I would not go here if I were you!I came in on a CPO Chevy Cruze. I walked out to the car with the salesman (who was very nice) but provided no presentation or walk around. I didn't mind too much though because I already knew the car, but still. We couldn't come to an agreement that day, but I returned 2 days later after a receiving a call from the salesman stating that his manager wanted to make a deal with me. I came in, we worked a deal and the last thing I said to the manager was that I wanted a vehicle that I didn't have to keep up with or schedule any appointments for, hence the CPO, so I asked for tint to be thrown in... this sealed the deal. I received the "WE OWE" paper stating I was owed tint and I went through finance. When I got out of finance I spoke with my salesman and told him I wanted the darkest tint I could get legally (This is pretty standard). He said ok. My car went with the tint guy and came back with tint that is clearly not as dark as it can be legally. In Florida tint can be 25 (I believe) in the front and 15 in the back. My tint was 32 in the front and the back. I know because I went to the local police department and asked them to check for me. I asked the manager why it wasn't that dark and he said it was because police were pulling people over for darker tint even though it was legal. At the time I took that poor excuse and went with it. About a week later I noticed a hair in the tint in my back window so I contact the dealership and they put me in touch with their tint guy. I showed him the hair and he said he'd redo it. I then asked why my tint wasn't darker. He told me 1. it IS darker in the back than the front 2. it is as dark as it can be legally and 3. that the tint was provided by the dealership, he just applied it, giving me the run around. Actually, I felt kind of insulted that he thought I would believe the tint was 1. darker in the back than in the front and 2. as dark as it could be legally. Regardless, I took that and ran with it back to the dealership where I spoke with Erick Nyaga, a manager there. Erick told me first that they don't supply tint to the tint guy and then turned around and told me they may have supplied the tint he isn't sure. Then, when I explained that it wasn't as dark as it could legally be, which is what I asked for when making the deal, he told me that the dealership's owner set a policy that that is the darkest they will go, regardless of legality and that there is nothing he could do. I understand this policy, as a default. But, when I ask for as dark as I can legally get, should I not get that? I'm not asking for anything illegal. I am the customer, paying thousands of dollars for a car that I worked tint into on a deal and specifically asked for as dark as I can legally get. THAT is what I should get. THAT is NOT what I got. What I got was the run around, as stated above. Everything was fine and dandy, all happy go lucky, yes yes yes Mr. Customer until the sale was completed. Then, they throw you to the wolves. Won't help you with anything. I would not suggest going here. I'm sure there are worse places but there are CERTAINLY better places too.

Both Adam Baer and Jon Perez were a pleasure to meet and interact with. I initially met with Jon right before closing on a Friday evening. Although it was late, he didn't hesitate to help me and was able to set up a test drive for me! The next afternoon, I met with a couple of salesmen who were very helpful as well. After deciding to make a purchase, Adam and his team helped make the deal happen. Although it took longer than I expected, I was able to purchase my new truck at an incredible price!!! My 2005 Tahoe was leaking in the cab, right side. The Sunroof drain was clogged. They flushed both drains (left & right). No more leaks. Everyone that I encountered was friendly. Great experience.

We looked at many top end automobiles, including the BMW and Audi. I doubted that Ronnie Travis could show me a very comfortable automobile to compare with the high end imports. I was wrong! He went the extra mile to find us a very comfortable vehicle and a deal that I could not refuse. He answered all of our questions clearly and with candor. Worked on a car deal for a couple days. Agreed on price and received a call 5 minutes later saying we didn't meet the trade in minimum posted for the car. No mention of this on car facts or the whole process until the end. They tried to increase the price 2k at the end.

I suppose that people normally go to a Chevy dealership to look at and perhaps buy a new Chevrolet. I recently bought a truck at New Smyrna Beach Chevy, oddly enough, a 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The truck was listed online and I liked what I saw, especially the below market value price tag. Both the salesman and the Sales Manager treated me like a friend and I never once felt pressure from either to hurry and seal the deal, something I have experienced more than once at Toyota dealerships. I got a very good trade in on my Toyota Corolla and an outstanding warranty package for the new truck. It was like talking with friends who just happened to have a truck for sale. Good place to go for a car.Bill

Great customer service from Pete Engasser in service department. Pete kept me informed and up to date on the status of my car repair and made sure that I had a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. All of the other employees that I came in contact with we friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly and welcoming.Repairs were explained and completed right on time as Pete said they would be.

We recently purchased a 2016 Traverse which was brought in from Sanford and we were told this vehicle had everything my 2014 had plus the extras I wanted which was a sunroof and captain seats. I assumed a 2016 Traverse would be better than a 2014 and my new vehicle did not come with the HD radio which I learned of days later, it doesn't have Bluetooth for my ITunes for the radio, the AC doesn't blow as well in the back nor does it have the size wheels my older one had. We are very disappointed with the new vehicle. We were mislead from the beginning and made several trips to make sure everything was in line then the day we came to purchase the vehicle I sat in the lobby almost 2 HOURS then was getting ready to walk out then got acknowledge that they were busy and had several ahead of me which would of been fine had they told me that from the beginning. We called several times asking for assistance and have yet to get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Salesperson was a great person I just don't think we got all the info we should have.

Worst experience ever. I have many emails and texts confirming the price. The dealer was very rude and unprofessional. We agreed on a price. I texted them I was willing to buy it at that price. An hour later a supervisor called me and told me that it was a misunderstanding on price as they meant 65K even though all of my emails and texts showed 55.2K. This is a used Tahoe. It was overpriced at 55.2K according to Kelly blue books. The dealers employee then got irate towards me and even hung up on me. I wouldn't suggest this dealer in all of the US states. Horrible. The guy kept calling me my brother, and I have many texts of them trying to make me look small. For example"you didn't come in did you". I made the offer the day before. They didn't agree until the next day. I was working until 7:30 pm and I live an hour away. They closed at 8 pm. I really don't care. I have bought 5 cars in the last 6 years. I will never buy one from here. Completely embarrassing.

I drove 250 miles on a verbal agreement to purchase my Z06 Corvette and trade in my 2014 Z51. When you drive 4 hours to pick up a car the chances that the dealer/seller is going to take another bite at the "financial apple" is always looming. I walked out of the dealership with the deal exactly as discussed on the phone. These guys are pro's. they do what they say and deliver excellent customer service and follow up. This does not mean there are not "hiccups" along the way but when there are they are there to resolve. By the way they call you on your birthday! I will go back to them to buy my next corvette (waiting for the new ZR-1 Zora car!) just wish they were closer to home (Miami) so I can service with them. They destroy my local Chevy dealer!

From my original first review on May 26th things definitely turned around. I have to thank sales manager Ulises for finding me a vehicle even better than the one I lost out on and gave me a great deal. I was also very pleased with Damian who took the process the rest of the way for us. While spending time there I observed a very professional and friendly sales staff and I hope our bad experience can be used as a growing tool for the young man we were not so pleased with.

Im not a big fan of doing business with dealerships but they had a pre-owned truck that I was looking for with a reasonable price. My wife and I stopped by to take a look. When we parked, we were met by a salesman and we went out to the truck; he left us out in the lot to go get keys. After a 15 minute wait in the heat, he returned with a can of Red Bull in hand, to tell us he could not even open the truck to let us look at it because there was a recall. As we were about to leave he wanted to start talking about a deal for the vehicle, somewhere in the conversation when he was making his sales pitches he told my wife and I, the more difficult we made it and in disbelief I tuned out whatever else he had to say. When my wife and I got up to leave, he said he did not mean to irritate us and went and got the sales manager. The sales manager was nice and ended up agreeing verbally to a price. A couple days later I called the salesman to tell him I wanted to talk about the deal but with the recall and me not even being able to look at the interior or test drive we could not move forward. He changed his story saying he could not find the keys on our original visit. I then told him I wanted to come and get the truck that day, test drive it and look it over and would return it before they closed. I sent him a text at 1:34 p.m. and let him know I would be there between 3 and 3:30 hoping the vehicle might be up front ready to go as some dealers will do. I arrived at 3:15 and to no surprise he was not there. After the receptionist made phone contact with him, she said he was on his way back from lunch and he said he would be back in 3 to 4 minutes. I was glad I did not get there at 3:00. While waiting I interacted with some of the other salesman who were very professional and cordial and attempted to assist in getting the keys so I could be on my way. My salesman finally showed up at 3:31 to tell me there was a sold sign on the truck. He told me he was going to look to see if they had something else, at that point I got up out of my chair and left. The lack of communication cost me 2 hours of work, gas, aggravation, etc. After returning home I called to talk to the sales manager who apologized for the ordeal. He said he would be looking for another truck and would try to make it up. I will respond back to let everyone know how that turns out. To date, my worst dealership experience. I like to be treated like I am a customer and dont appreciate the arrogance and unprofessionalism we had to endure from one member of their sales team.

Marsha Carroll was our sales representative at our time at the dealership as well as emails and phone calls before our appointment. We really wanted this used dodge dart they had for sale but it was under recall and no one knew when it would be fixed. We went to look at another one they had, but it was too basic and not my color. She spent all morning with my fiance and I going around the entire lot to find something that I would actually like. She never pushed me into a car I didn't see myself driving. I told her my colors and the requirements I wanted my car to have and she showed me everything that matched that. I test drove a few vehicles and I was almost sold on a Chevy sonic that was blue. We went inside to start the credit check process to see what the payments would be on the sonic, and she comes back over and said "I am not making this up, and I didn't know this until now or I wouldn't have wasted your entire morning, but that 2013 dodge dart SXT Rallye you really wanted that was recalled was just fixed and is on its way back here as we speak! They will pull it up front for you to look at." We were there at the perfect time and with the perfect sales representative! She was really down to earth and honest and I wish all sales people could be like her. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I was scared I would be pressured into something I didn't want and be stuck making payments on it. But Marsha was very sweet and very patient with me. If anyone is buying a car from this New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet dealership, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARSHA CARROLL to be your sales rep. We even had some issues with the key fob and a few other things that they are repairing for free. She was very attentive to finding and resolving issues. And as I said before about trying to find the perfect car for me that I would love to have for as long as possible, she even checked at a Dodge dealership nearby asking if they had any cars similar to what I was looking for. Even if that meant giving away her sales opportunity to another company. She isn't dedicated to her priorities, but to her customers' priorities. And THAT is something very hard to find, especially at a car dealership!

Worked with two days on a deal with Marsha (who was wonderful). The manager never bothered to tell her or me that the vehicle, although sitting on the lot, was sold to someone else. The manager found a vehicle equipped exactly the same but would not give us the same deal. I wanted to walk but my wife (who the vehicle was for) wanted it.

Found the type of car I was looking for through USAA car buying service and notified the dealership. Marsha Carroll called me within minutes. She had it ready for a test drive as soon as I got there. The drive went great and I had no hesitation to go right on with the purchase process. The atmosphere created by Marsha and continued by Eric and John was a comfortable one and I felt taken care of without feeling pressured. The car had hubcaps vs. the wheels that were advertised but Eric was all over it and I'm set up for those to be swapped out at my earliest convenience with a loaner car available. John was able to offer a rate competitive with mine but I opted for the service I've known at USAA. Marsha took time to point out some features before we headed home with our vehicle. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others.

It was my first time buying from a dealership and was my third dealership visited over a few day period. I want to point out that the staff were very friendly and were willing to listen and respond in tune with exactly what I was looking for. The salesman "Adam" was very patient with me "I spent 5 hours there with him" and he found a great deal on a 2016 cruze for me. Another reason I favored this dealership and bought a car before leaving was because of the lifetime power train warranty (20 year, 800,000 mile). This alone seemed an unbelievable incentive which caught my attention. Also they offer 1 year of free General maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.I'm very happy with my new car and with New Smyrna Chevrolet! Thanks Adam!!-Dylan

I received and excellent price and got the Chevy Corvette Coupe that I wanted. I was looking for the LT1, with automatic transmission , in the Shark Gray Metallic . I had the pleasure of dealing with one of their sales associates, Marsha Carroll. Her attitude and methodology of car sales was exactly what I look for. She went above and beyond for my wife and I as some problems arose during our visit.We traveled a couple hours to come to this dealership for a specific car they had. I was informed by the Sales Associate of their policies regarding first come fist serve and agree with the way they treat those situations. Unfortunately, I got a phone call on my drive there informing me that someone else was interested in the same car and had put an offer in on it before I arrived. After Marsha spoke with management and the other prospective buyer was unable to pay that day, the car was ours. Not once was there any discussion of trying to bid us up against each other. I witnessed another Sales Associate dealing with the other prospective buyer and he handled the situation in a very fair and professional manner.Bottom line. This dealership from Sales to Management is honest and fair without question. I will personally come back here for any future car purchases before I try anywhere else. Good to know that there are still people out there with integrity running businesses.

Went to this dealership after having a TERRIBLE experience at Jon Hall Chevrolet. I wish we had come here first!! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the entire experience was great. I purchased two new vehicles from this dealer and I could not be more disgusted and sorry for such a bad decision.When I had a service issue with my emission system they insisted it was normal and no problems existed even though they never even put the vehicle up on a rack for inspection.When I complained to the owner he was defensive and beyond rude.I took the vehicle to Jon Hall Chevy and they replaced the muffler without any problem.I would never buy anything here again!

I have found the car of my dreams! Pete Engasser in the service department sent me to Marsha Carroll in sales when he learned the SUV I've wanted forever was on sale! Marsha greeted me at the door, escorted me to the car and accompanied me on the test drive. During the drive she explained all the bells and whistles and demonstrated how they work. On our return to the beautiful new showroom she had the paperwork drawn up and ready. Torrence in finance was able to make a better financial deal for me through GM finance than my bank offered. I had to leave the dealership halfway through the paperwork due to a prior committment. Marsha and Torrence finalized the paperwork and everything was ready upon my return on the following day. Joe in finance pulled all the paperwork and I was in and out of his office in ten minutes. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a car and I'm confident should I need any service done on my new SUV Pete and the service department will be able to take care of any needs I have.

I had an awesome time at New Smyrna Chevrolet this past weekend. The experience was the best ever. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. I had originally spoken to Brad and unfortunately he was off when we went into the showroom...but kudos....he took the time to go the extra mile and ask the GM Jeremy for assistance when he could have just as easy said sorry... I can't help with that.(a pricing error on the GM website) This extra effort told me that this is level of effort is instilled from the top and that made me feel comfortable driving 135 miles to see if we could strike a deal.Damian, Eric and Jeremy the general manager made me and my grandson feel at home from the start. Damian took over and assisted us through the deal process with poise and professionalism. The best part however was that we got a great deal...thanks Jeremy, Erick and Damian...it is a really great deal. Joe the finance officer closed it in record time. I stop bye to look at a new Malibu and was greeted by Chad, who was a manager there. I told him what I was interested in and he immediately pulled the exact car I was looking for. After driving the Malibu, Chad came out to talk to me. He gave me some figures on the car, and never pressured me once! This process could not have been any more perfect. My husband and I walked into NSB Chevy 30 minutes before closing and we were immediately greeted by Jon Perez with the most enthusiastic and welcoming smile. My husband and I walked into NSB Chevy 30 minutes before closing and we were immediately greeted by Jon Perez with the most enthusiastic and welcoming smile. He directed us to our requested location and happily showed us everything we wanted to see. It was pretty warm outside and Jon offered us cold bottles of water and ensured that we were comfortable. We were neither pressured, nor hassled and Jon was upfront and honest - no games. Not more than 30 minutes into the process, we located a Traverse that we were interested in. We were introduced to Chad who streamlined the approval and purchasing process. He was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We were given a fair deal on our trades and he worked very diligently to get us the best financing rate with multiple banks. Overall, this process could not have been any more perfect. I have purchased a car with NSB Chevy in the past and like Jon said, "we treat you like family" and I could not agree more. We bought our truck on the 7th, and did not get to pick it up until the 19th, after so many issues the people at this dealership. We filled out all papers and gave deposit on the 7th, then we were going to have our truck on the 8th before noon. However, it did not work out this way because the truck we bought they sold to someone else and we had to re-do all papers to take our name off - our insurance off - and make sure it was not titled to us while some one else had the truck we had sign all the papers with the Vin Number possessed to us. After all of this, they still had to find us a Special Order Truck 6.2 lit 8 speed, some where in 500 miles or we could not get one. Finally we picked-up a Truck on the 19th after all of the issues and problems, bring it home and find-out it does not have the sun-roof, so I have no idea what will happen from here... Just to let you know No Discount, were ever offered and No effort from Chevy to fix their issues with us...

The first time I walked into this building I was amazed on how well and friendly everyone was. I had a great first impression with Jeremy the General Manager, and then he introduced us to Damian Hall. Which I had a great first impression as well. My boyfriend traded in his jeep and they gave him an amazing price for that, and he purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado, They were very fast, and they listened to what you wanted and didn't rush or push you into something that you could not afford or something you didn't want to pay. Two days later I traded in my car and got an Audi A5, I love my car, they have taken great and wonderful care of me and my boyfriend and I would recommend EVERYONE to come and visit the New Smyrna Chevy Dealership of 44. :) they are wonderful, nice and caring people, that care about you, not their sales!

We called ahead to let our sales rep Ronnie know what we were looking for and when we arrived he had vehicles matching our requirements waiting to test drive. Our choice was easy, the buying process was easy as our credit union had a rep onsite. When the storms caused a computer crash, they asked us to join in eating the pizza lunch they had brought in that day. They really took a long to time go through the electronics of the new vehicle and answered all questions happily. The life time power train warranty is a plus as well as the top of the line service department. They were professional and knowledgeable but down to earth. Andre went a step above in resolving a small issue that left us smiling and thankful.

The only reason I would recommend this dealership is if someone would deal with Charlene Gordon. She was very polite and courteous. She helped my daughter get a used vehicle that she desperately needed. Thank you Charlene for your awesome help. Unfortunately we had to deal with a young lady by the name of Katie Fields. She was a very condescending young women that does not know how to deal with a customer. Shame on her for the way she treated me. She needs to go back to school to learn some humility and compassion. It is not often you come across a Sales Associate that goes the extra mile to make you a happy customer. Kenneth Tuter is just that gentlemen. He is one of the very few salesmen that understood my personality and honesty. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Tuter. I would strongly recommend him to any one of my friends. Mr. Wingle (the finance guy) was super as well. None of us like sitting around signing papers. He understands that and does his very best to expedite that process.

As soon as we drove onto the dealership lot, we were greeted by a very pleasant greeter, who directed us to an available salesman. Turns out we had spoken with Danny Pohl at a visit to the dealership some time before this one. He was able to show us the car we were looking for immediately, arranged for us to drive it and was efficient and very pleasant through this step. He did not pressure us to make a decision, but gently asked what our next step was. We informed that we wanted to go home and sleep on the decision. The next day, we decided to purchase the vehicle and went to see Danny right away. He was quick and efficient in preparing the paperwork, helping us with transferring insurance and arranging a meeting with the General Mgr and Finance Mgr to close the deal. Once the paperwork was fully completed, Danny took a generous amount of time to go over all the details of the car, particularly the electronics of the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated his time because we are older folks who aren't quite as up to speed on technology as the younger generation. We look forward to returning the New Smyrna Chevrolet for service and perhaps future purchases.

I have to say this was actually the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car as the Sale Associate understand my financial status and worked with me to help me get a new car. As she never made me feel bad/ uncomfortable about my finances which was nice compared to times I have dealt with sales people before. She made sure I got the car I wanted and during the waiting process offered and provided me with refreshments while I waited during the lunch hour. She showed interest in me as a person. I found the perfect car at Smyna. The first salesperson I dealt with dropped the ball on me. The second salesperson was very helpful, pleasant, and answered my questions promptly. The day before I planned to drive from SC to FL to purchase the car, I was told I'd have to pay $591 in property tax because the dealership was tied in to the DMV. First of all, the DMV doesn't collect property tax, or estimate property tax. I went to my local county office where I spoke to a tax appraiser. She confirmed that out of state dealers aren't qualified to estimate property tax and not authorized to collect the tax. A woman in the treasurers office confirmed this fact. I backed out of the deal and found a similar car at another dealership. The property tax was $304, not $591.

We went to this dealer after seeing the vehicle we were interested in online. We live in Tampa, so it was about a two hour drive to the dealership. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Jason Hickman, who was friendly and delightful during the whole process. We told him the vehicle we wanted to look at (2015 Tahoe) and he led us right to it. We went for a test drive and, when noticing that the vehicle had low fuel, he put gas in the Tahoe so we could continue the test drive. After the drive, we went inside to talk numbers. We didn't get the exact figures we were looking for, but in the end we walked away with an (almost) brand-new Tahoe! During our time working with Jason, there was no sense or urgency or pressure to buy the vehicle. I have been to some dealerships where it felt like the salesman was out for a hunt and would try anything to make a sale. Jason was very professional and friendly and quite knowledgeable - not just about our Tahoe, but Chevrolet vehicles in general. Nick was also great to work with when we went in to sign all of the paperwork. He was very good at explaining everything to us, which was great for a first-time car buyer like myself. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are so happy that we decided to make the trip out to this dealership. If we are ever in the market to buy another Chevrolet (which will probably happen), we will most likely return to this dealership! We went for a test drive and, when noticing that the vehicle had low fuel, he put gas in the Tahoe so we could continue the test drive. After the drive, we went inside to talk numbers. We didn't get the exact figures we were looking for, but in the end we walked away with an (almost) brand-new Tahoe!During our time working with Jason, there was no sense or urgency or pressure to buy the vehicle. I have been to some dealerships where it felt like the salesman was out for a hunt and would try anything to make a sale. Jason was very professional and friendly and quite knowledgeable - not just about our Tahoe, but Chevrolet vehicles in general.Nick was also great to work with when we went in to sign all of the paperwork. He was very good at explaining everything to us, which was great for a first-time car buyer like myself.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are so happy that we decided to make the trip out to this dealership. After researching the internet for a 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ, I narrowed my search to two dealerships. I did all of my initial vehicle and price searching over the internet which saves lots of time. New Smyrna had several vehicles to choose from so I communicated with Sales Associate Kenny Tuter on and off via the internet for several days. He was always responsive to my inquiries with none of the usual high pressure sales tactics associated with many dealerships. I went to the dealership and test drove an Impala LTZ and loved it. However, I was not 100% sure what I wanted to do since my wife was considering another Make (not G.M.). Kenny was very accommodating, professional and no pressure when it came to me leaving without a vehicle. A few days later and with some further research, I contacted Kenny again and schedule a time to drive one more LTZ. He was very receptive and always communicated with me in a timely manner. After a long drive for a second test drive, I decided the first car I drove was for me. Kenny started the initial paperwork and I told him with a trade what I needed to complete the deal. I then met with Manager Roger Morgart who I was introduced to me the first day I stopped by the dealership. He worked diligently with me to come up with a fair deal that would work while always being approachable, professional and friendly. After reaching an agreement, I met with Finance Director Nick Wingle who was again approachable and not assertive as experienced in the past with other finance directors. He covered all the necessary paperwork including extended warranties, but never pushed any products using high pressure sales tactics. We have been looking to buy a new truck for about a year but just didn't see anything that fit the bill. We live over an hour north of New Smyrna but someone recommended we check it out. Went online, saw a vehicle we were interested in, drove down and bought it that night. Danny Pohl stayed late on New Years Eve and made sure we got just what we wanted at a great price. I visited this dealership after checking out others in the area. It was my choice because the sales representative Kenny Tuter and Andre' Narcisse listened and appreciated my needs and concerns during the sales process. He was open and fair minded with attentiveness to the details of my request. I entered the buying process with the expectation that the target vehicle require an acquisition from another locale and would necessitate a wait of a day or several days before it was available to inspection and driving. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the model with the exact color, configuration and details was on site. As distinguished from other dealers I visited, the pricing and buying process proceeded smoothly and without undue delay. I was able to take delivery the same day. As car buying goes, the process was not perfect but it was excellent. Thus far the experience with this dealership warrants my unqualified recommendation for prospective buyers. I am fortunate enough to have the credit rating and income that I trade cars every year when the rebates come out. This year I visited your dealership in hopes of purchasing a High Country 4x4 that you have. By the way, it has been sitting there for a long time judging from the weathered inventory decal affixed to it.I made an appointment for 9:00 am. When I arrived there, the salesperson was not there as we agreed. I made a later appointment. When I came back, the salesman was making a deal with someone else and didn't have time for me. He directed me to the person at the front counter that was supposed to place a value on my trades. By the way, my trades are extremely clean and ultra-low mileage, since I trade every year.Your representative at the counter did not provide me with any figures, although you had been in possession of my Chevy truck for over 24 hours. Then he proceeded to tell me that one of my vehicles was "too high end" for the dealership and he was trying to get another dealership in the area to buy it. Then, ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL. Is this the way you plan to sell your vehicles? They use classic Bait and Switch techniques here. They told us on the phone that the car we saw online was there and even though they knew we were over an hour away, they told us to come in to see the car. When we got there, not only was there no such car, they tried to 'put" us in an inferior car and would not even tell us the price when we asked. These people are very dishonest. Don't even go there!!!!

Just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. We came back because of the great sales staff and their willingness to work with us no matter how late we were there! However, the dealer's service after your purchase is not so great. We thought that our first encounter with the service department on our first purchase was just a fluke but the same type of experience happened with our second purchase as well. The clerical staff checking you in and out are more interested in socializing than helping you. Our last visit we asked for a copy of the service records for the vehicle since it had only been serviced at this dealership; however, all we got was a song and dance from the service writer as to how she couldn't print it out that it took a special person to do that, then it needed a signature first, and so on and so. We couldn't even get a copy of the service record for the service that we were there for that day but told she would call us the next business day (well that didn't happen). When we called the dealership and asked to speak to the service manager a week later we were drilled as to why we wanted to speak to them. Once we got to speak to the service manager and explained what we encountered with the service writer we finally got a phone call from the same service writer asking exactly what did we want! She said she would fax the copies however once again it has been two weeks later and we still don't have the copies- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The service department needs a major overhaul.

I have used the Chevy dealership service for years. I will be in the market for a new vehicle within the next year but I'm leary of buying another GM product due to the electrical problems that I & my family have experienced. I refuse to replace parts "to see if it fixes the issue and go from there". That is not an acceptable answer. Won't turn over sometimes & all dash lights go off. I have already replaced some parts that didn't fix the issue. Not to mention the constant replacement of bulbs!! I have purchased several Chevy's & all but my 2002 Corvette have or had electrical issues which points to an across the board problem that you are not concerned with correcting. This is important enough to me that I'm now seriously considering buying a vehicle from a different manufacturer. I purchased my 2005 Tahoe new & it now has over 211000 miles on it. I know that it's going to have some problems & expect them but newer model Chevys have the same electrical issues. I love my Tahoe & would like to get a new one but the electrical issue will stop me from doing so. I hope that GM takes takes this message seriously because you will lose customers...you already have.

I took my car in for an oil change. This was done plus $250+ additional things were done (including tire rotation and 4 wheel alignment) as well as warranty service. I picked up my car. The oil life indicator had not been reset and the 27 point inspection was shown to have been done but the Certified Service check list was not included when I picked up the car so I don't know what was actually done. The next day the cruise control did not work and the traction control and stabilization system showed needing service. Both if these worked before I took the car in. While I am not saying the problems were caused by the mechanic but I found it strange that this immediately became a problem right after service.

Everyone we came in contact with was great! When we started to browse for cars, we told them we were looking at the Impala and Fusion and we hadn't made any decisions. There was never any pressure that evening. I called the next day to say we were going with the Fusion, solely based on the price of the car. Chris called me back the next day and asked if he could get us in the Impala for the payment we needed would be come back to Chevy for the Impala. I said yes, because truly my wife and I like the Impala's ride and look more then the Fusion. We went back to dealership Friday evening, and after approximately 20 minutes, Bruce (not sure of last name), sales manager I believe, came back with the payment we could afford. I don't want to forget to mention Roger was the first sales manager on Wednesday and he too was very helpful. Not once did we feel pressured by anyone at Chevy. It was truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I am recommending NSB Chevy to all our friends and family. Thank you!!!

Was shopping for a truck and this dealer claimed they had an F150 FX2 Sport trim with running boards. Not the case, not the case at all. The vehicle ended up being a standard F150 XLT with no FX2 package or no running boards. If I can't trust the information you place online about a vehicle how can I trust you with anything else during the buying process? No thanks! I Purchased a vehicle somewhere else, this dealer lost out on my purchase for this false information.

I had an appointment to have my car greased, oil changed and a new filter, plus I had my tires rotated. It waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 10 minutes. That seems to be excessive since I had an appointment for 9:30 AM. Also when I exited my car, I was asked, "Are you waiting for it?" my response was, " Yes, that is why I had an appointment." Many cars came in after mine, and were all taken in by the order of their arrival. Some MAY have been drive-ins without an appointment. Not sure what the point of an appointment is if you don't go to the front of the line when arriving on time for the appointment?

Started immediately when I arrived for appointment. Found blown fuse. Attributed blown fuse to faulty trailer connection. Did not have trailer with me. When I connected my boat trailer last weekend I could not get lights on until I wiggled the truck side of the trailer wire connector assembly which seems to have a loose wire and is the likely source of the short. Will need to bring the truck back in with trailer attached to troubleshoot next time. It is an 80 mile round trip so I will need to do it next day I take off work.

I didn't have any intention on buying a chevy, honestly but then when I didn't like the used cars they had (which weren't chevy cars) he introduced me to the chevy spark. I fell in love! We took it for a long test drive and I bought it that day! They were very patient with me and it being the first car I bought and having to call my mom about every other thing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Buying a vehicle is a two way street. As a buyer you must take the time too know as much as you need to know about the process and in turn the dealership must make you feel comfortable and gain your trust to earn your business..Now saying that let me tell everyone about the great experience I had dealing with New Smyrna Chevrolet. I first decide on what vehicle I wanted, did my homework and started a online conversation with Melissa and other dealerships...She answer all and any of my question, she was polite and very professional. As we got closer to a deal. I place a call to the dealership to talk to her, to see what it was going to take to close the deal.. I was thinking that this would be the hard part, you know that negotiating back a forth, but to my surprise Melissa had a new secret way of car buying and it was named kindness, caring and most of all she wanted me to be a happy customer and she did that through the whole process. As we got down to the last conversations about the deal, I had the pleasure of talking to Jeremy and here is what happened at that point we talked as friends not as a buyer or seller. I wanted a vehicle and he wanted to sell me one...he listened to me and I heard what he had to say and we agree on a number.. Deal done!!! I arrived at the dealership the next day and was greeted outside by the car by Keith, who took care of all the paperwork and the car walk around. Keith had everything lay out, we went over items dealing with the car and he was willing to do what was needed to make sure I understood my new vehicle. Now you have to sign all those papers like tag, title, purchase agreement ....that process had one small hiccup which was taken care by Jeremy and team.... it was a GM thing......all done and I drove off in my new Vehicle... I would recommend this dealership to my family or friends. Just bought my car. Love it. They gave me a truly great deal on my 2013 equinox LTZ. I know because I took my time, researched, and shopped around. The general manager Jeremy, and the salesperson Brian were open, honest and answered all my concerns to my satisfaction. They also delivered my vehicle to my front door in Orlando and let me inspect it before committing to the sale, no pressure. A truly stress-less and enjoyable experience. Found a vehicle online. Called to verify they had the vehicle and condition of the vehicle. The salesman confirmed they had the vehicle and stated it was clean and in good condition. Upon arriving, the vehicle was trashed inside and ran horribly. In my opinion, salesman lied about the vehicle. They tried steering us towards other used and abused cars. Left their with very bad view of this dealership. Drove down the road and bought from Mullinax.

The last vehicle that I purchased was from New Smyrna Chevy. I was treated horribly throughout the entire experience. The new vehicle that I purchased had paint issues. I was told by multiple service writers that I didn't know what I was talking about and when I took my new vehicle to an auto body shop, I was told that the vehicle needed to be repainted. I contacted the dealership who sent the vehicle to a small auto body shop also in New Smyrna who did a horrible job. I will not purchase another vehicle ever again from this dealership who is more concerned with having thousands of commercials on television instead of customer satisfaction.

I have had my 2015 Colorado since December bought it at another dealership, but this is where I get My Service Done. 2 oil changes and rotations and recall work. Clint is on top of his game and very helpful. He will offer a loaner car or get you a ride if you need one. Also keeps you informed the whole time your vehicle is in service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from New Smyna Chevrolet. The process went well with the salesman. However, once the sales manager got involved, things took a turn for the worse. We were quoted a price "out the door." But then charges and fees started appearing. The last 3 dealerships I have worked with were clear and up-front on charges. The final impression I was left with of this dealership: sleazy. As a result, I cannot recommend them.If you value honesty and openness, then you are advised to take your business elsewhere.

I was on line looking for a vehicle and was contacted by the Internet manager Jeff. He was very helpful and friendly and responded to all my questions. When I got there Jeff had me work with Damien Hill and he was very professional and not pushy. I love my new car and would highly recommend both Jeff and Damian as well as the whole dealership.

My experience was I went for an oil change and blurped that I would much prefer a truck as I need the extra room. She added do you want me to let them know you will be looking ? Nope not at this time. Just moved to Florida and retired and work part time etc....Got home Ronnie Travis called me I explained the above^he said I am here to help not hurt. Let me see what I can do....searched for me a better price on car insurance as I was paying (and didnt take the time to shop) and put me in a better bracket for a monthly payment on my new/pre owned 2008 Caliber Dodge SUV!!Met a guy from back home there and the finance guy was efficent and noticed on my new Florida Drivers license they mis spelled my name :( Had the best 3hours complete.They wouldn't have sold me anything I couldn't live with.The dealership was comfortable and an the enviroment pleasant digsHappy HappyKat

We found the vehicle we were looking for listed on the internet and sent an e-mail inquiry. The sales person responded within an hour. As this is a used vehicle we were concerned about the mileage. They assured us that the vehicle was in new vehicle condition We had to travel about 70 miles from our home to see the vehicle and it was just as he said. We were pleased by all of the personel that helped us consumate the purchase. We would even consider the purchase of another vehicle from this dealership.Overall the experience was fantastic! I was not sure if I would be approved for a newer vehicle, but with the help of Tom and Jeff, I got approved!In addition to that, I was surprised 3 days before my birthday, with a 2013 decal for my car. I had know idea New Smyrna Chev.included my new decal in the price of my Toyota Camry. That decal, as corny as it may sound, put a huge smile on my face. Overall the experience was fantastic! Jeff, Dan, and Chris were very professional, patient, and very nice. Also, they had a good sense of humor which helped to ease our nerves. Other dealerships we've previously dealt with created an air of tension and didn't treat us as human beings. We were just another "sale" to them. They didn't want to get to know us personally. These three gentlemen made us feel as if we were important and took an interest in us. We felt as though they were old friends that we hadn't seen in a long time. We have been to other dealerships that guaranteed to finance us. However, there was always a catch. They said everything looked fine, and then dropped a bomb on us saying that we now needed a co-signer, more cash down, etc. The last vehicle we purchased was a Jon Hall Chevrolet in 2009. They guaranteed to get us into a car, and they did. However, they forgot to mention they had installed a GPS tracking/ignition kill switch in the car. You also guaranteed us a car and you came through! No b.s., nothing. Till this day we still cannot believe that you put us in a brand new car. I called your dealership on July 4th at 11:00am. By 6:00pm that evening our car was delivered to our home. I can go on and on, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough space to express all of our feelings. Thanks again to Jeff, Dan, and Chris. We love those guys!

My daughter and I were in a difficult spot since she is a student and owed a bit much on her car but we had to start somewhere so we started at the Auto Mall in Daytona. Things went from good to worse there with conflicting offers and too much time just sitting around so we finally went to New Smyrna Chevrolet. Their Internet Department had explained to me that often times they can make a deal and find a loan when others can not. We meet with salesman Damian Hill and Manager Doug who are awesome and "EXCELLENT". They listened first, did not promise anything and then went to work. We left with a beautiful 2012 Malibu and my daughter Deana is so very happy....another "EXCELLENT". Then, I recieved a phone call tonight from their finance department to say the final loan is $39.00 less per month....Unbelieveably Awesome and "EXCELLENT! They are so friendly, not pushy and just plain nice. Also, my daughter is almost 22 yrs old was in a doubtful mood, afraid to get her hopes up and Doug really hung in there for her.Do yourself a favor ~~~~have an "Excellent" experience and deal at New Smyrna Chevrolet!!!!

Skip Sage and Rick at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet helped us get a used car when we thought there was no hope in sight due to our present financial situation. We bought our truck there in 2007, but our finances have drastically changed since then. We went to New Symrna Chevrolet and Skip Sage because he was the first to respond to our website search. He gave us all the information we asked for over the phone and so we set up an appointment to meet with him the following day. He was resourceful, patient and seemed to understand where we were coming from in terms of our use for the vehicle. When the model we thought was what we wanted was not satisfactory, he showed us two that he felt would be more suitable. Both were above our budget requirements but he was able to negotiate a lease which more than meets our needs. The deal was reasonable, feasible, and both the deal and the vehicle exceeded our expectations. There were no "games", Skip was straight forward and we enjoyed doing business with him. I would not hesitate recommending him and New Symrna Chevrolet to my best friend. We drove home in our wonderful new Equinox.

Parking lot clean. Sales Room clean. All sales staff friendly and helpful. Only thing I would change is unlock double door (both sides) on south end, a locked door is not friendly. The reason I gave the review I did is because the dealership deserved it. The personnel that I worked with made it very easy for me to buy a vehicle and most of all gave me many different options to do so. From the Owner taking the time to have a conversation about our old home town to the Sales Department/Manger taking the time to mak me happy with what I wanted. It was very cold the evening I came in to look at cars, but that did not change the way they did buisness. The finance department had ALL my paperwork ready for me to sign on the day I came in to pick the car up. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes.. Charlie went above and beyond trying to arrange for a model of a car for me to test drive that wasn't in the inventory on the lot of the time of my initial phone call. He was great to work with, took extra time to go over the options I was unfamiliar with before I left with my new car even though it was late, and called twice to see how I enjoyed the car/if there were any issues I needed help with. I could not be more pleased with my experience at New Smyrna Chevrolet. From the first contact with Jan, our sales person to the finance experience with Lynda to the moment we drove our new Tahoe off the lot, everyone did all that they could to earn our business. Jan was so helpful while not being overbearing...she was there to assist but not intrude. She never pretended to know all the answers to every question, but if she didn't know the answer, she obtained the information quickly. The Sales Manager was also very helpful in this process. I live in Indiana and have to make arrangements to get this vehicle home following our vacation...my point is that I did not have to purchase this vehicle here...I could have bought it in Indiana. Jan Dickinson was friendly,thorough and found us the truck that we were looking for. She put in a great deal of time and effort that we appreciated and which kept us coming back to her throughout our shopping process. She kept in touch with us regularly to see where we were at in the buying process and informed us of new vehicles that would come in to the dealership. The dealership worked hard to get us the truck that we purchased and agrees upon. It was a long process that turned out great and we drove away happy. Jan has even been thoughful enough to call us since leaving just to make sure that we are truely happy and taht all is going fine with our purchase.

I found a car that I was interested in on their Internet site 3 wks ago. Skip called me to let me know that they had sold that car but would look for another with my specs. Skip called my Saturday night to let me know that they had just taken a Pontiac in on trade and that I may be interested. He described the car in detail, we reviewed the mileage and cost. I told Skip that I would be down on Monday - 5/31. We drove 2 hrs to the dealership to inspect/review the vehicle. It was exactly as described, the salesman was upfront and honest. They allowed my to feel special about buying this car and overall it was a very enjoyable deal. Linda in the finance department was very polite and helpful concerning the financing. I will definately tell my friends and neighbors to come to this dealership for their next purchase.

Hey spring is here and I had the urge to purchase a new car. I visisted many Chevolet dealers. From the time on got out of my car I was greeted with a friendly sales team at New Smyrna Chevolet. Any question we had about anything (financing, accessories, trade-in value, ability to work with other departments about getting tinting on windows, rain guards for side windows, interior colors and fabrics that we wanted to change) he was right there with the answer. No pressure at all, which really is appreciated. Would do business with him anytime.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at New Smyrna Chevrolet. The atmosphere was welcoming and the sales team I dealt with (Jan, Tyler, Ricki, and Tom) were knowledgeable and did not try to get me to do anything I did not want to do. The biggest thieves in the world. They saw my sister coming a mile away. Sold her a brand new avalange for 5k over the fair price. Never took ownership of the vehicle but they still went ahead with the loan application. Even after several attempts to refuse the deal. The bank was forced to repo the car from the dealer parking lot, lost 9k on the truck and messed up my sister's credit in the process. These people are unreasonable thieves and EVERYONE should beware of doing any kind of business with them.
