As always Paul Brown remains the only dealer I will spend my time in. Being in such a secluded and small area I didn't think they'd be able to get the car I wanted being it had only been out a few weeks. But sure enough Josh made it happen. He worked hard, and kept informed of the status of the vehicle through the whole process. I am incredibly pleased with his service and help. Incredibly patient, super friendly, and moved mountains for me!. Josh helped me secure this incredibly rare and hard to find 2022 kia stinger. It's perfect!. Entire experience was fabulous as always. Jim and Josh moved mountains to get me my dream car, and I couldn't be more thrilled! They're truly a wonderful dealer, and continue to be the only place I'll go..

This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle ! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly & professional. Absolutely no pushy attitude like most places seem to have. DEFINITELY worth my drive down there, (live near Buffalo) and will do it again for next vehicle !

Was trying to purchase a car from here online and over the phone since we live farther away.. the sales person Andrea that I was dealing with told me everything was good to go then never got back ahold of me so I called the next day to find out that the van had been sold.. so I talked to Andrea again and she told me they just got another one in and she was going to get all the info to me to see if I was interested in this one and still haven’t heard anything .. it’s been 3 days.. thankfully I found some place else who responds quick and is taking care of things! Absolutely Do not recommend!

Bought a used car in February that had some unknown issues. Jim and Andrea were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. They really did look out for us and we really appreciate it. These guys stand behind what they sell. It's hard to find that, I'd recommend this place for sure.

I can't say Thank you enough to Brandy and Justin for all of their help!!!! These guys are AWESOME!!! As a new car buyer who had no idea what I was doing, these guys made the process super easy and stress free! I had a lot of special circumstances that they worked around and went out of their way to make it less hassle for me! I would definitely recommend their services!!

tried to trade in here they were not very good at offering a decent trade value but the staff was very friendly .I would recommend talking to jermy if you go there he is honest and wont pressure .you .

Awful experience. So many things have gone wrong with this car. I puschased it 4 months ago and have had to take serval days off of work and pay several hundred dollars to have repairs done that are not covered under warrenty. The sales people were extreemly pushy. I am not a mechanic but I truly feel they are purposfully not fixing things so that i have to come back. I asked them "so you are telling me these problems are happening over night?" And the service person was snarky and said yes, ALL these mechanical issues "just happen" and I have to pay $100 deductible every time. I will never suggest anyone shop Here.

Once again Paul Brown Dodge and Jeep has gone above and beyond by accommodating us with pick up and delivery for a service call when my wife and I are not able to bring it to them!! Thank you Jason Anderson for being a great guy!! And thanks to the service department for taking such good care of us. This is why we keep coming back!! Great service, great people!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed purchasing my 2010 Lincoln MKZ from Gary down at Paul Brown motors. The customer service and friendliness that Gary showed allowed me to feel at ease and the sales pressure was non existent. We were able to negotiate a fair price and overall I am satisfied with my purchase 3 months later. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality at a fair price and service with a smile. Thanks a lot Gary.

We have been purchasing vehicles here for the last 14 years. This past month we returned for our 7th and it just gets better every time. The sales staff is easy to deal with, the service department always goes above and beyond and the sales manager is one of the most accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We will continue to go back as long as we are able. Love the place!!

I was in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler. Since I have previously purchased two other vehicles from this dealer, and they are a Jeep dealer, they were my first choice. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful, but "gave you your space". They are NOT pushy, over baron people. They are great to work with. We easily reached a mutual agreement on the vehicle. Follow up,The Jeep I purchased needed repairs. Since all titlework had not been completed, I ask about trading out to another Jeep. They would not commit to a deal until titlework was complete. It was then an inflated asking price. I opted for the warranty repair on my Jeep. This involves several extra trips to the dealer, plus several days downtime on a just purchased vehicle. NOT happy!!!!

We selected Paul Brown Motors because of a deal we heard on the radio. Once there the staff was very friendly and helpful, with helping us get a vehicle and a good deal with some extras.

I had a great overall experience at Paul Brown Dodge. My salesman, Jason was very friendly and helpful at answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I knew the price of the vehicle right up front, the numbers were not kept secret like I have experienced in the past at other dealers playing the 'what payment do you want?' instead of dealing with the actual purchase price. I feel I got a fair price for my trade in and did not feel pushed or pressured in any way to make the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle Jason has followed up with me several times to insure I was happy with my Jeep Patriot. I would recommend and have already recommended Jason and Paul Brown Dodge to my family and friends. I will return there when I am ready to trade in.
