We have bought cars from multiple places and have had salesman rush you and hound you. They won’t leave you alone in tell you say yes. April 2021 When we showed up to buy my wife a car and looked around the salesman stayed by the front door. We were able to look and talk about what we liked. Then they came over to us very nice polite and great customer service. We had the best experience with Niello. Now yesterday had to came to Niello to get the oil change. Pulled up they came right out and greeted us. Got us in they told us it would be about a hour and a half. With in a hour our car was done. Then I got a text from them opened it up and showed me a video of what they did. What a great experience we had and we advise everyone to go see them. Thank you Niello

On Friday, September 2, I purchased a new vehicle at Niello Acura, in the Roseville Automall. My sales associate, Chris Knutson, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up trading in my 2007 Acura TL-S and purchased a 2017 Acura RDX. Chris made the entire transaction enjoyable and easy. My 2014 MDX had 37K miles when I started experiencing stuttering when I accelerated from a start, up an incline. Since I had an extended warranty, I took my vehicle in to Niello Acura for service. After the first attempt to resolve the problem via software update, my MDX still stuttered and it was getting worse. I made another appointment with Niello Service, but this time we started with a technician ride along. Right away the technician felt the stuttering and he even knew of a very recent maintenance notification that recommended replacing the torque converter fluid. This service was performed and the problem was resolved. In talking with the Niello Service Manager, Chuck, he indicated that the fluid replacement was only a temporary fix while Acura addressed the real issue in another software update. Although I'm anxiously waiting for this software change, the issue with my MDX did allow me to work with the Niello Service team, which I found to be very knowledgeable and professional.

Found a EX35 Infiniti with low mileage. Cammie was the person I spoke with on phone and set up appointment. I dealt with a Roger, Brian, Brian, and the Manager. I got preapproved before going in. We were unable to use that preapproval, so Brian went and found another lender. He got me a way better offer. It took about 4 hours. These guys and Cammie were awesome. I got what I wanted at a great price. Its been 15 years since I have dealt with a car dealership and this one was a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am in the market to buy a new car and I had some questions that I wanted to ask. I just wanted some simple questions to be answered like when is the Acura graduate program expire? I had the unfortunate time of speaking with Brian Powers who made it more complicated than it is. He kept asking for questions after questions going off on my initial question. So now it's been a day and still didn't get my question answered. I decided to talk to Elk Grove Acura instead and my question was quickly answered. I have a scheduled test drive this Sunday with them. Will also be negotiating with EG Acura for my first brand new car. If they can't satisfy me, I may go back to Niello but definitely will be avoiding Brian Powers.

I called on a vehicle they had is stock. I asked if they could do a better price and I was told "no" at first that it was "already discounted". After telling them the payment I was looking for they lowered the price and helped get me great financing! We did everything by phone and they had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. Nice people and clean vehicles, I just could have done without the sales tactics.

Sitting there for hours while he or she is going back and forth to their manager with another proposal. Not the case with Brian, he is a true professional. I have had Acuras now for over 23 years. I think I will never buy another type of car! Niello Acura is the best dealership I have ever been to- both sales and service. Chris Knutson in sales is fantastic- even fun, to work with- don't want his head to get too big - I notice most everyone has a great experience with him. Gary Smedsted in service is very conscientious and wants to make sure things are done right for you, the customer. I leased an RDX, and has some minor issues with the upholstery- which was handled professionally and everything possible was done to fix it. The car is great! I still miss my old 2005 MDX which was my lifetime best car. Unfortunately I traded it in for a Prius last year, with a terrible experience at Roseville Toyota- the car was awful, and so I quickly went back to Niello Acura and got another RDX and am happy again. Not as good of mpg as a Prius, but a million times better car.

I drove up from the bay area to look a vehicle I had found on-line and met Mary, who was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and NO pressure. She worked with the team to get me the best price on my trade-in and new 2010 Acura RDX. I took the RDX for an independent inspection after the purchase and was told it was in perfect condition, nothing needed to be done. After doing my research, I was convinced tthe 2014 Acura MDX was the vehicle for me.Living in Chico presented a little challenge because there is no Acura dealership close by.I completed an online form requesting pricing and was contacted by Munro Boyd.After a couple of minutes, it was obvious to me that this wasn't your typical car salesman.Munro took the time to listed to what I wanted and within 10 minutes we came to an agreement.When the paperwork arrived is was exactly as promised. This was my first time purchasing a car so naturally I had my trepidation about car dealerships based on what I have heard they are like. However right from Kevin's greeting at the door I new he was going to take good care of me. I initially was just browsing the lot to see the TL an TSX in person and felt no pressure from Kevin at all. He was very knowledgable and helpful when it came comparing both the cars. He sent me on my way with some information on leasing vs buying so I could figure out what would work best for my budget. It took me some time to come to a decision and during that time Kevin stayed connected my shooting me a email an just checking in. Denise was very helpful as a sales person, I liked how she asked me questions about my lifestyle and driving methods; she really listened and paired me with the best vehicle for my needs. Buying a car can be daunting, but I had a great experience at Niello Acura. If you really want to test drive a car with a knowledgable sales guy, go find Chris Knutsen at Neillo Acura. He does an excellent job of demonstrating the various features and creating different real life scenarios. I've never experienced such a thorough, detailed and educational test drive in my life. Elizabeth Garcia in Finance was awesome too. Very friendly and thorough. After I bought the car, Chris took a lot of time showing me how to use all the features and also made himself available afterwards for questions. These newer cars are great with all the fancy features but can be complicated to figure out, so it's great to work with someone who doesn't forget about you after the sale is done. I would definitely recommend Chris if you are in the market for a car!

Once in a million 19 Apr 2013 I was perfectly happy as I was leaving the hardware store on the 19th of March until a speeding vehicle hit my cherry 2001 Acura CLS and totaled it. I was going to drive that car until the wheels fell off, but I thought that dream ended before the last piece of chrome hit the pavement. I was wrong. A few days later the insurance matter was settled and a check was on its way. I had not given a moments thought to the replacement car. But as I sat in front of my computer I Googled to see what was out there and started with a search for a 2001 Acura CLS. As incredible as it may sound the first hit on my search was a 2001 Acura CLS, less miles than on my old car, with a price slightly less than the insurance payoff, placed on the market just a few days ago and it was located less than four miles from my home at Nello Audi. First thing in the morning I was greeted by Tammi Chance and lead to the car. It was identical to my totaled car. Same color, inside and out, same accessories and in cherry condition. After a ride Tammi lead me through the paperwork with the attention and professionalism one would have expected when buying a new Aud i. Within a few minutes my dream returned. I was going to drive a 2001 Acura CLS until the wheels fall off. The total experience with Tammi Chance, the financial office and the service department was exemplary. I just have one challenge and that is deciding if I want to have Nello Audi or Nello Acura servicing my car. I will make the logical decision when time comes and I do look forward to having some fun with Nello Acura on the next routing service explaining how my car has a different VIN. A very Satisfied Customer of Nello.

I was contemplating getting a new car, then I saw the Acura ILX (from Niello) on display at the Galleria Mall in Roseville and I was sold. I loved the look of it and just knew I had to have it. I called the Sales Department at Niello Acura and got Kevin. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking to accomplish. He answered all my questions and immediately went to work putting a deal together for me. Kevin was extremely understanding and he fulfilled all of my requests. Kevin was very informative, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. This was definitely not a normal car buying experience that many consumers dread and complain about. Kevin's charm, friendly personality and positive attitude made this experience exciting and enjoyable. He did not pressure me just so he could sell a car. He was genuine and respectful. For all the reasons I stated, I could not have rated Kevin anything but the best. I could not have asked for a better Sales Consultant than Kevin at Niello Acura. When looking for a new or used vehicle, look no further than Niello Dealerships. A friend recommended we check their website for a quality used car and as it turned out they were right. If you find something you like, dont bother with emailing through the site. Go in and see the sales team, there is no pressure and the vehicle will be as nice as it appears online.We went to Niello Acura and were immediately greeted by Chris Knutsen, Sales Consultant and Mary Alouf, Sales Advisor. They showed us the vehicle we saw online and gave us time alone to look it over. After viewing it they answered all our questions and at no point did they try to persuade us to buy it. We reached an agreement on the purchase and followed up with a test drive; it drove as nice as it appeared. Upon returning to the dealership, we were served bottled waters and coffee and they had us in and out in no time. The best part was Mary and Chris treated us like we were purchasing a new luxury vehicle.These days there are plenty of dealerships to purchase a car but very few with quality service.It has been two weeks since our purchase from Niello and Marys follow up been great. Unlike Elk Grove Acura where their Internet Sales Assoc. provided me with one offer and then told me they couldn't help me, really, Gary Riley kept running back and forth until I got exactly what I wanted. The staff is so down to earth, knowledgeable, courteous, and made this probably the most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. I drive from South of Elk Grove to Niello Acura just to get my car serviced instead of going to Elk Grove Acura which is only 10 minutes way because my car and myself are treated with respect and dignity and they don't treat me like I'm unimportant.

I bought the car from Niello since they were the only one that had a certified car in color combo I wanted and condition with acceptable miles. All the ones I found were in poor shape and I had been looking for over a year. Gary and the team made a purchase across 2500 miles seem like we were across the desk from each other. This purchase was less hassle than some of the local ones I made. The car was purchased physically sight unseen or test driven but between Gary and another employee in internet department sent me well over 60 pics. There were 2 surprises when it was delivered, the dirty front seat and passenger rear door etching but the car met my expectations. When the battery died the team stood up and reimbursed me the cost of new battery...WHO DOES THAT?? No one anymore not the least a dealer 2500miles away. Brought car to friends shop for detail and clear bra and he walked around and around and couldnt believe how clean it was, his sister bought one from Carmax with 10k more miles and condition wasnt even close. So while I paid a bit more I got what I paid for and they got me an incredible interest rate with my challenging history, so was a win win situation. I cant say I will need to use Niello again but they will be the first place if I am looking for a unique car and color combo.Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

I first heard about this dealer from eBay, when they listed a certified-preowned car that I was looking for. Then I emailed Gary asking for detailed information. He always gave me replies quickly to addressed my questions. Elizabeth in the Finance Department is most helpful in preparing documents for me to register the car in Maryland. She always sent mails overnight, even included reply envelope with overnight postage. This is the first time I bought a car online without seeing it first. I was a little anxious at the beginning. We went to the dealership to look at cars. Our salesman Paul did not pressure us at all. He let us knows all of our options with different models and years. He was patient with our decision making process. He told us up front what we would be Looking at with all the extras that could go along with a sale. The finance manager, Elizabeth kept with the same tone of the sale, explaining everything and even keeping the kids entertained as well. We haven't bought a new car in 8 years. Technology has changed so much in that amount of time!I was sold on the RDX by it's ability to make me feel safe at the wheel. Thank you to Chris Knutson for taking the time on the test drive, to really make me understand how great this car is compared to the other competitors. I was sold and did buy my dream car.However, there are so many commands if you get the "technology package", that you need to have a class! Chris really encouraged me to call him up and set up a time to meet with him and go over all the (buttons). I took him up on it and spent (the first 1 hour) in my new car going over the commands that were the most important to me.I went home that day knowing that I had made the best decision ever! Chris was very patient and knowledgeble about all of the car's capabilities. I will probably be back to get another tutor session if I have other questions, and I have no problem calling Chris up again. He is very open to instruction, and I feel--really wants me to know the car! He is not just a "salesman", but a "serviceman" as well.

I went to Niello to just 'check off' on the ILX and was really on my way to Hyundai to buy a new Veloster - sporty and wanted the 38 mpg for new commute, however after 2 visits at Hyundai (roseville) I found the staff was really horrible - arrogant and not helpful... I met mike at Niello and my experience with Mike was so polar opposite and positive that i stayed and kept looking at the ILX. Mike and the entire Niello atmosphere was so different than others i had experienced i was shocked to be honest. No gimmicks, no games, no pressure - really refreshing. My finance guy Brian was equally as easy and nice to work with as well. My experience was beyond expectations and the reason i stayed at Niello and paid a bit more to buy the ILX - which i love and am very happy about. I have heard good things about this dealership, but now i can say i have experienced the difference. Great job Niello - unique car buying experience that breaks all the stereotypes.

My wife and I had the best experience ever in purchasing our new 2013 Acura RDX from Niello Acura. The RDX is a complete new design for 2013 and the demand far exceeds the supply at all Acura dealers. Niello is the only dealer that had exactly what we wanted. We went in for a test drive one weekday evening and returned on a Sunday to negotiate a deal. I had done considerable research on the vehicle, availability and pricing. I explained from the beginning that we would NOT play games and go back and forth over pricing. They did exactly as we asked AND gave us a very good and fair price on both the new vehicle and the trade-in.Denise Velez was our salesperson and she worked very hard to get us a good deal and to expedite the process. She spent considerable time in going over all the features of the vehicle. She is an extremely knowledgeable and above all a very nice person. The entire process to include the document processing to delivery was GREAT!! As exciting as it is to drive off the lot in a new vehicle, the negotiating involved in getting you to that point can be a headache. Not so at Niello Acura! I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX from Mike Birckett and I have to say I have never met anyone with as much dedication to customer satisfaction as Mike. If you are interested in a hassle free car buying experience with a sales person who will tell you that he will go the extra mile and actually do it, then definitely go see Mike. I purchased the car I wanted at the price I wanted and left the dealership 100% satisfied.

I liked how they honored the ticket price in the car even though it was listed for more online. They provided us with as much time as we needed and was not pushy. This was a better experience then my first car purchase somewhere else a long time ago. Recently brought it in to have an i owe you repaired and they were also kind and helpful.

We bought a 2012 Acura MDX from Aaron Peterson at Niello Acura and I couldn't be happier :) Aaron was wonderful. He was very helpful and professional and was very knowledgable about the car. He helped setup the blue tooth and other gadgets in the car for us. Niello Acura has all the qualities I look for in a new car dealer: modern up-to-date, well-lighted showroom, comfortable and clean customer lounge, multiple service advisors to reduce wait times, friendly, informative parts department, and a good, versatile inventory of new Acuras. The deal is fair. (No one is going to give away a hot, new product.) But what sets Niello Acura apart from other dealers is Denise Velez.Because my local Stockton Acura dealer was unable or unwilling to locate the car that I wanted, I did an Internet search for a 2013 Acura RDX AWD with Tech Pkg in a particular color combination. I called 5 dealers before contacting Niello Acura. And when I did, it was my good fortune to be connected with Denise Velez. Immediately we connected over the telephone. She knew her current inventory and what was coming in during the month of June. She told me that she had a car that I wanted arriving the first week in June, and invited me to come up and put my name on that car. I told her that I would consider it. To my amazement, she called me back within the hour and told me that the car I wanted was being unloaded off the truck as we spoke. It had arrived a week earlier than expected. We arranged to meet the next day.Denise called me the next morning. Her friendliness, enthusiasm and follow-up made up mind for me. I drove from Stockton to Sacramento that afternoon. She met my wife and me as we walked into the dealership, and immediately took us to the car, and out for a test drive. She was wonderful in explaining the many features of the RDX to us. She shepherded us through the purchase and has given us total support and follow through ever since. Denise is unique and simply wonderful!Elizabeth Garcia, Finance Manager, also deserves mention. She was friendly, low-key, efficient and knowledgable.

I purchased my 2009 Acura TL on May 27th from Kevin Powell. Kevin was great. He treated me with respect and was very knowledgeable and a great change of pace from the sales guys I am used to from other dealerships. I was on a time crunch due to a birthday I was attending that day and Kevin worked extremely hard and fast (literally running from office to office) to make sure I was not late for the party. I appreciated him and Brian for speeding it up or me and when we couldn't finish he deal in time they let me take it as a loaner to show my family. They took care of me and Niello has been great following up with me. Now, everyone who compliments me on my new car I tell them to go see Kevin at Niello and get one just like it. Thanks Kevin

My husband and I were looking for a crossover SUV. We started out at Ford and Toyota in the Roseville auto mall. After wasting 4.5 hours of our life dealing with gimics and typical sales tactics we left. All we wanted to do was test drive a couple cars and find out their specials. Our last stop was Niello Acura, and we are sure glad it was. Not only did we get treated like adults, we received a level of service you would never come to expect during a car buying experience.Before we went down we spoke with Denise letting her know we were interested in a used MDX. When we walked in the door she immediately greeted us and had a list of available vehicles matching our needs and wants. We walked right out to the used car section, no walking in circles looking for cars, they were all right there. We found the perfect car that had everything we wanted within our budget. Of course, like everywhere else we wanted to drive it. While waiting for Denise to pull the car around the manager made a point to walk out of his office to talk to us about our daughter and we had a genuine conversation about our growing famlies. Since we had our 20 month old daughter with us, Denise took time for both my husband and I to not only drive the car seperately, but to show us several features along the way...no rush, she genuinely wanted us to learn everything about the car. She did this twice while me and my husband took turns entertaining our daughter.Once we finished the test drive she simply asked us what we would like to do. She gave me and my husband the space to discuss our day and evaluate what we wanted to do without hovering over our shoulder.Once we decided we loved the car and wanted to purchase it she said ok, let's get started. This was 8:00pm at night and the dealership was closed. We said we know your done for the night, we can come back. Denise said no way, we are here. In most cases you would think of course, they want to sell a car, but no, they were all there to walk us through the process including the store manager and finance manager.As for the negotiating back and forth, there was no need. Their used Acuras were priced so well that we didn't need to haggle over the price. I ran the blue book pricing on our choosen car and their price was lower than the blue book price, and that is not to mention it was a certified pre-owned.So, after getting everything squared away, financing approved (at 9:30pm at night) we were off to learn more about our car (there was someone ahead of us in finance). Denise again took her time showing us even more features. By the time we got into finance and got everything signed it was almost 11:30pm. I think we would have been done sooner, however we were trailing another couple. After all that and keeping everyone there so late we go to get into the new car to leave and my husband notices one of the head lights was out. They felt terrible!!! Of course they couldn't let us leave with the car (we were bummed), but they offered us a loaner first thing in the AM and would get the car fixed ASAP Monday.After all that we were sitting home on Sunday morning and received a call from Brian, the finance manager. He had good news for us, he said he did some more looking around with credit unions and found an even better rate for us. Not only that the credit union was offering a special interest rate for adding the inside and out protection package which even with that, lowered our payment. Keep in mind, we were done, papers signed and out the door. They went above and beyond to make sure we received the best deal. Incredible!!!Not only did we get a great car, for a great value, but we received service above and beyond our expectations. If you are looking for an Acura, I couldn't recommend a better dealer.

I would recommend Niello Acura without reservation. I recently leased my third Acura from Niello and, just like the previous times, my experience could not have been better. Every person with whom I interacted - from the receptionist to the sales representative to the service technician to the manager - was pleasant and helpful. It is clear that customer service is the top priority. Staff followed up with me to make sure all my needs were met satisfactorily and they were diligent in addressing every issue. I have referred friends to Niello and at least two have subsequently purchased Acuras. I fully expect my next car to be from Niello Acura as well.

Once you purchase your vehical good luck getting any help or service. Or even finding someone that cares to listen to you. I was treated well until I purchased the car, and then was treated very disrespectfully. I would not buy a car from them again.

I had a major service with a belt replacement. The belts might have been overtightened? but I have very high mileage on my car (360,000 at the time of writting) regardless I snapped a belt on the way home (the A/C belt). I called the dealer and talked with Larry the service manager, he offered to have a technician drive 60 miles to my place of work the next morning to fix it, exceptional service. Turns out it was a bearing in the pulley that died this caused the belt to snap. Niello took care of the belt issue and let me use a loaner, everything was no charge. I am very happy with Niello Acura and am planning to buy a new TL from them in the spring.
