I had a GREAT experience purchasing my vehicle! Trevor Pierce was my salesman. I can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and timeliness during my experience. He carefully listened to what I explained was important to me, researched relevant vehicles and only showed me those that were within my criteria which made my selection incredibly easy. Trevor even went the extra "mile" by washing my car and filling it up while we completed the financing. David Bales was key in assisting us throughout the deal. He was extremely helpful and pleasant making the total experience simply outstanding. This experience was no pressure, quick, fair and pleasant! I HIGHLY recommend Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills, Trevor Pierce and David Bales.

I found the vehicle online and decided I wanted to see it in person and test drive it. Drive down and after asking a couple of people I was directed to the lot where it was located. Each person was eager to assist and together they were able to quickly locate the vehicle for us to safely see and drive. It was exactly what I wanted and we started the paperwork. The process went smooth as I paid cash and didn’t need financing. The only downside was the detailing prior to delivery took longer than it should. Overall I would buy again from Phil Long of Chapel Hills if they had the vehicle I wanted.

Lucas and Adrian where the best sales reps I have ever bought a car from. They never talked down to me or put any pressure to hurry up and make a purchase. They were patient, and if one didn't have an answer, to my questions, the other did. They helped me with every step, from test driving many cars, to placing my order. They communicated well with me, through all the stages of my custom order, from when Ford received it, to when my car was delivered on to the lot. They make a great team! I highly recommend these guys! THANK YOU!!!!!

Kenny did a great job with my Focus. It had a small recall on it and he and the tech who serviced it, handled it quick. Thank you! Took my car back the next year and Andrew did a great job taking care of me. He was able to advise me without breaking the bank. Thanks for your honestly and integrity Andrew!

The Phil Long Ford auto shop tech did a tremendous job on a couple of recall issues on my Lincoln MKT. Adjustments were made with the Power Control Module for one thing. The car has always ridden smoothly, but it is even running smoother and the engine idles quieter, since he repaired it. What an amazing job. Mark R. is a great service advisor and has always taken good care of me. Enjoyable experience! D B
