We had our mini serviced at mini of Monrovia. Robert the service rep was kind and knowledgeable. He greeted us with a smile and let us know what exactly needed to be repaired and how long it would take. We love the dealership, because of the quality of service they provide. I believe one of the pluses of owning a mini is the service provided at the dealership. I will be purchasing a BMW next. Thank you mini of Monrovia.

If you are looking for a mini or reasonably priced pre-owned certified car, look no further than Mini of Monrovia. The Team there is the best! They go out of their way to provide the best customer service I have ever had. The buying process was easy and pain free. My salesperson, Ahmed was amazing, along with Yahia, Toufie, and Joe. You can't go wrong. Visit them and you will see what I mean.

Cynthia is an excellent addition to the service dept. She was very helpful, informative & patient. She didn't try to push any unnecessary purchases or repairs. Although the dealer is more expensive than other mechanics, I like the peace of mind of having Mini experts working on my car. They offered me a ride home & back to pick up my car. My car was ready earlier than promised. In 8 years, this was the most pleasant visit I've had at Mini of Monrovia.

I went on a Saturday with an appointment at 8:20. I knew there was a recall notice for side air bags, but I said I would wait on that. The service would only take 90 minutes, per the service advisor, and I chose to wait. After 3 hours, I finally asked where my car was. The technician misread the direction that I wanted to wait on the recall, and they went ahead and did the recall. So at least that is done and out of the way.

Took my 2012 Mini for an oil change and inspection. They did great, found a water pump leak. I got an estimate elsewhere and had a hard time getting back in tough with Mini. No returned call, etc. But, when I did talk to the service rep, he offered to do the work for free! I think the warranty was close enough to squeak it in. Runs like a charm!

I purchased a Mini Cooper S convertible from this dealer in 2006 and recommended it to several persons who also purchased Minis there. I've had little trouble with the car and when servicing has been needed, Mini of Monrovia has been right there. Most recently, my car had a significant service experience (after 10 years). All was clearly explained and excellently accomplished. The car is excited and eager to go!

Been to this service center for services and repairs a number of times and yesterday's experience was among the best one ever! Brought my car in for regular service and Robert was my service advisor. Very friendly and professional of him. He said he would give me a call as soon as the car was ready and he did keep his words of calling... unlike my previous experiences where I had to call back a couple of times (close to the end of the day) to check for status. Also credits to the gentleman who helped pull my car up once I arrived at the service center.

We purchased a 2006 mini cooper hardtop, and took it back in to get the transmission looked at. The service worker robert, was very helpful and got someone to look at the car while we were still there. He then got the car back in a timely manner fixed.

My sales Sam Hassan was a very nice person, I was there wait my old car service but decide to look the new one and ask about the terms of lease! It turn out the deal was not bad and I can just turn in my old car there and drive the new one home! Sam makes our visit easy and smooth! Very professional & outstanding service provided from the minute when I walked in the door. I missed the name of the person who was wearing a red uniform at the time. He was the first person helping me to move my car and his friendly smile really made me feel like a valuable customer to the Mini Monrovia. Mr. Robert Burow, the Service Advisor was extremely helpful. He visually inspected the vehicle with me & explained to me the need of each service items. My overall experience with the service provided by the Mini of Monrovia has been above my expectation & I do not have any hesitation to recommend it to any of my friends.

Very poor customer service. Had appt at 10!40 and did not get my car service when it was almost closing time. I was last customer served when other customers had no appt and everybody was gone and I am still waiting for my vechicle, Finally left about 4.30. Rep never came and never said we are working on your car, I was the one that came up to him asked what was going on,

My 2004 Mini had a recall for the power steering. Everyone was very helpful from the service man who directed me to the office, to Anthony, who had everything in order so that I could leave my car and then also to retrieve my car. Only wish is would have taken only a two days instead of three.

They are really slow,they told me gonna take 3hrs to do 3 part. I have been waiting for almost 8hrs. I gave them more than 10 calls,they finally done the car only finished with 2 out of 3 parts.

After waiting three months for my Cooper Works Countryman to be made and delivered, the management (Yohana) and salesman (Roger) made my wait worthwhile. They were always pleasant, non pushy and helped me through the design process. Once the car was delivered, they also offered fair compensation for the amount of time I had to wait.

I don't normally take the time to review but felt the need to put in a good word for Lucy - Internet Sales Manager at Monrovia Mini/BMW. I cannot say enough kind words about Lucy and her amazing customer service. On our initial car research trip we met with Lucy not really ready to pick a car or make a deal. But Lucy was great without being pushy and showed us some cars and talked through the different ways to customize a Mini. We went back and talked through a couple of options with Lucy once we figured out the specs we wanted on a car. Again Lucy was amazing throughout the process and I'm sure we were exceptionally annoying with all our questions and requests. We at one point went around, no joke, the entire California database of Minis emailing looking for deals and a specific ideal Mini on our wish list. We even drove to several dealerships all the way down to San Diego. I can confidently and honestly say, Lucy is the BEST Mini sales person in Southern California! I kept telling my husband we need to buy Lucy a gift basket as thank you, every time we dealt with yet another annoying sales person. She knows her stuff, isn't pushy and calling us every hour. She like a friend helping you through a stressful taxing process. I trust her whole heartedly, plus she had the best deal in California. Thank you Lucy.

I have been involved in the car buying process multiple time and this by far was the best I ever had. Main reason was our salesperson Lucy. Any question we had from BMW's to Mini Coopers she had every answer and did it all with a smile. We ended up choosing a new Mini Cooper 4Dr Hardtop and cannot be happier. Was in discussions to purchase a 2015 Cooper S Hardtop. I had already received an e-mail from one of the internet sales manager for an agreed upon selling price. I was contacted by the dealership just before 5PM this past Saturday (12-13-14) to schedule a visit to the dealership for the next day. During the call, I was told by the sales representative that the car I wanted was still available. I confirmed my appointment for the next day, Sunday (12-14-14). I arrived at the dealership around 12pm and was told that the car I came to see and confirmed was still available <18 hours ago was no longer for sale because it was sent out as a loaner vehicle. I left the dealership with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. I went home and went back to their website and found the same car still in their NEW INVENTORY section. I got an email reply from the internet sales manager that they "had no control over the car being sent into the loaner fleet...corporate office had told them to sent it out as a loaner". I guess their corporate office called early Sunday morning just before I arrived to see the car...mind you the dealership had only been open 2 hours before I got there. I just checked their website again and the same car is still apparently available for sale. I guess it must be returned from its "loaner" duties.

I found the car online then went through the whole entire financing process told the salesman I would be there the next day to pick up the car after I was told I was approved and ready to go. I called back a few hours later and they had sold the car they told me they had placed on hold for me. I am very disappointed and will never use this place to buy my next car. Don't trust what they tell you!

We just bought a new MINI at MINI Of Monrovia and it was the best auto experience I ever had. They were very informative and straightforward with a price and all the details. The price they offered was far better than anyone else! I even ended up financing through them instead of my credit union because they made it so easy and had great deals. I went online to price out a MINI hardtop S and live close by the dealer, so I decided to try them first. I sent in my information and was promptly contacted and set up a test drive. Their staff was friendly and they had a lot of cars to choose from. So while I was making my decision Gus was trying to dealer trade the color and specs I want. Happy I stopped here first, great choice!!

I was looking to get a car for my son. He wanted a new cooper with MSRP $27600. Wich was really over my budget. You know kids don't really understand budget. Met Gus. And I told him please make sure to convince my son with a used one. Gus handled my son it's like he was his father and explain the benefit of owning a used car. Ill keep this brief and short. Basiclly i been interested in getting a mini but was not too sure bout it, so one boring day i figured might as well go test drive one and see how/if i really like them, but i really didnt have the funds for a new car. Was checking out some used cars and got help from GUS... remember that name, cause if your ever at that dealer ask for him. He made me feel comfortable didnt really pressure me into anything and showed me all my options and broke everything down to the basics, to where your head is not spinning from all the numbers. In the end, a basic test drive day turned into a day of me driving home in a used mini!!!! Great help and great car.

A freind of mine referred me to Mini of Monrovia, and I was a bet hesitant to make the drive from Riverside but after checking out their website and comparing them to the more local dealers, I figured it was gonna be worth the shot since I had already visited the dealerships around here. Once I gt there I was welcomed but not bugged, a quick hello and I was left to look around for a while that really felt like the perfect amount of time. I was asked if I needed some help from this guy that looked like a giant, but couldn't have been any nicer. Gus was the guy that helped me find the car I wanted and helped me get into it.. I wanted to buy used because it was more affordabe but I wanted a great car that could be fun and not kill my pocket like my jeep. The place was clean, the lot wasnt frantic (although a bit small) the show room wasnt super bright blinding and the cars inside were so nice they make you feel like your in a Mini wonderland. GIft shop had some nice things and I waited with my cup of coffee and bought a couple things (it wasnt crazy expensive either) Anyways, Gus got my info quickly there were no hickups in that process and after a couple trips back and forth got me approved and I drove off into the sunset in what felt like record time, almost laughing because I felt like I got such a great deal (after some haggling and some homework before I visited) get what you want, not what they want to give you, price was right, people are easy going but fast, and everyone just smiles... even the other customers were walking around laughing

These guys are top shelf. Checked out their online inventory and I saw a used 2 door S I liked, so I went to check it out. Greeted at the door by Gus and everything was clear as day from the first step. He talked numbers to me about the used that wasnt available because of some recall, kinda scared me at first but once I knew what the recall was for I was at ease (some water pump issue) .. long story short, I didnt want to wait and it made sense to just go new for the prices and financing options they were offering.. 50k miles of no headache.. Google+ that one! I picked out the car I wanted he took me for a spin and he showed me all the great stuff my new Mini would come with from features to driving capability and I fell in love. Walked out a happy man with great MPG's and a cool brand new car (+1 for the quickness), Gus was super helpful and made it as easy possible... plus free coffee while I waited :) I will be referring all my friends, period.

These guys are great, honestly between their know how and character it doesnt get any better. Not only did Gus get me a great deal on my 2012 Mini, he did it with a smile on both our faces. I knew what I was going to buy and I was clear about that up front, Gus didn't waste time trying to sell me on things every basic review covers, he told me about the real sense of driving one and his own experience as a Mini man. When we went for the test run it didnt take long to understand what he meant by how much fun it is and the cool features of the drive. He sat back and enjoyed the ride only stepping in to give hints and answer questions.. and he didn't mind that I "accidentally" took a wrong turn lol. Great car, great guys to work with, and they really did what they could to get me my new car... Kudos to all, but I wish the gift shop was open because there was a really nice jacket I wanted :) .. next time

I recently went to MINI of Monrovia and had an amazing experience. The car salesman- Gus was great!
