I was looking for a preowned Toyota Tacoma 4x4 checked all the new car dealer and other internet websites over a 2 month period and looked at numerous vehicles. New car dealers vehicles were overpriced and in sub par condition. On Trucar website I saw a 2009 Toyota acess cab in white the color I really wanted. Pictures looked good and price was well below average. I had my doubts but decided to look anyway. To my surprise I found a really clean vehicle inside and out. Undercarriage had new undercoating, wheels and tires like new, very clean engine compartment, interior exceptionally clean. Crystal clear headlights all very rare on a7 year old vehicle. Also at 85000 miles mileage was lower than average. Peppered Bobby with lots of questions on car history he took the time to look up the answers for me. Now came the moment of truth,Price. I had done my homework and we settled on a price we could both live with. With all said and done I was very pleased with the whole experience. Give these guys a look , they had a good variety of nice looking vehicles.

Please read the full review to fully understand the integrity and professionalism of this dealership. I verified the vehicle I was interested in was still available and drove to the dealership with my trade. Was greeted politely by Bob and discussed my trade before test driving the truck I wanted. Agreed on my trade value with Matthew and purchased the truck. Uneventful, yes. But here is why Matthew and his staff are better than most professionals in the auto business. My purchase had a factory recall that presented itself while driving home. During a normal test drive and I believe in the short two weeks the truck was for sale the problem would have never occurred to Matthew or Bob when it was at the lot.Immediately Matthew took the time to see me and gave me a loaner car. He personally took my car to a dealership to rectify the recall. This is important to understand because when I had the loaner he was without the car to sell also when he was personally making my vehicle right he is away from his business. He was always polite, and never defensive about the problem he just wanted to make it right. The recall in question was documented as repaired on the brand website so there is no blame to be had by Matthew, Bob or Lenny.Another important point to be made is the truck is a used truck and the warranty provided during the sale could be argued, that the factory defect was not covered by the warranty provided. Regardless Matthew made it right, took time from his busy day to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase even after his obligations were completed when I drove from his lot the day I bought the truck. It is nearly impossible to find this level of customer service in the car sales industry let alone most businesses today. The service I was provided went beyond the sale. So, if you are in the need of a quality car from a dealership that has integrity and professionalism don't pass this small dealership by. From the road they will appear no different than the many small dealerships on Brook road. But they are different, it's Matthew and his staff that make the difference. He personally takes pride in his dealership, he honestly cares about his good name. Not to leave out Bob or Lenny. They are both stand up guys too. Polite men with a good sense of humor and integrity. I finalized the purchase with them both and it went as smoothly as possible. Both men are personable and I never felt like they were just there to sell cars and profit from dealing with me. I was never pressured to purchase add ons, like extra insurance or extended third party warranties.As I said before, don't pass them by. You will be pleasantly surprised at M.W. Auto sales.

I purchased a 2008 Yukon from M.W. Auto Sales a couple of months ago. I must say that the service I received was very pleasant and it made my SUV buying experience much easier. The entire process from searching the lot to signing the papers was seamless! My SUV was reasonably priced in comparison with Kelley Blue Book and they provided me with a Carfax report. I like that all the cars are hand-picked by the owner and it shows because my SUV is SUPER CLEAN and runs very well. The salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable and they have good quality selection of cars.

Very Pleased with my purchase at M.W Auto. I drove about 2 hours to this dealership and it was worth the drive. I called ahead and Bobby was there to greet us. The car was extremely clean, as are all the cars on sight. Even the office is clean! It's a small dealership but well managed. We noticed a small crack in the windshield of the vehicle. Without hesitation Matthew called in a windshield repair company and it was fixed on site before we left. Since bringing the vehicle home (Appx 2 weeks) we've had a smooth running vehicle and happy to report no mechanical problems. Pleased to have found this honest dealership. Thank you for a job well done! We will be back to purchase again.

We saw the exact car we wanted on cars.com. We read previous information about the dealer and drove over to make the purchase. Everything was handled at the office for us and we are enjoying our new car.

Its too bad that many other used car dealerships (independents or chains) do not operate like MW Auto Sales--in particular the salesman Mr. Bobby and Matthew, the owner. My name is Shaun. My wife and I (and our 2 young daughters) drove 195 miles down from Smyrna, DE to get the excellent deal on an IMMACULATE 09 Chevy Traverse LTZ (our family and friends still cant believe the Traverse is 5-6 years old and with 96K+ miles on itit looks THAT new :)!! My wife absolutely loves her Traverse :)!!!! In my humble opinion, M.W. Auto Sales could write the book on exceptional customer satisfaction. We drove down Saturday, Dec. 5th to test drive the vehicle. On our way back home, my wife and I pretty much knew that THAT LTZ Traverse was ours :)!! We drove down the following weekend (Dec. 12th) with a certified check in hand to pick up our new Traverse. Its a great thing we did because another couple arrived not too long after us to lay claim to the same Traverse. We could not be happier and any more proud of our recent purchase :). Our 3 year old pretty much only wants to ride in the Traverse now because of the movies shes able to see on the DVD player :)!!! If any of our family or friends are in the market for an EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY used vehicle were pointing them right to M.W. Auto Sales :)!!!
