One of the best car buying experience I have had. We came out to check test drive a car, the process was easy. I asked to take it to have someone else inspected and they had no issues in letting me take it. I returned the next day, had it inspected and came back with something minor and they agreed to take care of it immediately. We agreed on a price and I was the financing process was easy. Matt and Mike were awesome. I highly recommend.

Came from Mid-Michigan to take delivery on a used Volkswagen Jetta. Matt, Mike, and the mechanics, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle before signing anything. Was a couple small issues I was concerned with, and they took care of all of them, and then some. Great experience, and would highly recommend to anyone. Big thank you to all the staff.

I bought my nice, clean BMW X3 on my BD 8-20-2021 from Matt, @ Next Step Auto it was a very nice professional experience, I’m just recovering from cancer and it was my gift to myself, all their cars are very clean, ride excellent, and their finance guys are quick and polite. Honestly I believe they have the best selection of used vehicles on the West side of Cleveland, I’d also advise everyone who’s looking to buy a used car, To STOP HERE FIRST, And thanks again To Mike & Steve, I will be sending you guys more customers to make them Happy
