I took the drive to Lunenberg after a bad experience with a closer-to-Boston store (whose trade-in offer wasn't even in the right ballpark). Before my first visit to North End Mazda, I used the trade-in value estimator that's on their website. I felt comfortable because the values were very close to KBB.com and the NADA online estimator. After readily finding me the exact Mazda 6 I wanted came the dreaded price and trade-in conversation. Except this time it was non-confrontational and easy. They honored (within a very few dollars) the trade in values and extended me the discount that I'd seen in the new inventory part of their website. I got a great deal on a car I love and I was treated respectfully all the way through. What more can you ask for? I'm a happy customer!

My experience at North End Mazda with Mark was great. He was professional and attentive throughout my entire car buying process. I felt beyond comfortable asking any question that came to mind and I was able to trust he wasn't giving me any packaged answers. When I picked up my vehicle Mark sat with me to go through the entire car, and I left feeling excited about my purchase- not overwhelmed or like I would need to thumb through manuals for hours. I just bought my 3rd car from Mark Atkinson at Northend. I refer people to him continually! He's honest, 'makes you feel comfortable about the whole process. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jeremy. Instantly he made us feel welcome, and gave us a list of cars too look at (it was raining out). He asked politely what we were there for, and asked budget without being too pushy like other dealerships can be. Within minutes he was able to show me a few cars, and within the hour I found the car I wanted. He was very friendly. and made the experience fun. always able to keep conversation while still being professional and giving us all the information needed about the car and process of buying. We were then introduced to Mike in the back office; Mike was just as friendly and knew how to keep things light. I really enjoyed both these guys in my process to purchase my first car, I will definitely be back when its time to get a new one.

I worked with Mark A. on the purchase of a new car for my wife. It was a birthday surprise for her. I knew specifically what car I wanted to purchase. Mark tracked down the car, had it delivered to the dealership, gave me a fair price that was consistent with what others were paying (online databases), and had the car ready for delivery on the date and time I needed to surprise my wife. Mark was amazing. Easy going, and there was no pressure to buy. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away (in my new car the next day!) Mark was great. Gave me his cell number so I could text him at anytime with questions. He, along with Eric when Mark was called away, went through all the features of the car with me, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left.Every person I interacted with, from Mark and Eric, to Adam in parts and Jesse who checked out my trade in, was friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely be returning in the future!

So I stopped in during my lunch break a couple weeks ago to check out the new miatas. When I went in I was greeted by Sabrina. I told her I had 30 minutes and She was very polite and Accomadating with my time.3 visits, a test drive, and a bunch of research later I have my new miata. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not once did we feel pressured into making a decision. I consider myself to be extremely cynical when it comes to car salespeople in general. I'm generally on edge and constantly find myself feeling very defensive whenever I go to purchase a vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised upon visiting North End Mazda that I didn't get that feeling. I was actually thrown off a little bit when I met with Ryan Condon and got a very laid back but friendly greeting and introduction to the dealership. I was very much put at ease by his pretty much no pressure, "you're the boss" approach. He was able to answer my questions, and let me set the pace and tone of our interactions without trying to steer me too hard towards things I wasn't interested in. During our test drive he let me focus on and enjoy the driving experience rather than distract me with the standard rapid-fire feature list, and answered questions about features and functionality only where I needed his help or if he could expand on things I said I had particular interest in. When it came time to get down to pricing, the entire staff was to the point and straight with me, and Ryan was quick to get me information I needed here too. Tom Liddle was efficient and thorough with getting my paperwork/financing in order, which was much appreciated. In the end, as I was taking ownership of my new Mazda 3, Ryan and Jeremy Whitman both went over the car with me from front to back and Ryan in particular gave me a very thorough and patient tutorial on the user interface and myriad of features in my new car. All in all I have to say that of the 3 dealers I visited during the course of my car hunt, North End Mazda was the only dealership where I didn't feel like I was at a... dealership. And that's a good thing!

This was our first trip to North End Mazda and we were certainly impressed with the "no pressure" atmosphere we experienced there. Jeremy went above and beyond any salesman we have ever dealt with to explain all the features of the car, all the options available, and what could match my needs. I was looking for a new mid sized car online and had narrowed it down to two cars. I went to local dealerships to check out inventory online and saw what I was looking for then went visiting. I was open with both dealerships that I was having a tough time choosing between the two online. The attention I got from Jeremy at North End Mazda was superior. I had a 237k+ 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback. The service department with the help of Adam, Andrew and the entire staff kept her up and running for almost 11 years (10.24.05 start date) Always so very friendly and kind. Willing to answer any and all questions you might have and explain the small things about what might be wrong with your car. They offer suggestions and best practices for maintenance. To that point, they tell you what is and is not needed at that time to help with the upkeep and cost of the car.

I had my vehicle service outside of north end Mazda. I started getting a thumping noise. I brought my vehicle to Mazda and had them look it over. Come to find out the other shop left my lug nuts loose on one wheel. I am very thankful the service staff at north end found that. I will be returning for service from this point on!

I gave the dealership this review because the communication was great and the transaction to lease a new CX-5 went smoothly. The specialist I worked with, Mark Atkinson, returned my phone calls, emails and text messages promptly and also answered all my questions in a timely manner as well as thoroughly. Mark took the time to go through all the features etc on the car with me at delivery and did a great job explaining everything. Jason from finance also returned a call I made to him to ask a question in a short period of time and was nice to deal with. I haven't dealt with the service dept as of yet so no comments on that front.

I had been looking for a 2016 Mazda Miata for over a month and had been unable to find a dealership that had the colors I was interested in buying. The internet pointed me to North End Mazda, which was well over an hour from where I live. It was well worth it. When I arrived Mark Atkinson had the two Miata parked end to end, so I could finally decide which I liked better. Then I was given the keys (actually the advanced keyless fob) to take the car for a test drive (alone!). When I returned I indicated that I wanted to buy the car and the less fun part of the process started. But even that was better than I expected, with Jason Cote doing the best that he possibly could interest rate wise). A few hours later I was on my way with my new Miata. Since I wasn't trading in my other vehicle, they were kind enough to park it in the back and let me leave it there until I could find a ride back to pick it up!No attempts to sell me VIN etching, undercoating, paint protector -- it was as pleasant as an experience as I've ever had buying a car...

Looking for used Mazda CX9, typically my husband does all this, but since traveling it was on me and I wasn't looking forward to it. I knew I wanted a used CX9, I used apps to find the cars and had been talking to a few dealers. I can't get over how rude and arrogant some car dealers are, when will they realize they need a sale we don't need them...there are many cars out there. I refuse to give our hard earned money to some jerk. I found a great deal at North End Mazda, Mark Atkinson was awesome. I only saw the car online, we live 1 1/2 hrs away, Mark was a huge help. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier.

This was my first time buying a new car. I researched compact SUV's and knew the CX-5 was perfect for me. I was weary of being swindled by the whole experience, but I have to say Mark Atkinson was honest and thorough when walking me through the CX-5. He allowed me to test drive all the models and get a great idea which was the best fit for me. I am extremely happy with the deal I got and the Touring model of the CX-5 is so much fun to drive. I drove an hour to use this dealership because of the stellar reputation and I was not disappointed.

Over the month or so before I bought my new 2016 Mazda3 i Touring hatchback from them, I must have looked at 10-12 cars at 8-9 dealerships (I also looked at the Fit, Civic, and Impreza). At other dealerships, most of the salespeople I encountered felt neither knowledgable nor trustworthy. Tom Heuer, Mike Atkinson, and Jason Cote knew their cars and were helpful and friendly. At no time did I think I was being given the hard sell (which stood in stark contrast to my other experiences). During the negotiation over pricing, they were patient, reasonable and transparent.Overall, this was a refreshing experience. Tom, Mike and Jason:stand-up guys all. My fiance and I needed to get a new car in the middle of both of us getting new jobs and our best friends wedding. We were busy with no time to spare. We worked with Mark Atkinson. This man is amazing! You don't get the "salesman" feel at all! He let us check out the cars on our own to talk out options. He gave us numbers for any options we were looking into. Because of our work schedules they offered to drive the papers out to sign and the car as well. After spending three full days at Toyota the last time we got a car, one of the guys timed beginning to end of the process just to see who was more efficient. By a landslide it was this dealership! I bring my vehicle to North End Mazda about every 3 months for the excellent service. I did not purchase my vehicle there, but when the time comes, if the sales staff is anything like the service staff, I will buy next one here. I love the car was at the end of the service. Nothing beats a clean car

For the first time in 35 years, I have just had a wonderful experience in buying a car. I searched for the right dealer for me by calling the service depts of various dealers, realizing that I will be dealing with the service dept for the life of my Mazda 3. I was very impressed by the svc mgr and asked to speak with the sales mgr. It was clear right away that I would come in to buy my car at North End. I bought the car with the help of Mark Atkinson, who is like the "Rock Star" of salesmen. He knows the car inside and out and can find a detailed answer to any question you might have. We discussed the car and the price very freely, as if I were buying a car from an old friend. At no time during our talk, did Mark presume that I would be purchasing the car. When all my questions and concerns had been addressed, I told him that I wanted to buy the car, and the rest was effortless for me. I never felt an obligation to buy the car, even after he had spent so much time with me. The lack of pressure allowed me the time and space to make a calm and clear decision. I am a very happy customer and will join the ranks of life-long North End buyers.

I am from out of state and the service staff was able to get me in same day. I did have to leave the vehicle over night and they were willing to get me alternate transportation. I went in for an oil change on my 2013 Mazda 6, When I got there, the service personnel reviewed my vehicle's history and noticed I had not yet done my 30k service. (currently at 34k) They went over what was included in the service. The price was fair for the services they offered. They told me it would be about 3 hours. I was not planning on that long, so they offered me a shuttle service which I thought was excellent. I ended up staying and getting some work done. They completed the full service including a bonus wash of the vehicle in about 2 hours 45 min. I was very surprised and happy they were able to complete it in such a timley manner when I was only scheduled for an oil change. Best part is, they went over my vehicle with a "full-circle" inspection. They went over any recommendations for next visit and explained that nothing was due today. It showed me they were not there to just sell me what ever they can. I felt very respected and will be returning for future services. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone I speak to. Thank you for the great service!

Although I did not purchase a Mazda, I did purchase a Subaru from North End Subaru. I recently received a phone call from the salesman I purchased the car from, Dave Graves, to follow up as it is the 3 year anniversary of the purchase of my car. The purpose of the call was to make sure I was still satisfied with the car and the service I had been receiving. First, I couldn't believe he would take the time to follow up after 3 years. I did mention that my ipod didn't seem to be working anymore with the USB port. Dave Graves took the time to call the service department to see what the possible cause was. He called me back to say that I needed a new USB port installed, and that he checked to see if the service department had the part in stock and, possible times I could get an appointment to best suit my schedule. Again, as always, Dave Graves went above and beyond what I would ever have expected. During that phone call, I found out he was now working in the Mazda building. As I have been more than pleased with his dedication to his job and customers, I was concerned he would no longer be my salesman. However, he assured me that I would still be his customer and to contact him with any concerns I had. I can defintitely say when I need a need vehicle, he will be the person I contact. Thank you North End Subaru and Mazda, and Dave Graves for the great service! I will be posting this review on both the Mazda and Subaru site.

I haven't bought a large amount of cars in my lifetime, but I have spent a good amount of time researching cars as well as going to dealerships. One of the reasons that I never felt as comfortable going to a dealerships is that I didn't want to have to play the game of price haggling or pressure from the sales team. I just want to go, learn a little about the model I am interested in and take a test drive.I had looked into this dealership after visiting several others (most towards the top of the list from dealer rater for Mazda's) and immediately liked where I was when I arrived. It is not the flashiest of showrooms, instead it's a simple place with great sales people with which I interacted with 3 total. All of them were great and none of them pushed the car on to me at all.The main contact I had was Mark Atkinson who I had contacted earlier through email. He spelled it out for me, explained the differences between the models and really let me decided which was best for me, even if it wasn't the higher priced model (I ended up going with the touring as opposed to grand touring for my needs.) Not once did he try to push me into buying or steer me towards something expensive, he really seemed to want to help me find the car that was right for me. He did it all with a smile as well.I liked that there weren't sales people huddled in the parking lot waiting for me to pull up, greet me and start barraging me with questions. It was a very laid back atmosphere in a beautiful part of the state. I should also say, that if you are looking to test drive a car, this is the perfect place as the traffic is light and there are plenty of longer roads around.At the the end of the day I locked in the purchase of my car 3 hours after getting there and was happy to do so. It was a great car buying experience and if I need to get another Mazda, this will be the first place that I will go to or recommend. Make sure to ask for Mark.

I had an excellent experience with Creighton, David, and Jason at North End Mazda. Chreighton took me on a nice curvy road to test drive the miata, which really showed its strengths, and spend quite a bit of time answering my questions and discussing the car. David helped close the deal with Andrew, and Jason did the finance documents. The process overall was simple and straightforward. North End Mazda is a fairly small dealership and offers several advantages; they are not pushy, the buying process is simple, and they are more likely to take care of you with servicing the vehicle after the purchase. In my experience, the prices are just as good as the larger dealerships. I would recommend North End Mazda and I highly recommend working with Creighton and/or David.

We have an '11 CX-9 that started making a funny noise. I bring it in and I'm told there is a TSB on the front differential and it will have to be replaced and covered by an extended Mazda warranty to cover the TSB. Worked with Mike Maillet- he immediately put me into a loaner CX-9 and sent me on my way. Mike did a great job of making this part of the transaction painless.The next day I get a call that the failed differential also destroyed the transmission and a new one would have to be ordered and it would take a couple of weeks to come in. Bracing for the worst, I asked Mike "Ooookaaayy...so where does that leave me?" His response: "That leaves you driving our CX-9 until your new differential and transmission are installed at no charge to you." I couldn't have asked for a better answer.Mike did a great job keeping me in the loop, and my CX-9 was returned and has been fine. The icing on the cake is the fact that the lower part of the front fascia had been pushed in by a snow bank. When we got home, we noticed that the tech at North End Mazda had pushed it back out/reset it for us, at no charge.Great store- highly recommended.

Even though there are two Mazda dealerships within 12 miles of my home (one of which is 2 miles away), I will keep going to North End Mazda even though it is 70 miles away. Mark, Andrew, and Tom were phenomenal in both their attention to my needs and my time constraints, as well as my financial situation. Living in a tight economy makes buying anything expensive something of a worry; being a single mother of four in a tight economy makes buying just about anything over $500 absolutely terrifying. For typical service like warranty maintenance and oil changes, the team is always flexible to work around my schedule and are very efficient in getting the work done and done well. For the times I have had to bring in my Mazda for other issues, the team has consistently been great at finding the cause and, not being content to just fix the immediate problem, run diagnostics to try to find the root of the issue at hand.As an example to the commitment of the team to service, There was also a time where the team went above and beyond by coming to me to help fix an issue on my car when my schedule did not permit me to bring my car in.

I am nearly a year late on posting this review and I feel bad but I kept forgetting. This is especially egregious because I think I tormented poor Mark A. with my indecisiveness. I started looking at cars in December 2013 (mostly only because Mazda had a program where if you test drove or bought a vehicle they donated volunteer hours to nonprofits which I thought was pretty awesome). I had so many different SUV's and cars I was thinking about that it took me months to pick one. I explained at the outset to Mark that I had no intention to buy until later in the year and he was totally fine with that. He let me test drive the car without him which I think is HUGE. I feel kind of uncomfortable test driving a car with a salesman - trying to come up with random chit chat for the duration of the ride because I typically do more than just drive it up and down the street. Mark even offered after the test drive that if I wanted to take it out and do some errands some morning to get a better feel for it in action I could do that. I have NEVER heard of a dealership offering that before. I ended up researching and test driving the Sub. Crosstrek which I thought was too low to the ground, the Honda CRV which was also shorter and I didn't like how the dash was set in and I thought harder to read, the Toyota RAV 4 and the Hyundai Tuscon. Only Prime Toyota let me take the car out by myself and only on the 2nd trip after I told the dealership that Mazda/Mark let me do it so they gave one to me while I had my Yaris serviced. Due to the extraordinary number of recalls that occurred for my Yaris in spring of 2014 I ended up speeding up my research process. I probably visited Mark 5 times between December and the purchase as I tried to figure out pricing and trade in. He was always very honest and up front with me, even if it meant telling me things I didn't want to hear. He has the patience of a saint. Once I decided on the Mazda CX-5 we figured out they didn't have what I wanted in stock so he took down my specifications and researched for a few days to find what I wanted from another dealership so they could bring it up. I had intended to buy a 2014 but thanks to his work it ended up working in my favor to buy a 2015. He got me a great price on my trade in - on the higher end of the scale. So thankful for their help including Tom in finance. Also - I LOVE the car. Seeing as how this has turned into the endless winter and we are living a real life version of Frozen, I can't even begin to say how wonderful this car has been in the snow and everything Mark told me about it was true. LOVE this car and kind of love North End for helping me out with it. OH - also back in September I ended up with a nail in my tire and since it was my first visit they removed the nail and patched it for free and gave me a free oil change (I think they do the first one free for everyone). But I still appreciated it.

I called the North End Mazda Service Department because I heard a noise comeing from my heater. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule - which for a busy MOM of 3 with a full-time job and that also takes 3 classes a semester was GREAT! I spent no more than 45 minutes total once I brought my MAZDA CX-9 in to be looked at, this time includes how long it took them to FIX the issue! (I just needed a new filter!) Mike Maillet was the service rep that I had spoken to when I made the appointment, he was there when I came in for the appointment and handed me back the keys when it was done! My thought of a good car salesperson is that s/he yaps constantly about how great the car is in the passenger seat during the test drive and will make you purchase it even you dont want it.Mark Atkinson is the exact opposite. He is an honest professional businessman that happens to be selling cars, understands and accommodates your needs, and will not pressure you to purchase anything that you do not want.I was moving to Massachusetts from other side of the planet looking for a limited model that was almost impossible to get in the US. After about a month of contacting dealers in the area, I found out that the most of the car salespersons have no respect for the customers and cannot be relied upon. They only want to know whether you can pay for the car and they want to have you commit in a day on over $30K purchase by giving you meaningless discounts, when they are not even certain they can deliver the exact car you want. I find it difficult to believe that these people are even in the business of selling cars, which is the second most expensive item you purchase in your life unless you are buying a boat. I found Mark and exchanged e-mails and Skype conversations with him for over 3 months, and I was finally convinced he is an honest person you can trust. He was timely and concise with his replies (even replies on his days off). I changed my purchase plans so many times during the period (Mazda to Subaru, different trims, different options, etc.). Mark was patient with me and found the car that I wanted, and after negotiating with his counterpart, he delivered the car on time (picked it up from a NY dealer over 250 miles away). There were some glitches, but Mark was open and honest about everything and I had him replace the damaged parts even after paying in full, gave me a free loaner during the service, and worked on the Christmas eve to deliver it and even gave me a full tank of gas upon visit. I even had him pick me up from 50 miles away as I had no other means of transportation, and I didnt have to buy a GM Saturn (not sure if people remember the early 90s TV ads, known for excessively annoying customer services), which I think are the ugliest cars ever made in the history of auto industry. If you are looking for an honest ethical business person that sells cars, Mark Atkinson is the person you will want to deal withI have been engaging in many business transactions to start a new life here. Unfortunately, Mark was the first person I did business with and I set my standards too high.Another thing is that he respects his customers and understands what the customers are paying and will work hard to meet your demands. I am not sure where he got his work ethics from, but someone has done a right job on him. I like the rest of the funky bunch at North End including Andy. The only area of improvement I wish for them is to give Mark the further authority to make engage in transactions so he does not need to run around to take up much of the customers time getting approvals. When a sales representative is assigned to a particular customer, s/he should have the appropriate delegation of authority to make the decisions in a timely manner.Anyway, very happy with the dealer.This is a repost due to original posted in the Subaru side. I started looking into Mazda then ended up buying a Subaru instead.

I first went to North End Mazda in 2009 on the advice of a friend. He does thorough research which I happily made use of. I was very pleased with the result. In autumn 2014 my sweet red car was crushed by a tree so I went back to NEM in November to buy a replacement. I had a great experience with David Worth, Jason Cote, Matt Lynch--and other personnel whose names I do not have. Their sales methods are clear and honest. And the car is a love. I recommend North End Mazda whole heartedly.

We had a fantastic experience leasing our brand new 2015 Mazda 3 at this dealership with the help of Mark Atkinson. We were seriously considering four cars (the ford fusion, kia optima, mazda 3 and subaru legacy). North End was the first dealership my wife and I went to. The attention was great; we were greeted with a friendly smile, and given the opportunity to drive multiple mazda 3s (the s and i models), as well as the Mazda 6. The cars were brought out for us and were pre-warmed. While we waited for the car to warm, they offered us beverages and allowed us to wait inside. We were given an overview of each car prior to heading out on our test drive, and Mark gave us the option of testing the cars out for as long as we wanted to get a good handle on their driving feel (which was a nice touch). In addition to the Mazdas, we were also able to test drive the Subaru Legacy and the Subaru Impreza, again without restrictions. Upon finishing our test drive, we were honest with Mark and told him that we were still in the research phase of the process, which he completely understood and welcomed. He told us to contact him at any time with any questions whenever we were ready to move forward (i.e. no pressure to buy right then and there) and he told us that he wasn't going to spam us with email or call us incessantly (which we appreciated). This attention to customer service was even more appreciated following our experience at other dealerships - at the kia dealership we visited, the sales person was extremely pushy, neglected to pay much attention to my wife as a customer (his attention was mostly focused on me - to the point where my wife wasn't even given his business card - completely off-putting to my wife) and then came straight out and asked what it would take for us to sit down and start the paperwork - even though we had told him we were not in it to buy the car that day and that we were still in the research phase; when we went to the Ford dealership, we didn't get the salesperson's name and he didn't even ask for ours, he just went and fetched the fusion we were considering - didn't even warm it up for us or bothered to walk us through the settings of the car). Unsurprisingly, we went back to Mark a few days later for a longer test drive of the Mazda. Again, Mark offered to have us drive the car for as long as we wanted, and we drove the car all over for at least an hour (highway, backroads, etc, to fully run it through the paces); once it was confirmed that we absolutely loved the 3's features and feel on the road, we started the purchase process. Again, Mark went above and beyond for us - the negotiation of the purchase price of the Mazda we wanted was uncomplicated - he even offered to show us the invoice for the car to show us how much the dealership payed for the car - again, a nice touch. We negotiated the car price to the invoice price, chose our color and options, and started to work the numbers, at which point Tom Liddle got involved (Who was also very helpful and easy to work with). We inquired about leasing rather than buying, to which they were most helpful as this was my first lease ever. They were upfront with the money factor, how putting a down payment or not would affect the monthly price, and so on. They answered all my questions about the lease, such as gap insurance, excessive wear and tear, the fee for extra mileage, etc. We agreed on a term for the lease that would work for our budget, and that was that. Over the course of the next 4 days, Mark was extremely responsive to my emails. And, although we originally told Mark that there would be no trade as we had other plans for my old car, in the end, we sold my old car to the dealership and that was a smooth process too, to which we got a value for my old car that was fair - we may have gotten a higher price if we shopped it around, but the convenience and ease of working with North End made up for the price difference. They cut us a check and now we have extra money in our pockets that we can use monthly to pay for our new Mazda, which we love. When we went to pick up our new car, Mark introduced us to the service department, told us about their Rewards program (which is a pretty nice additional benefit), and offered to help us from here on out with anything else he could assist with (service appointments, questions about the car, etc). They also offered to cancel the registration on my old car for free to save me the hassle of dealing with the RMV myself (priceless as MASS RMV is the biggest time suck in existence). Overall, extremely satisfied with the entire process; at no point did I feel like I was being swindled, taken advantage of, or tricked into a bad deal - Mark and his team were all very transparent throughout the entire process . Lots to talk about, S We had all are questions answered. They were great. The service is great. The technology in the 2015's is incredible. So much to learn. They will answer questions over the phone or in person. They are very supportive. I was very loyal to a different brand, but, Mazda 3 has more bells and whistles. I bought a new car. I had no intentions of buying at this time. I was still shopping. I love my new car and I have found a great dealership. Thank you.

Who ever says "I look forward to going to getting my car worked on at the dealership"? Well, I do! The guys over in the Mazda Service Dept. will answer all your questions thoroughly and truthfully. They are friendly and they really listen to what you have to say! Their work is spot on, and they will not make you do anything that's not needed. I've tried other mechanics and always find myself circling back to the dealership so that they can fix the mistakes. They've saved me more than once, and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this dept. for all your service needs!

This is my third Mazda, first time buying from North End Mazda. It's a bit of a hike to get there, but I'd researched available inventory online and NE Mazda had what I was looking for. I was surprised when Wayne offered to let me take the car (a used 2014 Mazda CX-5) home and test drive it through my commute; I couldn't come back the next day, so he let me keep it for two days. That gave me enough time to both drive the car in a variety of situations and have my mechanic check it out. Wayne also took the time to price out multiple options for me, including new v. used. I'm usually leery of buying a used car, but in this case I was able to get all the information I needed, and the price I wanted, to be confident in my choice. Wayne and all the staff that I met over my several visits were always friendly and helpful. They even provided a loaner so they could touch take care of some paint issues for me. I would definitely recommend Wayne for a low-stress, no-pressure car-buying experience.

I was looking for a daily driver and was comparing a couple of brands such as Honda and Toyota. My parents have owned them in the past. I heard about the highly rated Mazda 3 but was uncertain about Mazda and the brand until I met with David. He was very kind and attentive about my needs and very knowledgeable about all the cars I was comparing not only Mazda. He was able to explain all the features about all the cars not only the Mazda. I feel that he really cared. Not only did he care about my use for the car he was very proud to show off his dealer ship so much so I meet with Andrew his manager who was very helpful and friendly. The whole process was very easy and I feel the care more about me getting the absolute best possible service and the best price than I did. I learned a lot and would never go to another dealer ship again. They welcome me as if I was apart of the family and it was really nice to have that feeling when I Left. I recently had some damage happen to the bottom of my Mazda 6 during a massive downpour. I was able to take it right to North End Mazda and have it looked at the same day thanks to Mike Maillet in Service. Steve was the mechanic who took a look at the work, assessed it, patched me up so I could drive while I waited for the part to come in. I was able to get it fully repaired within a few days. The service and people at North End Mazda are top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime but have never felt the need to write a positive review about a dealership. I can't say enough about the staff at North End Mazda. They're not only friendly and knowledgeable but you can tell they actually care about what they do. More often than not, you feel like you are just fodder for a salesman's commission. It was the absolute opposite here. Mark was laid-back and honest from the get go. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy. He was attentive and informative when needed without being aggressive. I was able to test drive multiple cars without the typical yappy salesman sitting next to me making small talk when all I want to do is feel and hear the car. I drove 30 miles out of my way to check out a specific model at this dealership and although I ended up buying a different car, I could not be more happy. I would buy here again in a heartbeat. I got a great deal on a great car and drove away knowing that the "process" really can be pleasant.

Update (Nov-12-2014) - Matt from NE Mazda got in touch with me almost immediately following my review from last week and took complete ownership of my poor experience, even offering to bring me a loaner car at work to save me a trip. The work is being done at this moment, but I am assuming it will be the same quality as I have been accustomed to in the past. Hopefully my bad experience was just a fluke, as it was definitely not what I would have expected from NE Mazda.Original review (Nov-8-2014):On my previous visit to NE Mazda (several months ago), I had a very good (probably the best) experience at a service appointment I have ever had. The manager and tech were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. At that time, they made me aware of an issue with my transmission pan, and suggested I get it replaced on my next visit. On (Tuesday) November 4, I set up an online appointment for (Saturday) November 8. While creating the appointment, I specified that I needed an oil change, a replacement headlight, and the aforementioned transmission pan. I did this because I knew the part needed to be ordered, and I wanted to give enough time for it to arrive.When I arrived at the dealership, the manager indicated that he had seen the note in the online appointment. A few minutes later, while I was waiting, he informed me that the part needed to be ordered, and it would be available in a few days. I told him that I live over 40 minutes away, and coming to this location wasn't exactly convenient for me, but I decided to do it due to my previous experiences. I requested that they complete the oil change and headlight repair. I don't understand the point of allowing a customer to specify details like this, only to ignore them completely. This is extremely frustrating to me. Skip ahead a few hours after leaving the dealership, when the sun was starting to go down. I turn on my headlights and don't see much of a difference from the day before. Upon inspecting the lights, I saw that the same light that I had reported as not working was STILL not working. I double checked my work order, and it clearly stated that the bulb was changed and tested. Additionally, the tech supposedly performed their "full circle service" inspection, which includes verifying the exterior lights are working. I called the dealership immediately to complain, but the service department had already closed. I will be calling them tomorrow to discuss this further. If it is convenient for me, I may return to the dealership to get the bulb fixed, but subsequent to that, I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I went to North End Mazda over the weekend to see if they could help me get out of the car situation that I was currently in... I must say I was in a little bit of a pickle and didn't even know if buying a new car was even possible as I was very upside down. Mark was a "no bull shit" kind of guy and seemed to generally care. Had to go in for my first oil change but ended up getting a flat tire. When I called to change my appointment and add the tire, they were very accommodating. When they couldn't get the tire that day but the next day they called me back and let me know. I had previously bought a tire hazard. They called the company and took care of everything! Everything went very smoothly, no problems whatsoever. I was very happy that I bought the car here and I am happy that the service that goes with the car is just as great!

I don't have a local mazda dealer in my area, so i spent one afternoon calling several mazda dealers in new england. mark immediately stood out as someone I wanted to work with, so at the end of the day he was the only dealer that I called back. He offered competitive pricing, but more importantly he offered exceptional customer service. He would always answer any questions I had, and was completely transparent about pricing and everything else. We ran into some trouble with registering my car because of VT registration laws, so Mark ended up having my car delivered to my door!! I purchased a new Mazda 3 after a lot of research on a new car to be used for my 55 mile commute. Mark was friendly and informative, and there was no pressure as he took me through the details of the car and steps of the process and explained my options. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Mazda 6. From the very start, Wayne Brown was professional, easy to talk to, and did not present any sales pressure. We had already had two Mazda 5's and one Mazda 3 and I was ready for a change. It was so easy to trade in my Mazda 5 and have Mark A. help me find something that worked for our family. We no longer needed the extra seating the Mazda 5 gave us but I liked the high ride and sporty feel the CX-5 offered. I purchased two Mini Coopers from this dealer - indeed, the great experience I had with the first purchase prompted me to purchase from them again. Mark Atkinson was our sales person - he was friendly, casual and informative. He didn't hover, like some car salespeople do, allowed my husband and I to confer and make our choice, but always available if I had any questions. Any interaction I had with the other people there was very pleasant - nice, friendly people. No pressure. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat. Jason, the finance person, was efficient and friendly. There was another person who was also helpful, forgot his name, but he handled the paperwork. Glowing review, all in all.

I came down looking specifically for a Madza 3 that I had done some fair amount of research on before heading down. When I got there Ivan was professional and very courteous. I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly what I was looking for and within minutes he was happy to help me get the car that I was looking for. Unfortunately, after minutes of searching he was told that the car I was looking for had already been gone and out for a test drive with another customer and basically sold. He then suggested two cars that were about the same price and style that I was looking for. Overall he was very pleasant and very apologetic. The reason why I rate the price and the overall experience so horribly was because the 2011 Madza 3 was priced 2 grand less and had 10000 less miles than the car that became my second choice which was a 2010 Madza that was kind of beat up for $15g price tag. The general manager not only didn't even come to talk to me about changing the price, but he didn't even acknowledge my presence as he was "too busy". I would have come back for the car but after thinking about what a joke the price was and after Ivan had suggested I hop into a new car, I figure with the lack of interest I received from the sales manager I wouldn't get more respect coming back the second time around. Kudos to Ivan for his great attitude and his professionalism. It's a shame he doesn't work for somewhere where they show a little more courtesy to the customers.

North End Mazda was the first place I started my car shopping. I talked to Mark about my price range and he give me some ideas. I spent about 3 hours with him as he showed me some different cars and helped me figure out what I wanted. I loved the CX7 he showed me! I did shop around some other places that day but at the end still liked the CX7 and went back to buy it. Mark explained all the paperwork to me and made sure I understood it all. After I purchased the car he even made sure I knew what all my new features were and how to use them!! I was so stressed about having to shop for a new car but he make it so easy for me. I was dreading having to buy a new car. The last time was 10 years ago and I just remember slimy dealerships/salespeople. This time, we had visited at least 5 dealerships for various cars because I wasn't sure what I would like and wanted to test drive all my choices then narrow it down further from there. As soon as we got to North End it was a very different experience. First off Wayne Brown was very personable and friendly. We told him we wanted to test drive a couple of cars. He got the keys and let us go off ON OUR OWN. This floored us because at every other dealer we couldn't go without a sales person. I had not narrowed my choices down at that point so we thanked Wayne and were leaving. He did not badger us for our info or anything like other dealers. He simply gave us his card and said to let him know if he could help us! No pressure at all. A few weeks later I did end up emailing Wayne and he got back to me right away. I had narrowed my choices down to 3 cars at that point and wanted to test drive again. We actually went to another Mazda dealer because we were in the area and were told that in order to do a real test drive we had to make an appointment during the week to take it under real world conditions! We went back to North End and Wayne and told him that and he was amazed. His philosophy is: A 5 mile drive and 4 right turns does not exactly simulate real life driving. We couldn't agree more! He actually let us take 2 cars off again on our own for a real test drive. I did end up buying a car from Wayne and have been extremely happy with that decision. He has been absolutely helpful the entire time. Another thing my boyfriend noted was that Wayne was very direct and as soon as he knew it was me buying the car, a woman, he still spoke directly to me and not to my boyfriend as at other dealers. We thought that was noteworthy. Wayne just felt like an old friend and not someone just trying to make a sale.I would recommend Wayne and North End to anyone who is buying a car even if it isn't a Mazda or a Subaru. Even after the sale, Wayne continues to answer my emails/be helpful. In the future, no matter what car I am looking for I would start with Wayne first.

We found Wayne Brown to be the most patient, knowledgeable, genuinely warm, no pressure sales person we deal with and we worked with 6 dealerships! He quickly answered phone calls and emails as we coursed through the possibility of leasing versus buying and if we should buy new or newer used. He was supportive and gave us the data we needed to help us find the best fit . We didn't end up buying a car from him for the only reason being that North End didn't have any remaining 2013 ( last model year) Mazda 3s left and there were very good deals from one dealership trying to clear them off their lot. Wayne, honest guy he is, mailed us back the deposit check we'd placed on a used 2012 Mazda 3 on his lot once I told him we found a great deal on the perfect new 2013 Mazda 3 elsewhere.We will certainly go to North End for our next car! Women are often treated terribly by folks working in the auto industry, be it for repairs or sales, so as a woman, I am always hesitant and anxious about my car. The experience with North End Mazda ran diametrically opposed to the norm. It began with my inquiry about a Mini Cooper for sale that I sent via their website. My first contact was with Mark Atkinson. He didn't send me a sales email, rather, he asked me for my permission to contact me to talk about the car and answer any of my questions! I was so impressed by this respectful approach that I immediately responded via email. I had a number of questions that Mark answered and, again, he applied no pressure to come test drive the car or to push me toward a sale. A few days after the initial contact, I made an appointment to test drive the car I had seen...a used Mini Cooper. I took a friend with me, another female, and Mark again was friendly, helpful, and respectful. He had the car running and waiting for us. We were allowed to test drive the car by ourselves....something the other dealership I visited didn't allow.I fell in love with the car during the test drive. Mark asked us how we liked it and if there were any problems with the vehicle. I initiated the negotiations. That was so refreshing! Instead of chomping at the bit to make the sale, Mark was concerned about our experience with the car. The negotiations were quick, fair, and honest. I came with a preapproved bank loan and worked with Jason Cote who found me a better deal at another bank! The car came with a warranty and I decided to purchase the extended warranty that covers more than I could even list here...an excellent warranty program! The day I picked up my car, it was raining buckets outside but that didn't deter Mark from squatting in the pouring rain to put on my new plates and make sure everything was in order before I drove away. He didn't just shake my hand "good-bye" but made sure I had his cell phone number to call him if there were any problems, concerns, or questions about the vehicle...and not just for now but for as long as I have the car. While Mark was tending to the set up of my car and registration and so forth, Jesse Manning stopped in and we had a nice chat. I expressed how much I appreciated Mark's approach and that I was treated with respect and dignity and fairness. Jesse explained his philosophy that is shared by the staff at North End Mazda, and that is everyone deserves to be treated well and an honest business is the only kind of business worth having. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to the dealership, but every minute and every mile was so worth it! Courteous, respectful, honest staff that helped to put me into the vehicle of my dreams at a price I could afford...and even saved me money over my own bank of 10-years! I look forward to regular visits to Lunenburg and North End Mazda for all of my servicing needs and future vehicle purchases. I thought a trustworthy car dealership was an oxymoron...turns out, North End Mazda is the real deal...a TRUSTWORTHY car dealership! I am so grateful for their help, for making the purchase of this car a pleasant experience, and treating me like an intelligent, competent adult worthy of respect. For every woman (and man) out there....this is the place for your automotive needs!

I actually went to Wayne because of all the wonderful things I had heard about him. I was actually looking for a very specific Subaru, but since the dealership works so well together, they were able to coordinate and allow me to work with Wayne, rather than making me go next door. My 10 year old Mazda 6 was starting to break down and the cost of repairs finally brought me to the point where it was time for a new car. I test drove multiple vehciles and settled on the Subaru Crosstour. I really love the new car (well love everything except the voice recognition system and bluetooth phone book for the phone, which I and having a lot of trouble with - otherwise the car is fantastric). The dealer experience was very good. The Mazda service team did their best to support me with my 6 and then Mike Babineau and Wayne Brown in sales were extremely helpful in working with me to select my new car. I test drove several vehicles and there was no pressure during the process. I felt like they were helping me select the right vehicle as opposed to trying to push me to buy. With my car breaking down, I was also really appreciative of the team's willingness to provide loaner vehicles until I was able to get the new car. All in all I was happy with the way I was treated, the courtesy / respect shown to me as the customer, and the price I paid. I woudl recommend Mike and Wayne and I would recommend the dealership.

I had a great car buying experience! I was actually referred to this dealership and I am so glad that I decided to venture over there! I picked my subaru out the same day of the sale, asked if it could be ready same day and Mark Atkinson AKA Markie Mark made it happen! The first purchase was such a satisfying experience in that, after thorough research, I felt that I was treated fairly with the price, all questions were answered to my satisfaction, all requests were met ... and the fact that the car was used and they let me drive it 20 miles to have my mechanic look it over. In addition, after purchase whenever I had a question or a concern I called Mark and he immediately put me in touch with the person I needed to speak with or he did the ground work himself on my behalf. Mark is the quintessential sales consultant that offers great service from initial contact through the sale and into ownership. Dedicated, excellent customer service with a personable touch. When I decided to buy a second Mazda, I texted him, told him the car I wanted from NorthEnd's inventory and that since I was so satisfied with my first purchase he would get the first opportunity to impress. Then he patiently worked with me to get the price I wanted through text messaging. Professional, patient, eager to get you in the car that you want, not the car he wants to sell you. Over a two week period we were able to hammer out a fair deal without face to face contact. Versatile, able to adapt and still come through with a great price and great service. So, when I decided to get the CX-5, again I called Mark and gave him the first opportunity. One of the many things he does is ensures that the sale, preparation and pick up go smoothly. Each time I bought a car, he sent a driver or picked me up himself to get me to the dealership and I live 25 miles away. In addition, he was always available even if it was an off day. Between me and my husband this makes our 5th purchase from Northend Mazda. The Mazda brand is by far the best we have ever owned but Northend is also by far the best dealer also. They go above and beyond to help you find a vehicle to meet your needs and then they take it a step further and give as much help with financials as possible. When you work with them they treat you like well-loved family. They never hard sell. It took me nearly a month and 3 test drives to finally decide to buy and they never pressured me. My hesitation had nothing to do with brand name but everything with my worries about having a teen driving in the near future and wanting to do what is best for that situation. When I had questions, there was always someone available to answer via phone or e-mail. I got a great deal on my trade in (which I bought from them) and absolutely love my new 3 hatchback. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Went to several dealers before North End Mazda and and was very unhappy with their ways of making me wait around for long perionds of time while my salesman disappeared, my questions answered with a series of statements that never really gave me an answer or addressed my concerns. Not willing to find the color and style I was looking for in their models - only wanted me to take what was on their lot.My salesman at North End Mazda did not push me, stall me or try to sell me something I didn't really want. He listened to me, was patient, informative and respectful. Going outside his dealership to find me what I really wanted. This is not my first new car over the years but it is the FIRST time I have purchased my new car and walked away LOVING my car, my salesman and this dealership.

I was on the search for my dream car, and at North End Mazda, I found it. Not only did I find a great sports car in automatic, but I was pleased to find out that the car was still brand new despite being 2 years old. Fellow car shoppers: Working with Wayne Brown at North End, my wife and I recently bought a 2011 Mazda CX-7. We are completely satisfied with the car, the price, and overall buying experience. This, I should mention, is a credit to Wayne specifically. Even though we were looking for a newer used car and our budget slightly overlapped with the price of some new cars, instead of pushing us toward something we didn't want, Wayne actually listened to our needs, respected our price range, and, once we found what we were looking for, negotiated a fair deal. I will also mention that, instead of the normal 'let me go talk to my manager' BS, it was obvious that Wayne actually advocated for us, and helped us work out a number of complexities pertaining to our our out-of-state purchase. Elsewhere, I've had miserable past experiences with car shopping, and specifically, with abrasive, evidently deaf, and quite simply dishonest car salesmen. I'm quite sure I'm not the only one. So, I'm posting this in the hopes of alleviating some of the suffering of my fellow car shoppers, and hopefully to send some well-deserved business to an honest and friendly salesman. - Daniel M.

I had a really nice experience working with Tom Sawvelle to purchase a new Mazda CX-5. I had done my research ahead of time and knew what I wanted. Tom was not pushy and was very patient with my time. I really hate the thought of purchasing a vehicle and having to deal with car salesmen, and the length of time it usually takes to fill out paperwork, haggle on prices, etc I always leave feeling like they got the better end of the deal. It wasnt that way this time with Tom at North End Mazda - I felt like he realy tried to work with me. It was a great atmosphere, most of the staff was very friendly and helpful and I love my new car!

We purchased a new Mazda 6 from Jason Cote back in July 2012 and had a terrific experience. Car shopping after "credit issues" just plain stinks. Every dealer you go to tells you they can get you financing - then you find out it's at 10% for 84 months. Not at North End. Jason and Tom know their lenders and work to get the best deal possible for YOU. Jason is up-front, no BS, and no pressure. He knows what current rates and programs are, and can give you a very close estimate of payments on any vehicle within minutes, You don't spend 3 hours in the showroom while he tries to talk you into more car than you need or more options that you can't afford. He doesn't make 37 trips back and forth between his manager and his financing department. He really, truly is there to get you the best deal he can on the right car for you.Fast forward 6 months and we were vehicle shopping again for a second car/truck. I was primarily in the market for a full-size pickup and looked at Chevys, Fords, Nissans, Dodges, etc. I became less enthusiastic about the process with each dealer I visited, each one a time-sucking 3 hours or more of agony as I waited in some salesman's chair for a test drive, price quote, financing question, etc. Why can't it be easy?Completely disgusted with the whole process, I came to grips with the realization that I could not afford a pickup for the monthly payment in my head and instead focused on a SUV/crossover. We loved our Mazda 6, and had no doubt I would love a CX-5, so I picked up the phone and told Jason I was on my way. When we walked in to North End Jason was there to greet us with a smile despite the fact he was already staying past his initial departure time just for us, and he had us on a test drive within minutes. He assured me he could get me into an AWD CX-5 at the terms I was looking for, and he didn't disappoint. In under two hours we had signed papers on a new ride, at a lower rate and less months than our first car. All they needed to do was prep and register it and we could drive it away the next day. The service department even managed to squeeze in an oil change on the Mazda 6 while we were there for the new-vehicle pickup.After two great experiences at North End, you would have a hard time convincing me to go anywhere else.

I drove 45 minutes to Lunenburg because the Mazda dealers in the Worcester area treated me, a single woman, like an idiot because of my limited knowledge of cars. I found North End Mazda on the internet and stopped in after work just before closing time. I was fortunate enough to meet with Wayne Brown who took the time to show me all of my options regarding my new car purchase. He was patient, respectful, and honest, and I felt very comfortable with him. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I would recommend North End Mazda to anyone because of Wayne's professionalism. We went to see a preowned VW Tiguan they had listed in cars.com for some time. First I called them up to make sure the car was still there as Lunenberg is a long way to drive. Bob Waite answered my call and we arranged to see the car on Sunday. When arrived, the car was already up front and Bob greeted us. He was friendly and very down to earth, not like your usual, over-slick and pushy car salesman. We took the VW for a test drive along with Bob. And then for comparisons, we asked if we could test drive a preowned Mazda CX-7. Bob accomodated that request without hesitation. My wife and I then talked numbers with Bob, and we needed some time to think it over. All the while Bob was never pushy. In the end, we told Bob we needed more time and that we'd go for a short drive to think it over. Bob didn't hesitate to suggest taking the VW out again. By the time we got back, it was well past closing time and most of the dealership had already left. Bob never mentioned closing time and gladly stayed to let us mull it over.In the end, we decided to buy the VW and have it financed through the dealership. We worked with Tom the business manager (who was also very accomodating!) and we drove the car home on Tuesday.We would highly recommend North End Subaru and certainly Bob Waite. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

I don't like buying cars because of the thought I have about car dealerships and the sales people. Well, North End Mazda is the total opposite of what you might expect! They were amazing! I felt like I was talking to a friend while on my test drive and talking numbers, rather than someone trying to sell me a car. I had never dealt with North End Mazda before and walking in, I wasn't sure what to expect. I first was introduced to Jesse Manning, the sales manager, who told me someone would be right with me. (He was in the middle of figuring out a trade in price for someone). I was outside looking around for only a few seconds when I heard someone (Jay Nicosia) say my name (to be greeted by name-and have said correctly! was amazing) I had called the night before saying what I was interested in and they had already pulled it around front for me and off we went! I knew what I wanted because I had already looked online, Jay knew that so he didn't push but told me just enough information on the test drive and was able to answer the few questions that I did have.Afterwards, when numbers were being worked, I was upfront and said I didn't want to do an impulse buy and I honestly was only thinking of test driving the Tribute today and that I had one more place to go test drive. Both Jay and Jesse weren't pushy after I said that and gave me their cards and said to call if I had any other questions. I left, went for the other test drive, was at that dealership for about 15 minutes before I realized it didn't compare to North End Mazda. I turned around and went back and purchased my 2011 Mazda Tribute from North End Mazda. Once all was said and done and the paperwork was complete, it was almost 45 minutes past their closing. No one rushed me as I cleaned out my old car and put it into the new Tribute. They were all nice and said if I had any questions to call or email them.Jay Nicosia was a great salesperson and everyone else I met there, was extremely nice as well. I'm actually looking forward to my first oil change because I'm sure their service people will be just as amazing. Needless to say, North End Mazda now has a customer for life

The service and parts departments have been excellent to my wife and I since we bought our Mazdas in January. Ron and Roger in the service department have taken the time to learn my name and why we have the cars we own. It means a lot to a customer to feel like you are being taken care of. This has allowed them to help me and my wife keep our Mazdas in top shape throughout the winter without a single problem. We have also added accessories to our cars to fit our lifestyles. Boyd in parts has been key in helping us pick the right snow tires for last winter and the right accessories for our cars. My Mazda3 preformed beautifully all season. This was a terrific buying experience, the best I've had. I asked information on a car via Mazda's website and Jesse Manning responded with an email as I requested, rather than calling as other dealers did. He quickly sent me a quote that was very reasonable, and followed it he next day with another email telling me of a rebate Mazda had just added, and telling me to lower his price by that amount. When I asked for a color he didn't have, Jesse offered to find one, and did even better by locating a left-over car after I said I'd seen some available. Jason Cote handled the actual delivery, as it was Jesse's day off. I met and dealt with several people there. Matt Lynch in the service department stood out, not only explaining the maintenance schedule on my car and the services they offer, but in setting me up quickly with a spare key. I traveled more than an hour to get to the dealership and would cheerfully go farther than that to buy from them.

After several bad snowstorms, I noticed that the right side of my front bumper was not flush with the headlight. I later found out, after talking with Hank, that the right front bumper clip was broken. The part was ordered and a week later, the job was completed free of charge. In addition, routine inspection and an oil change was done. I highly recommend North End Madza service because of their excellent service, courteous staff, and knowledgeable technicians.

I purchased my 2004 Mazda 6S new from North End with only 83 miles on it. I have always had it serviced there and the service has continually improved over time. The service department has always been honest and fair. They notify me of recalls and tell me when a repair or scheduled maintenance is coming up so that I can prepare financially and/or research options (e.g. type of tires). In recent years, the service department personnel have become even friendlier. They are friendlier on the phone and in person, schedule me for service on short notice, advice me of cost saving options, and treat me as a friend. When I go in with a mechanical issue or concern, they take the time to explain the diagnosis, why the problem occurred, and my options. Roger, the parts department staff, the technicians, and all North End staff that I have encountered over the years are knowledgeable, work hard, take pride in their jobs, and do much more than what is required of them. I believe in the North End Service Department and, after purchasing a used vehicle from them with Jason Cote a month ago, plan on having my familys second vehicle serviced there as well. North End Mazda values the business of their customers and expresses it through their actions. When I first started getting my car serviced there, I was surprised that they washed my car when I got it serviced. It was really nice, saved me time, and kept me proud of my Mazda. Over the years, I have had to get extensive work done on my vehicle on several occasions after hitting a pregnant deer, running over a raccoon on the highway, being victim of a hit and run in a parking lot, getting dented rims and flat tires on potholes, etc. Depending on the extent of the damage, North End either fixed my car or recommended a body shop and helped me make arrangements. While they were fixing my vehicle, they sometimes let me use a rental vehicle. In fact, when I purchased the used vehicle, our trade-in was inoperable and we were given a rental car so that we could both go to work while it was being prepared. Thanks to North End and their staff, after years of ownership, I am still proud of my Mazda!

My wife and I spent some time test-driving different cars from different dealerships. We had the ride and experience in mind that we wanted, but not the make or model. Jason was very patient and thoughtful throughout the process. We still had a few cars outside the dealership to test-drive and he was understanding.We felt no pressure, just good information. Jason listened to our needs and helped us make the right choices based on what we were looking for. After buying a new Mazda3 from this dealer in August, my wife and I were so pleased with both the car and the dealer that we returned to buy ANOTHER new Mazda3 from them in December! Our experience with this dealership is a pleasant change from what you get at most other shops. North End is always low-pressure and they don't play alot of the usual silly negotiating games. Can up from PA to buy a leftover 2010 Miata from North End Mazda. Made the deal over the phone with Valdez and was treated fairly. Came up with a trade-in that brought a fair value and what I feel represented a good deal for both parties. The staff was courteous and did everything they said they would do. Am awaiting mats and splash guards that were ordered for delivery after I made the pick-up. All in all was a good, low pressure experience.

I actually bought the Mazda 3 from a Subaru salesman on the other side of their lot. Great experience there, but recently I was having an issue with a minor oil leak. I dealt with their Service side and found them to be very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. In particular, Roger Hanks was exceptionally helpful and gave me some great advice when they discovered it was the drain plug that had not been put on correctly by a oil change shop "technician." The best part was there was no charge. I know that people often share horror stories about dealing with the service departments in dealerships, but I have found North End Mazada's service to be excellent. Highly recommended!!

Jason went above and beyond to help us as we shopped for 2 cars. He took the time to help us explore both new and used cars. He was also patient with us in the amount of time it took for us to finally settle on our decisions. I appreciated his ability to listen to my needs and not push me in a different direction. We admired his ability to be helpful yet not pushy. Last evening I had a headlight blow on my Mazda3 (and being a do-it-yourself type of person,) I thought about stopping at an auto-parts store picking up a bulb, and changing it myself. But because it looked very tight behind the headlamp I called Roger. He immediately stated that because it was a "Safety Issue" he could fit me in this morning between two other customers if I could be there right at opening...I showed up at 8AM, and Roger handed the paperwork for the replacement bulb to Shawn ... Shawn went and got the bulb and immediately replaced it and Matt rang me up. In and out in less than 20 minutes! All three of them were extremely pleasant and friendly. I truly believe these guys go out of there way to treat their customers as though they were friends and family --not just customers; and they take care of my car like it's their car. In the end it was a bit more pricey than if I had done the work myself, but with that comes the peace of mind that the work was done correctly, with factory parts; and without suffering and scraped knuckles having to remove the boot, pull off the plug and pull and replace the bulb myself. North End Mazda has REALLY stepped-it-up their service department, in the past I've tended to go to independent mechanics ... and there's just NO WAY I'd do that now. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, the car is clean when they're done, and the prices tend to be fair (there have been times for 15K or 30K maintenance that Roger has given me a coupon to help defray the costs.) Went in for the 7500 mile service on my Mazda 3S 5-door , and chose to wait for it to be completed. Not even 45 minutes later ( after being quoted about an hour) my car was good and ready to go.A couple days later, I noticed a bad wheel vibration at highway speed. I called not even 15 minutes after they opened in the morning, greeted to a very happy "Hello", explained to Roger my problem, and he was able to fit me in later that afternoon to take a look at it. Before I even mentioned what I thought it could be, he explained what normally happens once tires are rotated ( part of the 7500 miles service), and he knocked the price down for me.After I dropped it off, he noticed that it was still under warranty, therefor no charge. About 20 minutes and a quick road test later, they re-balanced all 4 tires and I was on my way, happy as could be. I can't say enough good things about North End Mazda. Very few dealerships I've been to have service done have been so upbeat and actually are willing to work around my work schedule.

Roger (and Matt) were outstanding! I went to Tulley Mazda in Nashua to have warranty work completed, and was treated very poorly. After filling out a survey for North End Mazda in Lunenburg, I explained in the comments section the poor customer service I had received from Tulley, and the unacceptable outcome.Roger called me to find out what happened, scheduled an appointment to look at my car, and fixed the problem.North End Mazda in Lunenburg has excellent customer service, in particular Roger....he took excellent care of me. I would definitely refer my family and friends to North End Mazda in Lunenburg.

Having purchased over 10 new vehicles for me and my family, my experience at North End Mazda was the "best" purchasing experience I've had to date. The staff were both friendly and very forthright in the negotiation of a price -- no "games" or pressure tactics! Also, Mark was especially personable and very knowledgeable about their product line. He communicated with me in a timely manner when negotiations were at a standstill, and he continued to work with me to do all that he could with respect to getting me into the car I wanted. I got a great price, with a reputable salesperson and manager, and I would strongly recommend this dealership to others. I also intend to service my car at North End despite its being an extra 10 to 15 minutes out of the way (as compared to a closer dealership) based upon my experience thus far. Definitely the best "BUYING" experience I have had in 20 years!!!

I currently reside in NJ and flew to Massachusettes to buy a car from this particular dealer and would do it again in a heartbeat. I reached out to North End Mazda because they were one of only two dealers in the North East District that happened to have the specific model car with the options that I considered "essential". The initial contact with my sales consultant, Jay Lesmerises, with via telephone and e-mail. My phone calls and e-mails were all returned promptly and the negotiations were straight forward. I also worked with Tom Little in finance, and he was extremely informative and kept me updated of the finance and registration details.His courteous staff, Stephanie, met me at the airport when my plane arrived and we had a pleasant drive to the dealership.I was even more impressed upon arriving at the dealership. The car was perfectly detailed and sparkling and the additional accessories were installed. Even more surprising, when we sat down to close the deal, there were no surprises. It was exactly as we had agreed. I believe I paid a fair price for the car, but the experience was so positive not because of the price, but because the communication was excellent, the deal was straightforward and they were knowledgeable about their product.

I purchased a Mazda 3 in 2/09. It was my first Mazda and I can assure you it will not be my last. Great car. The experience I have had at North End Mazda has been outstanding. From day one I was treated as a person not a number. The sales person I dealt with has since retired. His name was Frank, great guy. The service manager, Roger, will do anything he can to make you a happy. I have dealt with many service departments and always had to fight to get my car fixed right. Not here. Best service department I have ever dealt with. The manager, Roger, and his crew are top notch in every way.

A couple weeks ago I went in for my 15k service. I arrived shortly before 8am - Roger had all my paperwork & the loaner car ready to go. I was out of there within 5 min.Car was ready ahead of the estimated time, and it was washed - nice!On the way home from vacation this past Tuesday we blew a tire (thanks Connecticut....). I called Roger to give him a heads up that I'd be by in the morning for a new tire. I dropped in at 8am and they had the tire in stock and got my car right in. I was out of there within an hour. With both instances service is on-time and done right the first time. The prices are fair and the staff is honest. The customer service can't be beat. I recently moved an hour away but I still bring my car to North End Mazda because I know that's where I'll get the best service.

Jason went above and beyond what I expected in looking for a used car. He asked several questions initially about what I wanted. He found EXACTLY what I was looking for, and then some. Jason explained the CPO (which was a HUGE selling feature)and he worked with me to achieve a price that I could afford. Roger & the rest of the service crew got me to 200,000 miles on my Protoge, and now I've just had my first oil change with my new Mazda 6. I went in for a routine oil change. When I cgot there, I had a couple of extra questions (tail light had gone out since making the appt; tires sounded funny). Roger took care of everything -even the "surprises" I'd brought with me. He offered a loaner since my extras would take longer than an hour to fix. Everything was ready before the appointed hour - including a surprise for me as he had the vehicle all washed and shined. I know Roger has a team working with him, so thanks to those guys too!

The Mazda service department works extremely hard to get what you need. I got a flat tire on my way to work and called Mazda because I can always trust them with my vehicle. They didnt have the tire in stock but called around and had it there by the end of the day. I was not going to make it before they closed and they didnt mind at all, they said we will be here. Not alot of places would do that. I couldnt thank them enough!!!!!!

Roger is great!! Ive worked with other Service Consultants who have treated me like I dont know what I am talking about and try to sell me stuff that I dont need. Roger is pleasant and personable from phone calls to face to face contact. He knows that I have a tight work scheduled and is always willing to accommodate me in any way possible, even if that means staying later if I cant quite make it to the dealership before 5pm. Roger is always willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy, and I know he's gone many miles for me because I'm probably his pickiest customer!!Roger is an asset to the already wonderful team at North End Mazda. We have two Mazdas and do routine service (oil changes etc) several times per year (the last visit was in June) - Roger always schedules exactly as we request appointments which is important to us. He also gives us a "heads-up" on coupon specials so that we can take advantage of those. We have never had any complaint with any of the service at North End. Believe it or not, we actually enjoy going there.

I was looking for a new car but was unsure exactly what i wanted. i stopped at north end to check out some mazda3's and was greeted by mark, who was very knowledgeable about the different models and was not pushy at all about trying to get me into a certain model or even into a mazda at all. over the next few days we kept in touch through email (which is much more accessible to me than phone calls) and he answered every question i could think of. at no point did he make me feel like i was pestering him. before i even gave them any of my information i asked what kind of payments i was looking at, and in the end they stuck to exactly that quote, which was very reasonable. i am very happy with my new car and was very happy with the service i got at northend mazda and especially from mark. i will absolutely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone i hear talking about getting a new vehicle. so far i have met/dealt with Mark as a salesman, Tom for financing and Roger in service and all of them have been outstanding.

There are Mazda dealers that are closer but I purchased my car from North End Mazda and the service is outstanding. I typically deal with Roger Hanks and he is always friendly, honest and thorough. The work is excellent and the prices cannot be beat. I would not trust my car to another service department.

In March of 2009 I can remember leaving a certain Honda dealer in Nashua and feeling like they were going to cheat me over. On my way home I stopped into North End Mazda just to look around and later walked out with a brand new car thanks to Andrew. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt ten times for confident with the staff than at any other dealer. The sales process couldn't have gone any better.Over the past year I've stopped in for numerous oil changes, some accessory help, and both 15k and 30k services. Each and every time I open that door Roger Hanks is standing there with a big smile and remembers my name every time. He is always the most helpful with finding me the best deals and service. Roger was also the only person to notice the front end damage sustained from a small winter accident that I was completely unaware of. Before him all the other technicians from the standard oil change joints had never mentioned it to me.Congratulations North End Mazda, you've made a customer for life.

I've been taking my 2002 Mazda Protege5 to North End Mazda for 10s of thousands of miles. I bought it in 2004 with 38,000 from a small used car dealer and it's still running great at 132,000 (and climbing) thanks to all the great work from the service crew at North End Mazda. I come from a family of do-it-yourself types, mechanics, engineers, etc. so I've learned a lot about engines and how all the parts work together and I tend to be able to diagnose problems fairly accurately. As a college student with no money I spent time with my dad replacing worn out parts with refurbished ones from the junkyard and doing basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations on my first two cars. So you might wonder why someone who does their own maintenance and repair would take their car to a dealership to be worked on. Well, initially, it was due in a large part to having moved to my own apartment and not having a driveway to work in anymore, secondly, I was working a lot between 2 jobs and had no time to deal with maintenance or repairs. My first major repair was difficult to diagnose until the engine light finally came on. I brought it to the auto shop where I'd gotten my inspection sticker for years. They told me the EGR valve was malfunctioning and that it would take them a week to get the part and then install it for me. I couldn't wait that long, so I went up to North End Mazda figuring they'd likely have it on hand or could get it immediately. That first visit sold me. Roger listened to me as I explained a few things about the car and the diagnosis I'd gotten as well as other concerns that were minor but needed addressing. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or patronized- because I'm a woman. Not only did they get my car fixed in a day, but they gave me a loaner vehicle free of charge to go to work. The repair was done right the first time, there were no additional fees and the pricing was fair and service was beyond what I expected.Since then I've taken my car back time and time again. Roger consistently gets me the best deal and tells me honestly and upfront what's going on. I never get the run around you hear people say they get from some less reputable dealerships. I'll get update phone calls if I have to drop it off and he'll ask me if I want something done before they do it if it was found on a full circle inspection. Awesome. Most recently, I brought the car in for a replacement AC compressor. The original was malfunctioning and making a horrid sound. A new AC was installed but something was still wrong with the system due to physical break down of the original part and North End had to order and install a second new AC a few days later. I got a great price, got to drive two different new (2010) loaner vehicles, and I've got colder AC now than I think I've had in a couple of years.I feel the service team at North End Mazda go out of their way to make sure they take care of their customers, so I've been recommending them to everyone, including people that don't own Mazdas. I've also had the pleasure of talking with some of their sales staff about a Speed6 that was on their lot. All in all, great staff at North End Mazda; definitely people you'll enjoy doing business with.

We brought out car in with an intermittent check engine light.The dealership and especially Roger kept looking for the issue until the determined the root cause and fixed it.I am very happy with the service department. Even though there are others closer that could take care of this car, I trust this dealership to maintain this vehicle the way it should me maintained.

I'm giving Noth End Mazda an excellent rating and I'm about to tell you why.... I've had three car buying experiences and in the end they were all hell. I knew I was going to be needing a newer vehicle soon. I had a Town N' Country that I loved but kept having problems with it and being a mom of two small children I knew I needed something safer. After having smoke blown up my you know what twice, I was getting a little frustated and ended up at North End Mazda. I CAN NOT express the utmost respect I have for these people in the sales and service department. They are definatly all around THE best car sales company I have ever seen in all of the area. Tony was the sales rep. assigned to me and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable in any way. I explained to him what I was looking for and what I could spend and then he introduced me to the new Mazda5!! It had the sliding doors which were excellent. I was better able to access my children in and out and it had was very spacious, great on gas and almost within my price budget. They bent over backwards to make sure to find something that worked for me! In the end they ended up doubling the trade in amount of my vehicle among other things just so I could have a safer vehicle for my family which I will be greatfull the rest of my life! Most people out there do not care like these people. I just recently today went back to North End Mazdas service center where I met Roger Hanks. He tells you like it is and is very honest. he is THE best service consultant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I now know that whatever and whenever a problem occurs( and they do with vehicles we all know) Roger will make sure to care of me no matter what. He is reliable, caring, and honest. They have reasonable prices and are very knowledgable. I know I can trust him and his team and that means a lot to me. I have been recomeding them to everyone I know and to anyone that wants to feel safe and at home when purchasing a new vehicle this is the place to be !! NORTH END MAZDA OF LUNENBURG!!!!

I purchased my Mazda 5 from North End Mazda a year ago. I am still very pleased with the sale process and feel I got a good buy. I have had all my maintenance done at the North End Mazda Service Department. Unfortunately the car had issues outside regular maintenance(cracked transmission case). Although it was an unexpected problem, North End Mazda handled it wonderfully. I have had nothing but prompt, friendly, conciderate, and informative service at North End Mazda.

They provided a loaner vehicle because it was a 7 hour service (60k service, ac recharge, etc). Service is always friendly. I continue to return to the dealership for service because I can rely on the service and because of the people. They always let me know when upcoming service will be needed.

We showed up ready for the games we've seen at other dealerships (like, say, playing the monthly payment game, or letting you cool your heels while they "check with the manager"). North End Mazda wasn't the first dealership to tell us they don't do things like that, but they're the first one that was true to their word. In under a half hour, they offered a fair price for my trade-in and we shook hands on a great deal for a new Mazda3. We bought at the lower end of the trim line but it didn't make a difference to Jason. He took great care of us. All the paperwork took longer than we'd like, but no big deal. Roger, the service guy, gave us some no-nonsense advice for taking care of the new car, and we were off. If you're looking for slick and sleezy, go back to the dealer where you bought your last car. Because Jason and the guys at North End Mazda are an honest bunch. Thanks again.

I brought my car in for its 15K mile service. Roger explained to me what was to be checked and serviced during the car's time in the shop. The service was as advertised and the car was ready when promised. This is my car's second time going in for service at Mazda and I would recommend it to anyone. Only recommendation would be a discounted price for oil changes if you bought the car from North End but that is in no way related to the service received during this visit.

Had a problem with the rotors on my CX-7. I called North End Mazda yesterday to report the problem and they got me in today which was great. Upon entering the service station, I was helped immediately. I was told that the job would take approx 2 hrs and they offered me a loaner in the meantime so I did not have to wait around... great customer service! Within the communicated timeframe the work on my car was completed. Roger went over the work in detail with me to ensure I was satisfied. From other service stations I have been to in the past, these guys go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. I will definitely be back at North End Mazda for future service needs.

I had the best experience I have ever had when dealing with, well, a dealership! Roger was not only frendly and tried to get everything done smoothly and effeciently as possible (which he did a fantastic job of!), but he made my engine repair process an experience I will not forget. Not only did he explain everything that was happening in laymans tearms, but he had his best tech on the job from day one and was giving me updates on the progress everyother day until the job was done. My local dealer is 4 miles from my home. After a runaround with that dealer I found NorthEnd (using Mazda.com & using my zipcode) NorthEnd is 45 miles away. I called and spoke with Roger Hanks about a warranty issue. My local dealer told me I needed a new PCM for an 05 Mazda 6. told me there was no way it was covered under warranty, Quote part/labor was almost $800.00 Long story short ROGER and his entire team far exceeded my expectations!!!! I spent the next 3 Saturdays driving to Mass. over an hr each way. I was told by other dealer I needed PCM- Roger got it covered under warranty.- Saving me close to $800.00 Turns out that part was not even the issue. I will continue to drive to Mass. for any and all service, when it comes time for new car, it will be purchased from NORTHEND MAZDA.

Most recent visit was for a service appointment. Normal scheduled maintenance. As always the entire staff is friendly, and overall personable. They do their best to make you feel like a valued customer. Roger always asks if I have any other questions or concerns ahead of time and ensures they are addressed. They set realistic expectations.North End Mazda is the complete opposite of the typical "dealership" stereotype. They work hard to make ensure the customer is happy, and I always leave feeling like I got a fair deal. Most importantly I feel that they're always honest, there have been no surprises. From the day I bought my car to every follow-up appointment it's nothing short of an excellent experience. I don't hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely buy my next car from them.

The service team at North End Mazda did a great job. I called to set up an appointment and was accomodated at an easy time for me. When dropping off my car, I was greeting cheerfully, given a loaner car for the day, and was on my way in 10 minutes. When I returned to pick up my car, everything was completed, plus an additional service for free. Again I was in and out in minutes. No one likes to have to bring their car in for service but I wanted to say that this group made the experience a positive one!

We have been in the market to trade in our 2006 Nissan Titan for the past 3 months. We went to 4 different dealerships and all the same results we would owe more in the long run. The sales people and dealership were too pushy. Coming back with a different figure than the last and saying they forgot this or that was not in the price. One day I was at North End Mazda having the oil changed on my 2009 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and was told a former sales consultant was back with North End. Tony was back and I went to see if he remembered me. Before I got to his desk he shoot out of his chair to greet me remembering who I was and what my name was too. This was amazing since the last time I saw Tony was back in 10/08 when I bought my Mazda from him. Tony and North End treated me and my wife so nice the last time I had to give him and North End a shoot. I could not believe the exceptional great service we received this time. Tony's boss Jesse was so professional. He too remember me and both ensured me that I would not be wasting my time dealing with them. They looked at the Nissan and gave me a figure that was great. They gave me a list of used cars that were in the price range we were looking for. Its not like other dealerships having you walk the lot seeing a car you like but can't REALLY AFFORD but your mind is already set on that car. Tony is so friendly with so much energy and hard working you can see he really loves what he does. To make a long story short after 2 visits (due to time on the first visit) Tony found us a great used car that is not a Mazda he found us a 2007 Honda Civic with everything on our wishlist (price too). Tom Liddle was great on his day-off he came in to finalize the purchase for us. Tony worked real how to make sure we were happy with our purchase even if we did not purchase another Mazda.

I had purchased a 2003 mazda 6 for my son back in Oct. 2009. I have had several mazdas before and presently own a 2009 Mazda 6 Grand Touring which I love. My son's car was purchased at a small used dealership in Leominster Ma. When my son took the car to be inspected several diognostic problems showed up and we took the car back to the dealership in Leominster. Finally the car ended up at North End Mazda for reprogramming. We got the car back and the engine light went right back on. Our dealer had it towed to North End Mazda again. They tried flushing the engine several times, but suggested the engine needed to be replaced, it was full of sludge. I live in southeastern Mass. about 2 hours away so I had to rely on phone conversations in dealing with this problem. I started talking with Roger and John on a regular basis because at this point I had lost all confidence in the dealer and he had become very difficult to deal with. Roger and John were more than helpful. They explained everything that was going on with the car in a very clear and honest way. It really wasn't their problem; they ended up involved in a very roundabout way, but they couldn't have been more obliging. After 6 months and an engine replacement the car is still not running and has never been inspected. Thanks to a letter from John to the Lemon Law Arbitration board on my behalf we will finally be receiving our money back. It has been a very long haul!! I want to make sure that John and Roger are recognized for their outstanding service. I could not have won without them!!!Sincerely, Sasha Buck

North End Mazda in Lunenburg, MA has the absolute best customer service. Every staff member there is very friendly and is always there to help you out. I bought a 2004 mazda RX-8 a couple of months ago. Jason was the salesperson who sold me the car. He was very helpful. He answered all the questions I had. I then met with Tom to do all the final paperwork. Tom was very helpful as well. He explained everything in detail. Unfortunately, after only owning the RX-8 for a little over a month, I hit a deer and the car is totaled. I called North End Mazda and told them what happened and they were there for me and helped me out. The service department manager Roger was very helpful and friendly when I needed a loaner vehicle. I ended up finding another mazda, a 2003 mazda 6 on the colonial website, and Jason was able to get it shipped up to North End Mazda, where i purchased the RX-8. I went down there and Jason and Tom helped me fill out the paperwork for the mazda 6. North End Mazda is by far the best dealership around. They went out of their way just to help me. Jason was so helpful that he actually spoke with my insurance company and was able to get me more money for my totaled vehicle! If you want the best customer service, the friendliest staff, and the lowest priced vehicles, go to North End Mazda!

Jason was very helpful in showing us to the used car we requested to see. We then test drove it and chose to purchase it. Arrangements were made to complete financing the next day with Andrew. We received delivery within three days. Great experience at this dealership. I'll tell you about the service after Wednesday. Making an appointment for a TCS/ABS light was quick and painless with Roger. I hope the service visit itself goes as well.

I absolutely love the service department at North End Mazda. They are friendly and never try to talk you into things you don't need I didn't buy my 05 Mazda 3 from North End but have brought it for every service there. They are very trust worthy and helpful. I am always able to get in very quickly and if it's going to be a long wait they offer brand new, clean loaner cars. Even when I don't have coupons(which they are great about sending to me in the mail) they always find some discount to give me. I've never felt ripped off and overcharge. Actually most of the time I feel like I'm getting over on them. But I guess when you treat them right as a faithful customer you should expect them same exceptional service in exchange. Which they undeniably deliver at every visit!!!!

I had a great experience at Northend Mazda. Jason was my salesman and was extremely easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. Once we agreed on a price for the car, Jason handed me over to Tom who handled all the paperwork.Like Jason, Tom was very friendly and helpful.We agreed on a date/time to take delivery and when I got to Northend everything was ready for me to sign. Jason did a great job going through and explaining everything I needed to know about the car and I was on my way in about an hour.This is the second vehicle I have purchased and I expect to purchase my 3rd from Northend when the time comes.This customer is highly satisfied and would recommend Northend to anyone.

Id been shopping for a car at a number of other dealerships and wasnt treated very well. Salespeople trying to gather info about me without ever asking me what I wanted. Trying to steer me towards what they needed to sell, iregardless of what I was looking for. NO ONE was listening! I walked into Northend after perusing the lot. Id also looked at your website and found two models I was interested in that fit my budget. I had done my homework and really wanted some straight answers. Ray Jerewicz was there and available and was awesome. He knew his stuff. Answered all my questions about the models I was looking at. He let me try them out immediately. He took time to LISTEN to me. Then came Jesse, The Sales Mgr. He and I bantered back and for and he MADE THE DEAL WORK. Finally, I met with Tom Liddle to cover financing, warranties and mirror coating. He was superb in explaining everything and in selling me additional products that I might need. All in all the experience was EXCELLANT. I am recommonding this dealiership to all my friends and family. They were GREAT!Oh and Im a repeat customer. Its nice to see Tom Liddle is still with you after 20 or so years. Bodes well for your company. Kudos to you for keeping that man on. He is easy to talk with, precise, and knowledgeable. Roger is the best service manager I've ever dealt with - seriously. He's honest, friendly, and always goes to lengths to make me feel comfortable with the service my car gets. He NEVER pushes extra jobs, and is straight about what my car needs. His techs always explain what's going on and do the little extras to make it right every time. Highly recommended!

It's like these guys threw away the book on standard (a.k.a. sleazy) car sales tactics, and decided instead to treat people well. I've purchased seven cars in my lifetime, and dealing with North End Mazda was easily the best buying experience I've had. No hanky panky, just straight ahead person-to-person talk and good prices. Even the inevitable attempt at the end of the sales process to upsell you extended warranty, paint protection, etc., was surprisingly low pressure.It's refreshing to walk out of a new car dealership without having to hold your nose over the stench of rotten business practices. When the time comes to buy my next new car, North End Mazda will be at the head of the list, even though two other Mazda dealers are closer to my home.

This was my 7th new car purchase (new car every 3 yrs) and I will say this was the best experience ever.Firstly the salesman was very straightforward and personable. Absolutely no high pressure sales. (I know I'm a manufactures salesman 23 yrs)Especailly on my first visit when I just popped in to check out Mazdas. (At that point Mazda was # 3 on my list)The 'Business manager' was a really nice guy to deal with. Even remembered me when I came back for the first service and took a few minutes to chat.Since the purchase I've been back for my first service. The service dept was great. As a side point this dealer is 1 hr and 15 mins from where I live. There is a dealer 15 mins from my house that I had visited twice but because of the personal service I was more than willing to drive the extra 1 hr each way. My salesman was Mark and I'd recommend him to anyone. I also did get a chjance to chat with the other salesmen and they all seemed very freindly and personable.

I live in the Hartford Springfield area and without question, the purchase of my C-9 was a very positive experience. I did the entire transaction on the phone and found the dealership to be knowlegeable, professional and extremely honorable. Mark's delivery was exceptional. I have bought over 25 new cars in the past and this delivery was one of the best and most complete I have experienced. I have owned numerous Lexuses, Acuras,and Nissons and I must say this vehicle is one of the best riding vehicles I have owned. The ride is very similar to my wife's Lexus GX 470 and actually has more technology and comfort features. Jessie was exceptional in the negotiation process and is a true man of his word. There were no games played and he had aspecific price and deal for me within minutes. It was well worth driving almost two hours to pick up the car. Sometimes you must travel a bit for a much better value with total quality and professionalism as well as with money saved. There is no question that I would recommend my friends to buy their Mazdas at North End Mazda from Jessie and Mark.

Bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from North End Mazda. Everything was going great until after I pickup the car. I called service to schedule my first oil change. I had between 6k-7k miles. The guy that answer the phone was nice for the first five to ten seconds. He told me that I'm 3 times over on miles and my warranty is voided on my car because of that. And I would have to pay out of pocket for anything that goes wrong with the powertrain. When I figure I was not getting anywhere with this guy I then ask him to speak with the General MAnager. He quickly answer back 'He's not excepting any calls right now' and hung up on me. Now I have been working in commercial service for about 8 years and if anybody treated an customer like this they would be in the unemployment line. I recomend to anyone to not got to North End Motors in Lunenburg MA.
