JoAnn is a very pleasant person. She came up to me when I was on the car lot just looking at the many different models of cars. I originally came out looking for a 3 or 4 year used vehicle , because I'm retired and was concerned about a car payment exceeding my monthly budget. Well I test drove a used 2015 Rogue and it met some of the things I was looking for, mainly the payment. When Joann presented the payments and advised me , to consider an extended warranty to cover any unforeseen problems, she also mentioned leasing a new vehicle. After she told me about the benefits and that my payments would be lower I drove off with a brand new 2016 Rogue! I'm very happy!

I am an Internet shopper and purchased a new 2015 Nissan Armada in May 2016 from this dealership. My rating of the buying process and dealership does not reflect one specific problem, rather a series of issues. My residence is 115 miles from the dealership and I arrived early for my 10:00 AM appointment but had to wait 30 minutes to drive the vehicle because the battery needed to be charged. The day prior to making the trip I asked the dealership to confirm that I could buy the vehicle for the advertised price and received written reply saying "Great News... after speaking to my GM he stated that yes we will honor that price that you seen online...". The sales manager initially refused to honor the price but the dealership finally agreed to the advertised priced after a very lengthy period of time. The sales process took 4 1/2 hours to complete and it should have easily completed in 2 to 3 hours. During the final vehicle inspection we discovered the spare tire was missing and would have to be replaced later. Also when I got home I found heavy tape residue that needed to be removed from all four chrome wheels. I scheduled an appointment, 2 days in advance, with the dealership to take care of these two items and was told the tape residue would take fifteen minutes to remove and the spare would take a few minutes to install. When I arrived for my appointment I was told to expect 90 minutes to take care of these items --- their service department took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. My salesman was very nice and helpful but this is not the level of customer service I expect for a new vehicle, which should not have had these problems.

I came into Nissan South Holland on a Saturday at 9am. I was the first customer and Michael Johnson greeted us at the door and he was great. The process was very easy and fast. I came in with a pre-approved loan and was in and out in about three hours after purchasing a new 2016 Rogue. We went to the dealership, Nissan of South Holland, to look at an Altima. They let us look on the lot without intruding. When were leaving the lot, a sales rep, David, came out to assist. He never made us feel pressured, as I had felt at other dealerships. He was vey helpful. He sought the answers to the questions that he was unsure of. We actually bought a car that day, largely due to the relaxed atmosphere of the personnel.

This is my second car purchase from Nissan of South Holland. The first purchase I was not 100% pleased with, this purchase I am much more pleased with. Nissan really worked with me and took the time to explain all of my options to me in detail. The wait time is a bit lengthy but I'm assuming that happens often at car dealers. I was not necessarily interested in purchasing a new car but I wanted a lower APR and overall payment. After everything was done I ended up with a lower payment, lower APR and a new car. Overall I am pleased with my transaction, my second time, with Nissan of South Holland.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had when looking at a vehicle. I was told by the internet consultant (Kala) that i was approved for a 40,000 loan (after i filled out the online app) and to come in and get the vehicle I looked at on cars.com. I proceeded to make an appointment to come in the following weekend. Prior to coming I spoke with another sales rep that was in the store. She verfied my arrival date and time. Since I live about 2 hours away in Milwaukee, I called the day i was arriving to verify and salesperson said she was anticipating my arrival. Upon my arrival, my wife and I were seated ( it took 3 hours), we weren't greeted or offered water. I was then told that my paperwork wasn't ready and it was laughed off (we'd spoken twice prior to my arrival ao it should've been ready). As a result, i had to fill out another app;in doing so, my salesperson couldn't spell and repeatedly input incorrect information. After waiting for 35 min without our saleperson nor anyone else coming to check on us, i asked her if there was a problem and that we were still waiting, she returned and promptly stated that i wasnt qualified for the vehicle. Perplexed,I asked why and reminded her that Kala (Internet consultant) had already told me that i was approved. She said, "oh really..she's supposed to tell you that" What???!!..after another 30 min and absolutely nobody walking over to say "I'll be with you in a moment" or even acknowledge the fact that at this point we've been waiting almost an hour after driving for 3 hours..the finance manager returned and after some back and forth he told me that the car i was looking to purchase was "too much car for me" and proceeded to offer me a vehicle that WAS NOT what I was looking at and a year less than the one i drove there in. Completely dissatisfied and a complete waste of time and gas to drive down. Dont believe what the tell you at all. Lesson learned.

Upon walking into Nissan of South Holland, we were greeted by smiling faces and helpful employees. The dealership is clean and in a great location, right off the highway 94. We worked with Rhonda Collins and the experience was very smooth, easy and straight forward. She was helpful in answering all of our questions, working within our budget parameters and finding us the best deal. We came in initially expecting to buy a used vehicle and walked away with a brand new 2015 Nissan, right in our price range!
