A very positive buying experience. I’d been looking for a car for a few weeks. And visited more than one dealership while looking. I saw a car off-lease on the Nick Mayer website and thought it was reasonably priced. My wife and I drove up late one afternoon and met a sales associate, Arias. Looked at a few car options and he brought a car around for us to drive. Arias joined us on a 20 minute ride asking a few questions and filling us in on the car we were driving. Soft sell, informative, helpful and pleasant. We sat down in his office and discussed my trade-in. He brought his manager in and we struck a hand shake deal. I came in the next day and presented my trade-in. They actually improved the price of my deal. The finance manager, George, met with me privately, took care of all the finances(very informative) and I was out the door in less than an hour. They had the advertised car in stock, respected me as a customer and my time, and delivered a deal that was favorable to us both without the typical car dealer harangue. After the deal was completed one of the managers introduced herself, thanked me for my purchase. Was interested in how I chose them and then encouraged me to reach out to anyone at the dealership if I had any questions. I had a good experience and would certainly recommend them, if you are in the market for a car.

Shady dealing with this group. Working on a deal and asked to fill out credit application, filled out and find out they sold the car out from under us. Went several hours with no contact and final word was we told you we had another buyer. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here.. sorry attitude from salesman as well.👎🏻

I visited Nick Mayer Linclon for the first time this month and bought a brand new Lincoln SUV. I was greeted as soon as I came to the dealership and was treated like a valued customer by sales associate Erik Schmidt and Sales Manager John. Everyone at the dealership from front desk personnel to the service department was friendly and courteous- no high pressure sales tactics and I was told repeatedly that my business was valued. There were a few scratches and chips in my SUV that I wanted fixed and they made repairs right away. Any questions I had Erik answered promptly after I bought my vehicle- some sales people and dealerships tend to blow you off after they made the sale but this hasn't been the case so far here. The show room was clean, the facility is comfortable, and they try to make everything as convenient as possible for customers.

I was interested in a SUV contacted them by text at 3:30pm and was told it's still here head on up! My wife and I got our 3 and 5 year olds into the car and made the 1 1/2hr drive. I made it there a couple minutes after 5pm. We all walked in I asked for the salesman I was texting and he came up and said it just sold why dont you come back and we'll see what else we have on the lot that'd you'd be interested in(a simple aploedgy here could have fixed everything). I said I wish you would have called and let me know it was sold. His reply was if someone comes in and says I want to buy something were going to sell it to them would you like to se what else we have? I said my wife really wanted the SUV we saw online. He said we have another for more money. Now the sales manager stopped over and offered another type suv we were not interested in. I explained the situation to him and his reply was do you need 3rd row seating. I turned around held the door for my wife and kids and left. I understand things happen but a simple text,call or aploedgy could have possibly ended up in a sale. I called back in after I left and apologized for storming out and was told if we come back they would try to compensate me and that's when I found out the other gentleman was the sales manager...Yeah I think this probably is a good dealership but, it might be time to reevaluate how you treat customers.

Great buying experience, My wife and I purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKX from Michael Ruksenas. the whole buying process was quick and easy. I initially started the process with Michael in the "Chat" portion of Cars.com. I was skeptical as we live over 160 miles from the dealership. I told Michael my story and told him I wanted an approximate value of my trade in before I looked any farther. Michael was very easy to deal with and gave me his personal cell phone number so I could send him pictures of my trade and all the other information. After sending Michael my trade info we communicated ALOT over text messaging. Michael got back to us with a trade in amount and it was very close to what I wanted for it (no I didn't tell him what that number was). Michael then sent us numerous pictures of the vehicle we were liking and answered numerous questions I had for him. We ended up coming to an agreement on price and purchased the vehicle (over text messaging and without seeing the vehicle). I was concerned a little about buying a 2009 when we were trading in a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that was practically brand new (my wife wanted something cheaper). Michael reassured us that the Lincoln was in great condition and he was absolutely right. Michael had the vehicle delivered to our door step on Friday and everything seems perfect so far : ) Thanks Michael for everything, we really appreciate everything and thanks for making the buying process so easy and painless.

I thought the service was prompt, the price was great, totally unexpected in a really really good way. When the gentleman told me what the price was I went "What?" "Really?" I mean for $29.00 I got my tires rotated, my oil changed and my pick up truck washed. I can't ask for any more then that. I tell you what I'm in the limousine business and I'll certainly probably consider Nick Mayor as a resource for vehicles in the future. Very pleased would come back in a minute.

Came in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Indicated that steering felt a little loose and the clunking noise going over bumps. They found a bad stabilizer and had to order the part for service the next week. Little disappointed that I had to return for another maintenance appointment.

Just 2 days before holiday weekend I was able to get an appt for oil change + works. I arrived as schedule and had a short wait. The dealership was very busy but Dana was very efficient, pleasant and courteous. A mechanic came into her office and asked her how he could help her, which I thought was awesome. Another mechanic came out to explain to me about windshield wipers I ordered and asked for my approval. Best service I have ever received on my car. And my car is a 2003. Thank you!!

I arrived at your shop and I told the service writer what was wrong with my car. He took excellent care of me; he listened to what I had to say about the issue, and gave me a couple courses of actions we could take. A full diagnostic was run on the car, and about 45 minutes later I knew what was wrong. The problem was explained to me in great detail, and after I gave permission, my car was finished later that day. The price for the service was fair compared to other Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealers I've gone to in past years.

Checked my brakes for wear, investigated issue with Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) sensor, gave me a discount on my oil change without a coupon, rotated and inflated my tires to the recommended level, and even washed my vehicle free of charge! The new waiting room is really nice-looking and comfortable, though I did not have a chance to try the free Wi-Fi this time. It's very nice of you to have complimentary food and beverages, though I did not sample any this time.

I am a firm believer if employees like where they work, they SMILE a lot. When I entered the Lincoln dealership I was instantly introduced to "GUS" (and someone pls tell me how do you not like a guy named GUS? :O) I was asked what I was looking for and I was direct that I was just shopping around until I shared what I was looking for. I was handed keys to a MKX and asked to drive it. The old Mikey trick... TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT! Well, I must admit it, it worked! I love the MKX. I instantly started focusing on exterior & interior colors. Gus found exactly what I was looking for w/ all the bells & whistles just before I elected to purchase another Mercedes. THANK YOU GUS ~ I really am happy w/ my decision to buy AMERICAN! oxoxo :O) JOSH was assigned as my salesperson. He was fabulous! He handled me showing up whenever it was convenient for me. I was direct & told him I did not like high pressure sale tactics so please dont try it w/ me & he didnt (Thank you JOSH oxoxox) He let me brows as I wanted & when I wanted to. He let me test drive, measure cargo space, etc.. until I figured out what SUV would work best for me. He really was patient until I made a decision. Delivered loaner and picked up my vehicle. Provided unsolicited status updates. Apologized for inadvertently breaking a lens (on national backorder) on an ambient light behind the instrument cluster, during a repair that involved removing the entire dashboard. I never would have noticed but the lens has been ordered and the dealership will pick my vehicle up again to perform the lens repair. Their due diligence exceeded my expectations. The dealership didn't just clean my car. They detailed it. Truly impressive! I locked my keys in the loaner, which actually belonged to the owner, Mr. Mayer. I called the dealership and they immediately provided the entry code.

I bought a used 2013 Ford Focus from Nick Mayer in February of 2014. Two days later there was a severe snowstorm and I could not even get out of my condo parking lot because the car had no traction. I had the car towed back to Nick Mayer. The sales manager, Gus, and salesman, Scott, played dumb to what the problem was. I later discovered on my own the car had summer only tires on it. I also discovered all the used cars had window stickers listing the features and equipment, but the car I bought had the sticker taken off, folded up, and tucked away in the glove compartment; I found it there several days later. Gus and Scott continued to play dumb acting as if they had no idea the car had summer only tires. Can you believe it? They had the car for three months -- in the winter in Ohio -- and nobody realized it had summer only tires? Talk about insulting my intelligence. The worst part is, if I had been able to get out of my parking lot the morning of the storm, I would have probably ended up in a ditch, or worse, in a bad accident. This dealership, rather than let me know the car had summer tires, literally put me in harms way -- just to unload a car in February, with summer only tires, and not tell me. The dealership reluctantly agreed to split the cost of new all-weather tires with me. I ended up paying more than I bargained for, lost time from work, and put up with much worry and aggravation before this transaction was done. I am writing this review 5 months after buying a car from Nick Mayer because I am still very bothered by the fact this dealership was more concerned with selling a car than my safety. Yet they show FIVE STARS on their site and list recommended reviews. I bet this review does not make their recommended list. I like the car and would have still bought it had they been honest up front about the tires and not let me walk out the door with my safety in jeopardy. Recently I located a used car via the internet at Nick Mayer Lincoln and brought my brother & sister-in-law to view it after 90 miles on Thursday last week. They called the garage on Saturday May 24th telling them they would buy the car, discussed final amount due and we would come back to trade his car in and give them a cashiers check for the balance . Upon our arrival at 2:45, brother-in-law gave cashiers check to salesman who took sales contract and cashiers check to financial manager? After an hour or more they informed us they were having problems with a customer from West Va. on a trade. I asked salesman if they could be changing license plate from old car to new purchase. He informed me he wasn't allowed to change them until deal was final ! Their public relations man Robert Rodriguez told us we could not transfer plates from a car to an SUV! I told him I drive an SUV and have transferred plates before but he insisted we couldn't. Told him to change plates anyway. Then after waiting 3 hours yes 5;45 to do the paperwork, Finance manager Jack said my brother-in-law would need to take "newly purchased vehicle" for an E Check! We told him that an E Check was not required in our county but he insisted. In over 50 years of dealing on cars , I have never seen 3 more uninformed employees, delayed for 3 hours to close deal when they knew we were coming. I would have walked and let them keep their car. Worst buying experience in 50 years.

the service is always spectacular. i have a 2014 Ford Fusion and most people would take it to their Ford dealer; not me I love the red carpet treatment i receive at Nick Mayer! it speaks volume when i live in Sheffield and can drive to Mike Bass only 5 minutes away but I would rather go to Nick Mayer!! Keep up the great work and love the renovation!! My only concern is that if there is no one working in QuickLane to have a sign posted at the desk because another customer and I waited 15 minutes for service.

Another great service experience at Nick Mayer! The service team is absolutely wonderful. I am greeted by name and always feel welcome. Additionally, when I picked up my 2011 MKZ from my routine scheduled appt., my daughter drove me to the dealership to pick up my car. I asked if they could wash her car for me. She is home from college for spring break. They gladly washed her car and greeted her warmly. She even said to her dad how nice they were to us when we got home. Thank you service team. Excellent!

The service tech advised that the oil change, etc, was covered under the warranty, even for a second owner. This was a complete surprise, and I really appreciate your honesty. Excellent experience. I called the service department to see if there were any oil change specials. There was an excellent one for just under $20, so I decided to have my oil change done at Nick Mayer because of the excellent price. I asked if it could be done in the afternoon. I was told that it could be completed. I immediately drove to Nick Mayer. The renovations are fantastic. I really enjoy the drive in aspect. I was quickly helped by Mike. Mike was professional and quick. The new waiting area is excellent. I got some email done on my iPad using the free Wifi. The waiting room WiFi is a must for me. In no time the "Works" was completed on my Explorer. My experience was outstanding. Everything I am looking for in a service dept. Excellent specials. Clean area. Quick. Updated waiting area with WiFi. Excellent work Nick Mayer service!

WOW is all I have to say...My husband and I were out looking to buy cars... 2 of them... we went to Nick Mayer Lincoln Mercury in Westlake to check out the used cars. We test drove about 9 different cars before we made our decisions... At no point did we feel pressured by the salesperson. Joshua was as professional as they come. Everyone in the building said "HI" to us as we entered to discuss financing and price. Everybody we spoke to had a very positive attitude and was very friendly. All the prices marked on the cars were competitive... each car had a CAR FAX with all the details. We were really impressed with the way we were treated. Josh introduced us to Gus who ran our credit check and we were informed of our credit scores. We were then passed over to David who did our paperwork and informed us of all the choices of insurance and maintenance packages available... they all made our experience a very enjoyable one...We left with 2 very impressive reasonably priced used cars. I recently purchased a 2007 cadillac sts from Nick Mayer Lincoln.The customer service I received from Sean Murphy and his sales manager Brian Johnson was spot on.I was looking at several Cadillacs at different dealerships and chose Nick Mayer because Sean and Brian were most trustworthy and customer oriented. My wife liked them the most. The cadillac I chose had some minor cosmetic issues and the tires needed to be replaced. They went halves on the tires with me which was more then fair.In order to make the sale they quickly fixed all cosmetic issues as a part of their service so it made my decision easy.I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car.

Don Sherry was very courteous, extremely patient and quite knowledgle about the inventory. He is a very nice gentleman and I would have never expected that from a "car salesman". We came in to look at the used inventory and not only did they have a great selection all of the cars were nice, clean and arranged in a nice order (very different from the other places we went). We ended up purchasing a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis and are thrilled with our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are nothing short of great at Nick Mayer Lincoln.
