Probably one of the few customers who went in for tires and came out with a new car.Because of my previous purchases from Peters (one new, one pre owned) I trusted to words I was hearing and then after research was very sure I was getting the best deal. Thank you to Mike Jandrew and Jeff Levesque in Service I always felt looked after. I love the car I had not intended to buy for another year or so...and thank eveeryone concerned.

I worked with Nicole on finding a low mileage used car. She was incredibly personable and honest about the pros and cons of every car. I felt like I was in good hands and so far have really enjoyed my purchase. There was one issue with the deposit that I put down being on an already bought car which I blame on the finance people, but Nicole went above and beyond in correcting the mistake and getting me an alternative which I liked. I would definitely ask for her if I were to go back.

My husband and I went in to Peters today, with a few questions on our options, as we were nearing the end of our lease. We worked with Vincent Alagna, who was fantastic. He had answers to all of our questions and worked out a deal such that we didn't end up paying for how much we went over mileage on our older truck, but were instead able to finance and purchase a new 2016 Nissan Frontier. This is our second time dealing with Peters and my husband and I both appreciated that this time around, we were not pressured to go with a low-mileage lease, which wasn't an ideal situation for us. Vincent was very patient with us. He went above and beyond to work with us and to ensure that we got the best deal possible, as well as making sure we were happy with our experience working with him and our new truck. Very highly recommended and two thumbs up!

I was unhappy with my current Service department and, on a recommendation from a friend, I brought my cars to Peters Nissan for Service. I was very pleased with how the annual inspections went on my Armada and Rogue. Any repairs that were needed were reasonably priced and done quickly and well. The service department, from the very first day I got there, was friendly and professional. My service person, Tara, treated me excellent right from when she first time she met me. I felt like I had been a customer there for years. Everyone was warm and welcoming and treated me like "part of the family', even though I had never been there before. Then, shortly after inspections, something major broke on my Armada. I have to say Tara was the best! I have never been treated so well at a dealership or a service center before. She knew I was upset about my car, and she treated me with compassion and caring. The mechanic did a great job on my car, and Tara made sure I didn't have a nervous breakdown in the process! I can't say enough good things about all of the people at Nissan Service. We were already planning on being loyal customers after our inspections were done, but the way the service department, and Tara specifically, treated me during this last major repair sealed the deal. I would never take my cars anywhere else! I'm so glad my friend recommended this dealership!

I have been on the search for a new car since the day I got my license. Unfortunately my search wasn't very successful. On Thursday of this week I decided to mention to Tanya, my coworker that I needed a new car. She referred me to Michael and said he will not let us down. I got my rogue 2015 in Nashua last year and I've been satisfied With my vehicle since I've purchased it. I've been coming here for all my services and with my hectic work schedule, I wasn't sure what time I could arrive but after calling back a few times and changing my appointment time, Jeff seemed to still find an open spot to squeeze me in for my last minute change in appointment time. He's very helpful and polite. He's helped me on numerous occasions and was kind enough to offer coupons as well. I can't find it in me to go anywhere else for my service.

Went in to purchase a 2016 rogue. Got an internet price around 24,000 and a trade in value for my 2014 rogue select (which i purchased from them) of around 11,000 to 12,000. When i got to the dealer they tried to tell me the cost was 26,900 for the new one and only offered me 8,000 for my trade in. I was told because they would have to recon my old car (it wasnt in bad shape) that they couldn't honor what the Internet quoted me for a trade nor could they give me a good reason as to why it offers such a price vs what they actually give. I should have walked away at that point but i didnt. They did say they would honor the internet price for the new one. Needless to say i ended up buying from them but realized too late they still charged me full price when i looked at the paperwork another day (it was close to their closing time on a friday night when i signed papers.A month later my husband needed a new car due to his being totalled in an accident. After what happened at Peters he went to Salem nissan got the sv version for what i paid for the base model. Lesson learned for me. Should have went to Salem

As I started my journey for a new car less then a day after blowing the motor in my 03 tiburons gt v6 I stumbled across peters Nissan. And was approached by a very repitutible dealer. The gentlemans name was Vinny Alagna. He assured me that we would make something happen asap as I was in such dire need for a vehicle. He made the process as easy as could be, as I am a first time buyer. I would reccomend anyone in the future to come see this man. He worked with me as far as getting the cost of all the bills in my budget without hurting my wallet. 10/10 would recommend

After a long day of searching and no luck I came to Peters Nissan. Michael Melendez came over and was able to calm my nerves and he was amazing! He showed me a beautiful Sentra. Stephen Dempster was also amazing and they had me test driving the Sentra in minutes and paper work was quick easy and painless. Geoff Garden was amazing and got me approved with a great deal fast! I initially purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima from Peters brand new in December, 2012. It was a pleasant enough purchasing experience, however, they changed the financing rate on me after promising me one rate. I was unemployed at the time and needed a vehicle, so there was nothing I could do but agree. I took the car, and was happy it initially. Then, I noticed that the XM Radio became inoperable until I started the car. I brought it back to the dealership and they said Oh yes, thats a known issue. It can be fixed with a software upgrade. That will be $80. I had thought they had seemed pretty honest beforehand, but I was taken aback that they sold me a defective product with defective software and were then charging me to fix said defective product that they sold me. Whatever, it was $80, so I let it slide figuring it was an anomaly. Fast forward a few years later to 2016. After being up all night with a work related matter, I was woken up by a call from Peters Nissan trying to sell me a new car at 8AM. I was furious. I called to complain, and nobody seemed to care. After having my car serviced at their body shop, again, after being up all day and all night, I received a call from their survey department at 8:45PM. Again, woken up by Peters after being asked not to. The final straw for me just occurred. My transmission was shuddering, and my car is still under warranty, so I brought it back to the dealership. I was told that the issue was software related. So I said Okay, so you sold me a defective transmission, you can update it. They told me it would be $200. I said that this was not acceptable since they sold me a defective product, but they werent willing to budge. They then tried to sell me a new battery and other assorted services for hundreds of dollars more. I called back and asked for a manger to return my call. Nate Y, the assistant service manager, returned my call. Nate was not kind. Nate informed me that it was too bad, it wasnt covered, and even though they sold me a car with defective software in the transmission, I would need to pay $250 to fix it. I said no, I dont accept that, please return me my vehicle. Nate then said You can pay us a $200 diagnostic fee then. I protested, and he stated Well, we will not return your vehicle to you until you pay us your diagnostic fee. At this point, I realized that Nate and the rest of the dealership was extremely dishonest, and played nice. There was another matter related to a strut that they did say was covered under the expensive extended warranty that I purchased, so I authorized that repair. Today, when I called in, I was told that the repairs were complete, but that they could not release my vehicle to me until the extended warranty company pays them, but that they will check with the same assistant manager as to whether or not they could just release the vehicle to me in some sort of illusion of customer service. Of course, they said that he authorized it and that I could pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, my service advisory was extremely overly friendly, and made sure to point out on the bill all the money that the extended warranty was covering. He appeared nervous as I read the entire repair bill before agreeing to hand over my credit card for the final time ever. In the end, Peters cares nothing about your money. Ive given them over $50,000 over the years towards the purchase of new vehicles and repairs, and this is the customer service I received. Ill be on the phone with Nissan Corporate tomorrow morning to inform them that this is how one of their dealerships is operating. Id highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I've purchased new vehicles in the past, but never without the stress, pressure and anxiety that comes along with the process. I want a fair deal, a chance to ask questions and get answers I trust, and walk away feeling like I've had a great experience. I recently purchased a new Nissan from Vinny Alagna at Peter's Nissan of Nashua and the experience was great! Vinny was professional and attentive the moment I stepped on to the lot - BUT, he was never pushy or made me feel pressured in any way. He took the time to ask and understand what MY needs were and allowed me to ask a ton of questions and view a number of vehicle options. He was genuine and listened carefully to my requests and needs. At the end of the experience, I drove away with a beautiful new vehicle that I love and felt great about the overall experience. I can't thank Vinny and the other staff members enough for the great experience with my new purchase. I've worked with the Service Staff at Peter's in the past with my former vehicle and they've always been top notch! I can now say that my sales experience at Peter's is equal to that! I highly recommend Peter's Nissan of Nashua to anyone looking for a new vehicle OR any service needs.

Noah Arling was very polite and professional in his presentation and attention to detail of the deal. I came into Peters not really knowing exactly what car I wanted, but definitely had a price in mind that I was willing to pay. Michael was very knowledgable both in terms of the vehicles he showed me and what my different options were. Many times walking into a dealership, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. I have never been to the Nissan dealer since I always stayed with Honda. I went to Honda to trade in my wife's 2006 Honda Civic for a Honda 2016 CRV and I wasn't satisfied with the trade in offer. it seemed as they clearly did not want to sale me a vehicle. soon after I stopped by Nissan right next door looking for a referred sales agent Rafael Rodriguez by a friend of mine. unfortunately he was not in, I was greeted by Vincent Alagna right away as I parked my car. he was very professional and asked what we were looking for and we described him exactly what my wife wanted and right away he mentioned the Nissan Rogue, he offered us to test drive it and compare it to the Honda CRV. we test drove it and fell in love with the space it provides and how comfortable and smooth it is. nevertheless the CRV has more features than the Rogue but what caught our attention was the space and smoothness of the vehicle. after the test drive Vincent gave us the trade in value which was a higher than Honda had given. I simply asked him if he can give me what I look for the trade in I will walk out of there with the rogue. he asked his manager Stephen Dempster for a great offer and gave me exactly around what I was looking for. I was very satisfied with their customer service and their honesty. they stayed even late after closing hours to provide us with easy and fast paperwork for the next day vehicle pick up. this being my first time I definitely recommend every one looking for a Nissan at peters to talk to Vincent Alagna or sales manager Stephen Dempster, these guys are great at satisfying customer needs.

This is the best dealership I ever been to, peters Nissan was very helpful in getting me out of my 2011 gmc serria after paying 800 a month on my truck Vinny was so helpful and knowledgeable and did all he could do to help me one be at a lower payment and get me into a brand new maxima that I absolutely love everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Vinny was Great to work with I highly recommend him to anyone who goes there and buys. Vinny knew my situation and he still did all he could do to help me out. I don't typically write reviews but for Mr. Melendez I definitely will. As a salesman he isn't pushy at all. I must have changed my mind on numerous of occasions between the color and model of the car. Melendez dealt with my very patiently and respectfully. He also wasn't pushy and that's what I really respected. Although it seemed like a pretty busy week when I was purchasing my new Honda, Melendez still took his time to accommodate for me even though I didn't purchase the veichle the same day which I really liked. I came in the next day and the deal was done, the car was clean and ready to go and I was on my way! Others can learn from this gentleman. Appreciate it Mike!

I had been in the market for a new car for awhile, but wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for or where to purchase. I reached out to Peters Nissan of Nashua via the Nissan main page explaining that I a current deal with another dealership for a 2016 Nissan Murano fall through due to non disclosure of information. Ronnie Ghannem (General Manager) of Peters Nissan of Nashua called me within 30 minutes of my submission of my inquiry. Ronnie listened to me explain my poor experience with the other dealership. He asked me the details of my negotiated contract including financing and said he would get back to me within a couple of hours. Well 30 minutes later Ronnie called and matched the deal and had an exact matched vehicle on the lot for me. Knowing I wanted to complete this deal asap and him being out of the office the next few days, he assigned one of his sales associates, Vincent Alagna to complete the deal. Vincent (Vinnie) jumped right in and asked when I wanted to get the car. I asked if it would be possible to get the car by Saturday (keep in mind I'm asking this on a Thursday) and he said no problem. We set up a time on Thursday night for me to go in and sign all the financial paperwork and even though it was Vinnie's day off, he showed up. The meeting was quick and professional with also a touch of funny comfort. On Friday I received a call from Vinnie saying that all was good to go as he worked on getting my plates expedited... he also beat his deadline by making the car available to me on Friday night. This was such an odd car buying experience, but one that made me a Peters Car dealer customer and promoter. Oh... did I mention that I live in Massachusetts and Peters in in Nashua NH. If you are interested in a Nissan, Honda, or Kia... I live in Nashua NH and i wanted a new Nissan Rogue. I decided to go to Peter's Nissan and lease a new Rogue. Once I arrived I wasn't even out of my car before i was face to face with a sales rep. Now the Sales rep was polite and was very helpful as i test drove the Rogue that i wanted. Then we talked about price. The first offer was $260.16 per month w/ $0 down, $239.00 per month w/$1000 down, and $210.39 per month w/$2000 down. Now my sister in-law purchased a Rogue not even 4 months prior and got $218 per month w/$0 down. I inquired about that deal and they told me that wasn't possible and that the [ricing they gave me was the best price i could get for the rogue. I passed on the offer that night and continued to look elsewhere for the time being. About a week later i get a call from the sales rep who informed me that they now have new pricing on the rogue and the price is now more attractive. they could now do $246 per month w/ $0 down, $230 per month w/$500 down, and $221 per month w/$1000 down. Once again they informed me that this is the best they could do. I took that pricing to another Nissan dealer and i was offered $231 per month w/ $0 down, $223 per month w/$500 down, and $208 per month w/$1000 down. Much better pricing with one call no back and forth BS. I took this new information back to Peter's and "all of a sudden" they could match it...better yet they could beat it....My question is why couldn't you give me that price the first time????? Clearly i was being played and out of principle I went to Team Nissan in Manchester NH and took they deal they offered me THE FIRST TIME!! This is the second time I've gone to Peter's and have gotten a better deal elsewhere. PLEASE READ MY STORY AS THERE ARE BETTER DEALERSHIPS WHO WILL GIVE YOU A BETTER DEAL.

I went into Peters after emailing them about an Altima. I worked with Mike Melendez and even though it took two trips to get a deal done, we were able to come to a deal on a 2015 Altima and we were able to get in and out with the car in under 3 hours, including getting financing done. Pam was able to get us easy financing and explained our warranty options thoroughly. All in all the experience was easy, the employees friendly and the pressure level was pretty low.

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles but Peters Nissan made our experience so awesome we will never go anywhere else. we have had some bad experiences over the years with hassles and haggling to the point we didn't want to buy the vehicle but Peters Nissan was so professional and courteous. From our first call with Noah to our deal with art otremba to our finalization with Geoff it was so amazing. We arrived at the dealership at 6 pm and drove home by 9:30pm in our new truck. they took us for a test drive, checked out our truck, cleaned our new truck, transferred the plates, put gas in the new truck, and finished our paperwork in that short period of time. They were fair and reasonable. Even three days later art is still calling me to make sure everything is ok and I don't need any help with the trucks functions. We r just so amazed with the dealership.

My wife and I are returning Peters customers, having purchased two vehicles at their Honda store over the past 8 years. When our buying needs put us in the direction of Nissan this time, we began shopping around knowing there was a Peters Nissan only steps away from Honda, but we did our due diligence and shopped the competition anyway. And we learned that we should have just gone to Peters Nissan in the first place. The other Nissan dealers we visited seemed to fit the standard car-salesman stereotype (ie high-pressure, high BS factor). They were all too quick to talk trade-in and numbers without the benefit of a test drive. And the "test drive" to some was just a quick jaunt around the block without so much as talking about the vehicle's features. Seriously?As soon as we walked into the Peters Nissan showroom last Saturday afternoon, we knew instantly that the A+ service we have come to expect at Honda carried right over next door. We were greeted immediately by Eric Campbell, who introduced us to our salesperson, Art Otremba. Art immediately got to work discussing our vehicle needs and wasted no time finding suitable vehicles in our price range. Although we have driven several Muranos already, Art happily offered to allow us to take another test drive, which we accepted. And during that test drive we learned more about the vehicle in 20 minutes than we learned driving all the other Muranos at the other dealerships....it really solidified our decision to purchase that model. Art even offered to let us drive more vehicles afterwards - I have a feeling he would have let us drive every Murano on the lot if we asked! Once we set our sights on a beautiful black Murano, Eric worked in the background to crunch numbers on my trade and kept coming over to us to give us several different buying and finance options with absolutely none of the haggling you expect at other dealerships. What really blew me away was that Eric and Art even gave us the option to sleep on it and come back the next day if we wanted. It sounds like a small thing, but this sort of no-pressure approach is a main reason why we shook on the deal and drove home in our new Murano that evening. Even post-sale, Eric, Art, and the finance manager Pam Crocker worked after closing time to put the paperwork together. Since it was late that his point, Art blocked off time for the next day to spend with us to go over every single feature and answer all our questions. This kind of hands-on, personalized customer service and attention to detail just can't be faked and when you get treated fairly, it really is worth its weight in gold. This is why we are now a three-time customer of Peters and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Today, I went to Peters Nissan Service station for the oil change service of my 06 Nissan Quest and they make sure that my day get bad. On my instrumental cluster panel, there are tree indicators are malfunctioning so I asked them if they can fix that or tell me how much it will cost. The person named Frank told me that they can not tell me anything until they diagnosis each of them. And he gave me a diagnosis charges of $98 for each of the fault. That means total of $294 just for the diagnosis. Are they out of their mind? Or they just want to rip off their customers who put trust on them? However, the story doesn't end here.After my car got oil change, i drove to my office and park my car. I was trying to open the doors & tail lift gate (which are automatics) through the car remote and guess what I found!!! None of the automatic doors are in operating condition. I immediately call the Peters Nissan Service department and talked to Frank again. He said, now he will charge me again to diagnose that issue for another $98. Well, I know there is no connection between oil change and the automatic door switch. But how can I trust them that they have not done this purposefully? Everything was working before I put my car on service and after the service none of the things was working. Worked with Frank initially to set up my appointment. He got me the exact day/time I wanted. He transferred me to parts to make sure my part would be in-stock when I got there. LJ in parts was awesome and assured me the part would be there and even checked if he could squeeze me in last minute (on a busy Sat. no less). Somehow he and Frank pulled it off and got me in almost a week before my appointment. LJ made sure the part (only one in stock) was put aside for me.When I got to my appointment, I was taken care of by Tara. She was efficient, very polite, and knew her stuff. I had my car back at least 2 hours sooner than I expected it. Most importantly, she was honest. I really thought I needed brakes and she said I could get another 5k miles out of them. She could have easily taken the sale, but put my interests/finances first.I went to tell management about my great experience and they were just as nice, polite, and genuine as LJ, Frank, and Tara.The young lady at the Service Desk was so nice. She chatted with me while I waited for them to bring my car around. Personable service goes a long way in my book.Can't wait to bring my car here again. All around excellent experience!

This is my second time buying a car from Erick Reyes and Peters and it was just as great this time as last. I contacted Erick because of the great service I received the first time and he did not disappoint. He allowed me to test drive a few different vehicles without question. I was looking at other makes as well as Nissan. Erick was very knowledgeable in not only Nissans but other makes and was able to explain all the different features and options. When I picked up my vehicle, he was very patient and thorough when showing me all the features and how to use them, even when I would interrupt him to ask about something different. I had to stop by the dealership a couple of days after I picked up my vehicle and Erick was literally running around the lot for me. The manager, Eric Campbell was also very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Eric was great and worked with me to make the deal happen. I wanted a specific exterior/interior and there wasnt one on the lot but Eric searched and made it happen. Geoff in finance was great to deal with as well. He made sure to thoroughly explain everything and make sure I understood what I was signing before I signed it. I recently leased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Peters Nissan of Nashua. I was in desperate need of an AWD vehicle to get threw the upcoming New England winter and Peters was able to fulfill that need and so much more. Let me start by saying all I knew was I wanted AWD, a rear view camera, blue tooth and something in my price range. This left me with numerous options on the Peters lot. My sales person Emma was able to narrow it down in one shot. She presented me with a Black Amethyst Rogue Select, we took it for a test drive, and I was sold. I've had poor experiences before when shopping/purchasing vehicles. When I financed my Chevy Malibu it took nearly two weeks to finalize everything and get into the new car. At Peters they had me out of my old car and into my new Rogue in no time and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Mike and Emma in sales are great! I had a sense that it wasn't just about the sale but they were genuinely looking to help me out and get me the best possible deal and into a car that suits me. Pam in finance was incredibly helpful and was able to elaborate on any questions I had. She made sure I understood all the paper work I was signing and made the process fairly painless. My Rogue is such an awesome fit for me and I can't thank the team at Peters enough for their hard work and assistance in getting me into such a great car!

I originally went to Nissan to check out a Rogue, unfortunately I I found myself loving Honda. Despite not buying a vehicle at Nissan, Rafael treated me with such professionalism. When I told him I truly wanted a crv, he gladly walked me to the Honda dealership, answered some questions along the walk, and recommended a great sales associate to help me. And even when I was purchasing my new Honda, Rafael came back over to Honda to congratulate me. I never felt pressured in any way to have to choose between the two different cars and both salesmen were great! On August 12th(yesterday) I dropped off a vehicle for warranty work and after being told twice (making the appointment and then doing the service write up that the service would most likely be done the same day) my wife and I explained that we need it done before noon for today regardless. While out I stopped by at about 9:30 am today and the car was still in the same spot that my wife left it at about 11am the previous day. Around 10am I called the service department and the employee stated that it was just going in. I explained we need it done before noontime and he stated he mis-understood. If he misunderstood why would he have said the day before that the car would most likely be done in the same day we droped it off? What is the point of scheduling service one day and they dont even bring it in for work until the following day. They did not even start work when the techs come in, as I know they are there before 9 most likely before 7am if not at 7. There is no reason this should have happened. The service advisor stated if there is anything he can do and I informed him yes to perform the service by noon but that cannot happen. When I arrived the work they were doing was washing the car. I figured a manager would have spoken to me given we bought the car there and want a satisfied customer on the service end. Its apparent they dont need any more customers given the treatment. No idea where they received their customer service training but this should be a teachable moment on what not to do and how to change it for the betterment of both parties. Only the service advisor stated he was sorry for the mix up no one else bothered to speak to me or even call my wife afterwards. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area its not a luxury/ exotic brand Im sure there are other dealerships that care about customers.

Probably like most of you I don't really look forward to the car buying experience. Like most negotiations it is treated like a zero sum game with only one side winning. In my life in sales for a major company I based my negotiations on a win-win strategy which is exactly the opposite. I have purchased a car here before and have told others about my positive experience here. Two people have bought cars here based on my past experience. This time it was not a positive experience.Something has changed at the dealership. I specifically asked for a particular sales manager. She was there at the time I went to purchase, but did not come over or interact with us in any way. Very disappointed in this. Was lowballed in my offer for a trade in, although they did come upon their offer. I received almost $7,000.00 more for my trade in at Kelly Nissan in Woburn, where I did purchase a fully loaded Murano Platinum. I just seems the culture has changed at the dealership, and not for the better.Too bad but I am sure they sell lots of cars, but I won't come back. I will be in the market for another vehicle next year, and told them that, but I will not come back here. I have had my 2010 Murano serviced here and would recommend the service dept.

Several months ago I traded my Altima for a Rogue. My circumstances had changed and I needed an all wheel drive vehicle. Because of the way Art and the service department took care of all my needs the first time, I knew my next car would also be from Peters Nissan.I test drove several SUV's and fell in love with the Rogue. Art spent the time to help me find the Rogue that met all my needs. It also helped that that it had all the options I was looking for. It turned out to be a demo belonging to one of the managers.Art was spot on when it came to describing how the Rogue could perform in the ice and snow.I've also have been impressed with Frank from the service department. He's always been great and pleasant to work with.I can't say enough about Art's approach and helpfulness. He's always willing to go the extra mile for me. As with any transaction, buying a used car or truck can have some "hiccups" it takes a Professional to step up and smooth the way. Art Otremba is one of those Professionals. He is a man of his word (and in this day and age that is saying something!) When he looked me in the eye before I drove away in my used Honda Ridgeline and said "I will get some touchup paint on order for you" I certainly did not expect him to follow through, after all, it was not listed as an item "owed" by the dealership. Not only did he order the paint needed, he paid for it himself. Quality people, who step in and smooth the way, is the reason I will return to Peters again.

This is an unsual review as I did not end up purchasing a car from Peter's Nissan - but I want to commend them and especially my sales person Art Otembra. The were helpful, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I admit to being a VERY picky buyer, Art carefully pointed out all the features of the car, showed me how they worked and made sure that my test drive experience covered highway, backroad, and some parking lot time to show the features in a safe environment. I was test driving the Rouge and it is a great car... I have a hip problem and need the seat to be high enough to keep my hip higher than my knees, Unfortunately the seat adjustment didn't go high enough for me, and caused pain while driving. But even after 2 test drives, a few email, and knowing I wasn't going to purchase the car, Art and the sales manager were still friendly and did not dismiss me as so may dealers do. I will certainly be recommending Art and this dealership to any one that is looking for a new car.

I first went to another dealer to trade in my Sentra for an Altima. They didn't show me anything. Gave me the keys and basically said "drive"... Art actually took the time to show me the car, where the levers for the seats are, told me about the pistons, everything. I came back in over Presidents' Day weekend to turn in my 2013 Altima. I had spoken with Art prior to coming in, as he sold me my last car. As usual, all the staff are so friendly, funny, and very welcoming. Free popcorn and hot dogs! I test drove a Pathfinder first, but realized it was too much space for me, and then we proceeded with going with a 2015 Altima. Process was so easy, and overall the experience was wonderful. I own a 2005 Nissan Titan with almost 140,000 miles on it that I purchased new. I've been bringing it to Peter's Nissan for service since it's first oil change. Throughout the years; there were a few times where I strayed away to save a couple hundred. But every time I did; the result was additional aggravation... In the 30 years I've been driving and servicing vehicles; I can honestly tell you that Peter's Nissan has one of the best service department's out there. Their customer service and attention to detail is like no other. If your contemplating trying out a new service department for your Nissan; I can't stress enough as to how much you absolutely need to try them out! Ask for Nate! He's like Superman without a cape!!

My wife and I went to Peters with the intention of buying a new Murano. I had purchased a new Altima for my mother in June from Art Otremba and I have purchased 6 new vehicles from Peters in the past. The purchase in June was a very enjoyable experience unlike todays visit.. In June we were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive on our own. Today the salesman had to jump in the back seat and go along to chaperone. I am 60 years old and have never had the salesman go along to chaperone in all of the vehicles I have purchased from Peters. After the test ride we discussed price and were told the price was the price but in June they discounted the new Altima an additional amount. When asked for a value to trade my Altima we were kept waiting at a table for a lengthy amount of time before the sales person came back with what I considered an insulting trade offer for my vehicle. When he did come back he also did not bring the keys to my car with him. They were left with the Sales Manager. Needles to say my wife and I were extremely disappointed (and insulted) with the whole experience and were surprised that the buying experience could take such a drastic change in three months.

I was in the market for an SUV and a Nissan wasn't actually one of my choices until a friend recommended Peters. I went and test drove the Pathfinder and loved it and thought Mike Jandrew was really great. Still I wanted to test out the Toyota Highlander (I had already crossed off 3 other SUVs from my list). The difference in customer service between the two Dealers and Salesmen were enough to make me go back to Peters. I am very happy with my choice and highly recommend both Peters and Mike!

From the moment I walked in to the Peters Nissan of Nashua show room my sales consultant, Erick Reyes was very welcoming and friendly. He listened to my wants and needs intently. He was very thorough in showing me all the features of the vehicle before I took the car for a test drive. I had a very bad experience at another (non Nissan) dealer a couple of weeks before so it was very comforting to be dealing with a friendly and knowledgeable consultant. Buying a car can be very stressful but Erick made the experience very enjoyable. I havent bought a new car in about 13 years and from what I remembered once the deal was signed I wouldnt be dealing or seeing the sales consultant, but Erick assured me to contact him with any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, he was very patient and thorough when showing me the Bluetooth, XM and all the other gadgets that my car has. I actually contacted him about something the day after I picked up my car and he responded within minutes. Erick is a very conscientious, knowledgeable, friendly consultant. Buying a car is rarely ever fun, and can be fraught with anxiety and tension. Peter's, however, has taken most of that out of the experience. Our dealings with salesperson Erick Reyes, and sales manager Mike Coco were great. Erick has a genuine sincerity and a desire to work with a customer to get the right vehicle at the right price. Last Tuesday, June 10th 2014, I walked into Nissan knowing that I needed to get a car within a 72 hour window. I was approached by Jim Jackson, a pleasant gentlemen who welcomed a warm hand into the dealership. He sat down with my boyfriend and I, and began chatting with us asking what basic things I was looking for in a vehicle. What separated Jim from the rest is that he KNEW his customer -- me. He knew I was impatient, yet asked a lot of questions. He knows I am a salesperson, but was able to relate without getting "salesy" so to speak. He was very easy to talk to, and he built a great rapport with his customer. He built up that VALUE of buying/leasing a Nissan, and then got us looking inside an Altima within a short time frame.After getting some basic numbers, and telling him we would sit on it for the night, he did not push me, yet he created urgency; a crucial part of any sale. Wednesday and Thursday came and went quickly, wherein we came to an agreement on a price, found a comfortable down payment for me, processed paperwork, dealt with the registry, and all the other "car buying stuff" that comes along with it. When we hit a few bumps in the road, Jim was very efficient in making sure that he was proactive in solving the issue. He called me at 9pm one night just to assure me that all was good and I was able to pick up my car the following day! On Friday, I picked up the car and could not have been more excited. He gave us a thorough walk through of the vehicle, made sure I understood the layout, and washed it for me so that it was sparkling clean by the time I drove away.All in all, I write this review because I know myself. This is my 3rd brand new leased/purchased vehicle and I have done the run around before. I tend to be impatient and pushy, although I typically mean well. I get flustered with the littlest things that are easily resolved, so working with someone who is willing to have patience is really essential. However, I need someone who is not SO patient that he thinks he has to baby me; I need someone who is going to get a job done quickly and efficiently with a full understanding of my situation. JIM JACKSON is that guy. If you want a sales guy who isn't going to play games, jerk you around to get more money, and is willing to take ALL the time you need out of his day -- he is the person you want to see. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Hey, I told him I wanted a car done and off the lot in 72 hours, and he made it happen! Tuesday I met him, Friday I had a new car! :)

Friendly and courteous are just the tip of the iceberg at this dealership. My salesman Steven came in on his night off as well as his day off to get me through the sales process on my non-working hours. So friendly that I got hugs (I'm sure if you don't want hugs they would refrain). I got a better deal than just the Costco no haggle/no hassle deal. The initial process wasn't as fast as I hoped, but everything from there was zip...done. Pam in financing was really awesome too. She not only explained everything to me in terms I could understand, answered all my questions, but she wrote up a to do list for my son to run to my insurance company and MA registry (all packaged up in a neat bundle for him). Everyone there told me to call if I had any questions at all. After 4 total visits (including test drive, financing and picking up the car), I sort of felt like family. I know I can trust them and if I have any problems or questions they will be there for me. I never once felt like I couldn't trust them or felt pressured. I love those guys!

Last year I purchased a 2013 Pathfinder and could not have been happier with my new car. Over the course of 14 months, I put 35,000 miles on it. When I was in a bad car accident earlier this month, the vehicle kept both me and my teenage daughter entirely safe. Unfortunately the car was totaled. Without a second thought, I contacted Art Otremba with whom I had had a great experience when I bought my first Pathfinder. As before, Art was quick to respond and helpful, friendly, and made the purchase of a 2014 Pathfinder quick and easy. He remembered what I had been looking for in a car, and fortunately the 2014 version of my same car was on site. I contacted Art on Tuesday and drove the new car home on Saturday. Pam Crocker was also very helpful and efficient with financing. I can attest to the good work and graciousness of the service staff for the couple of times I had brought my first car in, so I know I'll be in great hands whenever I need to bring my new car in for routine work. Peters is a top-notch, highly professional dealership and it was a pleasure doing business with them once again.

My wife and I took my mother to purchase a new car. We were greeted by Art Otremba in the lot while looking at the new Altima's. He was very friendly and unassuming. He asked if we had a particular vehicle that we were interested in seeing. We had looked at the dealers inventory on line and had a specific vehicle we wanted to see. Art escorted us to the show room and went to an offsite storage facility to bring the car back to the dealership so we could view and drive the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and were very happy with the way it looked and performed. We negotiated the deal on the new car and purchased a new Altima. The whole experience was smooth and actually enjoyable. The whole staff was very accommodating, courteous and friendly. When my mom went to pick up the car Art took the time to go over all of the buttons, knobs and controls so she was familiar with their operation and assured her if she had any questions to give him a call and he would take care of getting her an answer. I have purchased several vehicles at Peter's Auto Sales and will continue to return because the staff makes a usually stressful experience actually enjoyable. I would rate the overall experience A+. Price, quality of vehicle, management , sales and finance staff did a great job.

Had my Altima serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was still due for a free oil change as part of the purchase, which was honered, with no hassles. Only paid for the tire rotation. Sheduled by phone, told it would take about an hour. Work was done on tjime and also fixed a recall item (no charge). Jeff Levesque, Service Support, was very professional to deal with and the waiting area is excellent. Was able to plug in my laptop and use the free Wifi to get some work done. Peters Nissan Service proved to be a refreshing exception to the typically painful experience of having your car serviced. Well done!

I never take the time to fill out a review on anything, but I really feel its necessary this time. I've been bringing my 2005 Nissan Titan to Peter's Nissan for service ever since it was new. I drive this truck hard because I like to, and although that behavior has resulted me an occasional spank in the wallet; I have to say, Nate Young has always gone above and beyond to find ways to save me money, make things easier, or my results better than what was originally explained. I realize I could probably get my service work completed for a little less using some garage down the street and/or using private label parts instead of Nissan parts. But it's their ongoing commitment to my satisfaction and happiness that has kept me coming back, and will keep me coming back... Take it from me; if your considering buying a Nissan or in need of replacing your existing Nissan service department, go see Nate Young and Peter's Nissan Service!

Peters Nissan service is great. They are fast, always accommodating, do the job right. Unlike other experiences I've had at other brand dealerships where the interior will have greasy finger prints or parts not put back together properly (glove-box literally fell out of dash) things are always done right. They even wash and vacuum your car!

I knew none of them when I went to LOOK for a car, but feel like they know me as well now that I am driving my 2012 Nissan Murano. Emma was the first person I met and she walked me through weeks of decision-making in a professional yet personal way, answering my endless questions with clarity. She is informed and educated on Nissans, for sure. Once purchased, Pam in Finance explained in advance what I needed to do and what to bring to pick up my car. When I arrived my paperwork was done and my car was ready. Emma was there to explain the vehicle from front to back. I chose to visit Peters Nissan based on the selection of the nissans they offered. I was completely surprised by the overall feeling even before entering the establishment. I was greeted by an employee just walking through the parking lot asking if i needed to know where anything was. Once i found my way inside the dealership it was nothing but a pleasant expierence. From the sales associate, Art and our test drive to the Pam and her one on one dedication getting me into my brand new car. The tour of the dealership was also impeccable. I wish all dealerships were this friendly and honest! This was my first purchase at Peter's Nissan and I was so pleasantly surprised with how easy Rick Trottier and Jim Jackson were to work with. Only 4 months ago, my fiance and I decided we needed a second car. Quality of life was becoming richer, and we needed separate vehicles to get to and from work. We dealt with a mom and pop dealership that were quick and eager to take our down payment, throw us into a 2006 V8 gas guzzling Lincoln and push us off the lot. Not once did we feel as though our needs were compassionately being listened to. We took the car however, because our credit scores were not favorable, we were getting denied from most lending banks, and we thought this car was our only option. Most of our savings went into the down payment, and even more of our savings went toward filling the tank. Roughly two months after buying the Lincoln, MY car ended up reaching the end of its line, and I found myself at another dealership, trading my car in, putting an additional down payment for a decent trade, and going through this process all over again. It's draining, as a consumer, to pour all of your effort, much of your savings, and so much of your patience into something that may or may not be reliable, or even what you NEED. The V8 was draining us. We knew we had made a mistake, but were already into a loan- that not only did we think we couldn't get out of, but the loan was nearly double what the car was worth. I won't go into further details- but I will share with you that we were constantly stressed, constantly worried, and financially feeling like we were being sucked dry. We had no extended warranty, no perks, no bonuses, and honestly- no real options.I responded to an online ad, inquiring about Nissan leases. I was NOT hopeful, and in the back of my mind I felt like I may have been wasting my time. I got a prompt and immediate response from their internet manager, and made an appointment for the following morning. We walked in on Tuesday morning at 10 15. I was not going to leave without a car, and I was determined to change our situation. I pull long hours, I am dedicated to my job, I am in school part time for nursing, and my fiance does the same. He works 6 days a week, 8 am to 7 30pm, and takes part time classes, and neither one of us deserved another storm! We were introduced to Art, who took an approach I've never seen from a salesman. His patience was easing, his charm was radiating, and his experience made us feel comfortable. It was as if he was taking the stress off my shoulders in layers. There was nothing but persistence, compassion, and a desire to fulfill someone else's needs. The way the whole process was taken care of was reputable, and I am more than amazed with the level of professionalism. I am shocked that there are car dealerships out there that actually care about how other people are living- and are willing to give someone a second chance! Art listened to our needs, and passed it along to the rest of his team, and they all worked together to get us into something we needed. Maybe these things don't work out for everyone, but the fact that a finance director is willing to push for a deal, and take a leap of faith that we are deserving- is enough for me to tell anyone and everyone to go to Peters Nissan. I am more than grateful and I am content with what we drove away with. We are now proud leasers of a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV, and we are ECSTATIC that we won't be filling the tank with 70 dollar-fills every 2-3 days. And in a year from now, I know where I'll be trading my Accord, because I can't wait to give them more business. Thank you for easing our stress and we hope your company continues to flourish! We drove away in tears, big cheesy smiles, full of gratitude, and we finally feel secure knowing the decisions we made will help us tremendously in the long run.

We visited this dealer about 9 years ago and had a bad experience as the sales guy refused to match another dealer. When looking for a new car this past month we decided to give them a try. We wowed by the customer service. We met with Art who literally made sure my little ones were given snacks so I could concentrate. Art even said he would bring the car to our house so we could test drive it without the kids distraction. My 2 year old even sat on his lap. I felt so comfortable with him and everyone there. Art is not your typical sales person. He is not pushy at all. He even bought my kids 2 DVDs so they could have something to watch on the tvs in the pathfinder. I have been back twice for questions and Art has been so helpful. He believes the real service begins after you buy the car. What sales person cares about that? He does. He was great.

When I decided to buy a Nissan Altima back in the fall I was impressed with my sales person Art Otremba. Art continually reminded me that he would be available for any questions or problems that I might have with my car. He stressed the fact that this meant I could contact him any time I needed assistance. Art even went above and beyond by giving me his cell phone number. A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to learn that Art's promise wasn't just lip service or a sales gimmick. I contacted him on a Friday night, well after normal working hours, to tell him about a problem I was having with the car. He reassured me about the problem and that he would make arrangements for me to come into the service department on the next day. True to Art's promise, I ended up getting my car into service on a busy Saturday morning and the problem was quickly rectified. In addition to Art, I was helped by Frank, Nate, Jim and Jeff, all members of the Nissan Service Department. All four service department members were more than helpful and explained the problem in an easily understandable manner.Peters Nissan of Nashua is a dealership that stands by their promises and goes out of the way to help customers during and after the sale.

I was researching online, looking for a vehicle. I had a baby about a year ago, and I currently owned a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The car was just way too small for my daughter, I really needed something bigger. I found a nice used 2011 Nissan Rouge at Peters Nissan in Nashua. I am only 22 and I ended up going by myself, I honestly thought the salesmen/or woman were going to take advantage of me because I was young and I had no experience with getting a new car (alone). Yesterday I leased a 2013 Altima from Peters and I LOVE it! I worked with Art and he was awesome. He was so nice, personable, funny and sweet. He actually called me this morning to check in, which I thought it was so nice of him. This was my first leasing experience and it was so easy. My experience at Peters Nissan was excellent. I purchased a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima. They did not try to oversell me. They were very attuned to my needs for a vehicle and overachieved in terms of wanting to please me. When Don found out that my vehicle had not arrived with the carpeted floor mats it was supposed to, he found all season mats from the certified pre-owed dealership for my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle by for an inspection sticker the next day, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle and topped off the tank of gas. It was only about a 1/2 gallon low, but what service! Overall, just a great experience buying a new vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend to another potential customer.

I had looked at vehicles at other dealerships, and compared to other sales consultants, Art was the most straight-forward and ungimmicky. He asked about, and more importantly REMEMBERED, what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Given the difference in age between my old car and my new Pathfinder, there was a lot I had to learn, and Art explained each and every feature in great detail, and no question I had was considered naive or stupid. He had a wealth of knowledge, and just wanted to share the information, but was never pushy or pressuring. To me, Art is the antithesis of the stereotypical "car salesman," and he made the whole experience hassle-free and enjoyable.

We just bought home our first new car (we usually drive used cars). Art was our salesman and he was outstanding. He knew the cars inside and out and understood our needs and matched us to the perfect car. The price negotiation was straight forward and fair. He was even able to have the car a day earlier than promised because he went to the registry himself, instead of the dealership runner. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Kim from Peter's Nissan of Nashua was - I dreaded going to get a new car because I hate the whole used car salesman thing but I read about Kim on here so I asked for her by name- and she was great - I had limited time and specific needs and Kim didn't waste my time with anything that did not suit my needs - she was friendly without being overbearing and very willing to work with my schedule - the whole process of finding a car and buying it took about a week - in that time I actually got to try out one of the cars overnight to see how I felt about it! I purchases a 08 altima from this dealership . I asked for the car fax . I was told that it was NOT in an accident . After asking several times for the car fax I was finially shown one . It stated that it was clean and so I bought the car . A year later I went to another dealership to buy a new car and was told that the car was in an accident ! I was shown the wrong car fax !! Magic happened last week! I simply stopped by to test drive a new Nissan Rogue and less than 24 hrs. later, I drove off with that same vehicle! That sounds like a long time for the transaction, I know, but some of those hours were 'sleeping on the deal' having borrowed the new vehicle for the overnight to try it out. I was at first saddened to have traded in my beloved 2006 sedan, yet I absolutely love the new one . . . and when I hear projections from the Farmers Almanac publication that this winter is expected to be an extremely snowy one in the northeast, I KNOW I've made the right decision! Scott was a professional from beginning to end. He showed so much patience with me, and was reassuring to me throughout the entire process. I'd also like to add that Jim Hinkle in Service was so friendly and helpful with the necessary state inspection, etc. Great experience from beginning to end.

This dealership was deceptive with pricing. They offered a cash out the door deal and then switched once I accepted the offer. They attempted to force a finance deal that I neither wanted or needed. The internet sales agent was clear we had a cash deal without any trade. The sales manager later tried to change the deal because they make money on every sale that is financed through Nissan. They claim some of their discount was tied to Nissan finance incentive. I found a better deal for cash on a new Nissan Rogue SV sl. I recommend being very careful with this dealer. A deal in hand is not necessarily a deal.

I have bought several cars in my life and have grown to DESPISE dealerships and the car buying process. I had a very tough and unique situation in which I was very upside down in my previous vehicle, but due to a failing transmission I was forced to do something. I went to peters Nissan and spoke with Dan. I was straight forward with him and he was straight forward with me rite from the start. He never tried to manipulate me or force me in a direction I didn't want. He listened to me and did his best to do what he could with my circumstances. The sales manager Cheryl is a very friendly and pleasant person to work with, and she also did her very best to work with me in my situation as well. They both were honest and genuine the entire time. Typically I would have been aggravated within 30 min. However I had a smile the entire time and this was by far the best experience I have ever had, and would highly recommend dealing with Dan at Peters Nissan! Outstanding!!

Myself and my fiance went into Nissan in Nashua after going to the Dodge dealership on Exit 1 in Nashua. We were treated so horrible at the dodge dealer, that we walked out and to be honest, I was very cautious of our visit to Nissan. I had made an online inquiry and Jeff called me back and answered all my questions. He set up an appointment for us to meet with Scott Walters and after 2 missed appointments (my fault), we finally made it in. Immediately, I felt comfortable but still wary. My fiancee said I was a little abrupt that was because of my previous experience with salesmen at car dealerships. He was so polite and accomodating and organized. Everything went so smoothly. I looked at a few pickups (Frontier), and finally decided what options I wanted and I already knew what my price range was. The original sticker price was immediately reduced but was still not to my liking and I told Scott that I was ready to walk and he went back to his superior and came back one minute later with a generous price discount and an increase in my trade in value. I was very happy and relieved to know that we were not going to sit in the dealership going back and forth all evening with numbers. He understood how I felt and helped me get my lowest agreeable price in the matter of minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would recommend him to a friend in a second. He even threw in a remote car starter for free because the truck I chose didnt have one and he knew I wanted one. I will definitely go back there for future purchases and without a doubt give him a 10 star across the board. He was courteous, polite, funny, personable, social and extremely knowledgable of the vechicles and if he didn't know the exact answer to a question, he made it a point to find out quickly. I give them a thumbs up in all areas. When you walk in, everyone is very friendly and you just get that feeling that you finally found the right place. Thank you for my new truck. It's not the sale that I had a problem with, it's the after sale. My car was totaled and I needed to get a document from Peter's in order to file a Gap Insurance claim. I have been calling and emailing for THREE WEEKS in order to get a copy of a book-out sheet that should be right there in a file. Each time I called I would be transferred to the voicemail of Pam Crocker, who NEVER calls back, or Raphael Almont, who promises he will get back to you and then forgets who you are.When searching for my new purchase I went to Highline Auto of Salem New Hampshire and have never had a dealership bend over further backwards than they have. Furthermore, the financing rate they got me was 10% lower than Peters.

Matt Atherton is by far one of the best car salesmen with whom I have ever dealt (and I am older than I like to admit so have encountered many)! He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Matt listened to the kind of vehicle I was interested in and suggested the Kia Sorento - a car I had not considered. I love this car. There was no up-selling, no bickering back and forth over price, and just honest dealings. Everyone else I dealt with in the purchase process was also very courteous and efficient. I have been to their service department twice now for maintenance and the treatment there was also first class. I started out in Service with a 13 year old Altima and ended up in Sales with a 2012 Frontier. Bill was my Salesperson and he worked very hard for me that day to find the exact truck that I wanted. He was extremely patient and very friendly. Everyone in Customer Service as well as the Finance department couldn't have been nicer. It was a long day because I didn't go there with the intention of buying a new vechicle. At the end of the day I had the vechicle that I wanted. Only wish I could have scratched off the new car or $20,000.00. (haha) I had already recommended this Dealer to a friend of mine who purchased a new Murano in 2011. Peter's auto, Nissan Service is one of the the reasons I've been doing business with Peter's since 1983. They know their stuff, get the job done on time, keep me in the loop the whole way thru - they always ask before doing any costly work - they answer my questions and treat me like family.Take today, Monday morning. I heard a weird noise in my front end last night...have to have it looked at on my way to work. Showed up at 7:45 w/o an appointment, was immediately counseled, they took my vehicle in and had the report for me in less than 30 mins. Sat down reviewed my options - it was significant repair. Made my choice and they had me repaired and out of there on the way to work by 10 a.m. Can't beat that!

After a not so good experience with Peters back in 2003, my wife and I tried again in 2010. We were not planning on purchasing a vehicle at this time from this dealership. After meeting with the sales rep and getting great customer service we did end up purchasing a Honda from them. Because of the much improved service we received 2 years ago, we decided to go to Peters Nissan on our 1st stop in looking for a 2nd new vehicle. Dealing with our sales rep, Scott Walters was the absolute BEST experience we have ever had with any sales person. He took the time to listen to what our needs were. He did not try to push any vehicles on us. He was very patient with both my wife and I and again, took the time needed to meet our needs, talk to us about all our options, and worked with us over a 2 week period to get us into the vehicle that we wanted. At no time did Scott ever seem to be inpatient or pushy. He made us feel relaxed and as stress free as we could have been. Purchasing a new vehicle is not an easy thing for a family of 5 with a child in college and he made sure that we were comfortable with the purchase we were completing. Scott even took the time to talk with our sons to see that they were set up in the waiting area, as well as to see what they liked, disliked about the cars we were test driving. This experience was absolutely great and we will not hesitate to return to Peters the next time the need arises.

I purchased my first Murano from Peters in March 2010 and just purchased my second one today. I brought the first one in for service every 5k miles with Peters and I've been very happy. I've owned cars for years and it's very difficult to trust service reps at repair shops and dealers. I feel like there are some that are thieves charging for all kinds of unnecessary repairs. There are others that charge for some unnecessary repairs in order to make sure they meet their revenue target. Then, there are the honest people who only recommend service that should actually be performed. I really feel like Nate and Peters fall into the third category of honest people. I've definitely had service reps that I feel took me for a ride in the past. I don't get that feeling at all from Peters. Ask for Nate and you won't be disappointed.While I don't hope to do TOO much business with the service department at Peters :), I know that I will feel confident in the quality of their work and the service they recommend!Update 11/5/2012: I went in a few weeks ago for regular service. I also had a stain on one of my back seats I had to have removed. My son had spilled about 12 oz of apple juice and it left a slightly dark spot about 6 inches in diameter. Jim was my service advisor this visit. I think this was my second or third time working with him. He let me walk out to my car to show him exactly where the stain was so no time would be wasted cleaning areas that were not affected. I was very satisfied with the visit and look forward to working with him again.

Hate the car buying experience? Me, too! But Scott isn't anything like the car salesperson cliche. In fact, he is just a regular guy who points you in the right direction and helps you get the vehicle you really want. In my case it was a "special edition" model which was hard to locate this late into the 2012 season but he found one and got it delivered to me in a timely manner. In short, Scott is a good guy (like a neighbor or a friend from work). I would certainly buy another vehicle from him. He sold me a Nissan. Keep in mind that Scott can hook you up with other auto brands, too, like Honda and Kia because those brands are in other buildings at the other end of the lot. Another great surprise I need to share with you... Pam the Finance associate saved me another $500.00 AFTER my negotiated deal by helping me find a better financing deal. She was patient answering all of my questions and did the extra work required to find the higher rebate offer. My family has done business with this local dealership in the past (both my older brothers - they work at Market Basket) I have saved my money for a long time now (I work across the street-at Ruby's) and have the cash to buy my first car. They, my brothers, recommended that I go to Peter's and I found a little Audi I liked. The salesman Richard Roy, did not allow any further negotiation on this car and told me on a phone message the next day that if "I did not get there by 5 he was going to write me off". I could not answer him right away as I was working. Well, I just have to say, that was about the rudest sales approach possible and a really bad first car buying experience. Well, I don't think I would ever buy from him, the shopping continues.Update still not able to negotiate was will to split the difference. No manager follow up these people are un-professional mickey mouse outfit.

First purchase of a new car. Was recommended to go to Peters by my uncle who had previously purchased cars there. Great experience from the beginning until the very end. My salesman was Sean Nicholson who was fantastic. Sean was very knowledgeable about the Rogue that I test drove. I also drove a new CR-V that day that Sean was also able to show me being that Peters has both Nissans and Hondas. I found this to be extremely conveient and was glad I was able to stay with the same salesperson. Sean did a great job at explaining the differences between both cars yet did not try to dissuade me from one or the other. After deciding against a few Nissan dealerships I was very happy with Peters. Sean and the entire staff, including Dan who jumped in for Sean briefly, was exceptional. I look forward to bringing my new Rogue there for service and continuing to develop my relationship with the staff.

Like many people, I love new cars but hate car shopping. I think of old-school pushy salespeople, hours of haggling and slightly less paperwork than my mortgage. Before heading to Peter's Nissan, I prepared myself for an unpleasant experience, or at least a minor battle. Instead, I left Peter's with my hot new Nissan Rogue and a smile. From start to finish, I was at the dealership for about 2 1/2 hours and during that time my trade was inspected, pricing discussed, financing processed and the Rogue was prepared for delivery. Doug Morlan, my sales consultant, is courteous, energetic, knows his Nissans. He's obviously a "people person" and loves what he does. I'm admittedly a bit agressive in business, but Doug navigated us both through the sale professionally while also making me feel valued as a Peter's Nissan customer. When he introduced himself to my 11-year-old daughter, that earned major points with me. He made certain that each piece of the experience was smooth and painless. I later had the opportunity to casually talk with another member of the sales team, and found him to be warm and genuine. The whole place has a customer-oriented vibe. Love it. When I'm happy, everyone knows it. :-)

I was selling my car to the dealer. The sales manager Steve Amirault checked the papers and the car. Made an offer on Monday 24-Oct-11 and this was in the evening. I asked for 1 week time to which he agreed. I called him on 25-Oct afternoon to fix an appointment, he said Monday 31-Oct would be good. We ended the discussion saying I will meet him on Monday afternoon. As discussed, I went on Monday 10/31 afternoon and got the cheque without any hassles. It was a clean transaction.

The first time I did business with Peters was in 1989 and this is my third purchase through them. I went back this time because I wanted a Rogue and they had the one I wanted at the right price. I called and Rafael R. was very helpful and called me back right away to confirm that the vehicle I saw online was still available. I went up right away and purchased it that day. I had done a lot of research online so I had an idea of what I was willing to pay. I originally met with Richard but since I had requested info online I worked with Raphael. They were very willing to work with me till I was happy with the price. Guy stepped in to negotiate the final price. Pam in the business office was great to work with. Usually, the finance dept. is tedious and high pressured. I was looking at buying a Juke and had done a lot of research on line about the car. I gave my contact info on line and was contacted by Chris from Peter's because it was Brent's day off.....he asked me to stop by and we talked about the financing and what I could afford. I gave Chris a price I could afford and he said he'd make it happen....he did, but I was still reluctant to have the monthly payment that high, so he suggested a Versa.When I went by to look at it Brent was there. We went for a long test drive to make sure that I would be happy with this car over the Juke and Brent took extra care in making sure that I knew all about the car and it's features.I bought the Versa and love it.....I traded in my Buick Regal and I've already seen a savings in gas in just the short time I've owned it.Everyone that I've dealt with at Peter's has treated me fantastic. Greg was absolutely knowlegable and professional, but what made him stand out among of of the car salesmen I've dealt with was his absolute patience. After 10 years with my old Maxima (also purchased at Peter's) it was time for new one. I met with Greg Lovering and had an extremely positive and pleasant sales experience. I knew what I wanted beforehand and found Greg to be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and relaxed. He never pushed anything at me that I didn't want, and took time to listen to my wants and needs for a car. He also worked hard at getting the trade-in I wanted and the sale price to a level I was happy with. When I had a question a couple days after picking up the car he was very quick and helpful in responding. I keep my cars for a long time - usually 10 years or more - but the next new car will also be from Peter's if they're still there! This is the second very pleasant sales experience I've had with them, and I love the service department. The service techs are great - very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I've never had the pleasure of owning a Nissan but when I saw the new JUKE I fell in love. Peter's Nissan in Nashua had the color I wanted and we called and spoke to Chris Toothman and he listened to us and worked with us and gave us a great price that we could afford and couldn't pass up! Greg called us at home and got the ball rolling on the paper work etc. Once we got down there Chris and Greg immediately met with us. Greg Lovering was very knowledgable about the vehicle and spends the time needed to make everything work and we DIDN'T feel rushed. It was a wonderful first experience with Nissan and I'll be going back to Peter's Nissan and sending everyone I know looking for a new car!

My personal experience was pretty bad, also the issues with my 2010 Altima 2.5S were not being addressed to my satisfaction. New car and required monthly visits. Amazing. Have since dumped the Altima for a 2010 Ford Fusion and could not be happier... sales, cost, customer service, performance... everything. Again, my experience.

I recemtly went to Peters to get information on a 2011 Maxima and had no intention to purchase anytime soon. After going to Peters once and dealing with one representative, and then going back the second time to get more information on the different packages and pricing options, I decided that it was the right time to make the purchase. The sales team worked very well together and I didn't feel any pressure at all from either sales representative. They were very knowledgeable and helped guide me into finding the exact vehicle that I needed. They listended to all of my concerns and what "I" wanted in a new vehicle and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. I had shopped other dealerships in the area but have never been treated so well by the entire staff as I was at Peters. I would highly recommend Peters if you are considering purchasing a new, or even used vehicle!

I have been bringing my Armada to Peters for service since I bought the truck. When I go in for my regular service, everyone knows my name, including the service manager. I have never felt a need to talk to Brian about any work on the truck, but he knows who I am and will say hi if he sees me. I am getting ready to buy our second Nissan, I am glad it will be serviced at Peter's.

I had been shopping for a truck for a long time, and it eventually came down to a Tacoma or a Frontier... and the best price. Bill was responsive and helpful as I gathered some online quotes. He also helped me right away test drive a brand new Frontier Pro-4x that was priced very aggressively. The car was loaded with way more features than I was expecting for the price, and my mind was made up easily. We did have to wait around a bit finishing the deal, but then again it was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was packed. I am very pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend Peters Nissan and Bill Phillips to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Buying a car is stressful,perhaps because I only do it every 10 years or so. I want to be sure I'm getting a car that I'll be happy with for a long time. It was a pleasure working with Greg Lovering. He answered all my questions, including correcting/clarifying incorrect information that I had gotten from another dealer. I got my new Versa hatchback with the options and for the price I wanted, and so far (I've had it for 4 days!)I am very happy with my perchase! I've bought my previous car across the parking lot at Peter's Honda and had similarly good service. Great dealership all around!

The experience I had at this dealership was excellent from start to finish. It was the best experience I had after purchasing cars for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of working with Gregory Lovering, an excellent salesperson who happens to be a Vet. The customer service did not end with the sale. Greg followed through to make sure that we were totally happy with the car. He resolved any issues to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. I contacted over seven dealerships in the area, Nissan and others. Peters gave the best price of any and there was no high pressure used. I did not have to go through a long tedious and insulting negotiating process. After contacting a number of dealers and doing extensive research, I knew what I wanted to pay and what was a reasonable price. I presented the figure and they accepted it. It was as easy as that. Other dealers advertised prices that were well below the actual price out the door. This dealership did not participate in this type of deceptive salesmanship. One dealer was almost $800 more than what we paid at Peters. Another dealer said they would match the price of any local Nissan Dealer. They could not match the price I got from Peters. It should also be noted that the other people I spoke to at Peters were also very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience!!

I did comparative evaluation of Toyota Camry hybrid, Ford Fusion hybrid, and Nissan Altima hybrid on the internet. I took test drives for all three. My preference was for the Nissan. Therefore, I contacted Peters via email and received a response within 15 minutes from Markos Pournaras. The price was the best of the three hybrids. Also, the tax incentive was a factor to consider. Although Peters cannot stock hybrids, Markos was able to get what I wanted within a few days. He went to MA to get the necessary insurance stamp and then went to the registry for title and plates. Consequently, I was able to take delivery within a week. I also took the 3 year maintenance plan. The tour of the dealership and service area was impressive. I believe that the salesman, Markos, should be promoted to management. He is very professional and has many years experience.

I have owned Nissans for twenty two years. Over that period I have dealt with numerous dealerships most of which employ a high pressure staff and the stereotypical sales tactics. Last September, I was shopping for a new car. After visiting seven dealers in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, plus the Internet, I visited Peters.The first thing I noticed was the friendliness and caring attitude that transcends the entire dealership. I was met by Anna Turchi and Ken Warren. They presented several lease and purchase options while being receptive to my needs and financial concerns. They made themselves available on days off if I had any questions, or wanted to see another vehicle. On September 24th I drove a 2009 Altima home. Since then, I've had both my car and a 2006 Murano serviced at Peters. The service staff portrays the same characteristics as the sales department. During the year, I've received emails from Anna on programs offered by Nissan and Peters. The latest offer of 0.9% for 60 months on the 2010 Murano brought me back without even thinking of another dealership. Once again, working with Anna and Ken was an absolute pleasure. Within 3 days, we had a deal made and I drove the new car home yesterday.

I have always owned Z's but for the last 12 years have not owned one and now for my last car I wanted once again to own a Z with the help of Ken Warren my dream was fulfilled. We went to Peters Nissan on a referral from our parents. It was a great referral. Anna Turchi helped us figure out which car was the right one for us. She stayed after hours discussing with us, and we appreciated this. We got to look at the various packages for the car we bought, and it was nice to have them carefully explained to us. It was a no-pressure experience, which is awesome! Greg Lovering helped us on picking up the vehicle, set up my wife's phone to work with the bluetooth system, and gave excellent advice about the car.Pam Crocker who handled the title paperwork and actual payment even went out of her way to make our 5 year old feel at home there. She was helpful in explaining the various warranty and service packages available.We even got to talk with the general sales manager, Ken Warren. It gave us a great feeling having a chat with him, a very personable and friendly individual. Clearly he has a great team working with him.We would like to give Peters an A++ in being an excellent dealership to work with. Finally, the new car we bought is awesome and fun! Greg was very interested in supplying me the car mf wife wanted. He also took into account a very unusual trade situation of two vehicles for one new one. Which led me to trading in my car and motorcycle for a second car for myself. I would and have recommended Peters to others. Also my daughter serviced her car there,(new tires, alignment, oil & filter etc). The tech told her she needed some pipe underneath for the cooling system for about $200. After the repair, they said that was covered under warranty and it only cost her $50. They were very honest to a single woman in that situation. My hat is off to Peters whole group. Thank you

I went back to Peters Nissan because my previous purchase of a 2007 Altima 2.5 SL was great. I presented them with a competing deal from Team Nissan, and they beat it by about $1,000. So this time I expected the best deal from them and did not look elsewhere - this was a mistake. I made a deal, put a deposit on a new Altima SL, which they had to acquire, and went home. On the way, I stopped at Team Nissan, and they offered me a better deal on the same model (different color) in stock. OK, I already had put $$ down, so I called Andre at Peters, told him about Team's offer, and Peters ultimately did match / beat it slightly, so I did buy from Peters, but it just goes to show you that you should shop around to KNOW what is a good deal, and what might not be the best deal. I should have done this first, not second. I will state, unequivocably though, that Andre was great, and all the staff, including the Finance Manager, at Peters were great to deal with. Both Peters and Team are top notch dealers, so a purchase at either one is a great experience, but Peters came through for me again. Thanks for making the purchase enjoyable, and NOT taking all my time with a lot of back and forth haggling, pressure tactics, etc. If you don't like to be pressured, etc., deal with Andre and Peters Nissan!!!

My entire experience was very delightful. I was rather nervous but was made to feel at ease quickly. Greg was very professional and not pushy. He LISTENED to what I wanted and what I was able to afford. I wanted a certain interior color and specific accessories. Unlike the other dealership who told me they didn't have the color nor the accessories and would not be able to get one from elsewhere, Greg found the exact car I wanted and.... gave me an excellent deal. I have purchased or leased 7 vehicles from Peters in Nashua in the past 20 years. This included 4 Izuzu Troopers, one Sentra, one Murano, and one Titan. This is the only dealer I go to now because in this period of time and over 7 vehicles I don't believe they have ever tried to pressure me into buying anything I didn't want, nor have they recommended any service or repair I didn't actually need. Any dealer will sell you a car, but finding a dealer with a competent and honest service department is difficult. Peters seems to realize this and it shows.Waiting for service to be completed is not bad either because of the coffee, hot chocolate, TV, newspapers, magazines, and pastries. There is even a computer there you can use.

I brought my Pathfinder in for a recall on a crash sensor. I arrived a half an hour before my appointment. They took my car right away replaced the part , washed and vacuumed my car and I was back on the road in 40 minutes. The whole process was quick and professional.

When I called with a problem with my car Frank was extremely helpful and took my appointmet right away. He informed me of a special price for 30K service package. He is outstanding and greatly appreciate his caring for me and my car problem. I was able to get the 30k check up at the discount price. In addition, the issue with my car was the tires. They had tar on them. Frank and the service man showed me the tire and made a recommedation.

This is my second purchase from Peters in Nashua, the first was a Honda. When I called Peters Nissan and spoke to Gred, I told him I wanted to test drive a new Ultimabut didn't have a lot of time. He had the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived and off we went - no hassel! Other dealerships made me answer 101 questions before even leaving the building, then I had to wait around until they could find a vehicle, plate, etc. after I had told them I was short on time, my lunch hour. Greg was very knowledeable about the car but he didn't "push" anything. When we finished the ride I thought I wanted to try the 4 cylinder car too, so Greg quickly had that car ready and I went off on my own. Liked both cars! Choose the 4 cylinder. Greg was patient while I went back and forth on color choices. He did not take calls while he workied with me, again, something the previous dealship did that really annoyed me and wasted my time. He introducted me to his manager, who was equally nice. Just a friendly hello, glad to meet you, no pressure like at other dealerships. I was able to work out a deal that I felt good about and the price was fair! If you haven't shopped around you might go into Peters and think 'what a great dealership, nice staff, no games', but when you've shopped other places and then go to Peters you really appreciate the difference. I recommend them highly! Everyone I came in contact there was equally genuine.

My husband and I met with Andre to look at two cars,Honda Accord and the Nissan Altima. Andre was kind enough to have both cars ready for us to look at when we arrived. Peters of Nashua sells both Nissan and Honda. The ability to be able to look at both cars at the same time was very helpful. I test drove both cars and was able to compare them without leaving the dealership and having to go to another dealership. Andre was able to answer all my concerns and questions. The other piece of this purchase was the fact that the car was for me( the wife) and he really addressed what I was looking for in a car and not ONLY speaking with my husband about the purchase, which did happen at another dealership that we had gone to. The price of the vehicle was where we wanted to be and Pam was very helpful in the loan process. We did buy the Altima and I am very happy with our purchase.

I have shopped at Peter's several times over several years. Once, they told me I had to write a check for $500 to them for them to hold while I test drove a 350. I didn't and left. I had planned on buying one within that week. Once they told me I had to write a contract before I could test drive a car and if I didn't like it they would destroy the contract. I didn't and left. Once I went in around 7:30pm and asked a group of salesmen hanging around talking to each other "who wants to sell a car tonight?" FINALLY a younger salesman came to me. I told him what I wanted and what I would pay. I told him I was serious to do it then. He said he couldn't, so I left and bought it at that price at Team Nissan in Manchester one hour later. Later that week the young saleman called me and was surprised I had purchased one like I said I was going to do. He told me he could have beaten that price, but didn't take me serious. I think Peters Nissan is dishonest and does not function within ethical boundaries. I have heard several similar stories from my community.

I'd also like to comment on the post by semibreve42, when someone makes a subjective statement based on perception or feelings, for me, it must be backed up with a NAME. Bought a Nissan Versa during the Cash for Clunkers event. The Sales Manager (who's name I forget, unfortunately) was rather rude to us. She offered the "electronics protection package" for some unseemly price, which I declined, after which her attitude became much less kind. She also seemed to take offense to my declining of a maintenance "deal" where you pay an extra monthly fee, and then they do all the oil changes, etc. She argued with me about the value of such a service, and was noticeably ruder after that, the three of us who were there all agreed.Our dealer, Andre, did not return our calls very well, and was generally inattentive. I would have not bought my car here, if it wasn't for the fact that I had to purchase it quickly in order to take advantage of Cash for Clunkers.

The sales and service departments are awesome. So, if you want to get treated right and not have pushy sales people pressuring you, then you should visit Peter's. I love my new Altima that I got in May....Raphael was wonderful to work with and followed through on every detail. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. We will certainly be looking him up in a few years when we make a new car choice again!!Last week I brought my car in for the first check-up. What a great experience!! Norman was so terrific..he reassured my when I was upset that I had parked under a tree and thought I had gotten sap on my beautiful new red car! He polished it up like a new penney..even vacuumed the inside!! I work and have 2 handicapped daughters..and although I love a clean car, sometimes it moves to the bottom of my "to do list". Always get an appointment when desired. Work completed on time. Work which has been completed is explained well by service representative. Customer is able to speak directly with technician if necessary. All work includes a check on other systems with advice concerning any problems that might arise. No presure to add service not requested.

The service department is the best! I was having work done and got a time estimate of 2+ hours so i got a complimentary loaner vehicle and I got a call in less than 1.5hrs. that everything was done. My vehicle is always washed too. A+ in my book. I would recomend the Nissan service department to everyone.

Peter's has provided a professional and friendly environment. Their service department provides excellent service. Their service staff is proactive informing me of potential issues that need to be addressed and estimates. Their customer service representative that I work with keeps me informed of specials that become available from the dealerships's service department regarding work that needs to be done on my car. The dealership also provides coupons which can sowmwaht ease repair costs. I had purchased by car at a different dealsership and had become very dissatisfied with their service department. I had purchased a Honda previously and was very pleased with Peter's Honda Service so I decided to give their Nissan service a try. I couldn't be happier I switched to Peter's.

Vehicle was in for a recall, something to do with the Fan module on the AC unit. I called the Nissan service department and was easliy able to get an appointment. On arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by one of the service people as soon as I entered the facility. He took the info he needed and got me on my way quickly, he even took the time to call me to tell me that the vehicle had been repaired, and informed me that I was over due on some fluid changes. (I did not have it done) but he told me and was not pushy in trying to get me to do it righ then and there.I am thinking of trading my Nissan Titan for a new truck, I only hope the service department at what ever I buy is as nice and friendly as the one at Peters, I have never had a problem with these people.

Peters is always accommodating to my schedule. I've never had a problem getting appointments that fit my timeframe. Check in and check out is very fast. The courtesy shuttle is very convenient. With Peter's keeping track of my service record, I don't have to worry about remembering when schedule maintenance is due.

In the past several years, I have purchased two new cars from Peters Nissan in Nashua, NH. The first was a 1998 Altima, which we still own and enjoy driving to this day. Our Altima has well over 100K miles on it and continues to serve us well, thanks in large part to the service department at Peters. Whether its been routine maintenance or a major issue, Peters service department has consistently impressed me with their expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. Most importantly, both existing and potential problems were always quickly diagnosed, explained, and resolved to my complete satisfaction.When I was in need of second car, I purchased a new Sentra in 2004 because I had been so pleased with the quality and pricing of Nissan products, and I purchased it from Peters primarily because of their outstanding service department. As I have come to expect, their care and maintenance of the Sentra has been courteous, reliable, and affordable, especially when compared with four other dealerships from which I bought new vehicles over the years. At the time my brother-in-law was looking for another car, he asked me about Nissan, and since he lives in Nashua, he was interested in my experience with Peters service department. After I recommended both their cars and their service, he bought a Sentra from Peters, where he too has been thoroughly satisfied and equally complimentary of their service.Although their product is cars, the difference with Peters is that their focus is people: not only the people who are their customers but their own people. From the service manager to the service agents to the mechanics to the cashier, everyone knows what they are doing, and they do it for others as if they were doing it for family and friends. When they have your car in service, they have you in mind: your schedule, your safety, and your satisfaction. In my travels for business I stopped by Peters Nissan to see if they could help me out with some maintenance on my truck since it was due. Now bear in mind that I didn't have an appointment but they were very helpful and were up front and honest. They got my car in a timely fashion and I have gone back to them several times for warranty and maintenance.Nate has been very helpful. I don't live close by and he knows that so he helps me out.If it weren't for this service department I probably wouldn't be coming this far. They make it worth the trip.Antonio

I bought my 2009 Nissan Versa 1.8S HB in August 2008. I have had it in several times for routine service (oil changes and normal inspections). I also just recently had it serviced for a broken battery shroud (plastic heat-cover). On all occasions the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. My appointments have always been kept on time and in fact on a couple of times when I was early they did not make me wait but serviced my car right away. They also wash your car each time it is in for service which is a pleasant perk. Being from NYC, I always try to tip the service advisor and/or the mechanics, but no one accepts my money, telling me instead to donate it to charity if I like. I usually try to see my initial salesperson when I am at the dealership, and Samantha Sula is always friendly and willing to spend a few minutes catching up on all things automotive. She handled the initial sale professionally and with great efficiency, I had absolutely no complaints when I drove my new car off the lot. She has followed up periodically with postcards and letters to see how I am doing and how my vehicle is doing as well.Service Advisor Jim Hinkle is a wonderful asset to Peters Auto, he is always friendly and remembers my name. He shows a willingness to listen and resolve any problem, no matter how seemingly small. The other advisors as well are friendly and helpful.This is my first Nissan and if things continue as they have been I will certainly purchase another down the road. My car has 10,000 miles with no trouble. I bought the extended warranty and the service contract also.I highly recommend Peters Auto for their professionalism and attention to the customer. I'm not much for bringing vehicles to the shop, but the one place I don't mind going is Peter's Nissan. I've had to bring my car in to have some warranty work performed and Nate provided me with a pleasant experience throughout the whole process. The Peters Nissan service department is very helpful and always there when you need them. Whether it be setting an appointment on a moments notice or answering a question that I may have, they have always been able to help out. I worked with Nate last and he took the time to go over my history and recommend anything I needed. I am impressed with the professionalism that they instill and I never hesitate to take my vehicle there for work. I can go other places for cheaper money....but I also get less service and non factory parts which are annoying most of the time. They usually cause more problems than they are worth.

I had to go to Peters Nissan for a warranty repair that I was not looking forward to dealing with. When I walked into Peters the people there changed my perspective on that. They changed my negative outlook into a positive one. They got my car in and out and Nate did a great job reassuring me that my car was repaired properly and made me feel that I was important. Even though there were other customers around and being catered to. I would recommend Peters Nissan to anyone!

My latest experience at Peter's of Nashua was nothing short of excellent. I contacted Nate about an issue with my Nissan and I asked him to contact the manufacturer about it... he called me later that day and stated he was still working on it and would call me back in a day or two when he had an answer, it was nice to get the update. He called again a few days later and stated everything would be taken care of and to bring in my vehicle. We set-up the appointment and as promised if I got there at 7am he would get my vehicle in right away. It was finished within a short time, including a free car wash (always appreciated) and I was actually a few minutes early for work that morning. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal experience. Thanks again! I have been to Peter's Nissan service Department for many years having owned three Nissan's in my life and they have always worked with me as a customer and have always been fair. Not all experiences are so ideal as I described above but they always put in the effort and I have found that they are respectful, knowledgeable and conscientious.

I've been part of the 'Peter's Auto Family' for more than 25 years. I've owned one used car, two new Isuzu vehicles and 5 new Nissan vehicles. I currently drive a Nissan Frontier. I am very pleased with the vehicle line and always feel as though I am treated fairly at Peter's. My ongoing relationship, howver, is always with Service. That's what keeps me coming back. Peter's has the best Service Dept. bar none. They go out of their way to accomodate my service needs; they are prompt and respect my time, and they are friendly in a real and sincere way - I do feel a part of the family when I visit Peter's. I have also visited the Bump Clinic - someone hit my vehicle - and found the same level of professionalism, servce oriented attention, and timeliness in addrssing my repairs and vehicle needs.Not only do I recommend Peter's, I also repeat my service stories to friends and in the 'Service Excellence' trainign sessions I conduct.

I'm on my 5th Nissan, 1 Sentra, 2 Hard bodies, and now my second Frontier - All of have seen their service department and each visit was top notch, recently they have gone above and beyond to accomodate me for warranty repairs! Parts prices are under average and quite fair. I research parts online first to have an idea of what to expect - no worries these guys will be in line.

This is a very respectable service department for our area. I've been to a few other dealerships in southern NH and Mass and this is by far, in my opinion the best run department. They have always been able to help me out with anything from a state inspection to a complicated issue. Peters Nissan service is the best.

In 2006 I visited Toyota of Nashua on a Wednesday morning. I told the salesman that I wanted a test drive in both a Tacoma and a Tundra. He first told me that I could only get a test drive if I was buying "today". I imediately turned and began to walk back to my car. The salesman chased me and said that he would be happy to give me a ride in both cars. He accompanied me in a ten minute ride in each truck. I left the dealership and on arriving at home gave Peters Nissan a call. I spoke to a salesman named Peter and tole him that I would like to drive both the Titan and the Frontier. He told me to come to the dealership where he gave me a brand new Titan for the weekend. When I brought it back and told him that it was just too laarge for my use he offered to let me take a Frontier for a couple of days. I said that a couple of hours was fine. I am sure you can guess that I bought a Frontier rather than a Tacoma.

Nate Young has been my family's service advisor for some years now and continues to deliver a sterling experience. Of particular note this experience started with my car failing just before closing. I called Nate and told him I was getting a tow to his dealership. Nate said he would stay until I got there and give a quick analysis of the condition and set me up for the work the next day.

I have dealt with Peters Honda and Nissan dealership for 24 years. I have bought 4 cars from them. I have never had my cars serviced by any other service department because Peters Honda and Nissan service is superior. I've owned 2 Hondas and 2 Nissans. My grandson was given my 2005 Nissan Sentra and I also have it serviced along with my own Nissan at Peters Nissan.

The actual maintenance is performed by highly qualified technicians who explain what needs to be done.I have never felt I was taken advantage of, in fact, there is a level of trust that has developed over the years I have used this fine establishment.Brian Lefeve, the service Manager, is thoughtful and willing to work with you when problems arise. The service folks are great, especially Nate and Frank.I highly recommend Peters and it's service team.

They are the most courteous, knowledgable and polite service department that I have dealt with in all of my 40 yrs of driving. I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Rogue, a 2008 Nissan Sentra and a 2000 Chevrolet Impala from peters Nissan. After 3000 miles the leather on the Rogue's front drivers seat started showing some very abnormal wear. I took it to Peters service department and the service rep tried to claim it was normal wear and I had to ask to see the service manager and have a stressful and unpleasant conversation with him before he would agree to replace the seat cover. When they did the replacement the service rep said after looking at it, they could see it was defective and that the leather had separated from the backing. In the first 7,000 miles my 2008 Sentra had to have the Brake master cylinder, mass air flow meter and the tires balance after developing a vibration. At 9200 miles the service engine light came on again and while I was checking the gas cap and air filter as recommended by the owners manual, one of the small metal clips that holds the air cleaner cover on fell off because it was not attached properly and it could not be located. When I went to Peters service department to get the check engine light looked at, I asked them to replace the metal clip that fell off the air cleaner cover and they told me they could not sell me just the clip and that I would have to replace the whole air cleaner unit for a cost of over $200 dollars. After another very stressful and contentious conversation with the service manager he agreed to replace the metal clip. You would think after purchasing three cars from Peters Nissan and having so many issues with the two brand new Nissans it would be in Peters service departments best interest to step up and make a customer like myself happy without a big fight, but from my experience it looks like their service manager is more interested in winning an argument, than doing whats right for the customer.I am no longer going to have my vehicles serviced at Peters Nissan and I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from them in the future. From my experience I recommend that you stay away from Peters Nissan when looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Turned in my BMW X3 lease and went to Peters Nissan to check out the new Rogue Cross over. Wow! Not only has Nissan built a great vehicle that not only performs but gets awesome gas mileage... the people at Peters Nissan really care about the customer!! Everyone from the receptionist to the Management were caring and friendly. What a terrific place to do business. If you live outside tha area it is well worth the drive. I passed my local Nissan dealer to do business in Nashua and it was well worth the drive!
