I met with Jason (sorry, I left his card in my purse so don't have his last name at this moment). It was a nice experience. He listened to what I wanted or could afford & was not pushy. He found me a couple to choose from & said he had more to look at if none of these worked for me. I hate when a sales rep pounces on you without any consideration of what you're looking for or can afford. Jason was one of the best & nicest reps that I have met with.

Arrived to test drive a 2010 Town & Country, was told to ask for Kevin Morris. After a short wait he appeared and advised me that the car I came to test drive wouldn't start and that he had spent the afternoon trying to get it started in the rain. He said it probably needed a battery. The internet price was $4999.. He told me that he had a lot of vans for sale and offered me to test drive another vehicle so I agreed. He brought up a Dodge Caravan 2009 and told me this one had only 95,000 miles and that the one that wouldn't start was $5999(the sticker laying in the front seat of the 2010 read $4999-the actual internet price.) and the older 2009 was $6999. My husband and I tried to test drive the 2009 Caravan but the brakes were not working properly so we turned right around and went back. The car had scratches along the entire side of the car, the passenger door wouldn't close from the inside and the air conditioning was blowing hot air. We explained this to Kevin then he asked us if we wanted to buy the one that wasn't working. Kevin explained that the Caravan he had us test drive was a newer arrival and had not even been able to be safety inspected We said no thank you. He disappeared very quickly and we never saw him again. It is disappointing to be treated this way just because we were judged on our budget needs. We were not worth the effort. Very disheartening.

Bought a 2013 Ford flex. I went to Moran Chevy because I hoped for a higher level of integrity than "Bob's used autos and shack". My expectation was that a vehicle I purchased here would be issue free, or any issues at least disclosed. Within 24 hours, the Flex started having major electrical issues. Computer/dash rebooting while driving, climate control switching to cold to hot on its own, and a list of smaller issues - noting that this was clearly an issue before I purchased it that was most likely missed. Went back and showed them the problems, and they pulled the whole "we didn't see the problem before we sold it, so there's nothing we can do" and of course offering me the enhanced extended warranty again. (I got a powertrain warranty) If I knew this was going to be the experience I had, I would have just gone to "Bob's used cars". If you are looking for a used car that has been thoroughly inspected and checked, this is NOT the place to go. This is now my 2nd bad car purchase from a Moran Chevy lot, and it will be my last.

After going to what I found out to be a “ B” lot with horrible interactions my friend Mark suggested we go to Moran Used Auto Outlet. There I met Joe Connelly. Let me first say it was about 45 minutes before closing. With that said Joe spent the time and offered me a test drive, no pressure. After my friend and I took a reasonable test drive I decided this was the vehicle I was willing to purchase. Now I will disclose that my credit took a hit several yrs ago after a long illness. This fact did not deter Joe as he proceeded to do his job and turned the info that I had given him to finance.. By the way Kudos to Mark Gibson one of the friendliest persons that I have ever met. He got me a reasonable payment and terms despite my credit woes. In closing if you need a nice car and what I experienced call Joe Connelly and tell him Luis Davila sent you, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Joe for everything and keep doing what you do the way you do it.👍🏽🔥

I bought a great vehicle from them. I haven't had it long but I've been happy since. I enjoyed making the purchase. Nice sales people.
