I was treated very well. I went in with a truck and number in mind and they kept my number while upgrading the truck. I couldn't have asked for better. The sales person, Tommy Holmquist, made me feel very comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

Everyone is friendly and polite; they all smile and say "Hello", even if they are just walking by. I appreciate the shuttle service so I don't need to take time from work. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable.

I made the appointment, then realized that I had a meeting to go to!! My wife was supposed to wait for the car, but unknown to me she had made a hair appointment for the time that I was going to drop the car off. Your team worked with us to straighten all the confusion out. My wife picked me up, I took her to the salon and went to my meeting. When she was done I called Josi at the dealership, who was able to pick my wife up and bring her back to the shop, where she picked up my vehicle all ready to go. Very happy with the service!!

Our experience with Mills Ford was a good one. We really liked our salesman, and he really went all out to help us get an honest deal on our new vehicle purchase. When we received the first offer on our trade in vehicle, I did not think we would be able to make the deal, The salesman kept going back to the manager several times until the trade price difference was acceptable to us. The salesman in Willmar, is someone that I would recommend to my family, friends, and neighbors to request help from when looking for a new vehicle. We will definitely be coming back to Mills for our next vehicle purchase.

I was treated from the moment I drove on the lot. A sales rep walk over and started questioning me on what I was looking for and what I wanted. They let me drive the vehicle, which was a mistake, because I like it from that moment. We went in and negotiated the price. when I left with it, they filled it full of gas.

Jeff Smith did an Excellent job of making sure I got the equipment that I wanted on my new F-150 pickup! I called to get an appointment to repair a slow leak in the right front tire of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Couldn't get an appointment but was told to come in to Quick Lane for service. Quick Lane was very busy and it was going to be several hours to get the tire repaired so the service manager gave me a courtesy car to use so that I wouldn't have to wait so long - I sincerely appreciate that! I picked the car up mid afternoon. Overnight the tire went flat so I pumped it up and drove in early (7:15) and John, always helpful, got someone working on it right away. Colton fixed the problem quickly and I was able to drive away by 9:00. Things don't always go as planned and there was a delay but I appreciate the loaner car the first day and I appreciate the quick action to repair the leak on the second visit. I recently decided that my goal of putting on 300000 miles on my 2005 Expedition may come with more costs than I felt comfortable with. I was undecided about purchasing a car or staying with another Expedition.In less than an hour and a half Tommy showed me the two cars that I felt I was interested in along with an Expedition. In that time I was able to view what I was interested in and make a decision. I feel comfortable leaving my car in control of your technicians. During the multi point inspection, your team discovered a small leak in some solution. Without this inspection, I may not have noticed this leak until some damage may have occurred. Another appointment was scheduled to identify and correct this problem. Upon completion of the scheduled maintenance, I was very happy to note, the technician had left my car in a clearer condition than what it was when brought in. Thank you.

Rick and Carlos made my buying experience easy and enjoyable. I had started looking at trucks to buy, stopping at other dealerships, but each time, it was the exact experience I was dreading. I have had the vehicle in for service now twice for this issue, all covered under warranty. Truck will go totaly dead, not even enough battery charge to connect a charger that has to "sense" a battery is connected to start charging as the battery is so dead. The battery has been replaced now twice which means it is on its third battery in less than 3 years. My concern is this issue is not being fixed as to what is draining the battery. I mentioned this to a person from Mills Ford that contacted me on Thursday, August 13th. He told me he would contact Ford and get back to me "next" week. Next week has now come and gone and he never followed up. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow up. I am concerned that I will once again get stuck paying for issues out of pocket that have been on going during the warranty on a Ford vehicle. (See 2011 Ford Taurus.) Noto impressed with Ford right now and I have been a loyal Ford owner for over 15 years.

I drove 235 miles from North Dakota to consider buying a certified pre owned Lincoln with very low mileage. From the initial e-mails and phone conversations to the on site experience; I couldn't be more satisfied. Dealing with Alroy, and the rest of the staff was a great experience. They were all very friendly, professional and informative. The trip was well worth it. Great dealership!

I was looking at a 2012 F-150 they had there that was certified used. I found out two days before I made the 230 mile trip that it had a dent in the tailgate. That was a big bummer but they offered to repair it for free but that it wouldn't be done until the following week. I was way to excited to go get the pickup that I didn't bother fixing the dent. They were more than willing to make some sort of arrangement with me in replace of fixing the tailgate so we made a deal to have an auto start installed prior to me getting there which I am more than pleased to have living in the bitter winters of North Dakota.

The salesman I worked with, Rick Schroeder, was excellent. He really worked with me to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. After flying to Minneapolis from Denver, he picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership and when I got there the new car was waiting for me in the showroom. I was on a tight timeline to drive back to Denver that same day and everyone at the dealership, especially the Sales Manager, Rick Hess, worked to handle the transaction quickly so I could get on the road.

I was in the market for a new car, one with 4-wheel drive. A close friend had just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was very impressed with it. After doing some research I visited with Dawn, a neat customer service person at Mills Ford in Brainerd, MN.,who also represented Mills Ford Chrysler (Jeep) in Willmar, MN She walked me through Jeep information material and recommended a young man, Adam Hess, at Mills Ford Chrysler. She helped make an appointment with Adam. who turned out to be a very courteous, helpful, enthusiastic, competent sales professional. He questioned me about what ! wanted in a Jeep vehicle. He walked me and a friend around the display area, pointing out various models and features. We took a test drive with Adam and learned a lot more. We were very impressed with the Grand Cherokee-Summit, and bought one. I love it!! Of most importance to me now is the value I place on having continuing positive, trusting relationship with Adam and others at Mills Ford Chrysler!

This is our first purchase from this Mills Chrysler dealer. The process was long and drug out (as is any trip to the car dealer) but we are satisfied with the results. Negotiating was a bit tedious, however, the customer service we received from salesman Tom Holmquist was excellent! He made us feel welcome and approached our needs. We give him an A+ for his professionalism. We also dealt with sales manager Tom Schroepfer, he was willing to work with us and made sure a deal was done, however, he did not come out as being too friendly. I rate him with the grade of B. We did end up with a purchase and would recommend this dealer.

I purchased 4 cars in the past 12 years from the previous Chrysler dealer here in town (2 Chrysler's and two Dodges). What sold me in the past was the local service after the sale. Since Mills became the new Chrysler dear here in town I really miss that former level of service. I took my wife's Nitro in for a service issue at Mills and the final price after finding additional causes came in way over the estimate. i will say however that they kept me well informed, I did authorize the additional work and the problem was fixed. What turned me though was when I tried to get service for another issue, calling twice and being told each time that the service department was to busy to talk to me but that they would call me back when they had time. I did not get a return call either time. I few days after the second attempt I tried calling a third time and this time I got through to the service department but was told it would be two weeks before they would have time look at the door lock problem. I decided to take my vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer in town. They got it in the next day and fixed the problem for less than their estimate. They even provided a loaner for the couple of hours that it took to complete the work. I have been so impressed with their service ever since that I will be purchasing a new vehicle from them. It is really too bad because I do love Chrysler/Dodge but I value quality and timely local service most of all.

I was passing through Willmar and I decided I would stop and take a look at a truck that Mills had on their website. From the time I got there, through the test drive and the limited price negotiations everything was very pleasant and low pressure. Adam Hess was the salesman I worked with and I found him very honest, and the pricing of the truck I ended up buying and the truck I was trading in was what I considered fair. Everything was much more pleasant than the local dealership.
