We were completely satisfied with all that Nucar had to offer. All of the employees are very courteous and professional. Mario Yarbrough was our salesman, he offered us a demo ride, visit to the service department, showed us everything about the car, features and operations, he also explained about the warranty and maintenance schedule. Mario called today and thanked us for our purchase and to please call him if we hace any problems or concerns.we are very satisfied with the Financial Processeverything was explained to us in a very straightforward manner. I came in to Nucar on Saturday the 31st to purchase a Chevy Cruz or Malibu. When I arrived I was greeted by Ryan Averell and several other sales associates. I had looked at cars at two other dealerships on Friday and decided to give Nucar a try on Saturday. After meeting with Ryan and discussing my needs, we decided that the best vehicle for me was a Malibu--LT or LTZ. I looked at a Malibu on Friday at another dealership nearby and Ryan even agreed to do a dealer trade if I could not find what I wanted at Nucar. We drove both an LTZ and an LT. I loved the LTZ but I did not want a black car so the LT in summit white became my choice. It was the perfect color and it had several additional options that the car at the other dealership did not have. After adding the Malibu rebate and several other discounts that I was entitled to, the final price was a GREAT deal--and better than the price of the other car with less options that I originally wanted dealer traded. I also had a trade in and did not have to haggle at all after the appraisal. I felt that the offer on my car was extremely fair so I purchased the Malibu on Saturday and took it home that afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Finance was outstanding! The general manager was friendly etc etc. By far, this was one of the best car buying experiences that anyone could ever hope for. I know that Ryan is a fairly new addition to the Nucar "family" and he did a great job and you should be pleased to have him.

On August 8, 2013 I was involved in an accident and after my car was not able to be fixed I had to find a vehicle quickly. I went to several dealerships and found that once they new I was getting a check that was what they were primarily focused on. I stopped in NUCAR and spoke with salesman Tom Reale and explained to him that I just want the bottom line and didn't want to waste his time or mine. Tom was very friendly and was not desperate to get his hands on the check. He asked me what I wanted and when it wasn't available he searched for it and found exactly the car for me. He wanted to know financially what I wanted to do and worked with that figure to get me the best deal. I found the entire staff to be very friendly from the salespeople to the finance people. Before I came to NUCAR I had owned 6 Pontiac vehicles and was very nervous to try a different car. Tom Reale and the other associates at NUCAR made that decision easy for me. Thank you very much for making a very stressful time as easy as possible.

After having a bad experience with Porter Chevy (a competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This included finding monetary incentives/discounts and completing extensive research into finding the vehicle with the exact package/options we desired. In particular it was a pleasure working with Dwayne Cluff who was extremely courteous, responsive and most of all knowledgeable about the Traverse. He personally found an alternative vehicle with the desired options after another dealership sold the car we had reserved. He also arranged for us to pick up the Traverse earlier than planned to accommodate a family trip. After our purchase he made sure to follow up with appointments to get the normal auto detailing done and have a tow hitch installed for us. Dwayne even demoed the controls and paired our smart phones! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dwayne to my friends and family. I will also be returning to Nucar for future purchases.

"What an amazing experience! On April 24, 2013, I became the proud owner of a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I absolutely love it! I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Dennis Dionisi who was more than wonderful. He communicated with me on a daily basis as far as where we were in the process and was always available to answer all of my many questions. Not only is purchasing a brand new car very exciting, it can also be a bit stressful. With Mr. Dionisi's help and expertise, there was never a sressful moment during the entire process. When asked what I was looking for in a car, I know Mr. Dionisi paid close attention to my response because he directed me to exactly what I was looking for, and it was in my price range! He took the time to go over all of the many features that my Chevy Cruze is equipped with. And he even followed up with me the next day to see if there was anything I needed. Mr. Dionisi worked very hard on my behalf and it showed. The entire process was a wonderful experience.Every staff member at Nucar Chevrolet always greeted me with a smile. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and with some research, settled on looking at the new Chevrolet Equinox. He was very helpful and informative. He found 2 trucks that fit what I was looking for and helped us pick the best one for us. It was delivered quickly and he was very helpful. I've bought from Nucar in the past but it's been awhile. I was in the market for a truck with more power to tow a travel trailer. I went online and checked Diver and Porter, I didn't see anything I could afford. I went to the Nucar website and found a vehicle I was interested in. I wasn't planning to buy that day but I did. Mario Yarbrough approached my wife and I and asked if there is anything he can do for me. I told him about the Silverado 2500 HD I found on the internet. Unfortunately, it was already sold a few days earlier which didn't surprize me. Mario pointed out another one in the lot and it was more of what I was looking for compared to the other truck. After much patience and help from Mario, the wife and I decided to buy the truck. He worked out a great deal for us and I felt great about it. No pressure at all and professional. That's what I like. After all was said and done, we drove away almost four hours later with the new truck. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the way we were treated.

Typically a car buying experience is extremely daunting and long. However, Tom Reale at Nucar made the experience quick and pleasurable. He was very detail oriented and took the time to explain my new vehicle to me. Ed made the financing portion quick and easy and also took the time to explain the fees and payments. Overall a very positive experience. Nice atmosphere in the dealership. A lot of smiles and acknowledgement. Tom, our sales Consultant was excellent; friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the product and very acommodating. He asked the right questions, answered all of mine and explained everything well. I did not feel rushed or pressured, rather I felt I was being helped to make the right decison. The finance manager is very good at his job, and the sales manager personally thanked us for coming in. We are very pleased with the service we got at NuCar and would recommend.

Dwayne could not have been any nicer as well as Karen the manager and Jim the finance manager. They worked with me and got me the best deal possible. Buying a car in the days of the internet has changed. Car buyers are much more knowledgeable than they used to be. This being said I expected for the salesman to try to sell me on extras or try to get me to get a more expensive car. This was not the case at Nucar. Kris Copeland was more than helpful and exemplified what a salesman should be like. He listed to my concerns and helped me find the best fit for me, not his wallet.

Dwayne was very personable and extremely easy to work with. Dwayne knows his product and shows a lot of enthusiasm in doing his job. He was willing to answer all questions. You never felt rush and he was willing to spend as much time with me as needed for me to make my decision and to be comfortable with the decision I made. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car. Felicia Benson was the saleslady who help me. She is very nice and not pushy.I felt very comfortable with her and didnt feel rushed. She was very knowledgeable with the car (chevy equinox).She gave me the best deal and worked with my finance.She took her time and went over all the features my car has to offer. Upon arriving at Nucar Dealership, we were greeted by sales consultant, Mario Yarbrough. Mario immediately ushered us out of the cold. Mario met our needs in a concise manner explanning each step of the way. We did not feel pressured but felt at ease and confident we were making the right choice. I actually went in to dealership to see about extended warranty on my HHR, then ran into Karen and got to talking, and then decided to look around while i was waiting to talk to person about warranty. Karen introduced me to Dennis and before i knew it , he and i were out looking around the lot at trucks and cars and i liked the Sonic LTZ so next thing i knew i was trading in my HHR for the Sonic and am very pleased with the ease that the whole transaction took place. At first I had gone to the Nucar Mazda area and talked to Steve Saunders who was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy like the other dealers I had dealt with before and showed me cars that were actually in my price range and those he thought I would probably be interested in. He listened to the things I needed in a car, and showed me cars like that which saved me a lot of time. Then after doing some more research on cars myself, I decided against a used Mazda (which had nothing to do with Steve or the dealership). My dad suggested I check out the new Chevy cars. Felicia Benson greeted me and was also VERY helpful, friendly, and genuine. I had a type of car in mind, but after understanding exactly what I was looking for and my budget, she showed me another type that I had never heard of or considered and I LOVED it. During the whole process of purchasing the car, she talked me through it since I had never done it before by myself. I got very frustrated at certain points (with my insurance company and with finding the title of my old car) and she had easy solutions and took care of everything making my life so much easier. She has kept in touch, making sure that everything is still going well with the car which I appreciate so much! I would absolutely recommend the Chevy (and Mazda) dealerships and of course Felicia if anyone asked me where to go to look for a new car.

Chris Diaferio was very professional, listened to our want list and PRO-ACTIVELY sent us numbers on vehicles that fit our requirements. By the time we arrived, we were able to maximize our time and had no issue purchasing the car right then and there. This guy was great - highly recommend to anyone. We had been to 7 dealerships prior to this through PA and DE, and had horrible experiences. Nothing but high pressure sales people who didn't really understand the basics, nor listened to what our needs and wants were. Nucar will receive my future buisness without question.

Chris is excellent to deal with when purchasing a car. My past experiences before buying with Nucar Chevrolet were lenghty, drawn out, and high pressure. Chris completely changed the way I look at car buying. He showed me that it can be a no pressure, consumer driven positive experience. HIGHWAY ROBBERY... I brought my supercharged 2005 Corvette in for service yesterday and they quoted me $1,300 to replace a water pump! I called around and any other reputable auto shop quoted $600 or less installed (with the genuine part). Nucar charged $85 to look at the vehicle for the water pump which is understandable, what I didn't realize is they wanted $85 more to look at the key fob which I was having an issue with. Considering the whole key fob costs $110 to replace, I must say they were trying to rip me off. The service manager waived the $85 for looking at the key fob, but they broke the clip when "diagnosing" so now I have to replace it anyway! Save your time and money and go with any other shop.

The moment Felicia approached us at Nucar, we were put at ease. She was friendly,helpful, and quite knowledgeable about Nucar's vechicle inventory. We explored the lot and checked out several cars. We chose a Chevy Cruze after the test drive. We were treated well by the staff that was present when we were purchasing the Cruze. It was pouring the day we brought our new car home, so Felicia suggested that we bring it back to be detailed. We did. The Cruze looked great, and the staff was super. Went in looking for a new colorado extended cab. I was helped from the start by Jeff Mcelwee from the used car side of Nucar. He found the Truck which was the only on that fit my desire. I worked with him on the pricing and we came to a price I could manage. I went back Today to finalize the deal and was directed to Kris who is Chevy certified. Both men were friendly and polite. The service I recieved was great up front and I believe Honest which I value as a customer and a person in retail.

I had a fantastic experience at Nucar Connection! I worked closely with Dennis Dionisi, on top of just being a very genuine and nice person; he worked with me until I was 100% satisfied with my car purchase. Dennis was attentive, he always returned my calls promptly, and made me feel like he was working just for me. I purchased a new Chevy Sonic, I have owned the car for a few days now and I couldn't be happier. I felt that Dennis and the other staff at Nucar did everything they possibly could to get me the best deal possible on my car. I walked in with a number in my head just hoping I would come close, and I ended up walking out paying exactly what I wanted to. No other dealership offered me close to the deal I got at Nucar Connection.All of the staff at Nucar I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. I swear every single employee in that place had a smile on their face and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Down the road when I am ready to buy another car I definitely plan on returning to Nucar Connection and I would recommend them to ANYONE who is in the market for a new car. I had been to at least 4 other dealerships prior to this one and none of them made me feel as comfortable and confidant as I felt at Nucar Connection. As soon as I walked in the door at Nucar, I felt welcome and I knew that this was the place I was going to buy my car.The staff alone at Nucar made me want to do business with them but on top of them the deal I got on my new car I really feel could not be matched anywhere else.

Good with working on achieving my price range, & the rebates were great. When it came to going over the truck and the paper work all went smooth with little hassle on a few items. Once the paperwork was finished up the salesman went over the truck in very thorough detail. For my first time dealing with this company my overall experience was good.

Buying a new car can be a real hassle. Chris Copeland took out the hassle and made this an excellent experience. His expertise and knowledge was a big plus as was the great no hassle deal . Everyone was very nice and went out their way to make this a pleasurable experience for us, from offering us drinks on a hot day to just making sure that we were well taken care of.

No pressure and no hassle. We told Adam what we were looking for but they did not have the exact vehicle in stock. He did not pressure us to take something from their inventory and was able to get what we wanted from a different dealer's inventory. He showed the discounted price which was in line with what I expected after researching through AAA. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Completely satisfied.

The Employees at NuCar are very personable and work with you. The Sales folks did not hound me like other dealerships - they kept in touch but did not hound me. I knew what I wanted and NuCar had it. I feel like I got a good price because I got exactly what I wanted with great service. My son was in need of a car because he was in a accident from a drunk driver who tried to kill him. Luckilly he wasn't hurt so the insurance company totaled his car and gave him a check so my son found a car he like and nucar wouldn't let him sign the check over to them or verify the check was good I had to fight with the guy to get them to hold the car to the check cleared which was one day. So we we back to get the car and I got there before my son to test drive the car too and the dealer tells me they sold the car yesterday when he was off so. So I was so mad that they promised to hold this car but gave us a hard time to begin with about the state farm check and then sell it. It's just bad business. So I went back to my old place where I bought my cars in the pass and found him another one.

My husband and I were in the market for a four door car for myself to better accomodate our 18 month old and myself. Two doors and car seats do not mix! After some research, we had narrowed down our attention to the Cruz and another Sedan from a competitor. I was hesitant about Chevy because the Dealer closest to our home was Diver. Long story short, I do not trust the Finance Manager there when it comes to abidding by contractual agreements. Wanting to talk numbers and look at the car, we decided to drive out to New Castle and had one other dealer in New Castle we planned on visting that day. We met Kris as soon as we entered and right away he was friendly and asking great questions to help us match the right car to our needs. Kris was very friendly and not at all pushy. He was more than willing to work out a few scenarios with different terms and money down, as I like to see things laid out a few ways. We decided the deal was too good to pass up and signed right there with Kris without going to the next Dealership we had planned that day. I am very happy with my Cruz Eco and my husband is already eyeing up the Malibu Eco and planning when he will be able to do a trade for it!

I have recently purchased my second new Camaro from Felicia Benson at Nucar. My first experience was so outstanding that there was no doubt that I would return when I was ready for the second car. Felicia is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Buying from her is more like working with a trusted friend. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells to the point where she lets the vehicle sell itself. There is no pressure to buy or add expensive options that you really don't want. She takes care of every little detail and makes buying a car a very pleasant experience.The first Camaro was ordered from the factory and Felicia kept me updated with the progress of the car being built and shipped (very exciting!). She called me the minute it arrived at the dealership and arranged to have it prepped right away and I picked it up the same afternoon! For the second Camaro, I wanted to take advantage of several Chevy and dealer incentives that expired the end of April. Felicia helped me find a car with the options I wanted that had just come in and worked to get me all the incentives that I was entitled to. When I was ready to take delivery, I noticed a factory paint flaw on the trunk that was only noticeable in a certain light. Felicia immediately got the right people at Nucar engaged to decide what was needed to remedy the situation (as it turned out, beyond my expectations). I expected the repair to take about a week but much to my surprise, Felicia and Nucar came through and had the issue completely taken care of by the next day -- in fact, body shop personnel worked overtime to make it happen. What more could you ask for from a dealership and sales staff!My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years -- most of them Chevys and a few of them Camaros -- and Felicia and the entire Nucar dealership gets our top rating. Needless to say we will return the next time we are ready for a car.

We have been searching for a new car for over a month and being a resident of Pennsylvania, we were hesitant about purchasing a car out of state. The sales consultant Chris Strader at NuCar couldn't have made it any easier for us to make our decision. He was very patient and took the time to listen to our needs and our budget. As we continued to look at other brands before making our decision he followed up weekly to keep us informed of any new incentives or rebates available through the dealership or Chevrolet. We looked at and test drove at other dealers but in the end Chris and the entire team at NuCar Chevrolet made all the difference. The NuCar team gave us a GREAT deal on our new 2012 Malibu LTZ and we will highly recommend your dealership to both family and friends. Felicia Benson at Nu Car, was awesome to work with!!! She took her time to explain everything about my new Chevy Equinox before I purchased the vehicle. She REALLY help with the decision making process on choosing a new vehicle without any pressure. Three days after the purchase of my new truck I am still BLOWN away by the service that was provided to me by the dealership! I have been through this a few times, and never ever ever has it went so smoothly! I am more than thankful to have had the chance to work with Felicia Benson, the BEST Salesperson I have ever worked with! Ms. Benson made me feel more then comfortable, I felt like I had known her for years and that she was a good friend trying to help me get the best deal possible, rather then me just being another sale. I traveled from Lancaster, PA to check out a Honda Element I saw on line. My time at NuCar was positive from the start. Jay Mikesell, the sales person was warm and friendly. I felt he really wanted to find a way to make it possible for me to own the Element. The person in Finance was great, also. Once again, there was no pressure to add things to the deal. I would definitely recommend NuCar to my friends. Honest and friendly...can't beat that at a car dealership!!!

I would have to say everyone is friendly and eager to help you out and drive out with a new car. The only thing was when the car came out of the detailer and we were driving home we noticed we were almost on empty. We have been used to other dealerships filling the tank or at least paying for the first tank. Other then that I would have to say it was the best experience we have had.

Her up front honesty and caring personality offered a sense of peace for my family while making this financial decision. I had the BEST experience at NuCar Chevrolet! After visiting other dealerships in the area and dealing with not-so friendly sales associates, NuCar Chevrolte was like a breath of fresh air! Karen Hoch was fabulous! She was able to put me into a 2011 Chevy Tahoe within my budget and they even gave me a great deal on my trade-in, which was completely unexpected. Chuck, the Sales Manager, was also fabulous to work with and very friendly. Once the deal was made, Karen was very thorough in giving me an orientation on my new vehicle and ensuring I was all setup in it and good to go. Overall - this dealer was excellent. Very pleasant, super friendly and just fabulous. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you Karen and Chuck!

Today I wrote this letter to Tom Horning, Pre-Owned Sales Manager,Tom Horning,Last Year, My Fiance, Leah Creamer, walked out happy after dealing with Frank Dye, with a 2005 Chevy Aveo with almost 40K miles and 1 month left on the warranty. The very next week we brought the car to a Chevy dealer in North Jersey to find that it was not worth anywhere near the $12K price Frank charged us (the other dealer and Blue book confirmed, said the car was worth no more than $8K with that mileage). When we called to complain , we were told, in an embarrassed voice that the high price was due to high demand for those types of cars. Needles to say we left with a very bad taste and will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. I know Franks job is sell the cars, but he didn't even mention that for a couple thousand more she could have been looking at brand new. VERY disappointing.Add to all this the car was NOT serviced at all before we received it, got it home (80 miles north in Woodbridge, NJ) to find it was low on antifreeze(it was also black had to be flushed($150) The same went for the Transmission Fluid/Filter($200) I expected to have to do maintenance, but not a week after i purchased the vehicle. Also the Plates took over a month to get, requiring my fiance to drive the 2 hour trip from woodbridge to pick them up.I'll be the first to admit, I was taken by Franks charm, they guy is good at what he does(that is, make people feel comfortable being paying more than a car is worth). I actually shook his hand and said I admired his honesty...his HONESTY!! Needless to say I felt foolish for "helping" my fiance find this car. Do not get me wrong she likes the Chevy Aveo, but even now, she and I just cant shake the feeling we got "taken for a ride". So there I was, I had been duped, I can deal with it. The worst was when Frank sent me a letter recently telling me he gets most of his business from referrals, and asking for just that from me...A REFERRAL!? Truth be told, we were referred by my Fiance's father and mother who's family has bought 5 cars from NuCar. We most likely will buy another Aveo, it just won't be from NuCar. Its unfortunate.Neither will anyone who we know if we have anything to say about it.A Classic Case of not doing my reasearch befor e laying down our hard earned money. Got me once NuCar...but NEVER AGAIN!!
