Been trying to get the title of a used car I bought from them a month ago. I was told I would receive something at the end of June, and now I'm being ignored by everyone I've tried contacting. Love my car, but would recommend going somewhere else.

Think hard before using their service for anything other than an oil change. Brought my 2019 in for a Honda recall. Vehicle was running fine. Two days after recall, multiple system errors. Brought vehicle back - tech said wrong "O" ring installed. Two days later - same error messages. Bringing vehicle back for third repair on something that obviously has been caused by recall repair. Ridiculous that you have to return twice to get your car back to normal. Never had this issue at Baierl Honda.

Considering the current auto market, a nice selection of preowned. Nice staff. I didn't buy but will consider a vehicle from there in the future

Gary and the whole team at moon Honda has gone above and beyond to help me lease my new civic. It was a bit difficult for me to decide what I needed versus what I wanted and they gave me every option they could find to fit my search. After my purchase they were quick to schedule my vehicle for the protective coatings that I added. The sales and service team have been in contact multiple times to check up on me and I would recommend them to anyone buying or leasing a Honda. Thanks Gary

My wife and I bought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE at Moon Honda on May 31. We went to one other dealership the week before with little success.
