Professional and very personable staff. Will not recommend because I do not live in Georgia. Will recommend dealership in my area. Visit was mandatory to continue my trip. Only wish sales associate did not try to up sell me out of my price range, thus making the duration of my stay longer than needed. Arrived at 0830 and didn't leave until 1600.

I hated the thought of purchasing a car. I thought I would never find what I wanted or the salesperson would brow beat me into purchasing something I didn't want. When I walked into the Nalley dealership I was pleasantly surprised. No hard sell and the experience was fast and very thorough Mr.Cepada was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased and didn't oversell. He would have brought the car to my home but because of a mixup we didn't do so. So I am very happy with my new Santa Fe with the exception of the navigation system because I have to purchase a new phone in order to map to the navigation system.

Ladies make sure you bring someone with you to pick out a car because they will try to rush you into buying a car might not be what you want. He got a little aggressive when I ask some questions about the paperwork and told me I have someone in front of you just sign the papers. But I can't say this it will get you a great deal with low payments.

We have never had a more pleasant experience when purchasing a car. Our salesman, Terence Miller, was friendly and the most knowledgeable person we had ever met. We thought he had been working there for years when it was actually only a few months. He thoroughly went over things about the car with my husband and I and explained things like no one had ever done before. If we were going to buy another car, we would buy from Terence and only Terence. He made us feel very comfortable through the entire process, introduced us around, and took us for a walk though the entire dealership. Wow, were we impressed!! We purchased a 2016 Sante Fe Limited/Ultimate and we are very impressed with our car buying experience! We were in and out in under two hours from start to finish. Most of the last hour was spent going over an in-depth vehicle presentation, and being setup online with all the Hyundai Blue Link. I was impressed with GM Quentin Stephens, as he went above and beyond to make sure that we had a no-haggle experience. He listened to what my needs were, and immediately went to work. He put us with a competent sales person in Kristopher Ross and an awesome Finance Manager Kisha Dodds! You can tell that this team was in sync with one-another, and that made the process very easy and enjoyable. I am now looking to purchase all of my vehicles with Nalley Hyundal because of the experience that I had on this past Saturday.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the elantra and the fact that I was approved (considering my credit)! This was my first time financing a vehicle so it was a Big moment for me. I was initially looking for a sonata(what I had prior to searching for a new vehicle) or any Sudan with a sunroof but was approved for an elantra without a sunroof. So at first I wasn't happy and was a little disappointed. But my sales lady Tamara did a great job of reassuring me of the wonderful features the elantra has and also how safe it was for my daughter and I. Sure enough, once I signed the papers for my 2016 elantra and drove off the lot I fell in love! The gas mileage is amazing! It's the perfect size for a small family and not to mention how cute it is! don't believe me?! Go get one!

Nalley was able to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for with the minor exception of color, which was my second choice. This despite having limited availability of AWD in the South. Resolving an apparent technical issue with the DCT transmission was handled professionally by the service technical supervisor. The issue was in my erroneous interpretation of the differences between an automatic transmission and the DCT in the Tucson. As a retired former Hyundai technician (2000 to 2002), the supervisor took the time to explain characteristics of the new transmission to me.

Tie and Amish both helped me with the purchase of my 2013 Tucson. I am completely satisfied with my new baby?? And I definitely know that I would not have gotta a better deal anywhere else! My oldest son unfortunately totalled my van and was a given a Hyundai as my rental and I I instantly fell in love. Tie urged my to take an Elantra that I really liked over night just see how family efficient it would be for me. That was the best thing he could have done for me...I realized after driving it and attempting to get my son in and out of the car seat, this was not my car. I drove the Tuscon and knew this was my new car...The buying experience was easy and painless, and the finance manager Leonard Robinson helped to get only the things I needed and didn't try to sell me any crazy stuff(the last car I purchased the finance guy tried to sell me life insurance!!) The experience went well until we began to talk about financing. We would have paid nearly double the cost we were financing after all payments. We have decent credit and were putting money down. Maybe, seeing us walk away from the dedlershio and not returning will make them rethink trying to take advantage of the consumer. I felt bad because they probably do this to others. My husband and I are both financial people so we knew the deal was highway robery. Please know your numbers. Always look at how much it will cost after all payments are made. Buyer Beware!!!

I wasn't extremely serious about buying another vehicle but was tired of making huge payments for the vehicle I had. I knew it would be a hard deal to get thru the banks due to the negative equity. I had visited another Hyundai dealership in Stone Mountain and looked at a couple of vehicles but the sales manager, which I had done business with 3 times before, shook my hand and advised me that he just didn't have anything that he could make work and would "call me" when he had something.I had inquired about a vehicle on Nalley Hyundai's site and was later contacted by Vernon. I had explained the experience with the other dealer and his exact words were "At least give us a chance". I explained to him I work on the weekends but I was taking a vacation the next week and would visit then. I received a follow-up call from Vernon confirming my commitment. That Monday I walked in and drove out within a couple hours in a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. The rebates covered all my negative equity so the deal was pretty easy. Why didn't the other sales manager think of this??? Vernon, along with the sales management team were excellent in every way. I also have to give a little bit of credit to Jay in Finance. I started looking at trading in my 2013 Sonata on June 15, 2015. My husband and I visited Nalley Hyundai late that night, assuming they were closed. Jamila Decuir came to us on the lot and asked how she could help us, we were shocked someone was still working this late! That night, Mike Fawaz looked at my 2013 Sonata and quickly gave us a fair trade in amount. We were initially looking at buying a Santa Fe and they allowed us to test drive one that night, well after they had closed! We left that night and were told they would get back with us the following day with numbers. As promised, the next day, we heard back from Jamila. By that time, my husband talked me out of buying a new vehicle, telling me we didn't need an SUV. I then talked with Jamila and Mike about a new Sonata. My husband and I went to test drive the 2015 Sonata on June 22, and my husband and I fell in love with the 2015 Sonata and all the great, new features. We quickly sealed the deal and drove home in our new Sonata that evening. I can't say enough positive things about Jamila Decuir and Mike Fawaz. They are both extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I purchased a vehicle On February 3, 2015 from your company. On the very same day the transmission and check engine light came on. I immediately contact the sales person. He advised me to bring the vehicle back to have the car checked. The car was kept for about a week. I ask for the report of what was done to the vehicle and was advised that the report was mailed to me. However, I never received a copy. The transmission problem reoccurred a week later. At that time, I contacted the salesperson again. I was then advised that I would need to take it to the dealership. It is now going on my 5th trip to the dealership for the same problem, transmission issues. The vehicle has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it since the first day I purchased it from your dealership. You state that a trustworthy and fair business. I beg to differ as I was told that I was getting a good vehicle as it was a trade-in by the bosss son. With that being said, they knew the problems the vehicle was having first-hand. This dealership gives the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at Hyundai or even buying a car!!! Let me tell you what happened.....I happened upon Nalley Hyundai after slamming into a pothole on a Georgia highway. My 2013 Elantra had to be towed to the dealership. The first person I met was JOSEPH STRONG in the service department. He was extremely nice and went out of his way to get me quotes, in my price range, for the repair of my vehicle. Joseph called me several times to keep me in the loop, and even arranged for me to have a rental car while repairs were being made. On a trip to the dealership (to remove items from my car), I was greeted at the door by TIE HILL. Tie was friendly and took me to my car, helped me carry my things, took pictures of the car damage so I could post them on Facebook and was generally helpful and supportive. Before I left, Tie suggested to me that maybe I should think about a new car. We ran the numbers for a 2015 Elantra -- very reasonable! But... When I told Tie that I had always wanted a Veloster, he started the process all over with just a smile and a "sure, we can do that"! Nalley didn't have the color that I wanted on the lot, but Tie went the extra mile again and called around until he found the exact Veloster of my dreams. While I was signing all of the paperwork, Tie drove to the location where my future car was being housed and drove it back for me. He then set the team to work prepping and cleaning the car. By the time all the paperwork was signed (JAY WILLIAMS the Finance Manager was amazing as well) my car was ready. Tie gave me a complete tutorial on how the car works -- even though by now the dealership was closed.All in all this was the very best experience I have EVER had buying a car or getting service. Everyone at Nalley was friendly, helpful, encouraging and supportive! All people interested in purchasing or getting their Hyundai serviced should definitely go to Nalley in Conyers Ga.! First let me say that Tie Hill was exceptional. He showed me different options and was professional in every aspect of our interactions. He was patient and did not push for the sale. It took me four days to settle on a car and at the last minute, we went from used to new. I received an amazing deal and couldn't be happier with my experience. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly greeted. The Advisor listened to my issues and and immediately my vehicle was taken away. Some time later after waiting in the lounge with coffee, T.V. and snacks, my advisor appeared to give me an update and an estimated time of completion. Before I knew it my wife's car was brought to me and away I went. This visit was truly the easiest and least stressful trip I have ever taken to a dealership. This has been the best experience I've had seen interfacing with auto buying at Nalley Hyundai in Conyers, Ga. From the time I parked my traded car, to the time I left the business, it was nothing but pure honesty and professionalism from Vernon Fralley to his manager, Ray Emerson. There was no hassle, nor haggling and if I felt good about my purchase, then I know it was the right move. I did my research in True Care Analysis and I got 3 different automotive companies. I never went to the see the rating or the reviews of either, but felt drawn from the time I spoke with Sascha in setting up an appointment with her. I had all of my paperwork ready because I knew what I wanted all the way down to the color. (except when I saw that Truffle).. Prior to me arriving in Atlanta, I had to go out of town, and I was able to rent a Hyundai and was able to test drive an older model, but gave the feel of a new one...I knew right then, that the Hyundai Sonata was for me...Since driving it home to Tennessee , I am more than overwhelmed with what this car has to offer, with way more bells and whistles I had in my trade. I was looking for comfort in the driver's seat and this 2015 Sonata Limited proved I've found the right one. Vernon went over every detail with me so that I could get a comfort level to drive off the lot. He knows his product. I have had a various routine maintenance services performed on my 2011 Sonata, each done at Nalley Hyundai in Conyers where I purchased the vehicle. Whether for the original purchase, any repairs or just routine service, with each experience I have always been greeted warmly by various personnel, felt I was well treated and treated fairly. They've inspected my car and provided details of what service is needed or parts needing replacement and they have not tried to push anything that was not justified or necessary. I believe the staff there to be honest and very helpful, and I appreciate their continued kind attention to my my automobile, my needs/desires with regard to scheduling, etc. I do often recommend them to my friends who might be in the market for any newer vehicle. I had already done the research and decided I wanted to purchase another Hyundai Elantra. I loved my last one but it was a 5=speed shifter and after rotator cuff surgery it was hard to manage shifting gears. Although my last Elantra was 13 years old, I got a surprisingly great price for it. Nalley was the first to contact me when I went on line to get pricing, and they happen to be the closest to where I live. I met with Orren Crowther who had the exact car I was looking for, let me test drive it, showed me all the bells and whistles, and crunched the numbers for me, giving me every rebate and incentive available. His boss, a nice fellow named Mike, was able to give me additional customer loyalty discounts since I owned two Hyundais in the past, so the price was right. I picked up the car today and couldn't be happier! There was none of the sneaky add-on prices and no underhanded business practices like some dealers throw at you...everything was right up front, honest and fair, and I would recommend Orren and Nalley to anyone interested in purchasing a car!

I went to other dealerships that day that wold not trade my 2013 Dodge Dart because of the value and my mediocre credit. I went to Nalley talked to Orren C. He and his team got me in a 2015 Hyundai Sonata with a great warranty for nearly $100 less than what I was paying for my Dodge Dart. On top of all that I was able to trade in my vehicle and had a very decent down payment. The service was excellent and I was out of there in about 2-3 hours. My pervious car died on me, an i was searching high and low for a car. Went to at least 5 dealerships and got the usual sales pitch ending with can you get a co signer or put down alot of money because my credit was pretty bad. I finally decided to come to Nalley Hyundai and as soon as the sales rep open the door for me, I felt like family. It felt like they actually cared compared to all the other dealers. To make a long story short, Tony, my sales rep helped me from beginning to end and i couldnt have asked for more. He took the time to access my situation and within a couple of hours, after waiting on my insurance company which was the longest part of the deal. He got me into a brand new 2015 sonata and i couldnt be more happy. I wasn't even thinking i could get a brand new car but thanks to Tony an the Nalley Hyundai team they made a promise and knocked it out of the ballpark.

Amish was my car salesman and he did a good job of informing me about my car's features. The finance team worked to get me the best interest rate possible. They communicated with me by text so I did not have to wait around. I was guaranteed the price I saw online. Diane in the service department is AWESOME!! I had to take my car back for a minor repair. I was scared because I had just bought my certified pre-owned Elantra, but Mike the manager assured me they would fix my problem and even put me in a rental car for the day. I have to admit, I am not sure I would recommend this dealership to others for buying a car. They didn't seem to want to take the time to teach me about my new car. Plus a couple of the people in the dealership were kind of rude and not much interested in making or even talking to me about the kind of deal I needed or wanted. Now, the service dept is pretty great. The lady that answered my call wasn't very informative about anything or helpful for that matter. But the young man that came out to meet me when I got there was the BEST !!! He knew what he was talking about, did what needed to be done and then spent extra time with me to teach me about all the 'techy' things in my car. Even with all this, he got me in and out in under 30 minutes and that included diagnostics and changing my battery to a new one. Thanks to HL for all he did that day for me.

I have a 2009 Hyundai Genesis which I had taken to a local shop to have diagnosed. They advised me that the vehicle with only 57,000 miles was going to need a coil pack and new spark plugs. This was going to cost in the neighborhood of $600.00 or more. I contacted Nalley Hyundai and spoke with Hunter Long, he was very knowledgeable about the issues that I was having. He was able to have all the work performed on my vehicle covered under the warranty at no cost to me. The fact is there was actually nothing wrong with the coil pack or the spark plugs it just needed a computer upgrade to solve the problems. I also checked the pricing on regular service and found they are very reasonable in their pricing for servicing a car. I will continue to use Nalley Hyundai from now on.

I purchased a Santa Fe from this dealership about a month ago. I had already visited another dealership and was working with two others over the phone and email. All were telling me that they couldn't get me the exact vehicle that I wanted and were pressuring me to buy vehicles on their lot. The salesperson I worked with at Nalley (Amish Cline) was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped out of my car to a month later when he helped me with a problem (see below). Not only did he find and procure the EXACT vehicle that I wanted within 24 hours (on a weekend!), he also beat the other dealerships' prices. I never felt any pressure to buy anything I wasn't interested in. The entire process was unbelievably easy. Another thing that distinguishes a business is how they handle mistakes, if any are made. I still had not received my license plate and vehicle registration, one day before the dealer tag expired. I called Amish that afternoon who found that there had been an error in processing the paperwork. They got the paperwork processed, got my registration / tag, and had it FedEx'd to me - I had everything in hand by 10am the next day. Impressive. I whole-heartedly recommend this dealership. I really can't imagine a better experience.

I have my second Hyundai Santa Fe, a 2011. When I purchased it, this dealership was under a different company, but it has always had excellent service and sales staff no matter who owned it. This is the second or third time I've had it in for service since Nalley has owned it, and they do provide a superior service experience. I was able to schedule the service online for exactly when I wanted it. Someone met me almost before I was out of my car, and got the process rolling. This was a major service, but even so, I was out in under two hours. While in their waiting area, I enjoyed two cups of pretty good coffee for free, and could have also had some bottled water if I wanted it, too. Start to finish, everything went very smoothly. I have been a Hyundai fan since 2001. No matter what Hyundai dealership I have used, they always deliver excellent sales and service, and Nalley is no exception. I look forward to buying my next Hyundai from them!

Let me just say that I was not planning to purchase from this dealership. I came by to test drive the Santa Fe. I was met by Hosie Steward (who is wonderful, by the way) and he was very patient and did not fast talk me or disregard what I felt was important. I was going to select a 2013 Santa Fe Sport, which was listed at a great price. I was able to get a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata with only 10 MILES on it! I never thought that I would be able to afford a brand new car. I was given all of the available rebates and the price was fantastic, which made me forget about the Santa Fe Sport for now! Hosie has the patience of a saint! I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm sure I was not the EASIEST customer because I am a negotiator and drive a hard bargain, but no one ever gave a foul attitude. The financing team (especially Mike) was superb. Mr Muckle didn't try to fleece me at the end of my deal or try to sell me crap that I didn't need to drive up my price. Everything was presented and straightforward. I know this is a long review but salesman get a bad rap (and some rightfully deserving), and women are usually taken advantage of. I did see a lot of women coming in alone and driving off quite happy ?? I'm am over the moon happy and satisfied ????

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Turbo from Jamila DeCuir just today. I have to admit I wasn't looking forward to dealing on a new car especially since my 16 month old grand-daughter was going to be with me. Excellent service, very prompt. Service tech explained what would be needed, cost estimate and approximate time of completion. Waiting room was pleasant and clean with coffee available. During the wait I was advised that I had a recall that had not been performed and I could wait or come back later. I chose to wait even though additional time would be needed. My wife and I were looking at new cars but have had some credit troubles for the last few years. I went to check out Hyundai's because I have a heard a lot of great things about these cars. Well we went up to window shop (not expecting really to like the car little alone get financed) although the salesman was expecting us. I had told him we want a new car but don't hold your breath and he said come on down anyways. When we got there my family and I was treated very well ,before we got into looking at cars he took a look at my finances and he told me let me see what he can do,I was not going to give in to a high interest loan and he said fair enough. Needless to say he got me an interest rate comparable to when I had perfect credit, I was surprised cause other dealerships had me in the double digits and they got me in the single digits percentage wise. we love the Hyundai its nicer then our 2006 accord the 2014 sonata is a nice family ride or even sporty enough for a bachelor. Tie "the salesman" was patient understanding and I felt like he actually cared, also nice enmities in the waiting room the coffee machine is nice. We have bought around 6 new cars since we have been married and this is the best dealership by far. So if there service dept is as good as the guys upfront this dealership will go far. Again the experience was great because of the salesman I was to embarrassed or ashamed of my credit and if it was not for him I would have probably waited another two years to get a car, but go see Tie if he cannot help you I am sure he would tell you and be upfront with you..... it does not hurt to ask when your dealing with guys like him.

My buying experience was very professional and painless from the time I stepped into the dealership. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman who escorted me to his cubical, offered me something to drink and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. After recommending the perfect vehicle, we went on the test drive and I just loved the feel of the vehicle. When filling out the paperwork, the Sales Manager came over, introduced himself and proceeded to discuss my options for purchasing the vehicle. It was a very painless, easy going transition from my old vehicle into the new vehicle. I have had 5 new vehicles in the past 16 years and this was the best car buying experience ever and it didn't take all day. Possibly the rudest people I've ever done business with. The pretentious and arrogant behavior of these sales people make the best Mercedes Benz sales person look humble. Unless you would like to be treated as a lowly peasant, don't shop at this store. In November I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. My overall experience was great. Tie Hill assisted me with my purchase. I had obtained financing from another company, but was able to obtain better rates with HMF. From the moment I was on the lot Tie was very attentive and really listened to what my needs were and what I was looking for in a car. From start to finish Tie and the whole team assisted me and made sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. They made me feel as if I was a part of their family and Tie watched over me during the whole experience even though it did not take long. As they were finalizing the details of the financing Tie took the time to go over the details of the car with me. He showed me how to use certain features of the car and helped me set up my Blue link service. He didn't let me drive away until he was sure I was comfortable with the car so that I could enjoy my driving experience. The next day Tie called me to make sure everything was ok and still continues to check in with me to see if there is anything I need or may have questions about. It is easy to recommend friends and family to the whole Conyers team, because I know that they will be taken care of. Overall it was a great experience and in the future when I am ready to purchase another car I will be calling Tie.

I came into the dealership hoping to trade in my sonata for a genesis because my son has one I saw they were having a special for 238 to only find out by Ashton that it was on a coupe so I told Ashton I would keep my car but I wanted a genesis so Ashton showed me the car again and he kept saying he would earn my business so we kept talking then I told him I had me thinking about trading my Benz so Ashton asked me what I was paying I told him 8something then he would if he could sale me a genesis and lower my payment I said I don't know I got negative equity so he told me that if I went and got my car and couldn't sale me a new car he would fill up my tank with gas I was like what are you serious my car take premium he said he don't what it take he would do it he even wrote it on his business card so I went and got my car they look at it and then he brought me a lower payment I was like where I sign he look and said I told u I would earn your business he was right Ashton is good he was patient calm and to the point so I got a fully loaded genesis thanks to Ashton

Got a great deal - for an AWD 2014 Tucson - with an excellent warranty! I gave the salesman my #s (i.e. preferred monthly payment, price limit, and must-have features) and he worked with me to get what I wanted. Did not feel he (or the managers) had "something up their sleeve" - like other dealers I went to. It was an overall pleasant experience and a Hyundai offers the best value (warranty, quality, price) for their cars.

I was not that pleased with customer service dept. when I first carried my 2012 sonata buy the dealership and spoke with Diane she wrote down the part number. I waited for two weeks and never heard anything from her so I called her and she said the part had not come in. I waited again, no word. I called Diane again and she told that she would look into it and get back with me., still no call from her. I decided to call the salesman who sold me the car and ask him to check it out for me. He called me that same day and told me to bring my car in that evening. When I got there, I told then by Diane that the part was there. After sitting there for awhile she came out to tell me that the wrong part came in and that she had reordered the part and it would be in the next day which was that Friday Nov.15th. I took my car by there at 7am and she told me again that the wrong part came in again. She said that she had reordered again and gave me a rental to drive because the part would be in around 10am that day. I had to call them around 4pm that afternoon to find out that the wrong part came in again. I was told then to keep the rental until that Sat. Nov.16th. Diane called me that morning to let me know that my car was ready. That was the only call I received from Diane,I was not totally pleased with her follow-up thorough out this process. However, she did fill my car up with gas. I was very disappointed with Joseph in the service dept. He really need to be careful to speak when their is a customer still on the line. I am not totally convince that I will be using the service dept, again. However i am very pleased with the sales dept. Thanks

I set up an appointment to find a car before I arrived. I arrived a little earlier than scheduled and decided to walk around until my designated appointment time. While walking around, I did not realize at the time that the vehicle in which I was interested was located in the back, so I became a little confused about the dealership's capacity to carry my desired car. Ashtin Sims walked out almost immediately as I walked around to the front of the office building and explained to me the layout of the dealership and followed up with the individual with whom I was originally scheduled to meet since I was early. The original person decided to let Ashtin assist us and assist us he did! From the beginning to end, Ashtin was extremely helpful explaining the dealership's vehicle offerings, introducing me to financing people like Robert Smith and Kevin Martin to explain areas with which he did not feel he could fully answer our financing questions, and providing an overall enjoyable experience that I'm sure many do not find at car dealerships. I never felt during my encounter with Ashtin that he tried to take advantage of me and put me into an uncomfortable purchase situation to profit off of me. This was my first experience purchasing a new car as a young professional. I can definitely say because of Ashtin that it will not be my last purchasing experience with this dealership. I live in another city, but I will gladly drive the hour it takes in the future to buy another car when the time is right again.Once I decided on a vehicle, Kevin Martin was also extremely helpful explaining my financing terms and all the insurance and other offerings. He made this experience in finalizing my deal very easy and relaxed and he went above and beyond explaining almost every aspect of every document I signed.

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. After visiting two other dealership we decided to visit Conyers Hyundai at the recommendation of our son. We were treated royally by both Mr.Cline and Mr. Stephens. We did not purchase on our first visit, but decided to go back the next weekend. Took my 2011 Santa Fe for 36,000K mile service yesterday. Was in and out in less than one hour, and they were busy. Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable waiting area with wi-fi, coffee and a tv, so waiting is made as pleasant as possible for their customers. The staff at Conyers Hyundai were amazing with helping me purchase my first car. From the moment I walked in the door I could see the professionalism of the staff and the dealership. The selection of cars was great and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, they didn't push for upgrades or make me feel pressured. They listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with me to get the best price. I shopped around at other dealership in the area and by far received the best deal at Conyers and had a very pleasant experience. Since it was my first time buying a car I ran into a few obstacles but all the staff went above and beyond to work with me to resolve the issues. They were patient and understanding and in the end were able to get me the best financing and incentives available. A big shout out to Bill and Philan for truly making this a great experience.

Grey Fenn was the salesperson. He greeted me with a smile, pleasant demeanor and a "no-pressure" sales etiquette. I was sold from that point on. He probably said some other things between our interactions, but I'm certain I didn't hear him because I was ready to sign on the dotted line. Good customer service goes a long way and will always keep me as a repeat customer. Ok, maybe not a repeat customer because I don't plan on buying another car anytime soon, but I'll be sure to tell others interested in buying a car to consider Conyers Hyudai and to ask for Grey. You won't be dissapointed.

My salesman was Chris G. He was willing to work with me on the price of the car, was extremely knowledgeable, provided a great open line of communication and most importantly gave me a relaxed and enjoyable car buying experience. It is truly refreshing to visit a dealer where they are not only willing to be fair with pricing but also aren't trying to pressure you into a purchase while you are looking over their inventory. Provided I don't have any problems down the road with my 2013 Genesis Coupe Track 3.8 I would have absolutely no problem buying a car from Chris or Conyers Hyundai again.

Was searching for a specific Elantra GT with a specific color and package and had a really hard time. All the other dealers didn't pay attention to my questions and kept leading me towards cars I didn't want. Chris G. was able to find the exact car I wanted. If they don't have the car in their inventory, they can get it for you. Give them a shot.

Grey provided excellent customer service before and After the purchase of a 2012 Sonata. He was not pushy, and was patient with the timing of my new car purchase. After the sale, in fact a month later, he followed up with me on a couple of requests that I had. I would reccomend Grey, and Conyers Hyundai if you are looking for a new or used Hyundai.

I don't think I can enough about this dealership. Being a woman I am always a little intemidated when going to a dealership, but this man was amazing. Not only was he very professional, but he took the time to take notes to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and not what the dealership wanted to sell me. The whole process was a pleasent experience to say the least, even down to the managers. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Clif. He walks with a little limp from an injury he received from Iraq, but he is well worth seeing!

Over the past several years I have had some horrible experiences with car dealerships. I like a fair price, fast buying process, and when I leave the dealership I want to know everything about the car before I leave....too much to ask right? When arriving I was quickly approached by Clif. He came out strong and friendly. Almost too much so I was a little hesitatnt talking to him, but his charm and blue eyes won me over. He was expremely knowledgable and polite. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. When I asked questions he had the answers and then went out of his way to show me answers and how things worked. This is the third Hyundai dealership I have been to and it was teh last. I higly recommend Clif and the rest of the team there at Conyers Hyundai.

Today, I traded in my old 2003 Elantra for a new 2013 Elantra. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience - but not here. From start to finish it was a great experience!
