I had a oil change light on my instrument panel came on. When I brought the car in the service guy (Wallace?) told me they would take care of that but I wasn't due for an oil but would do the 45 K check up and take care of the recall for the side panel airbag. He said if I wanted he would fix me up with a loan car at no cost so I wouldn't have to wait. I drove off in a Camry and came back that evening. Great service and very helpful!

I purchased my 2013 certified pre owned Rav 4 last week. I will admit that without question My salesman Frankie Wells was extremely patient, helpful, courteous, pleasant and above all professional. He was not pushy. He spoke to the manager on our behalf trying to address our concerns and promptly getting answers to our requests. I highly recommend that you ask for Frankie Wells. He was Not pushy and or sceeming in order to close the deal. We also had to return a few days later to get the car bumper reattached Bc of a missing bolt. My son took the car in and the service dept promptly reattached the loose bumper and Frankie made sure the work was done promptly and correctly. We also had a very good experience with the finance person Darnell Duckett who experience unanticipated hassles in completing our financing and obtaining the necessary insurance documents from our agent. Due to the improper spelling of my maiden and married name on my NYS license the insurance agent was not able to issue my insurance card in the same exact way that the drivers license had displayed. Darnell was patient and helpful as he attempted to navigate the agent in getting the spelling on the insurance card identical to drivers license. This effort took at least 3 hours of waiting. Darnell was professional, courteous with us and the agent and most importantly with me since I was in a rush to complete this transaction and get home.

Multiple emails between myself and this dealership across two sales people. Promises were made and never delivered. Photos never sent. Videos never sent. Emails never responded to. They were aware I was planning a trip to see two specific vehicles. Still nothing. I reached out multiple times even after they failed to reach back out and still nothing from them. Oddly, I then get an email asking for my input on my 'experience' with them. Obviously I reported that it was negative. Guess what...no response to that either.

The sales representative, Mentor, picked me up at the train station and guided me throughout the process from the beginning to the delivery of my Corolla. He was courteous, very informative, and patient. Business Manager Allen Stern was also a pleasure to deal with, not pushy, and up front. I had a choice of going to other dealers, but I'm glad I came here. I will get my car serviced here. These guys are very good and unlike typical car sales persons. Highly recommended.

The workers at NR Toyota noticed that the new steering rack which was purchased, did not perform as expected after they installed it. They ordered another one and installed it. No add-on fees after the negotiated price is fixed, which happens all the time at Toyota dealerships all over Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We purchased a low mileage 2013 Corolla at your dealership, at the lowest price on the internet, and in excellent condition. We drove from Suffolk County and met with Anthony, who was very helpful, supportive and personally made sure that the car was detailed to perfection before we drove up again from Suffolk County to pick it up. Frankly, we were waiting for the other shoe to drop, when Anthony told us there no additional dealer fees. When we saw the contract, there were no add-ons. Also, we spoke with Sheik, who was very assuring and was true to his word about getting reasonable financing for our purchase with you. He was not pushy either. We have already told our friends of your dealership, and suggested it was worth the drive to come to you if they need a car.

This visit with the Service Advisor Walter Smith was a much more positive experience. He discussed, and recommended service requirements based on my driving. He was also kind enough to explain that while he could not prevent what happened in the past, but that he would do everything to prevent any misunderstandings in the future. He also noted my file with our conversation. All of the Service Advisors are very friendly and professional,and after my conversation with Walter Smith I feel much better about what I should be told after a service and what I should be asking about what service was performed and what service I should ask for the future.

I called online looking for a CPO. The person on the phone told me he had both of the cars I wanted on the lot and quoted me some approximate prices. We made and appointment, triple checked on the pricing + inventory and went to the dealership. We soon realized that the man on the phone wasn't a sales person, just a phone operator. One of the two cars was not there, a manager had taken it home on his day off and none was going to call him to bring it back. It is always good to know that a manager's convenience is more important than a customers. The Sales person and the Manager were both nice and seemed to be well intentioned, however they made mistakes at every step from the cost of our trade-in to the price of the car we wanted to purchase. Half way thru the negotiation, the sales man realized that he was negotiating with us on the wrong car. I mean REALLY? The price kept changing and going up as they did this "wrong or that wrong". Eventually -- we walked out not feeling confident about purchasing our 5th Toyota from people that do business that way". We were ready to buy the car and went to the dealership with full intentions of purchasing from them. They simply were not organized and frankly did not come across very serious about their jobs - "it felt like a lets make a deal scenario" which ended up feeling disrespectful and humiliating. We ended up paying a little more across the boarder with another dealership that gives more consideration and courtesy to its customers and inventory. Will not go again. We feel good about not buying from them.

They were courteous and helpful. My salesperson, Jay, and his manager, did not make me feel pressured in any way as some dealers do, and more importantly, were flexible in the negotiation process that made me feel like I was getting the deal that I wanted. Ok I have purchased two new cars in my life one new and one used and the process both times was pretty miserable to be honest, I got totally ripped off as a single girl walking into a dealership so I try to be super informed now that I was looking for another car since mine is due. I have been interested in a Toyota. I did my research since my credit isn't the best and I have VERY little for a down payment and that wasn't going to change so when I initially went in to look at some prices and options for used cars I was assisted by Gary and I have to say he was GREAT very easy going and made the whole process easy I basically walked out with a 2015 Corolla nothing down and with not the best credit. I LOVE my car and love the experience. I don't normally recommend people or write reviews but I think for people like me who are uneasy about large purchases should really go to New Rochelle Toyota and see Gary. He was really great, and really gave me a good deal, I'm still shocked. So I'm definitely never going anywhere else or seeing anyone else. I was in a position that I needed to buy a car rather quickly. I searched New Rochelle Toyota's website looking for a Toyota RAV 4. As I was doing my searches, I found a beautiful 2009 Lexus IS 250 that I had to check out. I went to the Dealership and met with a wonderful sales person, Al Dunstan. He was professional and friendly, and most importantly not pushy! We spent the better of two hours together looking at the cars I was interested in, all the while having casual conversation, he was not just looking to make a sale and get rid of me! What is usually painful in releasing two cars was actually relatively pleasurable. Our dealer Aldo was consummate professional, friendly,and responsive to our needs. We didn't get the feeling he was trying to 'sell' the deal that would most benefit the dealer rather than us. This in our experience is most unusual. After being lied to and cheated at every other dealership I had visited in the past, I was very skeptical to set foot in any dealership. But with my lease almost up, I had to try and see if I could fend for myself and get a new car. I went to New Rochelle Toyota and I was immediately greeted by a very nice manager (Billy), he introduced me to what I have to say has been the most honest and sincere sales person I have come across in my experience of car shopping. I met Jean, he is very professional and intellectual sales person. He listened to my complaints and my past experiences and assured me that I would not experience any of that with him or this dealership. He informed me of all my options and gave me his honest opinion as to what I should consider. Once I was decided, he fought for me to get me the best price attainable to fit my budget. He then informed the finance guy (Darnell) of my situation so that I was able to get the best rate and the best monthly payment. Jean was very patient with me and his determination to make sure that I was not at all mishandled helped me feel very comfortable. I also liked that Jean is a Marine and his professionalism was one of a kind. This dealership has a great staff and they are very customer oriented. I highly recommend this place for your purchase. You will not go wrong. Go see for yourself that these guys do not yes you and then take advantage of you. They listen to you and I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I ended up getting a Rav4 XLE. I love my car and it has been the best on the snow. Had it not been for the patience they had and the fact that they knew what they were doing, I would be stuck in the snow with my old car. Thank you guys, I appreciate everything you've done for me.

I was on a small budget with a long list of requirements. After speaking with over 10 dealerships and getting extremely frustrated with the process, Gary with Toyota in New Rochelle was the only one who not only answered my questions instead of telling me to come to the dealership, but he even reviewed my criteria for what i was looking for and narrowed down the type of car i needed before i even went there. Gary then proceeded to come pick me up as i did not have a car and do everything in his power to save me as much money as possible with the entire transaction and handled all of my DMV paperwork etc... Overall i was very satisfied with my entire experience with this dealership. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a car. If you want the best experience with no hassle go see this guy!!

Most of the salespeople are too pushy and won't let you leave the dealer easily. I've only seen one exception at this location, Jonattan. I got my car there under the condition that I would receive a remote starter, which they promised me. Great. Except that it has not been working since the day I received it. I wasted countless hours at the service desk because of confused appointments and cars, and they did not know how to fix it, even though they are supposed to be able to install the Viper starters. They didn't even think about calling in the manufacturer to take a look at it, even when I told them I only had 2 months left in the state before moving away. Now I am in another state and am forced to pay out of pocket, because the managers, Bill and Shaikh Ali, like children, refuse to speak to me to resolve this problem that they have caused and they should pay for.Stay far away from this place.

I negotiated a trade-in of my 2008 Highlander for a a 2014 Highlander with a sales representative. This process went smoothly. They representative told me I should have my vehicle within two weeks, as the dealership had none in stock of the model I desired. Six weeks later, and countless phone calls and in person visits, I received my vehicle, but not in the exterior/interior colors I wanted. I should have been informed of the expected wait time. Had I been told, I would have ordered my vehicle from the manufacturer and happily waited 8-10 weeks for delivery. Once the vehicle arrived, I dealt with two other sales associates and a finance manager. This process took 4 hours because they kept changing the terms of the deal. After Allen Stern spoke to the sales associate I dealt with over the phone (2 hours into the total 4 hour process), the deal was processed. I was very specific with the terms of the original negotiation. I specific to the finance associate that the terms of the deal were final and that there were no hidden fees. He assured me that there were no other fees.2 months later I received a bill from New Rochelle Toyota for $173.75 for "short DMV Fee." I called the sales associate I dealt with, but he informed me he is no longer with New Rochelle Toyota. I called the finance center, and the finance associate is no longer with New Rochelle Toyota. I then went in person and was received by an arrogant sales representative who told me "look at your contract, it says it all." When I asked to speak to Allen Stern, the sales representative said "why waste your time; he's not going to tell you anything differently." Finally Allen Stern came out. He advised me that the vehicle registration opn my 2008 highlander was about to expire and since we transferred plates, the dealer had to pay an addition $173.75 in DMV fees. I told Allen that the finance manager I dealt with did not inform me of this and Allen's reply was "I'm not going to BS you, he should have told you; I would have told you, but there's nothing I can do now. So how are you going to pay this bill today, by check or credit card?"If the dealership were upfront about the wait time on the vehicle and the expected added fees, I would have no problem with the dealership. Aside from the unacceptable wait and lack of full disclosure, my experience was fine, although I will not return to New Rochelle Toyota.

I contacted the dealership about a used Ford Expedition for sale. Al was friendly, professional and knowledgeable during my test drive. The car exterior and interior were in excellent condition for a 2000 year vehicle with less than 90,000 miles. I ultimately passed on the vehicle a few days later. I went and got my 2014 Corolla LE Eco plus from this dealership. I have been to other dealerships in the past such as Honda and Nissan. This was my 5th new car buying experience, and I must say the MOST PLEASANT OF ALL!! Before I visited this dealership, I had a horrible, aggravating, and unprofessional experience at City World Toyota in the Bronx. When I got here, these guys were nothing but good to me. I worked with Aldo Shabi as a salesperson. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was a friendly, extremely professional, honest, and a straight to the point. I would recommend him 1000 times to anybody. The finance manager was also great to me, Alan Stern. He was extremely professional and a gentleman and very informative. He took his time explaining everything to me to make sure that I was satisfied with all of the pricing and financing. Even after hours, he stood with me for clarification. The manager Billy was also extremely friendly and welcoming, and genuine. He assured me many times to come see him if I had any concerns or issues. Overall, these guys were great to me. There was nothing wrong or dishonest I could say about this dealership. "AND BELIEVE ME I SEARCHED". I would recommend anyone to come here and buy a car. I got my vehicle for a great price. I visited this dealer on a Sunday Afternoon to look around. I was fixed on a particular vehicle in which i wanted to purchase. The only one available was on the show room floor. I knew this was it, with 2 kids my wife and I knew this was the mini-van for us. Al the sales person was the greatest and took his time to show us around as well as keep us company as we waited for the paper work. We truly loved the professionalism He showed threw out the two days it took to complete the purchase. Alan as well whom handled our paperwork was funny and a very good person to talk to at a personal level. I didn't feel bs'd when i was there and got straight forward answers. I am current Toyota leaser and previous Toyota owner, and I have a Highlander lease currently that is expiring in November. I went to New Rochelle Toyota, in NY and I went to use the loyalty program to get into a 2014 Highlander. I test drove the car and then proceeded talked to the salesman and manager and came to a price and had a handshake agreement on it for another lease. Then the sales person proceeded to start paper work, and when he finished writing it up he went back to his manager to double check everything. Then the Manager came back and said he had made a 6,000 dollar mistake and said he looked at the wrong screen, saying he was looking at a Prius price. After this the manager did not even attempt to want to work something out to fix the mistake he made. I even went back to talk to another manager with the same results. It was just a bad experience with Toyota and lost of a customer.

** Editing a prior "excellent" review, due to the dealer forcing me to leave a great review in order to get a part that was promised to me. Now I can review what I ACTUALLY thought about this dealer. **New Rochelle Toyota is overall average. Location and the building itself is nice. Most of the people are very friendly. Some are extremely pushy, as you would expect from salesmen. (Another dealership I went to was heavenly - the people actually CARED about you, not just your money. Should have gone there instead.) I felt like I was almost being pushed into leasing this car, because they would not let me go with my deposit, as I'd asked 5 times already. At the end they did give me a good price, so in a way it was worth it. But if I would have known what kind of customer service I would get after, I'd have run and not come back. A remote starter was installed into my car after I already picked it up. The day I came in for the remote starter I was told there would be a loaner ready for me so I can get to work on time. Turns out that they do not give you loaners for remote starters - major communication disconnect between service and sales people. After a while they finally managed to give me a rental car so I can leave - almost an hour later.Then, I started having issues with the remote starter. My car would actually NOT start at all intermittently, and the onboard electronics would flicker. I told Toyota about this a few times, and even brought it in once. That day I called ahead to ask them if I can come in that day, and the girl told me to be there by 4. I left work early and got there at 4pm, and the service guys ask me "Why did you bother? We don't have time" (quoting what he told me). Once again had to 'fight' with them to take a look at the car. Essentially they told me they can't do anything unless this issue happened right in front of their eyes. I also sent an e-mail to Shaikh Ali asking him what I can do with this problem, since I don't want to be stuck with a defective car that Toyota refuses to fix. He read the e-mail and showed it to some sales people (I know because a sales person told me that he saw the e-mail because Shaikh was showing it around. I can safely assume that it was to make fun of me.) I never got a response back, weeks after. I can safely say that Toyota will not take care of this issue. After all, they have my money and the signed contract, now they can stop caring. I'm even debating to not go back for the oil changes. The service is simply terrible and a waste of time.

I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. Darnell was as incompetent as they come. He mislead us and strung us along for 2 weeks. Then when we pick up our old car that was for a trade in and were told it was driveable, it died on i95. He made up story after story and in the end lost a big sale. We went to Toyota city in mamaroneck and got a better car with amazing service!

Same lady Emily who tried to sell gentleman from Boston car that was in accident just tried to sell me new car $3k above MSRP. I was curious and asked her maybe there is some extra equipment installed etc. There must be a reason why it's $3k above MSRP that Toyota suggests for this vehicle. But Emily said NO NO NO, it's a base model no extra equipment and price $3k above price that Toyota suggests on the web sight. Just FYI it's not a new model or hot model, it's car that was on the market for 8 years and actually will be discontinued this year. So what $3k is for??

First & foremost the tech walks out to the vehicle and claims to hear my pulleys are defective? All 3! Okay maybe he is great at pulleys or something because he took several days to trouble shoot my transmission slippage! Don't give it to a transmission specialist, let the xxxxxx that doesn't deal with them figure it out! THE CUSTOMER IS FOOTING THE BILL! The Service Rep obviously doesn't listen nor does he communicate with the techs on the floor! They placed my bill under the previous owners info, for one, secondly they jerked me around with when the vehicle would be ready! Made me drive there from Long Island City after assuring me that the vehicle would be ready by 2pm to find out after replacing my transmission they were never going to change my safety neutral switch! So between gas & tolls I had to pay for their F-up!These techs are supposed to be ASE certified & look to cut every corner they can! Will told me that the part would be $200 the first day, then $300 the second day, what would it be on the 4th & 5th days? Never the less they will eat the cost of the part, like they were doing me a favor! So not only did a pay for the transmission but had to pay for a rental car for 7 days! No courtesy car! Despite their screw up in communication of when and how long the vehicle would be down/ready. Upon paying for the bill some how or another the payment was for several thousand dollars $ .01 cents! Now paying in cash, the cashier had the audacity to ask for the penny, & made change for the .99 cents! Worst experience at a dealership ever, at least at a mechanics shop you could understand things like this but not at such a prestigious dealership like New Rochelle Toyota. I will never take another vehicle to any dealership for service ever again! Pay for union mechanics at rates that are ridiculous & for what just to get F-ed around at a higher price! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Oh have to make you laugh, the Senior Service Mgr.'s voice mail said that he was on vacation until July. Left a message and no one ever returned my call! It's like a circus over there, no one communicates & you have all these techs, managers, and customer reps. so you think the place would run like clockwork! But it couldn't get any more screwed up! Thank God they sell vehicles because their service department is the worst ever!There are a lot of other words I would like to use about this dealership but wouldn't be worth it, they know how bad they really are! Amarildo treated us with respect and courtesy. Compared to my husband and me, he's a youngster, but he knows his business well. He's willing to do what's needed, right away, and although we did the haggling dance for as long as we could, he just left us with the request to make sure that, if we found a better price, to just give him the chance to do better and make the sale. I'm definitely sending anyone I know to him for a new Toyota. (This is our second purchase at this dealership, but our first with Amarildo.)

I brought a Prius in April. Took my car to New Rochelle in Oct for it's first oil change. Everything is fine. About 3 weeks later, I noticed that one of my front headlights was out. Of course the first thing I did was Google the problem. Seemed that there are reams of stories about the high cost of a headlight for a Prius. I said, these are all from the West coast, I shouldn't have a problem in NYC. Not. I called New Rochelle Toyota to make an appointment to get the headlight replaced. I asked the cost, I was quoted $100. I asked again was this for the bulb and replacement I was assured yes. Great, I thought, West Coast is just cray cray. Went for my appointment, ok I was late. They told me that I had to come back and that the cost was about $300. I said to replace a headlight. Yes, because the part was almost $200 and we need to diagnose the problem. I mentioned that my high beams did not seem to work either. The Service Manager says to me, see that means that we probably need to replace the ballast. Come back. I smiled and left. 1) A prius does not have conventional highbeams vx low beams, so no ballast involved. The service manager didn't seem to know that. I purchase the exact headlight on Amazon, brought 2 bulbs and had it replaced by a friend's mechanic for $170. All reports says that Toyota tries to rip you off when it comes to replacing the headlights, don't know why, but they do. But to not know the workings of a car, start quoting all kinds of pricing and you are the service manager. Well I am now looking for a new place. My advice, do not use New Rochelle Toyota.

My wife and I went to New Rochelle Toyota looking to purchase a new Toyota Highlander. We were greeted right away by sales consultant Amarildo "Aldo" Shabi, whose politeness was apparent right away. Aldo did a full demonstration of the Highlander and we went for a test drive. After the test drive, we went back inside to discuss numbers. Aldo and sales manager, Billy Memisovski, worked with us to get the price of the vehicle and the monthly payment into a range we were comfortable with. After working with Aldo and Billy, we sat with business manager Shaikh Ali, who explained a number of supplemental options that we could have purchased with the vehicle. Shaikh was very professional and did not pressure us into purchasing anything we felt that we did not need. Since the vehicle was not ready for immediate pickup, my wife and I returned the next day and signed our contract with Joe Wright, another business manager, who was also very polite and courteous. The experience at this stage of the process was very positive. In past car purchases, I have met with people who just said "Sign here, sign here, sign here," without explaining anything that I was signing. Not the case at New Rochelle Toyota - Joe took the time to explain each section of the contract and asked if we had any questions.Overall, a very positive vehicle buying experience, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

First I was sent to Parts, then parts sent me back to Service. While I was in "Parts" I wasn't acknowledge for a few minutes, until someone said will be with you in a minute. I wanted to order a spare regular key for my Coralla, not a remote. They sent me back to Service, where I met Jimmy Jessiman who was most helpful and courteous. I appreciate Jimmy in getting me the discount on the "surprise remote Coralla key" thanks to Jimmy asking the Manager, manager agreed to give the remote for the cost of a regular car key. The selection of new and certified cars is worth coming to check out. Billy was very friendly and understood the care I had taken with my previous car. If you know what you are looking to buy, or even if you need some direction, the staff is helpful and allows you to take your time to look and test drive. As with many car dealers, there is a degree of waiting, so come prepared with a snack and something to do while the deal is worked out. They are willing to process as much of the paperwork as possible before the day you pick up the car. I believe Toyotas are fantastic cars, and that makes them easy to value, so the salespeople are not pushy at all. After going to several dealerships, I came back to New Rochelle Toyota.

When I refused, he tried to pressure me to buy it. No big deal. I drove off, thinking everything was fine. But my engine was making a weird noise, and the maintenance required and the check oil lights were on.So the next morning, I took my car to Greenwich Toyota. Turns out, New Rochelle Toyota drained all of the oil from my car, but NEVER put new oil in. And my car battery is fine. No need for a new one. Avoid New Rochelle Toyota at all costs. This place STINKS!p.s. A few years ago, I tried to buy a Camry from New Rochelle Toyota. We agreed on the price, I put down a deposit, and we were all set. Two days before I was supposed to pick up my new car, I called to confirm. They told me the price went up $2,000. I had to fight for three weeks to get my deposit back.

I bought a beautiful white V6 Camry here yesterday. While shopping for the car, I have talked to at least 30 car salesmen,but non of them was able to give me an honest and plain explanation of the fees and expenses involved in the lease agreement.I was offered different degrees of rip off deals, and was constantly denied understanding the price structure, and it usually ended in "This is the best price, but you have to buy it now, right now!" Do not fall for this.Then I came to New Rochelle Toyota, and talked to Paul Agosti, and for the first time was able to gain insight of how the how deal works.He was patient, courteous, informative and was not pushy. We went through different models and trims, different down-payment options and all the fees involved. I was still shopping around afterwards, but when I called Paul again, and he knocked off the price by 10% and knowing what a good experience I had over there, I knew New Rochelle Toyota was "the" place.All the other guys over there were also very polite and accommodating, thanks everybody!P.S. When I showed the offer I got from Paul to one of the other NYC Toyota dealers, the guy almost got a heart attack, he couldn't believe by how much this offer was better than the one he gave me!

I have to share the great experience I had at New Rochelle Toyota and why I have given them the highest rating. I've spent countless nights debating whether to fix my car, buy a used car, or lease a new one. Everyone at NR Toyota from the car salesman, Robert Enach, to the sales manager, Billy Memisovski, was extremely knowledgeable and fair in terms of presenting the valuable information I needed to come to my decision. Not only did they hold my hand throughout the sale, they were friendly, sincere, patient with my questions, and never ever pushy. Although my credit was far from perfect, they worked with me and I was able to keep my payments as low as I wanted them. I traded in my car for a new 2013 Rav 4 and the trade in price was comparable (and in some cases) higher than most dealers were offering me. I came in very late the first night and they sat and talked with me until way after closing time. I had been in the market to get a new car for a while and this was by far the best experience I had. Please stop in and talk to these guys if you are contemplating a change in your wheels. You'll be happy you did.

Made appointment to test drive an advertised 2011 Sienna. They showed the car but said that "a customer walked off with the key" and so we couldn't test drive it. After haggling price and financing Lawrence, the sales guy, tried to get us to sign a revokable purchase agreement based on a test drive the following day, "when they located the key." We passed and Lawrence said "we'll cut a new key tomorrow morning and call you." Lawrence not there the next day. Now the story changes to "the key was taken by an employee who will return it at 1PM." We wait. It's nearly 3PM and still no key found. As a fiction writer, I enjoy how amateurs embellish their tales drama, intrigue, mystery and obvious prevarication. But buy a car from such people? Red pencil Toyota of New Rochelle.

I told him what I was looking for and the price range that I was able to afford then he gave me space for me to comfortably look around at the cars. When I became ready to ask him all my questions he was EXTREMLY knowledgeable and HONEST. He made me feel like I was talking to one of my closest friends. He was able to get me a really good deal and gave me a reasonable amount for my trade in. He is also very popular for being helpful because a lot of people came into the dealership asking for him and I see why. On May 13 2013 I drove my fairly older model vehicle into Toyota of New Rochelle for service repairs. It was early in the morning, I was worried, upset and all i could think about was my car driving away in a better condition. While waiting for my baby (the car that is smile), I decided to walk around the lot and look at other cars. Within a matter of moment's a sales consultant approaches me by the name of shina. Very pleasant and helpful young lady. It felt great to actually have someone to speak to about my car and its problems. I appreciate her listening to me and making me feel better about the situation that was at hand. Once I finish explaining the situation to her she responded with concern and said have you ever considered getting a new car. She started to walk the lot with me and showed me two cars I really liked. The two cars that i liked were the camry and the yaris. I notice some time have went by I told her to get back to work and she replied I am off the clock. I couldnt believe how much service she had given me off the clock. Not only did she take my focus off of my car service but she gave me a solution, which was considering getting myself into a newer vehicle. Thats priceless. My experience from the service department went very good and my waiting period was even better. I would definitely recommend the consultant shina and the dealership to my peers. I will be back...

I purchased a Used 2004 Cadillac SRX on November 3, 2012 although my paper work states 11/02/2012. The reason was the vehicle was not ready for delivery due to a failed NYS inspection (check engine light was on). When I took delivery there was a Inspection sticker on the vehicle and a temporary registration with no check engine light on. A few days later I was called and told the vehicle had not been inspected and would need to be returned for that inspection. I was working and living in CT. so I took it to a licensed NYS Inspection Station across the Ct. border in Portchester, NY and was immediately informed to save my money, the vehicle wouldn't pass due to a crack in the windshield which could obstruct my vision. I notified the dealer and they said to return it to them they would pass it. Well that made be leery because what would happen when the inspection was due a year later. Would I have a problem with the windshield. I placed a complaint with NYS DMV and was notified the vehicle had never passed and should not have been delivered with an expired inspection sticker. There initial investigation turned up an illegally issued registration. They have since opened a fraud case against New Roc Toyota. Here's the problem - since then the engine has seized and the extended Powertrain warranty I purchased for $2000 from extracare.Toyota won't cover it because I'm told the vehicle never passed inspection (clearly on a CARFAX) due to emissions problems which were in the computer codes. Now I have a vehicle immobilized at a dealer in North Florida (on vacation when this occured) and am in a rental with a few tousand dollars in repair bills. The sad part of all this is that the dealer Donnie Lia nor anyone from their staff will return my calls, emails nor texts. The fish stinks from the head down and while I am a former employee of their's who left prior to the purchase of the vehicle I can say without equivocation that this is not about a disgruntled former employee, but from a severely disgruntled consumer. The dealer is currently under investigation for fraud pertaining to the illegally issued registration. There is no doubt about this as I am working and cooperating with NYS DMV. Again, the shame herein lies with the Dealer Principle's for not trying to rectify this situation.

From the moment we walked into New Rochelle Toyota in November of 2012 we saw that the employees there were different than at the previous Toyota Dealerships we had visited that day. They were extremely nice and helpful, but not in a "sleazy" way where you feel like someone is sweet-talking your money out of your wallet, instead they seemed like genuinely nice, personable people who seemingly cared about your car purchasing experience as much as and maybe more than what they would be getting out of the exchange. This was very refreshing. When we returned first in late December 2012 and then in early January 2013 we were greeted with the same niceness as described and more, and this was a completely different set of employees as the first time we were there. Pavel made us feel comfortable, and really did a great job taking care of every little thing. They made sure that every aspect of our car buying experience was comfortable, even staying late to accommodate us twice after the rest of the building had closed for the night. Pavel, Shaikh, and Allen were great to work with.

Everyone from the greeter at the door to the floor staff were friendly and attentive. The staff was very helpful in discussing our options and answering all questions we had about moving forward. I have never had such a GREAT experience at a car dealership such as this! From the start I had a bad experience in another Toyota dealership, therefore I was not going to return to that one. I was greeted and welcomed into this dealership much better then the original. I was seated quickly and helped fast. I was able to get my truck apraised and a price on the car I wanted. I was given so much time and pacients I was floored! I was so glad I was helped in a decent way like I was human. They took their time and bared with me while I thought before I agreed! I bought my car from this dealership back in 2004. After I had exhausted all of my covered service visits, I tried taking my car to a 'trusted mechanic' that several of my family members went to. However after an oil change that turned into me having to get my oil pan resealed 3 weeks later, I was done. I have been bringing my car here for service faithfully ever since then. This is the only Toyota dealership that I have ever had my car serviced at, and I have always been extremely pleased with their work. Walter was the first service manager that I ever dealt with. He was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain any and everything that my car needed to me. I know a little bit about cars, but am still on guard because I have had other mechanics try to get over on me since I'm a female. However, Walter always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I understand what is going on before I consent to any services being done on my car. On several occasions, he has even walked me back into the garage to actually show me worn out parts that need to be replaced and any other issues that may need to be addressed with my car. Furthermore, on days that I had to bring my car in when he wasn't working, he would call me a day or two later just to be sure that everything with my car worked out okay. The quality of customer service that Walter offers his clients is unparalleled. He is in a class by himself. I love having him take care of me when I bring my car in. However, it may been in New Rochelle Toyota's best interest to also have Walter train new service personnel in his department. Toyota dealerships are definitely plentiful, but I'm sure that having people like Walter on staff definitely helps with customer retention at this particular service location.

We went to buy a new car. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable salesman showed us the Camry, Avalon and larger Prius. We were very interested in buying a Toyota. After we had been at the dealership for well over an hour, we asked our salesman for the prices on the three cars. He asked us to wait a few minutes. We waited a few minutes. Then my husband went into the office to ask for the prices. When he said that it would take additional time to get the prices, we said we had to leave. He said he would contact us with the prices on the three cars.Now a week later,we have yet to get price quotes from this dealership. in the meantime we have bought an Acura.

I purchase a 2006 Toyota Solara from this dealership on April 27, 2012. It is September 11, 2012 . The car didn't have the Manuel. There are so many different buttons in the car that half of them I cannot use because I have no idea what they mean. I also wanted to pay cash for the car and I was told I had to pay over $2,000.00 more because the sale price was for only if you took a loan out. I did take a loan, which they told me once again a lie, that I could pre-pay. Five months later I still can't pay it off. There is no way I could pay the balance. So now not only I have to have another payment each month the car with interest. Is costing me $4,000.00 more. I should have paid the sticker price and would have been done with this fiasco. I am recurring from having pancreatic cancer and I am lucky to be alive. That's why I both this car as a present to myself because I lost a year of my life going through treatment and a very large operation. I hope you think I am right wit this matter!

I have been seeing New Rochelle Toyota's leasing ad for the entire summer and finally decided to give them a chance at leasing me a new car. Believe me I had doubts that they could make this deal as advertised due to no cars left, limited colors, or hidden fees. From the moment we drove onto the dealers lot and parked our car, we were met by a gentleman who walked my wife, mother-in-law and myself to the leasing/sales department. There we were handed over to Darnell Duckett and we showed him the ad from the paper. No hesitation he asked did we have a color in mind and he then showed us the interior colors to match. We filled out the necessary paper work and met with Business Manager Alan Stern and he went over some optional items we might find helpful. We selected gap insurance and declined the others and no hard sell or pressure. Alan Stern went over the final numbers and we were done. The car was picked up the next day due the volume of cars and the service department closing at 6:00pm Labor Day. The service department had our car ready for us when we came back so Darnell could explain the whole car to us and set up our Bluetooth option. Alan even went out his way to have a door scuff removed from our other Toyota from a different dealer. This entire experience was over the top with customer service and professional management of our leasing needs. Would I recommend this dealership "YES"...This whole new car lease experience at New Rochelle Toyota has changed my idea of the car saleman. Thank you Arthur Frank.

Me and my husband went to the new Rochelle Toyota from Stamford CT because my husband works in NY.As soon as we went there the people were very friendly ! The first person that made a big impression was billy memisovski because he made eye contact and started to speak with us right away, he made us feel as if not only our business is wanted but just overall he was a nice honest person. Billy mad us feel as if we were the only costumers there and gave us his undivided attention, which we have had problems with at other dealers, billy was very attentive and listened to what we wanted as oppose to trying to sell us something, he was honest and very carrying. We came in very tiered from work and frustrated because we were unsure of what we wanted to do, billy made everything go easy and our moods changed drastically when we left the dealership. Me and my husband were very happy to lease yet another Toyota and receive such great service and have peace of mind. Billy went above and beyond with his kind service and attitude towards his customers. All we wanted was good friendly service and the entire staff was very kind and helpful ! but the only name I had was bills name. The only thing we struggled with was the car itself had some scratches, but billy assured us that his service team can fix it and he was very helpfull in making things better ! I already recommended some people to go see new Rochelle Toyota and deal with the very helpful staff that made finding a car easy !! :)

I am a previous Celica, Supra, and T-100 owner, and presently own a Tacoma and Lexus 330. Until recently, I have had relatively positive experiences with these from various dealerships over the past 20 years or so. This is an ongoing story about my truck and New Rochelle Toyota. Let me start by saying I did not originally buy my Tacoma from this dealership, but when I moved into the area about three years ago, started using them for service visits (i.e. oil changes, tune-ups, etc.). Pricing and service for these had been inconsistent, but since they were my "local" dealer, I didn't think too much of it. I received notice from Toyota stating that my truck had a recall issue (yes, another recall from Toyota) and that I should make an appointment with my local dealer to have the truck inspected and, if necessary, have the proper service to address the recall. I assumed this would be a simple process, taking no more than 45 minutes to an hour, as the service tech suggested, and took the truck in. Nearly three and a half hours later I was pulled out of the customer waiting area and told in a hallway that my truck did need the service, but that the dealer was not: a) equipped to do the service (materials or equipment), b) did not have the training to do the service, c) was not licensed by NY state or by Toyota to do the service. I asked why this wasn't mentioned before I made my appointment and told that it was "procedure" to progress as we did. I was told that I would be put on a mailing list and notified when the service could be performed. That was nearly five months ago. After trying to contact the dealership on at least a monthly basis to find out the status, continually being told that there was no news, I learned last week the Service Manager for the dealership had left (or was asked to leave, I don't know which) and that no one knew about my situation. I was told I would once again have to schedule an inspection to determine if my problem really existed - apparently frame corrosion goes away on it's own. I learned this after numerous calls, over several days, to Service with no success in speaking with the new Service Manager, Chy Wiggan, or to a knowledgeable service agent. I spent nearly 90 minutes last Tuesday waiting in the Service Area of the dealership to speak with Mr. Wiggan, who apparently has been in a meeting for the past week or so, and ended up speaking with "Will" Paneto, the Assistant Service Manager about my situation. He said he was vaguely familiar with the recall and that my car had to be transported to a New Jersey location to have the service done; this would take a week to do. I asked when this would happen and he said he would let me know the next day. Here we are several days later and no one has returned my calls [for the record, I have yet to receive any calls from this dealership since I first went to get the inspection, back in February]. I don't know how much time I have spent trying to rectify this, and get the service my vehicle needs, but the tally would be in days as opposed to hours. It is unfortunate that most of this time has been wasted, due to lack of consistant info, follow through on New Rochelle's part, or just plain lies and deceit.

I received a call from Ms. La-Keisha Smith sometime in June, 2012. She informed me someone is very interested in my (2007) Avalon gold in color. Considering, I regularly maintained my vehicle as required, had low mileage and one year left to have had the vehicle paid in full. Initially, I was apprehensive regarding the call, because the deal was unbelieveable. I turn my use car over and receive a new 2012 luxury black avalon. I scheduled an appointment to have the car serviced for oil change, then met with Ms. Smith and negotiating began. After several manager back and forth, we established a deal. My montly fee was reduced nearly $200.00 lower than my used vehicle. I lease the vehicle for 36 months and renegotiate on the next vehicle of my choice. Well, we came to a somewhat deal with the avalon, however I would have had to wait six weeks for the vehicle to come to the dealership. Therefore, I noticed the Highlander and asked if I can get the same deal? We test drove the highlander, I was most impressed with the navigation system and the LCD which I can view as I am parking and actually watch how close I am to the park vehcile. Also, its a seven passenger vehicle (which is great for my family). We established a great deal. Although, it took me over the weekend to come to this agreement through it all Ms. Smith was ver professional and did everything in her profession to work out a great deal for me. I am happy in my new vehicle and so is my family. Great job Ms. Smith!!! However, I believe his name is (Arty) defintely tell him to keep his day job. Leave the comical jokes for the professional. (: Very nice person and he defintely worked his magic thank you all!PS. I will say the teamship that you have now at this location is phenomenal. Totally outweighs the team that was previously there in 2007.

Mr. Daniel was a friendly, personable sales person. He made me feel that he was listening to my concerns. The car was ready at the time we both agreed to. I arrived early to take care of the remaining paper work. Mr. Daniel was ready. The person in charge of closing the deal was not. I had to wait two extra hours before leaving with the car. The price was Okay I guess. Apparently there was no room for negotiation of price, monthly payment and allotted mileage. There was a problem with the information Geico needed. They needed to know whether the car is new and the odometer reading. When i would call the dealership to ask if they could fax Geico this information, I would be placed on hold then disconnected. Not fun.

My salesman Shawn Blackmond and manager Michael Buchminder went above the expectations of their job when I returned and purchased my new totoya camry lease last month. For instance, Shawn followed us home to get my sons' signature because my son wasn't able to come in person, we live several miles from New Rochelle in Yonkers too. He did this on a Saturday afternoon when the dealership was very busy as well. Also, when I had a problem with the return lease as far as excess wear both Shawn and Michael assisted in allevated us from this problem. Keisy Guillermo was extremely helpful when I expressed why I was looking for a new car and how much I was comfortable paying. He never pushed, instead he made several suggestions that he thought might work for me. He put no pressure on me to make a decision that I wasn't totally comfortable with. As a result I was able to make a decision on leasing a car that I was comfortable I could handle. His courtesy and nice manner made doing business with Keisy a pleasure. Allen was also very helpful in finalizing the deal. He too was more than accommodating whenever I expressed a concern. My father and I went to New Rochelle Toyota looking to get a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE. When we first got there, we had to wait a bit before anyone decided to pay any attention. We then met with Paolo Beauplan. We told him the car we wanted and he told us that they had the car in stock, but not there at the dealership. Rather, at a near by lot, not too far away. We started negotiating, the usual back and forth. He told us that the car had 0% financing available, but we had to put $15,000 down. We told him the amount is not a big deal and we were willing to put that down. We did a bit more negotiating and asked him to get his best deal. We told him that we are going to shop around and would come back to him if his deal was the best. At this point, he went and got a manager, I don't remember his name though. He is a slim build, African American male who wore glasses. The manager offered us the car for $24,700 with 0% financing. He told us if we were to buy the car we would kick in a $500.00 May Day coupon he had left over. This deal was good for that day only. We told him we would shop around and come back in a few hours if their deal was the best. We returned in a few hours and met with Paolo again. We told him we would get the car for the deal they told us, $24,200.00 with 0% financing. Paolo asked that we cut a check for $15,000. I wrote the check out. He came back a bit later and told us that they cannot take on such a large amount. He asked us to write another check for $3000.00, so I wrote another check. 10 minutes later, another manager, not the one we had dealt with before came to our table. He was a young, white male, medium build with spikey hair and beard. He told us they cannot give us the car at the deal offered to us. The new deal was either $24,900 with 0% financing or $24,200 with 2.9% financing. We told him that was not the deal the other manager had offered. At this point the second manager tried to put the blame on Paolo. We told them we are not going to get the car if it was not for the deal initially offered, not compromise on that. Second manager told us that cannot give us the car for the initial deal. We asked for our check back. They were really hesitant to give us our check back, but finally did. Paolo was an excellent salesman. He did everything right. The managers really botched this deal. What's worse is they turned on their employee in front of the customer. Talk about typical Bait and Switch. I really don't recommend this dealership.

I went to Toyota of New Rochelle to buy a Certified Used Toyota 4 Runner. I found one that I liked and started the process of purchasing it. First off, the process took 4 hours to get through. Then they tried to add on an additional $1500.00, saying that it was a fee applied to all of the used cars they sell. I of course questioned this and eventually they let that go. I finally got out of the dealer after they pushed me into a $500.00 NEW Alarm System. OK. no problem, that sounded reasonable. After the NEW Alarm System was installed, the handed me the keys with no explanation on how the system worked. But wait, there is more! For $500.00, they gave me only 1 remote and it was USED! Not 2 remotes that I would expect would come with a NEW $500.00 Alarm System. After getting no response from any one other than, " Sorry, I cannot help you with this issue", I left in disgust and said to myself that I would NEVER set foot in a Toyota Dealer again. But, wait, there is more! The car fax came back clean, and the car was Certified, so I was not too worried about any issues. I was wrong to think that. The 4 Runner had apparently been in quite an accident before Toyota Certified it and I purchased it. I had the car detailed and the detailer told me that the paint work was not done very well and that the clear coat was starting to peel all over the car, and there was rust forming in the wheel wells. To be clear, This is why I am leaving such a terrible review. This dealership is dishonest and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. FYI, I traded in the 4 Runner to Pace BMW in Mamaroneck, NY to buy a Certified Used BMW X3. At BMW, I was in and out within an hour, offered some coffee, there were no hidden fees, and no issues to date.

Heard about New Rochelle Toyota from an advertisement, best deal around and I was looking through the papers for about a month. I got greeted immediately when I walked in and delt with Shawn (salesman), very knowledgeable and polite. This was the easiest car I've ever bought, whole thing took less then 2 hours. Management team, Allen & Michael were great, very accommodating and cared about my time. I leased a new Toyota Corolla today and had no problems. Everything went smoothly and I was able to leave the dealership with my car in only a couple of hours. I went here for a new lease and all 3 guys Billy, Allen and Thomas were so helpful. I live in Long Island NY and i went to a few toyota dealerships around my area for pricing and they were so pushy with me to get the car from them and that was a total turnoff to me, my boyfriend and his family live close to New Rochelle Toyota so we decided to go there and see what they had to offer. The min i went there everyone was so friendly and kind, they had all the answers for all my questions and they we not pushy with me. Thomas did a wonderful job showing me the car and taking me for a test drive and he known everything about the car. Billy was wonderful and did everything he could to get me the suv i liked. Lastly Allen was amazing with the banks getting me a rate that was in my buget. They all worked really hard to make me happy and i'm so glad i went with them on my new 2012 Highlander. I wouldnt go to any other Toyota dealership. If anyone i know if looking for a car i'm telling them to go right to New Rochelle Toyota. I was referred to Mr. Parks through my sister who purchased a 2009 Camry with him. Mr. Parks met us at the door and greated us. I went with a list of cars I was interested in. Mr. Parks looked up the cars, however they were gone.I became a little discouraged but Mr. Parks ensured he had a car I would like. He took me and my sister to a 2009 Camry XLE with only 19,000 miles mint condition.The car was beautiful after the test drive I knew I wanted to take it home. Sadly, I also loved the car I'd seen online and negotiated for over the phone. Unfortunately, after making the trip down, I found a "Certified Toyota" with a broken A/C, a drivers' side window that was off track, and upholstery that looked like they allowed a cheetah to live in it for a week (full of scratches!). We had driven a ways to get there and were promised these things would be repaired before we drove it home, so we warily sat down to be sure the numbers agreed to over the phone were the same in person. Far from it - they attempted to charge us $1200 for painting that needed to be done when the car was delivered to them after having been keyed. Not only do I find it to not be my responsibility to pay for a fix like this that would be necessary to put it on the lot in the first place, but when my delivery had been delayed due to the car being in the shop, the honest answer from the sales manager I dealt with (Steve G.) would have been to alert me to the fact that the work being done would also add to the price of the car. Through it all, I received unbelievably sub-par service and wouldn't wish such an experience on my worst enemy! If you're looking at their 2008 gold highlander with about 40k miles at the time of this post, I'd advise you to rethink your decision and go up the street to Mamaroneck Toyota where you'll find cars in better shape with service to match.

I returned a 2009 Camry I had leased and leased a new 2012 Camry.I went directly to see Demond Jones, who I dealt with at my last lease. Demond is a very personable and capable young man who goes the extra mile to help you. Before I left he even sat in the car with me and programed my cell phone numbers into the "Blue Tooth" system in the car. Billy Memisovski is the team manager and along with Demond came up with a very agreeable package for my lease. My wife also owns a Corolla that we purchased here. The dealership is very professional and the building is kept impeccably immaculate. Finally, I have to mention that another one of the main reasons we return here is their maintainance department. The manager there, Walter, and all his people are easily the best maintaince group I have dealt with in 45 years of buying cars with many different car companies.

As my wife and I walked into the dealership, we were greeted by anyone we made eye contact with. Everyone was pleasant and appeared genuinely happy to be there. Vince Weldon approached and greeted us. He asked a few questions and directed us to the vehicle we were interested in. He gave us time and space to look the vehicle over. When it appeared to him we were finished assessing the vehicle he came over and answered all of our questions. He offered to take us on a test drive allowing us each ample time to assess the vehicle. Vince wasn't pushy or a "take-it-or-leave-it" salesperson. Vince and Billy, Vince's manager, worked with us to come to a mutually satisfactory deal. We then met with Gerald. He was very pleasant and helpful taking time to explain the the overall costs and options, if any, that we might be interested in. He did not pressure us in any way. He was very accomodating in getting our license plates and insurance all set.We picked up the car a couple of nights later. Vince took us and walked us all around the car so we could inspect the interior and exterior. He had my wife and I stand on either end of the car as he checked all the lights, blinkers, windshield wipers, etc to our satisfaction. All the paperwork was ready, so we were finished in about 30 minutes from beginning to end. Overall a great experience!

When we entered the new car showroom we were greeted by Mohmedayaz Mulla, a Sales and Leasing Specialist, who brought us to his desk. He asked us what car we were interested in and when we told him, he immediately offered a test drive. During the road test, he was extremely friendly and low-keyed; he never applied any pressure. After the road test we had further discussions and he brought over Michael J. Buchbinder, the Sales Manager, for further discussion and negotiation. Michael was straightforward and did not apply any pressure. After mulling over their proposal for three days, we decided to lease at New Rochelle Toyota; the next day we drove off in new cars.

This is about sales and service for the past 11 years.My wife and I bought 3 out of 4 of our certified used Toyotas at New Rochelle Toyota, and all of the service on all of our Toyotas since 2000 has been performed at New Rochelle Toyota. All of the cars run like new. I thank Walter Smith and his staff for that.Recently, we traded in our 2000 Sienna (140,000+ miles of use) for a Rav4 with 28,000 miles. Nicole Fletcher helped us find the car that we wanted, allowed us to drive it a couple of times before we made up our minds, gave us a good trade in for our Sienna, and, with Christian Roula, insured that all the paperwork on the sale and registration was done properly. We appreciate Nicole's friendly, efficient approach to this transaction and her thoughtful follow-up on the new car registration and the Sienna's lien release.We have driven the new Rav4 about 1,000 miles since we bought it in January and are pleased with it. Walter Smith promptly took care of a minor brake problem, and the car is currently running very well with surprisingly good highway mileage (~28mi/gal).

I just helped my daughter purchase her first car, a pre-owned Corolla from Toyota New Rochelle. I must say, we had a very positive experience. Overall I would rate this dealer excellent and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. This dealership offers not only a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but excellent cutomer service and good pricing. Our sales person Aida Bones was very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars and the inventory. She did not waste my time with long winded sales pitches. We were not pressured or steered to any car in particular, she was patient with our indecision, and our concerns were taken seriously. When I said I didnt like a car because I thought it smelled funny, she didnt try to tell me the car just needed to be aired out or cleaned, she just dismissed the car and moved onto the next one. And I know its a sales person job to be nice, but you could tell by her energy that Aida is a genuinely nice person. She even offered to have someone else takeover the sale rather than keeping us waiting while she helped another customer. Happily we wound up back with Aida. If you do go to Toyota New Rochelle, I would suggest calling ahead and making an appointment to see Aida. Youll see her name come up in other reviews as well. Steve Janiris (the Manager) was very nice and very helpful also. We did quite a bit of research before we went to this dealer, and I believe he gave us a very fair price on the car. He was involved in the whole process, and very concerned that we were completely satisfied with our experience. When I was leaving he asked if I was 100% satisfied, and I said not quite because I hadnt noticed a minor scuff on the side view mirror. Im not entirely convinced it was there the previous day (new scuff, different mirror?), but I knew I got a good deal so I wasn't even going to bring it up until he asked. In any event he offered to have it buffed right there and then. This was after the deal was closed and I was leaving so it wasnt about keeping a potential customer satisfied. He was very kind to my daughter and said she can call anytime if she had any questions or concerns. He has daughters of his own, and I actually think he got a kick out the fact that my daughter had scrimped and saved for her down payment, and that she was excited and happy about her new car. He even took a picture of her hand decorated sequined sparkly envelope that she had brought with her that contained all her hard earned cash. I think Aida was happy for us too. It all added to the experience because buying your first car should be fun, not stressful, and at New Rochelle Toyota it was fun. Now for what I didnt like. I know generally speaking finance guys are not as cheerful or friendly as sales people. Business Manager Christian Roula was perfectly nice and professional, BUT I definitely felt rushed during the signing of the financial documents (am I the only person who actually wants to read that stuff?), and he was a little impatient with my questions. Lastly, I would steer clear of Amadu (sp?), the first sales person who offered to assist us. When I pointed to a car and told him I was interested in it, HE asked ME What kind of car is that?. Then he told us to wait for him that he would be back to help us, and left us out in the cold and didnt come back. When I told him a wanted to test drive a different Corolla from the one I test drove the day before, he said Why, its the same car? Does he really think we would buy a car we didnt turn on and drive around a little? I just think he didnt want to be bothered. Anyway, we went back to Aida and you already know how that turned out. Happy shopping!

Came in for New Rochelle Toyota's midnight madness event, All i can say is i was impressed. I actually came in for special event and I felt like I got a special deal. They were all courteous and helpful, my salesman darnell went above and beyond the normal salesman and tended to my every need and made sure I got the exact car I wanted. The management team there was fantastic, shake in finance and Michael the salesmanager really helped me out, i'm really glad i purchased my highlander there, and i will be returning when i need to replace my 2003 corolla. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great deal on a toyota.

Despite reading some earlier reviews of the dealer I still went down to price out a new car I was interested in. I already went to one other dealer who didn't make me feel comfortable , when I walked into New Rochelle Toyota I immediately was greeted by a sales person (casey) who tended to my needs perfectly. He went over the car in full detail and when it came to pricing I explained to him what happened at the other deal and he told me right away when I leave I'll have all the information needed and I'll be completely satisfied. He was right! I felt so comfortable with him and the two managers I felt with, I actually took it home that day! It was truly a good experience, something I thought I would never say In regards to buying a car. The dealership has some cheap prices sadly the service goes along with those prices. Once they made the sale the sales person no longer answers his phone. They do not support what is posted online. They come up with mistakes in the webpage or that the price listed does not include services or repairs indicated on the website so your will have to bargain for what is supposed to be part of your buy.

I had a great experience. I was greeted by a friendly face when I walked in to the dealership and was introduced to Harold Parks who would be my salesman. He took me out for a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in (pre owned) and was quite knowledgeable. He was patient and addressed all my issues, the most concerning being a dented rear bumper on the car. He got me a good deal on my trade in and a good price for the pre owned car which included a new bumper!! I have no complaints. He was great! Joe went over all the financial matters with me and again, he too, was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Overall, it was a positive experience. I worked with a sales person; Raymond Daniels and Atturo. I got to the show run with an attitude of not wanting to waste time. So when Atturo approached me i asked precisely if they had the sienna i was looking for. I was looking for a Black Toyota Sienna XLE AWD 2010. He asked me to come in and take a seat. I responded, for what? I don't have time to waste. He however politely told me that by gathering some information will help him in the process of getting me what I wanted. I grudgingly obliged. He intend referred me to Raymond after he had taken some descriptive information of the vehicle i wanted.When i met Raymond i had the same attitude and so when he pointed me to the limited edition sienna 2011 AWD. I told him pointedly that I don't have time and do not want to be in any illusions. I know what I can afford, and that sienna is not within my affordability range and so there was no use looking at it. He replied by saying. I am not saying buy this, I am only trying to make you see what is possible. That statement indeed relaxed me. As I looked at it, I liked it as he encouraged me to sit inside and take a test drive. I told him it was unimportant to me and although I like the car I know I cannot afford it. Raymond then asked me what makes you think so? I told him why I am saying that. He offered he will do all he can to make me get it, based on the condition that i like it. I gave him the go ahead. To cut a long story short, I now have the toyota that I thought I couldn't afford and have already travel with it to Virginia and back to New York. I mean the top of the line Toyota Sienna AWD 2011. I will tell you this. I love it. I have a Honda Odyssey 05 EXL, so i know a little bit about what I am talking about.Raymond Daniels was very helpful and we have struck a friendship. I will always refer anybody desiring to get a car to New Rochelle Toyota and precisely to Raymond. I definitely will not be driving a toyota sienna 2011 AWD Limited if it wasn't for Raymond. He made me believe in what was possible, although I doubted it. At times you may not know what you are capable of until you decide to give it a try.Thank you New Rochelle Toyota and thank you very much Raymond Daniels. All the Managers were great too. I was extremely pleased with how charming Patty and Eric were through my buying experience. I previously had contact with Patty; my father purchased a car last year with her, the reason why we went back to her for my purchase. Patty was very knowledgeable and a dream to work with. Eric was pleasantly welcoming and did not waste my time with the cat and mouse game you get at most dealerships. Nor was he condescending or rushing me to come to a decision. We came to a price fairly quickly and most importantly the dialogue prior coming to that price was very gracious.

When I initially came to the dealership, I automatically told Demond that I had a Honda Lease and just wanted to see my options. (I didn't want to haggle and in my head a sales person is not my friend!) When showing me the vehicle he specifically asked me what I absolutely had to have in the vehicle,etc, etc. He basically informed me on what Toyota had to offer and met all of my criteria. Demond was at all times, very informative and professional. All of the questions that i asked him, he definately had an answer to my satisfaction. Low and behold, I ended up signing for the vehicle and will recommend friends and family to the dealership.It is quite obvious that he takes pride in his work. My only dissapointment was the status of the rubber floor mats, which is no fault of his. I am hoping that they will be coming in soon.I would give him the highest rating due to the fact that he described and walked me through the entire transaction with ease. I didn't feel pressured. The first encounter was a little difficult with some misunderstanding/miscommunication. But if the buyer knows his/her maths and stick to his/her budget everything should be OK. Towards the end of the negotiation, the sales and his manager confirmed no other fees will be added to our finally agreed upon figures. However, they came later saying that I have to pay for the DMV! Although this amounted for only ~$280.00 I was pissed because I felt like I've been lied to. But we managed through this and the overall experience was good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful on the day I signed on to buy my car. My salesman (Harry Satin) was more than helpful and honest. He did everything he could to ensure I was comfortable.When it came to the final financing I wasn't as careful as usual and fell for the added coverage when presented as an addition to the monthly payment rather than the total cost. My fault.When I returned to pick up the car, Harry was still extremely friendly and helpful while others were less so. Not a big deal since I recognized everyone was busy.

I've recently had a great experience with the New Rochelle Toyota dealership, and specifically Raquel and Nate. Raquel was very accommodating and friendly and made leasing a new vehicle very affordable and easy! The whole process took just a few hours and was pretty painless. Although they didn't have the exact model in stock that i was looking for, I felt really good about getting into the next closest model at a great price! Upon checking over the vehicle before leaving we did notice a few scratches and interior problems (not their fault), but both her and Nate were extremely accommodating and assured me it would be taken care of at my earliest convenience. And so far they've kept their word, following up right away on scheduling an appt. I have been leasing with Toyota for about 9 years now (almost all w/ New Rochelle) and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service at a fair price!

I loathe the whole car buying experience and so I was blessed to encounter Aida Bones as my sales person. Not only is she probably the most polite person you will ever encounter, but she was efficient and made the whole "waiting," "negotiating" and "buying" experience less painful. She did everything in her power to shield me from the unnecessary hassle and deliver my new car to me in a timely manner. Furthermore, she came in on her day off just to be there to deliver my car and when it didn't work out that day, her attitude remained positive and upbeat. When we made the final transaction, she was also there way beyond her end of workday. All the other sales people and managers were pleasant and accommodating. The environment is friendly and relaxed.

Had a great experience...I walked in knowing what I wanted and knowing the price, I was willing to pay. Did research online before I went in. They did not have the exact vehicle I punched into the computer but told me they would do their best to get it. I agreed to look at what they had in their inventory. I found a Toyota Rav4 that met my needs and they met the price. After coming in with all the numbers I thought were fair, I was a little confused at the new options and pricing they were offering. I told them I wanted to go to the web site I used in order to find the pricing to see if the price they were offering was fair. They said absolutely and let me sit on their computers until I punched in all the info I wanted. I am very happy with the deal and the vehicle I got. Donte and Eric were both very accomodating to me. I am a woman and felt they were not condescending in anyway to me. They treated me with respect and kindness. I would definitely buy another Toyota from them in the future! Thanks guys!!

The dealer is a scam..And full of lies and deceit...I got a deal from ZAG and called them up to confirm if they would honor the deal along with a 0%APR on a new Toyota Rav4.They agreed to it. I was doubtful and called them again to confirm still they said yesI drove up to the dealer almost for 2 hrs (traffic on the GW bridge) since was coming in from NJ. They did not honor the telephonic conversation.I believe either they have some kind of a receptionist to initially take your call and "Agree" to everything and all the nice offers you would ask themThen when you show up they would try to start bargain and the offers go out of the windowI would strongly NOT recommend this dealer especially if you a deal from a site such as ZAG, If you dont want to waste your time or get duped.

Based on prior reviews was VERY nervous going here. I went in with a consumer reports price report and pre agreed (online) pricing on the model I wanted. Luis was very courteous and engaged (we had been to a previous dealer whose agent acted bored the whole time) and took us right out for a test drive. No car buying experience is perfect because they want more money and you want to pay less, but overall I was very satisfied with the process. I was initially lowballed a bit on the trade-in (standard practice anywhere) but we negotiated and I was happy enough with where we ended up. Certainly less painful than selling it on craigslist. I was very happy with overall price of the car I was buying. (Highlander SE)After a very good initial visit and agreement to purchase one of the cars I went back to pick it up and finalize contract, etc. I'll be honest I went back expecting them to try and tack on some additional costs, paint protector, etc. There was none of that. Process was smooth and no issues at all. Got me right into my new car. Would recommend these guys.

Recently went into New Rochelle Toyota dealership in New York and told them how much I had for a down payment($ 2500) and how much I could afford per month ($200 to $300) for a used vehicle to fit a family of six. They had me look at a vehicle (note it was dark by now); the car didnt start. I told them it wasnt what I wanted or was looking for and the sales person said, "Lets see if we can get you approve for a vehicle 1st then you can get what you really want from the lot." few days later I got a call from the financial department asking for more of down payment and telling me I was approve I told them I didnt want that car and made it known from the start. Two days later the Director of Finance (DOF) called me up pushing for me to come in. She went on and on about her credentials but not once listened to anything I had to say. She was very pushy and lacking communications skills. After many promises I would get a car -she requested we pick the car we wanted and she would correct the mishap- I agreed to meet with her the next day. I called to confirm the next day and I explained to her(DOF) I am traveling 50 miles, my husband will take off from work- her works nights- and we will have to bring our kids with us- this was a school night .Do you believe when I got there she left. I actually ran behind her car to stop her; we were so disappointed. She never told our sales person or her assistant we were coming. Our sales person asked us to pick the vehicle we wanted and we did. The prices were even lower than the other vehicle. We were told that the finance department will work on those cars. They had us wait from 4:55pm - 8:50pm. While waiting, we repeatedly asked to speak to her assistant in finance and was told, She is busy. She didnt come to see us until 8:50pm we told her about the vehicles we picked and she said she will work on them in the morning. I asked her out of curiosity what the payments on the car we didnt want and it was astronomical. I voiced my concerns the next day to the DOF she lied and said we agreed to a 2 pm meet; when I asked about the cars we picked she said they didnt work on those cars because my estimated monthly payment is crazy. When I mentioned I am going to make a complaint and write about it she hung the phone up on me. We never got the service deserved and was treated poorly

Terrible place to purchase a vehicle, went there on 16th of November 2010 and purchased a infiniti g37 sedan used, and extended warranty up to 100000 miles for $1600.00 Wen i was test driving the car brake pedal was pulsing, they said it will be taken care of in my convinces, I went there after about 2 month's "had appointment" for this particular service, they made me go true hell, 1)I was left with no loaner car for the rest of the day 100 miles from home, 2)I found out that warranty that I purchased was not good that my friends freaked me out. Nice guy from service dep. tried to solve this problem nothing helped. I do not know what I am going to do next. to be continued.

Harry Satin is the reason this dealership is what it is. Without him, this dealership would be nothing. He is the opposite of a typical 'car salesman'. He won't 'low-ball' you or try to make you feel like an idiot. He wants to help you get in a car and be more than simply 'satisfied' with the experience. This dealership is no good. I bought my car in 5 days ago to get repaired and inspected, They wouldnt give me a loaner car because iam not a "costomer" b/c i dont get a new car every 48 months, they where very rude and not caring, They told me its not there problem i dont have my car back yet and that I cant get to work, Ray Glassmen was extreamly rude and didnt seem liked he cared I was out of a car and couldnt get to work, They told me they would have to drive my car 150 to 200 miles which i found out from another toyota dealership was false it doesnt take that long to see if the car is fixed, I wouldnt even consider buying a new toyota now because of my last incounter at new rochelle toyota

I had an accident for the first time in my brand new 2009 Highlander and I was so happy and impressed with how the guys at New Rochelle Toyota handled the repair of my car. They arranged and took care of everything. I thought I was going to be so inconvienienced but Gabe my service advisor took great care of me. He arranged to get the car from this tow truck company that showed up out of knowhere after the accident, at the time of the accident I thought they were being helpful but when I saw there shop the next day I got a funny feeling about them. Gabe got my car from them, contacted my insurance company, arranged for a rental car and got the repairs done in less than a week. I learned so much from this experience and I am so glad I got my car over to New Rochelle Toyota and Gabe.

I would NEVER recommend this dealer to no one. Its over a month later and I am still waiting for my deposit back. I was up side down on the car I wanted. I must say the Finance guy Tom and Dexter did all they can to help me. The sales guy Steve Davis never called me not once. I had to call them all the time. After the deal fell through I was to get my deposit back. They messed up with putting my address in the system and sent the refund to the wrong address. I have called numerous times and always get a different story. A month later I am still waiting for the $200 I had put down. If I dont get some resolution soon I plan to take this matter as high up as I can. I went to another Toyota dealer on a Weds and picked up my new Toyota that Friday. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to New Rochelle Toyota. I had and still having a horrible experience. Besides Tom in Finace and Dexter John I would not recommend no one there. Plus when you call they leave you on hold for at least 10 to 15 mins just to tell you the person is busy or no there and dont expect any calls back. Maria in customer realtions is helping me get back my money. She is very nice as well.

on aug.23,2009 i went to the used sale department to see what cars was on sale. we saw a 2009 camery for a good price. we got the paper work done and had the car insured the same day but it was but it was sunday and they were having problems getting in touch with bank after 4 hours. they told us to come back tommorow we did and asked us to bring more info,we did. one week later they call us to come and pick the car and showed us a different cas because they sold the one we wanted. we also gave them a check that was deposit to there bank. we left with out a car and have to wait 3 weeks for a return check. New Rochelle Toyota's "SUCKKKKKKKS", dont go there.

I went to the New Rochelle Toyota dealershiop yesterday to get information about a Highlander SUV and if the price was right I would buy the vehicle. When I first arrived at the showroom I had to go to another manager to hlep get me some assistance from a saleperson--everyone seemded to be having breakfast. I met a salesperson and explaind to him exactly what I wanted. It took me 50 minutes of total frustration to get some kind of repsonse from this person which was not complete. This salesperson provided me with a customer work sheet with three numbers on it, no specificity. Upon leaving, a manager followed me out the door, into the parking lot, and quired me about me problems. I advised the manager that I could not believe the ineptness of the personnel in this dealership and then I went my car. This manager,( name unknown but good description ) is a short puggy overweight unattractive man who wears glasses and has a beard, started to curse me with F's and Pr--K language, kicked my car, and then demanded that I get out of my car to fight him. He then yelled a few more epitachets of horrible language and I left quickly. I was afraid this short overweight bearded manager was going to kill me. I was waiting for him to pull a gun and start shooting. I actually thought I was being confronted by a '' Postal Worker '' situation. I called the Toyota Corporation to register my complaint and advised them of this most HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience and noted my personal fears in dealing with this store manager. There is more but I don't have the space to continue to writing.

I would never, never go to this dealship. We put a deposit down on a car and was told that it would be about a week for is to come in. After a week went by we called 3 times and i gues Mr.Jones is a very busy man and never called us back. After 2 weeks and no call back we talk to a manager and was told it that the car would be in the next week. Well, its been 3 1/2 weeks and we are still waiting. And Mr. Jones still has not called us back.

This is the 4th and last time I deal with New Rochelle Totota. There service department is poorly run, expensive and time consuming. I called to find out if they have any sales on tires, I need four new tires for my car. They had me on hold for over 15 min. Then when they did come back on the phone they asked me why I am calling, therefore they forgot I was on the phone. Another experience I had was where they charged me $400 in labor to change my oil and my front brakes. The parts were only $200 and I had to leave the car there for 6 hours. I am so unhappy with them I will never purchase another vehicle from them or service my car there. Over the past 5 year we have purchased 3 cars from them, never again!

my budget was like $12,000 and i didnt really have excellent credit. everywhere i went, sales people asked me to put a lot of down payment and all that. and i told them i dont have much to put like that. so when i went to new rochlle toyota, the manager steve was a nice guy. sales guy chaka showed me some nice cars, and i ended up buyin a nice red camry. my payments were not bad at all. they understood my situation, and helped me. they didnt waste my time. i am glad i went there.

I loved the way they treated us. I went with my husband to buy a car. This young gentleman was very patient, and answered all the question we had. We didn't buy the car the same day. But we bought the car at the end of the month. He did not push us to buy the car, neither did the sales manager. Everyone was very helpful.I love my Toyota Prius which I bought from them. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to be treated like a guest. The gentleman who did the bank document work was very helpful. He explained all terms and conditions before we actually signed any contracts. Great people, great service.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER. They cheat you all the way from negotiation to buying the car. They took my initial advance and then we realised they are cheating and did not want to buy the car, but they refused to give the amount back, that way you are forced to buy from them. They took the advance from me saying they would refund the money if I decide not buy the car. I finally had to buy another car from them. So I took delivery of the car and later realised they did not intall the loJack which I paid them. The sales receipt also said they had installed the LoJack. They told me it was installed and the location they wouldnt let me know. Two days later the guy from Lojack company called me to intall the LoJack. I am yet to discover what else they cheated me on.

Be careful of their leasing department. They will try to hide money and then yell and scream at you to intimidate you into purchasing the vehicle and signing the paperwork. <br>The deal was made at 5pm but they kept us there until 10pm hoping that we would be to tired to pay attention to the leasing agreement. Once we kept finding mistakes, they tried to hide the money elsewhere. They even used a 12,000 mile leasing agreement instead of a 15,000 mile agreement with the excuse that they did not have any more 15,000 papers.<br>Walking away from the deal (with the car prepped, plates and ready to go) was the smartest thing I did.<br>Beware of New Rochelle Toyota!!!! <br>
