Being a first time car buyer, A Palm Bay Ford sales employee lied to my face about the value of my new 2016 truck. I'm currently in an upside down loan because of it. When I went back to confront them about the situation it was met with a "too bad" attitude. I'd recommend going anywhere but this particular dealership.

Dave was great. Answered all my questions, and there were no surprises. He called the next day to make sure I was still happy with the car, which I am Got home and found a nail in my tire in an unrepairable spot. Dave got me a new tire at no cost. Doesn't get any better than that.

I took my truck in for 3 hour pinpoint test more than a week later they still could not figure out what's wrong with my truck plus the customer service reps and manager never followed up with what they said they would do. Also have a bad throttle body that I bought for the parts department and their technicians say it's bad and they refuse to reimburse my money back. And this is after I spoke to the parts manager and he told me he would refund my money back

Clayton is the best salesman I have ever met! I felt like I was shopping with a friend. We just talked and walked, Clayton pointed out a car here and there... When I finally saw the 2016 Ruby Red Ford Focus I knew I wanted to take it for a test drive. Within 5 minutes of driving - I wanted it! Jason was wonderful as well, working the numbers to make it affordable. Another great person was Pat, she could tell I was nervous and kept checking on me. I was just looking and this salesman (Richard) didn't drop me on the lot when I told him I wasn't buying, instead he showed me the different options if I were to get into a new car what How would benefit from switching vs. keeping mine and educated me on the benefits to leasing and showed me different payment options and wasn't pushy at all. Richard And the staff were truly genuine and I respected that. So much that I decided to buy a new 2016 fusion and I am 100% satisfied with the car and the whole team at Palm Bay ford. I've dealt with Palm Bay Ford for 8 years now. It has really improved since the new owners took over. I went in a couple weeks ago to look at used cars so I could reduce my monthly costs. Sales rep Mickey Fields looked me up because I was in for an oil change. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few different vehicles that I might like. My problem is a bad back and sedans were too low and it hurt to get in. The SUVs were not comfortable. He called me the next day to come in and check out a Honda CR-V and I came in to see it. I was amazed because the height was just right and the seats were comfortable. We worked out a deal that I was happy with and I bought it. Everyone there was respectful and the sales manager, Boston, even came over and introduced himself to me. Every one I met was really nice and I could tell that they all were happy and worked together as a team. This was the 4th vehicle I have bought there and the best experience I've had. I always have my service done there and will not use any other dealer for my business.

We stopped by Saturday to look around and was greeted by Stephen. He did a great job showing us what vehicles would work for our specific needs. We had no intention of purchasing but ended up finding a 2012 Expedition and couldn't pass it up. Stephen was friendly and didn't make us feel like we were being forced to buy anything. Bought me a 2016 Ford dually diesel crew cab Platinum over Labor day weekend.My sales man Dave Pariso was awesome, he spend a lot of time with my wife and me and answered all questions we had.The truck was ready for us the next day. A few small issues we had are being resolved in a professional matter and to our satisfaction.We wife puts in 25k miles a year for work, and when the time comes, we will be back for a car.The only negative I have is that when we brought in the flyer advertising a up to $200 gift card for test driving a vehicle, we were offered a $20 Walmart card. I did not accept the card. Spending near $70k ..what is it going to take for the $200 card?

Dave Pariso contacted us after we inquired on the Ford website. He helped us decide on the car we bought, even though we didnt know exactly what we wanted at the time. He very patiently arranged test drives and was always available to answer questions and get us information. Our buying process took several days, but he was thorough and informative. We would do business again with Dave Pariso (and Palm Bay Ford), although I intend to keep my car for at least a decade. About 6 months ago I purchased my very first used car , a 2012 Ford Focus SE. Thought I got a deal of a lifetime everything was so pretty looking (looking is the key word). I paid 16,000 it only had 40,000 miles! After about 2 months I've had to replace every single tire, the Microsoft sync works maybe once a week, the mirror on the inside driver just flipped off one day , all the tints peeled off, the backup sensors don't go off and so much more. I started feeling betrayed like I bought a beautiful looking car but underneath it all they sold me a hunk of junk. Now 2 days ago someone almost changed lanes into my car my had to slam on my brakes and swerve over , after that my car just shut down on me it wouldn't turn on until after 8 tries then it vibrated and shuck so much it couldn't go over 10 mph. I eventually made it to Greenway ford (which is closer to me) at that point their service professionals and my insurance company went over the damages and what caused it ect. They informed me after looking at all the history on this car there has been many replacements and changes done to this car before I owned it. After further research there is a recall on this specific 2012 Ford Focus for the transmission failing at any given time which causes a higher accident and crash rate and bodily injury to the driver. I COULD NOT BELIVE this delariship DOES NOT care to enclose this information to a customer before buying this vehicle. I also found that it is not illegal for a delariship to sell you a LEMON CAR and this happens to 1,000 of people. I called the delariship and made them aware of the situation and they asked me to come down and get me setup with a new safe car. When I went to the delariship this is NOT what happened at all they did NOT CARE ONE BIT they put me in this death trap and all they offered was for me to buy another new car with them with monthly payments up to $500. I'm 21 in college with 3 jobs working my butt off just to make all my bills. The car salesman Matt who helped was very kind and I felt bad he had to deal with my problem because he's not the one who sold me this LEMON CAR. I had asked to speak with the manager on at the time Donald. I have never met a bigger xxxxxx BAG EVER IN MY LIFE! He did nothing but speak down to me and talk over me and said everything I spoke was false. If it was false then how come my insurance company AND greenway ford knew about the transmission problems in my car and you didn't but you sold me the car? PALM BAY FORD DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTEY! They WILL put you in a car that you WILL be stuck in for 6 years that could blow up at any moment and could cause death. I am TERRIFED to drive my car that I am now paying 16,000 of my hard earned money for because they REFUSE to help me in any practical way. I AM NOTHING BUT A SALARY, A BONUS, AND A VACTION TO DONALD. How can you sleep at night knowing your company has put me and any other customer you've sold a 2012 LEMON Ford Focus. Just a warning for anyone who thinks plam bay ford is a good decision DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!!

From the time I spoke to the Ford dealership they were accommodating my needs not to mention we were stranded and a whole nother City on the Northern side of Florida. That being said Dave did everything he could to make sure our experience at Ford met the criteria for all of the other ratings. Being young and not having credit was definitely hard but everyone at the Ford dealership was there throughout every step of the way and I couldn't be more happy with the car and a customer service that we experienced. After spending the day car shopping with no luck I stopped at Palm Bay Ford as a final shot. I was not in the mood for the typical salesman bs. John approached me and I told him as much. He nicely said ok, and walked me to the SUV's without giving me the bs talk. Once at SUVs he simply said if you see something you like, let me know. We ended up purchasing a car. It was no nice to deal with John, he was down to earth, not pushy, no bs. If you want a pleasant, non pushy, non bs salesman...go see John. Only thing I still need to find out is the code for the car wash and if my first oil change is free. Those things were mentioned but I didnt get details.

This was a Christmas purchase for my wife. She always wanted a Mustang and I always wanted to give her a car with a big bow on it! Our salesman, David McCormick, was OUTSTANDING and impressive on all aspects of our purchase. But after the original sale we had some problems. Ultimately, we have been taken care of and directly by the service manager Glenn Harris. He finally got in touch with me directly, met me in person and immediately addressed my problems. If everyone gets this level of consistent service both with sales and service, this is a dealership that I could and will recommend to others.I simply cannot give a FIVE STAR rating however, because there were some issues that we had. Fortunately, we have received help from the manager and he has gone out of his way to make this right. For that reason I have revised my original review and happily can say that this is the kind of service that I would expect and more! I own a fleet of motorhomes and one of them got to the millage to service the transmission. I called the service department and talked to "Sofia". Explained the whole thing. Ford changed the specs on the transmission so you can no longer flush it, now you have to drop the pan and change the internal filter.I asked if they would service it, she said to come at 1:30, I could wait for it.Took the afternoon off, drove 60 miles, got there, NONE of the TECHS new how to service the transmission, they were dissing me because I was telling them they did not know the new procedure. After a LOT of talking and asking, they finally went to the technical documents and found out I was wrong. They would have destroyed my transmission should I have not insisted on them looking up the procedure.At that point they told me that although the new procedure is shorter in time and they did have all the parts, they could not do it while I was waiting, I had to schedule an appointment (which I DID)Tried to talk to the manager, was not available (conveniently). I called, left a message, did not get a call back.Want a dealer that will work on your car without verifying how the work should be done? This is the place for you. I will follow up with complains to Ford and BBB. I may never be able to have them work on my units, but I will make sure that anybody willing to read or listed gets exposure to my experience.

They contacted me everyday while they created a plan of corrective action. The outcome turned out to be better then expected with minimal effort from me. I have been buying for Escapes for years. I received a flyer in the mail suggesting a great deal on my trade of a 2013 Escape for a 2016 Escape. I'm sure on the very fine print that no one can read it says something that it is very rare that you would actually get that deal. Anyway, I went in, and was willing to pay up to twice what the deal was, but they came back with a price that was 3 times higher. My salesman, Clayton was very nice and helpful, but I am not sure that I will be buying any more cars there again. It think I have bought 4 or 5 including my son's car. I think that their advertising should be more truthful, but I love their service department and will still bring my car in for servicing.

I came to the Ford dealership halfheartedly hoping I would be able to trade in my car that was only two years old and was almost at 60,000 miles. From the moment I contacted the dealership I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and honesty of the staff. I came in to the dealership just a few minutes before close. Even still three people stayed hours after close to try and help me find a car that was right for me at a price that fit my budget. There was no haggling, no back-and-forth, just complete openness and helpfulness. They not only got me in a nicer car but for less of a payment and less interest that I was already Panke. I went to palm bay ford for a service check up and get a leaking gear box fixed on my F 250. I had discussed all of my issues to Glenn Harris. He assured me everything would be taken care of. And I am pleased to say Glenn and his department went over the call of duty to fix all of the problems, they did it in a timely matter and the price was very reasonable. My truck is back together and runs and handles like brand new. I am very pleased. Highly recommend!! I would not go anywhere else but palm bay Ford for all my truck needs. I had been looking for a truck for 6 months. I knew what I wanted it to look like and what options I wanted. Matthew Turnmeyer and Jim House helped me get everything I wanted in my truck. I had visited a few times when on one of my visits was a Ruby Red lifted F-150 in the showroom. I just got me a great deal at Palm Bay Ford. The salesman Dave Weber was great from start to finish. Most salesman are out to get the best deal for them, NOT Dave he was there for us. I have NEVER had a salesman go over what options we had, it wasn't about him. He wanted to see us happy and satisfied with what we wanted. Great guy, and awesome salesman. I ordered parts for my car.I got them on time and they were correct but the female employee on the front counter was very rude.Made me feel like I was an inconvenience.Talked to me like I was a very stupid person and constantly cut me off with every statement I made. I do not want to lie... the parts were correct, they came in very fast and the technicians and advisors working on my car were very pleasant but the woman on the front counter in parts had convinced me to never come back again. At least not to her department anyways.

Another great experience with Palm Bay Ford, this time in the service center. Made an appointment online to have "The Works" completed, for 8/29 at 7:30 AM. My hope was an early appointment would lend itself to a shorter wait time. I'm glad I made the appointment, and I recommend doing so if you plan on visiting the service center. It makes the experience much easier for you, and for the advisors as well. I arrived at 7:15 (ever the early bird), and was greeted by Malcolm a few minutes after my arrival. Unlike other dealerships I've worked with, I was not made to wait until it was 7:30 on the dot to begin the process. He knew who I was and warmly greeted me, and advised me that while the techs would not arrive until 7:30, I was welcome to wait in the lounge.I do so. The lounge was clean, quiet, and coffee was already made. After about 40 minutes, Malcolm came in to let me know my Fiesta was ready. During the checkout process, he brought up my Owner's Advantage Account and took the time to explain the rebate process to me. Overall, I give this entire experience a 10/10. Malcolm is relatively new to the facility, and younger, but carries himself as one who's worked in the industry for many years.I'll definitely be returning for all service needs.TG

This was the worst dealership experience i ever had. they kept my car overnight without letting me know i called got no answer.. so i almost missed work the next day .then i get my car not fixed they said my aftermarket intake cause it..i call bs.. they let me leave with a unsafe car thats continuously stalling which all these cars do jus google it mod or not ....they damaged my hood and bumper dents and scratches ...after a couple yes it is no its not .. i asked for the footage they ignored and simply told me their done talking about it and left me standing there for about ten minutes..he comes back not with the tape..instead he come and tells me that people said it did. I said ok i want to see the footage they ignored and They threatened to call the police on me when i simply wanted answers..all they had to do was say see here in the footage ur car came here like this... i told him to go right ahead i would like to make a report too..he never called the police... i had to call the police just to make a report.. this is ridiculous they damaged and sold me a unsafe car now...

I purchased my 2006 ford 500 new back in 2006 from here and had no problem. Went to look at a new fusion 6-10 and hated it and really liked the new escape. The only thing nice I can say about this place now is Jennifer Jacobs is a good sales person and she tried. Sales manager Valued our trade at 500.00 when blue book was 3000.00. Walked out and we got 3000.00 on trade at the next Ford dealership near by and numbers came lower than what palm bay's deal was and got more of a vehicle. What a great experience at Palm Bay Ford. My Mom moved down from the Northeast in search of a lease vehicle and having already heard great things about Palm Bay Ford I decided to bring her there to take a look at what Ford had to offer. Our sales associate, Matthew Turnmeyer, could not have done any better during the entire transaction! His knowledge of the product was top notch and he spent the time to listen to her needs and not try to sell her something he wanted to sell. There was no going back and forth on price and getting through finance was a breeze.This was not your "normal" car buying experience, this was like buying a car from a friend. If you are in the market for a new Ford you would be a fool to go anywhere else but Palm Bay Ford. Matthew and the staff are terrific.Just as a side note. We live in Cocoa and drove the 30 miles to Palm Bay Ford just so we could avoid Paradise Ford which is 4 miles away.

Bought a vehicle from Palm Bay Ford. Signed paperwork, done, right??? No!!! Get a call 2 weeks later to come in. Went in. Was told by finance that we needed to sign ne papers because the finance company wanted more cash down so the fixed the numbers so it looked like we put more down. I asked him that day, same bank and due date. He said "yes". It was getting close to our due date and hadn't heard from bank. The day before our payment was due, we get a call from a company we had never even heard from. They said they were our auto finance company. I told them that I had never heard of them and that we were told we were being financed by another company. I called Palm Bay Ford and left a message. No call back. Called them back and spoke with someone in finance. He really didn't think it was a big deal which made me even angrier. I told him I expected a call back within a hour with some sort of explanation. Six hours later, no call back, so I called him back. He was busy all day and obviously he didn't feel my call was important. Said he would call the new company. He called me back about an hour later with no explanation. I am so mad. I had sent my daughter in to buy a new vehicle. I thought they were reputable, but I was wrong!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND PALM BAY FORD TO ANYONE AGAIN, IN FACT, I WILL STEER THEM AWAY FROM THERE!!!! If I could have given a zero rating I would have. These people are not honest!!! They are deceptive! Stay away from them if you are smart!!! Have contacted my attorney!!!

This is the third vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime and by far the best experience I've ever had! I wasn't planning on really purchasing a vehicle that day, but I wanted to test drive some as my 4Runner was on it's last legs. I test drove a Toyota Tacoma at the tent sale with JP and fell in love with it!!! JP was extremely patient with my indecisiveness prior to finding this truck. After speaking with Jim House, as well, we did the paperwork to see where my payments would be at. Surprisingly, they were lower than any of us estimated and I was absolutely thrilled. Mike in finance worked hard to get me a great finance rate! All while I was signing the paperwork, Jim had my 'new' truck detailed once more and filled the tank!! After my poor experience with the Service department at Palm Bay Ford, I felt obligated to talk about it. All but one of our interactions has been handled by Steve Bjortvedt . On 4 separate occasions to get an oil change on our car, we have been told different things. Steve has said with an appointment and also without an appointment. On the third trip to get an oil change (01/10/15) we arrived, without an appointment based on Steve telling us one was not needed. We waited and then Steve was approached. We said we would like to get an oil change. Steve asked if we had an appointment. We said "No" and were informed it would be an hour and 45 mins wait. Puzzled, we mentioned to Steve his prior comments to us about not needing an appointment. Steve said it was true, no appointment was necessary but without one, we would have to be squeezed in between those who did have appointments. We did point out to Steve that that was not the information he had told us before so we were a bit frustrated. I was expecting an apology in perhaps wrong information being given to us and/or for any miscommunication, but received nothing. We left that Saturday, without an oil change, but we did leave with an appointment for that very next Saturday at 8:30am. Steve mentioned the oil change would take 45 mins but he could get us out in 30 mins. We greatly appreciated what we believed to be an attempt to rectify the fact we have been told different things during each of our visits. That next Saturday, we arrived and was greeted by a young man. We mentioned we had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change. The young man said, "No problem. It will be about an hour and 45 min to a 2 hour wait". We were floored! Steve approached and the young man repeated for Steve what we said to him. Steve said, "Ok?" Steve did not seem to recognize us so my husband explained our meeting with Steve last Saturday and that we made an appointment because without one last weekend, the wait time was going to be an hour and 45 mins. My husband also explained how we believed appointments to work (we "save" a time and those without appointments are fit in between those with appointments). My husband lastly mentioned that Steve said he would have us out in 30 mins. Steve looked my husband straight in the eye and said, "I never said that. Why would I say that? I would never say that!" It that moment, Steve was basically calling my husband a liar. I mentioned that I too was there and heard Steve say the same things my husband just mentioned, Steve once again said, "I never said that". So now it seems both me and my husbands were liars. My husband and I were stunned. At no point did Steve apologize nor did Steve acknowledge that perhaps there was a misunderstanding. He just stood there smug in his attitude. I know Steve must talk to a lot of customers during his day/week/month; however Steve was the ONLY employee we spoke to, so we definitely recall what Steve said to us. If there had been an apology. This one interaction with Steve has left me extremely disappointed in the kind of customer service I might continue to receive from Palm Bay Ford. Is this lack of customer service acceptable by management? Is Palm Bay Ford ok with how Steve represented their business? I am your customer and I expect to be treated with respect. I do not expect to be called a liar. I do not accept that a business is ok with this kind of representation because like it or not, Steve was Palm Bay Ford to us on that day. Steve was Ford on that day. And we were not pleased. We will not return nor will we recommend Palm Bay Ford to anyone else. We will pass along our experience and how poorly we were treated. We will not purchase our 2015 Ford Fiesta Titanium from Palm Bay Ford. What you lost in this poorly handled interaction with Steve was not the price of an oil change or the sale of our next car, you lost our loyalty. You lost a customer for life.

After receiving a video email from Dave Tucker my wife and I decided to return to Palm Bay Ford and purchase a new Ford Fusion Hybrid on April 15. We had visited other Ford dealerships and received follow up phone calls but Dave was the only one who took the time and effort to send us the video email and that personal touch brought us back to Palm Bay Ford. My wife met with Mike Ross and James Pinard they showed her the car we wanted at the price we could afford. Both Mike and James treated my wife with the professionalism and courtesy that she hasnt always gotten at car dealerships. Our overall experience while not exactly enjoyable was made as painless as possible by the people working at Palm Bay Ford. I would also like to mention how helpful and friendly Dave Tucker was. He not only instructed me how to operate all the electronics in the Ford Fusion he showed me how to use the car wash at Palm Bay Ford. I waited until now to respond to this request to see how the car would perform. At this time the only dissatisfaction I have had with the car is its only getting 35.6 MPG and I was expecting much better.

I've been looking at the 2014 Ford Fiesta ever since it hit the lot, and last weekend (July 19th) I decided it was finally time to pull the trigger, so to speak. To be entirely honest, until I visited the dealership, I hadn't decided on a location. I'd heard great things about Paradise Ford, and good things about Kelly Ford, but I can honestly say I'm happy with my decision to visit Palm Bay Ford. I contacted Troy Snow via text after locating a vehicle I was potentially interested in (Ford Fiesta SE with 201A) and he immediately responded kindly and was willing to answer all of my questions before I even stepped foot on the lot. We set up an appointment for Friday evening, the 18th.When I arrived at Palm Bay Ford, Troy introduced himself and quickly offered the services of Matt Turnmeyer. I was a bit taken aback that my "screen time" with Troy ended before it began, but changed my mind when I met Matt. As most individuals are, I was wary of the entire car buying experience. I did not want to feel forced into a vehicle, into a "deal", or into a high pressure situation. I'll say this at the get-go: Matt was a consummate professional. Kind, interested, and just challenging enough as a car salesman. Matt and his team had the vehicle set up for me to view (detailed and ready to go). We had a few conversations about different features, and it felt like talking to an old friend. After a quick test drive (I highly recommend this vehicle to, well, everyone!), we headed inside to talk numbers. I've always felt the details of this type of business deal is best left between the two parties, so I won't be providing numerical figures. It's important to note, however, that I left the dealership on Friday night without a vehicle and returned the next day to continue negotiations. During this entire time, Matt was patient, understanding, and I truly felt he was not only interested in selling a car, but making his buyer happy. I ended up walking out of Palm Bay Ford with my Fiesta, a good experience to write about (and tell family, friends, and coworkers), and a relationship with Palm Bay Ford that will continue for the life of my vehicle. In short, I recommend this dealership, and Matt Turnmeyer, without hesitation. You will be listened to, respected, and you'll get free car washes for life (I'm heading in for my first this week).

Their Internet Sales team has to be one of the most unknowledgable or a Rip Off around. They told me my 2007 "Certified , Registered , Shelby GT Mustang" was not a real Shelby, because it was not a 500 ! Ms. Fonte called it a "Baby" Shelby, not real ! Shelby America in LasVegas were my car came from told me they (Palm Bay Ford) don't know what there talking about. My Shelby Mustang was more a Shebly than there 500 that comes off their factory production line in Lansing MI. They wanted to give me $6,000 less for a trade. Internet people "Beware" of this team !! I would recommend this Dealer, but not the Internet Team. We have bought two Explores from them in the past. Mr. Jeer was vert good.

I just wanted to let you know that Jacob went above and beyond to help find the truck that I wanted. He even made a video to send to me to show me what the truck looked like before I made the trip to Palm Bay Ford. After arriving to the dealership he worked very hard to get the deal that worked best for me. If every car salesman was like Jacob, it would make car buying a pleasant experience. We were very pleased as to the professionalism we received from the moment we call our sales person, James Pinard. We were on vacation in Indiana and looked at the Ford C-Max and loved it. We decided not to buy and drive it all the way home to Florida if we could buy local and get a better deal. So we called Palm Bay Ford and told our salesman what we were offered and he said he "wanted to earn our business", and that's exactly what he did. To coin a phrase, he made us an offer we couldn't refuse! We wanted certain features and a specific color and there was only one of that color in all of Florida. So, James Pinard made sure the car was there when we got home from vacation. To make a long story short...We bought the car and highly recommend Palm Bay Ford and would purchase again.

After doing my necessary car research on a Saturday afternoon, I decided that I would have to buy a Ford Escape. I went on the first dealership that came to mind - Palm Bay Ford. I have friends who live in Palm Bay who told me that if I was looking at a new car, Palm Bay Ford was a no hassle kind of place - that's what I wanted. After going to their website and doing my research a little chat box came up. Now typically, I don't bother with these as usually lead to weeks and weeks of harassment when my plans fall through, but I was pretty confident about my purchase so I decided to give it a try. The automation was pretty friendly, and it asked me a few questions - no harm done. Within just a few hours, I had a person on the phone with my discussing when I could come in for a test drive. Really? I was surprised. Now I had to buy a car from them. They took the time to call and discuss appointments, it was just meant to be. I did look and other sites but decided that based on the hours(Sunday is my only conduct business day with my husband, AND it was also Easter Sunday), and that they seemed to really want my Sunday business, I would go here. Now, I walked in with all my papers, my car was displayed proudly on the front row so I was able to test drive it pretty quickly. The salesman was very friendly and didn't try to haggle me to a bigger or better car. I wanted a base model Escape and that's exactly what he showed me. No funny business here, just one happy customer.

I bought my Escape about 10 day's ago and love it and all of the people at Palm Bay Ford. They all have been kind and helpful to this older person. A NUMBER OF DAY'S AGO i NOTICED THAT THE LOWER BLOWER SPEED DID NOT WORK I went to Palm Bay Ford today and found out that is was going to cost from $250 to at550 to repair it, They told me to talk I believe to the Sales Manager He was also vary kind and said that he would pay for the repair. Once again Palm Bay Ford is way ahead of any other car dealer of even other Company's.I have bought 3 vehicles from you and tell everyone that there is no one better than PALM BAY FORD .Thanks again and May God Bless all of you Robert Boska

Jacob was informative on the features of the F-150 that I was looking at. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. He explained the pricing well and the various financing options. After the sale he took the time to show me how to use the synch with my cell phone. Justin Jarek explained all of the options for additional services and made the signature process an expedient one. All personnel that I encountered dressed and acted in a professional manner. They were courteous, friendly and let me know numerous times how much they appreciated my business.

Jacob was very friendly and a great help to two seniors who were absent of a man. He took us seriously and treated us accordingly. He showed me everything about the two fords that I was considering, and gave his honest opinion when asked a question. I took both vehicles for a test drive. He was very thorough, tho remembering everything I was told was quite a challenge. Never fear, he said, as there was always help to answer any questions that I would have in the future. The day after I purchased the Escape we took our old title back to him, and he was right there to help me with the hatchback that I could not set to my height! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Braeden Nevue. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked with us along with Jim House. Jim went to extremes to help us out. Since we had to leave that day, we advised that we would come back the next day. Braeden wasn't going to be there the next day and advised us that Chris Cochran would take care of us, this way he did not leave us stranded and we were aware of who we would need to speak with the next day. Chris was great and he and Jim took very good care of us. The three of them are an asset to Palm Bay Ford. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a vehicle. They found the exact color he wanted , stayed late and did the deal; even without the trade being there. Brought that in several days later!! I was considering getting a new car but was on the fence until the day I got into an accident. Even then I decided to wait for a repair check and play the games insurance companies tend to put you through. That was until my wife decided to cut our losses and see what's on the market. We went to approximately 5 different dealerships with 5 different sales reps trying to put me into a car far from what I was explaining to them I wanted. Just as I gave up hope I pulled into Palm Bay Ford and was happy to see the mass amount of vehicles on the lot. I was very impressed by the no pressure sales approach used by Oshawn . He listened to what I wanted, showed me several options in the existing inventory and provided all the necessary information. At no time did i feel pressured to choose a particular vehicle or any of the various available options, including aftermarket maintenance and warranty packages. Quality workmanship, excellent follow through for service performed, good people performing their tasks to completion. I have completed this review previously and as yet have not seen it appear on this site. We have been very satisfied with the quality of service received from a number of staff at Palm Bay Ford. Owen Mullings was our first contact for the new sales we eventually completed. We have used Palm Bay for several years now to service our trade-in, a 2008 Ford Escape and found the service department to be of top quality. The service has been explained and a thorough quality review has been completed for each service we had performed. The new 2013 Escape purchase was handled by Owen Mullings and Jim House who did a good job walking us through the purchase. They did a very good job.We were turned over to Joy Carver who handled the paperwork & initially explained the next few steps. We returned the next day to work thru some more issues with Justin Jarek who was very good at explaining more information we needed. The new car had a hitch put on it and Steve Rothe worked with us to make sure it was done in a timely manner who also explained on a recall on the vehicle needed to be handled. We have been very happy with the quality of service provided by Palm Bay Ford. We certainly hope this feedback survey will be posted this time.

The car I was driving needed an expensive repair and was not worth fixing so I needed another car as soon as possible. Mickey Fields was very friendly and helped me to select a new car. I chose a new 2012 Ford Focus and am very happy with it. Mickey offered to help with any questions I had afterward and kept in touch from time to time to see if I had any problems. My husband and I had been looking at the Ford F-150 at a couple of other dealerships and they did not seem to want to trade with us. We had a Ford F350 with very little mileage on it and wanted to trade for the F-150 as we were no longer needing a bigger truck and had sold our fifth wheel. We decided to go on the internet and check to see what the inventory was at Palm Bay Ford. Before we got off the computer Peter had called us and verified that they had a large inventory and if they did not have what we wanted they would find it. We decided to ride up and see. Peter was busy with a sale but asked one of the fellow sales reps to show us some trucks. We looked around and they did indeed have a large inventory. The weather was so bad and made it a difficult day to really get too involved so told Peter Longhi that we would come back in a few days. Within a couple of days we rode back and Peter was waiting eagerly to help us. Within a few hours we had made the trade getting just what we wanted for our truck and purchasing the new 2013 F-150 LARIAT which we drove home that nite. Peter is a great sales rep...listens to what you want...does not push you and truly interested in you as a preferred customer. He has called us several times to see how we are enjoying the truck and offering a free wash whenever we are in the area. He is a guy who cares about you even after you are out the door with your purchase. Our experience with Palm Bay Ford has been told to everyone we come in contact with that might be looking for a new vehicle...We cannot say enough about Palm Bay Ford and Peter Longhi...Thank you Peter Longhi at Palm Bay Ford GREAT EXPERIENCE!

As a former business owner I have evaluated Mickey in several different ways but the most important Mickey has a great work ethic and nothing is to much to ask of him when you are purchasing a vehicle. I think maybe one or two of the vehicles I purchased only happened because I stopped to visit Mickey at the dealership. Mickey has stayed in touch with me so when ever I am considering a new vehicle he pops up calling me at home and wants to know how my previously purchased vehicle was working out. Any problems I have had I called Mickey and no matter what it was he took care of it and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. My name is Sal Sofia. I came to the Palm Bay Ford Dealership totally on just a whim. I really knew what I wanted but was almost sure I'd never have a chance. I also had not a very good feeling based on past experiences at most other dealerships in regards to professionalism, friendliness, etc. I was immediately amazed at the size and cleanliness. I was met just in a friendly way upon walking up to the front by other sales, managerial people that were attending to other things out front ( the just said hello and welcome). I was then met by someone opening the door. I had already been corresponding via their website with Tracie, so someone led me to her, although she was working with someone else. She had someone else work with me, and I had a pretty good experience looking at more than several Ford F150's. Once it was found out that the model, etc that I wanted was not there, Tracie made it her mission to find the right truck for me. The dealership had the truck I wanted shipped up from I think Miami. The next obstacle that the financing department helped me with was the financing. My credit is in the rebuilding stages, and they were as friendly as can be, and treated me with a ton of respect. I am thankful beyond words for all the excellence that the Palm Bay Ford showed in all aspects of my purchase. After finding the car of my husbands dreams, a 2014 Shelby on their website, he called and spoke with Tracie Fonte. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car, answered all his question, e-mailed photos, accepted a deposit and setup an appointment for us to purchase it the next day. Upon arrival she had everything ready, making the paperwork fast and efficient. We also spoke with Troy Snow who made us feel welcome and special ordered Rouch pullover shirts for us. Our finance specialist secured us a great interest rate and explained all aspects to our satisfaction. Everyone made us feel valued as customer and they appreciated our business. After we had the car home, we received follow-up calls making sure we were happy with our purchase and were encouraged to call if we were in need of anything. We forgot to inquire about a car cover, and because it was not in the trunk as expected, we called and it was promptly mailed to us as we live over an hour away from the dealership. Cannot think of anything they could have done to make the buying process more pleasurable. Keep up the good work! More dealers should be like yours!

Mickey was not just selling vehicles, he knew everything I asked about and what I needed to know about the different style trucks. The differences between the 150 and 250 as the 5.0 and Eco-Boost as I was not sure what I really needed. He and other members of the sales staff stayed until 10:00 PM to transfere items from one vehicle to another and get me back on the road to a family reunion. I appreciate what they did and will buy another car from them. As a matter of fact, Mickey stays in touch with me on the used cars they trade in because he knows what I want / need for my children just turning driving age. He listens to what you want in a car, looks for the a car that fits all your requirements and is genuinely concerned that you buy the car you will be happy with. He is not high pressure and if you see something else you want in your car he will find it if its available. He very good at comparing all the sales, lease, incentive and finance options to work the best deal for you. This is my third car from him and I wouldn't think about any else for my automobile needs.He is very responsive if I have a concern or question on one of my purchases and gets me the answers. The service department does an excellent job of keeping my vehicles maintained. I find the cost of maintenance to be competitive with general repair shops and I know they will use factory origin replacement parts.

Owen Mulllings sold a truck to my friend and while I was at Palm Bay helping my friend get his new truck I mentioned to Owen that I was looking for a used Ford 250. He told me he would keep looking for one. About a week later Owen called my friend, he didn't have my number, and informed him that Palm Bay had just received a 2008 Ford F250. He asked my friend to inform me of that. When I was told the information I wasn't excited about a 2008 model but decided to call Owen anyway. Owen was so excited about this truck and how nice it was that he got me excited about it over the phone. We made an appointment for us to see the truck. Owen called me later to explain that the truck was still in detailing and that we needed to change the appointment time. I thought this was very professional of him and really appreciated the attention that was being given to me.The big day finally arrived and we met Owen and David Tucker who was going to assist Owen. We test drove the vehicle and both my wife and I were very impressed with the truck and Owens eagerness to help us get the deal we wanted. However, the negotiations hit a snag very quickly and I informed Owen and David that we were so far apart we could never reach a deal and my wife and I should leave and not waste their time. Both David and Owen were very sincere in their efforts to get this truck and convinced us to stay and negotiate. We did and an agreement was reached.There has been some extenuating circumstances with finalizing the changing of the fifth wheel hitch and getting the radio navigation system fixed. During the time involved Owen has been in constant contact updating us on how their efforts to get this all resolve were going. He has been so considerate that we have not felt like they forgot us. We have enjoyed meeting both of these salesman and feel they are both very professional and that they have gone the extra mile for us. This has been an enjoyable experience and we love our truck and are so glad they convinced us to stay and negotiate further. We will always recommend Palm Bay Ford and especially Owen Mullings and David Tucker.

I am a loyal Ford Customer and have been for many years. I purchase a new F150 every year and purchased a new Focus for my daughter when she started college. I live in Merritt Island and drive past two other Ford dealers between my home town and Palm Bay Ford. I like the no nonsense and straight forward way they do business. The experience is world class from the purchase negotiations, the finance office and service department. I like the fact that there is a loaner vehicle for extended service periods. While I love my recently purchased new F150 I am very much looking forward to purchasing the new 2015. If youre in the Market for a new Ford I recommend seeing the fine folks at Palm Bay Ford.

As a single woman with little knowledge about cars, and having worked at another less-than-honest dealership many years I am rather skeptical about car dealerships in general. It was so nice to be able to deal with someone like Dave Tucker, and the rest of the people at Palm Bay Ford, whom I could trust. Not only did they make the car buying relatively easy, but they are great at following up. Both Dave and the assistant manager, Troy, called me afterward to make sure I was happy with the car and told me about services such as free car washes for my car and an incentive to refer other customers to Palm Bay Ford. I am very happy I bought my car there and am happy to refer other people there as well. As a matter of fact, I did refer a friend to Dave, and she bought a car she is happy with as well.

My husband and I have bought many cars in Brevard County. Most of our car buying experiences have been frustrating and I have found most salesmen very condescending. Despite our unique issues, trying to trade one vehicle in for two without spending more money, our experience with Steve and Charlie (Sales team) was exceptional. No high pressure. They really listened to what our needs were and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. It did take almost all day, but that was because of our circumstances. When noon rolled around they bought us lunch (Charlie took us out while Steve stayed behind to work on the deal) which helped pass the time and was considerate as I was beginning to fade. LOL So, yes, not only would I recommend Palm Bay For, but I would say ask for Steve and Charlie--tell them Judie sent you!

Our family experienced a horrible loss when our beloved Expedition was involved in an accident. Our truck was a complete loss. We were recommended to Palm Bay Ford to look for a new family member. Kudos to Palm Bay Ford. This is the first time in 40 years that We have enjoyed buying a vehicle. I started my search with an e-mail of enquiry to Palm Bay Ford and within an hour Steve had responded with what he had in stock in great detail. Steve's response was that I could be assured no sales pressure would occur and that they would give us the best price anywhere. After a couple of e-mails I called Steve for more specific details on the F150's 4 X 4. I old Steve that I preferred to correspond via E-mail and he was great. In the meantime we had visited Toyota and Chevrolet local dealers doing test drives and having my vehicle appraised, pressured to make a deal on the spot with absurd trade in offered. Their vehicles were ok but offered few incentives.We finally made an appointment with Steve (which I had to postpone twice for personal reasons) and went to Palm Bay Ford with my eldest son. Steve treated us with sincerity, professionalism and overall F150 knowledge. Steve introduced us to his sales partner Charlie Esterline. Charlie is a walking F150 knowledge book. Charlie demonstrated the same dedicated focus with us. Unlike previous dealer experience when looking to buy a vehicle, these guys exerted no pressure at all. I explained that I was not going to buy on the spot and needed to compare the ride, features, incentives and trade in value to the other dealers we had visited. These guys are the real thing, they walk the talk and are the A+++ Team. After spending almost 2 hours with them and test driving a number of trucks they were still focused on our every requirement rather than giving us the bums rush and looking for their next sale. We told them we had some analysis and comparisons to make, including an e-mail offer from ford in mid state. Steve and Charlie treated us like old friends and truly made us feel that way. A few days later, a few phone calls for additional information and more e-mails, I made an appointment to bring my wife in for a look see and a test drive. These guys are the most responsive, personable and professional salesmen we have ever known.Again, when we arrived I told them that this was just to show my wife the vehicle and they were great. We had discussed bottom line price including many options throughout all discussions and they were receptive when I told them I had information from consumer reports and a written quote from another ford dealer. Again, they were receptive, courteous and thoroughly professional. Steve and Charlie reviewed the data I provided in a very positive manner and assured me that they wanted our business and would do their best to win it. There was no back and forth with the sales manager playing nickel and dime negotiations, rather Steve made only one trip to his sales manager and came back with an exceptional deal ...........which we could not pass up. After shopping around and visiting different dealerships in town, walking into Palm Bay Ford was a refreshing experience. As a woman, I felt I was treated differently than at other dealerships; for one thing, nobody kept asking if I wanted to come back with my husband to buy the car. Wow, what a very patient and friendly salesman. We took months to decide what to do and Charlie was very helpful as was the manager. They actually let us do two extended test drives which ultimately saved us from buying a car that was not suitable and thus secured them a sale. We ended up buying a Ford Flex SEL titanium, a great car although I wish we'd gone for the ecoboost!!!!

After trading in my vehicle and purchasing a used truck I was temp happy as we were told by the finance dept that we were approved and to enjoy our new truck.. the next week I called about my trade in as it was not paid off yet and was told not to worry it takes time.. 1 month later we were told oops loan fell thru and come get your trade in. now I was behind 1 month behind on the payment and my stereo had been stolen out of my jeep. Can u believe this??? and still 2 months later this has not been fixed. not to mention we found out we had a loan approval for less money and the dealer didn't even offer an alt vehicle purchase option. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone ever...I am beyond disgusted about my experience here.

My husband and I noticed (after we bought our car) that the back seat under the rear window had holes. We thought we would have to patch it, but first we would see if it was covered under our bumper to bumper warranty that was ready to expire. There was no questions asked, the part was ordered, when the part came in we made an appointment and they even took me home. I was so impressed, so was my husband. I went to palmbay ford 2 weeks ago to find a used new vehicle because my old Nissan altima was not safe for my family and I was upside down and needed too much to fix. my credit was not to great at time had no money down only my trade in in which i was upside down. JP said he would try to find a vehicle to help me he wanted to help! He called 3-4xs a week and finally found me what i was looking for and was able to help me like he promised. i was so happy! I was there 5 hours with 2 small children and i could not of asked for any better place or people to work with! While filing papers JP even took my children to playroom because they were getting in patient and took them for a walk and got them balloons. they have given me gas and taken care of me more than i could ask for! Mike the finance guy is a professional respectful and will do what ever he can kind of guy! Truly impressed by these people and would recommend anyone to go see JP and Mike!!!!!!!! I originally visited Palm Bay Ford to test drive a 2013 Focus SE. Justin Jarek didn't mind at all that I wasn't ready to buy that day. He was friendly, helpful, informative, and never pressured me at all. During the test drive, I mentioned that I was also looking at a Honda Civic Si. Once we returned to the dealership, Justin offered to take me out in a Ford Focus ST, the competitor to the Civic Si, just so that I could compare apples to apples. Justin called me a few times over the next couple of weeks, just to check in, see how my car shopping was going, and see if he could offer any help. When I eventually returned to buy the ST, Justin knew I was fully aware of the options on the vehicle, and didn't try to up-sell me once I'd made a decision. Negotiating was simple - the price of the vehicle was set by X-plan, and we were able to come to a win-win agreement on my trade in without a lot of back and forth with the sales manager. Tony Saracco in the finance office was excellent to work with. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and fully open about everything I was signing. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He simply offered me Ford's ESP, gave me a pamphlet to take home while I waited for my car to arrive, and let me decide entirely on my own whether or not I wanted it. When the car arrived, it was exactly as promised, and the final paperwork was done in a flash. During my entire experience with Palm Bay Ford, I was treated with respect, honesty, integrity, and fairness. Even though it isn't the closest Ford dealership to me, I will be returning whenever my vehicle needs service, and I'll be paying them a visit in a couple of years when my wife's car needs replacing.

My daughter had made a purchase on a used 2011 Ford Fiesta from Palm Bay Ford....they had allowed her to drive off the lot with a small deposit. Well over a week later, they called her back and told her she either needed another $1200 or they want the car back because she had no credit.....I am in disbelief that the credit report wasn't done, before she drove off the lot! Now she is without a vehicle!!! Never have I ever heard of a dealership doing this to someone! This should be illegal! Between the stress Ford of Palm Bay has caused, and now she has no vehicle to get to and from work!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

After months of research trying to find a decent vehicle under 100,000 miles that we could afford I reached out to Palm Bay Ford and took advantage of the $25 WalMart gift card offer and sent in my request. I soon heard from Rob Hardy who clued me in on the tent sale taking place last weekend. My husband and I decided to make the drive up from Ft Pierce and found 2 vehicles to our liking but only one was in our price range...or so we thought. Rob was able to get the price down far enough for us to get into this beautiful Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer! This is by far, much more vehicle thatn we thought we would be able to get into on our limited budget. Thank you Rob for handling our purchase so quickly and with much courtesy! We arrived at the tent sale at 12:30 and drove away with our Explorer at 4pm!! Thank you to the finance department for NOT harrassing us into purchasing more extra's than we could afford and for the pen that writes great! I found a 2013 Fusion Hybrid SE on their website and decided to give them a call to work out the details. I am eligible to get the X Plan pricing because of a friend who works at Ford. When I called I was directed to Tracie, who worked on getting me the numbers. The price for the car was fair (can't be negotiated, set by Ford) and I had no issues with it. I had asked Tracie if she could give me a ball park estimate for my trade, because I didn't want to drive 1.5 hrs if we couldn't agree on a price for the trade. She came back with very low numbers & I said I would get some other quotes for the trade and she said she would get back to me. I then recieved a call from a sales agent named Chris. He left a voicemail to call him back. I called him back and he informed me that Tracie had become swamped and he would take over for her. I was told he had all the information, but then proceeded to ask me everything I had already told Tracie. He told me that he would work on a quote, but because I was getting the X-Plan my trade would be less then normal because they needed to make money off the deal and with X Plan they don't make anything. (Waiting to hear back from Ford Motor Corp in regards to his statement) He said he would work on a quote for the trade and call me back. I got a call while in a meeting and was not able to answer when he called back (assuming it was him, the caller never left a voicemail). When I called back to speak with him, the receptionist said he was just walking into his office and would transfer me. He never picked up and I the recepitonist picked back up and said she would take my information. During that time Chris could be heard in the background right next to the receptionist. Chris never called me back. The next day I get a call from Tracie, who explains that an employee walked out and she was picking up the pieces for him. And that's why she had Chris take over for her. I explained what had happened and that I wouldn't do business with them. She apologized. I keep trying to figure this out:If a person gets X Plan pricing of 30k for a car, which is as savings of 2K off the MSRP, and then the dealer lowers the trade-in cars value by 2k, wouldn't you lose the savings of using the X Plan?

We were treated great in both sales instances. Thanks to Kyle Ashley in the sales department who recommenced the service department to us for a BIG service job on our F350 truck....the short block and turbo had to be replaced... Our truck broke down while we were working out of town....Steven in the service department was AWESOME in keeping us updated and making sure our truck was serviced in a timely manner and was completed when promised! Thank you also to the great diesel mechanics who worked so hard too. They are 3 hours away from us but we had trust in them and they came through! I had a great experience during the lease of my 2 new 2013 Ford Focus. My salesman was very attentive and helped us through the searching portion, as we started out looking at the Focus, Escape, and Edge. After we narrowed it down to a pair of Focus, he helped us with picking out the two that were equipped the way we wanted them and in the colors we wanted.The sales manager was great as well, working to find the right vehicles even if at another dealership (we ended up taking a pair that were in stock but didn't start out looking that way).The finance manager was also great, and moved us through his office very quickly while still presenting us with all of our options.All in all, a great experience and the new ownership and management is a huge improvement over the prior owners.

In my work we often say, "people may for get what you did for them, but they will not forget how you made them feel". This generally does not apply to car dealerships, but let me share recent experiences with you.About two weeks ago, on a Friday, I took my 2010 Ford Fusion to the dealership. The right tire was losing air and I had a problem with the passenger side mirror from a small impact with a trash can.This young man, who appeared too young to know anything, named Shawn, worked with me on my tire. First he told me the tire had to be replaced, then he came back and told me that the tire was not in stock but he would have it by Monday, and that the price would be about 20.00 less than the original quote. In addition, he was getting the paint code for my mirror and would have to order it, but if we did that work on a Monday or Tuesday, the paint guy would be there and everything could be done at once. He would have the current tire put back on my car. "How long will that take?" "45 MIN", "Gee, I have already been here an hour and I have a very busy day,,," , " I'll try to get it out in 30 min.".When Shawn returned, it was less than 30 min, and he said your car is ready and running with the door open for you. (You're kidding, right?)Well, he held the door of the customer lounge for me, and there was a person holding every door through the bay, my car door WAS OPEN, ENGINE RUNNING and AIR ON!!!!! WOW! How did that make me feel? Like little Orphan Annie when she went to the movies and all the ushers smiled and waved her through!! And yes, I have shared this experience with my friends and and colleagues!In addition, Shawn WAS knowledgeable, extremely polite, and he moved with a sense of MY urgency. I watched him hustle into the waiting area to talk to me, not lumber in , visiting with co workers along the way, and yesterday, he sprinted across the bay to check if my car was finished. What a great SERVICE PERSON you have. My hat is off to you!

We wanted to purchase an SUV that could be towed behind our motorhome. We stopped about 45 minutes before closing and Tracie Fonte, Don and Mike stayed almost two hours past closing to help us with a deal. Tracie found that we had rebates and credits and an employee ford plan and Don worked out an acceptable trade solution for our 2011 Mustang. Tracie was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle which impressed my husband who has been an auto parts store manager for 35 years. Once decided on a vehicle, (a new 2012, Tracie had to find it in the state of Florida in the color we wanted which was no easy task. We preliminarily agreed on a deal and they kept our Mustang and gave us a brand new 2012 Escape loaner to drive until she found the V6 model in the color and with the features we wanted. She hit a few road blocks along the way but persevered. She did not find us the color we originally requested, but assured us she would find us one we would like. She actually found us a steel blue that we never would have requested but because she listened to us, she was confident we would like it and we love it. The finance team with Tony and Mike was the smoothest deal we ever went through. Everyone we dealt with made us feel like we were their only customer for four days until we picked up our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Tracie in sales and will be writing a letter to the General Manager with kudos for everyone.

I went to PALM BAY FORD on June 13, 2012 because my F150 5.4L V8 engine was not running smoothly. At the end of the day Mr Robert Mendez called me and said it has a bad coil on cylinder #1. The cost was going to be $200 for labor and $75 for the part! Seemed high but i needed it done. I picked up the vehicle the next day which seemed to run the same as before. A few weeks later I was out of town with the truck on a saturday when it began running really rough. I got it checked at a local shop who informed me that the computer codes show #2 and #8 cylinder on engine was misfiring. He reccomending replacing the coils but it was 5pm on saturday and they were closing. I was in Sarasota FL, 180 miles from home! I got new coils the next sunday from Auto Zone, and changed #1 and #8 and found out #8 was badly cracked and not even bolted on!. I feel they misdiagnosed the problem, should have reccomended changing the broken #8, overcharged me for labor, (It took me 10 min to change them) and installed a defective part. I went to the service/parts director, Mr Shawn Grezaffi with my concerns. He offered to do more work on my truck, but I am not comfortable with them working on my truck! It's running fine now no thanks to PALM BAY FORD. He gave me the run around about a refund for the labor and defective part. He said he would try to do it but its alot of paperwork. Funny how easy it was for them to take my $415.55 but how hard it is to get it back. Shawn promised to let me know of his intentions and has since never returned my call. BUYER BEWARE!! I arranged for a service appointment for 9:00 a.m. on Jan 10, 2012 to have my a/c system checked as it was not blowing cold air. The car was delivered and paperwork filled out by the service advisor prior to 9:00. I waited. At 10:00 the car was still parked on the back lot unlooked at. (Why did I bother getting an apppointment?) At about 10:15, I noticed it had been moved to just outside a service bay and the hood was up. About 10:20 or so I was advised that the compressor had a leak and would need to be replaced for about $1300. I said "thank-you but let be think about it". (The vehicle was several thousand miles out of warranty.)The next day I took the car to an independant shop that has a good reputation. It took them about 45 minutes of crawling around under the car and under the hood to find a coolant line with a hole it in. They said there was dye everywhere. The line was located behid the radiator and the hole was under a foil heat shield. They also found both coolant line dust covers missing. Actually, one was sitting on a ledge in front of the window so they reinstalled it for me. I returned to PB Ford to complain about the missing cover and was told they would order them.The next day I returned the car to the independant shop where they made and installed a line to replce the holed one and recharged the system. Total charge - $190. A few days later PB Ford got the missing dust cover and I installed it.Had I entrusted the repair to PB Ford, I'm certain I would have been out $1300 (perhaps a little less since I was a loyal customer). This is but one of several disappointing service visits at this dealership.

Went to this dealership looking for a used car with good gas milage. We saw a 2008 Ford Focus, it was was priced at 12K.. when we sat down with the sales rep, Troy, told him what we wanted, he cam back tous and said that they can knock off 2K.. when we were in the finance dept, we explained to Ryan our situation, and HE AGREED on the sale. We Signed the paperwork and drove off the lot. Just recently we had saw an ad for this dealership for a newer model. I called and voice my option to the sales manger, JIM HOUSE. He stated to me that the vechicle was discounted down 800 dollars, and that we got what we need and "TO BE HAPPY FOR WHAT I GOT". Not only are we out the money we put down, I found out that this vechile should have been sold no more then 9K. We found out that if we went with a newer model we could have had a lower carpayment, and we would not need their GAP insurance or extended warrenty. By the way, we had to purchase these items to meet the requirments of the beank in order to get a good interest rate.. I will not refer anyone to this location. we are out of 5K because of this!!!

Michael Fields was instrumental on us purchasing the F150. He understood what we thought we were needing along with our requirements and came up with the correct match. He was very courtious, and what little he did not know about the product he found out quickly and informed us. I was glad to do business with a dealership with personnel like this young man. We initially were looking to purchase a Fiesta and on our way to see one, we passed by a 2010 Focus. Mickey Fields was open, honest, friendly and even candid, from the moment he reached out to shake our hands. Maybe because he is young, he does not seem slick and sly and crafty, as so many salespeople are. He made us believe he genuinely wanted to find a vehicle that would make us happy. Visited this dealership with my family looking for a base model vehicle. They did not have any base models on the lot so a promotions manager offered a deal on a "Limited" version of the vehicle. We worked out and accepted a deal, shook hands on it, and were told that it was approved by the sales manager. After almost 3 hours at the dealership with the family and after filling out all the paperwork, when we were ready to sign the final purchase papers, the finance manager asked us to sign the contract with numbers that were $2K higher than what was previously agreed. We pointed out the discrepancy and the finance manager said he could not sell the car for the previously agreed amount. I was astonished at the lack of courtesy that was displayed at that moment, the lack of an apology, and the lack of effort or evidence of intent to correct the "mistake" and the lack of effort and interest to contact the sales manager or any one else to work out this difference. Based on that experience I would not recommend this dealership, but if you do go there, I recommend that you double check all the numbers before signing anything.

Personal treatment by all personnel was fine and as I expected it would be. Just a couple of issues.....waited over two hours just to see the finance manager, delivery of a vehicle with only 34k miles without floor mats, only one key, no key fobs and a burned out parking lamp. I think a "quality inspection" should guarantee the delivery of a perfect vehicle, with all original equipment.

Every one was very nice and helpful. Weather was bad so Dave drove the truck into the service area to look at it. I had purchased a truck in 2001 from Donnie Allen and had a very good experience from every one at that time. I have used another dealer in Melbourne and the sales and service left a lot to be desired. Glad to see that you still have a great sales staff and all those who support them. It was a great experience buying the truck and I know the service will be as good.

I was looking to upgrade my 2008 Fusion for the 2011 model, this car is just amazing and I like it a lot. My sales person Mickey Fields understood my needs and was able to provide me with a fantastic experience. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. He has called me a couple of times to check on my car and ask me if I need any further help. I really appreciate his attention.

we liked the no hassel buying expeirence. prices were upfront and terms were fair . we enjoyed purchasing from Palm Bay Ford. The salesman was friendly and upfront about cost and showed us vehicles in our price range. He also stayed late to help us out and make sure we got the vehicle that fit us and our budget.

Everyone we met even those not named which was quiet a few, were extremly friendly with big smiles that I believe were sincere, No signs of bad attitudes which I have come to expect in car dealerships, it took about six days to complete our deal ( that was my fault )everbody was still smiling and wanted to be helpful and we drove away in our "new to us car". We had a pleasant experience and feel like we made some new friends at Palm Bay Ford.

I visited following an online search for a vehicle within a specified price range in Palm Bay. Dave Reeves called me as a result of my online inquiry and we set an appointment. When I arrived I was met by a gentleman who escorted me to Dave. We discussed my rational for looking for a car to replace my wrecked car and he showed me the advertised car. It met my needs although the price was s stretch. I had limited time to devote to this project, and decided to see if it would meet my wheel chair minimums. We took the car home for my wife to view and determined that the wheel chair would barely fit. We decided to buy and returned to the dealership to processes the papers. During all this time Dave was the perfect salesman, offering no pressure and every assistance he could. The experience was very low key, no pressure and just something else to do on a Thursday afternoon.Henry L Gibson

I thought everyone was professional. Matt wanted to close the deal so he even had the big boss call and negotiate with me real time on the phone. Overall a good experience. I will be curious to see the same support after the sale and also to see the quality of the used car.
