Terry is the best person and salesman I have ever had the privilege of working with. He is now and will always be a part of our family. Great dealership. Great cars. Abe is fantastic also. Best car buying experience ever. I have bought many cars and this one will always be my favorite simply due to Terry and the dealership.

We had a wonderful experience at Mini of Ramsey from start to finish while purchasing our 2019 Mini Countryman. Our salesman Spiro had a lot of knowledge regarding the vehicle and was able to show us how to access the many features. Both Spiro and Michelle the finance person worked with us on the price of our trade-in vehicle and the price of the vehicle we purchased in order to come up with monthly payments that worked for us. I highly recommend them!

DISHONEST I contacted the dealership via email (Robert) and was told it was still available. I drove there Thursday (almost 2 hours away). Was given a salesman (don't recall his name, I thought it was Robert but apparently wasn't). We went out to the car, said we wanted to test drive it.. he came back after a long period and told us the car was sold. He said someone had a deposit on it.. he said he would let us know if it fell through. The very next morning, i saw the car posted for $4000 more. I emailed Robert and he restated he checked and the car was sold. I said i was upset because they just posted the ad and I felt I was lied to. He responded he couldn't help me, that i need to speak to the man I worked with Thursday, never offering a manager to discuss with. Today I saw they now have it listed again on their website for the higher price. what happened to letting me know if the deal fell through?? Of course they won't because it was never sold and they don't want to honor the listing price that i drove 2 hours for!!! I posted the pictures so you can see it's the same car.. the lower price was from Thursday and the higher price was from today..

Mini of Ramsey is awesome. Friendly, clear, great work, nice place to sit while waiting for repairs/service, and good humor. My only complaint would be that they are not closer to my house! But the drive is worth the great service. Highly recommended.

It was amazing experience being there. The mini electric car is amazing, I'm just sad that they don't allow you to lease the car. The person that helped me was amazing he was so sweet. I could see why someone would leave right away with a car from this place it's just an amazing group of people that work there and the cars sell themselves.
