I found my car a ford escape on the internet Kimberly got in touch with me and we worked everything out via e-mail. I went on a Saturday to see suv and sign sealed the deal could not ask for a nicer friendlier group professionals than was at Parker Ford in Murray. Since the inception of Quick Lube, I have utilized the service. I like the personal recognition and fast service which has been part of the product. I discovered a new administrative staff at the desk whom I did not know nor did they know me or my service desires. I briefed them that I like the 5000 mile reminder sticker on the windshield, not to move the drivers seat and I offered to take the car to the car wash to save them time and labor since there was a waiting room full of customers and all the maintenance stalls were in use. I also requested not to rotate the tires since that service is provided by another vendor that does both a rotation and balance. The service was good as usual. The waiting time was over an hour before the car went into the stall and another 25 minutes for service. This is longer than usual. The desk manager did not have any car wash cards and said there would be a delay in getting the wash. This is one feature that I really enjoy so I went to the general manager and she gave me a car wash card and told me next time to let them do the wash. It only seems reasonable that if a customer offers to do this service that the dealership would welcome the time saving offer and provide a car wash coupon. If this focus is a conditioning event to phase out the car wash, then tell me and I want expect it any longer. I have two additional Ford vehicles which are due for lube service in the next few weeks and I will continue to watch how the new management team is working out and if the car wash situation has been corrected.I appreciate the relationship that I have with Parker Ford and in my experiences I have never been more satisfied with a automotive dealer relationship for purchases, service and friendship.

My parents have always bought from Parker Ford in Murray, KY. Even though there are several dealers closer than Parker, which is 30 miles away.I bought my last car from them, more as a favor to dad, and it was a good experience. I recently was helping mom by taking her car to Parker for repairs. I now know why mom & dad always use Parker. The service was great. They were more than fair on price and were not looking to suck us dry. When they were done, they saved me a trip, from 50 miles away, and offered to deliver mom's car to her house, which they did.Good people, good service, good price!

This was my first time to ever deal with Parker Ford. I purchased a 2013 F-150 Lariat Super Crew 4X4. The staff, and by that I mean EVERYONE, was extremely helpful and courteous. My wife and I could not have asked for a more positive experience. Mr. David Parker was very pleasant to deal with and gave me a very fair deal. Their financial assistant, Mr. Paul Duncan, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, and got me the best financing available. I couldn't be more pleased. 2013 Taurus Limited. I have previously used another Ford dealership in a neighboring city for approximately 20 years. However, due to a job change, I can no longer use that service department as they are not open on Saturday. The Quick Lane at Parker Ford is open on Saturday morning. I went in without an appointment, arriving around 9am, requesting The Works, oil change and tire rotation. There was roughly a 15-20 minute wait at that time. They were extremely busy with it being the Saturday before Thanksgiving week. My car was ready roughly 45 minutes later. By the time I left, there was a two hour wait. With that said, the service writer and service techs were working as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I don't know if there is room for more service tech, but they definitely need to add a second service writer as that is where the bottle neck seemed to occur.Overall a great experience and fully intend to go back.

Very professional on everyone concerned, the counter person was very nice and told me they would get on my repair asap and they did. 30 to 40 minutes later she came back and said you are ready to go. Couldn't believe it. The entire shop seems to work like a well oiled machine and know by experience that it is because the mechanics and supervisors want to do a efficient and good job, they seem to have real pride in their work. On top of that have checked for leaks on the transmission and found none that is the best part. Thanks so much.

The service was good, the only issue was that when i paid and walked to my truck, the hood was not shut fully. I tried to shut it and it would not. I popped the hood and realized the serviceman had left my oil cap off and had set it on the top of my grill so it bent my hood slightly where they slammed it shut. Other than that, I had no issues. I was disappointed at that though. Putting the oil cap on should be a pretty easy thing to remember to do.....

I have always had all my vehicles service there. David Parker is one exception individual he always makes sure everything is done right and in a timely manner his customers are his priority always. The Quick Lane crew were their usual thorough & professional way with regards to my scheduled oil change. However, on the other side of Main Street I was disapointed by the Service Department. Part of my disapointment probably stems from my own high level of expectations becausE of past experiences. My wife asked about the tail-gate on our Escape. It works every now and then, but seems to be shorting out for some reason. The glass portion works ALL of the time. A friend of mine who has extensive automotive experience said that he felt it may be one of the wires in the group is not maintaining a ground and the control will not work. The mechanic dismissed this out of hand and told my wife it was probably a latch that needed to be replaced at more than $200. That would not explain why the latch works sometimes when an elictrical connection is made after a bump or pothole in the road. I like this dealership and, in fact, referred it to a Veterans Administration agent today for the purchase of program vans for the Marion, IL hospital.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge on August 31,2015. From the minute I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with friendly faces and prompt service. Since I had grown up with the owner, David Parker, I knew that I could trust him 100% to be a man of integrity, honesty and accommodating.Immediately the color and make of car with features that I wanted were found in Nashville and literally driven out to my home the following evening.I never even considered another dealership based on past experiences at Parker-Ford. My 1998 Ford Expedition traveled literally across the country from California to Washington DC, numerous Disney World trips, countless trips to Houston to visit family, and weekend road trips to soccer tournaments. After 265,000 miles, the Exp was donated to our local Angel Attic and went to single mom with small child.I needed dependability as I plan to travel after retirement and believe I have selected the perfect vehicle.

The sales staff was very helpful, nice, and responsive. The paper-signing went ok, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the office to sign the papers. That's disappointing when you have told folks when you will be there and you have appointments waiting after the car is delivered. The only other negative comment I have would be that the car we bought (used, 2010 Fusion) was not entirely "clean" when we picked it up. The upholstery was dirty (which I cleaned the next day), there were cigarette remnants in one of the compartments, and the windshield was dirty to the point that I had to clean it as soon as I got home. If that is the regular protocol for delivery on a used vehicle at Parker Ford, I will look elsewhere next time. Other used vehicles we drove were much cleaner and more road-worthy even during the test-drive. I wasn't expecting to buy a car and have to spend time and more money on cleaning it.

Quality of service and concern for customer satisfaction is top priority at Parker. The quality of the manufacture of the 2007 Escape was terrible. Original tires extremely noisy, console vibrated lose twice, screws on sun visor vibrated out twice, no original cab air filter, rattles, engine noise and many more annoyances.. Probably will not buy another Ford product. Last two purchases have been Honda. Will most likely replace this Escape with Honda Pilot.

We realized the rear a/c in our van was not blowing out rear vents properly. I send a request for more info on a used car from cars.com and within 5 minutes I received a call from Parker Ford. Within 24 hours I owned that car. Customer service was awesome, they treated me like family and I'm not sure they even made much of profit from the deal they made me. I have purchased 15 vehicles from Parker Ford over the last 30 years. The reason I keep going back is because there is never any pressure to buy, no sales tactics, and the service is terrific. About 3 weeks ago I told David I was interested in a 2015 Expedition. He found exactly what I wanted at a dealer about 200 miles away, printed out the dealer invoice, told me how much profit he needed to make, and what he could allow on my trade-in. He asked me if that was OK, I said yes, and two days later I was driving my new Expedition. Over the years my experience with Parker Ford's service department has been great. I can't count the number of times they have picked up and delivered my can when I didn't have time to drop it off for service. Small touches like washing your car or fixing a flat tire at no charge are routine. I really appreciate how customer focused the whole dealership is. Parker Ford is a great place to buy a car.

I started looking at used vehicles a few months ago, drove some different ones to see what I liked. I didn't make a decision at that time, but came back recently when I saw an automobile I was interested in. Of course, when I drove it, I was really impressed that a used auto could be in this good of shape. The salesman never ever made me feel pressured in buying the auto and was very helpful in showing me how to use all the new gadgets. It was nice doing business in your hometown and I look forward to having them service my vehicle and doing business with them for many years.

My truck had an intermittent problem when running up hill under certain loading conditions; the vehicle made a bucking feeling, with a bang type noise. This might happen a few times a day and then not again for a week or more. Last year the service manager suspected it was a drive train issue and had a joint lubed. The problem seemed to be gone for a few weeks but then started recurring and in the past 2 or 3 months was much more frequent and severe. I brought the truck in during May 2015 and discussed the problem and its history with the service management team. One of them accompanied me on a short drive during which we were able to get the condition to occur several times. It was diagnosed as misfires. Spark plug replacement and engine tune-up was performed and the vehicle has not had any repeat in the week or two since the service. The only negative is the relatively high cost of the repair work.

I took my '07 fusion in to be diagnosed due to some serious issues that popped up. The service center jumped on it and checked my problems in a timely and curteous manner. The repairs were more than the car was worth so I talked to Tim Hilbrecht and he helped me get financed for a 2015 Fusion. The whole process was very easy and non-painful. The whole staff is very friendly and did not have the dealership feel of being pushed to buy a car.

This whole process was as to be expected from Parker Ford. It was as easy as it gets. I built and ordered a new 2015 f-150 XLT. This was all done on text message. I sent all my questions to nick cook and as usual he got back very quickly with all my questions answered. These guys are easy to deal with and nothing like many other dealers you would expect, with pressured sales and tricks. This is a straight up dealer and sales staff. Ive delt with many other dealers and Parker Ford is a fresh experience in vehicle purchasing. My experience was like this: I went on line and built my new Truck with what I wanted. I then printed it off. I then emailed the built truck info over to nick. I then preceded to discuss with nick through text message the final deal. I then had nick aquire financing, after i simply filled out the required credit form on Parker Fords web site(easy). After a few discussions via text messages, we came to a agreement. I used to be weary of car dealers and only traded/purchased a vehicle when it was absolutely necessary. Now I actually look forward to the next opportunity to buy a vehicle at Parker Ford. I research as thoroughly as possible all cost factors and have a purchase price in mind when I begin the purchase process. Id have to say that dealing with nick cook on line and through text was so easy for me to build my new 2015 f-150 truck. Nick worked with me through all texting and answered all my questions very quick. This was so easy to actually built a truck through text, staying in contact with nick. I went on line to fords web site and built my truck. Sent the print out to nick through email. Nick was able to answer all my questions on pricing and build dates. This was my easest and best experience ordering a new truck. They keep you informed all the time on the build process. Great to find a dealership and sales team like this. My family has 5 vehicles. I had gotten to the point of preferring to buy our cars from private parties (4 of the 5). After wrecking one of our cars, We searched to replace it. We checked all options - internet, all dealers near and far, etc. We found a car we liked, compared it everywhere we could, and determined the price and the car from Parker Ford was the best. The buying process was very enjoyable. Tim and Wende were both very helpful. We had to wait for insurance money, but they allowed us to move forward with the purchase. Their service and patience was great. Even after the sale was finalized, they continued to do "small" things that they didn't need to do to help us out. They treat you like they really care about you. They want you to have a great experience. I promise, the next car we get, we will begin our search with Parker Ford.

I recently traded in my old pickup for a 2010 Chevy Silverado at Parker Ford in Murray, Ky. In all honesty - I was loathing the entire negotiation process that goes along with buying a vehicle from a dealership (especially when a trade-in is involved). Immediately I could tell that this was not the typical group of "pushy" sales people, actually it was just the opposite. The atmosphere was very relaxed and genuinely concerned with making sure I felt very comfortable with whatever decision I made. I was very impressed with the financing group as well, they were able to get me a super low rate on the loan. Most of all - I got a great price on a great vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, David Parker and his group are 1st class, these folks know how to build relationships.

Our experience with Parker Ford Lincoln began with the purchase of our 2013 Lincoln MKZ in February of 2013. Our salesman, Tim, was friendly and courteous. The buying experience was a pleasure. We have enjoyed the complimentary service on our Lincoln. We have been made to feel appreciated all along the way. Recently, we experienced an issue with the climate control system. The service department got us scheduled promptly and arranged for a very nice late model loaner car for my wife to drive while the work was being performed. Parts were ordered and installed to address the issue. Before returning the car, Parker's performed the complementary regular service on the MKZ. When all the work was completed, the car was washed thoroughly. Parker's arranged to have the car delivered to my wife's office approximately 30 miles away. There is definitely a culture that emphasizes quality and customer service. All that I can say is thanks to David Parker and all the folks at Parker Ford Lincoln.

I was searching the internet for a used truck in the Murray and Paducah areas when I came across a few Ford F-150s that met all of my requirements. I contacted the dealership through their website and boy was Nick Cook prompt! He worked with me over the phone and via email through every step of the process (I was moving from NYC back to the south). Once I had finished my move we scheduled an appointment to come and see the trucks. He had all three cleaned and ready for me to see and test drive. Nick focused all of his attention on our business when I was present which is a great thing in my book. After I decided on which truck I wanted, Nick saw to it that all of my concerns were addressed and everything on the truck was taken care of and cleaned to my standards. Nick sent me regular updates on the progress of the truck and what was being done to it!This was hands down my best experience buying a car to date. I will definitely be returning to Parker Ford when it comes time for my next vehicle purchase.

My wife and I had been looking at upgrading our vehicle for sometime. We noticed a Ford Explorer on the dealer's website that fit the criteria that we had in mind. Our salesman, Tim, was quite knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to answer our questions without hesitation.I had also found a similar vehicle at another dealership, but they were unable to beat the deal that Parker Ford had offered. We went back to the dealership two days later and bought the Explorer. The overall experience was excellent. This experience was as it should be everywhere.I was dealing with a dealer in AR., through Ford as well and their internet sales manager treated us really bad in a deal we had going on for 4 days. Parker Ford is a typical small town dealer. Short on inventory and it's all pretty much the same. All the same trim level, all with automatic, power everywhere, etc. Can't remember the last time they stocked a new car with a manual transmission. It is hard to imagine that in a small college town, people wouldn't like to have some choices beyond color.

The purchase process is great because there has never been in pressure, or push to purchase. Initially (10 years ago), I shopped for new vehicles. On my first visit to Parker Ford, the general manager came out of his office and greeted me. He said he would have a sales person with me in just a minute. About a minute later he returned and apologized because all the sales staff were with other customers. He asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted and I had seen the vehicle on his lot. He asked if I wanted to drive it and without any hesitation, gave me the keys. When I returned, he had the price calculated. We discussed the situation for less than 5 minutes and without going to anyone else for approval, we shook hands and closed the deal. I took my old vehicle home and cleaned out my possessions and returned the next morning and picked up my new vehicle. Every purchase (total of 10) have gone the same way. I continue dealing with the same person and am greeted by the staff anytime I stop in. The service department meets the same customer care standards. They don't push extra items like air filters, winshield wippers and things like that. When they tell you that something is needed, you better listen because it is true. The price is fair and the vehicle is returned on time and washed after each service. I am proud to call David Parker and Joe Rowland my friend and I trust their experience. Our Ford F150 was loosing transmission fluid. Took it to a local service center. They found a suspicious loose lug nut. Were ready to do more but they said they could not do the work because they did not have the proper equipment. We called David Parker and told him the problem and he said "bring it right in" . Which we did and was immediatly taken into the service area and the truck was looked at. It was determined that it was still under warrenty. It was also determined that the recall for the door latch needed to be preformed. I had been told by another dealership not to worry about it unless it broke. Davids people said not true. Also the FORD insignia had come off of the tail gait. When they saw that it was also taken care of. It was impossible to do this while we were waiting so they gave us a car to drive home. Then when the work was done they delivered our truck to our driveway. This is not the first time we have been treated very well at Parkers. And I can assure you it won't be the last.

It was my first experience buying a vehicle "all by myself". Everyone was super nice, and explained features of the car, as well as car maintenance without making me feel like I didn't know anything. Jill was wonderful going over all the paperwork with me too! I had a great car buying experience!

Parker Ford cares about the purchaser for the long haul, not the quick sale. Their approach to customer service and sales encompasses all that was great about family owned businesses decades ago, a standard which is sadly a rare thing these days. No hard sell or feeling of being "rushed through the mill" at Parker. The sales staff want you to be happy both before, during, and AFTER your purchase with them. This extends itself to service and maintenance long after your initial purchase. They are also very conscious to keep prices low while maintaining this high standard of quality and service. I'm 100% happy with my experience and recommend this outstanding dealership to everyone.

David Parker and Johnny Morris are always friendly and pleasant. I am always asked if I am being taken care of. All members of the sales, parts and service departments treat me like family. I have driven Ford products for years and I cannot go anywhere and beat the deals that I get at Parker Ford. If I should have any problems they are handled quickly and I don't have a problem. Parker Ford is very much customer focused.

The dealership staff was very friendly: Ron welcomed us immediately on our arrival, and Nick also took time to talk to us (it was his day off and he just happened to stop in for some other business). Ron offered us a test drive right away, no pressure applied. While negotiating the trade-in value, Ron was direct with us, didn't play any games and actually made an effort to get us a good trade-in. (The trade vehicle was spectacular and merited the price that we asked, and Ron recognized it would be an easy vehicle to resell.) Jill got us a good deal on financing and explained what she was doing as she worked with the lenders. We commented to both Ron and Jill how pleasant the experience was because it was so different from other dealerships that we've worked with; Jill explained that Parker tries hard not to be the typical dealer. I think they are succeeding in making themselves stand out as an exceptional dealership.

I purchased a new 2013 Ford Focus. This is the 3rd product I have gotten from the Parker Ford team and I have contacted the same person for each sale. He remembered me and with a few questions helped me narrow the selection process. He took me on the lot and showed me 5 cars which we had discussed. Of course I liked the first one we saw best of all, and I took it for a drive. When I returned, all the number crunching was completed and I was presented with a out the door price and option to pick it up in a couple of hours of anytime the next day. From his office, I called my finance company and insurance company. Within an hour all the paperwork was faxed to Parker Ford. The entire process took about an hour. The price was better than I had expected and the entire experience makes me look forward to purchasing future autos from Parker Ford. There was never any push or pressure and I was not insulted by an unreasonable price for my trade in vehicle. The experience was friendly and professional and I recommend Parker Ford without any reservations or hesitation.

Being about two hours away from Parker Ford made me skeptical about getting a deal done on a F-150 that really spiked my interest. I really didn't want to drive two hours just to turn around and come back. I knew my price, I knew what my trade was worth and having bought a vehicle every other year for 20 years I knew the process. Well let me tell you, in almost every buying experience theres that negotiation process that some folks (Like Me) really don't care too much for. From the moment I inquired with Nick till the time I walked out the front door to take my F-150 home I really cant say enough about this dealership. There are no sales gimmicks or pressure cookers, just tell them were your at and what you need and trust me Tim and the team at Parker Ford will be straight with you. My transaction while at the dealership lasted about 20 minutes and I was done. Even the folks in service made me another key and set the code for the door not because they had to as it was quitting time and the service department was closed, I believe the reason is they really care about the customer and this dealership lives up to their motto of building relationships. I'll be back.

I found my F150 on cars.com. Great email and telephone response meant I only had to make one trip out of town to do the deal and get the truck. Nice and easy. I didn't have to tolerate the normal "car dealership negotiation" foolishness. Highly recommend.

I dealt with Wende, the internet sales manager. She and I talked a few times on the phone about trading my truck for a F150 Parker had on their lot. Wende was honest and forthright and gave me a really good assesment of my truck and what number they were looking to trade for. The phone was necessary as I needed to feel good before I drove 2 hours to look at the truck. When I arrived, Wende was as nice in person as on the phone. She showed me the truck, I drove it, and we settled on the trade in less than 5 minutes. There was no hidden agenda, she shot me straight and I appreciated it. She stayed after hours and even offered to title the vehicle in TN to save me some $500 in taxes. This experience was the best I have ever had buying a vehicle and when the time comes again, I will definitely look to Wende at Parker Ford.

We bought a car last night. It took us longer to arrive then expected, we had a 2 1/2 hour drive and didn't get there until 6:45 PM (they close at 6:00). Our salesman and the owner were both still there and were very helpful. Once they realized how long of a drive we had and how late it was getting they gave us $50.00 in gift cards for a local restaurant for dinner. Nice, personable service. I would definitely shop their again.

I recently purchased a 2007 Lincoln MKX from Parker Ford. Without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I have had. This was my first internet car purchase. With the vehicle 70+ miles away I wanted to make sure the interior/exterior was what I was looking for before I made the drive to look it over. My salesman, Tim H., took additional pictures for me and patiently answered all of my questions. I had already qualified for a car loan which I thought the rate and terms were good, but wanted to see if I could get something better. The finance dept. was able to shop around and find a loan with a better interest rate. I have no complaints and would definitely consider buying from Parker Ford again.

It was an experience second to none for us having over our life time made so many auto and truck purchases that they cannot be counted. Everyone involved in this purchase displayed the highest professional attitude and attention to our needs from my first internet request for information on inventory that seemed to meet our requirements to the goodbyes as we departed with our new purchase.I really want to compliment the very first person with your firm for her very kind and rapid response to my request for information, Wendy Holzchuh as well as all follow-up with other concerns related to the vehicle. I had decided to either sell and replace or trade my 2006 Expedition and had sent out several request throughout western Kentucky to Ford dealers regarding their inventory that I felt would meet my needs for replacement. Wendy was by far the most prompt, courteous, and professional of all respondents with everything requested being answered. We visited several of the other dealers and got pricing as well but were by no means treated in any way close to as we were when we arrived at Parker Ford. Just as I like to make my purchases, we were given the bottom line price and later the options that I requested on trade in value or cash down purchase with no questions or any back and forth discussions, just the way it should be. As we were waiting for finalization on trade value I went to your service department to evaluate what I saw there as to me this is a very good indication on how you will be treated as a customer with service request and needs. The entire organization seemed very good, neat, and clean appearing, a department you can be proud of.To finalize, from our first phone contact with Wende and throughout the business end with Eric and Wendes introductions to your service coordinator and manager were really impressed with our experience, one if not the best I have ever encountered in the overall transaction of purchasing a vehicle, Thanks again to the entire staff at Parker for your concerns and professionalism.

Wende went out of her way to make our car-buying experience a positive one. She gave us the freedom to look over & drive many vehicles without hovering over us. She listened to our needs, respected our budget, & stayed well after the close of business to help us. After collecting a stack of 22 business cards from used car dealers all over west TN, northern MS, and KY, we were able to make an incredible deal at Parker Ford. We would recommend them to anyone, and make the two hour drive up there again ourselves when we need another vehicle.

I used the online live chat option to find out a little more info. on the truck I was looking at. They relayed my info to Wende. She returned my call by the next day and did a "walk around" the truck while on the phone with me so she could answer all my questions. I told her how I wanted to purchase the truck and she made it happen. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was pulled up and ready for us to test drive. We had one concern and she got the guy over the repair shop to check the truck for us. She did not haggle with us or pressure us. We kept her tied up for a couple of hours, but she never tried to hurry us to make a decision. The dealership didn't charge all those unnecessary fees, which I think is great. I will definitely contact Wende again when I'm in the market for another vehicle. The only reason I didn't give the dealer 5 stars was because when my husband changed the oil today, he got some sludge out of the oil filter. I would like to see their mechanics go over the vehicles before putting them out to sell. This is a very large dealership, though, so it would take longer to get the vehicles out on the lot. The truck runs fine, so hopefully it will hold out until we get ready to trade again. I will still give Wende a call when I do.

My husband and I went in to look at a vehicle we found on their website that morning. When we walked in, it was as if we were in the way. Once the salesman finally got there to help us he had no idea about the car we were asking about. I had to look it up myself to find the VIN number and stock number before he would talk to me about it. .. is that not his job?? Come to find out all of the information online was wrong. The car color was wrong, number of miles was listed as 20,000 less, asking price was incorrect, and features were not the same. He said it was just a little mix up.. I call this FALSE INFORMATION. Needless to say we were very dissatisfied with our visit to Parker Ford in Murray.

This dealership breached a written acceptance of an offer on a car and the sales manager laughed at me and said to go elsewhere or to call Ford Motor Company. Not what I expected from a small, family-owned dealership. Deceptive practices and be prepared to feel the squeeze.
