Every time I go in for service new people are there. They try to do a good job but in the end the car is never fixed quite right and requires a second visit. Management always claims it is the owners fault and tries to clip you for more money.

I never take time to write reviews, but this dealership deserves it. Ask for Sherre Nightingale or John. Cheri of the finance team was awesome too. I have lousy credit, but they worked hard in finding me a car I liked, and most importantly, getting me approved for a great monthly payment. No pressure. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Sherre even stayed after closing to show me each and every feature of my car. I'm a VW driver for life.Thanks!!!

I want to share the positive experience I had in purchasing my new Volkwagen Beetle from Mark M. Bernard, Sales Manager at Parkway Volkswagen in Valencia, CA. First, this was my first and only experience buying a new car and/or dealing with a dealership. I had a 1974 Super Beetle which I owned for 40 years and had no desire to buy a new car due to the horror stories I'd heard from friends and family re: car dealerships and sales people. So I kept driving my bug daily back and forth to work. But due to an auto accident that totalled my bug, I was left with no choice but to start the process of researching the possiblility of purchasing a new VW. (It should be noted, that it was the very best thing that could have happened to me,) The accident wasn't my fault and therefore, the other driver's ins. co. arranged a rental car for me while I worked with the ins, co. to be compensated for my totalled '74. Long story short, the car rental company was near Parkway VW so after I picked up the rental, I drove over to the dealership and walked around and took copious notes of all the available new cars. As it turned out, Parkway had one of the only "manual, 5-speed transmissions" in So. Cal. A plus for me as that is what I wanted. I could go on and on re: my very positive experience, but the purpose of this review is to share what a WONDERFUL experience I had with Mark M. Bernard, purchasing the car and the way that Mark really made it an uneventful experience, painless and one that moved me to write a great review. I know for a fact, if it hadn't been for Mark and Jon (who took me on my test drive), I definitely would not have purchased a new car. (Many times over the past 40 years, I looked into purchasing a new vehicle and each time, the experience was a total turn off.) They did everything to ensure it was a great experience for me. I was shattered to lose my classic bug, but it really is amazing to drive a new car and to experience all the bells and whistles. Both Mark and Jon helped me to pick out a different set of rims to customize my new Beetle and then even sent me a pic once they were installed. I'm glad you took the time to read this review! I have told literally a hundred people already whether it be at the office, in the neighborhood, friends and family and or at church how blessed I was to have such an incredible, positive experience in purchasing my first new car.

My service consultant Jerry Cassandro from Parkway Hyundai could not have been better, he possesses many admirable qualities. During the experience he never come off pushy but was inviting and was a great listener resulting in finding the vehicle that I was looking for.

A long read but worth it if you are thinking about purchasing from these people.HORRIBLE CROOKED AND SHADY .... And that's me being nice. Bought a brand new car 5/2/14. Immediately started having problems with it. Glove box fell open and wouldn't close while driving, dash rattling, engine rattling.at low speeds "Fixed" it the first time by stripping the dash and front end of car down to the frame. Repair lasted a week until everything started happening again. Took it back on 6/23 and waited that Saturday morning for AJ, the sales manager. I explain to him, I don't have the time to keep dealing with this is there a way to trade out into another car, I was even willing to pay. His response? Let's wait until Monday morning when the service manager gets here. I will call you. So Monday comes around..... Crickets.... So again I take time off of work to drive down there. I show up, he shows me the service manager and they ask me to wait. 45 minutes later I'm still sitting in the service area waiting. Finally the service manager, Sean, tells me they are stumped on how to to fix it. Hmmmm.... So I go back to AJ and ask, "so what do we do now?" His response? "You need to call corporate, they build the cars, we just sell them." WOW. Ok so I call corporate and open up a file. In the meantime I call and leave a message for Steve, the general manager (who by the way has a message on the website asking you to contact him at anytime with any comments or concerns). About 15 minutes later I get calls from two people, first the service manager who told me he was stumped. And second, AJ. Steve didn't even bother to contact me directly. AJ proceeds to give the blanket statement of " I was asked to call you that there was an issue with your car?" I explain to him who I am and he quickly cuts me off and says, "Oh yeah you need to call corporate there's nothing I can do for you. And hangs up."So 29 days later I get my car back (it really was a month but they called me at 5:45 and then back dated the paperwork saying it was ready the day before). My car is backed up against a wall. No one pulls my car up they simply hand me my keys. I ask them to check the tires and their response is if the light is on they need air, otherwise they are fine. Ok....So I drive my car off and that night the tire light goes on. The next morning I stop to put air in and I discover that they damaged my car! The rocker panel on the passenger side is completely crushed. So not only did they damage it, but they obviously tried to conceal it. They obviously lifted my car up from the wrong spot so whoever did it knew they did it when it happened. I take it back the next morning and show them. Their response ? "We can't say anything until we put it up on the rack." Another 45 minutes later Jason, the service manager comes in to the waiting area and says, "Well we are going to take care of it, we can't prove it happened here but can't prove that it didn't" I say, "What is that supposed to mean? I don't own a jack and I don't have any reason to jack up my car". He says, "well you had your car serviced somewhere else." I said" what are you talking about, my car has been here for the last month." So I ask him to show me in the computer where my car had been serviced at another dealer. Magically when he tried to show me nothing appeared and he back tracked from that. He says "Today is Friday so I can't do anything for you. I will call you on Monday and take care of it for you" (Aww thank you for offering to take care of something that you did). Monday comes around and no phone call. So AGAIN, I take time off to show up there. But this time not only does the car have damage, but all of the original issues are happening(rattling etc) Jason walks right passed me and ignores me. The service guy writing it up purposely leaves off the paperwork that they are fixing body damage to my car. I demand they add it, Jason comes in completely ignores me again and tells the service guy hesitantly to add it onto the paperwork.So now two weeks later they still have my car. It's been in the shop for 42 days, plus body damage and they have attempted repairs 4 times for the same thing. VW says they are waiting for the regional rep to make a decision on my car... Sounds like a conspiracy to me. I guess if they don't take it back I will have to sue?

Parkway Volkswagen is by far the BEST Volkswagen dealership for both sales and service! We lease our 2013 Passat TDI and can't believe the amazing fuel mileage it gets...over 45 MPG! We have been so happy with that car that we recently purchased a 2012 certified Jetta for our daughter. She is thrilled with her car as well! Both times the finance paperwork was done in such an efficient, friendly manner...Adriana in the finance dept. was great! Our two salesmen, Manny and Ed, were both professional, but more important, knowledgeable about the cars. I would highly recommend this dealership...unlike others we've visited, they patiently LISTENED to your needs and desires, THEN match you to a car, instead of moving you to a vehicle they need to sell... I've recommended others to not only they improved VW line, but specifically this dealership. Go with confidence!

My 2007 gti had oil in the intercooler and alot of it they told me the turbo seal was bad, so i had them replace $ 2000.00. drove home to Utah and and there was alot of oil on the floor leaking out from the intercooler hose. just brought it back to them and they replaced the hose and said that its now normal to have oil leaking in to the intercooler from what i under stand some is ok but 2 + qrts. the turbo wasn't the fix. The headlights are another part of the story both headlight ballast went out while sitting at the dealer ship (465.00) each they fixed them, pulled out of the parking lot and the drivers side went out again I turned around and showed them, I returned on mon. where they fixed it with another ballast ( no charge :) ) asked Bryan if there is an electrical problem he said no the ballasts just do this do to vibration B.S. well the drivers side ballast went out again. but now they say i need two new head lights both are cracked, I cant find the cracks. but the point is I paid 169.00 for them to diagnose the problems the first time and they were wrong. Ive spent over 4000.00 in less then a month to them and they tell me something else is causing the problems. wont return and wont own another VW.

Best dealer experience I've ever had. I found the used car I wanted online, made the one hour drive immediately after talking with the internet manager. Extremely friendly, upfront, honest, and met my budget without arguing, manipulating, or acting like I was a dumb woman. What, a respectful car salesman? Yep. I was out of the dealer within 2-1/2 hours, and they provided two salesmen and an extra car so I could get both of my cars (new and old)home. All in 106o heat! Now that's service, truly. These people need to give lessons to the rest of the car dealers in the world - how to make customers feel special, and develop that trust that is lacking elsewhere. I'd give them a 10 if I could!

I drove 133 miles, negotiating a price that my local VW dealership laughed at and true to their word, they delivered. I recommend Tony. Their financing (0%) is obviously unbeatable, and signing was fast yet thorough (didn't feel rushed through 33 pages of signatures...especially if I had questions). There are a lot of VW dealerships but in my mind only one deserves your business.

I was going to lease a new beetle for my wife that always wanted a beetle, she seen the one she wanted and I told the salesperson I will return the next day at 11 AM, to please figure all out for us, I did not have the time to hear all that day, so I returned to a no answer after waiting to see him for a half hour, and only to return to a saleperson with no answer, I gave him my cell number to call me when he git somenumbers and the car my wife wanted to a no answer yet, and no calls for 2-3 weeks, which I told him it was to lare I went and picked up another BMW for her instead, one of the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with, and I have bought at least 30 new cars in my life and all my cars are new,550 SL, BMW Hybrit, and my wifes new BMW as well, this has been my record for at least the last 30 years, and not to get a figure for a little beetle is discusting and makeing feel never to return there again. I buy Lexex for my employees, and other new cars for them. It could have been a good thing for Parkway . Sorry and thanks for taking the review . Good luck Parkway needs it.

I live in El Segundo CA and was looking for a particular used vehicle for weeks. I shopped the local dealers and to my findings no one was able to produce the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. I found Parkway online and I called and spoke to Tom. I was completely honest with him on what I wanted and come to find out he was completely honest about what he could do! I only say that because from my experience some sales reps or dealership employees will say anything to get you in and then flip the script. I took the trip to Valencia saw the truck (very clean) met Tom, Dave(Sales Rep), Gloria (Admin) all very nice, proffesional and personable. Come to find out Tom was a man of his word and I bought the truck for the price I wanted. When it comes to buying cars in my opinion honesty goes a long way. If someone says they can or will do or get you something they should. Tom and Dave came through and would recommend them anytime!PSI did a trade in too and they gave me a really good price.

Robert showed excellent customer service by confirming immediately the detailed specifications of the new 2011 Golf TDI we've been looking for. He was attentive to our inquiries and needs, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. He and his finance representative stayed late for our arrival from San Diego through the close of sale. He set up the Bluetooth function for us and answered all questions w/confidence of his knowledge and experience. His making himself available for us every time we called was very important for us and got back to us in a short amount of time showed his excellent customer service unlike other dealerships that didn't follow through with us. This is the most highly professional and yet friendly dealership , Ron jumped through hoops to get me my work clothes that were left in my cc being serviced during after hours ! Not only did he spend 20 plus minutes to get my stuff , but a week later me and my fiance came here to buy a new gti and once again imPecable service , not to mention giving me top dollar for my trade in ( 2500 ) more than any other dealership offered . We went into this dealership in a difficult situation being very upside down in our vehicle. Ron and his team were able to do what no other dealership would even try to get us into a new vehicle. We were looking for a new Jetta and this was the second dealership we went to. We first went to the Volkswagen dealership in Van Nuys, and were treated so poorly that we almost didn't want to buy a Volkswagen anymore. Before we gave up, we stopped by the Valencia Volkswagen dealership and couldn't have been more satisfied with their customer service and how easy it was to buy a car. This is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Tom, the guy and the finance guy are lost. You explain what you need and they lie to you. They do not follow through and frustrate your considerations.After driving out the first time and being turned down, and then calling and being told they had good news, I find out that they were giving me news no new car shopper wants to hear. Your payment is going to be double what you asked for. "Great News"Trying to sell car's that are test car's as new, again not a good way to scam a customer.Stay Away, they will not help you are tell you the truth. The worst auto buying experience of my life.

Dave gave us the best price within seven other dealers and the "No Haggle" internet was very easy. They followed thru with the deal we had worked out over the internet with no changes. they didn't try to sell me something other than what i had come in to buy.Dave, Manny and Ron along with everybody else were very friendly and there was no "hard Sell" from anybody. I was in the market for a new VW Bettle Convertable. I happened on this dealership via the Internet. From the time I sent my first email request to a buy it was less than 24 hours. My email request was returned within minutes. They followed up my email providing the price without any hassel. I have bought many cars via the Internet in the past but recently the Internet groups are less than honest with pricing. My visit at the dealership was as good as my Internet experince. I was nervous driving up from San Diego but they were true to their word and very professional. I am writing this review because of the superior sevice that I received. I found Parkway online and decided to give them a try after going to several dealerships. I was very pressed for time and I didn't want to spend all day at a car dealership. I wasn't going to sit still for alot of hassling and over prices.
