Attentive service, staff and craftsmanship of repair guys are a delight. Scott made sure that my automobile needs were fully met and kept me at ease throughout the process. This made my time spent here a cinch. Waiting room atmosphere was clean and fully stocked with goods and TV entertainment while you wait. Loaners are provided should your car need an overnight stay! I'll gladly be back!!! I highly recommend this Mazda shop for all your service needs!

The sales people were helpful and kind. Sometimes at dealerships you feel pressured, not here. Nick was very helpful and delivered my car out of state so I did not have to travel back and forth several times to complete paperwork. This dealership made it easy. We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Outback at Northend Subare in Lunenberg, MA. Our salesman, Frank C., has a wonderful, even keel disposition, making for a calm, pleasant buying experience. Even the finance guy, Tom, was relatively laid back - he made us aware of other options which each had additional price tags, but he didn't try to pressure us in any one direction. The car itself is, well it's an Subaru Outback. What more can I say - awesome, highly funtional, roomy high tech machine, that goes places ordinary autos only dare to dream about.

I just picked up my new Forester and I had such a great experience I just had to share it. I walked into North End expecting the typical car sales run around. I recently purchased a used car from a friend. I needed to get it checked out before buying it. I made an appointment with Matt in service for a used car inspection. I checked in with service on the day of my appointment with J.J and Josh. I was informed it would take about an hour for the inspection to be done. I was surprised that in 55 minutes I had a list of work that was recommended. J.J showed me all the concerns with the tech while the car was in the bay. We than started to prioritize the items. I had a great first experience in Subaru and will continue to go to North End for service.

Buying a car is a Huuuuge deal in our household. With two young children we "want it all" in the car we decide to buy. Safety, comfort, storage space & amenities are important to us as we spend a good deal of time riding together as a family. Throw in the desire for a good deal and it is a tall task for us to walk away completely satisfied with our car buying experience. Add the realities of a any hiccup in the process and the stress can make it a miserable experienceEnter our heroes, North End Subaru & Mike Pinto.We met with Mike Pinto (and by we I mean my wife, nine year old and two year old) not knowing exactly what we vehicle wanted but with plenty of "must haves". Mike was extremely knowledgable, clearly experienced with all Subaru models, and patient with my kids running all over the premises. After much scrutinizing and test driving, we settled on the outback as the perfect fit for all of our needs. Being prudent shoppers we tested other dealerships but none could match the overall price, service, & convenience Mike and North End came to bat with.Where Mike Pinto really went above & beyond was when there was a hurdle with one of our needs. As can happens in any business transaction, there was a miscommunication outside of his control. As my frustration started to grow, Mike immediately assured me he would work in every way he could to make sure we were completely satisfied. In this day and age words are a dime a dozen...BUT MIKE CAME THROUGH FOR US!!!That is a rare trait, and one that goes a long, long, way.If you are in the market for a new vehicle I can give my full recommendation to North End Subuaru, and Mike Pinto in particular. That is not something I take lightly or do very often.Thank you Mike Pinto & North End Subaru, you've earned a loyal client for years to come.

I was al little worried when we went into the dealership with my mother to purchase a used car priced around $12,000. We had been to a few other dealers and noticed that the quality of what we could get for the money was below our standards. We had a few friends that told us to go to NorthEnd Subaru/Mazda and went with hope that we could find a gem...We met Tom Sawvelle and he showed us a perfect Subaru Outback Sport model with very low miles. The car was perfect and the entire transaction was awesome. They helped secure a great interest rate for my first car(with my moms help) and we drove away ready to tell everyone to not waste time going anywhere else.

I stopped by North End Subaru on a Saturday afternoon, just looking to test drive a used Legacy. I met with Tom Sawvelle. While I was only there to see if I would like the Legacy, Tom did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle. He showed me the resale value on the cars and how Subaru rates in Consumer Reports. I soon realized that this was certainly going to be my next car, it was just a matter of picking one out. My husband and I both test drove a new one and a used one. Falling in love with the black on black of the new Legacy, it was going to be a go! Tom was super helpful in getting me exactly what I was looking for in trade in value and price without me telling him where I wanted to be. Tom in finance also did a fantastic job getting me rate that fit my budget. All the pieces just fell together in a very low pressure setting that made this one of the most stress-free buying experiences I have ever had. On a day that I thought I would only be test driving a vehicle, I ended up driving one off the lot and taking it home! Tom was very thorough in showing me all the features of my new car, including setting up the bluetooth for my phone. He walked me through the manuals, the websites that help me maintain my car, set up my first oil change and more. He really made this all very easy. I also wanted to mention, that when I had a question about a certain dash light that had come on, the service department was quick to find the cause and remedy it without any issues. Matt in service was also a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with him in the future on the maintenance of my new car. The next time my family needs a car I will certainly look at North End Subaru and Tom to help make the car buying experience a pleasurable one. I will also recommend my friends to this dealership for their quality staff and vehicles.

I can honestly say that until now I've never had a wonderful experience buying a car. North End Subaru and Thomas Sawvelle made the car purchasing process enjoyable. Even though I was almost certain I wanted the Impreza Tom went over the basic features of the Impreza and I was sold right then and there. After the purchase he spent as much time as I needed to feel secure I could drive away and know how to operate all the features. I drove off feeling so comfortable, loving this car. On a funny note, I had a lot to take in and failed to remember what Thomas said about removing the car key. I drove off to shop only to park my car at the store and find to my humiliation that I couldn't get the key out! I immediately drove back to Subaru and there was Tom walking up to me obviously knowing I had forgotten something. Amazing. Talk about customer service! Yes, Excellent. (Yes, I now know how to remove my car key:))

The entire process was comfortable, no pressure and completely stress free. One day after picking up my car where I spent $900 for repairs I received a postcard for my birthday (which was three weeks earlier) with a $25 gift card offer toward service on my Subaru. I went into the service department the next day to ask if they could honor the offer on the service I just had on my car. I was told flat out "no" by Josh who explained "the ticket had already been closed out". He said it has to be used on my next service. The stipulations on the postcard limited the service to a Subaru vehicle and expires 4/15/16 (in three weeks). Whether dealership policy or not, this decision was very shortsighted on behalf of the dealership. What Josh didn't know was that by the way he answered this question determined whether I was going to return the next day to purchase my Mazda CX-5 or find another dealership. His decision made a very loyal customer to one that is quite disappointed. It was very easy to find another dealership who was more than willing to sell me my new SUV.

THIS IS THE FOURTH VEHICLE,(SECOND CROSSTREK) THAT I HAVE PURCHASED THRU FRANK LAJOIE. I HAVE NEVER, IN ALL MY YEARS, OF DEALING WITH DEALERSHIPS,(AND PURCHASING CARS), HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF MEETING A NICER PERSON THAN FRANK. THE CROSSTREK IS IN MY OPINION, IS THE BEST SMALL SUV FOR THE MONEY. THE GROUND CLEARANCE, GAS ECONOMY, PERFORMANCE, PADDLY SHIFTERS, ETC., ARE JUST FANTASTIC. He knows the cars inside and out and knows more than just the shiny bits. This isnt the first vehicle Ive purchased from Greg and Im happy to be able to walk into this dealership and simply ask for Greg. Hes upfront , straightforward and honest. The buying experience doesnt end there though and this dealership has a full service side which is expertly manned with knowledgable and friendly staff. In finance, youre treated with no frills best financing options presented by Tom. You know when a finance manager spends the time to show you the list of available lenders to help you pay for the purchase that they pride themselves on being transparent. This is not your typical dealership! One thing to mention is that on GregS day off, frank agreed to take me out in a few extra cars because I was stuck on which vehicle to go for. He didnt have to give up his time to do that but it just shows their overall commitment to deliver great service. Thank you Greg with getting me in my car. Love it!

Rich Brooks is the best service advisor I have ever had to deal with and with him it was a pleasure! He made sure to explain everything so I could understand but didn't talk to me like I was a 5 year old. He definitely gained my trust I will always bring my car to North End now as long as Rich is there. If he leaves I will go to where he goes next as I really can't say enough good things about his service really you gained an excellent employee make sure you keep him happy because he is probably the reason many people go to your service department now! I am consuming oil in my new car I bought in Shrewsbury when I called they said they all do that and stop wasting there time they have real work to do I was furious so I called north end Subaru service and spoke to a fellow I think named josh he spent 1 hour on the phone with me and explained why this was happening and even told me what page in the Manuel this was I am not pleased about the situation but I am pleased with how north end handled the situation rather than telling me to stop wasting there time I have not been to north end before but I will my next oil change

We found our salesman for both car purchases, Frank Capoccia, to be highly knowledgeable, very honest and personable, and refreshingly straightforward. Price negotiations for both new cars were completed in only a few minutes; we got a very reasonable price in both cases, and there was no hint of the pricing rope-a-dope that one often experiences with car dealers. Buying a new car should be an exciting and pleasurable experience, as it is at North End Subaru, not an ordeal, as occurs with many other dealerships.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up my 2016 Forester at North End Subaru. I stopped by last weekend and met with Greg Nuorimo. Greg knew the Forester inside and out! We went for a test drive and he pointed out all the features of the new Forester. Having done my research, I purposely tested his knowledge and he scored an A+. He made great recommendations on options, including the alloy wheel package. I asked Greg to locate a black 2.5i for me, and within a few days he had one shipped up from CT. Negotiation was easy and no nonsense. I know I got the best price! I had setup financing with one of their partner banks, so the entire transaction (loan and purchase) was one-stop shopping at the dealership. Tom Liddle (Business Manager) expertly lead me thru the process in a quick 20 mins. After, Greg walked thru all the features of my new Forester and their customer rewards program. He also introduced me to the Service Manager. I then spoke to Marty (General Manager) and we had an excellent conversation about my car buying experience and the history of the dealership. The best part of dealing with North End Subaru is that throughout the entire process I felt like a valued customer, and not a walking pocketbook. They are passionate about customer service and establishing lifelong relationships. North End has earned a new customer for life and I look forward to establishing that relationship with Greg, Tom, Marty and the entire crew at North End!

It was very late and I was waiting for my oil change as usual and a customer came in late said he had an appointment but they couldn't find one it seemed in the system but he said he spoke to a Josh. Instead of arguing with him or causing any kind of inconvenience my advisor Rich Brooks just stepped up to the plate and took the car in and got it done even though it seemed as though it would be difficult seeing they didn't know it was coming in he didn't even hesitate or anything RIch sprang into action and kindly told the customer to have a seat and they would get his car in. It's that type of customer service that everyone needs to have. The guy obviously called the dealer he knew who he spoke with and everything. Good thing you have an employee like Rich! He really made it easy and got it done! I would be sure not to lose him he is worth probably more than what he gets!

Last week I purchased my new car. I spent a lot of time looking at used dealers all over Massachusetts and honestly 90% of the salesmen I talked to really came across like they were trying to take advantage of me, didnt care about my needs or concerns and just wanted to make a deal and get me out the door. That couldnt be further from the case here. I was assisted by Creighton and eventually Jason at North End Subaru and from the very first time I called the store it was obvious they genuinely cared about making it as stress free as possible while still making sure I was getting a quality vehicle that would meet my budget and needs. And thats exactly what they did. I could not be more happy with the experience I had here. I was in a bad situation as my previous car had just finally died and I had a small window to get into something new. They were patient, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. I expressed all of my concerns with them up front and they were very honest and straight-forward about everything and turned an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable one, making sure all of my concerns were addressed. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and would 100% recommend them to any and all of my friends and family. If you have to buy a car buy it here.

The service Director Andy Voellings was extremely helpful to my husband and I. He went above and beyond for us. Our car was in for a problem that another dealer could not find so we decided to bring it to north end to see if they could figure it out. When we arrived we told josh in service what was going at that point Andy the manager overhead our conversation and assured us he would get to the bottom of our car pronlem. Well he did exactly that he called us within an hour found our problem fixed it in 20 min. Replacing a sensor under warranty for us. Needless to say They earned a new customer for life.

A year ago we bought a used Subaru for our teens to drive. We found a one that had had two previous owners that had both purchased and resold the car with all the work on the car done with North End. Wow, That speaks so highly of the people that work at this dealership. That car is doing great. We returned to by a new Soccer Mom Vehicle for me and again was very impressed with the service and care they gave to us. I happened to want a certain vehicle, the Forester, with all the bells and whistles and in Venetian Red. They didnt have one so they had to hunt high and low to find one. They got it a day later and had it inspected by their team and ready for me the next day. Frank Lavoie when through the vehicle thoroughly with me to make sure I got everything that I wanted and understood what everything was for and how it all worked. He was great! Id recommend that anyone interested in a purchasing a new or used car visit North End Subaru, in Lunenburg before going else where. You wont regret it!

Even after moving to Cape Cod last August we return to North End ( a two and a half hour drive) because of the way they handle the car buying process. My husband and I have purchased multiple Subaru's here and we are more pleased each time we do. We dealt with Greg as we have in the past and he is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and not the stereotypical overbearing sales guy. None of the people here are that way and that is one of the main reasons we continue to return. The one negative was the two month wait, but we were warned at the outset of this so it was no fault of the dealership. Also, we had a ding in the passenger door when it arrived and Greg promised us it would be taken care of (at our home) with two Fridays and that is exactly what happened. So, bottom line, very satisfied. We have also had very good experiences in the past with the service end of the business as my husband is still driving and maintaining a 2005 Outback.

This was my first experience going to buy a car, and I was expecting pressure and tricks, but this turned out to be a very comfortable and satisfying experience for my family and me. Northend Subaru is one of the best car dealerships out there. I recently had an ice related accident with my 2005 Chevrolet and totaled the car I was still making payments on. Me being young an inexperienced, I had no idea what to do and was stressing out. Northend was the first place I called and Frank Capoccia has helped me out nearly everyday through this stressful incident. Frank helped me decide what to do and showed me all of my options. All in all, I ended up with one of my favorite cars, a 2015 AWD Subaru Impreza. Because of the great people like Frank that work at Northend, I will always go to them first. The sales representatives went out of their way to find the exact type and model of Subaru I sought, and called me as soon as one became available-many months after I originally stopped in to shop. Sales negotiations were clear, smooth, fair, and timely. Routine servicing has been easy, efficient, and reasonably priced. The icing on the cake was just this past week, when the service department took my car in on an emergency, literally moments, notice because a huge and long plastic bag had gotten caught in the drive shaft and universal joint, making a deafening racket, which sounded serious. The car had to be put on the lift to remove it while I waited. No charge. Repeat-no charge. Now, THAT is service! We were very happy purchasing our Mazda CX-5 at North End with Michael Babineau. Because of Michael we ended up purchasing the CX-5 from North End instead of another dealership that I had been in contact with. Michael responding promptly to my emails and calls and was very clear in all our interactions. I recently had some damage happen to the bottom of my Mazda 6 during a massive downpour. I was able to take it right to North End Mazda and have it looked at the same day thanks to Mike Maillet in Service. Steve was the mechanic who took a look at the work, assessed it, patched me up so I could drive while I waited for the part to come in. That was a huge life-saver. I was able to get it fully repaired within a few days. The service and people at North End Mazda are top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

I loved the entire experience of buying a car at North End- the people, starting with Bob Waite Al the way through to dirt bike dare devil Mr. little ( a true testament to the phrase "never judge a book by its cover") are fantastic. We had our 2013 Miata serviced yesterday 10/3/14 at Northend Mazda. I can't say enough about how Dave LaCroix Service Adviser treated us. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of automobiles. In addition to servicing our car, we had some damage to one of our wheels. He got it fixed and it looks new. Dave is very courteous, does exactly what he promises and makes sure you are satisfied and happy. This is the first Mazda we have purchased, we love the car and will be back for another one. But, what's most important is the service we received from Dave. We have purchased many cars and this is the best service we have ever received. Dave is awesome!

My recent purchase of a Mazda 5 was the best car buying experience I've ever had. In the past at other dealerships, I have felt harassed by aggressive sales representatives and dreaded the whole ordeal. My experience at North End Mazda was so different though. I started looking there in June and didn't end up buying the car until September because life got busy. During those four months, I visited several times to test drive and even try out how three car seats would fit in the vehicle. From the very beginning I worked with Mike Babineau who was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly. During that whole time he never once pressured me to buy or made me feel hurried. When it came time to actually buy the car he made the process easy and stress free. I have already passed his card along to a friend who is considering a new car and would definitely recommend North End to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

I bought my 2013 Mazda CX5 from North End Mazda of Lunenburg in March of 2012. It is a total delight and the best choice in cars I have ever made! I have only had it serviced at North End and I have found the expense puts a damper on the old saying that dealerships are the most expensive places to have you car work done. Today I needed new rear brakes and rotors and I was given an estimate which offered both after market and factory parts prices to chose from, told how long the work would take, offered a loaner car to use for the few hours I had to wait while the work was being done and the work came in under the estimate. Dave Lacroix was the service specialist that handled my car and he explained everything; was patient, considerate, friendly and informative. It was a great experience!

My daughter is on her third Mazda 3 lease and I purchased my first Mazda 3 almost 2 years ago. The service at North End has always been excellent. Her first salesman was Frank Salvi he was very pleasant, had a great personality and made the process of leasing a car very easy. When it was time for her next lease we had a salesman name Wayne Brown who subsequently did her third lease and sold me my car. We had been very pleased with the service at this dealership until this past June when my daughter's air conditioner did not function. We brought her car in for her oil change and tire rotation as well as to have the AC looked at. A women Service Specialist came out and told Mandy that she was responsible for the damage to the AC as a rock must have punctured the line and it would cost several hundred dollars to repair it. She also attempted to charge her for the oil change and tire rotation. Needless to say we were quite upset about the service. This women was abrupt and very rude. After some exchange of words I told her that my daughters car is a lease and she has never had to pay for oil changes or tire rotation before and she doesn't intend on paying to have the AC fixed. She then asked if she had an extended warranty, which I think she should have checked before she began adding up the services and telling the customer how much they would need to pay. When we left that day we were very upset and vowed we would trade our cars in at another dealer ship possibly not for another Mazda. In July we decided to trade her car in as she had no intention of paying for the AC and was tired of riding around sweating. We decided to give North End another chance. When we told Wayne what had happened he immediately told us not to worry that person had been fired and he went to get the new Service Specialist Dan Hochberg. He was very nice and assured my daughter that her car would be repaired, he gave her a loaner to drive for a couple of days and when we picked up her car the AC was working great and it was repaired under warranty. With the exception of that one women the people at North End have been great. They are helpful, friendly and will go the extra mile for their customers. And this goes for all the staff that we have had dealings with. The Manager, finance dept, our salesman Wayne Brown, Kenny who did my paper work recently and Emily who serviced my car. Thank you all for the continued good service and for making us want to stay with the Mazda family.

My new subaru (circa 1800 miles) started to make a terrible metallic squeal and screech. I immediately went to North End Subaru where I had purchased the car. The service rep hypothesized a rock caught near a brake rotor. They immediately took it in and that was the problem. They also inspected the brakes and any other possible culprit. We were back on the road in an hour. Well done.

I just purchased a new 2015 Subaru Forest (Alloy Wheel pkg) from North End Subaru/Mazda and the experience was AMAZING!!!!! This was the first car that I purchased on my own and I don't believe i could have gone to a better place to buy a car. Greg Nuorimo was a huge help and very easy to talk to, I gave him a range of what i was willing to pay and he stuck to it. He never tried to sell me anything extra or sneak in some hidden fee. He was also very knowledgable and answered questions that I didn't even ask or think to ask. Frank C helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a new 2015 Suabru Outback and made the whole experience very positive. My service was done in Lunenburg Mass. I had a few problems but every time I went in Dave Fallon was great. He always said he would take care of it and he did. He might have caught the problem the fist time bit he made it a point to help me EVERY time I asked. I couldn't have ask for a better person or dealer ship and the fact if they know it's going to take a long time they lend you a car, I think that's great. I walked in and asked to talk to someone about scheduling an oil change and purchasing some accessories for my Mazda 6. Just stopped for a question..Had a hole in my bumper. A trim piece was missing..Rick in Subaru service went out to the parking lot and said it was a fog lamp cover that was missing. Rick brought me back inside and called the parts department to see if one was available.. There was..I bought the piece and Rick installed it in the parking lot. I was in and out within a half an hour. What was great about it was I won't have to hear any thing complaints from my husband that I had an accident or something. Thanks

My 2007 Legacy had a recurring check engine light which another shop could not fix after two attempts. The shop replaced several parts which did not fix the problem. Finally the other shop sent it to North End Subaru, who found a broken wire and repaired it. It has been two months and the problem has not returned. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

I recently visited North End Subaru of Lunenburg after an accident for diagnostic service when the body shop needed help locating a problem. I worked with Josh Machado in the service department. He arranged for a loaner vehicle for me and though they diagnosed the propblem the same day, they were flexible about my schedule for returning the vehicle. Josh made everything easy. The insurance company required the work be completed by the original body shop, but Josh has offerred to review the work done for my peace of mind.

Three days ago I drove onto the North End Subaru/Mazda - as one of those "just looking" customers because I had already found a Subaru Tribeca elsewhere and I just wanted to compare prices. Well .... much to my surprise North End had almost the same Tribeca (it just didn't have a DVD player) for far less money. BUT ... the Tribeca at North End had light colored interior - which anyone with kids will understand ... LIGHT INTERIOR is a BAD IDEA!!! ... But Greg Nuorimo - who at no time made me feel pressured in any way .. took the time to talk to me .. asked me what I wanted and needed for a vehicle... and that is when he showed me the Mazda CX-9 ... (Black w/ Black Interior - with a 3rd row! ) ... I test drove it .. but wasn't sold just yet ... I was torn ... Greg took even more time to go over the features of each vehicle ... AND THEN ... he told me the ONE THING NO ONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THE Tribeca .... it takes PREMIUM Gas ... (did you know that? - bc I sure didn't) - it was that type of knowledge that sets Greg (and North End) apart from the other dealerships out there! I never once felt pressured and Greg (and Tom Liddle) worked to get me the best financing terms possible. I recommend Greg and North End Subaru/Mazda 100% ... it was a great experience! Thank you so much Greg - you truly made my car buying experience great! (Oh and I should mention after I bought the Mazda - and went to pick-up it up - Greg went over so many of the features with me as well as my kids - which means a lot to a single MOM!) Chris, one of the tech took the car for a ride, with me, I stated the problems he put it on the lift and confirmed exactly what it was when he took it for the ride. I had mentioned a undercarriage rattle several times before thinking it was something else, but he knew exactly what it was and the car no longer makes any undercarriage rattles. It was the sway bar bushings. Received a new clutch after 90,000 never worked so well. Hoping for at least another 120,000. Love the car especially in the winter and like the men and women at North End, a great team to work with.

I attended the new owner's workshop last night....John Kessler and Dan did a very thorough job of training ladies how to recognize messages from their Subaru, and offered many helpful hints about care and longevity. I'm not a new car owner, but came with a friend. Found this workshop highly helpful, as my current Subaru (#4) is a 2012....over the years, Greg, Rick, and JJ have always been extremely helpful and fair. Marty Babineau has been friendly and extremely supportive, as well. Friendliness prevails with all the staff who happen to be present. I was helped by Mike, when I was looking into buying my new vehicle. He was very professional with all the answers with the questions I asked and being concerned with my selection. Also he was not the type that said you have to buy a car right away if it wasn't right for you. When he showed me all the Subaru foresters on the lot, to see if they had my first color selection, and he said no we don't have it, he didn't say that you will have to go to another dealer to get it, he looked around at other dealers for the color I wanted to see if they had it at other dealers; and they had it at another dealer, so he had it sent to my dealer instead of not actually doing it. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to buy there vehicles at North End Subaru because the service was awesome and the people were very professional there.

I went in to have my Ford F150's oil changed and tires rotated. The service advisor Frank Paskell was on point and wasn't trying to hassle me about getting anything else done to the car. I had them also check out my transmission. This was my first time coming into this place for an oil change and tire rotation, the place was clean and they were nice people.

This was my first time at Subaru for an oil change, everything was great and the service advisor Frank Paskell, who actually realized i was standing there waiting when he came in from helping someone else, helped me get the paperwork, showed me where i could sit and wait. I Could not find the information for the WiFi in the room, but they have a huge tv to watch the news or anything else in there. I even got the car vacuumed and I do not own a Subaru, I have a Hyundai sonata.

Service: I bring my Subaru in regularly for service by the North End service team. They are always friendly and professional. They are either equally expensive or less expensive than most specialty lube shops, and they offer regular discounts via email, which is great. When I bring the car in, I know they go over the car with a fine toothed comb each time, and they know the ins and outs of Subarus because they see them all the time. They often even throw in a free car wash, which has been a really nice treat. On warranty repairs, they've been great - they have responded to all my requests, large or small, and I'm really happy with the service I've received. Creature and convenience comforts are great - they have a nice waiting room with WiFi access, and they have offered me a loaner car in the past when I needed to leave the car. My vehicle sales/purchase experience has also been really pleasant - I came prepared with car invoice price sheets and I got the price that I wanted, no haggling. Bob Waite and the rest of the team were great to work with.

I made an appointment over the phone to have my oil changed. I bought my car there so I had a coupon making the first oil change free. The change took about a half hour in which time I sat in their waiting room. They've got some extremely comfortable chairs, a large TV, free coffee, and water. When the service was complete David came out and went over the free diagnostic with me and let me know everything was okay. He also asked if there was anything else I needed and was very pleasant.

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla, I was driving along and got a flat in front of North End Subaru. I thought here we go another unknown dealer who will take advantage of me. When I went inside I was greeted by a short man I think his name was John, He said I seen you pull in. He then asked if it was ok to get me a price on a tire. I told him I did not bring enough money to replace a tire and I need to get to my new job which I was on my way to. John said he would see what he could do. 5 minutes later they took my key and installed a used tire at no charge. Thank you North End your are not like any other dealer I have experienced. Many dealerships claim to be "undealerships" or "customer oriented" - at North End it's actually true. Mike Pinto and his manager Jesse were both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and forthcoming (I never thought I'd use the latter word to describe a car buying experience). You can throw out your memories and notions of past car purchasing experiences: negotiations were minimal, there was little if any backroom chatter, no scheming, no hustling, no push for upgrades, undercoatings, warranties, or other add-ons (though some were offered). The best part, they offered a fair price for both my trade-in and the new car on the first try. I had done my homework before walking into the showroom so I knew what the numbers for a decent deal should look like, Mike and Jesse were within $200 of my "great deal" number incl. taxes and fees. I really can't ask for more than that. If you're in the market for a Subaru in MA, this dealership, and particularly Mike Pinto, are well worth the trip.

I just attended the new buyers seminar at North End Subaru. It's a free seminar offered each month to new buyers. They provided food (pizza) and drinks. The seminar was very informative, especially for a woman. They were very knowledgeable and could answer any questions from the participants. They had a raffle and gave everyone a Subaru hat. Best of all, we all received Rewards points for attending. I think North end Subaru goes above and beyond to provide superior service to their customers.

The experience at North End was definitely low stress. Frank was very knowledgeable and informative about vehicle we were interested in. We were able to take an extensive 2nd test drive that lasted over an hour. There were no high pressure follow up calls, just a "let me know how I can help". Price negotiations took about 5 minutes over the phone and a very good deal was attained. This is the 2nd car we've bought from North End and it won't be the last.

This was the first "check up" for the 2014 Forester I purchased from this dealer. I actually purchased from this dealer, rather than a closer dealer near my New Hampshire home. Although the process is a bit more involved buying out of state, I found that North End Subaru was more responsible and responsive than the NH dealer - so much so that I decided to travel further and service my car there as well. I worked with Frank Paskell and had the recommended service done as well as having rain shields installed over my windows and fog lights. Frank was terrific - he honored a somewhat expired coupon, which saved me more than $100.00 and took the time to figure out which of my coupons would give me the best discount. He kept me apprised of when the car would be done, watched my valuables when I took my dog out for a walk, and even found me a "doggie bag," as my pick-up bags were in the car being serviced. The cost for the work was clearly outlined beforehand - no unpleasant add-ons or surprises. The waiting area might not be the most posh, but it's comfortable and I love that they're dog friendly. I was even able to work in some training practice and socialization with my dog while I was there, although my dog nearly knocked Frank over by jumping on him. (The dog definitely needs more training!) It was great that the other customers who came in to wait were dog friendly as well and tolerant of my furry boy. As far as the service work, everything was done as requested and Frank went out to the car to show me some of the features of the new lights. We live in a very rural area with steep, curvy, hilly roads and the fog lights are great even when there's no fog! I love how clean the outside and front seat area of the car were when the work was done. It looked (and smelled) new. We will definitely be going back and maybe next time they'll even vacuum the rear seat area where my dogs hang out!

I recently bought a 2005 Cobalt from North End Subaru. Overall, it was everything I wanted in a car. There was lots of repairs done to it, but I have already driven it for almost 300 miles and no problems. It ha a very clean engine etc. When entering the dealership, we were greeted in a very friendly way. Right away I told Joe what I was interested in. Instead of rushing and just telling us about a couple of vehicles I might be interested in, he went through a whole list of cars within my price range. After choosing the car I wanted, the process was very quick. I was given a free car fax, a list of the repairs the dealership had done to the car, and was allowed to test drive it. You are also seated in a VERY nice waiting room with a TV, free flavored coffee, and water. Joe and Tom also were very understanding with price ranges and waiting a couple days for me to get my drivers license. Overall, the experience at this dealership was completely stress free and felt welcomed into their building and service. I would definitely recommend at least visiting this dealership.

I did not purchase my first vehicle from North End. I did choose North End Subaru's service department to make sure my Subaru lived a long time. I now have 266,542 miles on my 2007 Legacy Sedan. I say with a sad face that I had to purchase a new Subaru, but only due to foul weather conditions. I decided to purchase my new Subaru from North End Subaru only because of the service department. Before I began buying my cars from Northend, I rarely returned to the dealership for service unless there was a warranty issue with my vehicle. My husband and I have bought 4 Subarus through North End. The sales team has always made the process of purchasing our vehicles a breeze. Greg Nuorimo always puts in the extra effort to search out our black vehicles if they don't have any on the lot. We always have our autos serviced at North End as well. Recently after researching new tires EVERYWHERE for the best price, North End was right on target. Below the prices of even the tire retail/installers or online tire dealers. They were able to have them installed in a reasonable time and I drove home on my new tires in a snowstorm. from the day we were buying our car we requested to talk to the service department. Robert Newton was the one who answered all of our questions from beginning to end. we had our first service and had purchased a wheel and tire warranty and had a damaged rim. Rob went out of his way to make us happy with out new miata. we got the rim fixed and asked questions about storage and he offered to come to our home to help get it ready for storage because he lived near by. everything you can ever ask for. do not buy or service anywhere without giving north end a chance. you will be pleased. i promise

We bought our Subaru Outback at North End 12 years ago. Thanks to a friendly, low-pressure sales team, our buying experience was easy and remarkably stress free. Since then we have brought our Outback in to North End for regular service and we have always felt fairly dealt with. Whether it's a routine oil change, a landmark mileage service appointment or a repair, the guys in the service department never fail to explain everything and answer questions. Several years ago we were in a road accident where we were hit by another car. We requested that our car be towed to the dealership. North End took the lead in working with our insurance company and the body shop to get our car back in tip top condition. That extra measure of care and service is what keeps us coming back to North End Subaru. With more than 200,000 miles on it now, we still love our 2002 Outback. But whenever the time is finally right, we will definitely buy our next Subaru at North End!

I bought my first car, the 2014 Mazda CX5, here and had an amazing experience! My father and I did everything over the phone and everyone who works here was upfront and honest with us from the get go. We worked closely with Mark who was very helpful. Mark went through the entire manual with us inside and then spent an additional 20 minutes with us outside in the car showing us how everything within the car functions and operates. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here. It's hard to find a dealership where you feel comfortable and where you're not pressured or getting scammed!

Hi there, I'd recommend this dealer to anyone. After listening carefully to my input, Bob Waite steered me toward the perfect solution, a black 2014 base model Legacy (I want a stick and only the base models have this), with added heated leather interior and fog lamps. I love this car! I've bought 7 Subarus since 1986 (with a few Toyotas thrown in) and the 2014 Legacy is the best solution yet. No need for expensive "packages". Get the base, 6 speed with added leather. Fun! Thanks North End

Great service with employees who help find you the perfect car for you based on your budget and your needs. When I chose my car, it was Mark Atkinson who was there to make sure I had everything the way I wanted. I chose the color of my car and after everything was set, I changed my mind and gave Mark a call. Without hesitation he located a car of the right color and had it ready for in a matter a few days. We have numerous choices when buying tires. What I found out by asking the Service Team, Mazda competes against anyone in the sale of tires. I own a CX9 and tires are a huge investment. I went to several places to price out 4 tires and finally ended up at Northend Mazda where I took advantage of their BUY 3 and get the 4th tire for $1.00. This sale saved me +$300 !!!! A terrific deal. Thanks Northend Mazda for saving me significant dollars. I will consider coming here for all my tires.

My salesperson was Tom Sawvelle, he was very thorough, I got a very fair trade in for my used car, when I left the dealership I had a check list of what I needed to bring with me when I came to pick up my new car. Went to North End Mazda back in April to test drive the CX-9. I wasn't ready to make a purchase but I was helped by Tom Sawvelle. He showed me all the models of the CX-9 and went through the differences with me. I came back a month later to check out a couple of things & Tom helped me again. He never pressured me to make a decision and he even let me know if there were any deals. A month later I came back with my husband to check out a couple of the used CX-9s on the lot and Tom helped us again. I had been doing my research online and one of the used CX-9s I was pretty much in love with, but when I got to the lot it was missing the roof racks that were in the picture & the all weather mats. We purchased the used CX-9 that I loved and Tom even made sure I got the roof rack & the all weather mats back. He never pressured us to do more and the prices they had the cars listed at were the best by far. I looked at all the Mazda dealers within 100 miles and North End's price were the best. I highly recommend speaking with Tom Sawvelle at North End Mazda if you're looking for any Mazda.

Mike and Frank were great! As a young female driver I thought that buying a car was going to be a nightmare! I dreaded the idea of car shopping because I expected all sales men to be alike. Well I was in for a pleasant surprise. Every single person in north ends sales team was extremely amiable and helpful. Not once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of because of my inexperience with cars and every single one of my questions went answered, even those I didn't even know I had! Of course I had to shop around and make sure I was getting the best deal. After several days of looking around, and wasting my time, I ended back at north end. In the end it was a very pleasant experience and I will most certainly go back to north end for any future purchases. Also a huge plus they have someone who speaks Spanish! I was referred to North End Mazda by a co-worker while in the market for a new car. My last car buying experience not a pleasant one and I felt more like a side of beef being processed at a meat packing plant. However, North End Mazda was a completely different experience. I met with Mark Atkinson and everything about the buying process was focused on finding out what I needed in a vehicle and then matching me up with the perfect car and the best possible option for my budget. Once we chose a car, Tom Little handled the financing process. Within an hour , we had a terrific loan secured and completed the process in a comfortable time frame. Mark scheduled the car pick up on his day off since it was a better day for me. They made sure the car was spotless, that I understood the features of the car and even synced up the Bluetooth. There was great care taken in explaining all the services available for me as their customer. There was a lot of emphasis on ensuring that I get all the proper maintenance and making sure I understand I can call them with any and all questions. As a non mechanical person , this is VERY important to me and much appreciated. In my research on the Better Business Bureau website, I found other local dealers with as many as 10 BBB complaints again them. North End Mazda has none. Spare yourself the misery of another unpleasant buying experience and go here FIRST.

It seemed that everyone in our little Townsend neighborhood had a Mazda from Northend so when it was time to start shopping for a new SUV, I asked 2 different friends what they liked about Northend and Mazda in general and what I got was an earful. They had nothing but praise for Northends customer service and Mazda's great products. We also did our research and narrowed it down to the Mazda CX9 or the Toyota Highlander, both came very highly rated. My brother almost had me sold on the Toyota as he ALWAYS buys toyota. We started our search at our local Toyota dealership and our sales woman was nice but very robotic in her sales pitch. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge but I really don't care about the gear ratios or harmonic tuned motor nor do I really know how that applies to us and our two daughters. After we told her several times that we were also going to test drive a Mazda CX9, she still insisted on badgering us about buying the Toyota today. Then her manager came over and told us how bad the Mazda CX9 was and how great Toyota was and he would offer us a deal but only if we took the new car home today. Although we did like the Highlander, we were completely turned off by the high pressure atmosphere and after an exhausting 3 hours of pain, we left with the idea if we did decide to purchase a Toyota, it would not be from this dealer. The following weekend, we reluctantly stopped in at Northend Mazda expecting the same treatment. What we received was nothing short of complete comfort. We were greeted by a very friendly and polite salesman named Wayne Brown. Within 5 minutes of conversation, Wayne had us completely at ease. He even engaged my two daughters in conversation and they were thrilled with him. If my 4 and 6 year old kids had their way, they would have bought the car on the spot. When we told Wayne that we were not buying today and comparing the CX9 to the Highlander, he did not miss a beat and even gave us several sites where we could compare the two models. Not once did he trash the competition and admitted that the Toyota was a good competitor. He knew the product inside and out and never mentioned gear ratios and harmonic anything. There was not one hint of pressure, just an overall feeling that he wanted us to get the best value for our money. He had me, my wife and both girls very entertained and amused and the atmosphere at Northend was so different from our previous experience the week before. Everyone was smiling and seemed like they truly enjoyed themselves and we felt like these were people that we would invite to a bbq and not someone who was trying to con us out of our money. We were equally pleased with the CX9 and the price was well within our budget and $3000 less than the "Deal" that we were offered at the Toyota dealership. It's been over 3 months since we bought our car yet everytime we drive by Northend, both of my girls say "let's stop and see Wayne". This letter is a long time coming because I am a bit of a procrastinator. We have never had a better experience buying a car than we did when we bought our CX9 from Northend. When I told my neighbor that I bought a new Mazda from Northend, she asked if I bought it from Wayne and I gladly replied "Of course, I bought it from Wayne". Thanks Wayne and Northend! You have created a happy customer for years to come.

We purchased our Mazda3 from North End Mazda and trust their service staff to perform all major work on the vehicle. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. Our Mazda has 90k miles on it and it is still performing strong. They take the time to explain each service and the cost of the service, including looking for ways to save a customer money or time when possible. Just purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 Sport. The process required us to work it a bit to finalize my trade value but in the end I was very happy. The facility is not overly fancy but that's not what really important when the deals said and done. Maybe one would consider this type of dealership "old school" but i consider it refreshing because ultimately we are all after an honest deal at the best possible price. If its high polished marble floors with high pressure sales you are after this dealership if not for you. However if you are after knowledgable information is what you are considering you have found the right place.

i recently had an issue with my mazda 3 that i was going to an independent repair shop that was local for and they threw over $1000.00 in parts and labor at to try and fix it but failed. i decided to call north end mazda and see if they could fix it. they got me right in that day and rob, matt and pat all took very good care of myself and my vehicle. they understood my cituation and gave me a great deal seeing as i already waisted time and money with someone else. found the problem, and fixed it all in the same day. i was offered a free loaner that i didnt expect but declined because i had a ride. they really do care about the customer as well as getting them do come back. prices were even less than the independent shop i was going to. new life time customer here for north end.

I came to North End Subaru looking to trade in my Honda Civic for a Forester. After seeing the commercials for the 2014 I really wanted to take a look at them. Frank Capoccia made this the easiest decision I've ever made. He showed me all the new features & benefits on the 2014 and after I test drove told him I would be coming back on Sunday to test drive again. Sunday was his day off but he came in just for me and I ended up buying the car that day. I had a recent experience with Subaru service that I would consider above and beyond. I was having a major service done that required me to have a service loaner. Upon checking in the service person helping me noticed that my drivers license had expired.I thought to myself that goes another day waiting in line at the rmv when JJ asked if me If I had a few moments. Was searching for a late model CX7 after my previous car was totaled and saw a car on line that seemed to fit my needs and desires but it was almost 100 miles away. On a whim, I sent an email never expecting a reply nor was I even expecting to travel 2 hours to buy a car from a dealer in MA when there were 20-30 similar vehicles within 25 miles from me. Wayne Brown immediately responded to me with a recent Carfax and he explained every bit of work that was done on the vehicle. My busy schedule did not allow me to even consider a test drive for at least a week and he caught me when I was boarding a train to NY and we set up a date to see the CX7. My boyfriend thought I was crazy to drive 100 miles to buy a car but I just had a good feeling about Wayne. I was so right! We had been to 2 Mazda dealers in our area and they both seemed untrustworthy and the cars were not even close to the pictures posted. I took my bf and his kids to North End to check out the CX7 and we were so impressed with the casual atmosphere and the low pressure invironment. wayne was awesome and the whole transaction was a pleasure. My boyfriend is even thinking of taking the 100 mile trek to buy a new Mazda 3 just to deal with Wayne and the entire Northend crew. I highly reccommend North End Mazda and Wayne Brown. I now (almost) like used car salesmen because of Wayne and Northend.

I just want to take this oppurtunity to thank Patrick the North End Mazda parts manager, Rob a service advisor and Tyler the technician that did the work on my CX-9 which i completely love. I was in recently to have a 30k service and while they were working on it they found a control arm that was loose and making a lot of noise which my husband thought was a tie rod(shows what he knows). Rob and pat were able to work with me on a fair price that i could afford giving me the peace of mind to know that my two beautiful chidren were not in any unessecary risk of my car falling apart. Thankyou all very much. I willsee you in 3500 miles for my next oil change.

i have a older mazda and i love it. i have been changing my own oil and doing all the maintenance to my vehicle, i go to see pat in the mazda parts dept. regulary and he is always very friendly and eager too help me out whether i am buying an oil filter, head gasket or even a bumper cover. north end's prices are competitive and there employees are quite friendly. for my mazda i will always go to north end for my parts needs.......

I worked with Greg Nuorimo on the purchase of my 2013 Subaru Forester. I purchased a 2005 Impreza for myself and a 2007 Impreza for my wife from Greg, and went back to Greg to purchase my Forester. Should tell you something right there if I not only went to the same dealership, but also back to the same salesperson for my 3rd Subaru. No sales pressure to buy anything, but right there to answer any questions that I had. We pretty quickly negotiated a deal that was acceptable to both of us, and the deal was done within a hour of me walking into the dealership.

Purchashed new 2013 Legacy. This is third car our family has bought from North End and each time a fair price on the vehicle being purchased as well as the trade was easily agreed too. Our salesman Frank Lajoie fully expalined all operational controls and more including pairing my cell phone's Bluetooth with the audio system. Very knowledgeable. I am new to the area and was calling dealer to see who could service my forester in an emergency.I had a tire problem and after calling two other local dealer I called Northend Subaru. John answered with a thank you for calling that impressed me. After talking, he convienced me to bring my car in assuring me he would fix it while I waited. They checked out the tire and i needed a new one. They did not have the tire in stock but was assured it would be done in just over an hour. They also recommened I replace the cabin air filter. I had no idea what it was. (thanks for the explation John). An alignment was also recommended and I was thrilled when I was told they could do an alignment under warranty. I talked with John for almost an hour of and on. I had alot of question that the dealer in New Hamsphire would not answer or would dance around. I was so glad to find not only Northend Subaru but also John. He was not only friendly but personal and mad me feel so welcome, I was out in just over an hour and they even washed my car....WOW...great job..best dealer..best service team...best place to go...my new home

This was my first visit and purchase from North End Subaru. We received no pressure at all from our salesman Frank Lajoie. Frank was extremely helpful and explained several options for us to choose. We took a few vehicles, of the many available, out for a ride and decided on an 2008 Outback. We spoke with the manager Frank C and felt we received a very fair price. i brought my car in because a friend recommended me to go to see rob in service. they believe he is honest and caring. he by far proved them right. very respectful service department and parts was very fair. i drive a vw and went in for a brake noise and lack of fuel mileage. they were more than fair with the price of parts and labor. told me everything that my car needed then and will need later. i decided to put some money into my car and bring it back up to par coming into winter. rob told me the price of everything. i then signed and agreed on a price. they provided me with a FREE!!! LOANER CAR and when i came back the next day. the bill was $220 less then what they had quoted me. i was shocked. the parts werent as much as they thought and they saved me on labor due to the process not taking as long as they expected. any other dealer or shop would have taken the money and ran. i recommend everyone to try them out. rob matt and pat are the best ive seen. thank you so much guys.

If you're looking for empty promises, or to be disappointed, and inconvenienced, then I highly recommend North End Mazda of Lunenburg. The only reason they receive even 1 star from me is because I'm not given the option to give them 0 stars. I have had nothing but a headache with this dealership. After being ordered the wrong car, receiving an excise-tax bill on a car that wasn't even mine, and being hugely inconvenienced during service work (4 days for a 2 hour job), I can say with confidence that I will ride a bicycle before I purchase a car from them again.

He took the time to suggest and explain the 30.0k maintenance plan and the addition of having the transmission and brakes checked since I was complaining of a grinding noise on my brakes.He was very thorough and very nice. Friendly, honest, efficient, courteous, clean, knowledgeable, helpful, I could go on all day. The only thing better than buying a brand new Subaru is buying one from these guys. This is my 2nd experience buying a car from them and it most certainly won't be the last. I bought my 2010 Forester from them, and I just traded it in for a 2013 with an upgraded sound system, no money down, and my monthly payments are now lower. I worked with Greg Nuorimo and the sales manager Frank. They are very low pressure, and are friends first and salesmen second. Having personally worked in areas that stress customer service, I can appreciate when companies do it right. Go to North End. You will not be disappointed.

Best service money can buy can be found at Northend Mazda. Guys there are incredible, could not ask for more polite gracious people. Always make sure my car is running as if if had 1,000 miles on it when is has over 60k. I am originally from Worcester, MA and now live in North Carolina. I recently fell in love with the 2013 Subaru BRZ and HAD to get my hands on one! As they only made a few thousand, They are nearly impossible to find. North End Subaru was the 62nd dealership I called looking for my car. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, and they even traded their M/T for an automatic for me. They did all my paperwork by UPS overnighting it back and forth, and even paid for me to send it back to them! They arranged my transport, financing, paperwork and were a PLEASURE to speak with every time I did. Northend Mazda service is always extremely helpful. I can recall one night where the service manager Matt stayed almost 2 hours past closing time just to make sure he got a chance to go over the bill with me. I would never imagine a service manager going that far to satisfy his customer's. All of his staff is curteous and friendly, not too mention knowledgable about the Mazda product. I couldn't imagine going to another service deptartment ever again. In fact we will be servicing all of our vehicle reguardless if they are Mazda or not with Matt and his fantastic crew. We will deffinately be buying another vehicle from Northend Mazda just to the outstanding service experiance and competetive prices. Kudos to Matt and hios great team

I had a great experience at North End Subaru. I started looking around at cars several months ago after a growing concern over dangerous blind spots while driving my current car. The concern grew more as my child is now driving and mentioned it also. I could not have him driving a car I didn't feel was 100% safe and reliable. I had done some research and learned about the excellent safety ratings not only of all Subaru cars, but ultimately the one I purchased which is the Subaru outback. The salesman I dealt with, David Graves, was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all. He just provided me with all the facts I was looking for. I also dealt with Frank Capoccia and Tom Liddle and they were all helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone (which I have already been doing).

John took the time to find her the right car for her. One that she could afford as a recent college graduate. I recently had my mazda serviced at Northend. The experiance was so different than what is normally said of the dealer. Everyone says "Hi" to you and is always pleasant and cheerful. The work is done correctly the first time and just as fast as it could have been done at a jiffy lube. I even got my car washed for free when they were done with it. Name another place that does that!! Best by far!!!!

The day before I was leaving on vacation I noticed I had a tie rod and wheel bearing gone on my vehicle. I called North End Mazda and explained my situation. Matt not only got me right in but went above and beyond to make certain my vehicle was ready and safe for my vacation. He called me and kept me updated on the repairs including bringing to my attention other issues that I was not aware of on the vehicle and took the time to show me the parts, explain the problems and answer all of my questions. I wanted some acessories for my Mazda and Boyd really made my day. He not only beat other places prices, he took the time to put them in my car for free. Cargo tray, All weather mats, Sunroof deflector. He also said He would love for me to come to the car care clinic on 6/14/12 even though I did not buy my mazda with you. I recently came in to get four new tires for my 2010 Mazda and Boyd Aldrich couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to ask me the average distance I drove and how long I was planning on keeping the vehicle so that I could make the best purchase. I even received free road hazard. I appreciated all of his help and the great deal I got on the tires. I will definitely come back now for other service work thanks to Boyd and will strongly consider another Mazda when I'm back in the market for a new vehicle. I bought a used 2006 Mazda Tribute and was looking to put some running boards on it. I remember Boyd from Mazda parts as I had his buisness card he gave me 6 months ago. I called him and asked what he could do for me.So after talking with Boyd I ordered running boards and an ash tray for my Tribute, and he had the best price out there for me. I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. He was very patient as he listened to me explain the problems I had been experiencing. I was happily surprised when I got a call after lunch, and it was fixed! Very reasonable prices too! Had an issue with a Subaru...no start did every thing I could think of.. Multiple Garages..still no start Started throwing parts at it.(Starting system) electrical sensors..the works.. Called North End...make a appointment quickly and told service to (FIX IT!!) and they did and within a day I got my car back...running fine and at a very fair and reasonable price.... guess I just needed the trained and experienced technicians..would have save me time and money to do this in the first place... thanks again

I have been bringing my toyota to Northend Subaru for almost 6 years now. I have never had any issues the car runs great. The service manager John always picks up my vehicle and always ask if I need to barrow a car. He is runs a very honest and up front service department. He warns me in advance if something is comong due on my vehicle so I have time to save for it. I have never meet anyone with the car he has taken with me and my corolla. I stopped going to the toyota dealer when they stopped being friendly. Thanks for all your help John over the years, you are truly a Great Man.

Was not happy when I pick up the car, antifreeze was low, told them few times before picking it up,They had spray painted the car carpet to hide the dog hair,The whole car smelt like a paint factory,there was paint on the console and seat track covers..no one cared.

I recently needed to replace my tires on my Toyota Rav4.My husband who services his Subaru Impreza with North End always speaks greatly about the service the provide.I called and spoke with J.J in service who found me the tires I needed and arranged a convenient time for me to come in.My appointment about took approx 1 hour and cost exactly the quoted price. I will continue to use North End Subaru for all of my maintenance of my Rav 4..I will think about this great service dept. when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.... I recently had a issue with my vehicle not starting. I called the guys at north end mazda and they told me to call Triple A and have my vehicle towed in. I did so and within a couple of hours they called me to tell me i needed a battery and the vehicle would be ready in a hour. Boy was i shocked because i thought it would be a couple days and a expensive bill, but it was neither. Thank you for the top notch service

we brought our 99 protege in for some service work and the service guy steve was very honest told us how much it was going to cost to repair our vehicle. We then asked him if he thought it was worth putting the money in to it and explained he didn't and asked us if we were interested in trading it in.So he brought us over to a salesman named mark who made it seem so easy to purchase a new car.Thank you for a great job.

I bought a new 2007 Miata from my local big city dealer and it was like pulling teeth to get any information regarding price or monthly payments. When I was out of warranty, I found out that their service department was worse than their sales dept. In desperation, I called North End and asked if they would repair my Miata even though I bought it somewhere else. They were absolutely great to deal with and their service dept. explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. When my daughter needed her first car, I knew that I would go to North End even though they are 40 miles from home. Wayne and Jesse gave me a great deal and they were so nice to work with. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with such professionals without the high pressure experience that I was used to. I will buy my next car from North End and I tell everyone that I know to see North End for your next car purchase. It will definitely be worth your time. Tell them Angie B. sent you ;)

I have purchsed 3 vehicles from North End Subaru and each time it gets easier. I have to mention Frank Lejoie and Bob Waite, both of them are very helpful and assisted me each step of the way. They take nothing for granted and always take time to follow-up with me to insure by satisfaction. Service department has been just as good. JJ and Rick are always there to answer my questions and do timely repairs. It's so easy with them - drop off my car, get a loaner vehicle and return later. I would recommend them to everyone considering a Subaru or Mazda, both new and used.

Going to Subaru is like stopping by to say Hi to your favorite friends. From service to sales to the office staff I am treated with love and respect consitently . The General Manager Martin Babineau , has frequently been busy but never to busy to ask with sincerity how I am and how things are in general . Every car question is answered with wisdom and my best interest at heart. My sales person has been Greg and service has been mostly Rick . We laugh and get what ever I need done with and no hassles. I would never buy any other car or have service anyother place. Quick note. Was In an accident I called North end. No issues that too was taken care. I am lucky to be a customer of such a thoughtful and effective , honest place of business.

I have been using this dealership for a few years for service. I had my high milage car serviced here and they have always done an amazing job. No recurring issues or problems after it was fixed. The service department has always been friendly and never tried to tell me there was more wrong with my car than what was really wrong. Well because of the great service I have received in the service department it was time to get into a newer vehicle. I met with the sales department and told them what I was looking for and my expectations, and they were not only able to meet what I was looking for But EXCEED my expectations. Very professional and courteous and all about me and my needs. I never felt pushed or pressured in any way just genuine concern for what I was looking for. To make a long story short the guys over at North End are above the rest in all they do and if you want to have a good experience with a car dealership, which we all know can be hard to do, Please visit North End in Lunenburg, you will not be disappointed!

No internal repair done to car when bought like fog lights of wrx wasn't working, rattling noise caued by loose tube in engine when driving on the highway and BAD STRUTS! which they told me the noise was just caused by the exhaust that was in the trunk at the time . Lasty Continues check engine light coming on driving every other week it comes back on.
