Although there are 3 other dealerships closer to my house, I chose Belle Glade Chevy because of their reputation and I was no disappointed. I initially spoke with the salesman Albert by phone, as my wife was 9 months pregnant and didn't want to make any unnecessary trips. After determining we had a potential deal, I made the 50 mile trip, and met with Al in person. He was great to work with. He made sure everything went smoothly. Their printers were not working at the time and knowing my wife could give birth any minute, Al made the 50 mile drive to my house the next day so my wife could sign her paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevy. Thank you to Albert and their whole team.

Albert was the best sales person we ever had when buying a car and we have bought many many cars GMC and BMW. He was very informative and took care of everything prior to us arriving at the dealership to pick up the car. Knowing we had traveled 170 miles he had us in an out in record time for buying a car. The welcome was great been at different car dealers and didn't have the same connection they even said I wasn't a serious buyer. Bell glade Chevy show me all of the inventory not just what they want to sell told them what I need I came out whit more than what I expect is been a hole week and they still in contact to see if I'm satisfied whit the choice I made not what they want to get ridoff. I had been in the market for a truck for over a year. I chose to deal solely with Plattner's based on a recommendation. I'm glad I did, it was well worth the wait for the right vehicle. Albert is without a doubt the most helpful and understanding salesman I have ever worked with. He's very attentive and very down to earth. We been in the market for a new SUV and saw the palm beach post add that Belle Glade had listed and I called the store and spoke to Albert he said that the unit was still there and he also had several more in stock we came in and he showed me several models and showed us the difference and gave me the best deal he could we told him that we were going to look around at a few other models and we get back with him he said that fine and it was really late anyway he called us back the next day and we said we be in he said that he have it all ready to go when we get there and he did we been buying a lot of vehicles and this was the best deal and buying experience we ever had.

I been in the market and dealt with several stores close by and my neighbor made a purchase at Belle Glade Chevy and said to call Albert . I called Albert and he said that he could get me anything I wanted and he said he had a large selection in stock He told me that he would beat any deals that I had and he did . I went out to the store and he showed me what was in stock and we agreed to some numbers I also asked for some extras and he went out of his way and got me everything I asked for the best salesman I ever worked with and the best prices in the county .

Chun was a great guy and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend looking him up if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. Nice truck at a great price, and the only problem I had was the prep of the vehicle.............. it was a used vehicle and apparently the previous owners had a few children that liked to eat in the back seat of the vehicle! Shame on me for not folding down the back seat before I left. Also fuel light came on as I pulled out of the parking lot.Chun did call to follow up and see if I was satisfied with my purchase, I told him about this and he apologized and said to bring it back and he would make sure this was taken care of asap.Problem is I don't live in BelleGlade...

I leased a Cadillac 2 years ago from Albert and I my lease was coming up to the end and my wife past away and I was going to get a chevy and Albert called me up on and mention to me that the lease was coming up and I asked him if I could trade in two cars for one and he said yes we do it all the time I came in to meet Albert and spent some time with him and he showed me all the new models and I chose the New ATS . we discussed some numbers and I took the ATS home and Albert came to the house to get my Cadillac CTS and showed me all the newer features I could not ask for a better person than Albert he is always there and goes out of his way .

I had discussed purchasing a 2015 Silverrado 2500hd with two other area dealerships before discovering Plattner's. One phone call to Albert Mackanick started the most pleasurable low pressure buying expierence. Plattner's truck was better equipped than their competitors and priced considerably less. Albert worked to finalize the deal the same day and over the telephone. Two days later I test drove the vehicle and completed the purchase. Albert worked to add dealership options at a very reasonable price and then delivered the vehicle to me, saving me the commute. Overall, I highly recommend Albert and Plattner's Chevrolet. I have already turned family and friends looking for a car to Albert!!

I would like to mention that this dealer is over an hour away from my residence. My experience was very pleasant and well worth the travel. They are also very computer knowledgeable in communication via computer or any type of media. We were able to get all the paperwork within 30 minutes on my second visit. I purchased a new Cadillac SRX from Albert my father and mom purchased a Cadillac several months ago and I was in need to get into a newer vehicle my mom called Albert and was doing all the talking for me and at first we were just looking for some thing used and Albert suggested that we take a look at the new line up and we did . I came in the service to get my vehicle serviced and while waiting Albert came in and greeted us we had a little time to spare and we went up to the front and we were looking at several of the new Cadillacs and Buicks . After we looked and saw the new lacrosse Albert said that there was a sale going on and that he could keep our payment in the same area and we got some numbers from and both agreed to them and the car we wanted was at the other store and was told that they could have it in about 72 hours went into the Finance office Rawl went over the numbers with us and we agreed and they told us they would call when the car come in . A day later Albert called and said the car was in and had it already to go when we got there . Had to sign a few more forms and we were in and out in less than an hour . Great people always do what they say and get what you want .

We traded-in a vehicle with this dealer on February 24 for a new Cadillac, and as of March 23rd, the payoff has not been received by the bank for our old loan! We have never had a late payment, until now - THANKS BELLE GLADE GM! We discovered the problem when trying to get reimbursement for the extended warranty on the trade-in, as the company needed proof that the lien had been paid off. We told both the salesman and finance manager when our payment was due and that we did not want a late on our credit report. When we called Belle Glade's "Finance Manager" he said that they collected for a 30 day payoff! We had specifically asked when the payoff would be sent when we sat in his office on 2/24 and he said it should be received by that Friday 2/27. Never happened and now he says he never said such a thing, so now he's calling us liars. Why do that? He said that he would try to expedite the payoff - guess he didn't try too hard, because we just received a late notice from the bank. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALER'S FINANCE DEPT.Update - 31 days and still not paid. Isn't there something illegal here?

after purchasing vehicle i had problem getting registration because they screwed up. Over a 10 day span I called 8 times spoke to 4 different people. They kept saying they would call back but never did. Finally I was told they were overnighting my registration. When it didn't come I called back and they said it was there and I could pick it up. I drove 2.5 hours round trip only to find out when I arrived that they now claim they did overnight it to me but of course they did not have a tracking number I understand mistakes happen but this the greatest example of incompetence Ive experiences in my 48 yrs on this earth.

My husband and I had been looking for a 2014 High Country for approximately 3 weeks. We were working with 3 other dealerships to find our special truck with the options that we wanted. Agreed on a price with salesman, same vin,when the salesman went to the sales managers office he came back and said this will be your payment. He forgot to tell me they jacked up the price over $3'ooo then added a bs $400 fee for paint saver. They said I would get that fee back but never got a dime. Two weeks after I got the car they said g- Mac wouldn't do the deal even though I was pre quaiified and had to use Santander finance which wanted to charge me 19,000 interest on 23,000. I am sure the xxxxxxx made another commission on this. I fad to pay the car off which cost another 600 dollars their own. Customer service. Guy said I got over charged 4,000 on the car . He got a check cut but they would not sign it the dip-s--- service manager said they jacked the price because of my credit score more bs. ustimer

My Husband and I had Chun Milner as our salesman. He went above and beyond to make us happy by giving us a no hassle, more than fair price as well as staying on top of every detail of the sale. We needed a new car. We had a Honda Accord. On 4/18/14 I went on True Car.com and filled in all the information. I received three quotes and two phone calls from dealers. One turned me off right away do to the pushiness. Chris from Plattners Belle Glade called and was not pushy. He asked all the right questions and offered help instead of insisting on things happening. We discussed a 2014 ATS. We also discussed a 2013 ATS that was left over. That price was really good as far as our budget. With that we drove the 50 miles and met Chris and Vincent. We were not aware that there was a Cadillac dealer in Belle Glade. We looked at the 2014 and didn't like the car. We were then shown a 2013 CTS and that was it. We discussed the price and it was a deal. Please know that the price for the 2014 that stated the process was lower than the other dealers and worth the 50 mile trip. After the deal was done and the car was presented they the dealer showed us some stains on the paint they had found during the clean up. We were told to bring the car back on Monday and they would make it right. Over the weekend I inspected the car and found some other problems. When we took the car back were given a very nice Impala to drive while the Cadillac was worked on. We were updated during the week while the car was at the dealer. We were called on 4/28/14 and told of a small problem that may delay the return of the car. It was a problem with the pin stipe. While driving back to the dealer I was called and told that if for any reason we didn't like the car upon our arrival we could pick out another car that would please us. Upon arriving our car was sitting in the front looking good. At that point were presented with two different 2014 CTS's and were supplied VERY good pricing for both. In the end we were happy with 2013 CTS so we decides to keep that car. We were told that the pin stripe would be replaced. We plan on returning to the dealer within the next year to buy a new pick up truck. We are glad we made the 50 mile drive and we will return.

We scheduled an appointment by phone explicitly to test drive a new 2014 Corvette that was available with Ray. When we arrived, Ray, and the dealership's manager, Chris, said they would not allow a test drive. Once in the store, Ray said the only way we could drive the car was to buy it. Ray did not honor what he promised on the phone. We wasted our time driving over two hours visiting this dealer. After this experience, we wouldn't consider doing business with them.

Poor Poor management........first off the vehicles on their website do not match the actually inventory second there is no way to get the low prices they offer on the Internet they just put them up there to get you in the door which is just plain annoying when you don't live close. Next when you arrive at the dealership cars on the lot are dirty and the pin-striping on all the vehicles we looked at were pealing off, and to match the awful presentation of cars, is there run down sales center that kind of gave you the creeps when walking into. But we dove in further, I walked in already being financed but that wasn't good enough, they said they could beat what I was being already offered, little did I know my curiosity would hurt me because I said sure you can try to beat the numbers I already got approved for. I made it clear to them I did not want my credit pulled several times, the sales manager assured me he would run it twice. The sleaze xxxxx shopped my credit until they couldn't find anything to beat what I already had leaving my credit being pulled way more then I agreed to and now hurting my credit in the long run. Needless to say the sleaziest most dishonest people work at this dealership, no need to drive way out here to see dirty cars and dishonest people.

I called to inquire about purchasing a car because they had a 'special' internet deal on one of their cars. After a lengthy conversation with a salesperson, I found out that they would not be able to sell me the car for the advertised price because there was a slim likelihood that I would qualify for all of the rebates. They also refused to honor the additional $750 discount for USAA members. He told me that he would not be able to honor this internet price, as this was a way to get people into the dealership and that basically no one would be capable of qualifying for all of the discounts that would be required to get the price down to the listed price.I also found out that they add $599 for dealer fee and $399 for some vehicle preservation warranty that included things such as lifetime pinstripes and lifetime nitrogen in the tires. I told the salesman that I did not want this additional warranty and was told that it was required of all cars, even used cars.I talked with the salesman further (who was very nice BTW), and he informed me that he did not agree with the policies of the dealership, nor did his boss, nor the GM, BUT that these policies of false advertising and additional fees were that of the owner. He also informed me that quite often it causes a lot of aggravation and hardship with customers because they (like me) feel that they have been duped.The salesperson invited me to come to the dealership and sit down with him so that we could negotiate a firm price for this vehicle (which he also said he would do over the phone). I then informed him that I would rather pay $500 more for a car from a dealership that was honest and up front about pricing than to hide fees and be dishonest about their advertising and that I refuse to give a dime of profit to this owner that runs his business like this.Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time even calling this dealership.

I traded my truck in for a newer one and its been over 30 days now but they still havent sent the pay off to my old finance company yet. I'm getting calls every day from my finance company and when they call the dealership, they were told that my down payment was incomplete for the vehicle. Thats funny, seems like they wouldve been calling me about that had it been true! Plattners tells me that they sent the check out last week but now I called today and they are "looking into it".This dealer is awful and will not take responsibility for any wrong doings on their part. Instead they lie to me, my finance company and I'm assuming anyone else just to make a buck! I absolutely will not go back here or recommend it to anyone!!!

On 03/28/2012, I entered into an agreement ( or claim ) to purchase a Black 2006 Mercedes SL500 vin#WDBSK75F109996, from Plattners Belle Glade Chev. Cad. Upon giving my verbal agreement to purchase the above said car, I instructed the sales person Derek Bishop to fed ex me the paperwork from his dealership in Belle Glade, Fla. to my residence in Atlanta, GA. Based on my discussion with Derek, the FedEx package was sent on Thursday, March 29, 2012. I received the package in Atlanta on Monday, April 3, 2012. Upon receiving the package, I immediately reviewed and signed the Retail Agreement, the Motor Vehicle Title Reassignment Supplement, Application for Certificate of Title Without Registration, Separate Odometer Disclosure Statement and Acknowledgement, Power of Attorney for a Motor Vehicle, Mobile Home or Vessel, Vehicle Air Pollution Control Statement, Florida Insurance Affidavit, Retail Buyers Order, Warranty Disclaimer, Addendum to Installment Contract/Lease contract for Bailment of Vehicle, Arbitration Clause, Privacy Policy and Contact consent and Retail Installment Sales Contract. I then sent all documents back to Plattners Belle Glade Chev. Cad. with a partial down payment of $2,800.00, in the form of a cashiers check on Tuesday, April 4, 2012. I also included a note that I would pay the remaining $6,700.00 on April 16th, to make up a total down payment of $9,500.00. The finance company approved me for a loan of $31,998.00 on March 28th. The package was signed for and received on Wed. April 5, 2012, by Plattners Belle Glade Chev. Cad. At approximately 3:29pm Friday, April 6, 2012, I received a call from my sales person Derek Bishop informing me that the car had been sold to a gentleman from New York, who paid all cash, full price for the vehicle. I questioned why the car was sold, when we had agreed to a price of $31,998.00 and he had both my partial down payment and signed paperwork confirming the sale of the vehicle. Derek stated that someone else sold the car and he had no further knowledge of the sale. I immediately contacted the GM of Plattners Belle Glade Chev. Cad. (Jimmy Tucker) and questioned him about the sale. Jimmy stated at first he was not aware of the situation, then he later stated that he was aware of my deal and he was aware of the other deal where the car was sold. He offered to resale the car to me, if I would come up to the price the other person offered. I refused the deal and informed him I needed an investigation and to call me back.

BEWARE OF LIES! DONT BELIEVE ANY "DEALS" THEY SAY THEY GOT FOR YOU UNLESS THEY GIVE IT TO YOU IN WRITING. WHAT A GREAT DISSAPOINTMENT! AFTER BEING TOLD TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP ON A DONE DEAL THAT THEY HAD FOR ME. AFTER I WAS VERY CLEAR ON WHAT I WANTED AND PROVIDING THE DEALER WITH ALL INFORMATION,I MADE THE FIRST TRIP ONLY TO BE TOLD TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLE HOME WITH ME BECAUSE ONE OF THE FINANCING MANAGERS HAD TO LEAVE ON AN EMERGENCY AND TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING TO SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK. THE NEXT MORNING MY FAMILY AND I WOKE UP EARLY I MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MY EMPLOYER THAT I WOULD BE AT WORK ONLY FOR 1/2 A DAY BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK IN BELLE GLADE ON A VEHICLE I THOUGHT THAT I HAD PURCHASED. WHEN I GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP, WE STARTED TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK WITH MY SALESMAN . ONCE WE ENTERED INTO THE THE FINANCE OFFC WITH TONY,THE ONLY "Deal" THAT WAS SHOWN TO ME WAS ABOUT $90.00 A MONTH MORE THAN I HAD BEEN TOLD ALL ALONG THAT I WAS GOING TO PAY! THE DEALER WAS TOLD AND WAS WELL AWARE OF MY ARRANGEMENTS WITH MY EMPLOYER TO COME ON THE NEXT DAY AS WELL AS MY BUDGET AND WHAT I WAS ABLE TO AFFORD. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE LIED TO ME ABOUT A "DONE" DEAL THAT WAS NOT TRUE AND WASTED MY TIME AND $$ FOR ME TO COME OUT 2X'S TO THE DEALER.

This dealership is a joke. If you are looking to have your credit run a million times, incomplete paperwork, have your check lost, send your truck in for service and come back with more problems, then this is the dealership you need to visit. The follow through with this company was terrible, I would never recommend any of Plattner's dealerships to anyone, good luck trying to find customer service at their stores

Best buying experience ever! Honest, worked harder than anyone to get me my truck. I drove it home tonight. If these guys can't do it no one can . Take the drive they are the best.!!!

This is a very bad dealership. The staff will lie to you and never follow uo with anything they say they are going to do. It took 3 months to get my tag work back, and they would only give me two temporary tags so for one month I couldnt even drive the car. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone....
