Brought my customer's BMW there to have wheel locks removed. Upon arrival i specifically asked how long it might take because if it's too long of a wait i will come back. They said 20-30 minutes as they have techs available. After 2.5 hours i had to hunt someone down to see what the xxxx was taking so long. Then it took them some time again to figure out where the truck actually was. Extremely unorganized establishment and unprofessional. First and last time there. Paul Miller Subaru totally different experience.

My experience at Paul Miller BMW was so horrific that I spoke poorly about BMW from month 3 into my lease and I will continue to speak poorly about this dealership forever. They have absolutely no idea what customer service means. They leased me a broken car where my electric panel/ GPS screen shut down during my ride at least once every time I drove it. I brought it back to the dealership 3 different times on 3 separate occasions and they kept my car for a week at a time. Still they failed to fix it. When I called to speak with a supervisor they were terrible at returning my calls. I wanted out of my car and into a new one without having to restart my lease. When I finally got Mark, the supervisor on the phone he got very defensive and raised his voice and told me, "We are not going to buy back a car that doesn't work, and if I wanted a new car I would have to restart my lease," I called BMW corporate and explained my story, BMW corporate tried to contact Paul Miller to call them and to call me to see what they can do but Paul Miller did NOT return either of the numerous phone messages BMW corporate left. To make matters worse, I recently discovered by Park Ave BMW, that Robert, the car salesman, told me I would leave 2k as my security deposit and I would get that money back at the end of my lease; he LIED. Robert put my money as a down payment! So the money that I thought I was getting back at the end of my lease I am NOT! I am furious and want to warn everyone that this dealership is not to be trusted and do not help you at all when something goes wrong. I have not been back to them and will never go back and neither should you!

Leased a car from them only because they had the color we wanted. However after one week the car was in the shop for 8 days then the license plate they provided expired. Contacted the salesman Alan asking when the new plates were coming. A few days passed and he final told me I had to drive the unregistered car over to have a VIN check done. This is a car dealer and they have no clue what it necessary to register a car. Then to advise the customer to break the law is just beyond me. I will never buy another car from Paul Miller. I have tried to call the dealership for help from a manager but no manager has ever gotten on the phone with me nor returned any message I left. Calling BMW Corp has proven to be a waste of time. I have a car sitting in my driveway that I am required to pay monthly but cannot drive as I have no valid registration. BEWARE Do Not Get Ripped Off Like Me.

Worst buying experience ever encountered. Traveled over 80 miles to see a specific vehicle for sale, a used 2016 BMWd XI, with only 8,000 miles. The "salesman", Paul Sherman, was entirely out of his element, insisting most of his customers buy sight unseen over the internet as all the german cars drive the same and then making promises never delivered. We arrived by appointment to preview the car and test drive. Car had not even be washed and was filthy form having been on the back lot. Not a good start. After finding scratches in multiple areas, we were promised car would be entirely detailed upon pickup. We should have walked away then. However, we mistakenly decided to trust the assurances of the salesman, relying on the overall appearance of the dealership facilities. We drove back to pick up a car that was only washed and nothing done to correct the problems we brought up. Horrible experience. Would never repeat at any Paul Miller dealership. Buyer beware. All that glitters is not gold...

Pretentious xxxxxx and uninformed. The salesman Robert RJ Mann knew nothing about the car we were interested in and kept asking inappropriate personal questions?!? When he couldn't make the deal he actually started whining. A grown man - whining. As punishment they are holding on to my deposit. It's been 3 days and still not returned. Go there if you want to know about the salesman's life but learn nothing about the vehicle you are interested in. They should be ashamed.

Horrible sales team - they should be banned from selling BMWs.They advertise on TV and believe they are rock stars. For sure they get a lot of customer traffic but that has led them to become arrogant. Their car prices are always too high and their attitude is "take it or leave it". They are happy to find the next sucker that walks in. Intelligent buyers will be extremely disappointed.Suggest you go to another BMW dealer - or better still, try the Mercedes Benz of Caldwell where you will be treated like you deserve - especially since you are buying a luxury car.

My salesman, Chris Wever, was fantastic. Smart, articulate, knowledgeable of a vehicle that offers so much, a true professional!!! He made the process so smooth, seamless and enjoyable. Your other support people complemented Chris' skills beautifully. It was pouring rain when we arrived to pick up my new car. The car was outside the showroom. My 2014 328i was in the shop for a minor recall. I had mentioned a few other hiccups the car had and the service advisor said they'd check it out. One of the hiccups took over a week to diagnose but the service advisor Nick made it a point to contact me every few days with updates. He was even able to get me an impromptu loaner because of the inconvenience. Turns out they had to contact BMW engineering for the issue and once they correctly diagnosed the problem they ordered the necessary part and resolved the issue. Paul Miller BMW did everything they possibly could to get my car back to me and kept me completely informed throughout the ordeal. Excellent dealership to deal with. Luckily, I was completely covered and didn't have to pay a dime.

Just to comment on how the BMW new car coverage works, my driver floor mat wore out where my foot pivots from the brake to gas and the mat was replaced no questions asked. The service department ordered the new mat and I got a call within a week to pick it up. Mats were swapped out, no charge, no hassle. Thank you guys!

I buy a new company car every two years. The 228xi Convertible that I just picked up is the 3rd car I have bought from Paul Miller BMW. Jerzy is the best salesman. He got me the lowest price among the 3 dealers I priced with. We built the car together and it was delivered when promised. He anticipated my concerns and addressed them all. The delivery was just as smooth and Jerzy explained the car to me and set up my phone and presets. If you want a BMW don't waste your time with other dealers. Paul Miller is the place to buy a BMW.

Paul Miller BMW sent me numerous emails and calls asking me to bring my car in to purchase it for the price of $4,390. It is a 2009 Dodge Avenger, that has no mechanical issues and is in cosmetically great condition with 102,000 miles. The price seemed reasonable, though lower than the KBB value, but after their persistent offer I decided to bring the car it. After an hour and a half of filling out paperwork the salesman Chris D. said they valued the car at $508.00, which was the most they could pay me for the vehicle. Obviously, that is absurd and the whole thing is a ridiculous Bait & Switch ploy.

Once again Mike Esposito and mechanic Nick repaired my vehicle with the expertise they have always given me in servicing my 2009 X3. Mike promised the vehicle would be repaired while I waited and got me out to make my 12:30 PM appointment as promised. The car needed brakes all around and an extra mechanic was put on the front brakes to get all done by 11:50 AM. This allowed me plenty of time to make my appoinrment! Also one of the service men in the front desk replaced a brake light bulb for me before I left within less than 5 minutes! An unexpected necessity. I will always come to Paul Miller for service through Mr. Esposito and do recommend the dealership to all my friends and neighbors.The attention to detail that I have always received is of the greatest value to me.

My wife and I recently finished up a lease agreement with them and from the beginning the entire process was nothing short of outstanding. From the sales team to the service team you are treated like an individual rather than a number. Any issues that come up are handled immediately and with a tremendous amount of professionalism. Toward the end of our lease agreement I was introduced to Mr. Jim Ott and I can now understand why this company is so successful. I thank the entire BMW team for the experience. This is my second BMW from Paul Miller. I've always have them service the car, They do a great job, Always let me know what needs to be done, And Why. They are always accommodating, If I say I need the car back at a certain time, They always make sure it's done when I need it. Great Staff, Clean Modern facility and they have good Bagels and coffee! Let's face it, getting a car serviced is no one's idea of a fun day. But, At Paul Miller, if you don't want to wait around, They'll drive you home. Plus, When they're done, you know your car was service correctly and up to BMW standards. If you're going to buy a BMW, have it serviced by people who know the car best. It's worth it in the long run.

This is, hands down, the best car buying experience I ever had. From the very first contact when I emailed them for a lease quote to the time I drove off the lot with my new BMW it was a most professional, yet friendly transaction. They quoted me a great price from the very beginning honoring my request not to haggle. No other dealer I contacted did that. Great prices, first rate facility, smooth transaction and the most courteous staff. What more can one ask?

It's nice to feel appreciated as a customer, and the Paul Miller staff always makes me feel that way. My car is usually repaired ahead of schedule, and given back to me freshly washed and vacuumed. They genuinely care, and do their best to ensure both sales and service customers needs and wants are met. To put in simply, I had a very good experience with this dealership. 1. 2012 BMW X5 overheated 8 miles from Paul Miller (7 AM) 2. Tow came in 40 min, driven to Paul Miller (8 AM) 3. Was provided a loaner on the spot - no questions asked (9 AM) 4. At work by 9:30 AM 5. Received a call at 2 PM saying my SUV was fixed with a new Water Pump 6. Picked up car at 6 PM, all in same day Excellent Service all the way around!

I had a coin under my passenger seat which they removed free of charge during my regular maintenance request. they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car without asking. the car was serviced rather quickly and I was impressed with the quality of service here.

Working with my assigned Salesperson, I had cited interest in a 3 series. Looking to cross shop against other brands in that same competitive space I wanted to take the 3 series for a test drive to get a feel for the car and driving dynamics since BMWs are always the benchmark for handling and road feel. Once I made it clear to him that I was not looking to make a deal today since I had not done my due diligence with other cars on my list he shut down and started giving me the run around. We took a "test drive" around the parking lot citing that they were running short on dealer plates which was a lie because there was only one other person in the showroom at the time. He continued to insist that once I decide that I want a BMW then we can go for a real test drive which is backwards logic considering I'm not going to settle on a car until I can compare how they drive. He was was short sighted in not looking to build a relationship and a positive dealership experience but rather a quick sale so I ended up leasing a car from BMW of Morristown where they took the time to make the sale the right way. I'm sure this isn't a reflection on the dealership as a whole otherwise they wouldn't be successful but just my personal encounter.

Always pleased with service and personnel. They actually called me to schedule an appointment for routine service when it was due. I received a time and date that was what I needed and enjoyed a bagel and coffee while I waited. Oh, and all recommended maintenance is free under warranty period. My bill... $0

At the inception of my Lease I encountered Brake issues. My car was taken into service a week after I brought it home. The complaint was "vibration" or "pulsing" while braking. The car was returned to me a few days later with the same issue. From that point, the service department {Scott} made a very poor attempt to get the issue resolved. I would suggest going to another dealer if you want to be treated with attention to detail when it comes to customer service.

This is my 3rd convertible, all purchased via Tom who by far is the easiest person to work with and is surrounded by a team of professionals. Very accomodating, competitive pricing, and ease of purchasing and servicing throughout the life cycle of the vehicle. We have gotten to the point where business is done on a handshake and over the phone or via email (my preference). He will even help you pick the best color options. It's that level of detail and ease of doing business that keeps me coming back and recommending to others. Before walking into the dealership, I called and asked for a saleman, and I was politely transferred to Lev. I told him the demo I was interested in and he understood I wanted to stay around the same price range. However, the demo that I was interested in, was sold and they didn't have anything even remotely close to the bmw I wanted. He called me back and said he would do what he could to put a deal together and he'd call me right back. At that point, I figured the monthly lease payments on a new car were ridiculously more than I wanted to spend, but I kept trust in Lev and I'm glad I did. He offered me an amazing deal and was very professional during the whole interaction. The whole sales process went smoothly and I ended up with the exact car I wanted and the price fit my budget perfectly. Setting up appointment for service took 2 a minute call. Brought car in on time and was done meeting with service rep in 5-6 minutes. Then as planned, a driver took me home immediately. Total time from leaving house to drop off car and returning to house was 25 minutes. Called in middle of day. Car fixed and ready for pickup. Issue fixed properly. It just doesnt get any better.

My car had front suspension problem very noticeable at speeds of over 40 miles and hour. After two days dealer calls me and my car is ready, I pay the dealers exuberant price for service and drive out. As soon as I hit the speed of 40 miles an hour, the problem is still there. I go back to the mechanic and ask, they tell me they have replaced my ball joints, which I had just replaced my self and that didn't alleviate the problem. I asked why, they said because they looked bad, so they have obviously not tested the work or wonted to hide their mistake, they said my option was to leave the car and they will look further, of course for another few hundred dollars. Not only that my car now had a dent in the hood which they didn't want to take responsibility for. I went home and started looking under the car again, it didn't take me long to realize that BMW has two ball joints on the lower control arm, its impossible that their mechanic could miss that the control arm was totally loose. I bought whole control arms assemblies and replaced them for 1/5 the price I would have payed to these guys. But I got duped already.

I came there to purchase a CPO 535i xdrive and boy what an experience with Jerzy Kutyla. This guy not only told me that they did not do appraises there but then came back and tried to low ball me on a trade in. Or should I say his mgrs. sitting in the office near his desk there. I was told that I could not get the car bc of my credit and that I would need someone to co sign for me with a credit score of 800 or better. Sorry Jerzy you were wrong my helpful sales man and mgrs. there. I actuall went to another dealer and purchased the car with less miles by far then the one you were trying to sell me and also got way more then you offered for my trade in. I even got a good interest through BMW might I ask the same folks you stated I COULD GET IT FROM. smh while saying Thank you to the young lady up front for helping us otherwise. Nuff said .

Shopping for a new vehicle, I visited different dealers in the area. In my first visit to the dealer I met Levinston Hylton at the sales dpt. I have been a customer of Paul Miller BMW for 20 years now and, although from time to time I consider buying a different type of car than a BMW just for variety, I always go back and get another BMW from Paul Miller because the thought of going to a different dealership for service is very unappealing. I have had such great experiences from these folks consistently for the last two decades. They are friendly, helpful, and bend over backward to help when many other dealers (from past experience) make dealing with car purchases and service one of the most unpleasant experiences. I would first like to thank Pawel Czyz for the super service I had received, in regards to my car. After receiving awful services from other BMW mechanics in NY, I have finally found someone who understands and cares about their clients. I was referred by my very good friend to come to your dealership, who suggested me to work with Pawel. I was pleased to find out that he comes from a Polish background, and speaks fluent Polish, which was a big help, considering I speak Polish as well. The BMW service in general was very helpful, and I happy to say that Pawel is an outstanding and patient service advisor; whom I will come back to in the near future with any of my car problems. We spent a long time researching the 3 series and Jack was instrumental in helping us choose the right car for us. We put together our wish list and he really tried hard to locate a 2014 model for us. He really did try - not the typical salespersons approach (take what I have on my lot, or I'll order it for you). Once we decided to order the car, Jack communicated with us regularly updating us with any special promotions BMW was offering and answering our numerous questions. He put together at least 6 different cost options - various purchase vs buy and his advice was excellent. I'm old enough to have purchased a lot of cars, but young enough to appreciate smart and excellent service. That's what Jack gave us. I can't imagine ever buying another car without his help.

First time dealing with Paul Miller. Vehicle was due 1200 mile service after running in. Making the appointment was painless, as was checking the vehicle in on the day. Waited for vehicle, as they said it would take around 90 minutes - and almost to the minute it was ready. Waiting area was clean and organized, coffee machine was incredible - worth the wait! Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. Even though I was over half hour early, they quickly slid me in, and did all the required work, efficiently and with great customer service, including the car wash. SInce I was there over 2 hours, it would be nice for an expanded customer service area, better magazines, more snacks, a place to work with your tablet, updated seating. Perhaps like Prestige on Rt. 17.

My first experience with run flat tires was a positive one. After discovering that my tire pressure was zero, I called my service adviser Kenny who told me to drive the car to the service department. Two cups of coffee later, I was back on the road. Now that is superior customer service! These guys are the best at what they do.

My salesperson Robert Calderon was amazing and awesome to deal with! Cesar Sanchez was a true professional business man and awesome too! I will never ever go back to open road again! Open road in Newton, Morristown are not good and stay far far away from the open road Edison they are liars and sold me a car with a rodent's nest under the seat and bad car fax! This will be my 4th BMW and i will never go anywhere else besides Paul Miller. There prices were the best too! Stay away from the Mercedes dealer in morristown too, they were so rude on the phone too! Thank you Rob and Cesar for making this a great experience.

I had Mercedes Benz E350. I never thought I would ever get into something else but benz. I got into an accident which caused total lost of my benz. I wanted to go back with benz but I happened to stop by at Paul miller BMW to check out 5 series, I must say, if it wasn't cuz of their customer service and appreciation I might would have been still with benz. Talk about amazing service and great pricing ....... I called the dealership after checking around for what a fair price would be for the car I wanted to buy. We agreed on a price in 5 minutes. Of course the salesman had to do the obligatory "I need to check with the manager because the price I was asking was too low". In the end, we settled on a great price. I went to the bank and picked up the check, swong by the dealership, and an hour later I was in my new car driving out of the lot. From first discussion to my driving my new used car it took all of about 2 1/2 hours. Not bad ....

I was concerned arriving late for my service appointment that I would be told I needed to reschedule as it was close to lunch time. Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seemed to fit what I wanted (RWD and great price). I ultimately decided against RWD so I did not purchase it. They were so helpful and friendly I almost felt bad not buying it. The Sales Manager was also great, trying to help me make a decision without applying undue pressure. A very good car buying experience.

My time is very valuable. I normally get loaners. Ken at BMW has made the repair processes seamless. WOW. I was in by 9 and out by 11. I love it. Stopped in to see if I could have a windshield wiper issue looked at and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they take the car in immediately Fabrizio fixed the wiper on the spot. Cody took the car to chk tire pressure and located a bubble on right front tire. Arrangements were made to replace tire and complete any needed service and car was ready in about an hour. Great people and great service.

I visited Paul Miller for the encore service on my 2014 328i and I was very pleased with the service provided. Our Sales Representative, Jimmy Jones, was not available when I arrived for the service. However, Tom Bonarrigo was available to answer my questions and helped me understand some of the options in the car that I was looking to understand. Need more loaners have yet to recieve a loaner upon request any other dealership I went to I always recieved a loaner. Not matter what the situation is as customers we so pay for service contracts which entitle loaners even in cases of emergencies such a last minute incidents.

My BMW x5 is finally fixed after about a year of going back and forth. I just wanted to point out how accessible Richard Rulli was in coordinating my service. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond in getting the car serviced. Even though the radio issue was extremely frustrating, and dissecting what went wrong took a long long time (over a year), Richard made the experience bearable, at least in keeping me a BMW customer. Unfortunately right after the service, my left signal light is malfunctioning now. (Seems to be one issue after the other).

Several tires badly damaged by road hazard. I was able to get a prompt appointment and immediate service. Bad tires replaced and repaired and I was on the road again in a few hours.Service tech (cant remember name) was excellent, admittance staff courteous and repair completed to my satisfaction !

Ken Walters at Paul Miller BMW always delivers Class "A" Service. He takes his time to sit and discuss your Car it's maintenance needs, and asks you specific open questions to forecast future needs. I think that's extremely helpful when planning for upcoming services. On my more recent visit, Ken took time to help me review and understand the details of an extended warranty I purchased. I never felt rushed, I never felt like he was bothered to make additional phone calls. He gave me his professional recommendation which I Value. Overall, I highly recommend, Ken. I will go to him for all my service needs because he's creditable and I trust him. That's very hard to find in my opinion.

I scheduled a service appointment with Paul Miller BMW after several bad experiences with a BMW dealer/service in Morristown. The difference in professionalism, attitude and customer service was startling. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and taken care of immediately. Rich reviewed the reason for my visit, and told me that he would take care of it right away and get me out. He was true to his word, unlike my experiences in Morristown where I would sit for hours for a routine, scheduled service which I made an appointment for and was not communicated to, as well as treated like I was bothering them instead of a valued customer. Even though it was my first visit, Rich treated me like a longtime customer, replaced my wiper blades at no charge, and got me on my way ahead of schedule. I told Rich that after my experience at Morristown, I was ready to give up on BMW, given this is my second BMW, but based on my experience with him I would be ready to consider another BMW. I told him even though it is a 30 minute ride from my home, I would only come to Paul Miller, and Rich, for any future service needs and to purchase another BMW. Thanks Rich for restoring my faith in a service manager who is honest, friendly, follows through and cares about his customers.

I was early for my appointment and was warmly and politely greeted by Andrew or Alex, I think his last name was Gonzalez. Once I told him I was 30 minutes early and that this was my first service visit, he immediately found the paperwork. He'd initially told me a visit took about an hour; once he found out it was the inspection/Encore visit, he said it would be 30 mintues tops. He walked me inside. A nice manager (maybe named Mark) came to say hello, explain that Cathy was in a training, and that he'd go get her. Alex (or Andrew) was also with me at that time. We made small talk as I got some coffee. He'd already found someone who worked in the garage and asked them to start working on my car. Cathy came down briefly and said hi, but she also told Andrew (or Alex) to call her cell when the car was ready because she was in a training. That made sense to me; I was 30 minutes early. However, when we did call her closer to 3 (my appointment time was from 3 to 3:30), she said she was with another customer and seemed annoyed that Alex or Andrew couldn't just show me himself the features of the car that I hadn't yet figured out. That seemed strange, since we'd specifically made an Encore appointment at at time she'd be free: 3:00 tp 3:30. Plus, if she were finished with the training, why did the other customer (who'd just walked in, presumably) take precedence over our pre-exisitng appointment? After all, I'd driven in from Pennsylvania for this service appointment. Cathy did ask how I liked the vehcile. She said it was nice to see me again. And she did show me a few features on the car that were unclear to me (such as how to set up the second key and what some of the mystery buttons on the steering wheel meant). I had to say that she seemed more interested in showing Andrew or Alex how to do it so that, next time, he could take care of it by himself instead of involving her. Again, since she said she'd be available when we made the Encore appointment, I was somewhat taken aback by her seeming impatience at having to be there.In short, the experience with everyone who worked in the garage was great. The manager (again, I believe his name was Mark) was disarmingly funny and charming. Alex or Andrew could not have been more attentive and polite. The wait was short. And I want to emphasize that Cathy was great during the sales process itself.

Copy of correspondence to service rep:I didn't have a chance to thank you personally for the detailing work...but if you had seen my reaction to my car's appearance it was something along the lines of "OMG I have a new car!" I can't tell you how the outcome exceeded my expectations. The interior was horrific...and embarrassing. In fact, I was worried you would call me to tell me it was impossible to clean...ha! Bob Christenson is a class act! Great salesman to work with and even though I don't live in New Jersey, in about a year I am going to be in the market for a 2014 slightly used BMW 650 and I am going to go to Bob first to see what your dealership has available. Marcelo was a different story. He was just not a very friendly guy and openly acted like we were not to be trusted. In spite hom we will still come back to deal with Bob.

Ken was very honest & straightforward regarding the service required for my BMW 740i. He described not only my current issue, but others that are coming down the road. He took the role of consultant, while still remaining partial, giving me the facts and allowing me to make my own decision. I have decided to not make the repairs to my car and due to Ken's approach, I will give Paul Miller BMW first shot when I am ready to pursue a new car.

I needed further service as my tire was damaged due to potholes on Saturday night. The Service Department and Management went out of their way to get my vehicle towed in on Sunday, provided me with a loaner car Monday morning, and had the car ready by 3:00 pm the same day. As I have indicated in prior reviews, Paul Miller service and its staff are professional, customer oriented, and geared to only provide the highest satisfaction to its customers. I could not see buying or servicing a car anywhere else.

I've always received very good service by Paul Miller BMW, Wayne, NJ; however, this past visit was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived until I picked up the car. The service consultant was friendly and kept me informed through the entire process, and always asking if the status of my service was ok with me. When picking up my car, again I was provided with excellent customer service; unfortunately, I do not know the names of the individuals who accepted the loaner car back, the front desk/cashier, and then returned my car to me. I would be remiss not to mention how clean and shiny my car was returned, including the inside that was vacuumed.

Worked with Ken Walters who was a pleasure to deal with. Ken and the service department repaired a problem with the voice command system and iDrive system that I've had since purchasing my new car in June 2013. Repair (reprogramming) was done in two days and loaner car was great. I drove approximately 1/2 an hour to get this work done by Paul Miller BMW and plan on using the dealership again. Previously had same problem looked at by Prestige BMW, which is less than a mile from my home, who had my car for an entire week and did not fix a thing, actually scratched trunk area. I'm so happy everything is working properly now and quite annoyed that had to deal with the daily problem (iDrive and voice command not working) because Prestige BMW did nothing! Should have used Paul Miller BMW months ago!

I went to Morristown BMW because my car was making horrible noises and was refused service because they were too busy so the next day I came into Paul Miller BMW with no appointment. They took my car right away and found the problem. Once they realized that it would need to stay overnight, they found me a loaner without hesitation. The car was fixed, and I only paid for parts that were not warrantied. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly.

I have the most to do with Rich in service, who is just the best. You are offered coffee and when I asked they had a computer I could use, I found myself virtually alone on the second floor and got a ton of work done in the hour I spent there. I arrived for Service Monday December 23rd and the service department was jumping with many Paul Miller customers dropping their car for service. The entire staff kept a smile on their face and in less than 15 minutes I was in a loaner car and on my way to work. Later on in the day Scott Vara my service adviser called me to tell my car was done and everything was taken care of. I was under the impression I needed rear brake rotors and he had told me that it wasn't necessary. Paul Miller BMW is 100% honest and they know how to take care of a customer. It was my first service and I was told it would take just an hour. It took 2hrs. and I was late to subsequent appt. that I had scheduled cause I was reassured the car would only be in service for an hour. Aside from this, the staff was friendly and tried their best to keep me posted about the car and why it was taking longer than expected.With regards to services promised, when I purchased the car I was told car washes were free and that I could bring the car in any time. Unfortunately, I have tried to get the car washed four times with no success. Every time I pull up, I am informed the wait is 45minutes to an hour for a simple car wash. One time I was told the wait was long because the cars in stock were being washed. What about the customer like me who has already paid and is driving a car that was taken from your stock? Shouldn't a customer override a car that hasn't been sold yet? I would ask that you review this policy and perhaps reconsider how the car washing is prioritized.

Ok, I've leased dozens of cars in my lifetime and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience my wife and I just had with the lease of our new bmw 320xi. Simply put, our sales woman, Cathy Kundert, is a rare gem! She let me negotiate the lease with 2 emails, which included our trade. After tons of cross comparing with audi and cadillac, Cathy was able to beat both of them! Even better, when we got to the dealer, she got me $15 less per month than the number I had even thought was fair. So 2 emails and one 30 min visit to the dealership, the car was leased. When we took delivery, it took only about 45 minutes to sign all the papers, call ins, and get the full run down of the car. Cathy was organized, professional and a breath of fresh air! This is our first luxury car and now I feel we not only have a dealership we will go back to, but a sales person as well. I've never written a review of a dealership in my life, and i've wanted to write a few bad ones, but this whole experience was too wonderful to pass up.By far the best car buying experience of my life. Working with Dan Heller as my SA... So prompt, thorough, professional, and personal. He actually took me into the shop to meet and talk to the tech performing the repairs on my car. I felt like a king there. I was in for a suspension inspection and alignment. Turns out my alignment was way off. The car is a pleasure to drive now. Also I was surprised to learn the car still has warranty on it and they did brake flush and cabin air filter free. The only negative about going to the dealer is.....seeing all the beautiful cars on the lot and showroom, it makes me want to buy more :0This was by far my BEST dealer experience in service or in sales. Pawel was a wonderful representative for BMW and did everything that he could do to try and meet my needs. The problem that I had was with the insurance coverage for my tires that I purchased when I purchased my vehicle. Although Pawel submitted pictures of the tire and a full explanation of why he believed that there was no question that the tire should have been covered under the insurance because the damage to the tire was runflat damage, he could not obtain approval for a replacement tire and I was then forced to pay $547.59 when my actual cost should have been 0. Pawel provided me with copies of the pictures that had been submitted and additionally wrote his findings that since the damage was runflat damage, the claim should not have been denied on the basis of wear which is the reason that was given to him by the insurance representative. In addition to the pictures that were submitted for coverage, Pawel and I took numerous additional pictures which he explained to me clearly showed that the tire should have been replaced for runflat damage and not for wear. Pawel additionally argued the point on my behalf with insurance adjuster and I thought gave a perfect explanation of why my tire should have been covered. Unfortunately, he was not able to get approval so that I am now in the position where, when I receive the written statement of refusal from the insurance adjuster, I will be forced to file a legal action against them to obtain the return of the improperly charged $547.59.I have been back to BMW for a few different items and for prior tire replacement and in all occasions Pawel has been my service adviser and everything has always been promptly taken care of and extremely satisfactory. My only complaint against BMW is the insurance carrier for my tire insurance that they selected and sold to me. If the dealership can do anything to resolve the payment for my tire, this will save me the trouble of filing a lawsuit and taking the insurance company to Court. This, of course, would be greatly appreciated.

We did our homework and were prepared to haggle our desired price. Once we found a vehicle that we wanted, our sales adviser immediately offered a price in-line with Edmunds.com projection of sales prices and discounts in the NJ area. The sales process was smooth and glitch free right through the finance process. Fred was able to give us monthly payment on vehicles as we progressed through the search of option packages. This is a first-time purchase from Paul Miller and now our second BMW and we recommended a friend the same night to go there for his next car. My experience at Paul Miller BMW was outstanding from start to finish, in particular Fred Barden who handled my purchase. They truly value you as a customer from the ease of making an appointment online, to service hours that fit your needs, continuing with effiecenty processing you on arrival, and right through picking up your vehicle. On this visit, a major service task was required which was found by there technicians based on a minor item that I was concerned about. This required an extended service time. My service advisor, Rich Ruilli, clearly and completely explained the issue to me as well as making sure that the loaner vehicle afforded me met my needs since my vehicle would be in the shop for a week as well as thru the weekend. Rich kept me updated everyday to the progress made with the repair task. He was even almost appoligetic that the repairs could not be done quicker. This just showed me that he had my interests first and foremost. He personally insured that the repairs were done to his satisfaction before allowing me to pick up the vehicle. What more could you want from your service center. Keep up the good work and I expect to maintain my relationship with not only Rich for future service appointments, but with Paul Miller BMW since sales is only a small point of the overall vehicle experience with any dealer.

This has been one of the "better" service appointments I have had at BMW. Rich was very attentive to my needs and very understanding and accommodating. Rich explained in detail everything that needed to be done to my vehicle and if it couldn't be completed in a timely manner suggested to keep the car overnight so I didn't have to bring it back.

I scheduled a Monday morning appointment for a check engine light issue.There was no loaner available for that time slot, but I felt it was important enough to bring it in anyway.I was greeted in the service bay with a smile.Ken took me through the process of communicating the issue.I went to the sitting area and did some work while I waited for the diagnosis.An hour later Ken returned with the news that it would take longer then expected.He then found me a loaner so I didn't have to wait there for hours.When I returned to pick up the car, I encountered a friendly cashier.That concluded my business and I was extremely satisfied.

I brought my son's 328 Xi in for a low pressure check in the front right tire without an appointment. Rick immediately took care of me and had the tire replaced within an hour. The detail manager also saw that the car had a few rub marks on the bumper and used some cleaner to remove them. Everyone at the store was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate the attention given as well as the extremely high level of service.

My 328i xDrive needed to be serviced. I was sent an email and made an appt. which was at my convenience.I arrived on time and was helped by Rich Rulli who couldn't have been more thorough or nicer. He asked me if I had any problemsand at first I said no but then thought of my faulty seat belt. It was checked and replaced. My oil filter changed and oil also changed.I don.t remember what else was done but while they were working on my car I enjoyed coffee and half a bagel, thank you, and when the work was finished they washed my car and rich told me at that time it would be finished very soon. I got a Certified Used car here, it was in good condition and the buying process was good. The dealer gave me enough time to check the interior and exterior of the car. The little negligence was that the dealer did not fuel my car up that he had promised me when we made the deal, but it was not a big issue for me.

He helped me replace my exhaust which I had previously complained about the noise to a different advisor who had ignored the noise on many visits before. Which was very frustrating. Scott was OUTSTANDING. My disappointment was not with him or his excellent communication. I purchased my car from Paul Miller and travel a long way to use them for service. I believe in Loyalty. However, I was disappointed for two reasons;1. They did not replace the screen because even though they saw it had a heat problem, it wasn't high enough that BMW would allow replacement. Therefore, I run the risk of my navigation cutting out again. 2. Oil Replacement: They did replace the oil but kept the indicator at replace in 3000 miles so I have to come back again to replace the oil. Its a BMW policy so even though the oil was replaced, I have to come back in, arrange a loaner, spend the time to drive in/out for an oil change thats not needed. Its a waste of time on my part AND a waste of money on BMW's. But its the policy. I will still come to Paul Miller but wanted to let you know my disappointment. Again, Scott and the group were great- its a policy issue.Skip Huisking

I had an accident and totaled my 2007 528xi. It was towed to Paul Miller collision where Al Grazioli worked quickly with my insurance company to determine that the vehicle was a total loss. Al put me in contact with Cathy Kundert who helped me select a new 2013 528xi to lease. I met with Jim Caruso who worked out the details of the lease agreement with me. I can honestly say that these individuals turned my bad experience into a very pleasant one. They helped me through a really difficult time and made my new purchase a wonderful experience! Thanks to the coordination and dedication of these individuals, I was able to drive off in a car I really love!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Knew what I needed and addressed same. I had visited a number of dealerships before in my current car search and was not satisfied with response. I was concerned at first because of the size of Paul Miller's dealership that I might get lost in the shuffle. The opposite was true. They were very attentive even though I was looking to spend the least amount of money possible in my car search.

It's always a pleasure to have service at Paul Miller. If you have to wait for service there is a beautiful area to wait in. If you can't wait for your car you get a loner-usually, I have found the same as your own car. The service people are very friendly and accommodating.I must admit it is a rare occasion that I have to bring my 5 series in and this is my 7th 5 series. Nothing ever goes wrong. The quality of the work performed was good. I was a little disappointed when I picked up the vehicle as the inside was not cleaned. Not that I expected a detailed cleaning however a vacuum and dust would have been nice especially since the repair service cost was almost 4k. I would like to note that the outside of the vehicle was reasonably clean maybe even washed. I will use this dealership again. Thank you

Called after seeing car online, salesman tried to convince my son to place a deposit by phone with a credit card immediately, or the car would be gone for sure. Then belittled my son when told the purpose of the call was to confirm it was still available, so he could see car with me the next day. He said "you don't know anything about the auto industry, do you?" To Paul Miller's credit, once I alerted the dealer of the salesman's conduct, I received a proper and prompt call from the manager, trying to spin the situation into a positive and when that wasn't going to happen, to apologize. Well, we weren't going to go there because of the situation, but I do believe the sales manager was trying his best to salvage the relationship, which I appreciated. Suggestion: don't call ahead.

I live in Staten Island, NY. There are a lot of BMW dealers closer to me than Paul Miller.However, when looking for a new BMW, I found Paul MiIler BMW to be the cleanest and with the most inventory.When it came time for my first service, I decided to travel to Paul MIller BMW in Wayne, NJ.I left my house in Staten Island, NY at 6:30am and was back home by 10 am.The service was fast. Plus, I am a car nut. The car came back to me cleaner than when I brought it in and the car was clean when I brought it in for service.Very much worth the trip.I will continue to buy and get my BMWs serviced from Paul MIller.John Gerace

Even though the Service Acceptance Center was very busy when I arrived at about 9:15 am for a 9:30 appointment, I checked in within a few minutes. Since I had requested service while I waited, a service representative immediately took my car to the service area. I met with the service advisor and said my car would be finished in about an hour, and it was just an hour when I was told my car was ready.

I was searching for a BMW 5 series. I met a nice guy Carl Ledsma. He was ok though sometimes seemed ill informed. I believe he was new. I test drive a few cars none if which fit what I wanted. I worked with them less then a week. I sat down with him and his sales manager. I informed them I was after a 535 xdrive with the m sport package. A car that retails for 75k+. The sakes manager had the audacity to say "people who are after this don't mind paying for it" to me as if I couldn't afford the car I was specifically asking for. I was treated so poorly because I dressed in jean and a hoodie rather then a suit I feel. I went to Morristown BMW where I met a great man named Tong Herrerra. He was superiorly informed and I was treated like a person and with the great respect. This is where I purchased my 535 xdrive with m sport package and full loaded with ever possible feature and package I wanted.

I can't say enough good things about Paul Miller BMW. I live out on Long Island, but refuse to have my car serviced at Bayside. I pay tolls and travel close to an hour to come here. I spoke with Paul and he made me realize I should keep my great car as it had many more miles to go. It is 113,000 and can go to 200,000. This is really what I wanted to do and he was inciteful with his help to me. When I went to pick my car up it was already ready (which was great) but Paul came up to me and asked me if I was "Sally" and I said yes and then he spoke to me personally about the whole thing. A difficult time for me was made easier and I have to complement him for a big part in this. I was so glad to have my car.

Very attentive team. Did all the work they said they would do in the timing they estimated. Very nice facility. You might want to improve the customer experience in the area where you can work on your computer while you wait. BMW does need to look into a different system with their headlight switch. Since it sticks out and it is near your knee on the dash it seems awfully easy to knee it and break it.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS - F RATING WITH BBB. I am extremely upset on how my problem was handled at Paul Miller BMW in Wayne. I am disgusted and bothered that my problem has escalated to the level it has. I took off work yesterday and went to the dealership directly before making any complaints to the BBB, consumer affairs, internet, etc. to try to resolve this issue and stay a customer of Paul Miller BMW. This action in turn led to me being threatened by an employee, and being told they did not cause the problem, they are not fixing it, etc. and forcibly being told and DEMANDED to GET OFF THE PRIVATE PROPERTY REPEATEDLY by Mike Gruber (Service Manager Director) in which I had to call the police to come and get involved with this matter and file a police report.I brought my car to BMW in Bloomfield on August 13, 2012 to get an initial oil change, and a Diagnostic check and Multi-Point Inspection of the vehicle because I just purchased the 2003 X5 (66,000 miles) a week earlier from TSJ Auto Brokers in Lakewood, NJ, the car was in excellent, mint working condition. Bloomfield BMW did an oil change and a full diagnostic check on the vehicle which I have all the reports/codes and told me only a couple things that needed to be done with the car: belts, air intake boot, and engine gasket was leaking. Other than those things, they said and documented the car was working perfectly.I brought the car to Paul Miller BMW because it is closer to my home to have the above mentioned things fixed, once there they also told me the water pump, thermostat, hose, disa valve, expansion tank, etc needed to be done. I agreed to do all of those things as well. I came back two days later to pick up the car and my air conditioning was suddenly and completely broke and blowing hot air which we noticed IMMEDIATELY because someone left it on and set both temperatures all the way to 60 degrees which me or my wife have never put it below 68-70 because the air coming out was freezing and it worked PERFECTLY. It is very strange, that after a 6 mile test drive drive by a SERVICE mechanic, that NO ONE ever mentioned to me, oh by the way, your air conditioner is broke.Rather than deal with this problem and correct it, your dealership would rather lose a customer for life, treat a customer in extreme disrespect, and risk the consequences of me talking to friends, family about this experience, and filing numerous complaints against this business. Mike Gruber would rather simply strong arm me and shoved me off like I was garbage and DEMAND me off the property saying this is private property. If this is the case than I have no problem letting EVERYONE know how I feel and explaining exactly what happened to protect other customers from this happening to them. I don't understand how this dealership thinks a customer can drop a car off to be fixed, and when you go to pick it up something else is completely broke and they expect you to pay for it. I refuse to allow this to happen, and be treated the way I was treated by your company. I simply wanted the problem addressed and corrected, instead they made a very poor business decision in the way they dealt with this issue.paulferrera81atgmail.com

Originally worked with Kathy K and finished with Jay C. Both were easy to work with and made my experience stress free. Both communicated with me via internet and phone on an as-needed basis as I am not local to the dealership (I am in PA - 70 miles from the dealer). All dealer personnel were professional right down to the lot attendant who offered to wash the car BEFORE the test drive due to the weather. Overall - a great experience from e-mail to visit/test drive to delivery and a great price too !! Thanks.

In addition, my car was checked over and other issues where addressed while I waited. I like the coffeee, bagels, computer and desk provided. We were an unfortunate victum of SANDY. Our Beamer that we had only for a short period of time was taken from us. So I spent three months looking for another to replace her. I met Jay over the phone and we made the purchace prior to coming in. Once we arrived, Jay greeted us in a very professional manner, The transisition was simple b/c all the essential paper work was completed over the phone. It was just a matter of inspecting the vehicle and signing the already prepared documents that Jay set up for us. We were delighted with the 2008 528xi that we saw in the dealership's heated holding area. After our two hour ride home, my wife said the vehicle had an amazing ride. Our overall experience went very well compared to other BMW dealers we encounter in the past. This is our sixth BMW in 23 years, so it's obvious that we enjoy these cars. We will look to Paul Miller first in the future when it is time to purchase another. Thanks for your help Jay.

Purchased a Certified Preowned 2009 X5 on December 29,, all went very smooth, our Salesman Jess Garcia was very professional, no run arounds like you would get at dealerships. The building is classy as are the employees that work there. Brought back the X5 for service on January 22 (Had 3 minor issues plus somehow the rear wiper broke off), got a loaner, had it for 3 days while they worked on my vehicle, and got my X5 back on the 24th. Needless to say they fixed all the issues including the wiper under warranty. Service is great and I highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle, especially a BMW, to come here for their great service and hospitality.

Haven't needed any repairs, but every time I need to bring my car in for service: I'm given an appt. right away, my service advisor checks whatever else might be needed so I don't have to make another appt. in a couple of weeks, he explains everything in detail that needed to be done, and calls to let me know when the car is ready (and it's always when he said it would be ready); everyone is courteous and friendly, and the care and attention to my car is greatly appreciated. To start with, I'm really glad I made my purchase(2013 z4) through Cathy. Two month before this I had a really bad experience with another dealer, wasted months of my time. Cathy, on the other hand, is very responsive, efficient, informative, patient and extremely kind. I could not evaluate the quality of work, since nothing was done to replace or service parts of the vehicle. Only a courtesy evaluation was performed on the whole car. I was impressed with the attitude of all employees I came in contact with. Since no price was charged I could not answer that question. I was given an estimate for tire replacement and front headlights.I will consider the above items when I bring the car in for a 60k mile service within 6 months.

Brought my car in for routine service. I had neglected to tell them of some issues I had with the car when I first made my appointment. The woman who met with me was very attentive and made sure to address my issues. I am especially pleased that she took several extra steps to help me with one in particular which I'll explain: the man who painted my house moved my car during the process and got a greay "haze" of paint inside my car on the black leather- on the door, on the seat and on the center console. It was only visible in bright sunlight but I was unhappy about it. The BMW representative first had me talk to a gentleman who understood the cleaning products. He suggested having the people who detailed the car try some of their cleaning fluids on a small section of the car to make sure it didnt hurt the leather, and sure enough, they were able to resolve the problem. My car looks beautifully new again and I left a very happy customer. Thanks to the team.

I live in Texas and was a bit apprehensive about buying a car out of state. I found a great deal on the exact car that i wanted even before the ar came off the boat and Daut really made me feel at ease. He communicated with me daily and made time to meet me late at the dealership. He then came in on his day off so I could sign the paperwork before I had to jump on a plane back to Texas. Great customer service! After I left, he orchestrated getting the car shipped to Texas. I will definitely look to purchase again for Daut even though I live half way across the country. I would never buy from this dealership. They have no pricing integrity. I walk in on Saturday and buy a car. We come to terms on price on a bmw. We agree. Then the next day they decrease the price of the car by thousands of dollars but won't honor the new price. These guys are disreputable and while they might be selling high end vehicles, they might as well be selling cars in a 3rd world country because they won't last long. Ryan Brock runs the sales department and should be let go for his lack of integrity.

In the beginning i explained that i had to rush so Cem did a great job to speed up the process when i was there also Paul was very quick and accurate with his operation of work. Overall it was a professional work by the service department. I am glad i find this service because i am never going back to mortistown bmw dealership again. Firstly, the friendship and treatment by Jim Ott cannot be overstated. He is the first and most significant reason that I have purchased two cars at Paul Miller. These guys couldn't have been more enthusiastic while they were selling me the car, but once I signed the papers they really screwed me. Delivered the car (and started billing me) WEEKS earlier than I'd agreed to take the car (I wanted it at the end of December when my lease was up, they delivered it in early December -- so I wound up paying new lease as well as old lease for a month). Then, when I brought my old BMW in to drop off, I asked for the second time (as I had when I first came in to negotiate the new car) if I would have any problems on the trade-in. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that they'd take care of everything. Two weeks later, I get a $3,000 bill from BMW financing claiming there were scratches on the car (there weren't; it was just dirty). Paul Miller didn't do a thing to help me, although on my own I eventually talked the price down to less than half that (still a rip-off -- so beware of BMW financing returns, and make sure you STAND THERE while they're looking your car over. They will cheat you blind if they can!). I love my BMW, but never again from Paul Miller. In fact, today, I'm going out to buy my son his first car -- and because the people at Paul Miller can't be trusted, I'll be buying it from another dealership.

Great customer service they really work with you to get the best car avaialbe. Prices are negotiable compared to other BMW dealers in the state of NJ. Very friendly staff and professional. I'd definately get my next car from Paul miller. Highly recommended.

My wife and I leased a 3 series in 2008 from this dealership. But since I live in Mahwah, I servided the car closer to home at Prestige. Loved the car and service. Recently, as our lease was coming up, we called Paul Miller to come in with our lease and get a new car. We never got a call back...so since we loved the service at prestige, we went there and were treated great. Why am I writing this review about Paul Miller?well, moments after my wife turns in our lease and is waiting to get into finace for her new lease at Prestige, she magically gets a call from Paul at Paul Miller. 3 years, never a call until he obviously is alerted that we turned our lease elsewhere. He procedes to tell my wife to walk out of Prestige and he will give her a better deal. What a slimebag!!! Never would I think a highline store would stoop so low. Don't go to these slimbags, go to their competitor in Ramsey where they are professional. I will tell everyone I know that PAUL at PM is complete slime used call salesman who probalbly wears an 80's sport jacket.

I purchased a 2010 pre-owned X5. I visited 3 other dealers before finding Cathy at Paul Miller. She was a breath of fresh air! There was no pressure and she let me test drive the car as many times as I wanted. I inspected every inch of that car and she always returned my phone calls & emails promptly. Never did I feel that I was bothering her. I've had the car 2 months now and she still gets back to me (even after hours) to answer any questions I have. She even dropped the car off on a Sunday for me as I couldn't wait around on a Saturday to have it detailed. Also, since she lives near me she even offered to take my car in for its scheduled maintenance!There was only one mistake made in the process and it had nothing to do with Cathy. The man handling the financing paperwork messed up the APR% and financing term. Cathy showed me how she wrote it out in detail for him and sure enough her's was correct. She left no room for error so I'm not sure how he messed it up. Good thing I caught the error though! So far so good in my book! Cathy is wonderful. She is in internet sales. Look her up, you won't be disappointed!

2008 BMW 328I RED 7000 MILES ONLY, I called about this BMW from NYC and they said they had it in stock, i been burned so many times when dealerships lie and tell you they have the vehicle but they dont, so reluctenlty i came here but to my surprise the car was sitting on the lot. They lowered the price from $26000 to $25000 few days ago, so i test drove it, loved it, Asked Jay about the price, he called his manager and came back to me with $24600, I said I will take it for $24000, as i though it was very reasonable. Didnt have to bargain too much, very smooth process. After i agreed on the price, i said ohh i should have asked for the matts and ipod adapter in the deal, then i said to jay while i was waiting on the BMW finance, hey can you throw in the matts, he said no problem, i will throw in rubber matt. I am still in the dealership, they are preparing my car. No pushy sales tactic, no bullshit atleast from Jay. He was courteous and straight up. Just so people dont think this review is BS, this is myvin # VIN: WBAVC53538F010254. Also you guys can email me with the questions at rezviiatgmail.com. But i would say that, do your research and visit other dealership, so this way when you come here you know what you want to pay and you will see the dealership experience difference, you will get the best price if you buy the day you show up. I am writing this review while i am waiting on my car getting detailed and prepared. There is two people that run the internet department, jay and a lady, both very nice and good people. I took the 6.95 financing with 100k free maintenance, i will pay it off after 6 months, you have finance with them to get the free maintenance.

I have purchased many carsover the years and this was my first BMW from the second I walked in the door the people were very friendly. My sales person Matthew wood made this the bst buying experience of any car I have ever purchased. He didn't push me into saying yes the night I came into look and my wife and I went home and made th decision and called Matt back the next day. The nigh we came in to pick up the car it was a very pleasant experience one of the managers came over to us and thanked us for purchasing th car it made us feel very good and we would recommend anyone we know to Paul Millr BMW in te future. Thsi was a great experience and I love my car

I purchased a BMW 3 series convertible last June and I have to say that I was quite impressed with my sales advisor Christian. Christian thoroughly explained everything and nothing was a surprise, everything was clear concise and direct. There were no questions left unanswered, he knew everything about the vehicle and I'm glad to say that we negotiated a very fair deal. I also like the fact that Christian offered me different options based on my budget and talked to me about the benefits of all Paul Miller BMW has to offer (lease vs finance or certified vs new). Christian was EXTREMELY helpful, I would recommend anyone to him.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 07 BMW from this dealer. These are some of the problems experienced:1) On day of delivery, found that both bumpers had been damaged. (I do not live in NJ came to pickup vehicle without previously seeing the car; only on line). Dealer did agree to compensate for repainting but only through free lance painter found in my state. Mr. Sheffield, Sale person, was most sympathetic, agreed to pay himself. However, Mr. Chuldzinski, the sale manager was not, very rude in fact.2) Found both right side wheels are dented upon first attempt for state inspection. These were dented on the inside rim; could not be immediately viewed at delivery. These wheels do not cause vibration at high speed; it is most noticeable at lower speeds suggesting the wheels are definitely out of round. Confirmed by later inspections3) 2 tires were supposed to be new; later inspection showed these were obviously not new.4) Upon getting the bumpers repainted, found that most of the right side of car had been repainted. No accidents reported on CarFax. After threatening to return the vehicle, owner of franchise viewed records and found vehicle had been painted when new, on his lot, before initial sale. 5) I've purchase 13 vehicles in my lifetime. 3 out of state from where is was living, nearly all new vehicles. The SUM TOTAL of all the problems with these 13 vehicles does not meet or exceed the problems I have had with this one car purchase. It is not over. I still have to resolve the bent wheel problem. Hopefully they can be fixed; won't have to be replace. I could have done better buying the BMW from a private owner. The only advantage now is the financing BMW of NA was offering. That advantage may dry up if I have to purchase new wheels and tires to equal the condition they should have been in.

Facility is unbelivable too.My over all expereince in Northern NJ with BMW dealers is 50 /50 ... purchused 10 New BMW's in the last 7 years... Paul Miller BMW by far is the most qualified to work on BMW's and actully know what's going on... like I said no games / Just great Service.Richard

Purchased a 2000 BMW 323i from this dealership, read all descriptions and viewed all photos in ad stating car was in great running condition with all power options and had been inspected by their "Expert Service Staff". Had car transported to NC and when received the car, it had been grossly misrepresented!! A/C doesn't work, wires showing through the tires, windshield cracked, dented hood, power windows on passenger side don't work, lower bumper looks like it has been run back and forth over a concrete parking barrier, numerous scratches down to the metal. Had car checked out by a "Real" BMW expert mechanic and there is over $3,000.00 in mechanical defects!! After putting new tires on the car, I had to put front brake pads and rotors and replace the driver side front swaybar link, which was broken off and hanging in the wheel well. Called repeatedly and Ryan the "manager", refused to do anything.

I bought a CPO 2001 330xi auto from Paul Miller towards the end of March. Our salesman seemed disinterested in finding us a car and lethargic. It would take him days to return a phone call and he frankly did not know much about BMW vehicles. When we were closing the deal on the 330xi, I noticed that the bottom of the front bumper was cracked. I confronted him with this issue and he refused to fix it; I then told the manager that if not fixed, I would not buy the car. Naturally, they fixed it. Fortunately, the salesman was fired but two days after we bought the car from him. All seemed well when I took delivery of the car; however, a week later when I was filling up gas, I checked the car's tire pressure. The front right tire was off by 6 psi so I corrected it. Behold an alignment issue! I immediately called Paul Miller and told them about how the car would veer to the left when the steering wheel is held straight. I then brought my car in and took a road test with Glen, the warranty manager. He stated that I did need an alignment and since I just bought the car, they would cover it. After I made an appointment, I again questioned Glen , asking him if I would have to pay anything; he stated no. Two days later I drop off the car and I receive a call later during the day that they would not fix my alignment. Chris, the CPO manager, refused to pick up the tab. In an argument with Glen, he called me a liar and denied ever saying the repair would be free. In the end, the manager agreed to split the tab 50/50. That night I authorized them to do the work. and I was told my car would be the first on the alignment machine, thus first done. I called them the next day at 4:30pm for I had yet to receive a call. Ken said the car was just done and he was doing the paper work. 8 hours for an alignment? I picked my car up that evening, after the techs left, only to find out the alignment was worse! I immediately returned the car to the dealer and they said they will take care of it tomorrow. I have yet to see if they fix the problem. While Ken is a great service advisor and Tom/Chris are nice and fair men, my experience with Glen and the tech who did my alignment has left a bitter taste in my mouth. In my opinion, goto Essex BMW (formerly known as Hoffman BMW) in Bloomfield. They seem to have a more down-to-earth staff who do not carry the arrogant stigma of a select few of Paul Miller's staff.
