As a woman going in to get a car that I already knew I wanted, I was skeptical as I entered the dealership. I was looking to trade in my car for a new one, but had a bad experience in a different dealership in the past. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I could afford. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the care and consideration that Mr. Dennovan Commons showed me throughout the entire process. I ended up with the car that I wanted, a Dodge Dart, at the price that I could afford. I was so impressed that I brought my husband back to get a new Jeep for him. Our second visit was just as impressive as the first. I will most definitely refer any and all of my friends and family to go in and visit Dennovan. Thank you.

Everything about this dealership was outstanding. Dennovan Commons was extremely helpful when we went in to purchase our Jeep. He took his time and helped us find just the right vehicle for our budget. He was also successful in getting us out of an extremely upside down vehicle without creating the same situation with the new vehicle.

Went to purchase my 2nd Dodge Charger from Dennovan with no problem. Customer friendly, and very intuitive to my needs. He also help get my sister a vehicle on the same day. I Purchased both cars new, he explained credit tools and helpful tips for maximizing on my purchase. Looking forward to seeing him in 2 years for a newer Dodge.

I was extremely nervous when I went to Orange park dodge to buy a car. I always heard the worst about salesman. I have to admit I was so surprised how awesome my sales guy was. Dennovan took very good care of me. He was patient answered all of my many questions. I got a great deal and excellent service.

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited from here and the salesman was Dennovan. He was courteous and made the process very easy for my first car purchase. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car in this area.

I have was extremely happy with both vehicles I bought from Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I worked with Dennovan Commons at Orange Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and he was an excellent salesman. He was professional, accurate, informative, and helpful with all my buyer needs. I was treated with respect and the up most customer service. My whole purchasing process was excellent and I thank God for my new car. I can truly say this is one of the WORST salesman ever....Denovan. True colors showed after the purchase folks. Crappy customer service, no respect and lacks professionalism and integrity. So I am happily taking my money, and three vehicles to be serviced somewhere else, and will not purchase another car from this place. The GM had an opportunity to make things right, but have not heard from him.

INCOMPETENT!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. My boyfriend and I traded in one of our cars and leased a Jeep Wrangler through Orange Park CJD. Their first blunder involved them not submitting any of our paperwork, essentially we we're driving an unregistered stolen car for over a week. We had to drive 45 minutes back up to the store to resign all the paperwork we had already done. Secondly, they never paid off the car we traded in so now we're having issues with our credit because we've "missed" a car payment on a car that we no longer own. We're also not able to get a license plate because 2 months later, the DMV still doesn't have all the necessary information from the dealership. Never again will I purchase anything from this location and I recommend that you follow my lead unless you want to be faced with a whirlwind of problems upon leaving the store.

If you want a circus full of clowns - this is your place. The salesman quoted me an exact price on a "perfect" car I found online. I took a cashiers check from my bank - they still wanted a credit application. When I refused, they told me it was required by law - because of 9/11. Next it was a "privacy notice" which basically said they would share my personal information with anyone they chose, and I couldn't limit that. Then the salesman got belligerent when I told him no. Then we got to the car - "perfect". I drove 6 hours to find it had multiple scratches, one bald tire, mud in the carpet throughout, a broken windshield, and the carpet was pulled up in the cargo space. I called the general manager who told me I was "trying to bully him". He also told me that I was a bully because I had more education than his poor little sale man. Jeezs. Two hours with a cashiers check in hand, and still no car.

Was greeted by a wonderful young salesperson named Orchid. She was very informed about the car I was interested in buying. Already had pre-approval through my credit union. I thought the process would have went a little quicker, but it was no fault of hers. Seems the people in the office were a little on the slow side. Took a few hours or so, but I now have my new Chrysler 300. Since I was not trading in my old car, I had no way to get the car home. Orchid followed me to my house on the southside of town and took me back to the dealership to get my new car. Make sure you ask for her if you visit here. She was a real pleasure to buy from and a great personality as well.

This was the best experience I have ever had. I went to every jeep dodge dealership in Jacksonville and they were not even comparable! I worked with Thomas Bobango and he had a lot of knowledge on the cars and was very nice and respectful! He gave us a great deal on the car and even gave us a car to use till our car came in to the dealership. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car like all the jeep dodge dealerships in jacksonville. He was very honest and extremely professional! Don't go anywhere else but here and ask for Thomas!

I'm usually not one to write reviews but this particular car buying experience shouldn't go unnoticed as it was very seamless! Thomas Bobango was my sale professional and was able too meet my busy schedule by offering communication through text and email! I live about a 1.5 hours away so this was very beneficial to me! Not sure what dealer advertises "sign and drive" but this dealership delivers on that motto! Highly recommend to anyone to give them a call! I'm sure all sales professionals their are wonderful but I can only speak for one! Ask for Thomas !

Thomas Bobango did a very professional job helping me in the buying experience. I had negotiated a great with my credit union of 20 years and the dealership beat their rate by 1/2 percent. The overall experience was very favorable.

I was extremely happy with the car buying experience. I went in pre-approved with a check in hand, but they were able to beat the interest rate and work with me better than CapitalOne Auto. Got the car I wanted for the price i wanted to pay, no haggle, no muss, no fuss. Worked with Thomas Bobango in the Internet dept and he was great. Very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. When I am ready for my next vehicle, this will be the first place I stop.

The salesman ask what I needed and what I wanted to do to get there business. I told them and we did most everything over the phone. I asked for an out the door price with what I could afford. They met it. And put on a different set of tire and rims at no extra cost. I was made a great deal with no last minute price changes before you sign. Very professional group with a lot of inventor. I will send my friend and will be a return customer

Had found the car I wanted online, drove it bought it. the sales process is great, the sales woman was awesome. The crew that details the cars is terrible. I brought it back twice and they still did a lousy job, I had to do it myself.

Mike Luvene and Fred Harris were great to work with. Very relaxed enviroment at Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I was upfront and told them what I wanted and what I didn't want and they were able to get me a great looking 2008 GMC with low miles and at a fair price. I highly recommend you ask for Mike or Fred.
