If you are looking for a great deal, great customer service and friendly faces, This is your place to buy your next vehicle. We drove over an hour strictly based on customer service. Sad that larger dealerships have forgotten that customers matter.

I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with ALL of my interactions with employees of Performance Ford as I dealt with obtaining a recalled driver's side steering wheel airbag for my 2010 Ford Edge Limited. From ordering the part to installation of it, my experience was wonderful! A special shout out to Ginger who ordered my part, called me when it came in, made my appointment at my convenience and treated me like royalty upon my arrival on the day of the repair! I was told it could take 1-2 hours to do the recall, but we had barely gotten settled into the lounge to wait when Ginger returned with my key and said the repair was complete and we could drive home! I was very pleased that my job was done quickly and well!! Performance Ford will DRFINITELY get my return business!!! Customer service there is superb!!!

Great experience. Dianne was very professional and helpful in purchasing a car. I highly recommend the dealership.
