Alternator was replaced as requested and service advisor, Joshua Hayes, noticed and replaced worn drive belt. Employees were competent and attentive. Facility is well maintained and clean. Very pleased with overall experience.

We have purchased a vehicle through PALS as well as used their service department for maintenance and repairs. The staff at PALS have been extremely helpful and prompt with meeting the needs of our family. When you walk in the door, people greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. Their service department is knowledgeable as to when maintenance is required and reasonably priced when the work gets done. I have and will continue to recommend PALS to others who are looking to purchase a vehicle and I recommend you continue to use them for your service needs.

They will even leave a loaner car for a small daily fee! 📢 HEAR ME when I tell you that not waiting for hours for your car to be serviced is worth it's weight in GOLD!! David Hanley is the man! Thanks for service my car so I had time to service my own clients!
