I am very pleased with Peak Kia North. I bought my 2016 Kia Sportage here about one year ago and have had no problem with it.All of the employees that I talked to/did business with are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable. When I walk in, most of them know who I am and what my name is.They get to work on my car right away and even give me a beautiful car wash.I would definitely do business here again when I buy a new car and I would definitely recommend them to anybody I talk to.

We worked with Jake Fromang, Salesman, who was very professional , polite no pressure and tried to find what we were looking for. Over the next 2 days he tried to find what we were looking for and did,. The next part is the one I hate the most! Working the numbers. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was the first time that they did not bring out several of the Big Guns to try and pressure us into buying something that was not in our price range. The Sales manager Trevor Fontara did come out to speak with us to see if there anything else they could find for us that would fit our needs He took our information and said he would continue to do so . All in all one of the best experiences we have had with a car salesmen and dealership. NO PRESSURE, PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT TO WORK WITH!

This was the second time we had met with Chris. He was very helpful the first time, but things didn't work out for us to purchase at that time. We went back to Peak Kia to trade in a lease. He was very patient with us as we went back and forth deciding from a new Optima, the Optima we were leasing or a new Sportage. He was very professional. At no point did we ever feel any pressure to purchase any of the vehicles.

Our most recent purchase was the fourth vehicle we have either leased or purchased from Kia in the past three and a half years. Tom Karros, sales manager, Chris Unal, sales consultant, and Josh Westra, finance director, were extremely helpful throughout our most recent purchase. Initially, I came in without my husband, just to talk and gather some information so we could make a decision with regards to our daughter's leased Kia Rio. At that time, I worked with Tom, who gave me all of the necessary information I needed to make a sound financial decision. My husband and I came back a week or two later to actually negotiate the purchase of a new vehicle for our daughter. Chris Unal was assigned to us because Bennett, the last sales associate we worked with, was no longer with the company. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. The overall process took a bit longer than we were hoping, but overall, we are satisfied customers. Josh, the finance director, apologized for the delay to sign off on all of the paperwork. It just so happened that they were extremely busy the same evening we decided to come in. Had we come in just a few minutes earlier, we wouldn't have had to wait. It happens. Again, overall, I'm very pleased with the entire staff at Peak Kia North. Service has always been extremely helpful, educational, and extremely flexible to work with. Thanks, everyone! Holly Sterkel

Peak KIA North noticed that i was on the suite and i was searching for a newer car Kerry Kennicutt emailed me back and we spoke I went in on August 13th 2016 I went in to talk with Kerry Kennicutt what i could get on a 2005 Chevy Aveo as trade! in! So I go there one day to get an idea of what I have to work with, after 2 plus hours I get an outline of what kind of loan they can do and that they have some options but will get back to us when they get more info on possible new vehicles coming in. They day after they told us they would call us with the results we visit the dealer ourselves. When we get there there is no record that the guy we had been working with had done anything and we have to start the process over. Well another 2 plus hours of waiting around and we have our offer that's 80 bucks more a month and "the only thing we have in that range" with 18.5% interest. Whatever I don't expect the best rates but everything changed and now I have no other options, ya I want cream interior with 4 kids. So we leave and get home to find out I guess they needed to run my credit check 4 times! Thanks, that's hard enough to bring up and you run it 4 times in 2 hours. I won't be back.

When I visited the dealership the first time a couple of months ago, neither the sales person or the sales manager put pressure on me and were so nice and friendly. When I was more serious about purchasing, I went back, and again my sales person Chris and the Sales Manager Tom were so friendly and helpful. Every single person I dealt with was amazing. I went to Peak Kia to just take a look at the new and used cars they had available and maybe take a test drive. Chris Unal helped me out and I was able to test drive an amazing car and get everything financed quickly and easily. This is the second car I have purchased through Peak Kia and the fourth one for my whole family. Everyone there is always so knowledgeable and nice about everything. My car did need some service done and Dom in the service department was so friendly and took care of me right away. Although I hope to make this my last car purchase for several years, the next time I am in the market for a new (or new to me) vehicle, the first place I will look will most definitely be Peak Kia North, and I will continue to take my vehicles there to be serviced. Buying a car from Peak Kia North was the best car buying experience we've ever had. This wonderful experience was largely due to Chris Unal, our sales rep. Chris was personable, helpful, and was interested in helping us get what we needed right off the bat. We never felt pressured or stressed out, which can sometimes happen when buying a vehicle. We genuinely felt like Chris gave us the best service possible; he was such a pleasure to work with and was really patient with our (often cranky) toddler. Additionally, we were greeted with smiles from the other sales reps from Peak Kia North, and the manager came over to check in with us several times as well. They have a really friendly staff and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Peak Kia North, but especially recommend seeking out Chris as your sales rep! It is rare to find a dealership that puts the customer first and this dealership does just that and then some. I will recommend them to everyone I know. My experience was excellent. My salesperson was named John and he answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and was not the typical pushy car salesman. I was able to get pre-approved over the phone, took my test drive and purchased the car. I was also given the car facts prior to me requesting to see that documentation. Completing the paperwork took about an hour. When speaking with the Finance Department, Trevor answered all my questions and was informative but not pushy. I would recommend both John and Trevor to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car from Peak Kia North. I would also go back to Peak Kia North when purchasing my next vehicle.

Having bad credit can be tough having only 1300 dollars even tougher having both is a B****.I went in to Peak Kia North in Windsor with 1300 dollars in my pocket an a credit score of umm it was bad i know it and i didn't thank i would be able to get a car and that when they found out what all i had and my score they would ask me to try again later or get 3 more grand lol.But they didn't. not only were they incredibly friendly to me and my wife they were able to get me in a good car (a 2011 with les than 60 k miles ) they treated me the same as i saw them treat a hi rated customer buying a 28000 dollar car from them. Tom Karros was the person helping me and he had me and my wife laughing our xxxxx off in minutes one of the best times i have ever had not only buying a car but going in to a some what hi stress situation being as my old car quit on me on the way to work. So i was having a bad day to start. The sales staff stayed until 10 pm just for us i mean wow thank you guys for the help and just for the consideration we felt so welcome and we will be telling everyone we know looking to get a new or used car to go look there first and again thank you all so much for everything...

This is my 3rd car with Peak. They treat me like family and truly care about their customers. Kerry is one of the best sales reps you could meet and work with. He helped me get into a reliable car after going through years of constantly having trouble with cars having high mileage and constant repairs. It was a blessing that I discovered Peak KIA. I now lease a 2016 Kia Optima and previously was in a 2013. I will always lease my cars from Peak. I never thought I would lease a car until I tried it. When we arrived at Peak Kia North in Windsor, our original intent was to test drive a used Kia Soul. We met Chris and he was very helpful in showing us the used Kia Souls. He explained the advantages of buying a new car over a used car and as it turned out, we came home with a white 2016 Kia Soul.

I am in the Denver/Metro Area and driving up to Peak Kia North was a trip, so I had called to verify if the car I was interested in was still available; which it was. So when I talked to Tim Goeden I made the earliest next day appointment and he was great; even sent me a text so I could text back with him if my plans had changed. When I got to the dealership he was all ready for me; he had the car pulled in the garage, it was sleeting outside. Tim was very straight forward providing any documents of the used car I asked for. They were great never pressuring me, letting me ask questions and never left me out of the loop. Josh Westra was great helping and explaining the financial information, after some knowledgeable discussions I decided to get the service contract. After that he was more then welcome to take me to the service building and show me all the amenities, which it was amazing the service area felt very warm had great decor. I will definitely be taking full advantage of the service contract and get all my repairs and maintenance done at Peak Kia North. The both of these guys were great and overall I had a good experience.

I went to Peak Kia North to view a Audi TT as a potential trade vehicle. When I got there, I was met by Chris Unal who greeted me quickly and friendly, not pushy like I've had at other dealer. I told him I was interested in see the Audi. Chris told me that the dealer just sent the car away to auction due to transmission failure... which was one thing I was planning on checking. So, I talked to him about the type vehicle I was looking for, and he immediately know exactly what I wanted, which he just happened to just get one in stock, a Toyota MR2. He brought the car around for me, I test drove it, ran like it was still knew, so I said I'd take it. It took less then 30 mins for him to have everything ready. By far the fastest service I've ever had. Since the car had just been received, he had the car sent to the detailers and inspectors and for the moment, he put me up in a new Optima. Next day, he gave me call letting me know my MR2 was ready for pick-up. As soon as I pulled up, he greeted me again, quickly and friendly, took me to my car and even showed me around to make sure I was satisfied. They did a great job on the detail work. Here's the kicker, I was in the US Marine Corps for 12.5 years. When I got the car, it had just over half tank of fuel. A couple days later, I went to fill up the car, when I popped the gas door, I found a note from Chris thanking me for serving and provided me enough funds to fill up the tank. That was awesome. I've never been too fond of the Kia brand, but I've dealt with a lot of dealers, and I'll say, just having these guys as to deal with, makes me want to go back and I would Highly Recommend Chris and the rest of the staff there.

I was searching for a new car and found a Kia that I really liked at this dealership. I put in for info on a Thursday night and got a call from Tim the next morning. He promised he would make it worth my drive to see him. When I got there he showed me the vehicle that I went to look and and one other that was similar. Even though he had already completed the paperwork for the first vehicle, he was willing and ended up doing the paperwork on the 2nd vehicle because I liked it better. He was not pushy about which vehicle I choose. I got great service from all that was involved.Plus, there is a small area for the kids to play! Always helps to have something for the kids to do while the adults are doing all the paperwork on a new car for your family.

It was very demeaning how the first salesman treated us. This time was better, the salesman, John Renshaw, was very nice. We got more money for our trade, more rebates, easy financing, a payment that we wanted and didn't have to pay the additional $4500 down payment that the Ford dealer wanted in Greeley. I recently bought two 2016 Kia Souls as this dealer. I found the dealership easy to work with and seemed to provide a very good value, including the trade in value on one of our cars. These guys seem to know their stuff and Trevor did a great job with all the paperwork. Our first car had a 'mask' put on which the snow delayed. They provided a loaner car for two days and delivered the new car to my workplace. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I did like this location up until Friday. My family has purchased multiple cars at this location, but not any longer. The last two times I went in with my father and was treated like royalty, but this time I went alone and was treated like a second class citizen who had no business stepping in the front door. They sent me a flyer in the mail that they refused to honor. They also did not take me very seriously and after they told me they could not honor the flyer and gave me a ridiculous offer they didn't even attempt to find something they could do for me. I am very upset that I was treated as though I was and under class unintelligent woman. I will be purchasing my 2016 Kia Sorento at a different location this week!

In August, took my KIA Sedona for oil change....when all said and done, was told that i needed a new rack and pinion, oil pan gasket replacement, and back struts replacement due to leaking issues. All in all, it would be close to if not over $2000, $1200 for the rack and pinion alone. Just had a bad feeling in my gut...Went to another KIA dealer, and was told that my valve cover gaskets were leaking, making it look like the rack and pinion and the oil pan was leaking. Replaced valve cover gaskets for less than $500 and all is well. Also, was told that my back struts are NOT leaking as I DO NOT have struts, I have shocks, and they are not leaking.....Who in the xxxx was this mechanic that said I had major issues????????? Will never go back again.....

When I test drove the Ford Ranger the key fob had one key. When I bought the truck I received the key to the camper shell, and the remote lock. The remote lock only worked for the driver door! The passenger door remained locked. I would have wanted that fixed. I asked for the truck to be detailed inside and out. When I test drove it, I rubbed a little dust and smudges from the instrument panel. When I picked it up, they were still there! No big thing. What really bugged me is when I've gotten a new car from a dealer it ALWAYS came with a FULL TANK of Gas! Not a half tank, that by the time I drove home, it had used a quarter tank getting there! Hmmm... what kind of mileage is this thing going to give me. It raised some questions. Other than these things I was satisfied. You did have some questionable practices!!!

We had a Kia Spectra we bought brand new years ago. We have had other cars since then. After 15 years it was time for a new one. The warranty was the biggest factor. We were pleasantly surprised to see the Optima shown to us by Michael Juhl. I would just like to start off by thanking Peak Kia North for such a terrible experience. After dealing with them for nearly two weeks, we finally went to a different dealership and got a much better truck at a much better price with no nonsense. Everyone we worked with was friendly enough, but that is the only good thing I can say about Peak Kia North.The first sales person we worked with flat out lied to us about personal matters and we had to spend our time and money trying to fix something that was completely untrue. Since my boyfriend was so interested in this particular truck, we went back and asked to work with someone else. We were introduced to one of the sales managers and he promised to do what he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. After a couple more days we were passed off to another person in sales who had no idea what was going on. We finally just asked for a price out the door so we could get our own financing and it took them forever just to give us that. Needless to say we found another dealership. We had zero issues getting into the truck we wanted once Peak Kia North was out of the picture. I would never recommend this dealership ever!

I was working with Tim on getting a used vehicle. My credit wasn't amazing but he was able to work with me and get me into a reliable newer vehicle right away. He didn't judge that my credit had some bumps, mostly medical bills that I was working to pay off. I went up that same week and test drove the Forte and loved it. I was even able to bring my dog into the dealership with me as I drove up 2 hours to get there and it had been storming that day and I didn't want to leave her home. She even test drove the new car with me! The only issue I had was that the previous owner had put a straight pipe on the car and removed the muffler and it was horribly loud and annoying. I had asked about this and of course the car was being sold as is. Sadly I just paid $160 to get an actual muffler put on at a local place here, but it would have been nice to have that done at the dealership before it was sold. Who needs a straight pipe on a Kia Forte, I didn't plan on doing any street racing. Other than that little issue I have loved my car so far!

My husband and I purchased a used 2004 Dodge from the dealership in February of 2014. It was a good deal, low mileage, seemed to be in great shape, etc. Day 2 of driving the truck, I had to send an email and schedule a service review as we were finding things wrong with the truck. We were told that it was a computer issue and that we would have to go to a Dodge dealership to get it diagnosed. Now 6 months down the road, it is going to be a $2,000 fix because the fuse box and module need to be replaced. Kia is refusing to help us with the costs. In addition, we bought the oil/service package with the truck. Without our permission, our tires were rotated during our last visit. This has now caused problems with our alignment and with the tire belts. Furthermore, at our last service appointment, only 3 months after our purchase, we were told by the service manager that the ball bearings needed to be replaced as well as the radiator, in addition to a leak in the rear differential. ALL OF THIS BEING SAID, i reached out to the manager of the store and he came back with this "Due to the vehicle being sold as is, the time frame involved, mileage driven, and these issues perhaps being caused by wear and tear on the vehicle we will not be participating in the cost of repairs." Here is my response to you Tom Karros, next time I buy a used truck, it will not be from you. Thank you for living up to the stereotype of being a typical car salesman... slimy and untrustworthy.Folks, if you like being taken advantage of and buying used trucks that will cost you a lot of maintenance down the road, I would HIGHLY recommend Peak Kia North.

My husband and I were worried about buying a used car and we visited a few places that really gave us reason for feeling this way. We had in our mind that the same gimmicks are always used no matter what. At Peak, we did not feel that way. It was a no pressure, professional buying experience. Trevor Fonfara, our salesperson was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Not only was their no pressure but he wanted the sale to work for us and truly wanted us to be happy with the vehicle we were purchasing and the financial aspects of the transaction. Josh was the person we worked with in the finance department and he disclosed all information in a honest and forthright way. Because we had such a good experience purchasing at Peak Kia North we are going to be recommending that dealership to anyone else we know in the market for a vehicle. My experience with Peak Kia North was absolutely incredible. This was the first time ever purchasing a vehicle. I had visited and communicated with at least twenty different dealerships before visiting Peak Kia North. All of them told me "no" to my credit and financial situation. Peak Kia North never made me feel like a hassle. My salesman was Dominic Vasquez and Dominic worked very hard and did whatever he could to put me in a vehicle. Dominic Vasquez not only greeted me with a hand shake and took his time to show me vehicles but he made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. He offered me and my wife food and beverage, met every one of my needs as a paying customer with no questions asked, explained everything in detail to me before I made a decision, offered advice when needed, sold me a vehicle without feeling pressured, and was patient, happy, friendly, and even shared some laughs with my family. The car selection was wonderful. I was able to see all my options, choose for myself, and they even allowed me to take the vehicle to be checked by a third party mechanic. No major issues were brought to my attention with the vehicle and the minor things (such as windshield, tire pressure, detail, etc) was taken care of right away. I highly recommend Peak Kia North as well as Dominic Vasquez to anyone trying to buy a car, especially those who may be struggling with credit, first time buying, or has a financial worry. I will truly be a customer for life and will never forget the amazing experience I had.

We went to Peak Kia North to lease a 2014 Kia Rio for our teenage daughter. While there, we noticed the 2014 Kia Soul (limited edition Red Zone), and I couldn't help but notice that it had very similar features that my Dodge Durango had, with the exception of the third row seating, which is no longer a priority for us (it was at the time we bought it a couple years ago). It's sporty, fun, and gets better gas mileage than the Durango. Long story short, we took it for a test drive and managed to get into the new Kia Soul for less money than the Durango, and now both mom and daughter are driving new vehicles, with a 100,000 mile warranty, plus service for the next 60,000 miles. It was a good day. We certainly weren't planning on driving home two new Kias today, but the overall experience, from customer service to friendly staff to an affordable plan for now three drivers ... was absolutely awesome. I had a great experience with this dealership. I sent in my credit app for pre-approval and was immediately contacted by Chris Boggs and Tom Karros. They answered all of my questions and made me feel a lot better about even exploring my options at new car ownership. When I got to the dealership Chris was unfortunately already with another customer so he set me up with Bennett Self. I could tell that Bennett loves his job and was super excited about showing my all the cars. We looked at probably about 15-20 cars before we found the beautiful 2014 Kia Forte that I drove home! My appointment was at 1:00 and I had started signing papers by 3:00! When I went into Josh Westra's office to finish up all the finance paperwork he made me feel very comfortable and we did a lot of laughing. Chris was able to show me around all the fun new features of my car and away I went. I would definitely recommend this dealership as I had a ton of fun in a very intimidating situation. Friendly, helpful and great service. Great coffe, free games for the kids, massage chairs! The price of the car was a little high based on the kbb rating. Added power train package,window etching, and maintenance package into overall price without asking, and presented it in a way that seemed as if it were a perk of purchasing with peak Kia. Didn't disclose who the money lender was definitely, eluded that it would be Wells Fargo, still unsure. When shown the dollar amount that we would be paying ( total after all added plus down payment) we were told that was a non- sense number " the government uses to make sure there's no fraud" when going back over the paper work, we saw it was the actual amount we'd be paying. Didn't think to question what was being presented to us during purchase, expected a little more honesty. Summation: Great customer service up to purchase, felt slightly taken advantage of after all was said and done.

I will try not to get to mean about this. Condescending is the word that comes to mind. I do believe once they sell the car they forget who the customer is. It is about the tone and the manner in which people are treated and how they are spoken to, not necessarily the outcome. Its funny how another dealer completely took care of my car needs when the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from just a month prior wouldn't, that says a lot. We went to Peak looking for a used commuter car, my boyfriend knew what he wanted and what he wanted to spend. He had cash. The overall experience at the dealership was good. Staff was friendly, Dominic is a new salesperson and he did a good job of selling but not being overly pushy. Took a little time to get to see the finance guy even though we were paying cash, so the experience took longer than it should have in our opinion. Where Peak Kia North failed was that we specifically told them NOT to run his credit, he was paying cash and there was NO reason to run it. We know it was heard as salesman said ok he would NOT run his credit. My boyfriend has credit watch on an account and he was notified that Peak Kia North ran a credit check on him. He called the dealership and spoke with Tom who stated he had no idea why that happened, he would check into it and get back to him, he has yet to get back to him. Unfortunately nothing can be done to undo the credit check. It is unfortunate that the choice was made to run a credit check against our verbalized wishes and as a result Peak Kia North will not be a place that we give our business to in the future and we will be sure to let friends and family know as well.

My wife and I were just driving around looking at dealers with the possibility of eventually purchasing a new vehicle. We first went to Ghent in Greeley to look at the Equinox. Then we returned to Peak Kia to take another look at the Sorento; which we had looked at twice previously. We were re-introduced to Tim who we had met a year earlier.Tim was very helpful,even remembering why we didn't buy a vehicle when we visited before. We explained our new plan and the rest is history. We ended up purchasing a new 2014 Sorento. All the folks listed above were very considerate, explaining our purchase options in terms we both could understand. The terms of our purchase met most of our needs. I say that because we had intended to sell our Honda before buying to use the funds to assist in making payments in the future. Well, as I said above, pro's and con's of purchasing, trading or leasing were explained in great detail,again in terms we both understood. Ultimately we traded our Honda and Leased the new Sorento. We are very pleased with Peak KIA.

We were looking to buy a new, full-size sport sedan from multiple brands: Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Ford, Subaru and Kia. We test drove multiple vehicles in each brand. Our initial experience with Peak Kia North was very positive, not pushy at all. We eventually settled on the Kia Optima as the car we wanted to buy. Our experience with trade in and sales was excellent. We did spend the around 4 hours in the dealership working out the terms of the deal, which seems like a lot, but we were able to get all of the terms we were looking for. We settled initially on a lease and signed paper work for same. We were scheduled to pick up the car the following day. Over that night we started having significant second thoughts about the lease option. In the morning, we contacted the dealer and asked if we could migrate to a loan purchase. they were very accomodating and stated that they were unconcerned with the mechanism we used to purchase the car, and that they wanted us to be happy. We went int the following day and in an hour and a half, we were driving away with our new car. The treatment we received was excellent and respectful then entire time. We would highly recommend the sales staff at this dealership without reservation. Will update with service experience as we move into that phase of ownership.

So I was looking for a new car for about 4 months and other dealerships were just not willing to help me. I am just building my credit, I didn't have a lot to put down, and I just moved to Colorado with a new job so it made it very difficult and frustrating. I decided to go to Kia and test drive the Soul. I ended up falling in love with it but than it came down to being able to finance. Luckily I got approved by the Kia first time car buyer program. The guys at Kia did an awesome job helping me purchase my first car. Thank you!

On my way to drive a used truck in Greeley, when I decided to check the inventory at Peak, as I had seen several vehicles listed within my internet searches... As I was looking, Chris approached and introduced himself. As we discussed the options, he mentioned his experience with the Dodge brand while at another place of employment.. explained the model differences and engine history for what I was looking at.. all very good information to have.. Took a test drive.. liked the vehicle.. Went to the Greeley appointment, the truck was sold... They had no comparable options.. (was a Dodge dealer even..). Called the wife and told her I had found what we had been looking for. Went back to Peak and finalized the sale, while Cassidy entertained the folks within the showroom....After the wife made it down, we worked with Josh, (who was from NE Colorado like myself..) to get the financing details finalized. No pressure, no problems, fast and easy..It was a great experience and we feel like we got a great truck at a great value..

An amazing experience! We have purchased three Kias from this Dealer and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Always super helpful and friendly and NEVER pushy. The sales staff acts as if they don't get commission (although I'm sure they do), which is a huge plus for us. They always offer plenty of information and make helpful suggestions. Our last vehicle they procured from Denver for us after taking my criteria and finding the vehicle that matched. We always get our vehicles serviced there and love the attention to detail. In conclusion, this dealer always goes above and beyond when it comes to sales, service and price. I 100% recommend this dealer.

I have purchased several vehicles in my life and have never had as enjoyable an experience as I did while working with Kerry (Sales Team Pres.), Josh (Finance) and Tom (Sales Manager). I had been shopping for a vehicle for a month and had been to a few dealerships from Denver to Fort Collins. I found vehicles I liked and salespersons and finance departments that couldn't make it happen. Instead they kept trying to work me into some other vehicle or financial arrangement for their benefit. Frankly, I was "over it" (cynical). I had driven by Peak Kia North so I called them and asked to talk to finance. I asked for finance because no dealership can offer more than what they can finance well! Josh answered my call; he was so positive, candid and knowledgeable that it was refreshing. When I went in I met Kerry. Kerry loves what he does, is matter-of-fact, fun loving and a vivacious person who has the gift of listening well, communicating clearly and knows the inventory very well. He made the whole process flow. I would recommend Kerry to anyone who wants to get a fair deal and have an enjoyable experience at the same time! Tom also worked on my behalf along with Kerry and Josh to be sure every detail was covered and every dollar was properly placed. Don't accept less than you want from a dealership that only has their interests at heart when you can do business the old fashioned way with people who care about what they do! This was a win-win scenario and it was created by these individuals. This is one dealership you won't even mind phoning because Michelle answers the phone and is well spoken, polite and efficient.

Bought a 2010 Kia Soul back in May 2013 it is now September 2013 and still have no paperwork to register vehicle. Although the overall sales process was good, that's where it ends. It appears Valerie sent my paperwork with the wrong Finance Company to the state, this was never communicated to me. Due to personal reasons I had to relocate to Iowa with the temp tag which is now expired. When I contacted Valerie 3 months later to find out where my tile is her response to me was "well you chose to move to Iowa" no clue what that meant, however she never apoligized or admitted making the first mistake of sending the wrong paperwork in which caused this whole problem to begin with.This has caused a major problem and I will never deal with Peak Kia or send any of my friends there because of thier Tile Clerk Valerie

Excellent service from beginning to end! We felt like our individual situation was assessed and we were guided to the best possible option for us. Every employee we dealt with treated us with respect, friendliness and a concern that our needs were met to our satisfaction! There was no pressure sales which would have immediately turned us away, instead it was pleasant, painless and informative. We had follow up calls to ensure we had understood everything and to check on how our new car experience was going!! Even Domonic who had only been at the dealership for 3 weeks was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. He personally called the next day to make sure we had all questions answered! We never expected to receive the kind of service we got! I was referred to Kerry after I totaled my poor little 97 Neon in an accident on my way home from work. I was really nervous to buy a new car and have car payments, plus I recently filed bankruptcy. The odds were against me, but Kerry made the process so fun and easy and got me into a new car before I even knew what happened. He was so upbeat and personable that I felt more like I was talking to a really good friend rather than a car sales man. I would recommend all my friend to work with Kerry when buying a new car.Then there was Josh.. The finance guy... I hate dealing with the finance guys at car dealerships , but Josh was AMAZING!! He had me in and out of his office and into my new car in just a few quick easy steps. We had each other cracking up and laughing rather than me leaving feeling like I had been taken for all I was worth ( which sadly isn't much after the bankruptcy..).All in all these guys were amazing and I love my car, and the pricing was reasonable as are my payments. They listened to what I needed, and figured out a way to get it for me. If only all men were like that! Haha! All jokes aside though, anyone looking for a car should come to Kerry to pick one out and Josh to get the financing approved! I will return next time I need a car, hopefully with a trade in rather than a check for what was left of my car :(..

My husband and I had been shopping for a Kia Sorento for quite some time. We found the one we wanted at Peak Kia North so we made a phone call and started working with Scott negotiating the price of the vehicle because we live nearly 3 hours away from the dealership. We agreed on a price out the door that we were comfortable with so we made the journey to Windsor. Upon arriving Scott was busy with another customer, which is expected, so we waited. It seemed there were many other employees that could have gotten us started on paperwork that were not busy but they instead continued playing games on their computers or visiting amongst each other. Scott had us sit at his desk while he continued to finish up with the previous customer standing behind him; this was a bit awkward because they were sharing personal information. When we began our paperwork Scott had many interruptions that seemed to fluster him immensely and when we had questions regarding the price of our vehicle, etc it seemed to annoy him that we weren't just "going with the flow." After our initial paperwork was done we all were interrupted by a tornado warning that caused us to retreat to a closed office...which is completely out of everyone's hands and we were appreciative to be safe and that the staff took it seriously. This took awhile to pass and everyone was able to get on with business. Before we went into financing Scott wanted us to initial that we agreed to a certain monthly payment which didn't quite add up to what we had expected and when we asked him to explain the difference of about $30 per month he got really irritated and couldn't/wouldn't explain it. We felt really uncomfortable because we just wanted clarity on our payment, should be a simple thing to explain. He then had the owner sit down with us and we discovered there was nearly $800 added to the price of the car...that was the difference in our payment. We were told before making our 3 hour drive that we would expect a certain price OUT THE DOOR and now were being given that price plus nearly $800. We were not happy at this point because we are straight forward people and expected one thing and received another. We were getting a very good price on the car and were very happy about that but not happy about the added money at the end that seemed to get slipped in there hoping we wouldn't notice. We decided to purchase the car never-the-less and went into financing with Josh where he worked very hard to make us happy. He did everything he could to help us feel comfortable with the buy...at this point we were very flustered. Once we finally got done with financing we were ready to leave as we had been at the dealership for over 4 hours with our 1 year old daughter and we were all DONE. The car was missing a spare tire replacement part that we had brought to Scott's attention when we first arrived and looked at the vehicle and he was going to make sure it was complete before we left. After the 4+ hours that we were there, we started to get in the car to leave and thankfully my husband checked the spare tire parts and it STILL wasn't complete. We had to wait another half an hour for a kind gentleman to drive around from car to car to find the part, as some of the other cars didn't have a complete set either. All in all, our experience was not good. Scott was not very polite, showed his frustration to an unprofessional level and it seemed like only a few of the employees were busy while others played on their computers....the work load should have been shared so as to get customers in and out quicker and more efficiently....we were not the only customers that were there for hours upon hours. The owner was pleasant to work with and so was Josh, but truth be told we wouldn't want to work with Scott again.

We came in looking to get a used truck 2 yrs. ago, and they helped us out a lot, we had just moved up here to Evans and we wanted to get a nice truck and yes we got it, they were great so we came in on the 28th of July looking to trade in the truck we got 2 yrs. ago and Bennett was awesome, we told them we will never go any place else to buy a automobile, and we will be life time customer at Peak Kia they rock, we ask for what we want and they do it every time, nice people not pushy and helpful, love our new 2008 Dodge Ram 4x4, great price, great look love it. I like this dealership but I would not buy a used car from them. The cars always seem to need lots of work. I have purchased 2 used cars from Kia and they both had check engine lights going off all the time. I did not have my Hundai for the first month after purchase due to the check engine light and the Jaguar is in the same boat. The salesman Bennett Self was great as was the service department in general. Customer service is great but the used cars are second rate so the customer service has to be wonderful to make up for it. If you buy a car here buy a new one and your experience will be wonderful!

In the month of July, I began my vehicle journey on line and visiting local dealerships. My choices were, Toyota-Corolla, Prius, Hyundai and then Kia-Rio. I had never driven a Kia before until my work friend showed up in her new, 2013 Kia, Rio 5 door hatchback. I looked her car over, drove it and fell in love with the car. I was looking for a second car for my family as we had purchased a new 2012 Chevy, Cruz LT last year. After liking the car, I re-directed my attention solely to the Kia and Peak Kia North with Sales Rep., Gabe Luth. Upon visiting the dealer ship, I was welcomed by a friendly team of people throughout the whole deal. Justin did an outstanding job getting me the financing I needed and the deal I could afford for a new car. Overall purchase price, money down and monthly payment was well into my budget range. Upon pre-approval, the team had my deal all prepared for me upon my visit and test drive. They were so GREAT with the sale that I didn't even have to play the counter money/number game that most dealers play. The first sale offer was so HONEST and realistic, that I didn't have to counter bid. The deal was done and I drove off the next day with my families new Kia. The dealership is neat and tidy, modern, and the lot looks great! All cars are clean and showroom glossy. I highly recommend the car line, Kia and Peak Kia for consideration of your future car purchase and service.

My mother and I went to the dealership with the promise that they could work with us, and that we'd be able to leave with a car on the same day. After waiting for over an hour, they offered us a completely different deal. The prices had gone up, and they went back on every single thing they told us they could offer. When we politely declined and left, we came home to find a rather harassing five calls on the voicemail machine from the dealership.

Wow! What an amazing experience. this was an absolutely flawless purchase. Bob is pretty new but he knew exactly what to do, all the right questions and no pressure from anyone. I traded in my brand new sports car for a bigger 2010 Toyota FJ and they exceeded my expectations. I was extremely sick at the time with the stomach flu and almost passed out in the bathroom! When I came out, Bob and Tom took care of me like I was family. They even fed me! :) I work in the same environment all day long and from here on out I will promote this dealership to everyone I talk to. I might even go there just to hang out! We went to Peak Kia North just to look at and learn more about Kias, as the lease with our current vehicles was nearing its end. We had no intention of purchasing that day. We met Bennett, our sales rep, who was knowledgeable and courteous in answering all our questions. He took us on test drives of an Optima and a Forte. We were much more impressed than we had anticipated with both. We asked for just basic pricing and payment figures, still not intending to buy. After looking at the figures Justin Gasman, the Sales Manager, gave us on pricing and trade in value, it took very little effort for us to make the decision to lease not only one but two vehicles. The final step was to meet with Joshua Westra, the Financial Manager. There was no pressure of purchasing additional programs that drive up the payment. It was all straight forward. Our experience at Peak Kia North was by far the best one we have ever had and we have purchased a number of vehicles from GM to Toyota. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop at Peak Kia North for the car purchasing experience of a lifetime! ! !

this is the worst dealership in co my vehicle didn't even last me to months before the motor went out I didn't get my truck till 5 weeks later and after I got it back it still had problems for the next 2 weeks it went back 3 times for more broken parts and things that didn't get hooked up correctly and when we just asked for our money back they told us well that's what you get for buying a vehicle with 100,000 miles on it and that we were sol so don't ever buy a vehicle from this dealer or you will have the same problems I did

I went knowing what cars to test drive. I found an associate and took them for a drive Jeff was very informative about the vehicle the experience was good. The GM came over and offered the option of taking both cars for an extended period of time to drive and get a feel for which one and so I can take them to my husband to show. THAT was amazing in and of itself. My niece has cancer she is 12 and during the test drive day, when most would be PUSHING to sell a vehicle, an emergency came up and I had to re-arrange my schedule and head to Childrens. The GM came over said NO WORRIES YOU TAKE CARE OF WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF AND WE WILL TALK LATER!! There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE!!!When we were able to actually go for it Jeff ran everything and did the work and we didnt have to be there which was a huge blessing for us!! However we when we went in to sign paper work and everything we knew there was no warranty on the vehicle so I wanted GAP insurance. Wasnt sure how much MORE that would cost and I also wanted to check into their extended warranties. We had a budget of what we could do and didnt want to go over it. We were concerned of the "nickel and dime" process that dealers use. When going back to meet with Josh.......IT WAS ALL INCLUDED!! They had already included GAP insurance and a warranty!!! The payment never went up. They didnt even know that was what I was going to ask about!!!The last time we bought a vehicle was about 11 years ago. WE DO NOT GO TO AUTO DEALERS BECAUSE OF ALL THE CRAP. We have NEVER EVER had such an amazing experience when buying a vehicle in our life!! As we were driving out of the lot in our new vehicle I started crying (seriously, tears) for such a place that would honor, respect, and care for the people that come in a!nd making us feel like royalty!THANK YO AGAIN JEFF JOSH AND ATHINA!

We've owned two previous Kia vehicles and have been very happy with the vehicles and the service that we have received from this dealership. Our current lease was almost up so we decided to start looking around. After meeting up with our sales rep, Tim in the parking lot, he directed us to the vehicle we thought we wanted to check in to. After a test drive, he was able to put some numbers together for us and the deal was made. Tim was great to work with and accommodate our needs! Tom greeted us and even ended up washing our vehicle for us -- he was great! And last (but not least) we had the pleasure of sitting with Josh to complete all the finance papers. He was thorough (that's alot of paperwork) and was a pleasure to work with! It's a time-consuming process but they made us as comfortable as possible and we drove home our new 2013 Kia Sportage that evening! Thank you!

My overall buying experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is that you keep the customer better informed. The car I wanted had to be brought from another dealership but it ended up being damaged and so they had to decide to take a different car. The problem was that I was not informed of any of this and while they made the right choice I would have liked to been kept apprised. I ended up just coming into the dealership since I hadn't gotten a call back to let me know what was going on.

On 4/23/2013 we had one of the best car buying experiences at Peak Kia North. Gabe Luth, Crystal Coven, and sales manager Justin Gasman all worked extremely hard to find the right Kia Sportage that fit our wants and needs but also worked in our budget. Josh Westra was extremely helpful and informative when it came down to signing the financials. The team stayed a little late after closing to accommodate signing all paperwork and give us a thorough tour and setup of our new Sportage and it's features. As my daughter says.... "This place has everything! Coffee Maker to Massage theater room... simply amazing" I was very impressed with my whole experience at Peak Kia North. Being a salesperson I was dreading the typical "car buying" process. However, Gabe was simply honest and upfront. He let the product sell itself, with just enough "this might interest you"... I didn't feel pressured or hounded once. Even though I left the first time without closing the sale. Gabe definitely is in the career that suits him! He seemed to do his job effortlessly and with excellence. Tom called the next day, which was just enough to coax my husband into coming in, I was already sold on the Kia Amanti, all I needed was a little help convincing my husband. I called Gabe to let him know we were coming, He had the car waiting on us to jump in for another test drive while he started on the loan process. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life but this has been one of the best car buying experiences ever. Everyone I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. We were referred by our daughter who told us she received excellent service and a great deal when she bought her Sorento in 2011. She wasn't wrong. I bought a Sorento for my wife and an Optima for myself and we received a great deal on both. We got to the dealership at 6:45 pm and they hung in there with us until we got the deal done at 11pm. From the moment my son and I walked on the lot we were treated with respect. It started with Josh Westra and grew from there. We worked with Patrick Willrodt to find a car and then Justin Gasman to close the deal! Buying cars are very different today since the last time I bought one... Felt at times like I was buying a house! But, Tom Karros made that a pleasant experience as well. I love, love, love my Kia Soul and I'm so happy Peak Kia North was there for me.... Crystal Coven is the bomb great personality knows the product and no pressure. She made car buying fun. Even though I was just looking at the time she wanted my information to run it through the finance to give me a monthly payment. I was looking at two other competitors so when I finally made my decision on the Sportage she had the paper work ready to sign. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

The sales person was friendly enough while I was deciding to purchase a used vehicle, not a Kia, and seemed helpful and not pushy. Once I made the decision, and I filled out paperwork with the salesperson, everything went downhill. My husband and I waited nearly 3 hours to close the deal. That was unacceptable, and I should have walked away after an hour, but I kept thinking it wouldn't be that much longer. No explanation, no interaction with the salesperson after the first 1/2 hour. He said they only had two finance people working on paperwork and that two people were just ahead of us, hence the long wait. I wonder if we had purchased a Kia rather than another brand if we would have been seen sooner? We sat, and sat, and sat, and sat until I finally went to the manager and complained. He gave two courtesy car washes and fill-ups as compensation. I wasn't expecting anything, I just wanted to sign the paperwork and take the car. Interesting that it took only 20 minutes or less to complete our paperwork once we saw someone. I did the math, and even if it took the two other people an hour--which is really stretching it, that still doesn't add up to 3 hours. I wouldn't go back there if I decided to purchase another car and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else go there, either.

I had a great experience from the first email I received from Tom, to the final sales with Josh. After a few frustrating situations at other dealerships, they were able to help me find something in my price range that suited all my needs. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in, and I didn't feel pressured or haggeled at all by Kerry who was awesome. There were a few difficulties on my end that Kerry helped me work thru, and Josh was able to take care of with ease. I was impressed. The massage chairs while we were waiting were spectacular! I would highly recommend and do buisness there again.

My husband and I went to KIA North just to look and decided on if we wanted to trade in our car that was starting to cost us a lot of money to fix and we met Zeke who showed us the cars that we liked and helped us out with picking the car we wanted. When it came time to do all the paper work my husband and I started to worry about the payments and if we could really afford the car because we weren't looking at the pictures, we were only looking at right now and Zeke sat with us and explained the future and everything out side of the box, he sat with us the whole afternoon very patient as we kept going back and forth on what we should do. He never once tried to rush us so he could move on to other customers. I have told everyone I know who is looking into getting a new car to go to Zeke and the rest of the staff at KIA North.

Hi, My name is Jennifer N. and I was recently looking for a used car. I was mostly looking for a small car that had less than 100k miles on it. When I went to Peak Kia North, I fell in love with a used Honda Element, and I just had to have it. I absolutely loved this car, and I had my heart set on it. It was everything I was looking for, and 4 wheel drive for the winter also! Score!! :-) Anyway, I decided to get this car. I am always nervous when it is time do get a new car, because I think that sometimes as a woman I could possibly be taken advantage of. But, when I went in to the finance department, I met a wonderful finance guy named Josh Westra. He was very kind and caring and wanting to make sure that every question that I had was answered. He laid out every option that I had to choose from in my financing, and every option I that I could choose to add to the purchase, like the maintenance program. He did not push any thing, or make me feel like I needed to buy something that I did not want. He just gave me all the information and let me decide. It was REALLY nice. I picked the maintenance program to go with my car, and I could not be happier. There was never any pressure to buy something that I did not want, or get any options that I did not want. With all the wonderful service that I received from everyone involved, most notably Josh Westra, I will be buying my next car here. I will also be buying my daughters next car here. She is kind of picky, and with the wonderful people here, I know she will be given the pressure free time to decide on exactly what she wants ? Kerry and Tom helped me out so much, this was my first time buying a car and they were incredibly knowledgable and patient with me. Kerry constantly kept intouch with me and always answered all of my questions instaneously and really worked hard to get me a great deal on a car. Tom was so nice and was so extremely helpful, he did not rush me or pressure me into anything and he made sure he explained and helped me understand every decision I was making when it came down to signing papers. I cannot speak for any of the other employees but I would recomend Kerry and Tom to anyone, they were fantastic. I would not recomend working with Josh, he made me feel extremely pressured and I feel that he manipulated the fact that I was a new car buyer and in a sense "screwed me over" The expierience I had with Josh would have completely ruined my carbuying expierience, had not Jeff and tom worked so hard to make ammends. Overall my expierience buying a car at Peak kia north was a very good and rewarding one thanks to Kerry and Tom.

I highly recommend this dealership for all your car buying needs. They were great working within my needs and within my very strict budget on needing to buy a newer car. I went in to trade my 2008 Nissan and wanting to buy a 2011 Kia Soul and I ended up leaving with a 2012 Kia Soul, while in my budget. They stayed late to complete the deal and made me feel very welcoming, Crystal Coven was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation which was a nice change from the other dealers I had tried to deal with first. Peak Kia North was my 4th dealership and after I called and spoke to Crystal on the phone prior to going in, she assured me this would be my last dealership I would go too, that she would do everything in her power to get me the deal I was looking for on both my trade in and my new purchase. She was right, I made the deal that night and couldn't be happier!!! I am still getting calls from the other dealerships I went to first and I am so proud to tell them that Peak Kia North already got me into my Kia Soul.

I just purchased a new 2013 Sorento SX from Peak Kia North, and from beginning to end, this transaction was seamless, professional, and fun! This is my second Kia purchase (first in 2002) when I simply needed 7 seat belts in a van (the van has been a great car!) After driving several mid-sized crossovers, from Volvo to Toyota, to Ford, I settled on the Sorento - by far the best value, great options, amazing warranty, and handles beautifully. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lack of pressure, knowledge of the staff, and willingness to treat me as a valued customer, not just another number. I was just sort of looking for a new car, and Chris Morris, the salesman, earned my business with his interest in my needs. Not once was I pressured to buy a car. They offered to find or order exactly what I wanted, called to be sure my questions were answered immediately, made sure I met the staff who would be helping with service, and assured me that they wanted to earn my business. They did. Justin Gasman, the sales manager, did not hide behind his desk, he came and worked with Chris to show me the numbers. They offered me a fair trade value for my car, not just the lowest value in KBB, which I had experienced at another dealership. I was so pleasantly surprised by how I was treated and the deal that I bought a new car! It was so refreshing to see that a dealership actually cares about customer service and treats people with dignity and respect. From the minute I was greeted (Chris Morris), to making the deal (Justin Gasman), to finance (Josh Westra), to assurance that they would be there to take care of me after the sale (Tom Karros), this was by far the most pleasant car purchase experience I have ever had. Without hesitation, I HIGHLY recommend the team at Peak Kia North - they are doing it right. Aside from that, the car is amazing - great value for what you pay, and Kia's are made in the USA!

On behalf of my elderly parents I would like to thank the staff at PEAK KIA NORTH, especially Zeke for making their trade-in and purchase as easy as possible. They had just purchased a different model of car but were not satisfied and returned the car to the "other" dealership so were a bit hesitant in buying again, but they were able to do a trial run and fell in love with the comfort and spaciousness of this car. It was more like their old car. PEAK KIA NORTH staff were very hospitable making sure that Mom and Dad had coffee, hot chocolate and even a Pepsi, bought by Zeke, out of his own pocket, for my Dad. Paperwork was a breeze. There was even an offer to deliver the car to my parents about 60 miles away. WOW, you don't find that kind of service much anymore, my hats off to you. You can bet that friends and family will be told of the service received and when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle this will be my first stop! My wife and I went shopping for a Sorento SX, fully loaded, last week. We were wandering the lot, when a nice, personable salesman came up to help us. He was very nice, and we went for a test drive. The problem, however, is that Peak Kia North attempts to RIPOFF the customer on most vehicles they sell by installing extras such as $499 pinstripe TAPE, $399 bug deflector, $169 wheel locks, $499 window tint, $39 nitrogen filled tires, etc... EVERY item THEY installed and attempted to sell with the car is marked up AT LEAST 100%, up to 400%!!! Do the research...

I recently purchased my first car, a used small SUV, from Peak Kia North. Theirs was the first dealership I visited. I was nervous about the car buying experience and was pleasantly surprised. Bennett was friendly and not at all pushy. He seemed to genuinely want me to find the right car, even suggesting and showing me cars that were less expensive right off the bat. After visiting Peak Kia I went to another dealership in the area and had a completely opposite experience. The sales person there was very pushy and reminded me of a typical used car salesman. After that experience I returned to Peak. When I test drove a car I was seriously considering and had the check engine light come on, they were honest and helpful. Because of the overall positive experience with everyone I met from Bennett Self the sales associate, to Josh Westra the Finance associate I was more than happy to purchase from Peak. I highly recommend Peak Kia North to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I visited the dealership on Friday, 11/2/2012 after work. Jen was the first person to come and say hello. She had a list of the vehicles available which is so much more efficient than having the agent run back each time we wanted to find out about the price etc. She was not pushy or aggressive which is what we like from a sales agent. She was informative, and courteous. She took us for a test drive and we had a most wonderful time. We did not buy the car immediately but wanted to look at other dealerships. The next day, Saturday, 11/3/2012 we went to 3 other dealerships but decided to return to PeakKia North because we really enjoyed working with Jen. She was the reason we chose to return and buy the Kia Soul from PeakKia North. I rate Jen Ehrhart and this dealership a 5++. We bought 2 other Kias from them before but having Jen there made it an even smoother experience. By the way, she had to stay rather late (last one out) because we arrived so much later on Saturday. She did not show any frustration or annoyance but was all smiles and easy going.

I was very surprised with Peak Kia. I have been to a few other dealerships, and they were all very pushy and didn't really listen to what I needed the car to do. Zeke was so helpful and got the perfect for my disabilities. And Zeke made sure I understood everything about the car, he even came in on his day off to explain things to me. :)

I should have considered checking out dealerships for a vehicle when shopping for a small truck, especially Peak Kia. It would have saved me a lot of time and hassle shopping around with little success at a variety of smaller lots with my slightly questionable credit and a somewhat unique employment situation. I hit Peak's website when I found a truck that could work for me that had a negotiable price. I called and got Gabe who gave me a ballpark figure that was reasonable so I headed over right away and the rest was smooth sailing. I told him upfront about some financial issues and that maybe we should check on financing before I drove anything because I wasn't confident that I'd qualify. He wasn't worried so I wasn't which was a relief. I drove the truck and liked it so Gabe walked me through the process of buying it-he got the price down, we negotiated some options, Joshua got the financing rolling, and I bought a truck that easy. They answered every question I had about everything and never once did I feel uncomfortable about the vehicle or the financing or the whole deal. Gabe picked me up in my new truck the next day. A coupe days later Athena called me with good news of a better financing deal. A couple people even called to say, "Hey, how's the truck? Thanks for being a Peak Kia customer", or something like that. AND, after that Gabe came through on some info for finding a shell for my truck, something that I'll be able to buy because I got such a great deal. I can't wait to get another phone call from Peak Kia cuz it's always good news!

The search for a new car can be exhausting but when you are lucky enough to find a dealer/salesmen like Zeke Cortez at Peak Kia North, it makes the whole process so much more pleasant. Zeke was helpful without being pushy, informational without being arrogant, patient without being condescending.We arrived late in the day to purchase and it necessitated the staff staying way past closing hours to close the deal. We never got the feeling that we were keeping them from dinner/family or fun. I needed a loaner car and it was almost as easy as a handshake. Tom Karros, the finance guy, explained, without going into detail ad nauseum what we were signing and did it efficiently. When I went to pick up my new car ( ahead of schedule) Zeke patiently explained all my new gadgets. He also made sure that everything that was promised (tinted windows and logo removed) was done. He was authentic and earnest. We cannot recommend this experience high enough! I know that if I have any questions about anything that I will feel comfortable calling him. Incidentally, we LOVE our new Kia.

Peak Kia North was our last stop on what was probably our worst week ever! Heres a little back story on our situation. Late on a Sunday night, my husband and I were driving home in our 2005 Kia Spectra. Driving on a rural road with no street lamps we hit a big black cow head on. I was able to slam on the brakes about 20 yards prior to the impact but none the less the cow was in our windshield within seconds of seeing it on the road. Our Kia saved our lives! We both walked away with only bruises and very stiff bodies, but the Kia was not so lucky. Thus began our new car hunt. After having an extremely bad experiences at 3 other dealerships, we were about to give up when we showed up at Peak Kia North. We were met by Drew, who was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were looking at, as well as the Kia Company as a whole. He answered all of our questions and cleared up some false info we were given at other dealerships regarding features and availability. Most of all, Drew made a point of making sure we were okay after our ordeal before we even got down to business. Feeling very confident in our car choice, we turned our financial worries over to the financial team. Tom, Athina and Josh did some major numbers crunching and worked very hard to get to where we needed to be financially. The entire team was AMAZING! We have never been to a dealership that has made us feel so at ease or that has bent over backwards to get us back on the road. Peak Kia North is going to be our go to dealership from this point forward. We went from head on collision with a cow on a Sunday, to driving home a new 2013 Kia Wednesday. Could have been sooner Im sure, if we had only bypassed those other dealers, but now we know!

They were very friendly and willing to work out a deal with me on the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the car I wanted sold before I could get it. I had signed a 'contract' that I would buy the car (I was paying cash and waiting for funds to clear). I should have put down a deposit, but was lead to believe that the 'contract i signed would hold the car for a day or so. Live and learn! When I went back two days later to put down a deposit the car was gone. They were very nice and did try to help me find another car that met my criteria, but no luck. I would probably try them again, but would hope they would be a little more clear on 'contract' verses deposit.

Both Bennett and Tom worked with us to correct several details and supply missing items (second key fob, vehicle manual) on the 2009 Subaru Outback we bought. Tom's previous experience at a Subaru dealership was very helpful in advising us, without hype, on the specifics of that particular car. Bennett came in on his day off to complete the sale with us after we took the car overnight to get it checked out. (Our mechanic pronounced the car in "perfect" shape under the hood!) We felt we were being talked to honestly and with respect. As women, we have sometimes been talked down to in looking at cars -- this was definitely not true at Peak Kia North. Josh Westra in Finance did a great job of explaining everything thoroughly while not "pushing" extra service warranties, etc. Bennett was leaving on vacation; however, both Tom and one of the Jeffs called a day later to check on how we were liking the car and invited us to call them with any issues at all. I did, having a question about a missing accessory (part of the inner hatchback cover), and Tom offered to go himself to the Subaru dealership and pick it up wholesale for us if we decided we wanted it. However, he told us that 98% of these parts break shortly after they are bought and he would advise against replacing it. I felt we were getting advice from someone who had our best interests at heart.Altogether, a refreshing experience. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat.

I had lost all hope in being able to get into a reliable car. I found my Kia online and scheduled a visit to the dealer, like I said I wasn't really expecting them to be able to help me because other dealers that I had visited, once knew my financial situation pretty much turned me away and didn't give me a second glance. After looking around at all the regional dealers, Peak Kia North had the vehicle we thought we wanted. We already had a quote for our trade from another dealer and basically was told that they were lying and would not give me that much. After they gave me a lowball quote on my trade, they made an offer of basically nothing off of the sticker price. They down talked other dealers and treated me like I was ignorant of the buying prcess. I went back to the other dealer and got what they promised as well as a large amount off of the sticker price, in addition to the rebates. They lost a sale with there negotiations. Would never go back. Mike was very knowledgeable and pleasant but it is a shame he has to work with sales managers that dont work with customers.

I basicly bought this car over the phone. I live 200 miles away. I talked to Mike most of the day on Tuesday and settled on a price, then drove down to Colorado Wednesday and purchased it. The car was exactly as described. Tom Karros was more knowledgable about the vehicle and spent about 25 minutes going over all all of the controls. Overall it was a satisfying car buying experience.

They matched the deal we found at a Denver area dealer on an even better Sorento. Very comfortable dealership with huge selection. Everyone was super friendly toward our two kids. By far, this was the best car buying experience for us. We were treated fairly and kindly and we left extremely satisfied with the service and professional ways they handled our lease. At first, we were not too sure about the specifications of their product, but with Bailey's expertise and help we were able to do some real comparisons of the KIA model were were interested in vs. Toyota products, etc. We had a miscommunication between us and they went above and beyond to make things right. Most unethical dealer I have ever worked with. Bought a car over the internet. There was some issues with car after it was delivered. They never disclosed this over the internet or on the phone. Had to spend about a $900 for the car to fix it.Would not return emails. Then I resorted to calling. Finally called me back. Harold Klein said he would talk to the sales manager.I tried emailing the sales manager about the issues with the car several times with no response.If they were so confident there was nothing wrong with the car, wouldn't you call the customer back!! Exactly so they new there was some problemSo I am contacting Better Business Bureau for shady practices. They don't really care about the customer, I'm out of state they got their money!!!

Zeke was great as a saleperson. I felt he found the car I was looking for. The problems came up after the deal was complete when i found out they hadNOT used my credit union for financing(where I was pre-approved) but had gone through a bank. They did not tell me nor get my approval. No one EVER said "bank" in the whole time I was there. I found out when I was trying to find the lienholder name to give to my insurance co. The lienholder is not on any of the paperwork. I had to call to find out. I told Harold Klein that I was absolutely NOT happy about the change in financing being done without my approval. No one from the dealer has ever called me back nor followed up. If I try to go through my credit union now, it becomes a RE-finance and I don't qualify for the lower interest rate that I had originally qualifed for. It is my opinion that the deal was a ripoff. I assume they get a kick back from the bank they used that they wouldn't get from my credit union. The temporary license plate on my vehicle now says CHEAT KIA NORTH. NOT a happy customer!!!

Zeke was great! as was the entire staff at Peak Kia... we had our 3 kids along and everyone was courteous and helpful to us. They had video games and toys for the kids and even fed us lunch (which was awesome) The shop was able to switch our running board (personal request) out that day so we didnt have to make the 4 hr trip to come back for our new vehicle. Zeke made sure we were informed of what was going on every step of the way, everything was spelled out and explained before any paperwork was signed and we got a fair price for our trade so overall a good experience!

Everyone take a bow.Noticed a oil spot on my garage floor and took car in to have it checked. 2011 Optima EX, dream car, I had the car serviced 3 or 4 weeks ago and was wondering if it might have been from the oil change and that was all it was. Some oil was on the catch pan and had dripped off. They were concerned at first but when found out the problem assured us not to worry and cleaned it all up and washed the car also. No charge. I had the best buying experience. I requested a quote and in less than 30 minutes Kerry had responded. I asked him to work a quote on a new 2012 Kia Optima lease with my trade-in, that was with in my budget, and tell me what my monthly payment would be. I found everyone at Peak Kia in Windsor very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. They are not pushy or forceful in anyway, it's all about my (the customer's) needs and wants. My wife and I owed around $8700 on her 2005 Kia spectra and it was way too small for our growing family. We liked the 2012 Kia Sorento, but we knew it would be difficult if not impossible to get a good deal while attempting to trade in over $8700 on top of Sorento's msrp. Tim, Tom, Adam, and Athena were all very friendly and helpful. I was skeptical at first, but the entire staff was really hospitable while we waited during the process and they were all very accepting of me, my wife and two young children. In the end we received a better deal though Peak Kia North than our own bank, which was shocking as my bank has almost always given us a better deal on rates on previous cars and credit cards. I truly felt Peak Kia North was looking out for our best interest and wanted to make sure that we not only got the best deal available, but also that we were happy with the vehicle and their services. Not once did we feel pressured, in fact it was quite the opposite. I highly recomend Peak Kia North.

My poor 2006 Kia Optima was totaled by a drunk driver. I have wanted a Kia Amanti, and my wife found one listed online at Peak Kia North and another at Peak Kia South. I visited the North store, saw the 2007 Kia Amanti, took it for a test drive, and spoke with Bennett about buying. They put together a deal, but originally it was only so-so. However, Tom Karros noted that I was a bit more savvy than the average buyer and worked with me in detail to work out a very decent deal. I left with the deal in-hand, since I did not yet have a final arrangement with the insurance company on my totaled car.The next morning, the insurance company finalized their deal with me, and then I went back to Peak Kia North to finalize my deal with them. We shopped the financing around with a few credit unions, and closed the deal subject to final finance arrangements. Tom spent the next week continuing to shop my financing, eventually cutting my finance rate by about a full percentage point!Meanwhile, we had a minor issue with a slow leak on one of the tires, but the service department kept working with me and the car to eventually hunt down the cause (a loose valve stem) and fix it. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and washed my car up just beautiful.I have been a customer at the Peak Kia South store (they rock too!) with my first two Kias (a 2006 Optima and a 2006 Sedona), but I am also now making good use of the North store for my part and service needs. I love that both stores can service my cars under their extended maintenance and warranty plans. Sometimes one store or the other is more convenient based on what I am doing and where I am on a particular day.Thanks Peak Kia!!!

Outstanding experience from door to door. I came in unsure about what i wanted. There was absolutly no pressure to make a decision. All my questions were answered politly. I could tell that everyone wanted me to be happy with my decision, even if that meant i didnt buy a car. Harold was the best sales person i have ever worked with. He made the experience fun. He treated me and my wife with respect. He was extreemly knowlaganle even with us buying a Mustang at a Kia dealership. He was patient with all our questions and worked with us on price, warrenty and service plans.After we decided to buy we moved to what is normally the worst part of buying a car. Finance! We worked with Tom Karros. The last time we bought a car (at a different deAlership). We waited over 90 min for the paperwork to be printed and them spent another hour signing. Tom did things a bit different. 15 min after we decided to buy, all the paperwork was ready. Tom was 100% knowlagable of all items we were signing. I felt comfortable that he was honest and really wanted us to leave happy. He actually made the paperwork fun. His personality was a pleasure to be around.Overall i can not say enough great things about this experience. This was with out question the best car buying experience i have ever had. We sent in our daughter to look for a car she would like and instead they treated her absolutely horrible. They Ran her credit which wasn't needed since we were buying the car and was told she needed 50% down without knowing any financial details. By far the worse dealership practice I've seen in a long time. They definitely discriminated against her because of her age -Young 20's and female. This dealership will not get any business from us or our family and friends. Shame on you!

I love buying a car about as much as sticking bamboo shoots under my fingernails. I went to check out a used car, after a fair amount of internet search. I found what seems to be a flawless used car and decided to see if they would work a decent trade for my old car. Bennett was my salesperson and he made the experience relatively painless. The whole dealership was quite friendly and the prices they offered me both for my car and for the trade were very reasonable. No gimmicks, no big theatrics or hidden agendas. Bennett was experienced, very helpful and provided some good laughs. The atmosphere is relaxed, with dogs trotting around, and employees stopping to chat. I would definitely buy there again!

We have been considering a Kia Sorento for about 6 months. Went to Peak Kia North and not only found the color we wanted, but just the right equipment on a stock vehicle. Traded in my Chevy Silverado and the sales process went effortlessly!! Picked up the new vehicle next day. Three weeks later I went to get it licensed in Nebraska and the county treasurer had all the info from Peak Kia. They said Colorado car dealers are very notorius about not having the correct info sent to them, but Peak Kia did all the paperwork PERFECTLY. I purchased a used 2010 Kia Soul+ on January 13, 2012. I was looking for a specific car and color and found what I wanted at both the North and South Kia dealers, with the one in Denver being a total of $1200 cheaper. As I live in Fort Collins, I called the North dealer and spoke with Harold. I asked if they would honor the price offered in Denver. They agreed to price match which was awesome! When I arrived at the dealer, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I had recently filed for bankruptcy, but had hoped with my substantial down payment that I had saved up that I would still get financed and not get racked over the coals with a high interest rate. After signing my tentative papers, I was rated at a moderate interest rate, which I was expecting. Happily, the following Monday (purchased late on Friday), I received a call from Athena in finance asking me to come back in and resign my papers. To my surprise, she managed to get my interest rate knocked down 7% from what they thought it would be. My down payment was key, but Athena was awesome at pulling strings to help the customer. Harold was the best salesman ever! I used to be in sales and know how much people can detest dealing with sales people. The atmosphere in general at the dealership never felt like the typical dealer setting. More like doing business with friends. It was never stressfull, gave me a new remote key as the current one was being tempermental, never tried doing any hard selling with additional warranties, and never talked down on me for my credit report that I was trying hard at repairing by purchasing a car. Wasn't any back and forth negotiating or nickel and diming. And in the end, I got a spectacular deal on a fabulous car and felt appreciated for choosing them when I could have gone somewhere else. Some of my friends had initially given me a hard time for getting a Kia, but after being in my car, no one can say anything negative and I get tons of compliments on all of the features that are standard, the fuel efficiency, how comfortable it is, and how well it handles. I don't forsee ever going to any other dealer and will recommend them to everyone I know. Simply couldn't be happier!!!

I had as positive an experience purchasing my first car as I could have ever hoped for thanks to the staff of Peak Kia North. I was very quickly contacted by Kerry after inquiring via Peak Kia Norths website about a car I was interested in, and within 24 hours I was it's owner. They had the model of car I wanted with the exact specs I had been searching for, at hands down the best price. Kerry Kennicutt provided great customer care by first checking out my trade in and letting me take an extended test drive, then by going the extra mile when it came to getting me out of the front door with a fully fueled, and nicely detailed new car. Tom Karros, the finance manager, provided a completely painless transaction when it was time to sign on the dotted line, and did so very quickly getting me in and out the door with a brand new car in a few short hours. The experience could not have gone better, and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I gave the dealership the rating because of the Service they provide. I have always been able to schedule a service appointment at a time that is convenient to me. The last Service scheduled required the dealership to maintain the vehicle overnight. I was given a loaner car for use as I commute regularily to work. When returning the car, I was running late so would arrive after 6:00 pm, the scheduled close of the Service dept. Mick Metzger waited for me the extra 10 minutes it took me to arrive. He greeted me as if I had arrived in the middle of the day - not at a time that was after regular scheduled hours.My vehicle was serviced, the work was excellent, and I was on the road again.

Brought my Rio to get serviced, the customer service was amazing. Steve was very helpful, knowlegable, and explained to me everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Once Everything was fixed Steve showed me the damaged parts, which was awesome due to the fact that I know I was replaceing something that was broke. I visited Peak Kia after a recommendation from a friend and I was not let down. I had them change the oil on my Audi S6 and the service was quick, well priced and for once there was NO oil left in my skid plate to drip on my driveway. Have to say that this is absolutely hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership does not play games (how refreshing!). Jeff #2 worked with me as long as necessary to find me the car I wanted, and I feel like I got a great deal. Bailey helped me finalize the paperwork, and spent a lot of time with me teaching me the features/controls on the car. She also took me on a tour of the dealership, introducing me to the service people so that if I ever need help I have names and faces. Tom in finance is very personable, and extremely knowledgable. I even met Steve, who owns the dealership, and he personally asked me how my buying experience was (I have never, ever had that happen when I bought a car!).Every single person I spoke with at Peak Kia was personable, professional, and exceeded my expectations. There seemed to be genuine concern that I was happy with the vehicle, and happy with the deal overall. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. Too bad the scores on here only go up to 5, because they deserve a 10.

I'd researched a few Kias and found Peak Kia North had the best selection. I am so pleased I took a trip to their dealership. I worked with Kerry Kennicutt in sales and was impressed by his no pressure relaxed attitude. He was very easy to work with and understood our needs and situation (buying for a new driver). Finance was just as easy, in and out in less than 15 minutes! We went shopping for our 16 year old daughters first car. We wanted a safe, reliable car of course, but did not want to spend too much money. We were truly just cruising all the dealerships in Greeley to get a feel for what was available and decided to head out to Peak Kia. Peak Kia was the only dealership that didn't swarm us as we hit the lot, but were quickly available when we had a question. Bennett Self was the salesman that helped us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some concerns because our credit rating is just fair. Bennett brought Don over and he was very understanding without pressuring us or making us feel judged.Tom in Finance made the paperwork fun and fast. Very unusual for a car dealer. They were able to find us a nice rate we could afford and worked within our budget to get us the car we liked. The entire experience only took about 3 hours from the time we entered the lot to when our daughter drove her first car off the lot. I HIGHLY recommend Peak Kia and Bennett Self. All my previous Car Dealer experiences were equivalent to having a abscess tooth extracted. But this was painless and fun. Great Job guys. We will be back for our next vehicle and we will send EVERYONE we know your way.

I went to the dealership to comparison shop for a car. They initially left me look around, and then I was approached and asked if I needed help. Drew was the salesman I was greated by, and he answered my questions while offering a bit of information on all the cars I was wanting to look at. He did not try to sell me anything else other than what I was interested in, and was not pressuring me to drive or do anything I did not want to do. I was so impressed with the KIA Soul Exclaim and the way he treated me that I went back the next day and purchased the car. From meeting Drew, to management, and Tom in finance (which was a suprise as we worked with him before elsewhere), to meeting the service department, the whole experience was a GREAT experience. This is our fifth KIA car in the household, but the first one we bought from Peak KIA North. If they keep up the professionalism and the personal side of their approach, I would be glad to recommend everyone to do business here. (p.s. try to deal with Tom in finance if possible, as one of the young ladies called after sale arranged and left a scolding message about my delivering a pay stub to them, without knowing I just got done four 12 hour night shifts. She needs to learn to respect that consumers actually have to work and sleep to purchase and buy the vehicles from their lot. This was only negative point of whole experience thus far).

we were traveling from the east coast in our 2003 kia sedona when , after 238,000 miles decided to call it quits in Vail,CO. I went on the enternet and contacted several KIA dealers. I appreciate that everyone went out of their way to make sure that I found what worked for me personally and their patience was invaluable. I had a lot of questions and no one had a problem finding me the answers or giving me time to consider my options. We love our Optima and already have plans to turn it over to the "turbo" one day in the future. Adam worked with me on the phone answering all my questions and made sure that by the time I arrived at the dealership quite a bit of the "behind the scenes" financial questions were answered. Drew helped me once I had arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and find the car that worked for us. And Tom...I have to say, what a relief. I have been pushed around by dealerships all my life and it was so nice to work with someone who listened and didn't play head-games when finalizing the deal. I had a great experience at peak Kia! Tim asked what I wanted and when I got there, he had 2 cars lined up for me to look at. I picked the one I like which was the 2011 Kia optima. Jeff the sales manager, introduced himself and was very pleasing to talk to. I was introduced to the service area and they were all very nice. It didn't take long at all to get through the process. My parents were so happy about the car I chose and what I told them about the wonderful people there, they are going to sell the car they have and get a sportage or sorento. Drew built me up on how the dealership needed used cars, and how they were built on a good reputation. However, when it came to the "deal" process, all of that went out of the window. Meaning, I was expected to take a $4000.00 loss on my trade-in because he said "that is how we keep the lights on". He further stated he would beat anybody's deal and couldn't. Longmont Kia was much less in price. He also stated that he would not lose a customer to Longmont Kia, but ABSOLUTELY did after this experience.Drew needs a lesson in proper customer service!

The business experience: I have financed two vehicles with this dealership, including one complex deal of trading two used vehicles with negative equity for another (like-new) used vehicle. To say their service is outstanding, is an understatement. They go well above and beyond to assure a clean business deal. Well I was communicating with the internet service manager for about a week and I told him I was coming down on a specific time on a specific day. I traveled 50 miles just to find out that the car was not at the dealership and that I would have to wait for it to come back. I learn to find out that it was being taken for a test drive by another customer. Well I finally get to test drive it an hour later and I get a call from the salesman and he tells me that I would have to hurry and tell him if I wanted it or not as I was test driving because they were running the other guys "numbers" as I was test driving it! I called him back on the way to the dealership and told him I would take it. He said ok great! I park the car and the salesman comes out and says "sorry we sold the car to the other guy." Really?! I had an appoinment and a preapproved loan and came from out of town to buy this car. Totally unproffesional and I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

This was by far the absolute best car experience I have had. EVERYONE at this dealership was SO friendly even when they didn't have anything to do with us! I felt like we just walked in to a casual party, not a dealership! Even the sweet man who went to find the last bottle of water in the building (we didn't catch your name, but you know who you are- and you are wonderful)went out of his way to help us. We had already looked at the car online and knew what we wanted (Honda Element). We drove up and were NOT immediately accosted by smarmy salesmen. Adam came out while we were looking and asked if we were being helped. He asked if we had any questions and didn't try to oversell or talk our heads off. I cannot stress how happy he made us!(Thank you Adam!) We told him our bottom line and he ended up getting below it :) He gave me MORE than the NADA guide recommended- $2100. Adam got us $3000. We took the Element for a test drive and not too much later, we were talking to Tom Karros the finance director. Also a very nice guy! Tom also did not try and sell us things we didn't need but also made everything very clear and understandable and answered any questions I had. He also made us feel very comfortable and welcome (Thanks Tom!) I can't wait to recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. Phenomenal all the way around!

We needed to purchase an awd car because we just moved from CA and have didnt have a care capable of operating safely in rain or snow. My current car was very new and I was worried I would be given very little on the trade in which would make it impossible for me to get into a new car. Peak Kia gave me a MORE than fair trade on my vehicle and even agreed to figure out all the details via email so we wouldn't have to come into town (we live high in the mountains and it's quite a drive in).When I arrived to sign the paperwork I was scared that the numbers would suddenly change when it came to sign on the dotted line but that fear was unfounded. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and in fact they even steered me clear of additional upgrades that wouldnt serve me and my situation. I look forward to dealing with them again when the family needs our next car.

Very positive experience, comparable to the no-pressure purchase of a BMW several years ago. Negotiated a fair price without the typical back and forth games. Harold, the sales lead I worked with was patient and thoroughly knowledgeable, reviewing the pros and cons of select vehicles and associated features. The purchase paperwork was straightforward, no hard sell on additional warranty's or vehicle protection schemes. Vehicle delivery was very thorough, Harold reviewed each individual feature and then referenced the location of the option in the owners manual. I would definately return to this dealer if shopping for another Kia.My only negative and this applies to all Dealers in the Denver area is the unabashed gouging of customers for the "document fee" which as I shopped vehicles and dealers ranged from $300 to $500. We had the best experience we have ever had when it comes to buying a car. We didn't feel like we were at a dealership. Never felt pressure. I felt like we were visiting with friends and neighbors. Everyone was very friendly. Danelle explained everything to us so we were never wondering about anything. I told them where I needed to be on price, trade and payments and this is the first time that we didn't play the game of them having the figures out of my reach. We didn't go back and forth on money. I told them, they listened and I appreciate that tremendously!! Great experience all the way around. Looking to replace a 1991 GMC pickup, we arrived at Peak KIA North in Greeley. We had done our research so now it was time to test drive. Danielle Gilbert appeared and in her bubbly, exhuberant manner proceeded to tell us all she knew about the 2011 Sorento we had spotted. Then she went on to answer every question we could think of, because we had never bought anything not GM. We were so glad we were not getting the high pressure sales talk. It was going to be our car, not hers and she reminded us of that..Still skeptical, off we went for the drive. WOW....this was looking pretty good. But, we were just looking, so figured we'd be on our way to look at a whole list of cars at dealerships all over Greeley, Fort Collins and Longmont. Oh, no...Danielle wanted us to have the car we had just taken for a test drive. Within the hour, all the i's were dotted and t's crossed and we went home with our new Sorento. UPDATE: Just did a 1500 mile road trip to see grandkids (forgot to mention we're retired grandparents)and SO LOVED the ride. Comfortable, easy to get in and out of, more than enough room for all the stuff and gas mileage just like they said we would get. Can not say enough about how we were treated at Peak KIA North in Greeley, Colorado. Will definitely tell everyone we know where we got the best service!!!

When my husband and I visited Peak Kia, we had a very "set" idea of what we wanted. The Peak Kia employees there were fabulous! Their customer service was outstanding, because they were all very concerned with making sure our visit was pleasant, even if we didn't find a vehicle! The quality of work was great too! Harrold made sure that everything I wanted in my vehicle was what I got. He did NOT try to force other colors, types of cars, or price ranges down my throat. The friendliness that my husband and I experienced was wonderful; they truly tried to help us as if we had been long time friends. One of the best examples I can give is when we needed to have a private conversation about what we wanted, they gave us space, and recognized that we needed it. When we started talking prices, not one person tried to "pull the wool over us," by saying it was "do-able," even if it wasn't. They were up front and honest and showed us exactly where our money was going. Overall, the people at Peak Kia North provided my family with a safe and reliable vehicle that satisfies our needs and at a reasonable price! I plan on telling EVERYONE where I got my vehicle and where they can get their next one!

Went to this dealership on Monday July 19 to just look at a Kia Forte, and met Harold, and told him that I'm not very smart at buying a car, he took me under his wing and told me that let's crunch some number and see what we can do. We talked and found out that my credit wasn't as good as I expected and this is the rate. I advised a bit too high and he said he'd give it to the sales manager and see if we could drop it some. So I got a call that I got approved and meet on Sat with my old 96 Pontiac Sunfire. The rate was too high and I told them and got a call from Jeff to come on down (from Cheyenne) to see what else we may do. So I limped into Greeley Kia and they made me feel extremely welcome during a stressful time for me. We got to test drive a new Kia Soul for less and drove it and sat down and thought about it. I finally took the plunge, relatively hastle free and started the paper work. And for a less mile (20) car I bought brandnew!!!! I couldn't believe it, i'm driving out with a brand new vehicle...never would have thought it. Harold is extremely patient, answers all you questions, and makes you feel like a friend. Dan is a fun guy to be around as is Jeff. Athenia (sorry about the spelling) is a true Angel, she explains things in a way that you aren't just a number and wants to help you in all aspects. Although we got our signals crossed on trying to get my interest rate down, since I wanted my parents to co-sign and since they live out of town, they came down and was a total surprise. We were going to see about cosigning on Thursday but the loan had been approved already, oops, but we still have the option in 6 months to refi, with my payment history. Although this little mix up...I would TRULY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP WITH ALL LOOKING FOR LOW PRESSURE and good quality vehicles. Went in to Peak Kia because I found a 2008 Mazda CX-7 I liked. They made an offer on paper. The deal seemed too good to be true. We asked if the payoff on my trade was included in the deal. They said yes. We asked again two more times. They said yes. Great! Wrote the check for the differece and drove home with my new used car. Woke up the next morning thinking the numbers just weren't right. Called the office and asked again about the payoff and when that would happen. They stated it takes about 10 days. Gave the financial guy the loan number, even called the bank and had their representative call him back. Ok great...car will be paid off. Two days later I get a call from their financial person Athena. She states they made a mistake on the paperwork and needed me to brink a check for $5300 to pay off my trade. I said NO, but I will bring the car back. Took it back that night. Even offered them something completely fair. They called the owner and he decided that they could not "eat" the difference. That $2000 difference would have saved them the bad feedback they are getting here and the bad word of mouth they will be getting out there. To top it all off they couldn't even write me a check for what I paid. I had to put a stop payement on my checkes. Don't go to this dealer. Their mistake, and they didn't even try to make the deal right. I honestly think they were so embarrased that they just wanted me out of there. I don't blame them. The employees working here are incompetent. We had two salesmen, two financial people look at our deal and non of them noticed something was wrong? Really? Do not trust anything coming out of that little corner office. If you want to purchase a Kia, go to Fort Collins or Denver. I swear it will be worth the extra drive. Listen...Jeff tried to be nice and I appreciate that but still it was a really really bad experience. I think they should have taken the loss.

I started this buying process by talking to Danielle over the phone. She was very friendly over the phone. I was looking for a Sportage SX. My wife and I were having a hard time deciding between it and a Santa Fe. Danielle was very patient and never pushy. We finally decided on the Santa Fe. We called and told Danielle our decision and she said why don't you drive a Sorento it would be more a match with the Santa Fe. I told her the Sorento was nice but out of our price range. Danielle said let me do some checking and she would call back. She called back 15 minutes later and said she found a new Sorento SX with Nav at a really good price. Well I went to Peak Kia looking foR a used car and i found a 2000 VW Beetle. Now two weeks down the road affter i financed it the cars igintion coil blew. Tool it back and the fixed it free of charge. now two months down the road the braking system is shot and they dont want to help me one bit. So do i just bring it back and get another car or do i need to talk with secetary of state about this. I really dont think they put this car through there test. Beacuse if they did this car would not be acting this way. So pleas if you buy a car from these guys have it tested at your repair shop. like a pre buy look over. Wish i did i do beleive they sold me a lemon and they know they did and now they dont want to help me. Good people not so good of cars.

We had been to every dealership on Saturday and they were very rude or to busy to do business with us, because we are the middle class people that make great money but not such great credit scores because of the economy and other things. We though had been very current on our autos. I finally get a call from Kerry at peak kia, he told us to come in. They were such courteous staff and didnt mind all the questions we had. Tom the finance guy was so helpful and was straight and to the point, which I really appreciated that. They got us into a nice sound car and were still very pleasant when we cam back again. Overall, this was a very good new car purchasing experience. Our salesman, Kerry Kennicutt, was very pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgable with the product and most helpful with our questions and concerns. This dealership had a good inventory to choose from. We spent the afternoon driving the cars we were interested in and arranging the financing. Dan Gilbert, the New Car Manager, needed a little prodding to give us a better deal than the first one he presented to us. (Remember, this is a car purchase)! He was very pleasant to deal with. I've owned or leased 11 vehicles including the 2011 Kia Optima SX we just leased from Peak Kia in Greeley. Eight of those were traded in with over 100,000 miles on them. I'm a bit of a gear-head and I do a lot of research before I enter a dealership so I typically know more about a vehicle than any of the sales reps. I could have done business with my local Kia dealer but the first interaction I had with Peak Kia and Danielle was so much more professional than any other dealer I've ever dealt with that I decided to drive the additional thirty minutes to Greeley to check them out. I wasn't disappointed. Danielle knew everything even the most informed buyer would ever need to know including how to to program the navigation and tech package. More than that though, she accomplished something much more difficult. She was to able to overcome the cynical attitude toward car dealers I've acquired over many years and car deals and was able to earn my trust. This is the first experience of many I've had with various dealerships where it was evident that the dealer understands that the relationship needs to be mutually beneficial in order to continue long term. Dan Gilbert answered directly some very pointed questions I had for him regarding financing and dealer profit margin. Peak Kia is the "No Spin Zone" of car dealerships in Colorado, they truly care about what is good for their customers and they are worth the trip even if there is a dealer closer to where you live as in my case. Peak Kia deserves the success that I'm sure will come their way.Oh...almost forgot...my Optima is a fantastic value and a wonderful car.

Talk about a different buying experience! When walking into this dealership you will notice the difference right away. No suits, everyone smiling and so helpful. My wife and I traded in both of our cars and purchased a 2011 Forte ex and a Soul. I have never in my life felt more comfortable buying a car. There was no pressure to buy and they were very fair on our trade in amounts. Everything from the warranty to the final purchase papers were explained and when walking out to our new cars, Danielle took the time to explain every feature and really made us feel great about the money we had spent with them. Danielle, Tom, Dan, Neo, and Athena all did a great job and really made us feel special. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number make sure to head down to Peak Kia North. Our salesperson, Danielle, is a dynamo who knows and is a true believer in her Kia products. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious. We found that the experience that we had at Peak Kia North, due in large part to this vivacious sales person and, of course, our Sportage was one that we will repeat. The whole atmosphere of this dealership is one of family. Everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. Danielee is a delight and we left in our new car with a smile on our faces. I bought a 2011 Kia Soul from Peak Kia of Greeley. Not only am I super happy with my new car, but the experience was painless. Danielle helped every step of the way, even after my car left the dealership. She was friendly but also knew the answers to all of my questions. I returned after I had bought the car to ask a few questions, and she was there for me. I encourage all customers to check them out. I LOVED THEM!

Anyone who does not like the "dealership" in the car dealership needs to go to Peak Kia North. Buying from them is like becoming part of a family. Daneille is like talking to your best girlfriend who knows more about cars than any guy. If you are a single girl and imtimadated about going in to buy a car needs to drive to Greeley. They were very patient about anwsering my 100 questions and never made me feel like I was just a number and they were doing anything they could to get a sale. I got an excellent price on my sportage and loved everything about the whole process. Athena in financing went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed for my loan. I can gladly tell you that they truly do have a customer for life. Everyone at the dealership makes the difference including Nick in the service department who even programmed my Blackberry for me! Six stars out of five for Peak Kia North and Danielle. They should be the dealership that others compare themselves to no doubt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for my dream car! You guys ROCK!

We have owned three Kia's before buying a new 2011 Optima. "WOW!!" I think Kia has outdone themselves this time!As far as the dealer and its sales representatives -we drove 400+ miles to this dealer which is out of state for us. We went this far because the dealers here in MT are really trying to stick it to the consumer and in this case by a few thousand dollars difference.... Peak Kia is top notch! So much so -that I am going to buy another vehcile from them soon. Danielle and her father Dan are the best. Thanks!My advice to the consumer is -Do your research, I am sure you will find that Peak Kia will give you the best deal and quality/customer service.

OMG - Danielle Gilbert rocks- What a great sales and finance staff. Every one was so professional and friendly. Every one made me feel relaxed just like i was at home with friends. In 24 hours I was contacted-financed-car delivered. This is my 2nd KIA - the 2011 SOUL is for my daughter .With people such as Danielle - I will be back to get a 3rd KIA.I love the bumper to bumper warranty - for me to have a maintance worry free car - pays for it's self. The 2011 Soul is a great driving experiance - love the handling - I highly recommend this KIA dealership for any one looking for a great car and an outstanding sales experiance.

The experience was awesome. I didn't go in looking to buy that day. But I saw the van and Briana and Danielle worked everything out to fit my requirements. Waiting on the banks took the longest. This was the smoothest, easiest and least stressful dealership visit we've had in years. Josh did not pressure us. He understood what we were looking for and that we weren't interested in a brand new vehicle. We visited many dealerships that day and Josh at Peak Kia is one of two that did not try to steer us away from used and push new. We appreciated that. While waiting on financing, Josh offered bottled water and popcorn which was greatly appreciated as well. He also took a plastic polish and tried to clean up one of the headlights that was fogged up (one was new and one was old... it looked a little goofy). It looked much better when he was done. He was friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent experience and we'll be back when we need another car.As for Tom--the finance director, we had excellent experience there as well. He was friendly, extremely knowledgable in his field, and helpful beyond expectation. Tom was fun to joke with which eased the pain of filling out all that paperwork.We hope Josh and Tom's work and expertise are appreciated and rewarded. You have two great employees there!

Had a great experience with Peak Kia! We worked with Danielle and she helped me get into the car that I wanted. She made the experience as easy as possible for us. Compared to other car dealerships I have dealt with, Peak Kia is by far the best, and I would tell anyone to go there to get the car they want.

We had an appointment with Kerry Kennicutt and he knew the car we were interested in. Took it for a test drive and Kerry was great at explaining features on the Optima EX. We tried another Optima EX with Premier Package in Dark Cherry. What a beautiful automobile. Kerry worked with Dan and got us some numbers we were all happy with, then Athena fixed up the paperwork and we left with a nice new vehicle. Rides and drives great. Lots of new features to get acquainted with. Kerry advised he would come by the house and explain anything, anytime. Everyone at this dealership were very friendly and our buying experience was a very comfortable one.

We had been trying to find the right car for the right price. Didn't want to go through many levels of mgnt to "get the price" Peak KIA was the BEST dealership in CO to work with. After visiting many northern Colorado dealers (and getting REALLY frustrated) we went to Peak Kia in Greeley. I met the sales person, Jeff Corriveau. He worked with Howard as a team (what a concept) to get me info on the car we were looking at. After getting info on the car, I told Jeff, "I want best and final pricing up front". To my surprise and contrary to other dealers tactics, Jeff exceeded my expectations with a up front offer that needed no more discussion. Athena in the business office was GREAT to help us close the deal as well. HIGHLY Satisfied customer!! Buy your next car here!!!!
