I had a oil pump bust while on the road and the repair cost $1850.00 and 3 days later the oil pump busted again in a different city and these guys say that they don't want to cover try to return pump!!! Now I have bought 2 oil pumps in 3 days and get nothing back for it!!! (Also the second place was $400.00 cheaper and had my truck done in less time). Don't get scammed by these people like I did!!

A recent breach of contract with the Performance Ford dealership in Tooele Utah has changed my loyalty to the Ford auto company and the individual dealerships. In 2014, I purchased a five- year protection plan (Auto Butler) from the Ford dealership in Tooele. For whatever reason the dealership signed the contract with me rather than (Auto Butler) and the dealership provides the service, not (Auto Butler). The contract states that Performance will service my vehicle twice a year for five years for both the outside (paint protection) and interior. Although I purchased this protection plan for a 2014 Ford F-150 Truck, that truck was totaled in an accident in June 2016. I purchased a new 2015 Ford F-150 Truck in September 2016, thinking that because I had purchased a protection plan for 10 services over the next 5 years, the dealership would honor it for my new truck. ( NOT !!! ) I have used only 3 services on the plan with a remaining 7 up to 2019. The dealership changed general managers and if the prior manager were still there, this wouldn't even be an issue. Im sure in the history of many of the dealerships, they have honored their contracts when customers upgrade to a new vehicle with contract services remaining . I have purchased 5 Ford trucks in the past 10 years and we are also on our 3rd Explorer in 10 years. I think we have shown loyalty to the Ford Company and don't understand why they can't show loyalty to their customers.I contacted the Ford Corporation with my problem; however, they stated that they do not get involved in any individual dealerships policies or practices because they are owned by private organizations. Therefore, Ford Corporation was not any help in resolving this issue nor was the management at Performance Ford. .The total contract value was $299.00 which amounts to $29.90 per service. When a dealership has a multi-million-dollar inventory, the cost to the dealership would seem inconsequential versus loyal customers. ( Let the Buyer Beware !)Thank you, Greg Martin

My husband and I brought a PT Cruiser with high mileage to the service department for a diagnostic of what would be causing an oil leak. We were told it was also leaking transmission fluid. We enjoyed our PT Cruiser a lot, but after considering it's age and high mileage and how expensive it would be to fix it we considered making a trade instead. George helped us check some cars and test drive them so we could find one that we were comfortable with. He was not pushy, but pleasant and informative. We were very satisfied with our pleasant experience, both with George Ripsom and the finance manager, Danno Smith.

I stopped in to see if it was possible for someone to help with a dead battery at the Walmart next door and and the guys here were awesome!! Jeff got my van started and I bought a new battery. Because I had left my van overnight at the Walmart I now had two cars there. Even though they were really busy, Jeff took the time to drive one of them to my house for me. This is what I call customer service!! Thanks so much for your help! It was greatly appreciated!!

I took my truck in for a oil change before leaving town.i had oil shoe prints on my floor mats and when I stopped for gas I noticed oil dripping under my truck. The drain plug was loose I had to add 3 qts of oil and luckily not a motor a Nd that cost $60.00 so no I'm not happy with performance Auto Mall and will not do business with again

Called to get shuttle service to pick me up. Gave address, she said they would call when on their way. Stephanie called and said "your car is ready for pickup" I said yes I know I called for shuttle already. She verified a four year old address. I said no and gave my correct address. When Jeff picked me up he retold the story that he had a pick up. Ask for address was told they didn't know what the address was. So I told him I had talked t o two different people and given my address. He said no one communicates with each other. I have been waiting for a month for customer service to get back to me with an answer to my question. They sure are not Quality in anyway. Very disappointed.

Darryl Jones assisted us with the purchase of a new Cherokee Sport. When we arrived we explained up front what we were looking for and what our price range was. Darryl was quick in meeting our needs and worked hard to give us a great deal! Darryl was very professional and friendly without being pushy in any way. Jeff was very helpful. I wasn't noticed that the part that they needed was coming from salt lake. I was upset at the time and Jeff was very professional and understanding. His service, to me, was extremely helpful. I was more disappointed in the lack of communication from the beginning. Jeff fixed the issues and because of him I will continue to bring my vehicles to this location.

I happened upon this dealership when I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and drove out to the dealership to take a look. I live in Utah County, so the drive is pretty significant considering there are at least 5 other Ford dealers that are closer to me and one within 2 miles. I ended up buying a different truck than the one I originally looked at, but chose to buy it directly from that dealership (rather than request a dealer trade with the local Ford dealer) because they were so easy to deal with. It was more time for me to do it that way, and I had to arrange a ride back out to pick up my commuter car... but I would do it again to buy from these guys.

Want to commend Performance Automall for having exceptional sales/finance people. We have been looking for a specific truck for several weeks and have spoken to several sales people throughout the Wasatch Front (Utah). We have explored Rams and Chevrolet/GMC as well as Ford, looking for a 1 ton truck that would fit out business needs. We had settled on Ford. When I talked to George Ripsom online, he took the time to take down the specific truck details we were looking for. He thought he found a truck we could use, but then we had issues with the sun roof component - as our family is extremely tall and needs extra head room. I did not expect to hear from him again, when he called late the next day and said he had found a truck that was even better than the initial truck the Tooele store had on their lot. He said he could get the truck there by the next day, which fit our time frame. George went the extra mile, listened to the details of what we needed and delivered the truck we wanted. I have spoken to at least 10 sales people this go round, and George absolutely was the best by far. He returns phone calls, he responded to my text after hours, and he was very thorough when going through the details of all the new "gizmos and gadgets" the new trucks come with. Don Rollins in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. We got through the finance portion of the purchase, with a few laughs and ease, thanks to his professional and friendly manner. Also want to thank whoever it was that rounded up the ball for the hitch. Kind of a waste to buy a 1 ton/drw without the ball for the hitch. Just sayin. Thank you for exceptional service.

Starting with Will Assay very knowledgable friendly sales rep I have ever came across, took the time out to help steer us in the direction. Roland Goodrich makes you feel like family, went way above the call to help us find the right financing and explained every bit of it. Made you feel like he would be making the payments. Danno and Steve were fantastic! I really felt like they wanted what was best for us, financially and car wise. We had to wait a long time, but it was because there were a lot of people needing the financial side done at one time. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

My experience began with the service department on my old car. I took it there on two occasions and both times came away amazed that I got the service that I had asked for, no one pressured me into doing 'one more thing', and in fact the second visit, Paul, gave me some great advice about my a/c unit on my car. I was so impressed that I decided that I would try to buy a car from the dealership end. I worked with Austin R., Bret, Don, and Jared Z. Wow. I felt very taken care of. I felt like i received straightforward communication and help. It was a relatively simple transaction. The used car I wanted had a problem with it's a/c. Jared finally got it fixed and honored his word to me. I am a single woman, I valued their assistance and straight up way of doing business. Thanks to all of them, a great team indeed.

The only issue I had with purchase of this vehicle was that I had to separately buy a privacy canopy for the cargo area of vehicle in lieu of one coming with or being thrown in on a $40,000 plus car.

Took my new used car over for some repairs. Courteous and friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long for Jeff to take me home. Only about 20 minutes total from the time I left my house to when I got back home. Nathan Shepard was an Outstanding salesman and provided answers to all of our questions with no pressure to buy anything. Mont was a lifesaver!!! I called him and told him my steering wheel was falling off and he had me come right in. He had my car in, the problem fixed and I picked it up within 2 hours!!! He took great care of me and I appreciated it so much!! I will definitely call him again when I have a car crisis. Recently purchased a Ram 3500 from the guys at Performance Tooele. Very satisfied with the sales and finance team! Steve Martinez, and Daryl Jones were very knowledgeable, patient with me, and eager to get me into the right deal. Ultimately purchased a new Ram 3500. Finance was great too with Danno Smith. I asked for a specific financial institution which Danno was able to work out. Danno found a better financial term with a local credit union that I went with as he saved me quite a lot on interest. Great job guys!

Starting from the beginning when I contacted them via an KSL ad, they have made a bad impression. I asked simple questions about the car because there is minimum info about the car and only a few photos. The girl could not answer a single question, so she just asked for my email and phone number. I refused to give her my number since I know dealerships love to annoy you with phone calls, and cliche questions like, "what can we do to earn your business?"The girl failed to deliver my 4 questions to the salesman Darwin Ashment. While Darwin was very friendly, he failed to address any of my questions when he reached out to me. When I called him upon his request, he still had no answers to my simple questions. He was obviously not much of a car person and don't know much about challengers. He was not straight forward and talked in circles, another reason I don't want to talk to dealership salesman on the phone. It is a waste of time. At the end we talked about price, and he asked me what I am thinking. So I told him what I was thinking, and he basically laughed at my number saying there is no way they could sell it at that price. Well, sure that is fine. But you asked, so I told you. I found it extremely unprofessional for you to be in any way condescending to a customer who you are "trying to win" his business.I am also sick of this usual speech of, "we have a software that tells us who else is selling this vehicle within 500 miles radius, and we are always the lowest price." Well, when every dealership says that, it gets a little bit old. It is obviously not true when everyone says it. One simple search would prove your nonsense.The old way of car selling, going above and beyond is over, these guys demonstrated it clearly. The new way is selling cars you know nothing about, not willing to do your homework, try to BS your way through, and not knowing how to talk to a customer professionally.PS: stop having different people sending me the same generic emails.

When we needed help trying to replace an older diesel truck that was having serious mechanical issues these guys were awesome! We needed a specific payment and a truck that was going to last. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to show me multiple vehicles and help me find the one the matched my "want list". I didn't feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships, and I liked the fact that the finance didn't try to sell me a bunch of additional items that I didn't want. The options were all explained but I felt no pressure to purchase any of them. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership, and I would purchase from them again.

There were no "games". They told me how much the car was, they offered me a good price for my trade, and I didn't have to sit there and play the "how much can you afford a month" game! I am 62 years old and this was, by far, the best car buying experience of my life! If and when we ever have need for another car, we will go here first!

Everyone was great. The only issue and byno means any fault of the employees of Performance Ford was the Ford Leasing Dept. which caused a delay in the buying process because there were only 3 people available..1-person answering the phone and 2 others who could help with the Leasing Process. Maybe I am incorrect but I would think Saturdays and since it was the very end of the month there would be more employees available. Other that this the service was fantastic. I truly appreciated the no hassling and the knowledge the salesmen shared. We moved here a little over 4 years ago and the service department has always taken great care of use and our vehicles..This is why we chose to go to Performance first inquiring about purchasing a pick up. I will highly recommend others who are looking for a vehicle to at least stop at Performance Ford first.

See below for update!!!The start of the sales process was great. 2 days after sale was complete we found oil dripping from engine. I phoned and emailed. Largely ignored. When they returned my call I was told I bought as is. I understood that. But pointed out its just been a couple days-surely that was an issue and they could look at it. I was told no but that they'd be happy to look at it in 30 days when the extended warranty they sold me kicked in. Ridiculous. Would never buy from them again.Clearly just wanted the money and not a repeat customer or me to recommend them. I haven't. And I won't. *********I received a call. In many ways there were degrees of miscommunication. I appreciate the efforts of the dealership to reach out and make things right when they became aware of the situation. They were honest and frank about what happened and as a customer I feel they are worth another shot.*********

Suddenly My Ford Focus would not accelerate and the engine light came on. I was within a few blocks of the dealership (where I purchased my car) so I pulled in to the service area. Mont Nielson greeted me and gave me immediate attention. He hooked my car up to a computer which gave a code for some sort of fuel issue. He kept the car and notified me a little later in the day that he had replaced the Module Transmission Control, Seal, and programmed the tcm. Also he let me know that I was covered under warranty, so there would be no charge to me. Mont also included a page showing the results of a multi point comprehensive vehicle inspection. Are you kidding? I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you Mont and Performance Automall. You guys are dependable and flat out AWESOME!!!

We purchased a used car with the help of Will and many others. We had a few things that we did not notice before we purchased the car as is with no warranty. However, upon noticing these items I was able to get with Will who got me in contact with Mont in the service department. I was impressed on their willingness to find a good working solution for my situation. I felt like I had purchased a new car the way they wanted to make sure I had a good experience with my purchase. They kept me in the loop and explained well what they could do for me to help me enjoy the quality of a good used auto.

These guys are by far the best dealer to get a car through! I dealt with Dennis and Nathan who are pretty cool guys. Their was no pressure and no xxxxxxxx, i told them the mustang I wanted and they found one nearby and said i could pick it up the next day. And the whole process was just smooth and easy. Wam bam thank you mam! Now i drive a murdered out mustang GT :D The deal on the car was very satisfactory and I will absolutely be going back for all my future car purchases. I have recently wrecked my Dodge Ram 1500, that I also purchased at Performance. I was looking at potential replacements, but had not received my insurance money yet. Tim Swanson came out and greeted me. I explained I wasn't quite ready, but he requested I come in to check the inventory. I was thinking "oh boy, here we go". We sat down, he got us a nice cold beverage and went to get the inventory list. We reviewed it, and nothing really fit my price range. He went and spoke to his manager Darryl. He knew of a truck just going through the shop. He had Tim pull it around, and we drove it. I liked the truck, but again I didn't have my down payment yet. I filled out the app., and boom! I was an owner. Now this process was like only an hour. The next day they had my truck detailed and ready to go. As I said, this is the second truck I have bought there. By far the BEST sales experiences I have ever had!

I have purchased two trucks here now. Most recently was one to replace the first one due to it being crashed and totalled. Tim Swanson is the salesman that helped me with this recent purchase. He is the best, no pressure salesman I have ever dealt with. I am still in awe that I could get through the whole process in just over an hour (and I am slightly credit challenged). From Tim, to Darryl (mgr.), and Roland (finance mgr.), the process could not have been better. I'm telling you if you live in SLC, drive your butt out here and see these guys. Oh yeah, the price was excellent also.

I rarely write reviews but this experience stood out so much that I had to take the time to share how impressed I was. I had a truly great experience with the team at Performance Ford Tooele, which was a welcome change after having several less-than-stellar experiences elsewhere. From the moment I called to inquire about the vehicle, to the test drive, to signing the papers - everything was handled with care, warmth and professionalism. Special shout out to Payeton Reed who is single-handedly redefining the art of car salesmanship. His people skills and knowledge really elevated the experience as he made the entire process feel fun and relaxing. This is the 2nd truck that we have purchased at Performance Chevrolet. We live in Layton, so we are closer to about 10 other Chevy dealers, but find that it is WELL WORTH the drive to Performance AutoMall in Tooele. They do NOT play all the normal hard-sell, hardball, high pressure games, nor do you see the additional window mark-ups or pricing gimmicks found at other dealers.....just fair, honest pricing! It's also nice to be able to drive different brands of vehicles side by side to do a true and fair comparison. BUT MOST OF ALL, IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT PERFORMANCE AUTOMALL that make it so great! Our salesman, Will Asay, was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly an all around superb salesman and person! After purchasing my vehicle from Performance Automall (see my separate review regarding the purchase experience) I decided to have them install a sprayed in bedliner in my new truck.Overall this experience was fantastic. Their scheduler called and made an appointment - I dropped the truck off and was told it would take a little more than 1/2 day to complete.And, it was true. Right on time in the afternoon someone from the dealership arrived at my house to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealer my truck had been washed and the bedliner was installed and ready to go. I received some instructions about being careful with it for the first 24 hours as it fully cured, and all was well.The application looks great (better than any I've had done before) The texture and color are consistent and the thickness is exactly what I expected.Performance continues to be a business I would recommend to friends and family - it's a great small town dealership with fantastic attention to details and personal relationships.

I took my car in for auto butler service and received above and beyond service. The service provider was knowledgeable and polite. I got a ride home and the driver was safe and courteous. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I called to schedule a ride back to the dealership. Lo and behold, I was surprised when within fifteen minutes, not only the driver, George Bromley, but another service person showed up driving my car. This not only saved me valuable time but my car was super shiny and clean outside and inside. Another outstanding job by this dealership!

Bought from out of state and it was pretty painless. Got a good price from William via email, he was quick to respond to my countless questions, was not pushy, and let the car sell itself. He gave me a clear breakdown of the total price, which had the customary doc and registration fees, but didn't have a bunch of "surprise" charges that I had to fight over. Went to pick up the car, signed a couple of docs, gave them the check, and drove away. No sales pitches from the F&I manager. Pricing was transparent and closing was effortless. Wish all my car buying experiences were that simple...

My father-in-law had a appointment to have his 2015 taxes completed and he went to his garage to drive his Buick to the appointment and found his car had a dead battery! I could not open the compartment to "jump" start the car. After checking the owners manual I still could not open the box that contains the battery. We called Performance Auto, and spoke to the service department requesting assistance. I was hoping that someone would explain how to open the battery box to allow me to use battery cables. But NO....within minutes Mr. George Bromley arrived at my father-in-laws home and proceeded to explain how to open the box and demonstrated to me, for future problems, and next connected his portable battery charger and had Dad start his car. I ask Mr. Bromley how much do we need to make the check out for and to my surprise he stated "no charge" for our good customers. Mr. Bromley called my father in law by name and stated he will see us soon in the service department for our regular oil change. What a wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Bromley. He was friendly, very courteous, extremely helpful, and most important, very knowledgeable. I will strongly recommend Performance Automall to family and friends. Thanks so much Mr. George Bromley.

I contacted the dealership to just browse last week. My husband & I were introduced to Mark & explained what our needs & wants were. That night we thought we would purchase in May or June. We wanted to get a feel of what was available. Mark followed up with us & connected us with his finance expert Roland. Saturday afternoon we were out with our dogs when we decided to take a look at what Mark might be able to help us with. We didn't want to go 45 minutes out of our way to take the dogs home. I called Roland & explained the situation. He told me to come on over & the dogs would be fine. They spent hours helping us find our dream car that was even comfortable for our arthritic dog. It may sound silly but Mark understood how important that was to us. To say the least we are more than thrilled with our purchase. For the first time in 12 years we are fighting over who GETS to drive instead of who HAS to drive. Thank you again Mark & Roland for all your hard work. We really appreciate what you did.

We scheduled a time for drop off and pick up. I wasn't really in the market for a new vehicle, but a confluence of events (all positive) brought me to the Performance Automall in Tooele, UT.My wife and I moved here a little more than a year ago because we liked the community. We found our suspicions to be true as we met more people in our neighborhood and in the surrounding area. Our kids love the schools, the teachers are dedicated and engaged and local business is THE way to do business in the area.One of our neighbors works at Performance and one of our vehicles needed some service, so I was asking him if it was a good place to work, and if the people there were good. On a recent Sunday we drove through the lot and I said to my wife "This is how I resist the urge to want a new truck - the prices make that desire go away pretty quickly." Then we came across a very well priced F250. It was a 2015 leftover, so there were some pretty steep discounts on it. I thought I knew what the drill was from here, that they were going to "beat me up" on the trade of my existing truck, but on a whim I let them run with it and they came back with a very fair offer for the trade.The end of this story is that in the past I've felt like car sales was more "combat" than "conversation" and at Performance I found that assumption to be untrue. Everyone we dealt with there treated us with kindness and respect, not just in words, but in deeds too. Nathan (our salesperson) took extra time after we left the first time to answer questions about the vehicle that I forgot to check out in person - took photos to send to me and was attentive throughout the process. Dennis and Danno were equally good. While the event never felt pressured or rushed, they also respected our time. You will hear dealership horror stories of 8 hour transactions, but once we decided to move forward the whole thing was done in under an hour.All in all this is one of the best auto dealership experiences I've ever had and I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My husband and I were both very impressed with how professional they were in dealing with us and our needs. We were able to take the truck for 24 hours to have our mechanic evaluate it. I lost 2500 bucks by trading in a car and having to buy it back because they wouldnt fix the car I bought. Still get heated about it. I just wish the salesman wouldnt have lied to me about the value and carfax. It would have saved him some time as he argued with me for over a month. I had been to this dealership previously, when it was Quality, and had a poor experience. The only reason I decided to give them another shot was because of the change in ownership.My initial inquiry was online, and I received an email from Nathan Shepard quite quickly. When I went into the dealership on Tuesday, Nathan helped me check out the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a quote.I wanted to think about it and told Nathan I would come back Thursday. I received a call back from the dealership Wednesday to see how my visit had gone and to confirm I was coming back in Thursday. Due to a prior obligation I let them know I couldn't make it in Thursday but would be in Friday.Friday I received a call confirming I would be in that day. None of the phone calls I received were high pressure, just good customer service.When I came in Friday, I let Nathan know the vehicle I looked at Tuesday was a little out of my price range. He had a couple other vehicles for me to check out. I did a test drive of both and decided I liked the 2015 Jeep Renegade.Nathan was able to get me a quote that I was comfortable with, so we started the paperwork. Since it was after regular business hours, they were not getting a very quick response from the banks, so they offered to send me home in the Jeep.I let them know that when they had been Quality, I was sent home in the vehicle pending financing, and when the deal fell through they charged me $500 for using their vehicle. I was assured this would not happen because of the new ownership.I decided things had been going well enough that I would give them this one more chance. I was told they would call me on Saturday after they heard back on financing.Saturday around noon I received a call letting me know paperwork was ready and to come on in. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. Paperwork only took about 15 minutes.I am now the HAPPY owner of a 2015 Jeep Renegade!Thanks to Nathan Shepard and everyone else at Performance Auto Mall Tooele!

I had been checking around with a few repair shops about maintenance questions and prices. My last stop was with Brent Rowley. He answered every question right up front and was quick(and accurate) with price quotes. I set up an appointment for the following Monday through him. Charlie Price checked me in, went over my scheduled maintenance issues, and got me on the shuttle with George Bromley within 10 minutes. George got me to work on time and then when Charlie called to say everything was complete George was back out in front of my office within 10 minutes. Fantastic service from start to finish, Performance Automall will be my only call from now on.

My wife and I had a great experience today at the dealership. The salesman (Darwin Ashment) was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was very simple to come in and buy a car today with the no pressure and energetic sales and finance (Dano Smith) staff at the Tooele Performance Automall. After we purchased the car Nate Shepard came out and showed us the features on the car. With all the new technology in cars it is nice to get information on how the features work. I purchased a set of new tires and made arrangements to be available for mounting and balancing the next morning. When I arrived at 7:30 am., the tires had not been ordered as promised the previous day. I sat from arrival until about 10:00am. No service people approached me with explanation. When I talked to the service person, he said he had sent someone to salt lake to pick up the tires.....trashed my day. I was sitting with another individual who stated he had waited as long as four hours for scheduled work that was promised in an hour. So I had to believe that service was not as expedient as they should be, or at least approach the customer and provide an update on progress. The George Bromley sat with me, found out my concerns, immediately went to service and began a constant updating for my benefit, and even encouraged a reduction in my costs because of the inconvenience and inattentiveness of the service group. He was apologetic, uplifting, and a very solid and good representative for the dealership....I will return as long as George is in the mix.....One more thing, the parts man Jerami Ferris, was a great help. He did research providing me a good sound, understandable and itemized cost for engine replacement. He was very helpful and very appreciated.

I spoke with Kim while getting my car serviced, I called multiple times with a bunch of questions and each time she helped me quickly and efficiently and didn't act like I was bugging her, even though I kept calling. She sounded very pleasant and happy and professional on the phone which I appreciated.She scheduled for me to be picked up and brought to my car so I could leave to work straight from the dealership. It was snowing and there was traffic so I was told George would pick me up in 30 minutes. I don't think it even took 20 minutes! I was so impressed as I was late to work. He came to the door and offered to help me with my things. I didn't need help but it was very nice he asked as I had two bags, an infant in a car seat and my 4 year old daughter in tow. As we got to the car he opened the doors for us and I got my infant buckled in and my 4 year old said she needed help. George graciously asked if it would be okay if he helped her. What a help it was, and saved me and my hair from having to run to the other side of the car and back. As we drove he was very friendly and upbeat and chatted with me, and walked us in to the building and showed us where we needed to go. Upon departure he thanked me with a smile and went on his way.They both are amazing!

We had started looking for a car several weeks ago and Mark had helped us. At that time we didn't know exactly what we wanted so we proceeded to look all over Salt Lake as well and on the internet in the following weeks. We very seldom buy a car so even though our truck was experiencing a bit of trouble we did not want to hurry. Mark sent us an email every once in a while with some suggestions but he was not intrusive at all. We found a couple that we wanted to look at and gave Mark a call, told him the ones we wanted to look at and we made arrangements for a test drive. He made sure we got the car that we needed as well as wanted and at a very good price. My thanks to Mark in sales and Danno in the finance department. Thanks to them we had a excellent experience.

My name is Justin Wingfield, I have a disability and rely on my van for transportation. When I realized there was a problem with my return radiator hose, I contacted Mr. Bell, Mr. Gierloff and Mr. Nielson. Even though its a specialized part from Dodge and should have taken 2-3 days to fix the issue, the Service Department went above and beyond and was back on the road again. SAME DAY! Took my Jeep Renegade in for its first oil change during the work and car wash my new bug screen was broken. Talked to my financial guy and he called the general manager who looked at the broken bug screen and said they would replace. In less than a week the part was in and installed. So far the dealer has been great I just moved from Illinois to Utah and Performance will be my dealer .

This dealership has been amazing! My sales process was amazing, no B.S. They didn't haggle me back and forth and make me wait to talk to 5 people in order to sell me a vehicle. Financing was super quick! I've taken my car in for service twice now and both times they were quick, did the job that was needed and washed my car before they gave it back to me. I absolutely LOVE this dealership. As a car person who thinks that I need something different every few years, they definitely make it worth my time. And MY time is important! Other dealerships act like they're doing you a favor by selling you a car when it should be the other way around. Thank you Performance!

I have never received such great customer service than I did from the young man I spoke to today. I work for a large online company and customer service is #1 with us. He really did exceed my expectations! I went in tired and upset from going to another parts store first and waiting two days and then receiving the wrong part. When I went in to Performance and after having this great young man help me I was one happy customer thanks to him and will never make the mistake of going anywhere else first. What a wonderful young man! He was very patient and kind to this old woman and believe me that can be rare these days. I am telling everyone I work with tomorrow about him!

A week ago I had a major problem with my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. There was a leak in the heater system and needed an immediate fix. They took the van in and gave me a loaner car to use during the repair as I had no other transportation for the day. The work was completed in a few hours, and though it cost more in labor than the part itself, they did give me a good deal on the labor as the did not have to do as much work as on a similar project. Today, they are repairing a door handle that was found to be broken when we purchased the vehicle in July. Though they forgot to tell us the part was in, they brought me home in a shuttle so I could get other work done. They will be picking me up again when the work is finished.

They dropped me off at home and shortly after I had to run my baby to the drs. and even though they just dropped me off, they were more than happy to come back and grab me. When we got back to the Automall to pick up our car, I had to wait a bit in the waiting room where they had yummy (complimentary) popcorn and fountain drinks with a movie playing. It made it a lot easier to manage my little kids. When my car was done, they even washed it for me, for free.

I bought my car there used with fairly low miles. I have had a problem with the heater control. They Jerry rigged it so it would work instead of fixing it he rght way. I have taken it back a couple of times and still not fixed right. I had a problem getting seatbelt extenders for it. I hope they don't do the with all of their used cars. George Ripsom and Steve Laird were awesome prce was fair. Just not happy with service. Don't think I'll take back for service.

We were upside down in our truck and expecting to trade it in for another used piece of crap. Scott and Roland did everything they could to get us into a brand new car. After weighing all the possibilities, it turned out to be the best deal. We ended up buying a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. These guys did an amazing job considering what they had to work with credit wise. We were able to get a decent rate on the loan.

I was able to purchase a 2006 Mazda 3. Both Jim and the finance department worked hard to ensure I would be able to drive the car off the lot that day. Not only was I able to purchase the car they went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my Purchase. They Repainted my front bumper and the back passenger door with no charge. I was also able to get my windows tinted free of charge. I have owned the car for about 2 months now and have been able to take my car in and get my Auto butler(which the car now looks stunning). I would highly recommend Performance for any Auto needs.

I own a 2005 Jeep Liberty and it had a safety recall so I contacted the Preformance Auto Mall in Tooele. (The Service Dept.)They Scheduled my Jeep in for Saturday August 29 2015 I was assisted by Mont. He was very professional and nice. Logan was the tech that worked on my Jeep. I met Darryl Jones at the Performance Automall Ford/Dodge lot and he was very kind and applied zero pressure and provided me with a lot of options and helped me narrow down my choice. For every question I asked Darryl, he told me the pros and cons and some of the advice he provided didn't necessarily benefit him or Performance. He was a straight shooter. I would see Darryl again if I was in the market and recommend him to anyone else looking. Dennis Ewing also offered some great advice on financing options and answered some technical questions about the different models for me while Darryl selected several vehicles to test drive. Nate Shepard spoke to me while i was waiting in the showroom and talked to me about different vehicles, his personal experience, and likes and dislikes about both Dodge and Ford products. He also offered me pizza and a drink and was very friendly and cordial. I brought my dog with me and he was a dog guy too so we talked about dogs for quite some time. Once i decided on what i wanted, Steve Laird took over and got me the deal i was looking for and a great interest rate. He is a great personable guy with a sense of humor, so I laughed a lot while finishing up the deal. Every question i had, he was able to answer and i felt like i made the right decision after i left and even a week later. No buyer's remorse or any negative feelings about the whole process. I've shopped a lot of dealers and never had such a pleasant buying experience.

Great service center! I was driving home to Oregon after visiting Utah and my car broke down nearby Tooele. I called the closet Ford dealership service center and was very glad I did. Mont, Service Advisor, was compassionate and helpful. He politely answered multiple phone calls from me and assisted me with finding a reliable tow company to get my car to this service center. He also took the time to listen to what had happened with my car prior to the breakdown. After my car was assessed, Mont called me with a knowledgeable explanation and a reasonable quote for the repairs. Mont also answered questions I had and gave honest feedback on recent work done on my car from other car service centers. Even though I did not have an appointment because of the unexpected breakdown, my car was repaired and tuned-up in a timely matter. When I picked up my car to make the long drive home, it was ready and waiting. The engine sounded better than it ever had. Now, a week later and over 20 hours of driving, it is still running very well. Thank you to Mont and the technicians for the awesome customer and car service. You helped give a stressful experience a nice, happy ending!

Came in to Performance Automall Tooele for help with getting security code on drivers door of Ford F-250 pickup that I had bought at another dealer. John in service had me come in without an appointment and looked up my security code for free. I was very impressed that he was willing to help and without charging me to look up the code as I'm sure other dealerships would most likely have. I proceeded to the parts division of the dealership where Jerami Ferris helped me locate some touch up paint for my truck. He found out that the touch up paint was actually more money than they had originally quoted me on the phone, however after finding this out he still honored the price that he had originally gave me over the phone. Earlier in the month I stopped in for the first time for an oil change and was very pleased with the serivce. After I left I received an e-mail notifing me that because I had my truck serviced with them I was receiving complimentary tire repair and towing service! Those are usually services charged for and I was getting them for free just for getting my oil changed at their location! I was very impressed with the friendly service and that it seemed that the staff wasn't out to make a quick dollar but rather more of an interest in establishing a customer for life. Richard Butler came out to help me find a vehicle right away and he was so none pressure and friendly that he put my mind at rest. I didn't see what I wanted so he gave me the website for their sister locations and I found the perfect make, model and color that I was looking for and in the price range that my husband and I wanted to stay in. Richard got the car for us the next day and my family and I test drove. Perfect. No pressure. Then we were handed over to Danno and he worked very hard at getting us the best deal possible. Both Danno and Richard were vere good at answering questions honestly and openly. Even if my family moves to Salt Lake I would be willing to drive back to Tooele to buy another vehicle. In a couple of years it's my husband's turn for a new vehicle and we will definitely be back. This was the quickest, easiest experience we have ever had.

We have been buying our used cars here for more than a decade. One new car and 4 other used cars and servinced all of them here. My husband is a diesel mechanic but has all of our cars serviced here. We don't buy fancy or even decked out cars, but get treated like high rollers every time we come in. The detailer guy has made my day so much better by getting the inside and outside of my car so clean and fresh! I highly recommend auto butler for this reason.

I haven't purchased a new vehicle from a dealer in many years until just recently. I have to say that I lately had a very pleasant new car buying experience at Performance Automall in Tooele. Everyone was very nice from the receptionist, the sales people, the finance people, and the General Manager. I really didn't expect to have such a positive experience however these people exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Performance Automall to anyone looking for a new or used car from a dealer. WOW stamp of approval!

I needed vehicle maintenance on my truck and see Performance service employees regularly at my store. George is always nice and friendly so I decided to ask him for pricing. He got me quotes right away and even set up an appointment. The day of, I didn't have to leave work. He came and picked up my truck for me and dropped it off before I was off. I own a Dodge/purchased & have had good service with the Dodge/Ford side of Performance. I own a Chevy Cruz & am part of a UTA Chevy van pool. I will be bringing all our vehicles to the Dodge/Ford side of Performance from now on. The Chevy side service set an appointment with me for A/C service on the UTA Van & never got to the service or called me to let me know they did not get to our Van. I could & would have made other arrangements. The Chevy side just lost me as a customer, 8 other riders & our spouses for a grand total of 18 people, not to mention who we associate with.

George keeps everyone happy that he picks up and has a great way of juggling all of his pick up and deliver customers. He had another person driver my car out to my home and took the second person back to the dealership. He knew I had people doing work at my home and it would have been difficult for me to leave and the car was delivered ahead of time thanks to the follow through with the office schedulers.Getting on the work schedule was not a problem and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I asked Janae about when new tires would be necessary and she was great. She gave me a printed quote tailored to my driving needs.

I bought my Chevy Spark about a year and a half ago at a different chevy dealer in Salt Lake City. Yesterday, my check engine light came on and the car began to drive really roughly and was having a hard time switching gears. With $30 to my name I thought for sure I was toast. On a desperate whim, I pulled into the lot of Performance Auto. They where quick and friendly to assist me. I wasn't even sure they could, since I had gone through another dealership. They didn't even bat an eyelash about getting me right back to the service area. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and professional. The waiting area was cozy and had nice cold drinks- sorely needed after being stuck in my car with the AC off to help get any extra HP. They needed some time with the car, which made me panic. I had two jobs to work! They set me up with George Bromley for a shuttle ride while they worked on my car. If that hadn't exceeded my expectations enough--- he also came back to my work, delivered my keys right to my desk and let me know that they'd even washed my car!WOW!! I could not be more blown away at how great this experience was. I will gladly return for services in the future.!

Great experience. Very competitive pricing on a quality used vehicle. I had an appointment prior to going out there, and was greeted by my salesman George Ripsom as I pulled up. Very low pressure and a knowledgeable staff in regards to inventory and the features on the vehicle. They were very thorough as we looked at every detail on the car. Nathan Shepard who wasn't even our sales person was also very helpful. The Sales manager Bret was also good to work with. Financing was smooth and they did a great job finding us the best interest rate available. Glen Kummer was a pleasure to work with, providing options but not being pushy.Over all, one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. Definitely worth the drive to Tooele from Salt Lake.

I'd have had 3 vehicles serviced at Tooele Performance Automall, Dodge Ram, Dodge Dakota, and Jeep Cherokee. Dodge Service manager John Gierloff was exceptional to work with on these vehicles, John ensured I was taken care of from getting a ride on the shuttle service while my vehicles were in the shop to ensuring my vehicles were repaired to a high standard and in a timely manner. I really enjoyed working with John. George Bromely drove the shuttle van and took me home and picked me up when repairs on my vehicles were completed. I've never been in a shuttle that was as clean and organized as the one George drove and took care of. He's very dedicated to the shuttle service. Good man. Working with Accessory Department Manager Jerami Ferris was another good experience at the Automall. Jerami hooked me up on repair parts for my Jeep engine, and parts for my Dodge Ram. He made sure I had all my parts in hand before I left. Jerami was great to work with. There you have it a great experience. Three great guys to work with.

Shopping for a car is very hard for me I hate the process of it all. George was great to work with I told him what I was looking for and he listened. He showed me ONLY vehicles that had what I wanted. Other places I went kept showing me things I did NOT want instead of things I was looking for. I appreciate that he heard what I wanted and found me just that. Not only was he listening to me he also took my kids opinions in about what they liked and wanted in the car. My son (15 yrs old) had a lot of questions regarding the cars, he spoke to George about what we needed and what we would like as far as options. George did great listening and explaining the options, warranties, differences between the vehicles we liked, you name it to my son. The behind the scenes man Bret was great helping out with a deal. Steve worked his magic for me with the numbers to help me with a great interest rate better then my bank had offered since they had preapproved me. I really appreciated that all three of them stayed past closing to help me out as my time is very limited and they provided the greatest service. They are very professional and great to work with. They are not all about the sale of the vehicle and don't make it all about business. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased my daughter bought her first car from Performance Auto and now I had the pleasure of also buying one. With kids all hitting that age of drivers licenses we will definitely be back to buy more. :) Thanks guys, you rock!!

Set up a appointment for 8:00am to put on step sides on my truck. Truck was done by 12:30pm. when I asked why I need a appointment when it was obvious it didn't matter I was told that the appointment only meant that they would bring my truck in and look at it. We will only return to Performance and we'll refer them to everyone we know! Nate & Roland were absolutely amazing, no BS with sales gimmicks. We told them exactly what we wanted and they found it for us! They were also very fair with our trade. In the past I have cringed, but I was so pleased with their offer, and there was no back and forth negotiating for hours! We started communicating via email and once we had financing and vehicle options down, we went in for a test drive and trade evaluation, and within 2 hours we were new vehicle owners headed home! We didn't even have to haggle with the vehicle price, it was right where it should have been and not over priced. They have great financing options and they're willing to answer ANY questions. Both of their experience in the industry brought the knowledge needed for us to feel comfortable and we know we got straight answers. They have even followed up to make sure we're liking the car. Since we bought the car, I have sent Nate emails here and there asking how to work new features and he's quick to respond which has been so helpful! We are so happy with our trade & purchase! I was informed towards the beginning of this year that there was a recall on my vehicle's alternator. Tooele Automall worked diligently to make sure once the part became availible that I was set up to get it replaced. I just got out of the hospital, as I had my back fused 2 weeks ago and I was thankful for George Bromle,y the shuttle driver for his patience and his AWESOME PR SKILLS!!!! I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from Larry H. Miller in Sandy just to find out shortly after that it had a recall. The recall is for a faulty fuel module which requires a days worth of work (or in my case, an overnighter since Performance Tooele didn't have the part in stock). This was quite stressful as I desperately needed a car for the following day in order to get to work. After George Bromley, the Shuttle Driver, picked me up for the 4th time, I expressed my frustrations about needing a car while mine was in the shop. I told him that the service manager at Larry H. Miller had offered to drive a loaner to my house in Tooele and swap out my Explorer just to have it fixed by the following evening. George quickly asked "well what if we could get you a loaner?" Well hot damn! I thought, that is EXACTLY the kind of offer I was looking for from my local Ford dealership!! After we arrived at the dealership George swooped in to talk to Ed (the service manager?) and within 5 minutes I had the keys to a loaner! And it had a full tank of gas! They took my Explorer and told me it would be ready the following evening. Now, I truly hope the rest of my experience is just as great as this one had been. Thank you George for making this right. This is the kind of service EVERY BUSINESS in Tooele should have.

The service department is just horrible, horrible, horrible. Did I mention they are horrible. I own 3 fords and maintain 2 ford work vehicles. I have been dealing with them for over 2 years. I quite taking my personal vehicles to them after the first oil change! Unfortunately I still have to take the work vehicles to them. The window switch went out on my new f150. I had a yard of dirt I had to unload out of the back, and the window wouldn't roll up. Since it was looking like rain I needed to get this taken care of quickly. I stopped in only because I was in a pinch. They told me I would have to leave it for 1-2 days to get it looked at. Trust me. Its worth the drive to salt lake to find a real dealership. I'm not doing this rating on a one time experience. I simply don't think its worth my time to list them all. On a positive note the Chevy service department is on point.

This place is way in the boonies but holy crap worth the drive! The awesome thing about these guys is that they are hungry. Meaning, driving through the Great Salt Lake mosquito poop cloud is way worth the huge price difference. Another bonus I discovered. The sales Tax is lower in Tooele! Bonus! The prices here are always better than eBay and destroy every other dealer in the surrounding 1000 miles. The best thing here of course is the crew. Frank the boss and Steve the finance guy. They destroyed my credit unions financing rate. How the heck do they do that? Car Jedi from a galaxy far far away! Unbelievably low rates. Drive here fast but watch out for highway patrol cars on the way. Woot!

The mirror on the driver's side of my car was damaged so I took the car to Performance Automall in Tooele. The new mirror was ordered and came in the same day. I filled out a search on line 3 months ago looking for 2 fleet vehicles and was swamped in minutes with emails and talked to Trent Bell on the phone giving him the specifics on what we needed and never heard another word. A month latter in talking with the local Ford rep who happens to be a customer of ours and I told him about my experience so he referred me to the fleet manager at your Bountiful location, after meeting in person with him he assured me that he would respond whether he could find any trucks or not and it's 2 months latter and still no response. We are still in the market for 2 or 3 used fleet trucks but to be honest I don't know if I would buy from Performance even if they had any available.

I bought my 2010 Audi A4 in November and I've put over $1000 into it in just 6 months. I'm so thankful I bought the extended warranty. Not to mention the defect that Audi is fixing and paying for (thankfully). Not too happy that I was sold a car that has had so many problems but it's always a gamble buying a used car. I liked our salesman Jim & Steve but I disliked the service department. They didn't call me back when my car was in the shop to keep me in the loop and had my car for 2 days longer then they said they would have it. I felt the service dept is way understaffed.

Needed a part for my 07 Jeep Commander. Checked several auto parts centers first. and the part just didn't look or feel correct. I checked with the dealer. while they didn't have the part in stock. they promised me it would be in the next morning. to top it all off. the part was 30 dollars cheaper than the autoparts stores. I also feel better about having an OEM part, over the who knows what you will get part from the auto parts centers.

I purchased a used vehicle today, was treated with the utmost respect. I will highly recommend your dealership to my friends. The only thing I didn't like was the long wait. The wait was over 3 hours time to wait. Kudos goes out to Steve Laird. He got me the best interest rate and the lowest monthly payment he could. In addition to fair prices and quality work, the extras they provide (such as free tire rotation, shuttle service, a car wash after servicing, free coffee and soda while you wait) make the overall experience all the better. I recently purchased some new tires for my Ford Escape and had my serpentine belts changed out. Not only was the job completed timely, I felt that the price was fair and their shuttle service made life a whole lot easier. I was without an alternate mode of transportation and their shuttle service not only dropped me off after leaving my vehicle in the morning, but they also came back and picked me up when the job was finished. Danno and Steve were both wonderful to work with. We knew what we wanted and Danno went the extra mile to make sure we would want to purchase from him. My first encounter with Danno was spot on. We went to Performance Automall to see if they had something within our budget. Nathan was friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful and he was never pushy or dishonest. Although we did not find the car we had in mind, he was able to find us a very reliable car and kept us within our budget. Went there Friday to have a key made. Waited about 2 hours couldn't make it they didn't have right blank. Told to come back Tuesday went in they said it would take 2-3 hours I asked if I could come back Thursday they said be here a 8 am the could get me right in. Went in Thursday was told the key that was suppose to be mine was used on another car and they couldn't get it to work on that car either. I was told to come back later yea right. I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Performance Automall. Chris Koerner my salesman was very patient especially with so many questions because I'm long distance. I live in Scranton, Pa. (2100 miles away). Chris was always available when I had a question and very truthful which is usually a hard quality to find in sales. I would recommend this dealership esp Chris as the salesman. Austin, though young and with only a few months working at Performance AutoMall, had amazing knowledge of the cars, performance, prices and features! I had just about given up on buying a new car when I found Quality Automotive in Tooele, Utah. It is now Performance Automotive but the attitude and service has not changed. I bought my car from Darryl Jones and the process was totally painless. Warranty work, what little there was, was done with no problem or hassle. I am currently thinking of trading that car in for a small pick up and I am going nowhere else. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that doesn't like high pressure.

I went to Performance with a trade in that was upside down by $9,000.00 and feeling as if nobody would be able to help me get into a new car. I was lucky enough to have Nathan Shepard as my sales person. He couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful, and immediately made me feel comfortable with his sense of humor. It was like having an old friend go car shopping with me. And when it came time for the financing, Roland Goodrich was a miracle worker!! I never thought I would be able to get financed for a BEAUTIFUL, brand new 2015 Chevrolet Equinox PLUS have my trade in's balance of $9,000.00 paid off in full, but Roland worked his magic and did it!! Me and my Husband went out looking for new car in tooele there is not many to pick from. We decided to give Performance auto mall a tray we had gone their when it was quality auto and they turned us way with out even trying. We went into a dealer ship in Salt Lake and got the run around and horrible service. They didn't listen to anything we where telling them we wanted. They brought us a cars that where $10,000 more than our budget. Needless to say it was a horrible frustrating experience and we left feeling very discouraged. The next day we went into Performace Auto in Tooele. Everyone at was so friendly. We went in looking for an SUV with low miles and a great price. That is exactly what we got. We will definitely be back!!!!

Dodge needs to come up with a better way to update software. Updates are a standard anymore in the tech industry. Need to come up with a better way such as mailing thumbdrive (such as toyota). A recall calls into question the quality of the overall product. Maybe have as a standard feature with oil changes or other servicing.Robert and George are great to work with. George is very service oriented when shuttling customers back and forth.

Whenever I take my car here for repairs I rarely leave with answers and that's if I get in at all bi scheduled to bring my van in today because the airbag lights are on. I scheduled it on Tuesday. As I pulled in they said they would need the car all day and probably into tomorrow when I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I don't know why I bother. I live in a small town. You'd think they'd try harder to schedule and provide better service. I go back to salt lake where I know I'll be taken care of when they say they will. Very disappointed again!!

Never should have bought a car from Performance Auto. I have lived in Tooele a long time and never heard of anyone having a good experience. I decided to buy simply to do a friend a favor because his son manages the place now. 3 months and 3500 miles later, I find out that the engine has the same problem that I was told was fixed. I wasn't going to sign the papers because...1- It was leaking oil on my driveway 2- It started missed when I drove it, Brett brought back the used car manager and he said that the miss was from a $60.00 part that they would have no problem fixing...They had the car for a month and it still never ran right!! He had someone look under the car for to see if it was leaking, I was told it was not. When I finally got the vehicle, I had to get a transmission leak fixed. If you buy a car from them you will regret it. When I talked to them about it, I heard 3 different stories of people who have driven cars off the lot and the engines went out, not something I would be bragging about! In other words it's the chance you take buying a used car. I was misled from the start and If I can keep one person from making the same mistake, then taking time to write this is worth it.

This is a follow up after the sale, from New Truck Owner. I had to have options installed, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks. They kept delaying the completion time, it will be done in a week, have to order parts, another week, they said it would be completed in the morning, wasn't done until late in the afternoon. I informed them of a flaw that needed to be fixed, it wasn't done. I let them know this was not completed, no response.

Our experience was good with the sales staff, they allowed us to test multiple makes and models with no pressure to buy. The price was better than I expected, some modifications to our vehicle will be required and this has been scheduled, they followed up to ensure we were happy with our purchase. We had no major issues. The only concern was the amount of time we spent getting all the paper work in order, but we have been through this with other dealers.

They treat you very poor if your credit score is not up in the 800 range, was not impressed at all with the financing department, they lost me as a customer and didn't even know that I had 12,000 to put down on the car.

The service guy was great - new owner even walked through and said "hi" while I was dropping off my vehicle. Service was fast, prompt, pricing fair. I got a ride home from George Bromley - the same guy who gave me a ride last time. My first ride from him a couple months ago resulted in my buying tires from your dealership the same day - when i was already going to Big-O for tires - George talked me out of it. The work done today was a direct result of George explaining a couple months ago how the dealer pricing was just as good and often better than independent garages. So I came back with today's problem and glad I did. Just got a call from you guys and the price was less than half what I thought it would be. Going to pick up the Tahoe now . . . They call to update what is going on with the vehicles, they upsell different options that save the customer money in the long run. I shopped for two months for a car that met the features I wanted. I finally decided on a Dodge Journey. Nobody had the model I wanted till Darryl went to work with his sales Manager to find me the color and features I demanded. While other dealers lied to me and led me on, they found not only the model I wanted in the color I wanted and then matched the best price I found on models close to but not exactly what I wanted. I went in, saw the car, wrote the check and in about an hour they followed me home, let me transfer my possessions, and I had my new car at the price I wanted to pay. They went out of their way to do me right and I would recommend them to anyone. No pressure, no lies, no gimmicks, just what I wanted at the best price I could find anywhere. My wifes car broke down and she was taken to QUALITY DODGE by the tow truck driver. After a week of waiting we were told the transmission needed to be replaced.The chrystler pacifica had only 14,000 miles on it. My wife came back home(California) and 2 weeks later we went back to get the car. After driving for 2 weeks we noticed a shudder. We took the car to Stockton Dodge and they said that the caliper assembly bolts were missing. They said it was amazing that we did not have a serious accident. Upon contacting QUALITY DODGE owner TRENT BELL as to what kind of reprimand the service tech received I was told "nothing". He was very callous and said "hey, nothing happened to your family" i just hope that if you have take your car there you get a different service tech! STAY AWAY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

After having a horrible experience with a dealership, I called Quality Dodge for a Tahoe (chevy) of all things. They told me they had two and would have them in one of their shops if I wanted to look a them(it is winter and the shop was warm). Tooele is a roadtrip from the wasatch front (but worth it!)<br>Both vehicles were exactly how he stated and I was able to look through them in the warm shop. The financing was a treat, nothing hidden, no suprises later in the deal.<br>Call these guys they are worth it!!
