We had a great experience purchasing our second vehicle from Piazza Honda of Reading. Tom Miller was very knowledgeable about the 2016 CR-V. He answered all of our questions pertaining to the vehicle. We appreciated that he took the time to show us the many different features of our new SUV. Tom also took the time to help us program our cellphone to the Bluetooth before our departure. Piazza Honda of Reading does make customer satisfaction a priority. Keep up the good work!

Third time is a charm. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Piazza Honda but the first time working with Tom Miller. he was great and very knowledgeable and answered ALL of our questions. When we picked up our new Honda Pilot, he spent over an hour going over all of the buttons and functions that we needed to know. We would definitely recommend Tom Miller to our friends and family that were thinking about buying a Honda. Buying a new car is a daunting experience and you hope you are making the right decision. We had a wonderful experience buying our used car at Piazza Honda of Reading. Our sales person was Thomas Miller and he was very courteous, professional, and humorous as well. We got a great price on the car and even the manager came by and reduced the price even more! The financial person worked with us and we drove the car home that day. Everyone was easy going, easy to work with, and we didn't feel pressured in any way.

I have been extremely pleased with the service, friendliness, and "customer first" approach at Piazza Honda of Reading. I have purchased a few cars there and had them serviced and have been very pleased. Purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey and even when I had a few issues, they made it right promptly! More recently, purchased a Honda Odyssey Touring and have been very pleased with the sale and follow up. They're awesome. Highly recommended! A+ in my book. GO HONDA!

We purchased a 2015 Honda CRV, replacing a 2006 CRV with 165000 miles on it. The dealership had several CRVs in stock to consider, two with the appointments we were seeking. Our salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Management negotiated a fair discount. The finance office offered good interest rates. The service department installed optional accessories quickly and correctly. The dealership provided a loaner car while the accessories were being installed.

Recently bought a Civic Ex-L Navi from the dealership. My sales representative, Jose, was great to deal with. They offered a great price for the car and an okay price for my trade-in. Also, the whole buying experience only took two hours with the test drive, trade-in, etc which was terrific.

My husband and I just leased our fourth Honda CRV through Piazza Honda of Reading. Our Sales Representative was Chuck Whitby and we would highly recommend him! Chuck could answer all of our questions about the vehicle and did not pressure us in any way. We were treated with professionalism and respect at all times. We love our new CRV! They are just great SUV's and meet all our needs. My husband and I were very pleased with how we were treated by everyone at the dealership we interacted with and we will definitely recommend this dealership and Chuck to our friends and family!

We bought a 2015 honda odyssey from piazza honda of reading. We spoke to many dealerships in the area regarding a price for e new vehicle and got three appraisals on our trade. Piazza honda of reading offered both the best price and the best value for our trade. Working with them to purchase a new vehicle was a pleasure.

We approached Piazza Honda with a challenge: help us trade in an older model car and get two new cars without breaking our budget. Nancy Juhasz of Piazza Honda of Reading went substantially above and beyond to not only meet our needs by putting us in two great new Hondas, but has provided exceptional service after the sale to make sure we continued to LOVE our new Hondas, but also were comfortable with features and service. She was truly a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be happier with our Hondas and Piazza of Reading. We have already recommended Nancy to a good friend of ours and cannot stop talking about the great care and service she provided us. Chuck made driving almost an hour to get to this dealership worthwhile. They honored TrueCar price quote and had vehicle in stock and ready to go when we arrived. I emailed Chuck in advance with what I was looking to get for our trade -- he checked ahead of time and said that sounded like it was reasonable (but obviously wanted to see the car first).We were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half including a test drive of the new vehicle, appraisal of our trade (and Chuck stuck to his word and offered what I had asked for), and completion of all paperwork and an "orientation" of the features on our new vehicle. No hassle, no haggling, no "games." Chuck made this a quick, simple, and straightforward process.

Very dissatisfied. Treated with a condescending attitude. Had to request to speak with financial manager. Promised feature of car that was not accessible after purchase. I love my honda civic, great car. But Very unhappy with customer service. After I purchased the car, not contacted further by salesperson to see if I was satisfied. When emailed, the name I was addressed by is not my name. Unacceptable.

Brought my 2012 CRV lease into service for routine inspection and oil change and left with a 2014 CRV lease! While I was waiting for service, talked to Nick about Piazza needing good used cars due to hail storm several months ago. I traded my lease in early for a new lease with a payment of only $5.00 more a month. He was very courteous and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Joe in Service also helped with cleaning my old and new car. Thanks to all!

I had decided on which vehicle I was purchasing before I got to Piaza which was the CR-V when I got to the dealership the sales man showed me all my options, clearly and we had the sale wrapped up in less than 2 hours. The sales process was great and clear.

On may 5th I bought a new Civic, on may 18th it got hammered by hail. The damage was extensive but not enough to total. I decided that I didn't want to keep it and on july 9th I took it in and got a new one. Even though it was all beat up they worked a deal I could afford. After months of research my first Civic was my target car, and I am so happy they could get me back into a new one. Nick Hoffman was my salesperson for my first one and I went to him for my second one. He's a straight up dude, tell him what you have, and what you can afford, and he will do his best to make it happen. I give Nick and everyone I dealt with at Piazza Honda of Reading 5's across the board. Have to give a special thanks to the woman that sits to the left of the main door ( receptionist?). I came in on july 8th at lunch time and she was real busy, but took the time to answer questions and contact others that could answer questions she couldn't . Big help Wanda Stitzl..

With all the cars damaged in this area due to the hail storm, dealerships were swamped with people. We chose Honda because of it'sexcellent reputation. Nancy Juhasz went out of her way to help. Busy as they were, every e-mail or phone call was returned. Sheran out to the lot to check color of car, etc. all while dealing with numerous other customers. I don't know how she handled all thatcraziness. But she did, always with a smile and sense of humor. We ended up buying a 2012 Accord. She made everything soeasy. Love the car. Simply amazed how she handled all those customers. Had it been me, I would have quit that job. Placelooked like they were giving away free cars. If you want a good car at a great place, go here. I will only buy our next car here. And,ask for Nancy, a true professional, knows her cars, and a heck of a nice person. Thanks Nancy, you were a pleasure to deal with.Paul and Pam Siltzer

We've had our 2014 Odyssey for about a week and it's been great so far. Dealing with Piazza and specifically Tom Miller was a wonderful experience. We don't buy or lease vehicles often, so we were skeptical and looking for some type of catch with pricing, etc. However, there was no pressure from Tom and their price was certainly a fair one. This wasn't even the closest dealership to our house, but the closer one did not take interest in our business or even bother to search for the particular vehicle we wanted. Tom was extremely professional and found the vehicle we wanted. To top it off, after not having our all weather mats in stock for pick-up, and having driven some distance to this dealership a few times already (not ideal with small kids), Tom made a front door delivery to our house to drop off the mats when they were in. You can't beat that kind of service! This is definitely a dealership and salesman I would consider buying from again!

I have always had a great experience at Piazza Honda of Reading. I've gotten about 4 vehicles from them and I have been satisfied each time with their customer service. Brandon Hess has always gotten me into the Honda of my choice and this time around he did me one better...I drove away with a new car just in time for my birthday!! Happy birthday to me!!! I already spent time at various dealers test driving various makes and models. Then we settled on the color, model, options and so forth. Then we looked up on the internet inventory of possible matches. Found 5 matches within 100 miles. Piazza Reading Honda was 80 miles away. I was halfway there and figured till I drove to Reading would only have 45 minutes tops till I had to leave. But I drove there anyway. I was met by salesman, TOM MILLER, who was outstanding. You could tell he was very, very professional and experienced. I told him my situation, I was shopping price, had a trade in, and didn't have much time. Tom said, I know what you want, I have been here before, I know you are out of town and I have one shot at this, I will give you a good price. Within 40 minutes, TOM MILLER, showed us the vehicle, inspected our trade-in, introduced us to his sales manager (ROB), who was extremely nice and professional, and gave us what I knew right away was a at least a very fair deal. I told him I would be calling back in a day or two either way and he simply said the obvious. We would love to make the deal, just let us know. Deal is good a few day if the car is not sold. With no pressure and professionally. I never had such a great experience. It was right after visiting a dealer (Faulker) who told me he would not give a price unless we would buy right away. I walked out. Glad I did because they already wasted an hour of my time but I still had the 45 minutes for Piazza Honda in Reading! Glad I went there.I always figured dealers would get within a few hundred of each other and I would be fine with knowing I got a reasonable deal. But, the local dealer looked me in the face and told me he can not match this price, he would lose money. He didn't know how I got this price. I believe it really was a competitive price -probably very fair to the customer. The taking delivery process was very smooth and you could tell this was a high volume dealer. Car was well gone over, and everything was as promissed. Tom Miller had everything ready to go ahead of time. I have never had a better experience than with this dealer and salesman (TOM MILLER). Whether you are local or distant, I am just saying these folks are professional, low pressure, great to work with and very reasonably priced. I don't write many reviews, but have to share this one. I walked in and Nancy immediately help me find the car I saw online, she had the Carfax for me to review. They took it to get it serviced at their partner Volkswagen dealership. The finance Manager did everything to give me the best offer possible. I cannot ask for a better experience and will definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a car in the area.

I drove to Reading PA from Fredericksburg VA (about 3 1/2 hours) to examine and potentially purchase a used Honda. Prior to making the trip, I spoke to Matt on the phone about a particular vehicle and he assured me the vehicle was in top condition. The price was also about $1500 dollars less than what I could find a similar Honda for in my area. Upon arrival, the vehicle looked to be in excellent condition, as promised. The paperwork was completed within around 2 to 2 1/2 hours and I was on my way home. Notably, Matt helped drop of my rental car so I could drive the newly purchased vehicle home. Matt really made an impression, as he was, from my experience with him, true to his word - he held a vehicle for me, the vehicle was in the condition he described over the phone, and he assisted me in dropping off a rental car. In addition, he was flexible, offering to accommodate some special circumstances. Thanks to Matt for making purchasing a used Mini-Van a great experience and to Honda of Reading for competitive pricing! I hope you continue to do the customers right and make a profit too!

I have been searching for that perfect car on the internet since the Autumn of 2013. Not sure what I really wanted, however, it came down to looking for a Chevy Tahoe, Ford Explorer, Dodge Durango, or Honda Pilot -- whatever the best deal was going to be. Matt Stefan of Piazza Honda of Reading came highly recommended by a co-worker. Piazza's website is where I saw a 2011 Honda Pilot for a very good price (I thought). Due to my busy schedule, I lost the chance to test drive the '11 Pilot, because it was sold. A week went by, and Matt Stefan called me and told me that the '11 Pilot became available and asked if I was still interested. I immediately scheduled a test drive and fell in love with it. However, my wife and I did some homework and quickly learned that there were other Pilots available at other dealers, much farther away, with less mileage and at great prices. After turning down the offer on the '11, I told Matt that I found a '13 Pilot with very low miles for just a few thousand dollars more than the '11. Matt simply asked if I would give him the chance to WOW me in a brand new 2014 Pilot -- before I drove an hour away. I did not think that Matt would be able to give me a deal that I could afford on a new car - MAN WAS I WRONG! Matt quickly learned about the deal that I was going to look at, and offered a brand new vehicle for JUST A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE. I did not have to travel an hour away to look at the other deals. How could I refuse -- a new car versus a used car for just hundreds more, and just a few miles from my home? Piazza Honda of Reading came through with a very affordable deal on an amazing NEW 2014 Honda Pilot. It is a great feeling to have the perfect car for me, and that my search is over. This is my sixth honda! I am looking forward to the great service that I have received in the past from Piazza Honda of Reading. I went to this dealer just to check what they got. My mind was pretty much made up to buy another brand. They did such a good job, understanding my needs and trying to provide me with a deal that I can't refuse and it worked. Two hours later, I left with a deal. There were no games, they delivered exactly what they promised and they took care of lots of details that normally other dealers won't bother dealing with (such calling the insurance). Kudos for Piazza Honda and specially Yvonne and Bob.

Yvonne Miller was truly a blessing to work with. The car was located at another location and she went above and beyond to have it ready and waiting the very next morning, a surprise indeed. It was clean and serviced and she had everything ready when we arrived. When insurance became an issue due to a laps in past insuarnce, she contacted a local agent and worked out the very best deal. The paymenst were arrainged within the asked requirments and she is a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to everyone.

I am a late 20s female Honda lover, and anyone would tell you they thought they would never see the day I traded my beloved 02 Honda civic in. I was 18 when I got that car as a Christmas present from my family, and I never thought I would ever trade it in. With that said, I have been avoiding the car buying process, in fear of not finding something I like, can afford, and well because my car was just perfect for me. When reality hit that It was time to get a new car, I was introduced to Matt Stefan at Piazza Honda- Reading PA, well it was just a experience I need to share. I am a first time female car buyer, with NO idea as to the process of buying a car, It was such a relief to have a man like Matt to make this such a great experience. After the first talk with Matt about what I was looking for he had several options for me to choose from. Matt had taken a day or so to find a not so easy car to find, but he did --- where I became nervous to tell him I didnt think I wanted that car anymore. I was nervous because he had put time and effort into finding a specific car that I thought I wanted, and I didnt want him to think he was wasting time, but when I told Matt I was going to look at a more fuel efficient car, he commended me for making a good decision, and was more than willing to start a new search for a car- 15 minutes later he found a 2011 CRV EX-L with all the bells and whistles that anyone could ask for, AND SO MUCH MORE! It was at a different location, and he had gone above and beyond to get the car to his location the very next day, waxed cleaned you know all those fancy stuff to make this car shine like the sun! It was perfect, price was perfect, the deal was sealed. Matt took such amazing care of me, I fully understand every little detail of my purchase and it was such a relief to have had met a man, who was not in it for the sale, but for the customer experience, and that alone goes farther these days than just making a dollar. Matt was beyond friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make me one happy customer! Because of Matts amazing customer service his enthusiasm and for being so awesome I have told all my friends family customers so on, they MUST GO SEE HIM. Anyone can make a sale, it takes someone who truly enjoys what they do to make a 1st time customer a life time customer!!! GO SEE MATT STEFAN!!!!

I came to Piazza because I wanted to trade in my husband's Prius for a used Honda insight. When I called Matt (whom I had purchased my new Insight from 2 years ago), he returned my call promptly with a great deal for us. Since we are familiar with Matt, he offered us a deal that allowed my husband to not only purchase a 2013 brand-new Honda, but the one that was in the showroom! The process for buying the car was smooth, seamless, efficient, and took very little time. Both my husband and I are very pleased to be driving Hondas and will recommend this dealership EVERY TIME. Props go out to Matt, who has been the most personable and patient salesperson I have ever dealt with. Thank you MATT!

Sales rep., Matthew Stefan greeted us immediately upon arrival with a genuine concern that the Honda Civic I wanted would not only fit my budget, but aesthetics as well will color and thermometer. Matthew even stayed beyond his scheduled shift so I could leave the dealership the same day with my Civic, even though it meant him being outside in the frigid weather at times. Matthew was courteous, professional and I would recommend him as the number one person to ask for to anyone. The dealership in itself is a relaxing environment. This is my 3rd Civic from Piazza Honda of Reading.

I arrived disheveled, and under-prepared. She registered my change of address, printed my insurance card off-line, comped my oil change, waived my service charges, and then somehow I received a discount on an extended bumper to bumper 100,000 extended warranty. But, besides that, she was quite possibly the most considerate, service-oriented salesperson I've ever worked with. I left there feeling like I should friend her on Facebook and write her a thank you note. Hopefully, this review will suffice... Honda has really impressed me with their customer service, and that's rather rare.

We needed a car for my son, found one we like on the Piazza web site, but did not really want to drive to Reading, Pa. to see it. Spoke with Nancy Juhasz over the phone and within 3 days she put everything together and delivered the car to my home on Saturday 1/25/2014 to my home for our inspection - even with a threat of snow in the forecast she took the time to drive the 1 1/2 hours so we could at least see the car. She was able to have all the paperwork prepared for us so if we did like the vehicle we could purchase on the spot. When she arrived the car looked even better than it did in the web site pictures, it was test driven by myself first then my son and within 1/2 hours we became the owner of our 2009 Honda Civic.Nancy made the purchase as smooth as could be, no haggle over pricing and everything was cut and dry. Just an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE, i would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future. I'm very happy with my experience at Piazza Honda. Before beginning to look at new cars, I did some online research and arrived at the dealership very interested in a new Civic or a Fit. On my first visit I looked carefully at both cars, sat in them, but did not test drive them. That same day I looked at several other cars, but was unimpressed. Two days later I returned to Piazza to drive both cars and decided to purchase the Fit. It was a pleasure to work with sales rep Nick Hoffman. He was well-informed, friendly, and definitely not high-pressure. He answered all of my questions fully, and then gave me the space to decide between the Fit and the Civic without interference. I was amazed (and pleased!) that the purchase went so quickly and smoothly and I was able to drive my new Fit home only two hours after arriving at the dealership. This was definitely not the experience I had when purchasing my previous car. This is my first Honda, and I am quite impressed with everyone I encountered at Piazza. And I love driving my Fit!

Matt Steffan calls occasionally to see how we are doing and if there is anything he can do for us. During his last call I told him how pleased I was with our 2013 Civic. We also have a 2011 Civic on lease which my wife drives. Matt called back within 15 minutes asking if we'd be interested in moving from the 2011 Civic to a new 2013 Civic. I told him he would have to "WOW" me with a deal and sure enough after a few days of negotiations he had us convinced that it was in our best interest to lease a new 2013 civic now rather than wait until the end of our 2011 lease. Matt has always been the consumate professional in all of our dealings. He is upfront with what he can do or not do and gives a detailed explanation of why. In addition, we always have our Hondas (and there have been many over the years) serviced at Piazza Honda of Reading. The service team is friendly, courteous and prompt with any service we have needed. Hondas are safe and reliable and I would recommend Piazza Honda of Reading to any of our friends looking for a car.

I called about an email I received marketing a $99 Honda Civic Lease...I needed to make some adjustments to the actual deal (15k miles instead of 12k, etc). Nancy was very helpful and got back to me with the pertinent info within 1/2 hour. Long story short I picked up my new Civic that night...very happy!

This was my first purchase at the dealership. Jimmy helped quickly with all of my requests, and even went to get my Civic Si at another dealership because they didn't have the car I wanted in stock. On delivery day I was in my car within 30 min. because of the quickness of the finance manager. I will be back for all of my service needs on this car. Incredible price for FJ Cruiser, fair trade in value. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Only complaint was after purchase I was then informed there was only one key for the vehicle. Now I have to pay extra at dealership for new key and go through the motions of getting one ordered.

Our salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was very open about how he determined the price discounts and the trade-in values. They gave us fair value on our trade and a very competitive price. The salesman and business manager made us feel like they wanted our business without being pushy. I went in to have my 2001 Honda Civic with 230,000+ miles serviced and walked out 2 days later with a newer car. Mr. Whitby was great to work with. Mr. Whitby worked hard to get below the amount i wanted to pay for a monthly payment. The car i drove off the lot was the one i picked when i decided to get a new car. Mr. Whitby didn't try to talk me out of that car or try to get me into something different. I thank him a lot for getting me into a safer and better car. Thanks! P.S. He deserves business cards early!

This is my second experience at Piazza Honda, and both times have been excellent experiences. I traded my 2011 Honda Accord in for a 2013, and Matt was amazing- he's a friendly guy that is genuine and gave me a great deal. I have been telling all my friends about Matt and the members at Piazza Honda; everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Since I have been going there since 2011, the service department is amazing as well- I have nothing but high praise for everyone that works there.

I was dreading the task of shopping for a new car. My previous car purchase was a Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2001 from another dealer. It was not fun and I did not enjoy the experience. However, the moment that I stepped into Reading Honda and was greeted by Nancy, I felt comfortable. She has a cheerful and friendly personality. She was also totally knowledgeable about the specs and features of the Pilot. The purchasing experience went quickly and smoothly. I picked up my 2013 Pilot two days later and am wholly satisfied with it. From the research that I had done, I knew that it was going to be a good car but that Pilot has exceeded all of my expectations. I needed to have a wiring harness (for trailer towing) installed. Dropped the Pilot off Friday morning and picked it up a couple of hours later. The cost was what I was quoted and the work was done professionally. Nancy did follow-up several times to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Great customer service, a wonderful sales rep, no-pressure sales, and a truly great car. Thanks, Nancy! I highly recommend Piazza Honda of Reading and the Honda Pilot.

I have purchased many cars in my life and have always walked away feeling like I wanted to strangle the salesman or someone from the dealership. That was not the case at Piazza Honda. My salesman, Nick, was down to earth and real. No pressure and very friendly. he made me feel like I've known him forever. Also the gentleman that helped us with the paperwork, I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, was the best. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for the best car buying experience I have ever had! Oh yea, I absolutely LOVE my CRV!!!!

I have dealt with Honda since 1976. When I got married in 1987 my husband was a Ford guy. It took a lot but I finally convinced him to look at the Hondas at Piazza Honda on Lancaster Avenue in Reading, PA. In 2007, we bought a new 2007 CRV. Our salesperson was Frank Franco. He is such a delight. In 2011, I was in an accident where a drunk driver hit me and my 2007 Honda was totaled. I was devastated. Then we went back to Frank Franco again (we love him) and bought a 2011 CRV. We had that for about 2 years and we wanted to look at the Civic EX/L. We went back to Frank again and he sold us a 2013 Honda Civic EX/L (loaded). We hope he never leaves the dealership. He called us the next day to see how we liked the car and if we had any questions. This dealer helped me find just the right used vehicle for me. they even had it driven in from anothe Piazza location just so i could test drive it. it turned out to be agreat vehicle and I bought it. The price we settled on was more than fair. Theyoffered me a reasonable amount on my trade. Chuck Whitby, my sales person, was great as well as personable throughout my visits to the dealership. Purchased a 2013 Honda Fit from Piazza of Reading. Our salesperson, Nancy, was awesome. She even let us take our puppy on the test ride. This is my second Honda but first purcahse from Piazza. I was greeted by someone every time I went there and everyone was friendly and helpful. Nancy rearranged her schedule so that I didn't have to miss work to pick up the car. I love my Fit and would reccommend Piazza!!! Thank you!

We bought a used Honda at a different dealership, much further away from our home. We had a problem with a dash indicator light. We also needed spare keys. At the first visit, the indicator light problem was not solved. We brought the car back a week later. The problem was solved. The first visit, we only paid for the new keys. The price was what was expected. There was no charge for what was thought to have been the "light" problem. On the second visit, the Honda service people did an outstanding job finding out what the issue was. There was a cost this time. The cost was fair and reasonable. The service people were courteous and all questions were answered honestly and they washed the car on both visits.

Honda was a pleasure to work with for my first car purchase. I visited Honda with the intention of just looking around at the dealership and their great costumer service had me decide to purchase a new Honda CRV. I highly recommend working with Zach Kuhn, he was very straight forward and looked for every discount possible towards my new car purchase. He discovered discounts for me even after I decided to purchase the Honda which I feel as though I could not find with any other dealer at any other dealership.

Purchased my second Honda (2010 model Insight Ex) in 2009 from Nick and I wasn't disappointed then. A week ago he gave me a call and brought up the possibility of a trade-in for the newer model, as my battery was nearing the end of it's warranty period. I had been thinking about possibly trading my Insight in within the next couple of years, but Nick suggested that now would be a great time and he even promised a reduction in my monthly payment. I asked him if it would be possible to upgrade to a Civic Hybrid, instead, and boy did he come through. When all was said and done, Nick and the team at Piazza got me the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles, a reduction in my monthly finance payment, and Nick even came in on his day off to close the deal. I absolutely love my new Civic and can't thank Nick and Piazza enough for making my third Honda purchase in 8 years a fantastic experience! 5 Stars!

Bob Ruhe, my sales guy, knew every detail about the Honda Pilot that I ended up purchasing and spent the time to demonstrate all of the car's capabilities, set up my bluetoothj, raio, garage door, etc. Free inspections and and oil change are also great. I drove 100 miles from New Jersey to this dealer for a 2005 BMW Z4. The salesman (Josh Westendorp) stated over the phone that this Z4 will be as nice as I could find. He didn't lie. The car is in oustanding condition. The buying process and negotiations were painless as Josh was both courteous and professional. I've always been very wary of car dealers and I was truly impressed with this dealership and especially Josh. I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 100 miles for my next car here.
