We had a great experience buying from Oz and the folks at Mr. Roberts. From the get-go, Oz was incredibly responsive, flexible, and open to our needs. After a test drive, we were able to take the car to our regular mechanic for an inspection, who gave it a clean bill of health. Throughout the process, Oz was up-front and easygoing, and he never tried to rush us into a decision. In fact, he even gave it a last-minute tune-up at our request, after which we were able to quickly move through title transfer, final signatures, and all of the bureaucratic hoops (financing, registration, taxes, etc.) with ease. Highly recommend for a straight-forward car-buying experience.

Sold me a van that leaks mass amounts of water and is rusted and molded out on the inside.not only am I paying the 20,000 for the van but now I have to pay 6,500 on the repairs. I am disappointed because they acted so nice. I am definitely not going back. Thanks for nothing

Our experience has been spot on. We have not picked our vehicle up yet but the whole process has been very smooth up to this point. We've been working with Oz who has been very straight up with us. He's kept the whole process moving smoothly and quickly. He's been accommodating with our requests. Including replacing the cracked windshield and replacing a missing panel and removing some of the equipment we did not want or need at no additional cost. We are purchasing a 2015 Ram Promaster. For a used vehicle that has been used for utility purposes, it's in surprisingly great shape. They also found very reasonable financing for me. All in all, I've been very please with the entire process of working with Mr. Roberts Auto Sales and in particular, our sales person, Oz.

We worked with Oz and found a great car with super low miles. It’s in great shape and he communicated with us for a week after about it, always answering our questions promptly. He had the car serviced and with new tires ( which it needed ) so we could pick it up as soon as we could. Highly recommend this lot and Oz

I was looking to buy a cargo van for work and they didn't have what I needed (price point) the first time I stopped by, so I told Oz (the salesman) what I was looking for. Within a week he had followed up with me, letting me know they had exactly what I was looking for that had just come in on trade-in, but it was filthy. I went down and looked and, trusting Oz at his word, bought the vehicle in a state of shambles but it ran strong so I went for it. Within a week, Oz had a brand new front seat and new windshield installed and a cleaning detail done to the interior to rival any cleaning I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it was the same vehicle. I will be back to Mr. Roberts and see Oz the next time I am looking for a work van. Excellent buying experience. Thanks, Oz!

I bought a truck from Dave and Oz at Mr Roberts Auto Sales. Within a 100 miles the speedometer started to malfunction. They said they would fix it but every time I call them, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and tell me to call back later. Not the most reliable used car lot out there.

I bought my very first car here as a college student a few months ago. Although this establishment caters to people who are seeking trucks and vans, they have a great selection of cars. I was able to find a car that was right for me. Dave was extremely helpful in guiding me through my first buying process; it was effortless. I have not had any problems with my car and they gave me recommendations for places close to my school to get my car serviced. I will definitely come back to Mr. Robert's Auto Sales when I am looking for another car.

I have purchased several vehicles for my business from this dealer in the past. The price was "fair", usually, for the vehicle purchased. However, I recently purchased a van as a work truck for my maintenance business. The vehicle was clean, however after less than 100 miles the engine blew, and the rear differential needed to be replaced. Now, I said after less than 100 miles! I called them (Dave) and said that I realize that I bought the vehicle with no guarantee, but this kind of trouble was absurd after less than 100 miles. Would they do anything to compensate me for the approx. $3700 worth of repairs that I have absorbed so far. Dave said that he would talk to the owner and get back to me. Well that was three months ago. I guess that a used car dealer, at the end of the day is still just that, A USED CAR DEALER! I would not recommend this dealer!!!

I am a woman and am used to being treated in a condescending manner. The salesman at Mr Roberts did not treat me this way. I was treated respectfully and courteously. They showed me several options that would fit my budget and worked out the finances so I could afford the vehicle. I feel I received a good vehicle for a fair price. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE from this dealer; he falsely advertises products and services to those products. We bought a Blazer that was supposed to have A/C; it didnt work & he said he fixed it but didnt (yet advertised that it had A/C). I have a BBB complaint against them.
