If I could give them more stars, I would. This week I got a tow hitch installed on my GMC Terrain at Moore Buick GMC and I’ve got to brag about their parts and service departments. John, Walt and the new lady in parts are all resourceful and efficient. I never feel like my time is being wasted. They are very good at their job. They even ordered me a rubber cargo mat that perfectly fits my car, it even fits the split seats! The service department installed them both quickly and the workmanship was excellent. So I had John order me some tires for my truck too, which were done in 30 minutes and they were cheaper than the local tire shop quoted me for the same tires. Thank you guys for your quality service every single visit!!!

I worked with Young Lee at Moore Buick GMC. We managed to do everything online and over the phone, making the process incredibly simple. The price on the car, according to every source of price checking -- as well as looking at competitors prices -- was more than fair. They found financing for me, which I have recovering credit (and I'm sure was no easy task). They delivered the car to me. And everyone, every step of the way, was helpful. If you live anywhere near Jacksonville, this is the place to go.I bought a 2016 Buick Verano. It is sharp. It is clean. I couldn't believe it's a Buick. I thought that I would age 30 years upon looking at the car because of the reputation this brand once had (I'm 32). This is a car that looks good next to anyone -- from the nice rims to the hood accents to the sharp angles. It drive incredibly well. It's a remarkably quiet cabin. I cannot say enough about this car too.

I bought 2 new vehicles in Aug 2016. A Buick Enclave and a GMC Sierra SLE. During the buying process things where great. Our rep, Terri Wildeck was on top of everything making everything go smoothly. She is knowledgeable and made buy easy. After signing the papers is a different story. Part of the deal with my truck, I was to receive a bed liner. I choose a Bedrug type liner. Three weeks and I still don't have it. The same story every time I call. Its been ordered and will be here later in the week. After three weeks that story don't fly anymore. Also 10 days ago, I took my truck in because of scratches/swirl marks on the windshield. Once again I was told it would be replaced. Well guess what; It never got ordered!!! I received a call from the service department at approx. 6 pm 09/06/2016 saying it was now ordered from the factory. With all of this I regret waiting to have my truck detailed for delivery because I thought I could get the bed line and clean up at the same time. I don't know who dropped the ball, I'm the one that has received the run around. So bottom line Moore Buick is a good place to buy as long as you don't have to order something, if you do good luck. You are going to need it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Let me tell you my story. I had an 8:15 apt today in the service department to get my A/C fixed. I had to bring my two year old, who is teething and is very busy. After being told that my car would cost over $500 to fix, I agreed to pay and I was also told it would take a while. They offered me a shuttle but I refused and told them I would call my husband to come get us. As I was on the phone, trying to contact my husband my two year old was still throwing a fit and a "man" by the name of Jackie Young who is the General Manager approached me and stated that if I didn't take the shuttle that they would not do the service on my car because my daughter was disturbing other customers and we would be forced to leave. We packed up our things, refused the service and will never go back to Moore Buick GMC. Apparently they do not support mothers with little ones. I encourage all parents to go elsewhere, where they are more child accepting.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Jared. He did what no other car salesman has done... He worked with me. Equifax had an error on my file, causing an issue for any kind of credit application. He worked with me through getting it corrected, and ultimately getting me into a great new car. Where other salesmen only focus on making the quick sell, he took his time to put me in the right car for me at the right price. At this rate, I can see much more business in our future.

This dealership tried to sell me a used Jeep Liberty that was rusted out underneath with a host of other mechanical issues. Thankfully I had my mechanic take a look at it, before purchasing. My husband lost a half day of work to take it to our mechanic. The salesman knew there were problems, because initially he stated that they would have to replace a catalytic converter box. Then the story changed to just changing the sparks plugs and running premium gas through the tank. Initially the salesman was very friendly, but that changed when he discovered we were going to get it checked out. I will never be able to trust a dealership that would try to pass off a care like that. Thankfully we were careful consumers, and got a mechanic to take a look at it before purchasing. After this situation, I would not be able to recommend this dealership to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car, new or used. They simply can't be trusted.

I recently had a sensor go out on my 2012 Acadia. No one in Jacksonville had the part and it had to be ordered from Charlotte. This was December 22 and I was supposed to be leaving Jacksonville for the holidays that day. The part didn't arrive on the truck the next day but they did FedEx it from Charlotte. Since the job was a 4-5 hour deal, I rented a car for the holidays and left my car with Moore Buick. R.J. worked really hard to get that part in and get it installed. He also worked really hard to get my extended warranty to cover the labor and part! It only cost me $100 instead of the project $500. That savings more than paid for the rental car! I was really pleased with the efforts made by R.J. to get the work done on my Acadia!!! The only thing was they were supposed to change the oil and rotate the tires and they didn't do that. But that's a job for after the first of the year! I have more traveling to do this week! Thanks Moore Buick and R.J.!!!

Almost all services were done promptly, courteously, and professionally. The lone exception is the tech who does the tire work. On two previous services they did not reset the tire pressure monitor. I brought this to the attention of the service rep who indicated he would attend to it. This time not only did they not reset the tire pressure monitor but they left all tires over-pressurized by 5 psi. They did determine I had a water pump failure and promptly repaired it., installing a new water pump while the vehicle is under warranty.

I am a long-time customer of Moore, and have always been well-pleased with their service. My only complaint about this latest trip was that it took an extraordinarily long time to get my oil changed. I can usually be out of there in under an hour, often less than 45 minutes. This time, after about 90 minutes waiting, I was told there a recall and they needed another 20 minutes. It was somewhat annoying; BUT I have become spoiled by their past performance, and I remain a steadfast customer of Moore, along with my wife and daughter.

I was greeted professionally, my seat and floormat covered for protection, advised what the fee would be for diagnostics within minutes of my arrival. I was shown to the customer lounge which was very clean and comfortable. Beverages were available for customers as we waited. When the problem was found, I was advised as to nature of it, what it needed to fix it and the charge. My problem was solved, fixed and I was on my in a timely manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. Moore's is always clean everywhere, the garage, waiting area, arrival area, restrooms!! All of their employees are very friendly and helpful.

I called to make the 3rd scheduled service visit on my 2015 yukon xl. I had previously inquired if the cabin filter would be replaced, and got word that it would be at 10,000 miles. ( was willing to pay for the filter) (at 12,000 right now with musty smell in the cabin) I was able to get a loaner vehicle as promised. When I returned the filter was not replaced, but the part was ordered and I was able to pick it up the next day ( will be required to put this in myself, or have to schedule another drop off). The tires were rotated as requested but two air receptacle caps were missing when I picked up the vehicle. Also the worker noticed a chip in my windshield. He was able to schedule a same day service to repair that crack and hopefully prevent it from cracking further. This cost was minimal. The time spent dropping off and picking up was also very minimal.

After trying to find the right truck at the right price from my local dealership in Wilmington, it seemed to me that the salesman's attitude was more "we are the only show in town so take it or leave it". I love my Enclave and before that had the Park Avenue and La Cross. The reason I buy from Moore Buick is the service department. My battery died and I was lucky I was in a parking lot. I called Moore Buick and a tow truck came right away. It was time to have my Enclave serviced and I knew I needed new tires and the brake lining flushed out. I was given a ride home and knew my car would be ready the next day. It now rides like a dream floating on a cloud. Did I mention this is a 2009 with low mileage and I still will drive it before replacing this car. Thank you Moore Buick!

My wife and I have been doing business with Moore Buick since 1982. We have purchased new cars, had them serviced only by Moore Buick and traded them in every three to four years at Moore Buick. Yes, their were a few fender benders that required repair and a few mechanical problems, a couple requiring towing. In all cases the service was exemplary. In one case while I was out of state and my wife was on her way home from work had her car, for unknown reasons, just quit at the Base Post Office. It was fairly late in the evening: However, she called Moore Buick which was in the process of closing for the evening. Without hesitation, she was advised to sit tight and they would send a tow truck out to pick-up the car. When they returned to the dealership they had a loaner car ready for her. They then turned off the lights and locked the dealership's doors. "That's Service". In those days I traveled a lot. He was very informative, polite, and patient with all our questions about on going issues that keep occurring with our Enclave. He helped with other concerns about the Enclave (not related to the one that brought us in). He even recommended a newer car that had just been traded that would have been a lovely fit for us. My sales representative (Mike Diaz) was very attentive. He took the time to go through all the vehicle features and when I came back a week later for the additional add on items, he again took time to learn those features in order to show me how everything worked. Both he and Mr. Duncan were a great team to work with, when one person wasn't there, the other was and nothing was dropped. They gave me great advice and recommendations throughout the whole process and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I have been buying vehicles from Moore Buick GMC for almost 20 years. Usually, I don't use them for regular maintenance, but when I do, they are the most professional service department in Jacksonville. Quick, efficient and most importantly, they actually do what they say they will do (or usually more) and do it when they say they will. With very few exceptions, if they tell you that your vehicle will be ready by 10am, it will be ready by 10am. In the FEW times they cant make their timeline, the immediately call you and let you know the adjusted time. My doctor cant even do that.Best experience around for purchase, maintenance, then trade in for the next one.

The service desk was very helpful and kept me up to date on the status of my truck. The final quality service inspection was lacking. The steering wheel was put back on but not centered, so when driving straight the steering wheel appears o be turning to the right. The airbag in the center of the steering wheel was not pu back on correctly. I had also mentioned about the vibration in the steering wheel while driving around 70+ and the lack of pickup up when accelerating but nothing was addressed and these issues are still happening

I was treated fine as usual during my service. The only issue I had was the battery was a Delco 2370 47-6yr and was on the 47th month. The service rep told me Delco would not stand behind their 6yr warranty in a new car. I am not sure I agree with that but had no way to confirm. Even the salesman told me that as many cars as I have bought from Moore Buick that he would see to it there would be no charge. I told the service rep that Mike told me that he wanted to talk to him but he did not go to Mike. So the final bill was $195.

Another great visit. Normally very happy to award a 10 as they are deserved. My disappointment was not a major issue or concern, but a surprise that I had was when I got in my vehicle to leave and found my center counsel wide open with my stuff on the passengers seat. I'm assuming access to my counsel was required to update my software, but I would have expected the mechanic to have put everything back as he found it.

I got the inspection done here for my husband's GMC Sierra 1500, including an oil change and tire rotation. Service here was fast and didn't have a problem waiting since they have a comfortable waiting area stocked with refreshments. Customer service was great! I appreciated that I was treated in a professional, friendly, and positive manner by the staff. Overall, Charlie did a wonderful job at representing the company and would definitely do business here again. Everything was spectacular until I received my vehicle back and there was this awful and nauseating stench (smelled like body odor probably from the person moving my vehicle). I wasn't to pleased with such an inconvenience.

I found a used vehicle online for my son who would be arriving at Camp Lejune a few weeks later. I was provided with everything I requested and with 2 phone calls and several texts later, my son had his "new" vehicle. Very good- however it was a little confusing pulling into the service bay- there were a lot of people standing around and no one made eye contact or told me where to pull up. Being greeted and acknowledged upon pulling in would have made it a more welcoming experience. Otherwise the service was fabulous and the waiting area was fantastic. I really liked the woman stocking and cleaning the waiting area, she was extremely friendly to me and my daughter.

As soon as my wife and I arrived, we were greeted warmly by our sales rep, Michelle Boswell. Mrs. Boswell was very happy and knowledgeable as was the whole staff at Moore Buick GMC. We knew what type of vehicle we wanted and we were shown several that fit our needs well without overwhelming us. We weren't pressed about buying the biggest car, we were generally being helped find the car that worked for us. When we decided to buy our Buick Enclave, we were given a great deal. The dealership as a whole worked with us to get a good interest rates with the bank despite my poor credit. As a whole experience I was quite pleased with the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone at the dealership. Our transmission went out two weeks before we were moving. It was horrible timing for something like this to happen. we took it to a local transmission shop and on the way home stopped at the dealership to get a price quote. My husband and I visited the dealership on a day when it was closed and found a vehicle we were interested in. The following day my husband went back and talked with salesman, Juan, and got all the particulars about the car, brought the information home to me and together we decided to make the purchase. He called Juan, told him of our decision and what time we would like to come in the next day to make the transaction. When we arrived, all the paper work had been done, the vehicle had been prepped and was sitting out front waiting for us. All we had to do was read and sign. We were treated like family, not only by the salesman, but by all the employees we encountered. Even the finance officer was very friendly and helpful.

I went to see a specific vehicle that I had already researched online. Through the USAA Car buying service they knew what I wanted and made contact with me right away. My salesman, Ken, was waiting for me when I arrived and had the vehicle I wanted to see pulled up front. I was not pressured to look at any higher end models or even a newer year model. Although my husband was present, we stated that I was the one buying the vehicle and while my husband was included in conversation, Ken kept the focus on me throughout the process, which I appreciated. I feel I was given clear figures and information regarding the sale price, discounts, financing and the trade in value of my existing vehicle. I appreciate being provided with free touch up paint for a minor paint chip on the door edge that I noticed the next day. Overall it was a good experience and I would do business here again if I decide to purchase another vehicle from the brands they sell.

My wife and I just traded two cars for one--we are now the proud owner of a 2014 GMC Acadia. It is one that had been used as a "loaner" and had 3,000 miles on it. It was just the right color (my wife insisted) and had all the goodies on it that we wanted, and then some. I have to give the highest recognition to the salesman, or should I say, our salesman, Luke Trosclair, who is great! We have been dealing with him for the last 3 or 4 vehicles and I trust him and he has never led me astray at any time. He made the experience as painless as it can be. Trading 2 cars for one is a bit complicated, but they really gave us a good deal. I also want to thank and recommend Lori who handles the mountain of paperwork to close the deal. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! After looking for a vehicle for more than 3 months I finally found myself at Moore GMC Buick. I had the great privilege of working with Mine Diaz. He is great to work with, super honest, very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Most of all, I appreciate him not being pushy. He simply answered my questions and showed me my options. I wasn't sure if I wanted a new or used truck. He didn't push the issue either way. They gave me great upfront and honest pricing and gave me the time I needed to think about it. The buying process was even smoother. Not all the haggling that I grew accustomed to in the past. In fact the finance manager, Lori came out to speak with me personally about some different options. Could not have asked for a better experience all around. Professional, honest and courteous staff from start to finish. If that we're not enough, Mike assured me that I would be taken care of and that it was his job to support us long after the purchase. Admittedly I didn't believe him based on past experiences with other dealerships. Well he was telling the truth, he and the staff have happily helped me with a myriad of things ranging from personal finance questions to helping me with the paperwork on one of my other vehicles. This was about what I expected when buying a new truck. It was the usual games and tactics but overall I was pretty pleased with the buying process. I'd give them 5 stars but one thing really bugged me. My mom had bought about 4 trucks there and I had told them this several times. So after we struck a deal I asked if they were going to send her referral money and the salesman said "Oh no, we need to know about that up front." That's a pretty shady way to do business.

We purchased a new 2014 GMC Acadia with the help of Don Cohen. This process took place not only during terrible weather, but also over the holidays. Through it all, Don took his time and really made sure we were happy and had all questions answered. I stopped by Moore just to see if I could find a vehicle to replace my "too expensive to service" crossfire that I bought from another local dealer three years ago. Mike Diaz came out to assist me while I was just out "looking". He was an excellant source of information on the several vehilcles that I thought I might be interested in.I asked several questions about the vehicles and he knew the answers. He didn't have to go check for answers or guessimate his answers. He knew his vehicles that were on the lot. I spotted a Chevy Trailblazer that had just been "marked down". We test drove the vehicle within just a few minutes of being on the lot. I fell in love with the Trailblazer. Mike and I went into the dealership on return from the test drive and immediately started working on the numbers to see if I could have the Trailblazer. Miss Lori came out to the sales floor and told me that I could get the Trailblazer within my desired payments and could get the warranty I wanted included. I was having a good day! Now came the Big Catch... my husband HATES going to dealerships...so I asked Miss Lori and Mike if there was anyway they could get the paperwork together and get everything done so that when my husband came in the next morning all he had to do was sign the paperwork??? WELL..they did an excellant job. I brought my husband in the next morning about 930 and by 1000 we were leaving the lot with everything done..My husband was totally impressed..which is almost impossible to do..Thanks to you Mike and Lori for such a smooth, efficient and fast transition out of my crossfire and into the trailblazer. We will definately be repeat customers and reccommend you to our friends. We bought the trailblazer on thursday. On Saturday I discovered my passenger window not go up and down. I called the service department and spoke with Colin. He gave me gave the appointment I wanted for the Tuesday afternoon. When I got there they took my trailblazer right in. Within just a few minutes Colin came and told me what needed to be done, that they had the part and I could be back in my vehicle within a few hours. Sounded great to me!! Mike noticed me and I told him about the repair.. He offered to get me a vehicle to use for a few hours but I had already made other arrangements prior to getting to the dealship that day. But I couldn't believe that they were going to offer me a loaner vehicle for just a few hours...very impressive customer service. My vehicle was ready within two hours. Colin took me over to the check out window and Miss Betty assisted me with my checkout. She is a gem!! Everyone involved with the sale of my trailblazer and the first service call have been excellant. I am very impressed with the Customer Service delivered from Moore Buick. I will certainly pass the word on your dealership.

poor service My review on Moore Buick, on 01/01/14 we bought a 2010 chevy suburban certified preowned. On 01/14/14 the battery had to be replaced, on 01/15/14 we noticed a 5 inch crack in the dash board so we took it in thinking it would be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty we had purchased and at the very least be covered under the 30 day/ 1000 mile warranty that came with the certified suburban. It was covered under neither warranty and the service guy talked to the manager thinking they would do something and the manager refused to help, the sales guy don who was a really nice guy even tried to get the manager to talk to my husband but all he did was tell don he had already talked to service and they would do nothing since it doesn't affect the car. I would think Moore would stand by their vehicles for at least 30 days but they didn't even stand by it for two week this is poor customer service and just flat out bad business

My wife and I were amazed how much from the salesmen to the sales manager to the GM of the dealership came to talk to us to get the best deal we could. We visited many dealerships in 3 states and had never received such great service. To be honest I never thought buying a car would be so stress less and non hostile compared to other dealerships we had experienced. The cars are fairly priced and our car salesman made every attempt to give us the deal of a life time whether letting us test drive the car on our own to putting the car on a lift so we could examine every thing. Moore makes the experience of buying a car very easy and honest. They work with you instead of against you like other dealers may make you feel. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and it's a shame not everyone is like this. This dealership and jonni our car salesman are the only ones I'd refer to others. This was my first experience buying with Moore and it was good. From the minute we got there we were greeted and had excellent service. We are new the GMC experience and we had plenty of questions and help in our shopping process. Brick showed us great service in test driving the vehicles and making us comfortable. Once we decided the financing process took all of 20 minutes. Justin was great. We had a wait because our car was a fairly new trade and it had to be detailed. The work done was fabulous. Mr. Ted Azam got me the best deal anyone can get. I have friends that are car dealers and I bounced the specs off of them and the out the door price including dealership fees. I was looking to buy used but he got me such a great deal I went new instead. There where dealerships selling 2007 Chevy that are the same model as my 2013 Sierra for only a 5 grand less. He has been selling cars there for 41 years. If he was not an honest car salesman word would have gotten around. With the 2014 coming out and with all of the rebates and sales going on right now, you would be surprised that buying new is barely more expensive. This coupled with the fact you get two free years of maintenance and all the great warranties that come with new, makes for not only a great deal but the reliability of a brand new vehicle. You also get 6 months of onstar free and a trial of XM radio. The onstar is great because you can just push a button if you have a question about anything on your vehicle and a gm repersenative will assist you. I have not used there service department yet, so I can't speak on that. I do know that with there customer service I'm sure they would work with you if you weren't satisfied with something. I also like the fact that they will give you another vehicle to drive if you require overnight repairs. Everyone there is professional and they want to sell vehicles, they'll help you get what you can afford and what you want. I will be purchasing my wife's vehicle from here as we'll. thanks guys.

I realize being so close to a military town many think they will not get a great deal at their local dealership.
