clearly did not listen to anything I said and was very rude. It's very disappointing because I liked Millennium Honda and I liked the service I received from Lori and Christine in the leasing and delivery process. I think they just made a mistake, so I do fault them for not knowing the product. Julissa on the other hand soured the whole experience. While she came in to correct the situation, she treated me like it was my fault and that I was an annoyance. She even blamed me at one point for making Lori "feel bad" because I was complaining. She was totally rude and very BAD at customer service. I also fault the senior management team for not getting involved, they should know how bad Julissa Ramos is at her job and spoken with me directly. I am sure that we would have been able to come to a compromise that would have kept me a loyal customer. The general manager Ravel Mejia claims they have a do what it takes attitude in helping customers buy a car. But a leave me alone attitude when it comes to solving a problem.

Beware!!!! They like to change terms of the deal!!! Very sneaky!!! Tell you one thing when you leave a deposit and than they change deals to their benefit WITHOUT YOU KNOWING! I did a lot of comparison shopping, in Honda showrooms in the NYC and Long Island area, and did e-mail/phone haggling with dealers outside NY, too. I also did a lot of online research about what others were paying for the lease of the particular cars I considered. Millennium gave me the best lease deal, and I went with them. What made the experience so good, besides the reasonable cost, was the salesman, Ahmad Hosman. I dithered a lot between two different models, and he had a lot of patience. He was always polite, and did not apply too much pressure. If a salesperson is pushy, I will usually just get up and leave the dealership. I was happy to give Ahmad my business. He has also been great with his follow-up, post-purchase. This is the fourth Honda I have bought or purchased, and I had the best experience at Millennium by far. I see that there are some negative reviews here, but in my experience, you will run into those kinds of salesmen at any dealership. Maybe it comes down to the luck of the draw in terms of what salesman you get. Definitely ask for Ahmad Hosman. Also, their Finance Department did not give me any hassles at all.

my boyfriend and i went here to look at 1 car and as soon as we got their they said the car was being sold right now. we were very upset because we drove 2 hours to get their. but they said they had a few others just like it so we looked and we really liked 1 of them. but it was $2000.00 more than the 1 came down for so he went and spoke to someone and came back and said they would be able to do it for almost the same price (300.00) more. they were very helpful and they were willing to work with us. if i had more money i would keep buying cars from them. i didn't feel for 1 second that they were rushing us. they wanted us to be happy. we were top priority to them even though we didn't spend much money. thank you guys sooooooo much!!!!!!!!

There have been some minor "issues" that have come all, but I am happy to report that all have been resolved to my satisfaction. Sales rep does not fully disclose everything . Very pushy. Does not fully service vehicles prior yo resale. After you drive off the lot you cannot get to speak to anyone at the dealership. Biggest mistake I ever made was to go to Milleniun.

Every 5 or 6 years i change my wife's minivan and my pickup truck I was recommended to go to Millennium Honda because they said the service was great but it was quite the contrary and the only thing they did was lie to me and say yes to everything and come back another day but i never ended up buying the van there I do not recommend this dealer to anyone because it is one of the worst out there when it comes to client service.

Our family went to the above dealer to look at the Honda Civic. We had a great experience with the salespeople there. They did a great job showing and telling us about the cars that we had looked at. They treated us with great respect,care, and kindness. At the end result,I ended up purchasing a 2009Honda Civic. Our family are all very satisfied with the car.

Since my hoopty 2002 Odyssey was totaled in a freak hailstorm in nearby Lake Success, NY, I have been looking for a replacement car. Since the Fit is the last of the good Hondas, I stopped by Millenium to test drive one. First off, this is a great facility: new showroom, parking garage and a brand new service center. It *crushes* the dealerships that are around it in this regard. The greeting was prompt and low pressure. The greeter intros me to the salesperson, Eric, quickly. Eric grabs a demo Fit within 5 minutes, and gives me some time with it while he copies my license for the test drive. Once copied, ww move to the test drive which was sufficiently long and varied to get a feel for the car. We also take a ride past their brand new service facility, which was a little odd at first, but did build value in to the storye. Eric was know exhale about the fit, as well as other random cars on the road ( which is a good sign). After the drive, we sat down quickly to discuss numbers. This store appears to have a wall between hythe salesperson and the sales manager, which means that the salesperson handles the product questions while the sales manager handles the price negotiation. It's a little old school, but they executed it in a customer friendly way.
