I wanted to give a shoutout to the team at Ocean Honda for their customer service and quick turnaround on my Honda Accord. Dropped my car off to them for an oil change and routine service, waited only an hour. The processed was quick, they explained everything they did for me and made some recommendations. I trust these guys with my car and won't go anywhere else!

Our family purchased our first brand new car a 2016 Honda Accord Sport, and we couldn't of asked for a more pleasant experience! Our salesman Randy Gentille was OUTSTANDING! He was not pushy and listened to what we wanted before he advised us to look into a lease, which btw is the best thing that could of happened for us! The General Sales Manager Moe was honest and kept his word when discussing what our payments would be even after running our credit and realizing our scores were not what I thought they were, but he made it happen! Financing was a breeze! The finance manager Silvano Pivato was very welcoming and explained everything to a tee. I will defiantly be back with friends & family!

FANTASTIC car buying experience. I went in on a Sunday after dealing with other dealership for weeks, and almost signing on a car the day before after being made to sit and wait for over 5 hours. I was cranky and tired and jaded. The staff at Ocean were wonderful. They dealt with my crankiness, and helped me finally get my dream car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, honest, and not pushy every step of the way. I highly recommend shopping at Ocean.

Do not waste your precious time to drive to another dealership. I got a quote form other dealerships and Rick Love( General Manager) said he will beat anyprice quote that I can bring. I flew down from the bay area to purchase a car.What is the result? They cannot honor the quote because the quote is not from their county.I had everything in the email. I had the quote from general manager and dealership name included. Again, do not visit the dealership unless you are fine with whatever price they offer

I've recently been to Ocean Honda Ventura for a trade in and had a spectacular customer service experience! I left in awe of how helpful and how much information Miguel was so kind to patiently provide. I was very attached to our older vehicle and Miguel was nothing but kind and showed genuine understanding. I felt no pressure when it came down to my husband and my decision and I am really thankful for such a great team Honda has there. I feel like we got a good deal and something that was fair for all. I had a fantastic experience at Ocean Honda in Ventura. I will recommend Miguel Partida to anyone in need of a car! I really appreciated his non pressure sales. I had an idea of what I wanted and he gave me all the information I needed without any pushing towards something I didnt want. I got the car I wanted and I couldn't be more thrilled! Miguel was wonderful he just couldn't have been any more nice or patient. Great experience.

They make promises that they do not honor!! They give you price quote and when you show up in their dealership, it is nothing but excuses after excuses why they cannot honor quoted prices. My salesman actually did an excellent job , but It is the managers who will play with you and spoiled the deal. Ocean Honda is very unethical dealership. I bought the exact car at another dealer the week after from an honest Honda dealer who honored everything they said they would. There are plenty honest Honda dealers. Don't waste a minute with these people at Ocean Honda.

My husband and I bought a CR-V recently, upgrading our Honda civic. We worked with Franklin Martin (sales), Mo Barr, and Silvano Pivato (finance). All of whom were absolutely wonderful. We almost bought a Ford Escape and didn't know which we wanted to go with so we went to test drive both. Mo Barr also helped us out in this process and he, too, was friendly and welcoming. The whole team took the time to make us feel comfortable (which I realize is their job, but truly does not happen at other car dealerships). SO, THANK YOU Frank, Mo, Silvano and everyone else at Ocean Honda, you guys are great!

I scheduled an oil and filter change and tire rotation on Sat., my appointment wasn't till 7:30 , I was there 6:40 a.m.they opened the waiting lounge the young man told me to come on in they had made fresh coffee brought in fresh donuts, someone went over the paperwork with me, I could not get my I phone 5 to connect the gentlemen said no problem and he connected it for me . They talked to me after the car was done went over the discount I had, showed me where it had been applied, everyone was friendly ,helpful and even when I was checking out the girl was friendly and pleasant I would defenetly come back here , I was comfortable while I waited, and even when I got there I had planned on sitting in my car until 7 a.m. But I was invited in and felt welcome, you do not get service like this at dealer ships waiting for service. I do APPOLOGIZE for not keeping names and I was moving all weekend so I do not know where anything is at this point my paperwork is somewhere in this mess. I wouldn't go and buy a car here because they made my car purchasing stressful with them. They didn't even have a vin and have me sign paperwork. I would recommend going to DCH honda of Oxnard.

Service. Oil change at Ocean, Honda of Ventura. 10 miles away in Camarillo my 2005 Accord EX shuddered both in reverse and in drive. I called the dealership and George came to my car. On connecting to his service computer he decided we should return to diagnose at the dealership where Michael authorized a free diagnosis. About one-hour later George and Michael came to me in the lounge with a smile. You are going to love this! George had found a fly in the MAF, mass airflow sensor. NO CHARGE!

I Am Supper happy whit my brand new 2014 Honda Accord!!! Really Nice inside and out. Great Gas Millage smooth too drive and I love how u can play Pandora on it. Whit Bluetooth no cable needed for my phone. :D oh and I forgot u can even get phone calls while your driving. overall really nice car. Go Check Them Out at Ocean Honda in Ventura...

I bought my CRV Honda from Vista Honda 10 2010 and since it is now Ocean Honda took my car there for a estimate to repair my front right fender that someone hit which moved the fender & front bumper out of place. They gave me an esitmate of $509.00, $280 in part, the rest labor. SInce I had to pay out of pocket asked a friend who he used for his car repairs, Scott at TNS in Ventura was his answer. Thank goodness for Scott. Took my car to him, in less than 5 minutes he had my fender and bumper back in place looking like new and charged me nothing!!! When I think I almost didn't get a second quote, and the Honda dealership was going to take advange of me with those outrages quotes, makes me think twice about wanting to buy another honda from them! $500.00 vs thousands on a new car, you just lost this sale!!!

Ocean Honda is the reason Car Dealerships and Salesman get bad reputation. Jeff Cappo (Owner) leads a operation that uses unethical business practices to lure you in with one quote and make you pay $2000-$3000 more than quoted price when you want to get to the final sale. Drove 200 miles thinking we had a price in writing from Internet Manager but once you go there they make up whole bunch of excuses stating why they cant honor the quote. Then they add in since you are here anyway lets see if we can work out something with a Sale Price couple grand more than the quote. We talked to Cappo about the situation and he basically stated it was unethical for us to try to get the vehicle at the price his internet manager quoted. Go to another Honda dealership and save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time at Ocean Honda.

Better off going down the road to Oxnard Honda. We got a quote from the the internet manager and also got a call from sales person. We drove 3 hours to get the car for the price quoted and it was all in writing and they would not honor it. We talked to the Manager first and he basically told he wouldn't honor the deal and it was a mistake. We had called 3 times to make sure we could do the deal that day and each time they told us yes it will be honored. The owner of the dealership and the other 30 Ocean Honda dealerships was at the ventura location and we wanted to tell him how his Employees are blatantly lying to get customers. When we talked to Cappo(owner) he basically tried telling us we were unethical to get the car for the price his internet manager quoted us.Ocean Honda is the reason why Car Saleman and dealers get a bad reputation. Be Careful dealing with these guys, they use unethical practices to lure you in and then they expect you to buy the car from them for $3000 more than quoted price. I wouldn't waste my time dealing with these guys. Plenty of other Honda dealers who will give it to you straight

I can not tell you how dissapointed I am at the lack of humanity at this location! My 80 year old mother bought a car from Vista Honda while suffering from dementia. We got a letter from her doctor stating she had dementia at the time of her purchase. We asked Vista to 'unwind' the deal and they refused. I understand that they are in business to make money but to take $31,000 from an elderly lady with dementia is just sad. Then to refuse to remedy the error is simply wrong!!! My mother passed away shortly after.

David Alvarez took care of replacing the front-end bushings in my wife's Pilot that were faulty and leaking. He was able to get the manufacturer to pick up a significant portion of the bill which was much appreciated and only fair considering the car is a 2011 with approximately 65K on it. Dave Alvarez did a good job of following through on getting the repair (mostly) covered and getting the car back to us on time. I will go back to see Dave Alvarez.

Dave B. was a great 1st face of your service dept. / staff. I was kept informed through the day from diagnosis till completion of repair on my '07 Element. He did a fine job navigating the "Certified used " requirements ( they seemed a little confusing), at the time I dropped my car off. The shuttle service was very helpful as was the rental car you arranged for me during the servicing period. Repairs went quickly and well done. What more can one ask for ? Vista Honda is a fine experience. I chose well, and am quite happy with my visit. Thanks all

The fact that the sales staff kept trying to please us with a better deal, and that the main showroom was clean and bright. Unlike a competing Honda dealer in Oxnard, CA that has a dark, dreary showroom with boxes stacked in the corners and such.

From the second I contacted Vista Honda, I knew that I would be treated with the great customer service I'm use to from the Vista family. My family has purchased both Fords and Hondas through Vista and this was another example of their consistent customer satisfaction. I knew that I wanted to lease a vehicle this time around and they set everything up on the phone before I got there. All the paperwork, vehicle inspection and great care was taken care of days before. I traveled by train to Ventura from my home near Pasadena and my salesperson BUZZ NOE even greeted me at the train station in my new Civic. We went to the dealership and was greeted by the professional staff. Buzz went over every inch of the car in detail including syncing up my phone with the Civic's bluetooth capability. What dealer does that? Nobody, just Vista. If I went anywhere else, I would have had to fugure all that out when I got home. Greg Myers, the General Sales Manager made sure that I was all set up with the finance Manager, Lee Robison and I signed the pre approved papers in just minutes. They had everything set. They're the type of guys who you can call with any concern and they'll remember who you are. I was in and out of Vista in just about an hour and happily driving home on the 101 freeway. It didn't stop there. Buzz Noe called me the next morning and asked how my trip home was and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Wow! again, who does that? Just Vista!! I even received a car detailing kit as a gift from the dealership to make sure my Civic is kept looking sharp. Thank you to Lee, Buzz and Greg. I'll definitely be back and tell anyone I know to call you guys right away!!

Previously went to DCH in Oxnard and they were HORRIBLE, it's a ripoff and would not recommend it to anyone. But when we went to Vista Honda we were treated with respect and great customer service. Had absolutely no problems buying a new car. Ask for ROBERT, he was an amazing help! Give Vista Honda your business, NOT DCH.
