I tell everyone who will listen to go to Paul Masse GMC South. I have yet to have a bad experience there and I bought my 2011 Chevy Traverse almost a year and a half ago and go there for routine maintenance. When we were buying the vehicle the man who helped us with the financing went above and beyond. My husband travels for work and is away more than he is home. We needed to get everything signed that day or we'd have to wait 3 weeks for him to be home again, this man met with us when it was convenient for us - 8pm at a place near the movie theaters because we had just walked into a movie when he called us and said he'll meet us to get the papers signed. He had no problem waiting until we were out of the movie! We couldn't believe it!

This was the second car we've bought from Tom Frat. It was again an AMAZING experience! He found the perfect car and brought it from the Wakefield dealership. He is a no nonsense honest salesman who tells it like it is. When we went to pick up the car, he had a sign on the windshield for my daughter, whose car we were buying for. It was a surprise that he helped orchestrate. He then spent as much time as was needed to show her how to use everything. He goes out of his way to make it a positive easy experience. We needed to get it back for a little touch up and he came by, picked it up, drove it to South Kingston and delivered it back. I would recommend tom to anyone looking for a new, used or leased car. you are the GREATEST!

Paul Masse built a beautiful dealership both on Tower Hill Road and in Wakefield on Main Street. I have been taking my Tahoe for Service at Paul Masse in Wakefield for years and they do an outstanding job. When looking for a replacement for my Tahoe (15 years old and 200,000 miles) I found the GMC to be a good fit. Tom Fratantuono did a super job helping me through the transaction and teaching me all the ways to operate the new vehicle. I wasn't going to shop around because I had solid knowledge that Paul Masse actually does have the best prices and the best service.

This was our first dealing with a Paul Masse dealership and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Our Sales Rep, Nick Snow listened to what we wanted in a Buick Lacrosse, and since there was no such vehicle in their inventory, he worked extremely hard to find the right car for us. In a matter of two days he delivered everything we wanted and more!!! Cam B was also very helpful in helping us choose what additional protection package would be best for us. This was an absolutely satisfying experience. In fact, my brother-in-law accompanied us to the dealership. He has a Buick leased from another dealership and said he will definitely go to Paul Masse for his next one.

Bought a buick. Everyone very helpful and quick to return phone calls Was due to receive a deposit back from dealership. Suddenly everything changed. No phone calls returned and no check in the mail. Have already paid two months car bill and still no deposit back! Dealership seems to have a lot of confusion and no communication. Sorry Paul Masse! Not sure I would return.

I purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon at Paul Masse GMC/Buick South the very first day I stepped foot in the dealership. I was in the market for buying a pick-up truck and my first stop was in to Paul Masse to check things out. This was my first experience at the dealership and it was awesome! The salespersonwho welcomed me in, Tom Fratantuono, played a big roll in my decision to purchase this vehicle. The last couple of vehicles I purchased from other dealerships felt like the salesperson was trying to sway my decision one way or another. Tom was just the opposite, in fact, he let me do most of the talking. I later found out that he was a longtime employee for Paul Masse and a very experienced salesperson. I have confidence in Toms words "I will always do whatever I can to make sure you are completely satisfied." And this makes me happy to be a part of the Paul Masse family!

Two years ago I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra 4X4 truck at Paul Masse GMC/Buick South. This truck, which includes a "tow-package", rides like a GM Cadillac. What an incredible ride! And because of the outstanding treatment that has been provided to me from every staff member, including the Service Department and the Manager himself (Bob Masse), I returned again last week to buy my wife another unbelievable vehicle from Steve Alvarez at this dealership. This time it was a 2016 Terrain Denali. I don't like to spend days in dealerships haggling over prices and trade in costs, so when my previously dealer who we bought our last four cars from (Tarbox Toyota) continued to insult us on a trade in price for a car we bought and continuously serviced from them, i was glad when Paul Masse and Tom Frat stepped up as our second option at the time with the lease of a Enclave. They provided a more competitive offer on the trade in and I felt their vehicles were priced decent up front; Buick's customer incentives didnt hurt either.As for Tom, we were referred to him and I appreciated his straightforward and honest approach. As other reviewers stated, he personally delivered the new registration and has followed up on the car.The Paul Masse dealership is also impressive, very clean, professional and friendly staff, nice little customer service area for the kids. Paul Masse and Tom will definitely be given primary consideration for our next car.

I have not been in a dearlership in 22yrs and a little nervous abut the process and what I wanted.David Begin was just the right person to help me answer any questions easily pointing out the different pks in the cars. He was knowledgeable, personable, helpful, etc. He made my wife & I feel comfortable, purchasing a new Encore for my wife. Tom Fratantuono was the sales rep I was routed to when calling in about a specific vehicle I was looking at online. First and foremost he listened to me and did not try to "blow smoke" or "sell" me in anyway. This was a far departure from the 3 previous dealerships I had just called about similar vehicles that left me far from interested in doing business with them. As a result, I scheduled time to come in the following morning to have him show me the vehicle and have the team assess the value of my trade. I have been in sales for almost 20 years in the IT industry and am a strong believer that what makes people successful in sales no matter what the industry is the ability to build strong relationships founded on trust. This can only happen if you are honest, have integrity, and are willing to listen to your customer and not drive your own agenda. Tom is a true professional that exudes these qualities and will undoubtedly continue to have success. He further impressed me by delivering paper work to my house later that evening likely adding over an additional hour to his commute home. He is clearly and individual who will go above and beyond for his customers and Paul Masse is fortunate to have this caliber of an employee.

I bought my truck here 3 months ago. Its been the service dept. 4 times for vibration/shaking issue. Met with the Service Manager and GM rep. today. Took them for rides and they both acknowledge the vibration problem but say thats what a truck suppose to drive like. My 2014 Ford F-150 did not do this. If you want your car's steering wheel to vibrate at various speeds... then buy your car at Paul Masse. GM has a huge issue with their trucks and its illustrated on AutoGuide.com, please read it before you buy. I just wanted my hard earned money back. Its a shame that Paul Masse will not stand behind his products when he says "You will be satisfied". I am not satisfied!

I knew what I wanted, a Verano turbo. None were available in RI or near by MA or CT. John Vacca tracked one done in a day and in the color I wanted. In less than a week I had the car of my choice, John was great on trade in price and finding me all sorts of rebates. Great experience.

Very disappointing. Had my Sierra 3 months and I regret buying it. My truck has VIBRATION and SHAKING issues that have not been fixed, even after 4 service visits. Bob Masse has ignored my calls and refused to refund my money. I am not satisfied. It is noted in internet forums that GM has these issues with Sierra/Silverado and other vehicles that have not been addressed. Google it.

I spent 4 hours waiting to have two tires replaced and my tires balanced! I was told innumerable times that they were almost done and were washing and vacuuming the car. Each 10 minute delay stretched to an hour. Finally one of the reps said (after a 3 hour wait) that they were having trouble with the washing device. They could have skipped the wash and let me leave. The rep also said the tires were about $90 to $100. He wasn't sure. They charged me over $300.I think he should have informed me of the price before installing the tires. I also asked they to recharge my remote ($30). He did not charge me because of a long wait.Thank you. The staff is extremely polite and the lounge is comfortable and well stocked with treats and drinks. I just feel a 4 hour wait was way over board and that they should have been honest about why it was so long of a wait.

I was referred to Tom Fratantuono by a friend/neighbor who just leased a car from him. My friend knew about my quest for a Buick Regal. I had given up hope for buying this car this year until I checked out various Buick web sites one afternoon. I saw the car I wanted, and it was a "Special" at Paul Masse. My interest peeked, I called Tom "Frat" the following day to ask about the "Special" as there were more than one that applied. The cash deal motivated me, and without knowing me, talking to me telephonically, more money was taken off the MSRP. I met with Tom that day, and got the exact car I wanted, showing him the print-out from May, of that exact car, from Paul Masse's dealership web site. The timing was great, the price was exceptional and I am loving that car. I am very pleased with the buying experience with Tom Frat, and the time he gave me showing me all the latest technology in this car, which was all new to me. I have adapted quickly to the new car and by far, it was a very good car buying experience and my objective to buy a new car this year was met, and I got the car I wanted.

I recently purchased CPO GMC Canyon fro Paul Masse GMC. They had the exact truck that I wanted. Sales was fine - competitive price - very easy to deal with. The dealership is gorgeous and they truely know how to treat customers. There were two bumpy episodes when I bought the truck. The first was an oversight when the sales tax certification wasn't included in the paperwork - this was an unusual situation in that I came from out of stae to purchase the vehicle. Bob Masse had a runner drive the needed documentation to my insurance agent so that i could get the truck registered and insured and on the road. The second issue was discovered when I took possession of the truck, - due to some mix-up in the ad literature, 3 of the standard features had been removed. The features couldn't be utilized when the truck was test driven due requirements of needing subscriptions. i had expected these to be present. I voiced my concerns to the dealership and got responses directly from Bob Masse. His attitude from the beginning was an unfaltering commitment to my satisfaction. I must admit that this was not something I expected. I was prepared to have a very sour taste regarding the entire transaction. Bob Masse followed through and reinforced on an almost daily basis that he would make it right and ensure that I was pleased. In lieu of the deleted features, 3 accessories were selected, ordered and I was promptly notified that they were available for install. I was prepared to install them myself - Bob was adamant that they would take care of everything. I drove to the dealer, I was promptly received, and the truck was broughtin immediately for the service. The waiting area is outstanding - comfortable, flat screen TV, snack, sandwiches etc. When the truck was complete - it was brought around completely washed and vacuumed. On the way home - through nothing more than bad timing - the ECM faulted on my 4WD / ABS system. I called Bob and explained the situation. he understood that I was driving over 100 miles round trip to get the truck back to the dealer. He arranged for a loaner vehicle - a 2013 Terrain, to be delivered to my home, and the truck taken back to the dealer. They kept me up to date daily on the progress - part had to be orderd and arranged to have the truck dropped off at my home when everything was complete. There was absolutel no cost incurred - everything was cobvered under warranty. The truck was delivered sparkling clean - buffed / waxed.I am 52 and have bought a few cars/truck over the years. I have NEVER ever had this level of service from any other dealer. This truly, in spite of the small problems has been an exceptional experience. I would recommend Bob Masse GMC to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle and would not hesitate in any way to buy another vehicle from them. My wife will undoubtedly buy her next SUZ from them as well.Great work Bob Masse - please keep it up as you have set the bar for all other dealerships.Scott

I cannot say enough about Paul Masse GMC South. Thank you Richard McDermott, Katie Leonard and Andrew Aytac for all your help! You have made the whole car buying experience wonderful. We went there to pick up my fiancee's used GMC Sierra he just purchased and I went home with a new Verano too! I have been to many dealerships in the past and by far this one is the best! Not many people would stay well past closing to make sure I went home that same night with my new car. They definitely put the customer first! Sorry Nissan, I gave you a try but I am happy to be back in the GM family. Thank you again Richard, Katie and Andrew!Shana N & Chris C Warwick

I just purchased my Dream vehicle, a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali! The process was an excellent experience from my first test drive to the day I drove it off the lot and even beyond!! Richard McDermott is a true professional. His knowledge about the vehicle made me feel as though I was being educated about a vehicle, not just being sold a car. Paul Masse South is a beautiful facility with qualified staff. I would recommend highly!!

Richard McDermott was suberb! Friendly,kind, up to date with all the new equipment in the new vehicles. I spoke briefly with Bob Masse which was rather nice that he took some time out of his busy schedule to say hello. It was probably one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have had in a while.

I was able to complete almost my entire deal by e-mail which was a great advantage, as I find it is very frustrating to play telephone tag back and forth leaving voicemail. Richard McDermott was very responsive and I feel I got a very good deal on the vehicle I wanted. It was well worth traveling 2 and a half hours for the quality experience I had at Paul Masse Buick GMC South. Everything was as we had discussed on e-mail; there were no surprises.
