The best dealer service department I have ever experienced! It is worth the 1.5 hour drive to get there! I would wait that long at another dealer to just get the car in a stal to be checked out! In and out at Panama City in less than an hour.

Great people, great service, great service guy who cut my waiting time in half by doubling up on the guys who worked on my Toyota 2010 Rav 4 . I had planned to wait around seven hours for the repairs to be made but instead of the seven hours, the time was cut in half. Now that is service.All I can say here is these people are incredible. When I called regarding my repairs the little gal on the other end of the line was courteous, respectful, not pushy and set me up with my appointment. This company is number 1...they have awesome people doing incredible work which makes for happy return customers. Thank you guys for doing such a great job. Just one last word..if your car is sick, this is the place to take it..they have specialists for everything and will fix it right.

Almost 3 hrs for an Oil Change and Tire Patch. Actually Oil change 30 minutes and tire patch repair over 2 hrs. I could've taken it to Road Mart where they patched another tire for me in less then 30 mins. For the third time!(I only do oil changes) I get an email for 10% off Service after the fact. Coupon only good to Nov. 30. I'm not driving 5,000 miles in 31 days. So nice empty offer. Customer Rep was great, keeping me updated and apologizing. I take my Lexus down the road to Firestone where they seem to always have deals on Oil Changes and they are pretty fast. Looks like my Toyota will be going there from now on! Rated Customer Service, Quality of Work & Friendliness 4 Stars, but only 1 star for overall because of the wait.

The sales staff were very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. Rimon in particular was available to take the time I needed to understand how the different systems worked so that I could begin using the features right away. Brandon explained the paperwork thoroughly and took the time to listen and answer all my questions. It was a great experience all around and I so enjoyed leaving with my new RAV4!

The only focus of this department is how fast and careless they can work on your car. In the past I've had them not rotate my tires after I marked them before they went in. "Forgot" to put coolant in my radiator. "Forgot" to put oil back in my engine. Tried to scam me by selling me a air filter without even taking the time to look under the hood of my truck to see that I have a aftermarket cold air intake. Unless you have a warranty and can't make it to Mariana Toyota would be the only reason I'd recommend to get your vehicle serviced here. If you're a woman or a younger individual they will try everything in their power to coax you into paying more for your services.

My wife and I have purchased Toyota cars and SUVs for about ten years and we continue to be impressed with the quality of the Toyota products. We really don't give much consideration to other brands now. Our last two vehicles were purchased from Panama City Toyota. This time our salesperson was John Nicholson and it was the smoothest purchase we've ever had. John suggested a Prius V and it fit our needs perfectly. He offered a very fair price on the car and after just two minutes of negotiation, we had a deal. I'm sure that service on the Prius will be as top notch as it has been for our Rav 4 and our Corolla. I am very happy with the service I received while at Panama City Toyota! I went in just looking to test drive a few cars worries that I would be hassled by the sales guys to buy buy buy! That was not the case Jaycob was great! No pressure understood what I was wanting and gave me great service knowing I wasn't going to be walking away with a new vehicle that day. He was very informative and supportive in my decisions! An even bigger thanks to Dan for letting be know about the 4 runners! It wasn't until I realized I test drove the 4 runner that I finally realized I might actual trade in my car sooner than planned. I fell in love! We wanted a 2017 Tacoma Pro, white with a manual transmission. PC Toyota did not have it in stock and only 1 existed in the SE Toyota region. Our salesman John Nicholson and the sales his sales manager Dan were able to locate and deliver exactly what we wanted in 48hrs. I purchased a new 2016 Camry from PC Toyota...I love the car and have taken it in twice for complimentary oil change & tire rotation. Their service people are friendly and knowledgeable. Their service waiting area is clean, roomy and stocked with complimentary drinks, snacks, TV and wifi. They have a shuttle available if I don't want to wait and there's a monitor showing customer names/progress. The service after the sale is important to me, and so far PC Toyota is acing it!

Update 9-13-16: They never had a salesman reach out to me, smoke and mirrors they lie. do not purchase a vehicle from this company.!!!! 9-3-16: Purchased a vehicle over the internet, Salesman Blake Misrepresented the Vehicle, received Vehicle 8 days after deposit, after about 6 days on waiting for dealership to process paperwork. Vehicle had problems, Managers answer to buying a vehicle from 800 miles away, " sorry you bought it as is". I was taken advantaged of and felt robbed for the vehicle, Especially being Internet sales sight unseen, for the price i paid. When you pay top dollar for a vehicle off the lot the steering wheel shouldn't shake when applying the brakes at 50 mph.THE BEST PART WAS TURNING MY AC ON FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE KNOBBED CAME OF RIGHT IN MY HAND, LIKE A COMEDY. what a joke buying from this salesman and this place along with this staff. Also cant forget the Toilet plunger handle i was given with the vichle to prop my bed cover open.Also when you tell the salesman " Blake" specifically that you do not want a vehicle that has saltwater damage issues on frame, They misrepresent that as "10 years of ware on vehicle". When i got vehicle the fame has visible signs of over use through saltwater. most Nuts and bolts and aluminum parts have signs of visible corrosion and rust. Not happy. Also when you drop 19k on a vehicle and have it shipped 800 miles away, you would expect to hear from someone regarding the shipping and condition of vehicle, This is known as a "follow up call" i did not receive that at all, instead the salesman hid behind the fact he was on vacation, and the management said "this is a as is vehicle. So no help", Blinds pulled over my eyes through internet sales, i dont recomend sight unseen sales with the clowns.

I went in for a 130k service, and dealer was able to finish within 30-45 minutes. Chris Watson told me what he found out at the inspection (fortunately, nothing this time), and future maintenance items that may be due at the next service (battery, air filter). Look forward to coming back in a few months.

I had a simple switch go out. They needed to order a part. When the part came in, Lee called me and set an appointment for 1 PM the next day. I was on time. After an hour wait, the status board showed that my car was still in processing. When I asked Tom Cash about it he said he would go check. A few minutes later I saw Tom driving my car in from the back lot. They hadn't even looked at it. Once they started, the switch replacement took about 5 minutes. I was standing outside the service department doors watching. I seem to have some sort of problem every time I go in for service. I think that I will look seriously at a new Nissan instead of Toyota.

We were stranded in Panama city beach we ordered a navigation disc. They told is on the 24th it would be in by saturday by 10 am. We were suppose to leave on Saturday morning by 10 am. But because our disc was coming in at 10 or after we had to extend our stay. $150 dollars wasted on another night. We got there at 10 am no disc. We talked to the parts person Dearll and he said they did NOT get deliveries from Lexus on Saturday!!!! It plainly state's on our service order it will be there by 10 am Saturday. If I knew how to load a picture of the receipt I would. In other words not only did it cost us 800 dollars to fix our power steering pump we are due a REFUND of 195dollars because we can't stay till Monday as they suggested. !!! Panama city Toyota owes us not only for the disc but for our extra days stay because they LIED to us. Shame on you Joseph.

The service people were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered my many questions and gave me excellent advice. I watched the mechanics work on my vehicle (from outside the garage), and I was pleasantly surprised to see their attention to detail (they actually used a torque wrench when rotating the tires). I will definitely come back, because I'm beginning to trust them. This is in direct contrast to another Toyota dealership that I had previously visited, because they were closer to my home. I will gladly travel the extra distance, because my vehicle is in better hands.

Brought in with similar problems as was having a month earlier when my car was fixed with a bill for 1100.00...Customer Service Rep Johnny.. Excellent people ... courteous salesperson when we bought our Highlander in 2013. Every visit for routine maintenance has been First Class. My last visit was for scheduled maintenance and I have not met a discourteous employee yet. The young man who wrote up it ticket explained what was due, what it would cost and how long it would take. My wife took her 4 Runner into Toyota of Panama City for general service and to address a flashing dash light. We knew it was the tire sensor and when they changed it out they told my wife it was an after market item and that she must of taken her vehicle to someone else to change out this item. My wife has been an avid Toyota person and the only people she will allow or has ever allowed to touch her vehicle has been Toyota of Panama City. They wanted to charge her for the new part which they just replaced six months prior to. How they can upset a person like my wife who is the most kind, gentle forgiving person I know is beyond me. We will never deal with this organization again and of course will never buy another vehicle from them in the future. Spoke to the guy in Parts and he was giving me a major attitude... acting like I was interrupting his day and he was actually a smart-mouth. So I interrupted him and said I'd need to get back to him and I called another Toyota dealership and they are going to get my business.

I was visiting from Out of Town and my service engine light came on. I also had problems with my ABS light coming on randomly and brakes were making a noise when I used them and also was hearing a "scraping" sound on the driver side under the seat area randomly as if something was loose. I took my vehicle in and advised I needed these issues checked out as I was driving back home in a few days and it was a 850 mile trip and especially the ABS light as when the ABS light came on you could not put the car in cruise control mode. I left the vehicle for two days. When I picked it up I was told my tires needed rotating, they cleaned some debris off the ABS sensor, I had told them it had to be replaced previously as it was not functioning correctly, could not hear any "scraping" sound when driven and they did not check my brakes. As the dealership was over an hour away and I had to leave that weekend I was not able to leave it longer. On my trip home I was not able to put the car in cruise several times due to the ABS light randomly coming on and also listened to the "scraping" noise all the way home. Thankfully my brakes worked ok on the trip. Not only did they waste my time and money but put my safety at risk. I took my vehicle to my Toyota Dealership in Rockwall TX when I got home and all of my brake pads needed replacing and the ABS sensor was not functioning. I found the service rep I worked with to be not friendly or helpful and felt he just brushed my concerns aside. I have always received excellent and courteous service from my home dealership and this was very disappointing.

This was my first experience car shopping without a sidekick with me. After feeling like it was "take it or leave it" at another dealership, I was relieved to meet a friendly, helpful face at Panama City Toyota! This has been the absolute worst experience our family of 6 has ever had. We special ordered our 2015 Sienna through one of their reps. He told us it would be in, DVD package installed, a week later. After the week was up, we called to check in only to find out that employee no longer worked for them and no one knew where our van was. This left us for 3 days, I have 4 children under 8, with no family vehicle. When the van finally arrived, there was no DVD installed and they "could do nothing for us" until the following weekend. The weekend rolled around and my husband called to confirm our appointment only to be told they did not schedule the time snd it would be imposdible. It was pushed back another weekend. My husband drove the hour and a half there today only to discover that the DVD package we paid for can only be installed at the toyota headquarters and we would get a cheaper version that could not be operated from the dashboard. Again, their mistake but there was "nothing they could do" except order us a new van and we could pay the difference. If I had a dollar for everytime they gave us their word that they would fix our problems, we could buy 2 new vans. They are completely unconcerned with customer staisfaction or taking care of making THEIR mistake right. We are a young family that thought we were getting a great experience and a perfect van. It turned into a nightmare of dishonest people and little concern for their mistakes and our Inconvience. Saying they are "100% committed to making sure customers are happy with their purchase" is a complete fabrication. Save yourself the headache and go buy a Honda.

Since we had worked with Bruce for the last 10 years and had always received the best service, we asked to work with him again. We were looking for a new Highlander but there was not one in the inventory. Bruce found the exact model with all the bells and whistles we wanted and had it here in 48 hours. He then took a great deal of time to go over every feature. Great Job!! We'll be back to see him when time comes to purchase another Toyota.

We have been working with them for 3 years with leases and a recent purchase. The professionalism and care is outstanding! The latest salesman that worked with us was John Nicholson. He was fantastic! He understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and was not the least bit "pushy" with his sales approach. I was involved in a total loss and had to replace my car of 10 years. This wasn't a planned purchase, so the frustration level with having to find, negotiate for, and buy a new car was high. I tried some other Toyota dealers before coming across Panama City, which was 120 miles away from where I live. The other dealerships I tried were horrible. Too much haggling and feeling like I wasn't being treated fairly. When I first started talking to Garrett Barker (my salesman) I immediately felt at ease. He was calm, collected, and very, very helpful. I mean, I was like the most annoying person ever with my thousands of questions and waffling over prices and - well, let's just say he was patient and cool with me despite it all. He worked with me on pricing and got me, what I believe, was an amazing price on a new Toyota Corolla. I may have had to drive 120 miles to find a reliable dealership, but it was totally worth it. I would recommend Panama City to everyone, because they definitely earn your business. Oh, and the car is fantastic. They even filled the tank up!

I spoke with him several times on the phone, and when I came in, he already had a 4Runner ready for me test drive, inspected my Camry at lease end and had me out the door with a "killer" low new payment in my 2014 4Runner in about 2 hours. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Joey Abramo. I told him what I was looking for and he guided me right to it. He was very informative answering all my questions and providing me with information on all the features of the vehicle. I was sure I was going to be driving away in a new Highlander. I was feeling very positive and happy with the service so far. I wanted a bigger vehicle, but was very happy and satisfied with my 2008 Toyota Avalon I bought 5 1/2 years ago. If the deal was right, I would have walked out with a new car. I didn't have to trade in my car for a new one, I was just weighing my options. I still love my Avalon. The first deal was most definitely not a good deal, so of course I turned it down. We finally got to an offer the negotiator said he would not budge on. He then said there may be another Highlander on the lot that he could give me a good deal on. I was open to this at first. I test drove one and when acquired about a different one he became very rude to the salesman. At one point even yelling at him. This did not sit well with me. Even inside at the negotiation table, I could hear his tone and frustration in talking with the salesman. My good feeling was fading very fast. The time was approaching 7 pm and Jacob was ready to go and made that very clear to all around. They started locking doors and pushing customers out. It was to the point where Joey apologized to me and asked if I could come back Monday morning. At the time I said yes. I had a whole day to research and contact friends and other dealerships on the vehicle I was wanting. I told them that Toyota wouldn't come down to my price because it was the only 2014 on the lot and they had a list of people who would pay sticker price on the vehicle, more importantly I told them how rude the negotiator became when I didn't agree with his price and how rude he became at closing time. The more I thought about it on Sunday, the more uncomfortable I became about going back on Monday morning. When Joey called me Monday morning I expressed my feelings. I let him know that I understood the business process of the negotiator to get the best deal for Toyota, but the rudeness that came with it due to me not falling in love and accepting his deal right away, and the fact that the clock was approaching closing was unacceptable. I made sure to let Joey know that he did an awesome job selling me that vehicle. I was ready to walk away with it. He then asked if he could get it down to my price would I be interested. At this point I already had a bad feeling in my stomach and really wasn't interested in dealing. I then had put in to dealers down south who had more than one 2014 Highlander on the lot to see what kind of deal they could make me. Bottom line, I was ready to purchase a new car if the deal was right and if I didn't get that pit in my stomach after starting the negotiations. Not because of the price, but because of the attitude and rudeness of Jacob Mankoff. Joey Abramo is an asset to Toyota and is excited about the vehicles he sells. He brings that excitement to the customer. He would have sold a car that evening if his negotiator wasn't so rude.

Went to Toyota in Panama city because they offered a used car that I was interested in with a trade of a 2008 Toyota Camry. They said the trade would work but my payment was a little more than I wanted. During the negotiation process we were informed that if we traded for two vehicles we could be given a GREAT deal. So I embraced the idea of a GREAT deal. I decided to trade in the 2008 Toyota Camry for a 2008 Honda Ridgeline and trade a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE fully loaded for a new presumably upgraded 2013 Toyota Camry XSP with very similar equipment. I was insured by the salesman that the vehicle that I was trading for had very similar equipped with the features of the 2012 Toyota Camry. But they had to have the vehicle transported in from anther dealership and would take a week or so to get in. Meanwhile, I went on vacation to Michigan for 14 days and would pick up the new car upon my return. The trade for the Honda Ridgeline went through except they informed me that they had to switch the trades of vehicles. They said they had to trade the 2008 Camry for the 2013 Camry and trade the the 2012 Camry for the 2008 Honda Ridgeline. I figured they were trying to get me the best deal and the best rates. What I didn't know or realize is that it locked me in to the unseen Toyota Camry that was being shipped in from another dealer. I went to the the dealer after my vacation to pick up my new car and assumed the new vehicle was what the salesman said it was with the equipment relatively equal to the equipment on the vehicle I was trading. Upon arrival to pick up my new car, the vehicle paperwork and sale process was completed and after a very long day at the dealership including returning it for maintenance due to a disturbing metal to metal noise, I drove the vehicle home which was 2 hours from the dealership. The next day I continued with the vacation time I had and left for another 7 days with the new 2013 Toyota Camry parked in my garage. Upon return from vacation, I realized that the presumed equipment that I thought was on the vehicle was not part of the equipment. I then contacted the dealer to inform them that the vehicle equipment was not what we had agreed on. They informed me that they showed me a list that had the equipment on the vehicle. They did show me a list prior but the list was very vague and not clear what the features the vehicle had. But I was insured by the salesman that the vehicle had MOST of the equipment that the other vehicle had. The dealership at this point informed me that I knew what I was trading for when, in fact, I was not aware of what the new vehicle equipment was. There were many discrepancies that occurred in this sale.1. I was insured by the salesman that the equipment was comparable and it was not.2. The trade-ins were swapped to lock me in to the two car deal without seeing the new vehicle being transported.3. I was confronted person to person about the sales person immediately after the sale. (previously I was emailed from Toyota about the quality of service and professionalism from the salesman. I have bought and traded 4 times in 3 years from Toyota, 3 new and 2 used vehicles),4, I have tried to contact this Toyota dealership about this problem many times and left messages to call me and was never contacted back or could never get anyone to answer. When I was wanting to buy a vehicle, I had no problem at all with return calls. I Have tried to contact the general manager at the dealership and never received a return call. I am very unhappy with the sale and have attempted to contact them on several occasions but have not ever received a return call. I cannot believe that business is allowed to be carried out in this manner. Its now been 2 months since the sale and no one will talk to me. The next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau and then the regional Toyota contacts. Why do I have to take this type of action to get results. I have had no problems with previous sales with Toyota but this incident has changed my opinion of Toyota as a whole from now on. I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealership in the future. I would gladly accept any calls from Toyota about this problem. It was handled wrong...I trusted my salesman, as in the past, to treat me with honor and respect. I am a retired veteran and truly know honor, respect, service, and commitment. I have not been treated in this manner. There is more. The salesman came in on his day off to complete the sale and apparently was in hurry to get back home. He never showed us features of the car. He didn't help us set up the phone with the blue-tooth system on the car after he said he would. We didn't even know how to turn on the daytime running lights that I finally learned through a phone call to the dealer. He handed us the keys and said enjoy the new car. The car apparently was not prepped properly because after we left, we returned to the dealership about a half hour later due to a metal to metal scraping noise in one of the wheels. The car was put into the service line and was finally worked on and finally made ready to go almost 2 hours later. Needless to say, It seemed like the whole deal got started off on the wrong foot. During the time I was attempting to contact and discuss the situation of the sale and the lack of expected equipment, I was told I could bring the car back in and TRADE it for something else but because the XSP package was a regional application, that they could not offer me anything more for the vehicle than what the base Camry SE was worth in trade in value. This made me very angry to think that what I paid for in a car that was supposed to be an upgrade package was worthless on a trade. I should at the very least been offered what I paid for the car to begin with. After this conversation, I informed the person I was talking to that I wanted to speak with the General Manager. I was informed that the GM was not there but he would have her contact me when she worked next. That was the last time I was able to contact or talk to anyone except for the reception operator. No one ever returned a call to me. What was irritating when this happened is that when I was contacting the dealership in reference to buying a car, I received calls repeatedly and often from the salesman, financial person, and sales manager. .

Thank you Joey and Dan for your hard work and dedication to taking care of your customers. We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to look at a 2012 Corolla we had seen on the internet. We were not expecting to see anyone there at the dealership but a very nice and kind gentleman came out to greet us and see if he could help us and expressed the dealership was closed on Sunday but would open on Monday morning. The gentleman was Joey Abramo and just happened to be their at that moment. We expressed interest in the 2012 Corolla and he pointed out the vehicle and answered our questions. We told Mr. Abramo we would be back Monday afternoon after work. We live in Bonifay so it is approximately 1hr 15 min drive depending on traffic. On Monday afternoon we went back to P.C. Toyota and ask for Mr. Abramo, with regret he expressed the sales team had told him the corolla had been sold. He apologized to us and told us he would try to find us what we wanted within our price range. Joey also showed us the new 2014 Corolla they had gotten in and we went on a test drive. We were hooked. We have been married for over 20 years and never bought a new vehicle but we were hooked. After several test drives and negotiations we are now the proud owners of a 2014 Corolla S Plus sedan and our family loves it. If it had not been for the patience, hard work, and kindness of Mr. Abramo we would still be looking but with Joey and Mr. Dan Carlisle diligently working to seal the deal we couldn't be more pleased. I am Rev Ronald Donnerstag, I came into the Panama City Toyota Dealership, looking to price a new car. I was greeted by Mr John Nicholson.He, approached me and my wife in a very nice friendly way, and asked what we were looking for, and we explained that we wanted a nice safe car for the money we could afford. Mr. Nicholson proceeded to show us around the large show room floor, which I noted was extremely clean. I was very impressed. He showed us several vechicles, and came to the 4 Runner, he explained everything about the vechicle. We were offered a test drive, and it was outstanding. We then proceeded to the table, in which we negociated the price, there still was a bit of a distance between, what I wanted to pay and what they antede for the car. Mr, Ed Haire the sales manager came to the table and introduced himself, and mr Nicholson offered to get some coffee for us, Well we came to a agreement, there was no hassel, or pressure by either of the gentlemen.We agreed on the price, and when I could pick up the car. I picked the car up 4 days later, and Mr. Jimmy Sickles came and wiped every door handle and window for marks and finger prints showing his care for the car and for the customers. I was so impressed on how the company and its employees handled us in the nogociations and in the delivery. I told him what we wanted to pay in payments and the car we was interested. He took the ball and rolled with it and came back and said that the details are being worked. As we were waiting Joey was constantly checking on us and made us very comfortable. Joey is very courteous, friendly, outgoing, and very informative. He answered all questions we asked. As I said our experience with Joey was a very pleasant and an enjoyable one. I have passed out a few of Joey's business cards to individuals I work with and I have boasted constantly of the experience we had with Joey and Toyota. This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Panama City Toyota and Mr. John Nicholson, sales manager. First of all, Panama City Toyota has by far the best pricing on new Toyota's over other dealers in a 200 mile plus radius. I reviewed the new vehicles ahead of time on the dealer's webpage and saw up-front pricing that blew other competitors away. I immediately contacted Mr. Nicholson by e-mail about the vehicle I wanted and the price I was looking to pay, and he immediately responded advising me the vehicle in the color I wanted was not available on the lot but he immediately worked without hesitation to find the right color vehicle at another location which he found. We came to a negotiated final price and the next thing I knew, the vehicle was on it's way to the dealership and arrived in just a few days. The whole process was extremely smooth and there was no pressure at all from John, just a genuine concern for what I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase, the vehicle was ready and waiting. Again, no pressure from John or the finance officer to pay more for anything I did not ask for. Finally, when I asked John about the rubber mats I requested during the initial negotiation as they were not in the vehicle, John again took the lead and without hesitation, told me he would personally procure the rubber mats for me and ship them to me as quickly as possible, even if it meant he would have pay for them out of pocket. I just bought the vehicle tonight and I believe John to a man of integrity and honesty and I will get the mats soon. Now that is "Outstanding" customer service. Thank you again John and Panama City Toyota.

We were in the market for a new car and were contacted by John after making an internet inquiry. Since we were traveling at the time we had the luxury of shopping from Houston to Jacksonville. John was able to find exactly what we were looking for at a price no one could match. When we arrived at the dealership everything was prepared for us and the purchase executed exactly as we had agreed. Typically I find buying a car about as enjoyable as dental work, however, this was an amazingly good experience. John is a true professional and a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Panama City Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Even though it was a bit out of the way for us the trip was well worth it. When our current car lease was up, we went into the dealership to get information on the steps to take to lease a new car. When we found out John Nicholson was on vacation, we waited until he returned (it was the next day) so he would be the person to deal with. John was extremely helpful with the process. He explained the current incentives and how it would affect our getting the car we wanted. Not only did he listen to exactly what we wanted and did not want on the car, he found a car in the area and by day's end we had the vehicle we described. I gave Chad Puffinbarger an extremely hard challenge. I needed to purchase a reliable (no problem there with Toyota) and highly safe vehicle and at a really good price for my teenage son. Since my son is taller than me (his Dad) and size 14 feet, a Corolla just wasn't going to work very well. A Camry appeared to be the better solution but was a bit higher in price than originally anticipated. Chad did an excellent job of working to get a reasonable solution on a brand new year-end close-out Camry. I can now rest at ease that my son will have a highly reliable vehicle which is safe to operate and we can afford.

Two of the items we requested was not on the car when we were told the car was ready. After we looked at the car on Saturday, we ask for the car to be ready for pick-up on Monday. We were called on Monday, told the car was ready, but after getting there, the car had not be touch since Sat. The car was not gas-up, none of the paper work had been done, since Sat. Car was not detail. The price was agree on after two days, the sale person called and wanted to up the price because he stated that he looked a picture wrong!In the being, we told the sale person, that we needed a hitch, that we never got. My parents said that they would pay for someone else to put the hitch on just to get out of the Toyota dealship. I would be happy to talk with Toyota mangement about our experience, and surly will be talking to future car buyer's about it. k

This was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. Most of the sale was handled over the internet with no haggling back and forth over the price. I received a call from John when the car I wanted was available, and we arranged a time for me to come and accept delivery. John worked me into his busy Friday afternoon. The car was detailed and ready to go upon my arrival. Branden professionally handled the explaining optional expanded maintenance plans and processing the final stacks of paperwork. John and Branden went above and beyond with customer service; John provided Dr. Peppers, which we used to toast my new purchase, and Branden allowed me to use his phone charger to re-charge my almost-dead cell phone. During the time spent at Panama City Toyota, it became clear that this was a well-run, no pressure dealership. I observed several people enter the showroom to browse through the numerous models available on display. None of these folks seemed to receive any pressure by sales people. They were allowed to browse and "try on" different vehicles. When they were ready to talk, sales people were available to answer any questions.

In June 2013 we started looking for a mini van to accommodate at least 6 people comfortably. The salesman for our last two vehicles was John Nicholson, so we went to him for his help. A 2007 Sienna LE had just come into the dealership in trade and it was exactly what we wanted. During our test drive we found some things that needed attention before we took possession and showed John what we found. He said they were items that needed to be addressed and that they would be resolved before we took delivery.We did the paperwork that day and the work began. When we took delivery it was cleaned as requested and more! The front bumper had been painted as John found some blemishes that he wanted resolved. My family and I have been doing business with Panama City Toyota for 15+ years and spent an estimated $140K+ on new and used vehicles during that time frame. We have watched them grow from their old dealership facility to their new facility and were always impressed with the level of service received.I brought my 2007 Toyota Corolla in on 25 Jan 13 for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day when cleaning the car I noticed the left rear (drivers side) hubcap partially installed. Continued driving would have resulted in the hubcap falling off. This is an unsatisfactory condition not to mention dangerous also. Parts/pieces falling off vehicles could result in accidents or damage to other vehicles/property. Not to mention someone would have to pay for another hubcap! Upon further inspection of the other three wheels I noticed that although they were installed on the rim of the wheel they were installed incorrectly. The valve stems were not aligned with the valve stem cutout for the hubcap. Although not dangerous like the other issue I find it unacceptable that I am paying money for professionals to work on my car with the work performed not up to par! My wife and daughter occasionally drive this car also so my trust in the dealership to perform safe/quality work has diminished.In addition, on 27 Jun 13 while preparing to leave the house for a weekend trip, I noticed my daughters car (2005 Toyota Camry) had a flat rear tire (drivers side). I changed the tire using the spare in the trunk and while removing the hubcap I noticed one of the retaining clips had been broken off. I personally had inspected the hubcaps before the car had gone in for an oil change and tire rotation and all the hubcap retaining clips were intact. To make matters worse the spare tire that I had just put on looked almost flat so I checked the air pressure and found it had only 5 PSI! The tire did not have a leak so it obviously hadnt been checked in a while? I assumed the dealership checked air pressure on all tires when they performed the tire rotation. Apparently not!These recent incidents reek of incompetence by the Service Department. All I can surmise is one of two things; 1.The mechanics are incompetent?2.The mechanics are not trained on the simple task of tire rotations? They must have missed Hubcap Training on Hubcap Training Day? Certified Mechanic? I dont think soWhen I questioned a service advisor I was referred to Mr. Chris Watson (Service Manager) for resolution. He offered me two free oil changes/tire rotations but refused to pay for the broken hubcap because it was not OEM. I find this unacceptable. Why would I take my car back to a place that performs inferior work? And OEM hubcap or not, it was broken by a Panama City Toyota mechanic and should be replaced. I will now take my car to Marianna Toyota for acceptable work to be performed.

Purchasing the vehicle I wanted was quick and easy. I live out of state and my brother who lives there made the initial contact with the dealership for me, found a Prius that was equipped how I wanted and settled upon a price that was good for me. I drove in on a Friday morning, met the salesman, John Nicholson, who was very friendly and had the car detailed and ready to go with a tank of gas. After signing the paper work I was out of there and on the road with my new Prius II. It is a great car, gets great mileage, 56 mpg on my first tankful and a pleasure to drive. Even though it is out of state for me I will surely give them the opportunity for my business when I am in the market for another vehicle. We loved our mercury grand marquis, but at 20 years of age it couldn't be counted on for trouble-free long distance trips anymore. We researched on the internet and decided to replace it with a Camry XLE, then sent emails out to several dealerships in several states to see if they could meet our car details and price. PC Toyota was by far the most responsive to our inquiries. John Nicholson worked with us over the phone to find the car we wanted (it was in another state) at the price we needed, and two days later the car was waiting for us at the PC dealership. The car was even more than we expected, as was the amount of time John (thank you especially for the ashtray!), along with Jim Frank, took to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of a 2013 model car (what? No key?!!). Robert Hernandez was excellent to work with on the financing, even finding an option for us that saved us more money on the car deal. Let's start here: WOW!!! I just bought my 4'th vehicle from this dealer, 2'nd from John. I love my new Tundra, and how this dealer made me feel about the deal!My F-150 started having mechanical issues, and I could not fathom some of the stuff the local Ford dealer was coming up with. John was very patient in finding what was important to me on my next vehicle and explaining the various ways we could go on several options, very patient in my indecision on a couple of choices, gave me a GREAT price, and I got a good trade-in on my sick truck. Turned out the right Tundra for me was not on the lot and he got it quick from Jacksonville, and made the whole experience as comfortable and smooth as could possibly be. There was never any pressure, always support and enthusiasm. Throughout the whole experience, he always kept me updated on the situation.Robert covered the business end of things. He spent considerable time with us coming up with different financial options for us; we were considering the complication of including a buyout on our Prius lease rolled in to the deal. He explained the pros and cons of each option, so I feel confident that in the end we have the best option for our best interests.I can't say enough about these guys and this dealership. World class customer service. Joey Abramo met us with a smile on his face and eager to meet our needs. He was relentless seeking out our requests. We reviewed multiple vehicles with Joey and his number one mission was meeting our needs. James Reese was a Toyota knowledge juggernaut. Assisting Joey, James helped scour the Internet and dealer inventory for our future vehicle. Once our vehicle arrived, no time was wasted adding the previously selected options. We received notice the vehicle had arrived and was ready for pickup. Joey and James then turned us over to Jeremy Gehlhausen, which is their finance power house. Jeremy's J.P Morgan like finance knowledge was evident while he single handedly contrasted and compared every option available while speaking in terms that were understandable to my wife and myself. While traveling back to Michigan, pulling our camper, our 2006 Toyota Tundra developed excessive road noise. Panama City Toyota was the nearest dealership so we stopped to see "if we had a problem". Guess what, a $5200.00 estimate of repairs had us in a really hard place to be. We were 1,000 miles from home, in a strange city, strange dealership with major repairs recommended. Since the rear end of this truck had been totally replaced ONLY 28,000 miles before at a Toyota dealership in Michigan it did not seem that we would be well served to repair it again at 108,000 miles. And, being assured that this was not "usual" did not help. Ke!vin Wiese was totally helpful. A very pleasant young man. He gets a 10!!! He introduced us to John Nicholson, a very experienced and congenial salesman. John was very helpful trying to find us another vehicle which had to be a truck capable of pulling our camper. Our wish was for a truck the same blue, with the disappearing rear window, and 4 doors. The nearest was in Jacksonville, FL, at least a day away. We settled for a "spruce metallic" green double cab. It was in stock and we could leave the dealership with it that day. It was not the same color, it did not have the disappearing rear window and it was the smaller back seat area (that was a tradeoff to keep the bed size). From that point everything was put in fast motion. Although we said we needed a payment amount before we finally deceided we didn't get that figure until just before we signed the papers. This is the only part of the deal that I look back at unhappily. I guess it's my own fault as I allowed us to be "handled" through the process. John did call the next day to find out how we were doing. Anyone who pays sticker price deserves what they got!!! John rates a 9!! Finance man Robert Hernandez was efficient and knew his job but could use a little more "patience" with his customers!!! I would have given him a 8.5 before this morning when I called to find out where our paperwork was. I had spoken to John earlier and he assured me all I had to do was go to our local Secretary of State office to plate our vehicle. When they had no paper work (and we had traveled 40 miles one way!!) I called for John but he wasn't in, I than asked for Robert. To say he was short, abrupt and acted like I was wasting HIS time would be an understatement. If it weren't for a young lady by the name of Alex I would be giving really low marks right now!!! Robert you now get a 7 -- don't ever forget the "aftercare"!!!! It's what brings the customers back as much as anything else!!!I am going to finish with "thumbs up " to the dealership and all other personnel we encountered while there. I have never seen such a welcoming dealership in my life. Where else can you get free doughnuts in the morning, subs for lunch, a great lounge area and so many clean, happy employees!!!! The whole place was spotless and that says a lot about the care your vehicle is going to receive!!!Still wish the truck was blue though!!!! Maybe next time!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Sienna LE (color - Predawn Gray Mica) from Panama City Toyota Scion. I started talking to John N. (salesman of Panama City Toyota Scion) on the phone about the van and finalized the deal on 9/18/2012 around 4:30 pm at $29,600 sale price plus tax and tag. They called us back saying car would be available on Monday (9/24/2012). When we went there around 4:30 pm on Monday they started saying they assumed that we would be paying cash, which was never discussed over the phone. We had only asked about the sale price plus tax and tag, now they say the price was $33,000. Then they started bringing papers with different quotes numerous times. It was very frustrating. We asked about financing at 0% for 48 months or 0.9% for 60 months but they said we were not eligible for this, even if Toyota Corp. offered it. They said for this price they could not give us this financing offer. Since we had driven one and half hours with two children (one six years and the other 10 months old), we thought OK we'd give them $50 more to finalize it at $29,650 and made the deal at 29,650+Tax Tag and tile. They kept coming and going a number of times with additional paperwork. Finally, we signed the papers at 9:00 pm and drove back arriving at the house around 11:30 pm. During the next couple of days, we did not get chance to review the paperwork on the van as our daughters were running fevers. We reviewed the paperwork about 9/30/2012 and saw that they have charged us -$ 690 in dealership fees. Dealership fees were not discussed earlier and we were not told by the salesman, to whom we spoke, that these charges would be in addition to the sales price plus tax and title. On Monday October 1st, I called the salesman and asked him about the dealership fees and he said this is the way they make a profit. I asked him to return that amount but he said he was not going to give us even a penny. I told him I was going to return the van and he said we were most welcome to trade it. This was a disgusting and unprofessional manner of dealing with the public. We finalized the deal at sales price of $29,650, which should have included the dealer fees, as I was told the only other cost would be for tax and title. It seems that the sales agent of Panama City Toyota Scion was concealing the information.

A few days before we took it in the window broke into pieces while my mom (70 years old) was driving and putting it up the window. Matt helped me the first time and it was fixed. However, a week or two went by and the window broke again while my mom was driving again. This time Chad was that one who helped me. Chad has pretty poor customer services skills in my opinion. I had to wait for an hour for them to check out the door to tell me he was going to call me back with the part comes in. A month went by and I finally called the service department to ask them about the part and why it was taking to long to get a call. Well the part come in but didn't get an answer me why it took them so long to call me. Im have to take another lunch hour to take my mom's car in and hope it gets fix correctly this time. I dont believe the dealership is putting enough attention to this and this could have easily put my mom in the hospital or God could have taken her to heaven. I have tried to stress my concerns to the dealership but I dont think they care and are not doing much to show. I have also coordinated my concerns with Chris Watson the Service and Parts Director and he has not been helpful.

I brought my 2002 Toyota Sienna in today for oil change, when my daughter went back to pick it up for me, I noted the hood was up on the car...my daughter advised the service rep and was advised there was damage to the hood when it was brought in....which is not true and was not noted on the service report. After further examination ...the rep determined it was operator error and the service employee had left something up that did not allow the hood to close correctly. Sorry, this Toyota was purchased from this dealer new and it is concerning that a service person cannot close the hood properly, in addition, it really concerns me that a problem with the hood was reported that was not there, which is not the truth!Just because I am a female, this type of treatment does not sit very well....Honesty is a very big part of customer service and car care!

This was the first dealership I went to. I talked to Allen and told him, I had no credit history. Allen was awesome and I was difficult because I had no clue what I wanted as far as buying new vs. used. He was really patient and when I walked away, I didn't feel like he was upset or anything. He did check up on me and when I told him that I was going with Honda, he congratulated me. Well, Honda of Panama City wanted a crazy down payment and had an outrageous interest rate. So that was a no go. I also talked to Bay County Dodge and Hyundai who ran my credit through the dirt. It was bad.I was about to settle for a used 2010 Corolla, but my supervisor told me to go back to Toyota (good experiences). He was telling me to go there this entire time. I was hopeless, but I figured what the heck. Allen (who actually REMEMBERED ME from weeks ago) was really cool. He listened to me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. He told my story to Robert, they ran my credit ONCE and got me approved at a rate that was significantly lower than anywhere else! I mean Allen remembered me and remembered that I wanted a dark gray Corolla! How awesome is that?BTW, a lot of places claim that they "love our military personnel". These guys mean it! Haha! I sound like an ad, but I'm not. I am just so freaking happy that I got an awesome car and got to work with the most awesome car salesman that I have EVER encountered in my life EVER!!!

My husband and I visited Panama City Toyota recently. We met with Associate Sales Manager Terry Austin. We first discussed buying a new vehicle for my husband and ended up also buying one for me. We are the new and proud owners of an FJ Cruiser and a RAV4 Limited. Terry was great to work with, going over both vehicles with us and taking us for test drives. He helped us to get through the process of buying two new vehicles quickly. The dealership is great inside. It is very spacious and has a nice play area for children. They also offer free drinks and popcorn. It makes the time for the kids go by a little faster. My husband has had a Toyota for the past several years and enjoys their Service Department, which I am looking forward to using as well for routine maintenance. We were very happy with our experience at Panama City Toyota.

The internet 'best price' button gave me the best no-haggle price for the vehicle, which was better than any other dealership in the area (Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa, Mobile(AL), Dothan(AL). Upon arrival at the dealership I was assigned a sales consultant, Ian Salzberg, who was very friendly and helpful in setting up the deal. Ian, Jeremy G (sales manager), and the detailer (Pierre) stayed late on a Wednesday night to allow us to drive our new Camry home. We returned to the dealership on Saturday and Ian spent over an hour sitting with us in the car tutoring us on the Entune system. My past experience with this dealership over the past 8 years since moving to Panama City has been good. We currently own a 2009 Matrix, 2011 4Runner, and now a 2013 Camry LXE (traded in a 2003 Camry). We are a Toyota family and get all of our service done with the dealership and have had good experience there.

Kevin Wiese, Assistant Service Manager at Panama City Toyota, was wonderful to me and my husband. We came into the dealership very worried because we had run over something in the road on our trip from Birmingham to Panama City, and we knew that we had done some damage to our Highlander. He took our car into the service bay and looked at it for us and told us that we would be okay to drive our car back to Birmingham when our trip was over, and we would not have to spend the whole day having our car serviced. Our gravel shield needed replacing but he said we could wait until we returned to Birmingham. Thus Far I have had my Prius for 1 month. It was a used certified Prius one year old. Before I bought the car or agreed to a deal, they told me the car had only one key. I told them I would have to have a 2nd smart key or no deal. They agreed and said the old owner was to have it back this weekend. One month and still no key!!!!!!!!!! After 5 times of speaking to them an one call to Toyota Inc. Maybe I will get the key.

I went to the Toyota Dealership in Pensacola, Florida and had a bad experience with the finance guy there. We wanted to pay cash, he wanted us to finance so he kept pressuring us to finance. We ended up buying at Panama City Toyota and there was no pressure, we walked in, got the vehicle we wanted, and left without any problems or stiff-arm selling. Sales person was OK but financing person was rude and had unfriendly attitude. It made this car buying experience one of the worst. It has been 4 weeks and they still cannot issue a tag and a title because this car turned out to have lien on it. I was not told about lien when I agreed to buy it. If I had known, I would have had a second thought. I contacted a finacing person via email in regard to an address change and an update on tag and title but I have not received any reply from him. They should disclose all the facts and take good care of customers even after selling a car.

Have looked at all local dealerships to trade in my vehicle for a newer used vehicle, no dealership would come close to pay off. Went to Toyota because a friend recommend i talk to DJ. Went and got paired up with Will Conner, told him my limitations on price and what type and features my next vehicle needed to have in it. He found two on his lot, we aimed for the newer one. They found more money in my trade than any other dealer ( over my payoff) and reduced the price of the vehicle i wanted to buy. The profesional staff at Panama City Toyota lets me feel good recommending this dealership and the above mentioned staff. John always has a smile and is very willing to work hard to find what I want. Fantastic service. My truck required brake work (a factory defect)that would take a few days for parts. Walter let me know and immediatly set up a rental car for me to use at no charge. There was no waiting and minimal paperwork involved. My truck was completed on time and the return of the rental was as hassle free as the pick up was. Kudo's to all the toyota team at Panama City Toyota that made this happen smoothly.

John was very upfront with everything. The price was Great and the service was impeccable. I was already approved for what I thought was a great rate and the dealership beat it by 1.5%. I would certainly buy again from John and Panama City Toyota. It was worth the 2 hour drive.

I used the AAA new car buying service and Panama City Toyota accepted the AAA price for the 2012 Camry. It was a very good price. Will Conner was the salesman and he was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, attentive, but without being at all pushy. They did not have a car with the options I wanted on the lot, but they located one and had it ready within a few days.

We visited the dealership while on vacation at Panama City Beach. Before we could decide to purchase or not, the Sienna van was sold. John offered to find us another and before the end of the next week he had 3 for us to pick from. John gave us several options to choose from, all with great prices compared to our local dealers here in North Alabama. John knew we would not be able to return to Florida to pick up my beautiful Blizzard Pearl 2013 Sienna van, so he arranged for it to be delivered to our doorstep here in Scottsboro, AL. Branden worked with me over the internet and phone for almost a month before deciding to purchase a pre-owned Kia Sportage from Panama City Toyoto. As I live about 3 hours from the dealership, and in another state, i was reuluctant to purchase and shopped many other places within Georgia for a better deal. After much headache and time, I was unable to find a better price or the dedication and committment of a salesperson like Branden, who even agreed to meet me half-way for delivery of the vehicle. The Kia Sportage was exactly what my soon to be 16 year old wanted, down to exterior and interior colors and Branden patiently waited with me to decide if this was indeed the car i wanted to purchase for her. My husband I and visited Panama City Toyota for the first time in late-June, 2011 looking for a used truck. We met Don Knowles and started the process. He was helpful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us in any way. Well, to make a long story short, we ended up purchasing a 2006 Tundra for my husband and I leased a 2011 Camry. It was not our intent on June 30 to go back on July 1 and pick up two vechicles but we're sure glad we did. We love our Toyota's!

I looked for a car for months and finally stopped by Panama City Toyota and found some cars that were near my price ranger. They worked really hard to get the car down to a more affordable price, making sure that I was satisfied. Brandon was the sales guy that helped a lot. Although he was newer, he made sure he found out the answers to our questions. He was a great salesman and made my dad accept the offer, which is hard to do. It all started when I started shopping for my new Toyota online. I shopped several different Toyota websites and found Panama City Toyota to be the most knowledgable staff out of 10 Toyota stores. I actually paid more for my new Toyota from this store because I felt like it was the best experience that I have ever had buying a new car. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I believe everyone there had a smile on their face and they even wore the smiley faces on there uniforms to remind me to keep a smile on my face. I love my new Camry and John and his team. I priced my Toyota at every Toyota dealership within 200 miles of Mobile, Al. This dealership had the best price and was very accomodating. Panama City Toyota is also a great place for professional hassel free service work. I only had to ask once, they performed the work flawlessly without hesitation. All Toyota dealerships are not created equal...I took my vehicle to Palmers Toyota Superstore (formerly Palmers Airport Toyota) in Mobile for service work. Starting with the service manager...they were very unaccomdating, unfriendly, and lackadaisical.For great sales and service after the sale I recommend Panama City Toyota.
