Had a good experience here and got myself a car! Come to this location and don’t go to the one on Bullard and Blackstone. They weren’t interested in helping us and told us they sold the car we wanted. Showed them the picture but they just kept saying yea yea that one is sold. We left that place and contacted the picture online. This place contacted us right away and we went there. Basically the other location lied to us. This location is more friendly and not pushy as the other location. The other location they pick and choose their customer’s also, this location makes you feel welcomed. Thank you for your help Shaun!

I don’t recommend this place to buy a car, this people they only care about doing business get your money selling vehicle with issues. I bought a BMW less than a year they offer us that guaranteed PRco we decide to get it we pay 3000 thousand bucks for it my car started to give us mechanic issues.we take it to the shop this guaranteed refused to pay so we pay out my pocket like 500 dollars we decide to cancel thinking im getting all my money back what was my surprise that we only getting 1300 dollars back so be careful what you get I talked to a few people regarding this mechanical issues and I course they don’t care they got the money,so please people out there don’t shop there. I wish someone should tell me this before now I’m stuck with this car paying this car I’m not even used right now because all the issues

Salesman Alex was pushy and was haggling me big time. Wasted 2+ hours of my time when I made it clear I wasn’t going to purchase the car from them. I just wanted out the door pricing on a couple of cars I was interested in (and made it clear I was still going to look at other places). Alex insisted that a soft pull credit pull would be needed but it wouldn’t effect my credit. Fast forward 2 months later, checked my credit score and these snakes did 3 hard credit pulls. I have excellent credit but it was very unprofessional and they flat out lied to me. I ended up buying a car elsewhere from a dealership who NEVER NEEDED TO RUN MY CREDIT and completed a negotiation WITH out the door pricing over the phone. (Yes, it’s possible). Ended up cashing the car I wanted. Don’t get scammed and pushed into believing any lies from this dealership.
