My family and I swore we would never deal with another Phil long dealership again after a bad experience. But after this visit, I would recommend Phil Long to anyone looking for a new car. I went in just window shopping. I never expected to test drive or even get approved for financing. But Lee and George worked with me and helped me upgrade and get me and my kids in to a safer vehicle and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. They can't work miracles but they can certainly do their best to help find something that works with your budget and your family.

I would definitely buy from Phil long again. See Mandi for a stress free buy, I did and it was awesome! She made every problem I had, her problem and fixed them as if they where personal to her!

I bought a truck 2 years ago. It's been one repair after another. Multiple calls no replies. In April, 2016, I had the second engine repair. I had concerns as 30,000 mile warranty almost up. Called and was transferred to service who told me the dealership I bought it at is out of business and was never a Phil Long. I told him I was talking to him on the number I just looked up based on where I bought it. He deflected that too. In any event, I ended up having to take it elsewhere. 1100 miles after the second engine replaced, it broke down with engine problems for second time. So this time I had it towed to the dealership which still says Phil Ling and is very obviously still in Business

I went in with a vehicle I was okay with and was just sourcing out my options. I didn't think I'd be able to upgrade, let alone get a nicer vehicle. Ron hooked me up. He got to know me, and set me up with a truck I didn't even know I wanted until he got me in it. I left with a Chevy avalanche fully loaded. Approved in minutes. Haven't been able to stop making excuses to drive it yet!Robert M.

Great service and team was helpful. They given us free gas for the 2014 Toyota Corolla and worked with us to get the car. Traded in our 07 Jeep Compass to get this car and in turn got a lower payment on it. Great service and friendly to all people that walked in. Will work with you if u need a car and try to get you approved for a car if military and civilian. Great work overall.

I will never consider coming to this dealership again. In my experience, I found this place to be run by men who not only lack respect for women, but the GM allowed his employees to make comments like "women should be in the kitchen and be making babies". Not only was I greeted inappropriately but I was told that the world was coming to an end because women were being "allowed" to run for president, when they should be at home making meals and having babies. I'm sorry, but i refuse to fill the pockets of an organization that supports these views. If a company's core management supports/enables discrimination and sexism, what makes you think they really care about their customers? They're in business to take your money, they're not in business to provide you with a good vehicle or a good service. I sincerely hope that this dealership closes its doors soon.

Signed the papers, said we were approved. Car catostrophically broke down, they paod for it. Left us with no ride for almost 3 weeks, then said we werent approved, come get our trade vehicle. Simply that and hung up. Thrn raised the.price of the vehicle.on the.internet by 2600.00. They dont return calls and the finance department is.rude.

Don't Trust their Highly Touted "Gold & Silver Service". It isn't worth the Paper it's printed on.You would be safer going over to the Toyota Store across the Parking Lot.We were return Customers but apparently there have been changes. The Sales Manager Kevin Something would not even return any phone calls. These people lived up to the Used Car Salesman tag for sure. Buyer Beware.
