This should not have Hyundai accreditation. Because they fail to inspected my car properly, by refusing to do the recall worked needed on my engine I have had to contact the BBB and an Attorney to sue. My car is only four years old. I have been trying to get an appointment for months. There NO responded had left me no choice but to seek legal action. This had been a year of failing to fix the problem.

I had a service appointment I asked to have everything checked out. I added the inspection and a oil change on it was no problem. Everything was taken care of.I like the service at Hyundai and will continue to go there .

Internet sales rep was great. As for others….I couldn’t get a simple date from 3 different people. I was looking for when a refund was going to be sent and 3 different people, including the dealership sales manager, would not even respond to me about a date. Car was great. Customer service not so much.
