Friendly staff getting recalls fixed

Purchased a used 2009 truck here. I used a dealership as in my experience, they wholesale off the junk and only sell the better vehicles and do a better job of prep when offering vehicles for sale. That was not my experience here. Used vehicles are purchased "As Is" and again, this is why I used a dealership. I had the option of taking it to a mechanic and chose not to. During the test drive, we checked out the systems as one normally would. AC was blowing hot and we only tested 4X4 for a very short distance as we were on dry pavement. When engaged in low or high, light came on and gearing was lower. We moved maybe 20 feet in 4X4. Within one day, the passenger door window switch broke. The lever to open the glove box broke. One tire TPMS was leaking. When I climbed under vehicle to spare tire as I was checking all air pressure, I found the spare tire was at 12 PSI and was severely rusted and likely not safe. I also noticed an exhaust leak tick that I didn't hear during the test drive or when I picked it up. A month or so later I had an opportunity to use 4X4 in some mud and it wouldn't engage and it sounds like a chain is skipping. I contacted the dealer to see if they would offer some help with the 4X4. I was expecting them to say no as the vehicle was purchased as is but wanted to give them an opportunity to address it. The first email was responded to quickly but didn't address anything. Mostly just a "I got your email" type of thing. Two subsequent emails were ignored. I personally will never buy a used vehicle here again. And because of their non-response, wouldn't purchase a new vehicle here either.

We had a wonderful experience at New Carlisle Chrysler Jeep and Dodge!! Not once did I feel pressured to buy!! Everyone was very personable and made us feel important!!! David Brown was an exceptional sales man and we love our Jeep Gladiator and will most definitely buy or lease from them again!

This Dodge dealership could be the flagship of good customer service. Dave Warren was great and even came in on his day off to complete the deal. I drove from Memphis, Tennessee and the process took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. True meaning of a family ran business 👏

Absolutely hands down the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Dave Warren was extremely accommodating during the whole process and made both my wife and I feel completely trustworthy of the purchase. Dave even stayed late after hours with us to ensure we felt good about everything. On the day of, to pick up our truck, it was parked out front ready to go. Rob and Dave had our paperwork ready to sign for an easy seamless process. Thank you Dave, Rob, and everyone at New Carlisle Chrysler for making this a great experience.
