I was searching on line for a 2012 Land Rover LR4 HSE LUX and found one at Platinum Motor Cars. So I sent Shawn a message with an offer and he replied instantly with a counter offer that I had agreed to pending inspection on account of me living in Iowa. The price was significantly below market value. I had the car inspected by a 3rd party and it passed all of the safety inspections, however the inspector had recommended a couple small things to be done and replace the tires even though there was decent tread left on the Michelins. I shared the report with Shawn and he took care of all of it the same day. He recommended a transport company and I had it shipped safe and sound in four days from the day I purchased it. All I had to do is fuel it up and go...This is without a dought a five star dealership!!

The only thing as great as the vehicles sold here is the service buying those vehicles. Great cars at a great price by a great dealer still does exist.

We recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from Platinum Motors in VA and both Shawn (Sales) and Shane (Financing) were wonderful to work with. Their friendliness, professionalism and honesty made it a pleasure to purchase from this dealership. Shane also went above and beyond in ensuring we had all finalized paperwork in hand before we leave to go out of the country and it was much appreciated. We would buy from them again in the future most definitely and recommend them to others!

Best buying car experience I've ever had!! Everything they promised they delivered. I drove 2 in a half hours to this car lot to get what I wanted. Best customer service, no hassle, and they keep their word. I wouldnt look any further for a car, this is where you should get your car! Hands down!

In keeping with the Olympic theme Platinum Motor Cars receives the Gold Medal.I made the trip from NJ and it was well worth the trip. My first call from now on will be to Platinum Motor Cars whenever I or a friend need a vehicle.I seen the car on line and requested additional information from Shawn. After several conversations I decided if this car was truly what he said it was, this was the car for me. I offered to leave a deposit to hold the car for a day or so because I was coming from out of state. Shawn said that would not be necessary and gave me his word that the car would not be sold even though there were other buyers that showed interest in buying the car provided I arrived within the next day or so. When I arrived the car was more than I could have asked for. The buying process with Shane was quick and easy without any pressure of up sells or hidden fees. I could not believe the level of service and honesty this dealership prides themselves on.

Purchasing Lexus es 350 from platinum motor cars was a trouble free experience. When I found car online I have asked platinum motors cars for more details and additional pictures, and they responded to my questions very quickly. I rented a car and drove for about 4.5 hours to VA to see the car in person and make purchase. When I got there I was surprised to see ES350 in what condition it was, it was in excellent condition, like brand new. Everything that they told me about the car over the phone and email was true. What I like the most about the platinum motor cars is their honesty, fast customer service and pressure free buying experience. When I dropped the rental car they were there to bring back to their dealership 45 min away. When I got back to the dealership from rental, all paper work was done, I just had to signed and drive back home.

The thought of purchasing a car was a little daunting to me, but as soon as I walked on to the lot at Platinum Motorcars, I was immediately put at ease by the warm welcoming and confident sales team. The BMW I had been eyeing was front and centered, ready for a test drive. I was thoroughly impressed by the meticulate care and condition of the 2007, 328i. Low miles was also a plus. I got my dream car and feel the same sense of excitement as the first day I drove off the lot with it!

While traveling to visit our son at Liberty University, did my routine vehicle search and found this beauty. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful, especially online from Clearwater, FL. Spoke with Shawn once over the phone, he was very courteous and understanding of my long distance purchase and limited time to purchase the vehicle. Shawn was very honest about the minimum price and agreed to help me not only purchase the vehicle, but ensure minimum delay once at the dealership. Shawn ensure the vehicle was detailed and ready to be driven to FL. Once I arrived at the dealership, he made my family feel welcomed, he treated us like family... he even played along on my wife surprise vehicle purchase. I found the car online that I wanted and they had exactly what I was looking for had never bought a car online but I studied pics and started talking to them. I do not fly so all I had to go on was pics. Bought the car and had it shipped (driver told me he would deliver at 7:30 and at 7:31 he pulled up with my car. Pics didn't lie. Love my GT Mustang!!

I contacted Raj at Platinum Motorcars a couple months ago regarding a pristine 2012 Jaguar XK coupe. Raj was exceptionally helpful - every single car on the lot was immaculate and something special. I watched a couple customers come and go - all had one thing in common - all seemed very satisfied. Because of their exceptional quality of vehicles and wonderful service I decided to purchase my car from them even though there were others available elsewhere. Their cars are just a cut above the norm. Their processing of my purchase and paperwork was professional, courteous and quick - I was amazed. Had no idea that buying a quality car could be such a painless experience. The next time I'm in the market for a special vehicle, I will certainly call Platinum. They've won my business for life!!

I was in a need of a new car I didn't want to purchase a brand-new car so I looked on the Internet and came across platinum motor cars. They have a lot of really nice low mileage preowned vehicle. And they actually like brand-new. So I drove down to warranton, va. Beautiful facility very nice people and I'm glad that I, did because that's where I found my car.

While searching for a reasonable, clean, affordable Land Rover LR4, my visit to Platinum Motors was the first and last stop we made. Very Impressed and the quality of care in what we were looking for was more than we expected. They promised a nice Land Rover LR4 and Platinum Motors delivered! They not only found the vehicle, they made sure it was in perfect running order, cleaned up, and worked financially to make a dream come true in owning a quality vehicle. I would not hesitate, but now prefer to go to Platinum Motors for any future vehicles or trades. I consider them good friends and highly recommend them to my friends.

These guys truly deliver on premium motorcars. If you're looking for a premium vehicle then you need to shop here. I purchased a BMW 335i on line from Sean and the vehicle looked brand new. They have top notch customer service. They picked me up from the airport and after inspecting the vehicle, the paperwork only took 45 minutes and I was on my way. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff at Platinum motorcars was very professional and very friendly.
