This review is LONG over due but last year I had purchased a civic hybrid from an amazing salesman named Adolfo. He was very patient with me and finding the perfect little starter vehicle for me and my brother. I also had my civic serviced by Jose. He was able to have the battery replaced quickly and efficiently. He is very friendly and kind! He treated me like an old friend. Very casual which I love! I highly recommend him for all of your Honda service needs!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at North City Honda. There was clear communication from the beginning - I was given an out-the-door quote via e-mail that was fully honored in-person (none of the bait-and-switch quotes I've experienced from other dealerships in the Chicago area). I was given updates on inventory too, since I wasn't able to go to the dealership right away. Freddy Navarro was outstanding and provided excellent service. He gave a detailed tour of the car and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience (again, this was the opposite of what I had experienced from other Honda dealerships). I highly recommend North City Honda!

Jim and Ricardo took great care of me. They helped me find a beautiful car with amazing payments and low rate. I highly recommend them because they went out their way to make it possible to go home the same day with my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback and I thank them for their patience and how the process was so easy. Everyone was so friendly especially after knowing I was a veteran. Thank you North City Honda!! 😁

We bought a Honda Civic Hatchback from North City Honda last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. We went to other dealers before going to North City, but the experience was awful, they didn't have the colors I wanted, and they tried to push me to spend hundreds more on colors I didn't like, so we called North City first to make sure they had all the colors and went to the store. Ricardo, who is responsible for receiving us, is very responsible and actively strives for a better discount for us. By the time we finish the formalities, it is time to get off work, but this has not affected the quality of service at all. The after-sales service in North City is also very nice. A few days later, there were some minor problems with the car. I immediately drove to the store. The staff checked it for me and patiently explained the reason. It makes me feel at ease. In short, the experience of buying a car is very enjoyable. If my friends want to change cars in the future, I will certainly recommend them to this store, to Ricardo, I’m sure he will make you satisfied.

Had an amazing car buying experience at this dealer with a salesman named Anthony (Tony) Medrano! He made me feel welcomed and at ease and actually made the process simple and fun! He was able to get me into the exact car I was looking at, at a great price and I am overly satisfied with the service and product I received.
